- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey everybody, welcome to Vince on a Friday. Good to
- 0:03Speaker 1: have you with us. The truth, she's out there. We're
- 0:06Speaker 1: going to get to President Trump's big revelations in the
- 0:09Speaker 1: last 24 hours. Yes, the government has alien related secrets
- 0:14Speaker 1: that need to be released. We'll talk about that. Kind
- 0:17Speaker 1: of fun actually on a Friday and kind of scary actually,
- 0:20Speaker 1: depending on what they release. We'll get to the details later.
- 0:24Speaker 1: of that. The left has big plans to crush your
- 0:27Speaker 1: life if they get power back, and they're literally bragging
- 0:30Speaker 1: about it right now. And we actually scored a big
- 0:33Speaker 1: victory when it comes to election integrity, or at least
- 0:36Speaker 1: a meaningful one, after the show we had yesterday. I've
- 0:39Speaker 1: got some good news to share with you today. It's
- 0:42Speaker 1: all ahead on this edition of Vince, and as always,
- 0:45Speaker 1: I'm grateful that you're here. You really are the best
- 0:47Speaker 1: audience anywhere. Great to see you today. Hey, February's got
- 0:50Speaker 1: a way of separating the good intentions from the real habits,
- 0:52Speaker 1: doesn't it? It's February. I can't believe we're almost toward
- 0:54Speaker 1: the end of February right now. How are we doing that? Well,
- 0:57Speaker 1: we had January, right? He comes in, brand new year,

- 2:14Speaker 2: All right.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Look, we've got a lot going on. I want to
- 2:17Speaker 1: thank my friends over at Hillsdale. I had a nice
- 2:19Speaker 1: night last night with them. I went, you know, Hillsdale College,
- 2:22Speaker 1: which is a wonderful, wonderful operation. Hillsdale, they they've got
- 2:28Speaker 1: an amazing college in Michigan, their undergraduate school. And for
- 2:33Speaker 1: any of you, I don't know anybody in the chat
- 2:34Speaker 1: go to Hillsdale. Did anyone go to Hillsdale? All the
- 2:37Speaker 1: Hillsdale graduates I meet are just incredible. Hillsdale takes no
- 2:40Speaker 1: government money whatsoever. And so as a result, they can
- 2:43Speaker 1: just teach like regular stuff, like things about American history
- 2:48Speaker 1: and they give people a real education. It's awesome. And
- 2:52Speaker 1: they also have a graduate school of government in Washington, D.C.
- 2:56Speaker 1: And I'm friends with a bunch of the guys over there.
- 2:57Speaker 1: And they invited me over last night to do a
- 3:00Speaker 1: what they do each year. They do a Washington Lincoln toast.
- 3:04Speaker 1: where you go and a couple of us get a
- 3:06Speaker 1: chance to basically toast the first president and the 16th
- 3:10Speaker 1: president of the United States and talk about their place
- 3:13Speaker 1: in American history and why it's so important that we
- 3:15Speaker 1: remember our history. And it's a wonderful, it was a
- 3:19Speaker 1: wonderful night. I appreciated it. I was there at the
- 3:21Speaker 1: invitation of Dr. Matthew Spalding who runs the operation and
- 3:24Speaker 1: he's got this great book now. It's called The Making
- 3:26Speaker 1: of the American Mind, The Story of Our Declaration of Independence.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Check that out. There it is for those of you
- 3:33Speaker 1: watching Rumble.com slash Vince. It is the 250th anniversary of America.
- 3:37Speaker 1: So it is nice to just pause every so often
- 3:39Speaker 1: and think about, isn't it great? What a gift we have.
- 3:42Speaker 1: What a gift we have as a country. And the
- 3:45Speaker 1: thing that I had to do as I think about
- 3:48Speaker 1: what was this toast going to be about is I
- 3:50Speaker 1: had to ground myself in like, OK, what what's a
- 3:52Speaker 1: good thing to reflect on? And here's if I might
- 3:56Speaker 1: just share with you my brief reflections on the subject
- 3:59Speaker 1: of where we are in our country right now. You know,
- 4:01Speaker 1: we look around and we say, man, there's a lot
- 4:03Speaker 1: of chaos right now. Like the left, they've kicked our
- 4:05Speaker 1: borders open. There's all sorts of election rigging operations going on.
- 4:09Speaker 1: The economy's been meddled with. Inflation out of control. You know,
- 4:14Speaker 1: opioid deaths, over 100,000 people a year have been dying.
- 4:17Speaker 1: It's just been crazy. And thanks to your votes and
- 4:20Speaker 1: getting President Trump in office, we've been able to turn
- 4:21Speaker 1: a lot of that back, which has been wonderful. Now,
- 4:24Speaker 1: does the left want to get rid of our progress? Yeah, absolutely.
- 4:27Speaker 1: They really do. They're chomping at the bit to do that.
- 4:31Speaker 1: We've made a lot of headway. But here's where I
- 4:33Speaker 1: want to just ground you in American history for a moment.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Just think about what George Washington was dealing with as
- 4:39Speaker 1: the father of our country. This is a guy who
- 4:43Speaker 1: leads this nascent American military, you know, commissioned by the
- 4:48Speaker 1: Continental Congress to go against the most powerful military on
- 4:54Speaker 1: planet Earth, against the British Empire. He's going toe-to-toe with
- 4:58Speaker 1: the king. This is what the stakes were. And it
- 5:02Speaker 1: was all about the future of our country. George Washington's
- 5:05Speaker 1: talking about providence. I mean, we are praying that God
- 5:08Speaker 1: is on our side in a fight with unbelievable odds
- 5:12Speaker 1: against us. And that's what George Washington led us through
- 5:16Speaker 1: into the founding of our country. And Abraham Lincoln leading
- 5:20Speaker 1: the country, holding the country together, holding together the vision
- 5:24Speaker 1: that George Washington fought for in a world where, how
- 5:27Speaker 1: many Americans did we lose in the Civil War? Think
- 5:29Speaker 1: about it. We lost upwards of 750,000 Americans in the
- 5:32Speaker 1: Civil War.
- 5:32Speaker 3: 750,000.
- 5:32Speaker 1: It was absolutely devastating. We only had 30 million people
- 5:35Speaker 1: who lived here. We lost 750,000 Americans. Bloody, very bloody,
- 5:38Speaker 1: very destructive. And so when we go through trying times
- 5:51Speaker 1: in American history, as we are right now, it's worth
- 5:54Speaker 1: keeping some perspective on just how difficult our past has
- 5:57Speaker 1: been and just how epic it's been that we've been
- 6:00Speaker 1: able to overcome those challenges. So in that history, we
- 6:03Speaker 1: should find hope about what we can achieve today. You
- 6:06Speaker 1: know what I mean? And then the last thing I'll
- 6:10Speaker 1: say on this subject, then we'll move on to the
- 6:11Speaker 1: news of the day, is just in terms of like
- 6:14Speaker 1: reflecting on George Washington, again, on the 250th anniversary of
- 6:17Speaker 1: our country. I'm reminded of a story that became a
- 6:20Speaker 1: scandal a couple years ago. Chat, do you remember the
- 6:23Speaker 1: Appeal to Heaven scandal involving Justice Alito? Do you remember this?
- 6:29Speaker 1: Justice Samuel Alito's wife, Martha Ann Alito, flew an Appeal
- 6:34Speaker 1: to Heaven flag outside of her home, outside of their home.
- 6:39Speaker 1: And at the time, I wasn't actually aware of the
- 6:42Speaker 1: Appeal to Heaven flag. I didn't know a Let me
- 6:47Speaker 1: show you a picture of it, those of you on
- 6:51Speaker 1: the Rumble chat. I want to just give you a
- 6:53Speaker 1: look at this thing. This is the Appeal to Heaven flag.
- 6:55Speaker 1: I didn't know about it at the time. I didn't
- 6:57Speaker 1: know much about it. I'd seen it, but I hadn't
- 6:59Speaker 1: taken the time to look at the history of it.
- 7:01Speaker 1: And if you can't see it, if you're listening on audio,
- 7:04Speaker 1: it's very simply a pine tree set to a white flag.
- 7:09Speaker 1: And right above it is the expression, An Appeal to Heaven.
- 7:11Speaker 1: An Appeal to Heaven. And the reason this became a
- 7:14Speaker 1: national scandal is because apparently there were people that were
- 7:18Speaker 1: carrying this flag on January 6th. And additionally, Martha Ann
- 7:24Speaker 1: Alito had decided to fly it outside of her house.
- 7:28Speaker 1: And you start to wonder, what's the flag about? Well,
- 7:30Speaker 1: the answer to that question is really cool. It's a
- 7:33Speaker 1: really cool flag. When in 1775, even before we declare
- 7:37Speaker 1: our independence in 1776, As the Continental Congress is mobilizing
- 7:44Speaker 1: an army to fight the British, they commissioned what we
- 7:49Speaker 1: now know as the United States Navy, the Continental Navy
- 7:52Speaker 1: at the time. And the six first ships that Washington
- 7:56Speaker 1: commissions in the state of Massachusetts need a flag to
- 8:01Speaker 1: fly above them. And the flag they agree to fly
- 8:04Speaker 1: above those ships is this one, an appeal to heaven.
