- YLN No One Is Above the Law review v1: My message is simple. No matter how powerful you are, no matter how much money you think you may have, no one is above the law. The president must be held accountable. No one is above the law. The most important takeaway from this case is that nobody's above the law, including Donald Trump. Nobody is above the law, not even the President of the United States. No person is above the law in this country. No one. No one is above the law, not even the President of the United States. A test of the principle that no one is above the law, that the law applies equally to everyone. Well, you always say no one's above the law, so do you think you should be above the law? I am not above the law. Welcome to your Leonation, where we believe in and support the rule of law. I am the Chief Mark Garrett. Well, there you have it. There you have it. Apparently, every prominent Democrat that we can find is a Big believer in the claim that no one is above the law. By the way, a position that I adamantly agree with. But there seems to be a huge lack of silence surrounding Ilhan Omar and the raid on her house that happened just this week on Monday. Very interesting. Crickets. From the Democrat Party now about no one being above the rule of law. So with that said, let me just read a little bit from the New York Post regarding what's going on right now. And there is so much going on with this woman, even beyond what's in the post. But let's kind of focus right now on the immigration. So we know the raid happened on Monday. And this is from the post. The raid was the result of a years-long criminal investigation involving whistleblowers and related to alleged false statements made on Omar's immigration papers, according to sources familiar with the case. Quote, today in the Washington, D.C. area, Homeland Security investigations executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the Department of Justice, a DOJ spokesperson said, noting the action was part. Of an ongoing federal investigation. Federal agents presented evidence to a D.C. court to obtain the search warrant for the sitting congresswoman's home, which a judge signed off on, borders are Tom Holman said later on Fox News Monday. That is so important. There are not many Republican judges in Washington, D.C. My guess is it's it's almost a certainty that. This was a Democrat judge who signed off on this search warrant. I don't know that for a fact, but I listen, if I'm wrong, tell me. But I I would bet my bottom dollar, this is a Democrat judge who said, Yeah, there's enough probable cause here to go into her house and obtain the documents that you are seeking. So she says she's innocent. She listen, she's innocent until proven otherwise, as far as I'm concerned. But again, a judge in DC bought off on the search warrant, and here we go. So continuing here on the article, authorities are looking into whether Omar used a different name in Somalia and whether her family immigrated legally, which could impact her own status inside the US. It comes just weeks after Border Zar Tom Holman revealed that Omar was under an ongoing criminal investigation. Omar has long been dogged by allegations that she married her brother in order to help him secure a U.S. visa or student loans. Those sources indicated that Monday's raid didn't appear to be tied to those accusations. You know, again, 30 years in law enforcement and where there's this much smoke. And right now, again, we're focusing on her immigration status alone right now. And that's, I think that's what this raid is. It's really laser being focused on. But you have the allegations of her marrying her brother so he can get a visa. You have the allegations about the strange financial situation, $30 million net worth down to $100,000 net worth because having her having to disclose her financial situation to Congress. All these things. It's just there's so much smoke here on so many different. levels. And by the way, I'm going to briefly mention later on a little bit about the financial situation with her as well. The search on Omar's residence more likely came as a result of inconsistencies or inaccurate statements that Omar's father, Mr. Mohammed, may have made for his daughter when applying for citizenship sources say. And let me expand on that a little bit. That discrepancy they're talking about is whether she was seventeen or eighteen when she came to this country. Because if she's seventeen, then her father can go out and sign off on her as a dependent, as a child, and the process she becomes in line to become a citizen through her father. But if she's an adult, then it's all on her. And this question goes to whether or not he or she or and she lied about her age when she came to this country. Again, I don't know if she did or she did not, but if she did, that means that every document, every government document she signed since then would be erroneous, also known as a lie. Again, if these allegations are true, I don't know if they are or they are not. But I'll tell you who believes they are the current federal government and a judge believes there's enough evidence That the federal government had the right to go in and seize these related documents. So her father, Mohammed, served as an officer in the Somali National Army before dictator Mohammed Saeed Barrer was toppled, prompting him to depart with his family to the U.S. Isn't this ironic? We brought her and her entire family in as refugees, basically to save their lives. And this woman is. One of the, if not the preeminent America hater in the federal government, as we speak. The lack of gratitude is absolutely overwhelming. Two years later, the family moved to Minneapolis, where Omar would attend high school. She eventually became a US citizen in two thousand. Supposedly. So the HSI is the main investigative arm of Homeland Security with a scope that includes investigating cross-border crime and global threats, including human trafficking, child sexual exploitation, drug smuggling, and cybercrime. In short, we're talking about immigration, immigration-related crimes, and cross-border issues. This is why it's pretty clear to me they're focusing right now on the immigration issue with her, whether she is here illegally. So that's the basic information we have right now from the New York Post, as well as other sources, but that's the one I just read from. But I want to just compare that news article to part of an opinion piece from a gentleman who works for MS Now. And again, this is an opinion piece, it doesn't claim to be news, but it is interesting. The information that he puts in the opinion piece as if it is factual. So what's this guy's