- 0:01Speaker 1: You're listening to Bill Handle on demand from KFI AM
- 0:05Speaker 1: six forty.
- 0:06Speaker 2: I'm in the move for food CAFI AM six forty.
- 0:13Speaker 3: Bill Handle here on a Foody Friday, October seventeenth. Also
- 0:19Speaker 3: ask Anything Handle or ask Handle Anything Friday.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Big Stories.
- 0:24Speaker 3: We're looking at John Bolton charged with criminally charged with
- 0:29Speaker 3: handling of classified information. And he is now number three
- 0:34Speaker 3: in terms of Trump critic to be indicted.
- 0:36Speaker 2: In less than a month.
- 0:38Speaker 3: And I think that's basically just to start, but so
- 0:41Speaker 3: be it. And also President Zelenski of Ukraine is at
- 0:45Speaker 3: the White House begging for Tomahawk missiles on top of
- 0:49Speaker 3: everything else. Okay, now it's Foody Friday with Neil host
- 0:53Speaker 3: of The Fork Report tomorrow afternoon, two to five.
- 0:56Speaker 2: His address is at Fork Reporter. Let's start with Taco Bell.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Neil bringing back a favorite menu item. And if I'm
- 1:06Speaker 3: not mistaken, that's the Dell Taco Grande burrito.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Right, Isn't that everything at Taco Bell? It's like the Grande, this,
- 1:17Speaker 1: the Supreme that. But they're bringing back a discontinued menu
- 1:22Speaker 1: item that people love. Now they've been doing a ton
- 1:26Speaker 1: of you know, reintroducing favorites to fans this whole year,
- 1:32Speaker 1: and there is one that has been kind of hovering.
- 1:35Speaker 1: So during the time where you know, Mickey these is
- 1:39Speaker 1: shifting to their boo buckets and all this, and you've
- 1:42Speaker 1: got Starbucks with peppermint Mocha and Duncan's Halloween candy Bar
- 1:46Speaker 1: latte and all these things. Taco Bell is focusing on
- 1:50Speaker 1: bringing back some of the things that people really really loved,
- 1:53Speaker 1: and in this case, the beefy crunch burrito. So they
- 1:57Speaker 1: discontinued this burrito back in twenty twenty three or so,
- 2:04Speaker 1: maybe even a little earlier, and it went away, and
- 2:06Speaker 1: then it was voted as being one of the best
- 2:09Speaker 1: things and people wanted it back. So a couple months
- 2:13Speaker 1: ago there was whisperings and some folks on Reddit were
- 2:18Speaker 1: sharing that the beefy crunch burrito was coming back. But
- 2:22Speaker 1: then nothing. It didn't. No one really hurt anything, but
- 2:28Speaker 1: this fan favorite that has rice, flaming hot free doos,
- 2:35Speaker 1: beef sour cream, nacho cheese, it was brought back. So
- 2:42Speaker 1: let me ask you.
- 2:43Speaker 3: Yes, sorry, in that if it's a fan favorite and
- 2:49Speaker 3: it does well, why do they yank it from the
- 2:53Speaker 3: market other than to somehow do focus groups that say
- 2:58Speaker 3: it's gets people more excited, gets them back into Taco
- 3:02Speaker 3: Bell because I don't understand how a fast food outlet
- 3:07Speaker 3: that has something that's insanely popular all of a sudden
- 3:09Speaker 3: says it's off the menu.
- 3:11Speaker 1: This may not be specific to this, but I it's
- 3:14Speaker 1: an excellent question, and I've seen this happen before. It
- 3:19Speaker 1: could be a myriad of things. It could be extra
- 3:23Speaker 1: time consuming to make and therefore it loses profit. Certain
- 3:28Speaker 1: ingredients inside it may go up or become more expensive.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Any of these things, or it's just difficult to produce
- 3:37Speaker 1: in a timely manner. Whatever it is, or it's regional.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Maybe some people love it in certain areas don't and others.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Whatever it is, these things come back and forth, or
- 3:47Speaker 1: they find like the McRib or something that if they
- 3:51Speaker 1: bring it back every now and again, it does better.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Maybe the ingredients are so expensive it's hard to make
- 3:58Speaker 1: a lot of money with it. It could be so
- 4:01Speaker 1: many different things.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Yeah, the McRib.