- 8:08Speaker 1: And where does that expression come from? The expression an
- 8:10Speaker 1: appeal to heaven comes from John Locke's second treatise on government,
- 8:14Speaker 1: the British philosopher John Locke. And in it, he makes
- 8:17Speaker 1: a really basic point, which is that at the end
- 8:20Speaker 1: of everything, at the end of the day, if you
- 8:23Speaker 1: lose your government, if you have nowhere else to appeal,
- 8:26Speaker 1: you can appeal to heaven. You can appeal to heaven above.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Because if you believe in the eternal, which I do,
- 8:36Speaker 1: if you believe in the Lord Almighty, the author of everything,
- 8:40Speaker 1: well then you're never without hope. You always have recourse.
- 8:45Speaker 1: You always have somewhere to appeal. And this thinking, an
- 8:50Speaker 1: appeal to heaven, is the very thinking that founded our country.
- 8:55Speaker 1: That right there, the flag I'm showing you on screen,
- 8:57Speaker 1: is an American flag. It is an American flag. In fact,
- 9:03Speaker 1: it's one of the founding American flags. And it's an
- 9:06Speaker 1: epic part of our history. And, uh, You know, this
- 9:10Speaker 1: past week, we heard Marco Rubio, right? We heard Rubio
- 9:12Speaker 1: go speak to the Munich Security Conference. And he says
- 9:16Speaker 1: over and over to remember the Christian foundations of our country.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Did you notice that? Did you notice that Marco Rubio
- 9:23Speaker 1: said that? The Christian foundations of our country. Very unusual
- 9:27Speaker 1: for a Secretary of State to use this kind of language,
- 9:29Speaker 1: at least in this era. But it wouldn't have been
- 9:31Speaker 1: unusual to the founders at all. I could talk about
- 9:35Speaker 1: this all day. But anyway. The point is, we live
- 9:38Speaker 1: in an amazing country. And with all the craziness that
- 9:42Speaker 1: we are constantly served, it's good sometimes to ground ourselves
- 9:45Speaker 1: in how it was founded and the trying times we've
- 9:48Speaker 1: been through. And I think that helps steel us for
- 9:51Speaker 1: the fights that are ahead. So thank you for letting
- 9:53Speaker 1: me take a detour. And thank you to Hillsdale, for
- 9:56Speaker 1: those of you who welcomed me last night. I appreciate it.
- 9:59Speaker 2: I had a great time.
- 10:00Speaker 1: With the Hillsdale guys. They really are so super impressive.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Reagan Reese, my White House correspondent, is a Hillsdale graduate.
- 10:05Speaker 1: And you can tell. You can tell. She's got her
- 10:08Speaker 1: head on right. Really great.
- 10:10Speaker 4: All right.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Let's dive into some of the topics today. The truth
- 10:17Speaker 1: is apparently out there. Boy, oh boy, how things have
- 10:21Speaker 1: moved in the last 24 hours. As the president of
- 10:25Speaker 1: the United States has now posted to Truth Social a
- 10:29Speaker 1: pretty big declaration of what's about to come next. He said,
- 10:33Speaker 1: based on the tremendous interest shown, I will be directing
- 10:37Speaker 1: the Secretary of War and other relevant departments and agencies
- 10:41Speaker 1: to begin the process of identifying and releasing government files
- 10:46Speaker 1: related to alien and extraterrestrial life, unidentified aerial phenomena, and
- 10:53Speaker 1: unidentified flying objects, and any and all other information connected
- 10:58Speaker 1: to those highly complex, but extremely interesting and important matters.
- 11:03Speaker 1: God bless America. I don't know, chat, is this a
- 11:08Speaker 1: big deal? BuddyServe33 says, this is just another distraction. What
- 11:12Speaker 1: do you mean, BuddyServe? Lay it out for me. What
- 11:15Speaker 1: is it a distraction from? What could it be? A distraction?
- 11:20Speaker 1: The president of the United States just announced he's going
- 11:21Speaker 1: to declassify all of the UFO stuff, the ET stuff.
- 11:26Speaker 1: It kind of seems like a big deal. Repeat1776 says
- 11:29Speaker 1: it's a huge deal. Says it's a very huge deal.
- 11:32Speaker 1: El Souder, how does this affect my life? I don't know,
- 11:35Speaker 1: El Souder. We're going to find out how it affects
- 11:37Speaker 1: your life. You know what I mean? I like this.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Roswell 2086. I'll take three million Epstein files and two
- 11:44Speaker 1: prosecutions over aliens.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Well, luckily, you're getting all of the above, Roswell. Your
- 11:50Speaker 1: name is Roswell. Of course you want the alien files.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Come on now. You named yourself Roswell. Anyway, so here
- 11:55Speaker 1: we are. This does seem like a big deal. Yeah,
- 11:57Speaker 1: we've never seen anything like it. There's never been anything
- 11:59Speaker 1: like it. And also, if you think about what this means,
- 12:03Speaker 1: what it really means is if there's classified information to
- 12:06Speaker 1: release here, And that, like every other president, has either
- 12:11Speaker 1: been under some sort of pressure or has decided to
- 12:13Speaker 1: actively deceive the public on what they knew. And this
- 12:16Speaker 1: president said, you know what, to hell with that. I'm
- 12:18Speaker 1: going to release everything. The predicate to this this week
- 12:21Speaker 1: is actually a series of kind of interesting things, which
- 12:25Speaker 1: is we get Obama, who does this random podcast. He's
- 12:31Speaker 1: asked about this. And the guy asks him, remember, kind
- 12:34Speaker 1: of famously now, hey, do aliens exist? And then Obama's like, yeah,
- 12:39Speaker 1: they do. And then that's it. The guy doesn't follow
- 12:43Speaker 1: up at all. And then the rest of us are
- 12:45Speaker 1: left wondering, like, what the hell is this about? Listen
- 12:48Speaker 1: to Obama this week. This is what kicked off this
- 12:50Speaker 1: big news cycle. And now we're where President Trump is
- 12:52Speaker 1: jumping in.
- 12:53Speaker 5: Are aliens real?
- 12:56Speaker 2: They're real, but I haven't seen them. And they're not
- 12:59Speaker 2: being kept in the What is it?
- 13:01Speaker 6: Area 51.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Area 51. There's no underground facility, unless there's this enormous conspiracy,
- 13:10Speaker 2: and they hid it from the President of the United States.
- 13:13Speaker 1: What was the first question you wanted answered when you
- 13:16Speaker 1: became President?
- 13:19Speaker 2: Where are the aliens?
- 13:20Speaker 1: Where are the aliens? So he goes, yeah, aliens exist.
- 13:24Speaker 1: The guy doesn't ask any follow-ups about that. And then...
- 13:27Speaker 1: Obama said, but they're not in Area 51. There's no
- 13:29Speaker 1: big underground thing unless it's been kept secret from me.
- 13:32Speaker 1: That's it.
- 13:34Speaker 3: Okay.
- 13:35Speaker 1: So that was the Obama iteration of things. And then
- 13:40Speaker 1: we also got an interview this week with Laura Trump.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Laura Trump had some words to say on the subject.
- 13:46Speaker 1: She was talking to Miranda Devine on her podcast. And
- 13:51Speaker 1: Miranda asked her about this, like, hey, in conversations with
- 13:53Speaker 1: your father-in-law, has the issue of aliens ever come up?
- 13:56Speaker 1: Do you have anything like that? And here's what she
- 13:59Speaker 1: had to say. She said, actually, it's interesting. We're going
- 14:02Speaker 1: to get an address from President Trump on this subject soon.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Listen to Laura.
- 14:06Speaker 7: Sort of thing. And so I do think it's something
- 14:09Speaker 7: that he's looking into and at least educating himself on
- 14:12Speaker 7: to make a decision.
- 14:14Speaker 8: Another thing I believe I heard on your podcast that
- 14:18Speaker 8: you've discussed with the president is UFOs. Do you think
- 14:22Speaker 8: that he's about to make an announcement about UFOs? Because
- 14:27Speaker 8: President Obama was just on a podcast talking about how
- 14:30Speaker 8: he believes in UFOs and hinting that he saw something
- 14:34Speaker 8: when he was president.
- 14:35Speaker 7: Well, I said this in my podcast, too. What's funny
- 14:38Speaker 7: is we've kind of asked my father-in-law about this because
- 14:43Speaker 7: we're like, well, what do you know? Because, Miranda, we
- 14:45Speaker 7: all want to know about the UFOs or we all
- 14:47Speaker 7: want to know what's going on. And he played a
- 14:50Speaker 7: little coy with us.
- 14:51Speaker 1: And so that, of course, led us to believe.
- 14:54Speaker 7: Eric and I were like, oh, my gosh, if he
- 14:55Speaker 7: won't even like fully tell us. Maybe there's more to it.