name here? Zee Sean Alim, again, a renowned journalist. I put that in quotes from MS Now. This guy's been all over left-wing journalism for his entire career, which is apparently about 15 years. The Department of Homeland Security raid on rep Omar's Washington Home Monday. Is a shameful and shocking attempt to use the pretext of immigration enforcement to advance an extreme right wing national political agenda. See, this is where the left tries as hard as they can to manipulate language and manipulate definitions to their end. So now, as we live and breathe in 2026. Enforcement of immigration laws and the Constitution are somehow quote unquote extreme right wing national political agenda. That's his opinion about this, instead of enforcing the law. The notion that raiding the home of a congresswoman was necessary or may have been motivated by a good faith attempt to uphold the law is laughable. really? Omar, Democrat representing Minnesota, has been a U.S. citizen for two since 2000. So what? The question is, sir, is she actually a U.S. citizen? Not how long she has claimed or maybe have been a citizen, but is she a U.S. citizen? That is the question. And there's obviously reason to believe that she may not be. In addition to that, She holds the esteemed office of Congress person for her state, a representative in the federal government, who may or may not be here illegally under false pretenses, and that's what the investigation is trying to figure out and to determine. Get this. That this investigation is reportedly being spurred by a possible problem with paperwork filled out by her father when she was a child, underscores how desperate the Trump administration was to scrounge up something. So it's very interesting. This guy here says, Well, this might just be a discrepancy, and the Trump administration had to scrounge this up. Remember, I said I was gonna just Talk to you a little bit about the financial question in her background, about her net worth. Do you know when that investigation started and it's still going? That was started under the Joe Biden administration with A. G. Merrick Garland, not by Trump. So this wasn't scrounged up yesterday, my friend. It was initiated before Trump was in office for the second time. And speaking of scrounging things up and trying to squeeze water out of a rock, let me remind you, let me remind you of just how desperate your party was to put Donald Trump in prison. Mr. Leem from MS Now, I'm sure you wrote about this when these things were happening to our current president and then candidate, or soon to be candidate, Donald Trump. How about this one? The hush money case in New York. So Donald Trump was charged with, and yes, he was convicted of 34 felonies for a hush money case. Basically, the prosecutor said that the payments were improperly logged. Sounds like a clerical error. The same type of error you say should be brushed off when it comes to Miss Omar. But not in the case of Donald Trump. Is that right, sir? I bet I am. So he used it to log expenses to conceal a violation of election law according to the prosecution. So where's that case now? Of course, Donald Trump got convicted of 34 felonies, but 34 felonies for a clerical question that has never ever before or since been charged as a felony. The highest level of prosecution ever for a similar offense, if it did happen, was a misdemeanor. And this prosecution and this judge in my case had to hobble together some Frankenstein like charge to make this a felony. That case is on appeal, and I'm sure that Donald Trump is going to win that. How about this one? Do you remember the federal classified documents case, sir? Do you remember that one? That's the one where they charged him with 40 federal felony counts. As a sitting president who took documents home with them, that Joe Biden did when he was a vice president, that Barack Obama did when he was president of the left office, that we found out that Congress and senators have certain kinds of documents like this at home. None of them were ever charged with crimes. But Donald Trump was charged with 40. What happened to that case? The case was dismissed by special counsel Jack Smith on November 25th, 2024. Get this adhering to longstanding Department of Justice policy dictating that a sitting president cannot face criminal prosecution. That is the case. But guess what? Jack Smith knew that when he charged him in the first place, but decided to move forward anyway. Until Donald Trump won election and they knew that the jig was up. Here's another beauty. The federal 2020 election interference case, four federal felony counts. Conspiracy to defraud the U.S., conspiracy, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, conspiracy against rights. It's beyond absurd. What's the outcome of that one? Similar to the documents case, the charges were formally dropped by the Department of Justice in late 24. How come? Due to the presidential immunity protocols regarding the sitting president. The same thing with the documents case. And they knew this when they began the prosecution. They did it to hurt him politically. Did you write about that, sir? I don't think that you did. And finally, The Georgia election interference case. Do you remember this one? Donald Trump got the phone. Hey, there must be more votes out there. We got to find those votes where they are. He didn't say manufacture votes. He said find the votes that are out there, the charges. Thirteen felony counts under Georgia law, including violation of the Georgia Rico Act, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, so forth and so on. Where's that case now? Proceedings were heavily delayed by defense challenges. Well, I that's what defense attorneys are for. On November twenty-sixth, twenty twenty five, a judge dismissed the Georgia election interference case against Trump after the state prosecution declined to pursue the charges further following his return to office. So there you have four cases against Donald Trump, four huge zeros. I believe were manufactured clearly for political reasons, and they've all come to nothing, or with one left, will come to nothing. But today we have Miss Omar, who's been championed as an innocent victim of a political attack. She's done nothing wrong, and if it was, it was just an accident. This is the disturbing hypocrisy, not surprising, but disturbing hypocrisy of the left. Again, I'll say finally, I don't know if this woman is guilty of a crime or not. We will find out. Let the investigation take its course because no one is above the law. For your Leonation, I am the Chief Mark Garrett. Smash that subscribe button, share, like and And I love to hear your comments.