- 4:03Speaker 3: I mean, I don't know anybody who does not love
- 4:06Speaker 3: the McRib. And technically we talked about how you make McRib.
- 4:10Speaker 3: Neil is now making mcribs with his three D printer
- 4:14Speaker 3: out of plastic and it actually tastes.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Better when Neil makes it than when they make it.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Yeah, on my laser cutter, I'm taking a part wood
- 4:23Speaker 1: fiber and no, they actually use real actual pork in that, but.
- 4:30Speaker 2: That's ground up and they put I would guess.
- 4:34Speaker 1: I actually watch a video of them making it and
- 4:38Speaker 1: how they process, how they do it McDonald's because people
- 4:42Speaker 1: often wondered what it was, they show how they.
- 4:46Speaker 2: That's it's it's my favorite thing that comes out of McDonald's.
- 4:49Speaker 2: It really does.
- 4:51Speaker 1: Not only cable quarter pounder with cheese. All right, So
- 4:55Speaker 1: this beffe crunch burrito is available on menus now. It's
- 4:59Speaker 1: a limited time. It's about five point fifty or so.
- 5:05Speaker 1: But it's spicy, crunchy, cheesy and people love it. But
- 5:10Speaker 1: this too, will not be around forever.
- 5:13Speaker 3: In terms of price at Taco Bell or even Del Taco,
- 5:17Speaker 3: I've noticed that other fast food outlets, particularly Carls Junior,
- 5:22Speaker 3: which is insanely expensive, prices are rising dramatically because of inflation.
- 5:28Speaker 3: The one that keeps it keeps our prices reasonable in
- 5:33Speaker 3: and out Burger burger fries and a drink is ten bucks.
- 5:38Speaker 1: No, They've they've worked really hard to keep their their
- 5:41Speaker 1: numbers at you know that stay that same level. They
- 5:46Speaker 1: had to go up like everybody else. But it's I
- 5:50Speaker 1: think it's one of the best values out there.
- 5:52Speaker 3: And Taco Bell and Del Taco are they still considered
- 5:57Speaker 3: good values as one more expensive and then the other.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Oh, I think they're fairly neck and neck, quite honestly,
- 6:03Speaker 1: and I think that you know, for your buck, you'll
- 6:08Speaker 1: probably get more food at a Taco Bell than anywhere else.
- 6:12Speaker 3: To give you an idea of how old I am,
- 6:14Speaker 3: because I'm one hundred and fifty years old, I actually
- 6:18Speaker 3: remember now I wasn't very old.
- 6:19Speaker 2: That was obviously very young at that time. Not obviously,
- 6:22Speaker 2: I was very young at the.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Time where you could go to Taco Bell and they
- 6:26Speaker 3: had their sales ten tacos for a dollar.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Now, that had to be a big loss leader. But
- 6:36Speaker 2: or maybe it was hold On.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Maybe maybe it was one taco for ten dollars. I'm
- 6:45Speaker 3: trying to remember which one it worked.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Ten cent tacos.
- 6:50Speaker 3: At one point they were well when McDonald's first came out,
- 6:53Speaker 3: how much was a burger eighteen cents?
- 6:56Speaker 2: Don't know.
- 6:56Speaker 1: I did not exist yet.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't either, but it's always fun looking at
- 7:02Speaker 3: her and we continue on and finish up Foody.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Friday on this day and story about did your no pizza? Now?
- 7:10Speaker 2: Did your know pizza? I happen to?
- 7:12Speaker 3: It's my favorite frozen pizza. Yea, yeah, I really like it.
- 7:17Speaker 3: It's there are three kinds of pizza that are my
- 7:20Speaker 3: favorite for frozen pizzas di giorno.
- 7:22Speaker 2: And it's actually reasonably priced. It's not crazy.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Pizza is at the supermarket run all the way from
- 7:28Speaker 3: about eighty nine cents for the ones that are not
- 7:31Speaker 3: such good quality up to nine ten bucks twelve dollars sometimes.