- 14:59Speaker 7: And then I have just heard kind of around that
- 15:04Speaker 7: I think he's actually said, I think my father-in-law has
- 15:06Speaker 7: actually said it, that there is some speech that he
- 15:09Speaker 7: has that I guess at the right time, and I
- 15:11Speaker 7: don't know when the right time is, he's going to
- 15:14Speaker 7: break out and talk about, and it has to do
- 15:17Speaker 7: with maybe some sort of extraterrestrial life, so to speak.
- 15:23Speaker 7: I just, you know, I look at things from the
- 15:25Speaker 7: perspective of the vastness of our universe and I'm a
- 15:30Speaker 7: kind of a numbers person. I don't get nervous flying
- 15:33Speaker 7: because the odds are very much in your favor flying.
- 15:36Speaker 7: The odds that anything will happen to you are far
- 15:39Speaker 7: greater in a car than they ever will be in
- 15:41Speaker 7: an airplane. But I'm also looking at the odds in
- 15:44Speaker 7: terms of how much is out there in the universe.
- 15:47Speaker 7: And it would be pretty wild to think that the
- 15:50Speaker 7: only spot where there was any sort of life in
- 15:53Speaker 7: the entire universe was here on earth.
- 15:56Speaker 1: All right, so that's Lara's take. And then, so the
- 15:58Speaker 1: big news takeaway from her is like, hey, we're getting
- 16:00Speaker 1: a big speech from the president soon on the subject.
- 16:03Speaker 1: I did see, who did, oh, Ishmael Cord in our
- 16:06Speaker 1: chat says, once again, it's not aliens. It's undocumented non-terrestrial persons.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Of course, thank you. Thank you, Ishmael. I appreciate you
- 16:14Speaker 1: for that. Yes, that's, we gotta be, we gotta be
- 16:17Speaker 1: correct about these things. Also in the chat, I'm seeing
- 16:20Speaker 1: a lot of people say, you know, Vince, not from
- 16:24Speaker 1: another planet. This is not extraterrestrial visitors from Mars or
- 16:30Speaker 1: some distant solar system or something. What we're dealing with
- 16:35Speaker 1: is demons. What we're dealing with is something dark. There's
- 16:40Speaker 1: spiritual darkness at play here. And I've seen this theory
- 16:45Speaker 1: bandied about, and I think it's very reasonable to take
- 16:49Speaker 1: it seriously. They really have something here. I think it's
- 16:52Speaker 1: very reasonable to keep that thought in your hypothesis inventory.
- 17:00Speaker 1: And if you're talking about like biological matter, that has
- 17:04Speaker 1: something to do with the demonic. I mean, that, I
- 17:07Speaker 1: think that opens up a whole new world of thinking
- 17:10Speaker 1: and theologically and everything else. It's pretty wild. So what
- 17:15Speaker 1: could come next could be a very big deal. It
- 17:17Speaker 1: could be a very big deal. So, like I said,
- 17:20Speaker 1: the president has posted to Truth Social that he's going
- 17:23Speaker 1: to be declassifying all of this. The one other moment yesterday,
- 17:27Speaker 1: the president was asked about this aboard Air Force One
- 17:31Speaker 1: by our friend Peter Doocy. And he specifically said that
- 17:36Speaker 1: Obama in in running his mouth had said something that
- 17:39Speaker 1: was actually classified, that he shouldn't have said what he said,
- 17:43Speaker 1: to which I responded instantly. Well, didn't he just commit
- 17:45Speaker 1: a crime then? Isn't that a crime? Did we charge anybody?
- 17:49Speaker 1: That kind of seems like a crime if he's giving
- 17:51Speaker 1: away classified information illegally. You know, Trump was prosecuted by
- 17:55Speaker 1: Jack Smith for doing something that wasn't even illegal, but
- 17:58Speaker 1: they accused him of stealing classified information, if I remember correctly.
- 18:02Speaker 1: But here's President Trump, apparently very merciful. He says, you know,
- 18:08Speaker 1: maybe I'll declassify it so that the problem can go
- 18:11Speaker 1: away for Obama. Not sure if it works that way.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I think if you break the law, even if you
- 18:15Speaker 1: declassify the information later, you'd still be guilty. But Here's
- 18:19Speaker 1: President Trump. He's a very generous man talking about what
- 18:22Speaker 1: Obama said and what President Trump might do next, which,
- 18:26Speaker 1: of course, he did later in the evening. Barack Obama
- 18:28Speaker 1: said that aliens are real.
- 18:32Speaker 5: Have you seen any evidence of non-human visitors to Earth?
- 18:36Speaker 6: Well, he gave classified information. He's not supposed to be
- 18:38Speaker 6: doing that.
- 18:38Speaker 1: So aliens are real?
- 18:40Speaker 6: Well, I don't know if they're real or not. I
- 18:42Speaker 6: can tell you he gave classified information. He's not supposed.
- 18:45Speaker 5: To be doing that.
- 18:46Speaker 6: He made a big mistake. He took it out of
- 18:48Speaker 6: classified information. No, I don't have an opinion on it.
- 18:52Speaker 6: I never talk about it. A lot of people do.
- 18:54Speaker 6: A lot of people believe it. Do you believe it, Peter?
- 18:59Speaker 5: Well, the president can declassify anything that he wants to.
- 19:02Speaker 3: I may get him out.
- 19:04Speaker 6: Of trouble by declassifying.
- 19:06Speaker 1: I may get him out of trouble by declassifying, he says.
- 19:11Speaker 1: The president of the United States subsequently saying, I'm releasing everything.
- 19:16Speaker 7: Okay.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Let's see what they put out. Pete Hegseth, Secretary of War,
- 19:23Speaker 1: immediately saying he was on it last night, posting to
- 19:25Speaker 1: X that he's on it, Mr. President. So we'll see
- 19:29Speaker 1: what they produce. Kind of fascinating. A lot of people
- 19:31Speaker 1: have been fascinated by this for years, but we'll see.
- 19:35Speaker 1: We'll see. You know, the reality is, like, don't you
- 19:38Speaker 1: feel like we're at a point in our country where
- 19:41Speaker 1: nothing shocks us anymore? Literally nothing. I mean, it was
- 19:45Speaker 1: a couple years ago, right, where we started to have
- 19:47Speaker 1: all these disclosures about these very unusual propulsion systems and
- 19:51Speaker 1: videos and Navy pilots encountering bizarre flying objects that defy
- 19:57Speaker 1: the laws of physics. And what did the American public,
- 20:00Speaker 1: what did everybody do? They're like, Everyone kind of shrugged. Remember,
- 20:05Speaker 1: for years, I mean, the thought process was like, hey,
- 20:06Speaker 1: if we share anything about stuff like this, everyone's going
- 20:09Speaker 1: to go crazy. It's going to be pandemonium. Buildings are
- 20:13Speaker 1: going to burn down. Everyone's going to be looting everything,
- 20:15Speaker 1: running for their lives. And none of us did that.
- 20:19Speaker 1: The left did that, but that's because that's what they
- 20:20Speaker 1: do every day. But the rest of us were, okay, yeah,
- 20:25Speaker 1: makes sense. Makes sense. I mean, we've seen crazy things
- 20:29Speaker 1: in our lives just added to the pile. Just add
- 20:32Speaker 1: it to the pile. So we'll see what they add
- 20:33Speaker 1: to the pile. That's coming. In other news, which I'll
- 20:37Speaker 1: get to in just a moment, we've got President Obama.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Excuse me. Forget President Obama.
- 20:42Speaker 7: Out of here.
- 20:43Speaker 1: We've got President Trump adding his voice in a big
- 20:48Speaker 1: way to our push for the Save America Act. This
- 20:52Speaker 1: is a big deal. We'll get to the president's contributions.
- 20:56Speaker 1: We've got a lot to talk about related to election integrity.
- 20:59Speaker 1: That's ahead on this edition. Love having you here. I
- 21:04Speaker 1: also love having with us a new sponsor of the

- 22:40Speaker 1: let's get into, let's get into what's going on with
- 22:44Speaker 1: election integrity. Shall we, ladies and gentlemen?
- 22:46Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Save America Act update from the President of the United States.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Here's what he has to say on the subject. Truth Social,
- 22:55Speaker 1: late yesterday, he says, we have to, we are going
- 22:59Speaker 1: to have the Save America Act. You got that? We
- 23:02Speaker 1: are going to have it. the Save America Act. One
- 23:07Speaker 1: way or the other, after approval by Congress, through the
- 23:11Speaker 1: very proper use of the filibuster, or at minimum by
- 23:16Speaker 1: a talking filibuster, a la Mr. Smith goes to Washington. Now,
- 23:23Speaker 1: let's dwell on this for a moment. Remember, I showed
- 23:26Speaker 1: you video recently of the president being asked by our
- 23:29Speaker 1: Reagan race, my White House correspondent asking the president, do
- 23:33Speaker 1: you support a talking filibuster for this? And he said, yes.
