- 3:46Speaker 1: There's three things you need to know with the Alabama Show.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Here's what to expect in Alabama this weekend for the weather.
- 3:53Speaker 2: So an ice storm morning for the northwest corner of
- 3:56Speaker 2: the state. Okay, a winter weather advisory in the or
- 4:00Speaker 2: there in third of Alabama, which includes where I live,
- 4:03Speaker 2: Block County, But like Jefferson County where we work, it's
- 4:06Speaker 2: not so. The boss is gonna still try to tell
- 4:08Speaker 2: us to come in to work and I ain't doing it.
- 4:10Speaker 2: I ain't doing it.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Good luck.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Light freezing rain is going to move into the northern
- 4:15Speaker 2: part of Alabama starting tomorrow morning. Then the temperatures are
- 4:18Speaker 2: gonna get warmer through Sunday. We could actually see highs
- 4:21Speaker 2: in the sixties in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. But what the
- 4:25Speaker 2: bad thing is going to happen is it's going to
- 4:27Speaker 2: be raining, and then temperatures are going to drop Sunday night,
- 4:30Speaker 2: Monday morning, and Monday morning we could expect ice on
- 4:34Speaker 2: the roads. So that's what you need to look out for.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Be careful.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Harry Styles has officially announced a twenty twenty six tour
- 4:42Speaker 2: and then a thirty day residency in New York City.
- 4:47Speaker 2: That's gonna be the only US place that he plays
- 4:50Speaker 2: for thirty days starting August twenty sixth through Halloween, and
- 4:54Speaker 2: he's calling his Halloween shows Harry Ween.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Okay, well, you know each artist has their.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Thing, I guess, so if you want to see Harry Styles,
- 5:04Speaker 2: you got to start planning a trip to New York asap.
- 5:07Speaker 2: And Lego just dropped the Golden Retriever set. Are you
- 5:11Speaker 2: a Lego guy? Do you put together Legos?
- 5:14Speaker 3: I'm not, but I like it. I like the way.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Look I would for the Golden Retriever. And once you
- 5:20Speaker 2: put it together. It's like it's a puppy with a
- 5:23Speaker 2: blue collar and a gold tag. And after it's assembled,
- 5:26Speaker 2: you can pose it in different positions like shake.
- 5:29Speaker 3: Okay, that's pretty cool. If it's got movable barks.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Yes, you can pre order it now. The set costs
- 5:34Speaker 2: one hundred and forty dollars.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Is that cheap for logo?
- 5:37Speaker 2: I don't know. An that's my car payment. So I
- 5:41Speaker 2: that's three things you need to know. More at the
- 5:43Speaker 2: Alabama Show dot com.
- 5:44Speaker 1: The Alabama Show on to me, It's amazing free on
- 5:47Speaker 1: the iHeartRadio app.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Good morning, Bruno. What's your issue for Ask Alabama?
- 5:53Speaker 5: My girlfriend broke into my apartment because I wouldn't answer
- 5:56Speaker 5: my phone.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Oh no, that's why we do ask Alibama. If you
- 6:00Speaker 2: ever have an issue that you need help with, we
- 6:04Speaker 2: will do our best. Call the show. Eight three thirty five,
- 6:06Speaker 2: I Bama is the number. What's going on with your
- 6:08Speaker 2: girlfriend breaking into your apartment? What happened?
- 6:11Speaker 5: I've been dating this girl for like six months, okay,
- 6:14Speaker 5: and I fell asleep a little early the other night,
- 6:16Speaker 5: and just because I didn't answer my phone because I
- 6:19Speaker 5: was asleep, she came over, used my hidden key and
- 6:22Speaker 5: just let herself into my place.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Did you tell her where the hidden key was or
- 6:28Speaker 2: did she just figure it out?
- 6:30Speaker 5: You know, I've never showed her where the key is,
- 6:33Speaker 5: but to be fair, she just saw she did see
- 6:35Speaker 5: me use it one day, you know, so like she knew.
- 6:37Speaker 2: She broke into your house. What did you do? Yeah?
- 6:41Speaker 5: I spoke to her about it, and I was just like,
- 6:44Speaker 5: this was not normal, But she was like, this is
- 6:46Speaker 5: normal because she was worried. I told her that I
- 6:49Speaker 5: felt violated and stuff, But I don't know, like do
- 6:53Speaker 5: you think this is normal? Because like what kind of
- 6:55Speaker 5: world do you do that if somebody doesn't answer the phone,
- 6:58Speaker 5: you just wait for them to like call you back.