- 7:36Speaker 2: So the journo is great.
- 7:38Speaker 3: And of course we've talked about Domino's Pizza, their pan pizza,
- 7:43Speaker 3: which you and I both love. And there's a ball
- 7:45Speaker 3: I don't know if you've ever eaten a ballpark pizza.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Ballpark Pizza is here in Orange County. It's literally the
- 7:51Speaker 3: best pizza I've had in the United States, traditional pizza
- 7:55Speaker 3: house pizza.
- 7:56Speaker 2: But let's talk about it.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Oh, it's amazing, So talk about the journo pizza and
- 8:03Speaker 3: what's going on this.
- 8:04Speaker 1: This is something that's been going on for a couple
- 8:06Speaker 1: of years. As a matter of fact, when I filled
- 8:11Speaker 1: in on Thanksgiving for you as I do every year.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Amy King was doing wake Up Call and Nick Pegliacchini
- 8:21Speaker 1: he brought one of these. He made one of these,
- 8:26Speaker 1: And what it is is a specialty pizza that the
- 8:29Speaker 1: Journal only puts out limited and it's a thanks Giving pizza,
- 8:34Speaker 1: which is basically Thanksgiving dinner on a crust. So you've
- 8:40Speaker 1: got roasted turkey on there, You've got green beans, you've
- 8:43Speaker 1: got mashed potatoes, you have stuffing, you have everything on
- 8:48Speaker 1: this Thanksgiving pizza. You know, gravy, sweet potatoes, all of
- 8:53Speaker 1: these things sounds a little sounds a little strange, but
- 8:57Speaker 1: is it good?
- 8:58Speaker 2: It is?
- 8:59Speaker 1: It actually is. Now I've only had a creation of
- 9:04Speaker 1: someone else's who put these things together on them, but
- 9:07Speaker 1: they did work that The limited style that or the
- 9:12Speaker 1: limited pizza that they do for De Journal is really
- 9:18Speaker 1: hard to get and they always sell out very quickly.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Oftentimes you have to jump through some hoop to get one.
- 9:28Speaker 1: But what sounds like a total gimmick actually is is
- 9:33Speaker 1: pretty nice combination.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Oh interesting, well, because think of it.
- 9:37Speaker 1: If you're using gravy as the sauce and stuff, then
- 9:42Speaker 1: basically the the crust becomes.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Yeah that kind of Yeah, one of the things My
- 9:50Speaker 3: favorite Dijordale piece is self rising crust because I like
- 9:53Speaker 3: a ready pizza and these are Are there any new
- 9:57Speaker 3: pizzas coming out? Are they expanding the r of piezas
- 10:00Speaker 3: like Oreo cookies. Now you can get in any flavor, right,
- 10:05Speaker 3: smoked meat flavor, I mean, it doesn't matter, double crust,
- 10:08Speaker 3: double filling. Are the frozen pizzas doing the same thing.
- 10:12Speaker 3: Are they expanding their little selections?
- 10:15Speaker 1: They are getting better because now you can get thin crust,
- 10:18Speaker 1: you can get all kinds of different crusts. That's one thing.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Two, we tend to eat.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Pretty basic pizzas. We like our pepperoni, we like our
- 10:30Speaker 1: cheese pizza, we like vegetables. Every now and again, i'll
- 10:34Speaker 1: see something where somebody is more creative. They have these
- 10:36Speaker 1: higher end pizzas now that are a little chefy in
- 10:39Speaker 1: the freezer department that you can get that might have
- 10:42Speaker 1: other things on top of them that would be non
- 10:44Speaker 1: traditional or a little more chefy or fancy. And I've
- 10:50Speaker 1: had some of them and they're absolutely delicious. But I
- 10:54Speaker 1: also think this happens in restaurants as well. As I've
- 10:57Speaker 1: said this on the fork Port many times, and that
- 11:00Speaker 1: is that whenever a trend ends up on a pizza,
- 11:04Speaker 1: the trend is over. So like Beria, for example, a
- 11:08Speaker 1: stewed meat, a Mexican stewed meat that's fantastic, delicious. The
- 11:15Speaker 1: minute it ends up on a pizza, that trend is over.