- 23:37Speaker 1: And he kind of just basically gave a basic answer
- 23:39Speaker 1: of like anything it takes. Yeah, the talking filibuster would
- 23:41Speaker 1: be good. He sort of generically acknowledged that that would
- 23:44Speaker 1: be a good route. This is even more determined than
- 23:49Speaker 1: the comments that he gave to this audience, that he
- 23:51Speaker 1: gave to Reagan. This is him saying straight up, we're
- 23:55Speaker 1: having this thing. This will become the law. This, in
- 24:00Speaker 1: no uncertain terms, is now the bully pulpit being used
- 24:04Speaker 1: on John Thune. This is without even saying John's name.
- 24:08Speaker 1: He's telling Senator Thune, you're doing this. We're getting the
- 24:12Speaker 1: Save America Act passed. You're going to use whatever tools
- 24:15Speaker 1: are at your disposal, including that talking filibuster, a la Mr.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Smith goes to Washington. So yes, that's a direct challenge.
- 24:23Speaker 1: As Hardtime75 says in the chat, it's a direct challenge
- 24:26Speaker 1: to Thune. And so John Thune, I mean, imagine what
- 24:31Speaker 1: he's thinking as he's going to bed last night. Crap.
- 24:34Speaker 1: He was kind of hoping that maybe this would peter out,
- 24:36Speaker 1: that nobody would be all that interested in talking about
- 24:38Speaker 1: it anymore. The president jumping in with a sustainer for
- 24:41Speaker 1: the fight that you and I have been engaged in
- 24:43Speaker 1: for months now. We've been all over this. get this
- 24:46Speaker 1: thing through. This week, we've seen the convulsions of the establishment.
- 24:50Speaker 1: There's op-eds flying left and right, trying to say, this
- 24:54Speaker 1: can't be done. This would be catastrophic. This would be
- 24:57Speaker 1: awful to do this, and on and on and on.
- 25:02Speaker 1: This is nonsense. This is tantrum throwing, and these are lies, too, candidly,
- 25:08Speaker 1: for those who definitely know better. They're lies. It's just lies.
- 25:12Speaker 1: This can be brought to the floor of the Senate
- 25:14Speaker 1: and passed with a simple majority so long as Democrats
- 25:18Speaker 1: are given the opportunity, which they'll surely take, to mount
- 25:21Speaker 1: a speaking filibuster as soon as they're tired, then we
- 25:24Speaker 1: can pass this thing. Will it be a little difficult?
- 25:26Speaker 2: Yeah, sure.
- 25:27Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 25:28Speaker 1: Anything worth doing in life is a little difficult, but
- 25:30Speaker 1: this is very important. We need election integrity nationwide because
- 25:35Speaker 1: the left is on the march. They're moving with aggression.
- 25:39Speaker 1: In fact, We talked yesterday about Virginia. Virginia is a
- 25:43Speaker 1: perfect example of where the left is moving with utter aggression.
- 25:47Speaker 1: The Democrats control everything in Virginia now. They have the House,
- 25:50Speaker 1: the Senate, and the governor's mansion. And as a result,
- 25:53Speaker 1: they're using that power very cruelly on the population immediately.
- 25:57Speaker 1: They're raising taxes, 50 different tax hikes that they're pushing forward.
- 26:02Speaker 1: They're immediately stopping immigration enforcement. They're They're making it easier
- 26:08Speaker 1: to commit fraud with federal taxpayer dollars. They're going for
- 26:12Speaker 1: broke in Virginia right now. And the big thing that
- 26:14Speaker 1: I told you about yesterday is they're trying to rig
- 26:16Speaker 1: all the congressional elections. Hey, Dr. Adwani, is that your name?
- 26:22Speaker 1: Or Dradwani? I'm not even sure. I'll just say doctor. Doc,
- 26:26Speaker 1: Doc asks, what do I think about what Judge Hurley
- 26:28Speaker 1: did in Virginia yesterday? Hold on, Doc. I'm getting to that.
- 26:31Speaker 1: You're jumping out ahead of me. Don't ruin my flow.
- 26:34Speaker 1: So here's what we got. In Virginia, they're trying to
- 26:37Speaker 1: rig the elections. They want to take it from 6-5
- 26:40Speaker 1: Democrat to Republican congressional seats to 10-1 Democrat to Republican
- 26:45Speaker 1: congressional seats. How does that work in a state where
- 26:49Speaker 1: it's half Republican and half Democrat? You're going to take
- 26:52Speaker 1: 10 of the seats? 10 of the seats? Hailstorm, is
- 26:56Speaker 1: anybody listening to me? Hailstorm 1962, goes Vince, the judge
- 26:59Speaker 1: blocked it. No shit, I'm getting to it. Holy crap,
- 27:02Speaker 1: let the man work. I'm cooking here. I'm cooking, I'm cooking,
- 27:07Speaker 1: I'm cooking, I'm getting there. The chat, the chat's so
- 27:10Speaker 1: far ahead of me, it's so funny. I love the chat.
- 27:12Speaker 1: So here's what happens yesterday. The chat's spoiling it for me,
- 27:15Speaker 1: but here's the great news. Yesterday, thank the good Lord,
- 27:20Speaker 1: reinforcements appear. The RNC, the NRCC, a couple of Republican congressmen,
- 27:27Speaker 1: they all file lawsuits. Now, this was now two days ago,
- 27:31Speaker 1: two afternoons ago. Emergency lawsuits in the state of Virginia,
- 27:36Speaker 1: in Tazewell, Virginia, in order to try and block this thing.
- 27:40Speaker 1: And Tazewell's the right jurisdiction to do it. You get
- 27:42Speaker 1: a fair judge there. It's going to be a lot
- 27:44Speaker 1: better situation. than filing at some of these lefty operations.
- 27:48Speaker 1: And sure enough, wham, we get a good decision yesterday
- 27:55Speaker 1: from the judge who has now issued an injunction against
- 28:01Speaker 1: every level of the state to allow this ridiculous redistricting
- 28:05Speaker 1: vote to go forward on April 21st. Now, this is
- 28:09Speaker 1: in no way the end of this saga. This is
- 28:12Speaker 1: in no way the end of this saga. Nair Nair
- 28:17Speaker 1: says too much lead up, Vince. Less words. Well, technically,
- 28:20Speaker 1: it would be fewer words, Nair Nair. And if you
- 28:22Speaker 1: want to do this on your show, go for it.
- 28:24Speaker 1: Knock it out. Here's what we have. Court halts April
- 28:27Speaker 1: 21st redistricting vote, siding with RNC and GOP lawmakers, says
- 28:32Speaker 1: the Virginia Mercury local publication. A Tazewell County Circuit Court
- 28:35Speaker 1: judge on Thursday granted an emergency injunction blocking what Republicans
- 28:40Speaker 1: call an unlawful April 21st redistricting referendum while the case
- 28:44Speaker 1: is heard in court. Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Chief Judge Jack
- 28:48Speaker 1: Hurley has issued a temporary restraining order barring state and
- 28:52Speaker 1: local election officials from moving forward with the planned vote.
- 28:55Speaker 1: State and local. This is not just Haswell. This is
- 28:58Speaker 1: for the whole state, the whole Commonwealth of Virginia. The
- 29:02Speaker 1: move hands the plaintiffs in the case. The RNC, the NRCC,
- 29:05Speaker 1: also Congressman Ben Klein and Congressman Morgan Griffith. a reprieve,
- 29:10Speaker 1: a brief one at least, in a high-stakes fight for
- 29:13Speaker 1: the state of Virginia. Here's what the judge said. The
- 29:15Speaker 1: judge said in the injunction that the plaintiffs, that would
- 29:19Speaker 1: be Republicans, sane people, have an extraordinarily high likelihood of
- 29:23Speaker 1: success on the merits, an extraordinarily high likelihood of success
- 29:27Speaker 1: on the merits, based on the claim that the referendum
- 29:29Speaker 1: violates a whole bunch of things. It violates the Virginia Constitution,
- 29:34Speaker 1: the law, everything. There's not enough time being allotted to
- 29:39Speaker 1: hold an election. like this. It's being done too quickly.
- 29:42Speaker 1: The language of the ballot initiative. Remember when I read
- 29:46Speaker 1: it to you yesterday and I said, look at this
- 29:48Speaker 1: Orwellian garbage. In the ballot, on the ballot, it says
- 29:52Speaker 1: that it would, quote, restore fairness to Virginia elections for
- 29:56Speaker 1: people to vote for it. In other words, when you
- 29:57Speaker 1: go into the ballot box, yes or no, do you
- 29:59Speaker 1: want to restore fairness? Oh, yes, I want to restore fairness.
- 30:02Speaker 1: And you're like, click yes on it. Restore fairness. Restore
- 30:05Speaker 1: fairness means letting the Democrats rig the whole damn election.
- 30:09Speaker 1: It's like so crazy. So, no, it's not restoring fairness.
- 30:12Speaker 1: That's just Orwellian nonsense. That's newspeak. So Hurley said that
- 30:17Speaker 1: the language is likely misleading and violates the Constitution of
- 30:22Speaker 1: the state because it would, quote, lead a voter to
- 30:24Speaker 1: believe he or she were doing something unfair by voting
- 30:28Speaker 1: against the proposed amendment. You wouldn't want to do anything unfair,
- 30:32Speaker 1: would you? You support fair elections, don't you?