- 11:19Speaker 1: You know, It's just one of those things. People will
- 11:21Speaker 1: try making pizzas out of everything, but really we tend
- 11:25Speaker 1: to like fairly traditional pizzas.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Yeah, and you know, no, the new uh, the the
- 11:30Speaker 3: newest pizza is the stuffed crust pizza that has cheese.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Yeah, the crust crust has been around for a while.
- 11:38Speaker 1: They they even do pull apart pizzas where or half
- 11:42Speaker 1: in a half?
- 11:43Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 11:43Speaker 3: Those Yeah, those are pricey. The stuff crust winds are
- 11:46Speaker 3: a lot more money. They're two three bucks more and
- 11:48Speaker 3: I find those just more money. But anyway, so much
- 11:52Speaker 3: for pizzas. Always keep pizza in the freezer always. Let's
- 11:57Speaker 3: finish up with ice cream sandwiches.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Oh okay, so these were These ice cream sandwiches are
- 12:04Speaker 1: crazy because they came out and people loved them. They
- 12:07Speaker 1: were at Costco and they couldn't keep them in stock.
- 12:12Speaker 1: So now Target has them and people are going nuts.
- 12:16Speaker 1: They're the Nightingale ice cream sandwiches. Just an amazing dessert.
- 12:22Speaker 1: And they are handcrafted ice cream sandwiches. They're available in
- 12:27Speaker 1: five flavors and people dig them. They're just they they
- 12:33Speaker 1: wherever they go. They're like kind of a little bigger
- 12:37Speaker 1: than bite size, but they're they're just really good. It's
- 12:43Speaker 1: like higher end ice cream, you know, a cookie sandwich.
- 12:49Speaker 1: The it's not just like the chocolate cookie they have
- 12:55Speaker 1: like sugar cookie.
- 12:56Speaker 2: They have like a chocolate chip.
- 12:57Speaker 3: They have a chocolate Why aren't they Why are they
- 13:01Speaker 3: at Costco anymore? Because they couldn't keep the volume the
- 13:03Speaker 3: Costco wanted.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Costco changes its things from time to time, and they
- 13:08Speaker 1: would they couldn't keep them in stock when they had them.
- 13:11Speaker 1: I don't know if they're seasonal for Costco or what,
- 13:14Speaker 1: but man, they were flying off the shelves and they're Nightingale. Yes, Nightingale.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Their website, by the way, is Nightingale ice Cream dot Com.
- 13:26Speaker 1: All right, you can find the nearest stores. But man,
- 13:29Speaker 1: very very good.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Do you have pizza in your freezer?
- 13:33Speaker 1: Yeah, we usually have pizza. You know what's funny are
- 13:36Speaker 1: freezer has a special place for frozen pizzas, Like the
- 13:42Speaker 1: special part of the drawer if they stand them up
- 13:47Speaker 1: so they don't take up room or sit at the bottom.
- 13:49Speaker 2: That's so.
- 13:50Speaker 3: Let me ask you in terms of the frozen pizza.
- 13:53Speaker 3: These are store bought pizzas. I'm assuming that you're not
- 13:56Speaker 3: making your own and then freezing.
- 13:57Speaker 2: No, but I used to.
- 13:59Speaker 1: I used to make my own, and then you put
- 14:01Speaker 1: them on a cookie sheet and you freeze them, you know,
- 14:06Speaker 1: and then you could throw them on and cook yourself.
- 14:09Speaker 2: I used to do that quite a bit. What brand
- 14:11Speaker 2: is the pizza in your freezer right now? Oh, deserdo.
- 14:15Speaker 1: And then I can't remember the name of the other one,
- 14:17Speaker 1: but there's a chefy one that comes in kind of
- 14:20Speaker 1: a white and yellow box. I think, not the that
- 14:24Speaker 1: I'll get on occasion. They have thin crust and stuff.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Yeah, that's, by the way.
- 14:28Speaker 3: That's a very famous pisa, the yellow in white box pizza.
- 14:33Speaker 1: That's all I could see in my head. Right people
- 14:36Speaker 1: are gonna go, you mean the California Pizza Kitchen, which
- 14:38Speaker 1: is also a white box with yellow on it. But no,
- 14:41Speaker 1: it's not that one.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Say a bye handle here Friday morning.
- 14:46Speaker 3: Ask handle anything where you record questions and I answer
- 14:50Speaker 3: them for the sole purpose of humiliating and embarrassing me.
- 14:55Speaker 3: And we do that every week at eight thirty. Neil
- 14:57Speaker 3: chooses the questions that you record and and he is well,
- 15:02Speaker 3: you know Neil and the way he thinks. Okay, uh,
- 15:06Speaker 3: let's do it. Ask handle anything? First question?
- 15:09Speaker 2: Kno, Hi Bill?
- 15:10Speaker 4: I was wondering, since we learned on Coast to Coast
- 15:13Speaker 4: last night that artificial sweeteners make you dimmer quicker, are
- 15:18Speaker 4: you going to change to a sugar free coke or
- 15:21Speaker 4: just coke? This is gotabay or.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Thinks Coast to Coast? Did I hear that right? Yeah?
- 15:29Speaker 2: So you so you Coast to Coast? You know what?
- 15:33Speaker 2: I listened to Coast to Coast once or twice. It's
- 15:35Speaker 2: all about Martian anal probes. That's what Coast to Coast
- 15:39Speaker 2: is about.
- 15:40Speaker 1: I was sitting there and the Martians would be up
- 15:42Speaker 1: in their space craft and all of a sudden they
- 15:44Speaker 1: drilled my real rear end and man, it hurt.
- 15:47Speaker 2: Like hell and I then was brought down again. That's
- 15:50Speaker 2: the show.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Well, they also talk about health issues apparently.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Oh I got, yeah, I get. Oh. The Venusians said
- 15:59Speaker 2: that it's study they just did on Venus. Okay, great,
- 16:02Speaker 2: Coast to coast.
- 16:04Speaker 5: Okay, moving on, George Northrich, Bill, I'm curious that while
- 16:10Speaker 5: you were on your cruise, did you promote or even
- 16:14Speaker 5: talk about zettlements mouth mints?
- 16:18Speaker 2: Yeah? I did. Actually I was.
- 16:21Speaker 3: You know, people were asking me about it because I
- 16:23Speaker 3: was popping them in my mouth and people said yeah and.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Yeah, Okay, that's a quick answer. How about yes, I
- 16:31Speaker 2: did all right.
- 16:32Speaker 3: By the way, thank you to Zelman's for picking this
- 16:35Speaker 3: guy and writing him a small check.
- 16:37Speaker 2: They asked that question. Okay, moving on, Bill.
- 16:40Speaker 3: You've made references about how you used to do a
- 16:42Speaker 3: lot of cocaine back in your younger days.
- 16:45Speaker 1: I'm curious, can you.
- 16:46Speaker 6: Tell us about the last time you did cocaine?
- 16:48Speaker 1: Did you have a good time?
- 16:50Speaker 2: Was it high quality stuff? Did you know it was
- 16:53Speaker 2: going to be your last time? Yes? Yes and no no, Yes,
- 16:56Speaker 2: yes and yes, high quality stuff?
- 16:59Speaker 3: Absolutely. What was the first question? When was the last
- 17:03Speaker 3: time I did it? In nineteen eighty three when I
- 17:06Speaker 3: went into drug rehab.
- 17:08Speaker 2: And by the time I went into drug rehab, yeah,
- 17:10Speaker 2: I pretty well realized that was my last time. I
- 17:13Speaker 2: was pretty desperate to go in there. And yes, it
- 17:15Speaker 2: was pretty good quality. I became in a fisionado. What
- 17:20Speaker 2: was the problem with you? Was it the cost or yes?
- 17:24Speaker 2: The effects?
- 17:25Speaker 1: Why?
- 17:26Speaker 3: No, it wasn't well the effects. I mean you get
- 17:29Speaker 3: more and more addicted, and I ended up you need
- 17:32Speaker 3: more to feel good. And so I was spending all
- 17:36Speaker 3: of my money on cocaine.