- 30:36Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Good for this judge. Now, where do we go next?
- 30:40Speaker 1: It works its way to the Virginia Supreme Court. That's
- 30:44Speaker 1: in no way a sure thing. The Virginia Supreme Court
- 30:46Speaker 1: has been working against fairness. They've been working against decency.
- 30:50Speaker 1: So it may very well be a disaster there. But
- 30:53Speaker 1: in the meantime, when I was saying earlier this week, hey,
- 30:56Speaker 1: where are the Republicans on this? Are they moving? I
- 30:59Speaker 1: want to give them credit. The RNC, the NRCC, the
- 31:02Speaker 1: Virginia GOP is involved in this, filing this lawsuit, freezing
- 31:06Speaker 1: this up for now, and stopping that election from taking
- 31:09Speaker 1: place because it was a scam. It was a complete scam.
- 31:14Speaker 1: So that April 21st redistricting vote, for the moment, it's
- 31:18Speaker 1: on ice. In the order, all defendants are now restrained
- 31:24Speaker 1: in their official capacities from even administering the election. Here's
- 31:29Speaker 1: the order. issued by the judge yesterday, the plaintiffs include
- 31:33Speaker 1: the man who runs the Virginia Department of Elections, the
- 31:36Speaker 1: entire Virginia Department of Elections, the chairman of the State
- 31:41Speaker 1: Board of Elections. They're all ordered here that they are
- 31:46Speaker 1: not allowed to do this. Here's what they say. The
- 31:49Speaker 1: judge says, all defendants are temporarily restrained in their official
- 31:53Speaker 1: capacities from administering preparing for, taking any action to further
- 31:59Speaker 1: the procedure of the referendum or otherwise moving forward with
- 32:03Speaker 1: causing an election to be held on the proposed constitutional amendment.
- 32:08Speaker 1: In other words, stop. Good news. Very good news. Thank you. Look,
- 32:17Speaker 1: Banderson says Vince is the man and then says shush
- 32:19Speaker 1: little boy to somebody in chat. I'm not sure who
- 32:20Speaker 1: the little boy is, but you should listen to Banderson.
- 32:24Speaker 1: Banderson knows what he's talking about.
- 32:26Speaker 5: All right.
- 32:27Speaker 1: We've got a lot more to get to here on
- 32:29Speaker 1: the program, including, well, I've got some craziness. I've got
- 32:35Speaker 1: some craziness for you. The left is very angry. It's
- 32:39Speaker 1: very angry that President Trump's in office. They're mad at you.
- 32:43Speaker 1: And they're so mad at you that they can't even
- 32:45Speaker 1: control themselves. Usually they will try and deceive their way forward.
- 32:49Speaker 1: But now they're straight up just saying out loud what
- 32:52Speaker 1: they intend to do to you if they get power back.
- 32:55Speaker 10: Okay.
- 32:55Speaker 8: Okay.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Let's assess. We'll talk about that in just a moment.
- 32:57Speaker 1: I want to thank our great sponsors here. We've got,
- 33:01Speaker 1: let's see, who do we got right now? Oh, Birch Gold.

- 34:18Speaker 1: Come here, Major.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Come here, buddy.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Major's here. My dog loves hanging out with me. You see,
- 34:25Speaker 1: when I get up in the morning, my dogs follow me,
- 34:28Speaker 1: of course. They're immediately awake and hanging out with me.
- 34:32Speaker 1: And I'll go downstairs. Step one is release the dogs.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Release the hounds. Let them get outside. Use the bathroom.
- 34:39Speaker 9: And then.
- 34:41Speaker 1: While they're doing that, I get a cup of water.
- 34:43Speaker 1: I take all my various supplements. And then immediately after that,
- 34:47Speaker 1: blackout coffee. And while that coffee is pouring, I go
- 34:50Speaker 1: and I retrieve the dogs. And if it's wet outside,
- 34:53Speaker 1: like it was today, dry their paws off. And then finally,
- 34:56Speaker 1: my reward for all of that, that takes about 10
- 34:59Speaker 1: minutes or so, is to get my blackout coffee. I
- 35:02Speaker 1: love blackout. If you want your coffee strong, smooth, and

- 37:06Speaker 1: by the video. I don't even know if it does anything.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Does it do anything? Can somebody, somebody ask Chris at
- 37:10Speaker 1: Rumble if it does anything? If you click thumbs up,
- 37:13Speaker 1: does it mean that we send our entire feed into
- 37:16Speaker 1: the algorithm atmosphere? Is that how that works?
- 37:20Speaker 3: Whatever.
- 37:21Speaker 1: Click like. Thank you. T. Robinson, click the thing. Thank you, T.
- 37:25Speaker 1: I appreciate you. I appreciate you.
- 37:28Speaker 5: All right.
- 37:29Speaker 1: Let's see. We've got some crazy lefties out there. Let's
- 37:35Speaker 1: take a look at Susan Rice. Remember Susan Rice? She
- 37:37Speaker 1: was the woman who lied about Benghazi on national television.
- 37:41Speaker 1: She's also, it turns out, basically the person who ran
- 37:46Speaker 1: the Biden White House. She's been.
- 37:50Speaker 1: Alleged to have been really kind of the power behind
- 37:52Speaker 1: the White House, or at least one of the people
- 37:54Speaker 1: behind the White House running President Autopen's operation. So Susan
- 37:58Speaker 1: Rice is an Obama acolyte. She's as close to Obama
- 38:03Speaker 1: as anybody. And she just did an interview where she
- 38:09Speaker 1: is very openly talking about how tyrannical the left needs
- 38:15Speaker 1: to be now in terms of their treatment of American
- 38:20Speaker 1: citizens after the left gets power again. Now, previously, the
- 38:25Speaker 1: way the left operated was they pretended that there was
- 38:28Speaker 1: something just about what they were up to, that they were, quote,
- 38:31Speaker 1: defending democracy, that they were doing something on your behalf
- 38:35Speaker 1: that was confined to what the Constitution intended. And they
- 38:38Speaker 1: did this to destroy the lives of Christians and January
- 38:41Speaker 1: 6 people and Donald Trump and Trump supporters. Yeah, that's
- 38:45Speaker 1: just par for the course. Now they're giving up even
- 38:48Speaker 1: the deceptions. Listen to Susan Rice as she describes what
- 38:52Speaker 1: the left has in store for the rest of us
- 38:54Speaker 1: the second they get power back.
- 38:56Speaker 2: Here she is.
- 38:58Speaker 9: But when it comes to the elites, you know, the
- 39:02Speaker 9: corporate interests, the law firms, the universities, the media, I
- 39:06Speaker 9: agree with you, Preet. It is not going to end well.
- 39:11Speaker 1: I think she's talking to Preet Bharara, the former U.S.
- 39:13Speaker 1: attorney in New York.
- 39:15Speaker 9: For those that decided that it was, you know, that
- 39:19Speaker 9: they would act in their perceived very narrow self-interest, which
- 39:23Speaker 9: I would underscore as very short-term self-interest, and, you know,
- 39:28Speaker 9: take a knee to Trump. I think they're now starting
- 39:31Speaker 9: to realize, wait a minute, you know, this is not popular.
- 39:35Speaker 9: Trump is not popular. What he is doing, whether on
- 39:39Speaker 9: the economy and affordability or on immigration now, is not popular.
- 39:44Speaker 9: And that there is likely to be.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Well, it's actually wildly popular. I mean, and it's so
- 39:49Speaker 1: much more popular than anything Democrats are doing. Have you
- 39:51Speaker 1: seen Democrat approval ratings? They're in the toilet. What was
- 39:54Speaker 1: the comparison we were using this week? Less popular than
- 39:57Speaker 1: gas station sushi? Yeah, less popular than whatever results from
- 40:01Speaker 1: gas station sushi. That's what Democrats are.
- 40:04Speaker 9: A swing in the other direction. And they are going
- 40:06Speaker 9: to be caught with more than their pants down. They're
- 40:10Speaker 9: going to be held accountable. by those who come in
- 40:16Speaker 9: opposition to Trump and win at the ballot box. And
- 40:20Speaker 9: I can tell you, Preet, as I talk to leaders
- 40:24Speaker 9: in Washington, leaders in our party, leaders in the states,
- 40:28Speaker 9: if these corporations think that the Democrats, when they come
- 40:32Speaker 9: back in power, are gonna play by the old rules,
- 40:38Speaker 9: and say, oh, nevermind, we'll forgive you for all the
- 40:44Speaker 9: people you've fired, all the policies and principles you've violated,
- 40:48Speaker 9: all the laws you've skirted.
- 40:50Speaker 1: You hear what she's saying? She's talking about DEI. She's
- 40:54Speaker 1: talking about how these corporations, you heard what she said
- 40:57Speaker 1: at the top, corporations, law firms, and universities. These are
- 41:01Speaker 1: the organizations she wants to destroy. Well, what have the
- 41:03Speaker 1: corporations done? The corporations have been getting rid of their
- 41:07Speaker 1: racial prejudice operations that they used to call DEI. They've
- 41:13Speaker 1: been doing that. The social media companies are now freer
- 41:17Speaker 1: places for speech because the Trump administration is in office.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Are they all better? No, they're not. Are they still
- 41:23Speaker 1: trying to be duplicitous? Yes, they are. But the Trump
- 41:26Speaker 1: administration is placing extraordinary pressure on all of these institutions
- 41:30Speaker 1: to follow the law. That's it. That's all the Trump
- 41:34Speaker 1: administration is asking. Stop judging people based on race and gender.
- 41:38Speaker 1: Stop censoring American citizens from their free speech. These are
- 41:42Speaker 1: basic principles. And Susan Rice is infuriated about this. She
- 41:47Speaker 1: wants racial prejudice baked in. She wants free speech to
- 41:51Speaker 1: be trampled. She wants these universities to be filling their
- 41:56Speaker 1: students' heads with communist propagandistic nonsense. Destructive nonsense, collectivist nonsense.
- 42:05Speaker 1: That's what she wants. And she's infuriated that we have
- 42:08Speaker 1: made any headway into writing this ship. So now she's
- 42:11Speaker 1: saying we're going to use the forces of government to
- 42:14Speaker 1: crush any institution who's actually adhered to the, adhered to
- 42:19Speaker 1: the constitution.
- 42:20Speaker 9: Other thing coming because, you know, just like when Trump thought, okay,
- 42:24Speaker 9: I'll redistrict and the Democrats won't have the guts to,
- 42:28Speaker 9: to play hardball. They're going to be surprised. Democrats have
- 42:32Speaker 9: had a belly full. And we're not going to play
- 42:35Speaker 9: by the old set of rules when these guys are
- 42:39Speaker 9: playing by a very different set of rules. We're going
- 42:41Speaker 9: to play by the law. We're not going to violate
- 42:44Speaker 9: the law the way they do.
- 42:45Speaker 7: Bullshit.
- 42:46Speaker 9: But we're not going to be suckers. And so I
- 42:48Speaker 9: think whether you're a law firm, whether you're a university,
- 42:51Speaker 9: whether you're a media entity, whether you're a big corporation.
- 42:55Speaker 2: Media.
- 42:56Speaker 1: They're going after media entities.
- 42:57Speaker 3: Tech.
- 42:57Speaker 4: Tech.
- 42:59Speaker 1: Is that a shot at rumble? What is that a
- 43:01Speaker 1: shot at? They're going to go after media outlets, she's declaring.
- 43:07Speaker 1: She's declaring war on anybody who stands in the left's
- 43:10Speaker 1: way by telling the truth.
- 43:11Speaker 9: You need to play a long game, not this short
- 43:13Speaker 9: game that has been so detrimental. There will be an
- 43:15Speaker 9: accountability agenda. Companies already are starting to hear they better
- 43:21Speaker 9: preserve their documents.
- 43:22Speaker 1: When you hear her talking about all this, just think
- 43:25Speaker 1: this is Obama who's saying this. This is Obama world.
- 43:29Speaker 1: They are absolutely chomping at the bit to take over
- 43:33Speaker 1: our lives again.
- 43:34Speaker 9: They better be ready for subpoenas. If they've done something wrong,
- 43:38Speaker 9: they'll be held accountable. And if they haven't broken the law,
- 43:43Speaker 9: good for them. If they've done the right things, good
- 43:45Speaker 9: for them. That also will be noted.
- 43:48Speaker 1: You know, think about what they did and the way
- 43:51Speaker 1: they came after President Trump and everybody around him. They
- 43:54Speaker 1: were accusing Trump supporters of violating laws that didn't even apply.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Remember?
- 44:00Speaker 1: Remember the January 6th defendants, a lot of them were
- 44:03Speaker 1: smacked with this thing about obstructing a congressional investigation, a
- 44:07Speaker 1: congressional proceeding. That law that was applied incorrectly to Trump
- 44:13Speaker 1: supporters was actually for white collar crimes. It was related
- 44:18Speaker 1: to the Enron scandal and the destruction of documents related
- 44:22Speaker 1: to congressional investigations. It wasn't related to American citizens walking
- 44:26Speaker 1: into their own Capitol buildings. And yet that law was
- 44:29Speaker 1: used to destroy the lives of endless Trump supporters. And
- 44:35Speaker 1: that's what Susan Rice stands for. Susan Rice doesn't regret that.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Susan Rice enthusiastically cheered that on. She's disgusting. But long
- 44:44Speaker 1: gone are the days of them pretending that they're doing
- 44:48Speaker 1: anything decent. They're out for blood. And that's Susan Rice
- 44:51Speaker 1: making a declaration for them. Just in case you were wondering,
- 44:55Speaker 1: if you need any more motivation to fight for your country,
- 44:58Speaker 1: There it is. There it is. And, you know, that
- 45:02Speaker 1: guy that I just told you about, those prosecutions that
- 45:05Speaker 1: I just told you about, you know who was primarily
- 45:08Speaker 1: responsible for those prosecutions? It was a former D.C.
- 45:11Speaker 3: U.S.
- 45:11Speaker 1: Attorney by the name of Matthew Graves. You guys remember
- 45:13Speaker 1: Matthew Graves?
- 45:15Speaker 2: Yeah, D.C.
- 45:16Speaker 1: U.S. attorney Matthew Graves. Just a guy who didn't prosecute
- 45:20Speaker 1: any actual criminals, but he decided to destroy the lives
- 45:23Speaker 1: of Trump supporters, and that was going to be a
- 45:26Speaker 1: big fun thing for him. Talk about a guy I'd
- 45:28Speaker 1: love to see behind bars, Matthew Graves. Boy, does he
- 45:30Speaker 1: deserve it. As 70% of all of the arrests that
- 45:34Speaker 1: were done in D.C. of actual criminals, they just went free.
- 45:38Speaker 1: They went free because Matt Graves did not want to
- 45:40Speaker 1: prosecute them. Trump supporters destroy their lives. Destroy their lives. And,
- 45:45Speaker 1: you know, I was just talking to somebody yesterday about this. Oh, actually,
- 45:51Speaker 1: I was talking to a Trump administration official about it.
- 45:54Speaker 1: You know, in D.C. in January, there was only one homicide.
- 45:59Speaker 1: Did you know that?
- 46:00Speaker 7: One.
- 46:01Speaker 4: One.
- 46:02Speaker 9: What a world.
- 46:03Speaker 1: Remember when D.C. was like the murder capital of the
- 46:05Speaker 1: country for a bit? The left completely wrecked D.C. Matt
- 46:10Speaker 1: Graves completely wrecked D.C. They just let the criminals run wild.
- 46:14Speaker 1: And Trump comes in and cleans it up? Isn't that wild?
- 46:18Speaker 1: And it didn't take a new law. It just took
- 46:19Speaker 1: a new president. It took somebody enforcing the law. Man,
- 46:23Speaker 1: they really cleaned up that police department. They made it
- 46:25Speaker 1: so much better. It's unreal. Anyway, thank you to the
- 46:27Speaker 1: president for that. That's why that grandma this week was
- 46:30Speaker 1: singing President Trump's praises, because he deserves it. He deserves it.
- 46:34Speaker 1: In nearby Fairfax County, Virginia, right across the Pooptomic River,
- 46:39Speaker 1: there is a crazy case going on involving another crazy
- 46:44Speaker 1: left-wing prosecutor. In Fairfax County, they have, well, in Virginia,
- 46:48Speaker 1: they have these things called Commonwealth's Attorneys. It's like a
- 46:51Speaker 1: state's attorney, but in Virginia, it's considered a Commonwealth, technically.
- 46:54Speaker 1: So it's a Commonwealth's attorney. And the guy's name is
- 46:56Speaker 1: Steve Descano. He's funded by George Soros. He's been in
- 46:59Speaker 1: office for far too long. And his entire tenure has
- 47:02Speaker 1: involved allowing hardened criminals to get back out on the
- 47:05Speaker 1: street and then to rape, maim, and murder again. And
- 47:09Speaker 1: so that's who Steve Descano is. And out of Fairfax County,
- 47:12Speaker 1: we have, I think, an illustrative story about how horrific
- 47:16Speaker 1: these lefty prosecutors are.
- 47:19Speaker 7: Again, a.
- 47:21Speaker 1: Man who meticulously plotted a father's execution style murder has
- 47:27Speaker 1: just landed a sweetheart plea deal from that prosecutor. And
- 47:33Speaker 1: it's an insanity deal. He pled guilty by reason of insanity,
- 47:39Speaker 1: which means he's not going to serve meaningful time in
- 47:42Speaker 1: prison for walking into a man's bedroom and then firing
- 47:46Speaker 1: 10 shots into his body while he was sleeping in bed.
- 47:51Speaker 1: This is a real and horrific story. that just popped
- 47:55Speaker 1: out of Fairfax County, Virginia yesterday. Take a look at this.