- 17:38Speaker 2: I was in my office. I lived in my office.
- 17:41Speaker 3: I had a shower in my office because probably to
- 17:44Speaker 3: me going in, there was a and this is real,
- 17:46Speaker 3: there was a porno company that had that office and
- 17:50Speaker 3: they built this huge open shower. And when I moved in,
- 17:55Speaker 3: they had left. You could actual the two by fours
- 17:57Speaker 3: on the floor for the camera dolly that they could
- 18:00Speaker 3: pull back the camera.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Were there, and it was red flocked everything. It looked
- 18:04Speaker 2: like an Iranian whorehouse. And it was, uh that was
- 18:09Speaker 2: my eye lived there because I spent all my money
- 18:11Speaker 2: on cocaine and I and I was making a good
- 18:14Speaker 2: living as a lawyer. I mean from day one, I
- 18:17Speaker 2: was making a healthy living and it all went to
- 18:20Speaker 2: cocaine for four years.
- 18:21Speaker 1: It sounds like better call Saul. That's uh, that's that's rough.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Uh yeah it was, it was and I yeah, it
- 18:28Speaker 3: was really it was not a good time. Okay, I
- 18:31Speaker 3: think we have time for one more before the break.
- 18:34Speaker 6: Now that you're living down here South Thornge County, have
- 18:38Speaker 6: you been to the Swallows yet? You know that dive
- 18:40Speaker 6: barlet has all the bras stuck to the ceiling. I
- 18:44Speaker 6: know you don't drink, but I thought you'd just go
- 18:46Speaker 6: in and take a peek. Anyway, Billy, thanks for listening
- 18:48Speaker 6: to my call.
- 18:49Speaker 2: See you later at the way, Billy, did you actually
- 18:54Speaker 2: say that? Billy, h Yes, I've been.
- 18:57Speaker 3: I've been to Swallows is downtown San Juan Compastrana, so
- 19:00Speaker 3: uh it as loud as hell.
- 19:02Speaker 2: I don't drink now, Lindsay does a little bit. So
- 19:07Speaker 2: she was shooting back.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Shots until I mean she was ordering jello shot after
- 19:16Speaker 3: jello shot.
- 19:18Speaker 7: Uh.
- 19:18Speaker 3: That's Swallows. Yeah, it's uh, it's been there forever. It's
- 19:22Speaker 3: an iconic place in downtown Sane. Yeah.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Yeah, they have bras on the ceiling. Thank you.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Yeah, let's do That'll be a promo, won't it. We're
- 19:32Speaker 3: gonna be doing that a lot, right Cono Billy oh Man?
- 19:36Speaker 2: All right, good morning, Bill.
- 19:38Speaker 1: My question is where do you get such beautiful costumes
- 19:41Speaker 1: for the parties you host with Lindsay?
- 19:44Speaker 6: They are absolutely stunning. And I would like to know
- 19:47Speaker 6: where you get them.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Okay, costume, Uh, costumes. I had one party that I
- 19:53Speaker 3: hosted with Lindsay and we had a great Gatsby party.
- 19:55Speaker 3: That was her call on that and I just got
- 19:59Speaker 3: my taxi. I wore a tuxedo nineteen twenties tuxedo. And
- 20:03Speaker 3: people made their own costumes. I don't think anybody bought
- 20:07Speaker 3: a costume and to be nineteen twenties. No, it's not true.
- 20:12Speaker 3: The women bought the costume, the flapper costume.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Yeah, ladies great and we got them on Amazon.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Yeah, and they were yeah, and they were cheap. And
- 20:20Speaker 3: I and the guys just made their own. You know,
- 20:23Speaker 3: it's easy. You just wear pants. You can have a
- 20:26Speaker 3: pair of suspenders, actually a.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Garter nineteen twenties style tweed suit.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Hu, Cono did you come? No, he was, that's correct.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Cono did not come. Yes, that one of my pay range. Yeah,
- 20:45Speaker 2: amount of people to make a certain amount of money
- 20:46Speaker 2: got Yeah, well you could have. You could have come
- 20:48Speaker 2: in a nineteen twenties a newtist, because that works. Bill.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Have you come as a nineteen twenties of Vala and
- 20:56Speaker 1: parked the cars? You did this?
- 20:58Speaker 2: Any ikes? He just hands me keys.
- 21:01Speaker 3: No, and Will was there walking around telling people what
- 21:04Speaker 3: the traffic was like going home.
- 21:06Speaker 2: It was. It was very good, all right? Uh moving on?

- 21:23Speaker 3: Okay, stop right there, all hail cono. That's for starters.
- 21:30Speaker 3: And did he also say, oh wait, wait a minute,
- 21:32Speaker 3: what else did he say about you? You somehow hit levels? Uh?
- 21:37Speaker 2: No, it's just a local boy making it in La.
- 21:39Speaker 2: You know, Yeah, you're making it in La. Okay, Yeah,
- 21:42Speaker 2: you made it. That's what I would do. You got it? Okay?
- 21:45Speaker 1: Moving on, all hail cono, local boy dunk good.
- 21:50Speaker 7: Concerning the fire guy, is he going to be able
- 21:53Speaker 7: to get a fair trial or is this then you're
- 21:54Speaker 7: going to have to be moved. I have no qualms
- 21:57Speaker 7: about him being hung out to dry, but I'd like
- 22:00Speaker 7: maybe I don't see how he gets a fair trial.
- 22:03Speaker 2: What do you think? I don't care whether he gets
- 22:07Speaker 2: a fair trial or not. That's what I think. Moving on.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Yeah, it's yeah, they're gonna ask for a change of venue,
- 22:13Speaker 3: but it doesn't matter. Judge isn't gonna give it to him,
- 22:15Speaker 3: and you know they've got him, so he'll end up
- 22:18Speaker 3: doing a maximum amount of time in prison, and he'll
- 22:21Speaker 3: be and the judge will order restitution of two and
- 22:23Speaker 3: a half billion dollars for a guy who makes twelve
- 22:26Speaker 3: dollars an hour.
- 22:28Speaker 7: Moving on, Hey Bill, good morning.
- 22:31Speaker 2: If you and Cono, Will Amy and Neil we're each
- 22:37Speaker 2: a Disney character, which one would you be?
- 22:41Speaker 4: And why?
- 22:43Speaker 7: Oh?
- 22:44Speaker 2: All right? We'll start with me. I'd be Ursula because Neil,
- 22:52Speaker 2: what would you be? Winnie the Pooh?
- 22:56Speaker 1: I love sweets and I rarely wear pants.
- 22:58Speaker 2: All right, Cono, what would you be? I don't know,
- 23:02Speaker 2: Rocket from Gardens of Galaxy?
- 23:05Speaker 3: Okay, Amy, short version chest your cat? All right, will Pluto,
- 23:12Speaker 3: he's kind of cool, I don't know. Yeah, big floppy
- 23:15Speaker 3: ears a lot of hair, yeah, okay.
- 23:17Speaker 2: And I want to be Cinderella and you've been wanting
- 23:22Speaker 2: to be Cinderella since you were five years old? Right?
- 23:25Speaker 2: Why not? I get it? All right now?
- 23:27Speaker 3: It's kind of cute, you know why. Please we're not
- 23:30Speaker 3: going to get into that take forever, all right?
- 23:32Speaker 1: Moving on?
- 23:33Speaker 2: Does anybody ever listen to these messages?
- 23:38Speaker 5: No?
- 23:39Speaker 2: No, absolutely not.
- 23:40Speaker 3: You record them and we don't pay attention. By the way,
- 23:45Speaker 3: have you done an IQ test lately? Is it lower
- 23:48Speaker 3: than par golf? Probably?
- 23:53Speaker 6: Bill?
- 23:54Speaker 2: And all your therapy, have you discovered why you're so
- 23:57Speaker 2: hung up and hyper focused on sex and bodily functions? Yes?
- 24:03Speaker 3: Because one I have too much of U and the
- 24:09Speaker 3: other one I don't have enough of and they're and
- 24:12Speaker 3: they're interchangeable depending on which day I'm having therapy.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Okay, we continue.