- 47:58Speaker 1: This one is brought to you by WUSA 9 CBS.
- 48:03Speaker 1: Here is their coverage. Let me let me pop this
- 48:04Speaker 1: up for you of what just happened yesterday. Take a look.
- 48:08Speaker 5: The man who shot and killed nonprofit CEO Greg Glyer
- 48:12Speaker 5: as he slept in his bed will not go to trial.
- 48:15Speaker 5: Glyer is pictured here on the right side of your screen.
- 48:17Speaker 5: You'll see in just a moment. A judge accepted a
- 48:20Speaker 5: plea agreement to rule Joshua Dane Howard there on the left,
- 48:23Speaker 5: not guilty by reason of insanity. Today, Glyer's loved ones
- 48:26Speaker 5: told the judge justice was not served. Our Matthew Torres
- 48:30Speaker 5: is joining us live tonight from outside of the Fairfax
- 48:32Speaker 5: County Courthouse in Matthew. We also know Glyer's family was
- 48:34Speaker 5: hoping the judge would reject this plea agreement. Yeah, that's right.
- 48:39Speaker 3: They are leaving this courthouse disappointed and angry at prosecutors.
- 48:43Speaker 3: There were so many people that showed up for Gret
- 48:45Speaker 3: Glyer's family that they ended up having to move to
- 48:47Speaker 3: a bigger courtroom. They listened as defendant Joshua Dane Howard
- 48:52Speaker 3: told the judge that he, quote, did not possess the
- 48:55Speaker 3: right mindset due to his mental health.
- 48:58Speaker 1: He planned the murder. They have the evidence that he
- 49:02Speaker 1: extensively planned how he was going to conduct this murder.
- 49:07Speaker 1: And then he strolls into the bedroom. Apparently he was
- 49:09Speaker 1: jealous that the guy was married to the wife. He
- 49:13Speaker 1: was after the woman. And he waltzes into the room
- 49:17Speaker 1: and he kills him while he's sleeping. And then he's like,
- 49:21Speaker 1: I wasn't in the right state of mind. And so
- 49:23Speaker 1: a left-wing judge and a left-wing prosecutor say, oh, well,
- 49:27Speaker 1: in that case, then we'll give you a light sentence,
- 49:30Speaker 1: which they did.
- 49:31Speaker 3: When Blyer was killed in bed.
- 49:35Speaker 2: Justice.
- 49:36Speaker 9: He's not served today.
- 49:38Speaker 3: Tonight, outrage from Gret Glyer's loved ones. The man who
- 49:41Speaker 3: killed Glyer while he was asleep in bed next to
- 49:44Speaker 3: his wife in their Fairfax City home in 2022 will
- 49:47Speaker 3: no longer spend time behind bars. Instead, Joshua Danehauer is
- 49:51Speaker 3: moving to a mental health facility after he pleaded not
- 49:54Speaker 3: guilty by reason of insanity.
- 49:56Speaker 10: He admits to this. And yet he is using his
- 49:59Speaker 10: mental health problems as an excuse to avoid any punitive
- 50:03Speaker 10: punishment for his crimes. And that is not right.
- 50:06Speaker 3: A judge accepted a plea agreement by the defense and
- 50:08Speaker 3: prosecutors after their own clinicians found Danehauer. was insane at.
- 50:12Speaker 1: The time of murder.
- 50:13Speaker 3: But Glyer's family is pushing back saying there was enough
- 50:15Speaker 3: evidence to try him. But the Commonwealth Attorney's Office failed
- 50:18Speaker 3: to do more.
- 50:19Speaker 1: Of course, because it's a Soros funded US attorney by
- 50:22Speaker 1: the name of Steve Descano. He's one of many all
- 50:24Speaker 1: across the country. They are a part of an immense
- 50:27Speaker 1: path of destruction. They are not prosecuting people. They're supposed
- 50:31Speaker 1: to be prosecutors, but what do you call them? They're
- 50:33Speaker 1: crime enablers. That's what they are.
- 50:36Speaker 10: No punishment for a premeditated murder. There is no hope
- 50:39Speaker 10: in the criminal justice system.
- 50:41Speaker 3: In court, the prosecutor says Dane Howard became obsessed with
- 50:44Speaker 3: Glyer's wife after seeing her at a church function. The
- 50:47Speaker 3: family says the two went on a date a decade earlier.
- 50:49Speaker 3: and was wanting to reconnect. The Commonwealth says he laid
- 50:52Speaker 3: out a murder plot titled The Plan and shot Glyer
- 50:55Speaker 3: in bed ten times.
- 50:56Speaker 1: The Plan. He had a murder plot. He had time
- 51:01Speaker 1: to think about this. It was premeditated. He went through
- 51:04Speaker 1: all of this, and the prosecution was like, yeah, not
- 51:06Speaker 1: guilty by reason of insanity or what?
- 51:08Speaker 10: Evil man took his life in the middle of the night.
- 51:12Speaker 6: A coward.
- 51:13Speaker 11: Somebody who planned step by step a murder plan.
- 51:18Speaker 3: And who is backed up by the justice system. Dane
- 51:21Speaker 3: Howard will be evaluated every year for the next five
- 51:24Speaker 3: years and then two years after that. Each time there
- 51:27Speaker 3: is a chance for him to be released.
- 51:29Speaker 1: You hear that? You got that? He'll be evaluated over
- 51:34Speaker 1: the course of five years after the first five years.
- 51:37Speaker 1: And then after that, they'll evaluate him every two years
- 51:41Speaker 1: up until they decide, OK, he's good. We can release him.
- 51:45Speaker 1: So five years from now, this guy could just be released.
- 51:47Speaker 1: He's not even spending time in a prison. He's going
- 51:49Speaker 1: to spend time in a mental health facility. And five
- 51:53Speaker 1: years from now, this guy could be back out on
- 51:54Speaker 1: the street. Yes, that is some effed up stuff right there.
- 51:59Speaker 1: Hard Times says. Hard Times says it more explicitly than
- 52:02Speaker 1: I just said. But that's what we're dealing with. Absolutely
- 52:07Speaker 1: what we're dealing with. One of my old colleagues, Blake Neff,
- 52:12Speaker 1: is reacting to all this. He He saw this. You
- 52:14Speaker 1: might know Blake from Charlie Kirk's great program. Blake's been
- 52:19Speaker 1: doing the work of helping to carry on Charlie's legacy
- 52:21Speaker 1: on his show. And Blake said the following. He said,
- 52:25Speaker 1: this sickens me to my stomach, what's happening here. Absolutely
- 52:28Speaker 1: sick to my stomach. He said, if Joshua Dane Howard's
- 52:30Speaker 1: victim were literally anybody but a white Christian male, he
- 52:34Speaker 1: would already be serving a life sentence. Instead, Steve Discano
- 52:37Speaker 1: is torturing Gret Glyer's entire family for the rest of
- 52:40Speaker 1: their lives, as they will have to go in every
- 52:42Speaker 1: two years to to fight to prevent Grett's killer from
- 52:46Speaker 1: going free, all because Descano loves murderers, and he gets
- 52:50Speaker 1: off on the notion of helping them escape justice. Smart point.
- 52:56Speaker 1: Unfortunate point by Blake. And he's a Soros guy. He's
- 53:00Speaker 1: no doubt a Soros DA. Look at that. Right in
- 53:03Speaker 1: the comments, another old colleague of mine, Andrew Follett, says
- 53:05Speaker 1: it right here. Look at that. Steve Descano getting money
- 53:09Speaker 1: from George Soros. alongside a bunch of other garbage prosecutors
- 53:15Speaker 1: all across the country who are not prosecuting anything. In
- 53:19Speaker 1: case you're wondering what exactly is going on in our
- 53:21Speaker 1: country right now, that's a big part of the problem.
- 53:24Speaker 1: A big part of the problem. All right, let's see.
- 53:27Speaker 1: I want to close today with a little bit of
- 53:31Speaker 1: kind of hilarious Jasmine Crockett news. In Texas, they have
- 53:35Speaker 1: elections underway. Right now for the primary, Republican Democrat primary underway.
- 53:41Speaker 1: I saw producer Jim voted yesterday in the Republican primary.
- 53:46Speaker 1: In Texas, they've got an open primary, which is crazy.
- 53:48Speaker 1: Open primaries are nuts. Open primaries are totally nuts. Like
- 53:52Speaker 1: if you're going to pick a candidate, you should pick
- 53:54Speaker 1: a candidate in the party that you actually represent. You
- 53:57Speaker 1: shouldn't be able to cross over to the other party. But,
- 54:00Speaker 1: you know, so long as it's open, if you want
- 54:01Speaker 1: to meddle in the other party's primary, there's some people
- 54:03Speaker 1: doing that. Rush Limbaugh was a big believer in Operation Chaos.
- 54:06Speaker 1: I think that could be kind of fun. The left
- 54:08Speaker 1: is really trying to stop Jasmine Crockett from winning. They
- 54:11Speaker 1: really don't want her to win. So they've been going
- 54:14Speaker 1: with that guy, Jussie Tallarico. They're trying to get him
- 54:18Speaker 1: to be the nominee in Texas. Jasmine Crockett has noticed
- 54:21Speaker 1: all of this. And she's like, hey, the scheme to
- 54:23Speaker 1: get rid of me is, you ready for this? It's racist.