- 24:25Speaker 6: Hey, handle, So you say, when you're going to retire,
- 24:28Speaker 6: which for us won't be soon enough, you want to
- 24:31Speaker 6: go have a place in Italy for a while to
- 24:33Speaker 6: hang out.
- 24:34Speaker 2: But why not back to your home country?
- 24:36Speaker 5: Uh?
- 24:37Speaker 2: Brazil?
- 24:38Speaker 3: Because brazil is I have a toilet. Actually, brazil Is
- 24:43Speaker 3: is a very tough place to live, a lot of crime.
- 24:46Speaker 3: It's just not the same.
- 24:48Speaker 2: Uh. And Italy sort of.
- 24:50Speaker 3: I've enjoyed Italy and Lindsey is crazy about Italy, and
- 24:54Speaker 3: so we planned on staying there, probably a couple of
- 24:59Speaker 3: months a year or depending, you know, depending on how
- 25:02Speaker 3: much money I have, because you know, keeping two places
- 25:05Speaker 3: is not inexpensive.
- 25:06Speaker 2: What do I look like, John Kings? Filthy rich? No,
- 25:09Speaker 2: she will be, but she she has to kill her
- 25:12Speaker 2: parents first.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Well, do you have enough money to pay for that?
- 25:17Speaker 1: And then everybody wins to pay for her parents?
- 25:20Speaker 5: No?
- 25:21Speaker 3: And I like them too much. I like them more
- 25:23Speaker 3: than I like her. Actually, Okay, another one, Hey, Bill,
- 25:27Speaker 3: I know your daughters have your credit card. It's wondering
- 25:29Speaker 3: what the largest single ticket item you've ever been stuck with?
- 25:32Speaker 3: All right, congratulations on the Shisa shack. You're a walking stereotype.
- 25:36Speaker 2: But I'm happy for you, Bud. In fact, I'm very
- 25:38Speaker 2: much looking forward to the convertible and two pay phase
- 25:40Speaker 2: of Bill handle. All right, love Takona, excellent, the Shicks shack.
- 25:44Speaker 2: I like that a lot. What's the biggest hit that
- 25:48Speaker 2: they've ever had.
- 25:50Speaker 3: I think it was Barbara who bought a week's worth
- 25:54Speaker 3: of hotel rooms at a very expensive hotel, and probably
- 25:57Speaker 3: it was a hitter's four or five thousand dollars.
- 26:00Speaker 2: That was a that was a tough one. Why because
- 26:03Speaker 2: she was on vacation. I gave her the credit card
- 26:06Speaker 2: and I said here, and I trusted her.
- 26:09Speaker 3: And you can get hotel rooms for like one hundred
- 26:13Speaker 3: dollars a night when you go to Europe, So that
- 26:16Speaker 3: would have been a five six hundred dollars hit. I
- 26:19Speaker 3: sent Barbara and her husband out on the for their honeymoon.
- 26:25Speaker 3: We double the honeymoon with them coming to my wedding, and.
- 26:30Speaker 2: It was it was a big hit. We had a
- 26:31Speaker 2: conversation about that. Yeah, it was not fun, but that
- 26:35Speaker 2: was that was the biggest hit. So one thousand dollars
- 26:38Speaker 2: a night.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Uh well, no, probably seven eight hundred dollars a night.
- 26:43Speaker 3: If you've been food it was crazy. Oh no, no,
- 26:45Speaker 3: believe me. We she's paying for it. She's paying for it.
- 26:49Speaker 3: I think we're done, guys.
- 26:51Speaker 2: That's it. We have more calls that we're going to
- 26:52Speaker 2: come in next week. This is great fun. We're done
- 26:55Speaker 2: with a week.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Tomorrow morning is Handle on the Law from ATel eleven o'clock,
- 27:01Speaker 3: Neil with the Fok Report. Two to five Monday, we
- 27:06Speaker 3: come back and do this all over again. Five to
- 27:09Speaker 3: six wake up call with Amy and Will and then
- 27:14Speaker 3: Neil and I jump in and Cono and Ann. Anyway,
- 27:20Speaker 3: as I coughed through that, Okay, anyway, Billy, whatever they