- 54:28Speaker 1: This is, oh my goodness, I'm having more fun than
- 54:31Speaker 1: I deserve to have with this race. Here is Jasmine
- 54:35Speaker 1: freaking Crockett now accusing her own party of being a
- 54:38Speaker 1: bunch of racists for trying to stop her from becoming
- 54:42Speaker 1: the Democrat nominee in Texas. Watch.
- 54:45Speaker 11: The thing that is not normal is for me to
- 54:47Speaker 11: be attacked from the left. That is the, like, new
- 54:49Speaker 11: wild card in this scenario. But it's just interesting. And,
- 54:55Speaker 11: you know, I've been asked a couple of times a
- 54:57Speaker 11: couple of things about it. And, you know, I look
- 55:02Speaker 11: at this specifically as a civil rights lawyer.
- 55:05Speaker 1: Civil rights lawyer.
- 55:05Speaker 11: And I see when they're sending out ads and they're
- 55:07Speaker 11: darkening my skin. And I'm just like....
- 55:12Speaker 12: I know what this is, right?
- 55:15Speaker 11: And the reality is that, yes, I woke up a
- 55:20Speaker 11: black woman. I was born a black woman. I know
- 55:22Speaker 11: I'm a black woman for everybody that didn't think I
- 55:23Speaker 11: didn't know.
- 55:24Speaker 1: I'm sorry, wait a second. She means she was assigned
- 55:26Speaker 1: at birth, just to be clear. She was assigned black
- 55:28Speaker 1: woman at birth.
- 55:29Speaker 11: Oh, just FYI.
- 55:31Speaker 1: Just FYI.
- 55:32Speaker 11: But I am not running on the fact that I'm
- 55:35Speaker 11: a black woman. I am running on my credentials.
- 55:38Speaker 3: Yes.
- 55:43Speaker 12: And frankly, if no one wants to talk about my
- 55:50Speaker 12: credentials or what it is that they are going to
- 55:52Speaker 12: do for you, then that should be what's most alarming.
- 55:57Speaker 11: This election ain't about me. This election is about us.
- 56:00Speaker 1: This election is about us, obviously. Oh, I love everything
- 56:07Speaker 1: about this. It's so funny. That's the best. Jasmine Crockett
- 56:12Speaker 1: says the left are being racist. She said they're darkening
- 56:15Speaker 1: her skin in advertisements.
- 56:18Speaker 2: Apparently.
- 56:20Speaker 1: I don't know what that does, but that's it. She
- 56:22Speaker 1: says it's racist. What's going on? Those lefties, they really
- 56:26Speaker 1: are being racist. Stephen Colbert, Jussie Tallarico. Very racist. They're
- 56:32Speaker 1: trying to hold a black woman down. She's been a
- 56:34Speaker 1: black woman since she was assigned black woman at birth.
- 56:36Speaker 1: And they're trying to hold her down. It's awful what
- 56:39Speaker 1: they're doing to.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Jasmine Crockett. Justice for Jasmine. Justice for Jasmine, ladies and gentlemen.
- 56:45Speaker 1: Gotta fight for that girl's rights. Jasmine Crockett actually featured
- 56:51Speaker 1: in another video this week. This just came out. This
- 56:53Speaker 1: is a Jeffrey Epstein thing. Congress held a deposition with
- 57:00Speaker 1: Les Wexner. You know that guy, Les Wexner? Les Wexner
- 57:02Speaker 1: is the Victoria's Secret guy who was Epstein's pal, constantly
- 57:06Speaker 1: hanging out with him for years, and apparently the source
- 57:09Speaker 1: of much of Epstein's wealth, apparently. Jasmine Crockett, justice for Jasmine,
- 57:16Speaker 1: was questioning Les Wexner recently. And she tried to get
- 57:20Speaker 1: the guy to say that Donald Trump is evil. And
- 57:24Speaker 1: Donald Trump was like, you know, with Jeffrey Epstein and
- 57:28Speaker 1: constantly hanging out with him. And it turns out Les
- 57:31Speaker 1: Wexner says, yeah, no, there's nothing to that at all.
- 57:33Speaker 1: In fact, I never saw Trump with the guy, really. No,
- 57:36Speaker 1: I never really had any meaningful conversations. Listen to this.
- 57:41Speaker 4: Did you ever spend time with Epstein and Donald Trump?
- 57:47Speaker 2: Together?
- 57:48Speaker 5: Yes.
- 57:48Speaker 13: I want to answer this question accurately. I would go
- 58:04Speaker 13: to some of the Victoria's Secret fashion shows because they're
- 58:06Speaker 13: very important to the brand. At some of the fashion shows,
- 58:09Speaker 13: Jeffrey was there and some Trump was there. And I
- 58:12Speaker 13: remember because Trump would always introduce himself to me.
- 58:16Speaker 1: Oh no, Trump went to a Victoria's Secret fashion show? Scandals.
- 58:21Speaker 13: It was kind of odd that he was at the
- 58:24Speaker 13: fashion show because he had nothing to do with fashion.
- 58:27Speaker 13: So the coincidence of them being together at an event,
- 58:33Speaker 13: it could have been that, but I have no specific recollection.
- 58:36Speaker 13: Never had a social or like a drink or a
- 58:39Speaker 13: cup of coffee, something that would.
- 58:46Speaker 1: Put them together.
- 58:47Speaker 4: Okay, so just to clarify, because I want to make
- 58:49Speaker 4: sure we're clear on the record, you're saying that you
- 58:53Speaker 4: can recall instances potentially where Epstein and Trump were together
- 58:57Speaker 4: and you were in the prison?
- 58:59Speaker 1: She's trying to turn the fact that Trump went to
- 59:01Speaker 1: the Victoria's Secret fashion show, which, by the way, when
- 59:03Speaker 1: that thing was a thing, it was like one of
- 59:05Speaker 1: the hottest tickets on the planet. And of course, Donald
- 59:08Speaker 1: Trump had access to it.
- 59:09Speaker 4: Or just a random scenario where Epstein may be there,
- 59:13Speaker 4: Trump may be there separately, and then you would be there.
- 59:17Speaker 13: It would be at random. That would be accurate. If
- 59:20Speaker 13: it happened, but I have no specific recollection.
- 59:23Speaker 1: Okay.
- 59:24Speaker 3: Um.
- 59:28Speaker 4: Did you ever see or become aware of President Trump
- 59:32Speaker 4: having a sexual relationship with a person who was introduced
- 59:36Speaker 4: to him by Epstein or Maxwell?
- 59:39Speaker 6: Nope.
- 59:40Speaker 1: And it just keeps going on like this. The guy keeps,
- 59:43Speaker 1: she keeps asking questions. Well, did Trump ever discuss Epstein
- 59:45Speaker 1: with you?
- 59:46Speaker 7: No.
- 59:46Speaker 1: Has Epstein ever discussed Donald Trump with you? He would
- 59:51Speaker 1: name drop, like he knows people. It was name dropping,
- 59:54Speaker 1: but no, I can't remember a specific instance. Did Epstein
- 59:58Speaker 1: ever share specific information about Trump's activities with you?
- 1:00:00Speaker 7: No.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: So Jasmine Crockett goes on this fishing expedition. And thank you,
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: by the way, to Connie Koa, Connie Koa the Great
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: on this for sharing a lot of this information, a
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: great clip here of Les Wexner's testimony. And Jasmine Crockett's
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: fishing expedition ends like everything else that she's involved in.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: Utter disaster for her. It's like it goes really well
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: for Trump because Wexner under oath is like, yeah, no. Nah,
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: not a thing on Trump, actually. And, you know, blows
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: up in Crockett's face. Finally, I got this clip. This
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: one comes to me to us from Benny Johnson. Benny
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: Johnson was able to pull this. This is a pretty
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: hilarious clip. Wexner can't stop talking. He's just talking and
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: talking and talking and talking. And at one point, his
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: lawyer literally tells him to shut the F up and
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: it's caught on hot microphone.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 1:00:53Speaker 6: Watch.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Watch as Les Wexner is told by his attorney that
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: it's time to shut up now.
- 1:00:56Speaker 9: Watch.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: It was just regularly done. Can you hear that? He says,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: just get ready for little ears. I will fucking kill
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: you if you answer another question with more than five words.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: Not a great whisper job there next to the microphone
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: and the Les Wagner deposition, so. There you have it.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: I've got a lot more to cover today. We're barely
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: scratching the surface, candidly. Man, how time flies when I'm

- 1:01:44Speaker 1: have a little bit of a better Major Cam. Oh,
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: my gosh. Why is my Major Cam upside down? My
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: Major Cam. Hold up a second. Why is the Major
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: Cam upside down? That doesn't even make any sense. I'll
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: just turn the camera upside down. There we go. Problem solved.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: There's major. Major's going to send you off this week. Uh,