- 7:00Speaker 2: How did she take that? When you confronted her, it
- 7:02Speaker 2: just turned into like a huge fight.
- 7:04Speaker 5: She just kept saying this is a normal thing to do,
- 7:06Speaker 5: this is a normal thing to do, and that I'm
- 7:08Speaker 5: the problem, and that like I should actually give her
- 7:12Speaker 5: a key to my place and start sharing my location
- 7:15Speaker 5: on my phone with her. I don't know if that's
- 7:17Speaker 5: how relationships should work, and I just don't know how
- 7:19Speaker 5: to be in one.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Bank Producer Blake Stage five Klinger, who shows up to
- 7:25Speaker 2: his girlfriend's house when she's not there with the key.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Hey, I don't find it that weird. She just cares
- 7:31Speaker 3: about you and she's showing it.
- 7:32Speaker 2: They've only been dating for six months. I have a
- 7:36Speaker 2: problem with it because you didn't give her a key
- 7:38Speaker 2: hit and she felt like she could just walk in.
- 7:40Speaker 2: You've only been dating six months.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Yeah, If you didn't have a specific saying saying don't
- 7:46Speaker 3: do this, then it shouldn't matter.
- 7:47Speaker 2: No common courtesy shouldn't be I have to tell you
- 7:51Speaker 2: things that you're not supposed to do. You should know
- 7:54Speaker 2: what's right and wrong. Call the show. I am on
- 7:58Speaker 2: your side, Bruno. I definitely. I only think that this
- 8:01Speaker 2: was a little much. Eight three three five oh one
- 8:03Speaker 2: Bama is the number because even though you are dating
- 8:06Speaker 2: somebody does not entitle them to break into your house.
- 8:11Speaker 2: You still get privacy. That's eight three three five oh
- 8:14Speaker 2: one two two six y two.
- 8:16Speaker 1: You were listening to the Alabama Show on DEMN.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Bruno's girlfriend of six months used his spare key to
- 8:24Speaker 2: break into his apartment because when she called him, he
- 8:26Speaker 2: didn't answer his phone, and he didn't answer his phone
- 8:29Speaker 2: because he was asleep. I think this is crazy, and
- 8:33Speaker 2: producer Blake sees no problem with it.
- 8:36Speaker 3: No, it's just love.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Eight three three five oh one bama is the number
- 8:39Speaker 2: to call the show. Andrew, what do you think?
- 8:41Speaker 3: Oh, that girl is a problem.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Why tell me more?
- 8:47Speaker 3: Oh that is just all red flags is showing itself.
- 8:51Speaker 2: She came in willingly and said that you're the problem
- 8:54Speaker 2: for not sharing your location and calling her back.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Uh.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Uh, it's just called love, and Drew.
- 9:00Speaker 2: That's not long. Have you seen the TV s that's
- 9:06Speaker 2: first forty eight in the making? Exactly, Thank you, Andrews.
- 9:11Speaker 2: There's no way. Do not put a ring on that finger.
- 9:14Speaker 1: You were listening to the Alamma Show on demand.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Eight three three five I one bama is the number
- 9:19Speaker 2: to call the show. Laverne, good morning. Do you have
- 9:22Speaker 2: advice for Bruno who's girlfriend broke into his apartment when
- 9:25Speaker 2: he didn't answer the phone.
- 9:26Speaker 6: Well, it depends on the circumstances beforehand, if we were
- 9:31Speaker 6: were mad at each other, or if something happened that beforehand.
- 9:36Speaker 6: I don't think she should have you used that Keith
- 9:39Speaker 6: to go into there.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Okay, have you ever broken into somebody's house after you
- 9:43Speaker 2: were mad at him? Yes?
- 9:45Speaker 7: I have.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Tell me more. What happened?
- 9:50Speaker 6: Well, he wasn't answering the phone, and it was in. Uh.
- 9:54Speaker 6: We had an argument before then, hadn't talked to him
- 9:57Speaker 6: a couple of days, and when I did a call,
- 10:01Speaker 6: when answer the phone, I got tired. I just said, hey,
- 10:04Speaker 6: I'm using the team going in.
- 10:07Speaker 2: What was he doing when you win? Ever? Sleep? Did
- 10:13Speaker 2: you wake him up?
- 10:15Speaker 6: Actually? I didn't eat myself back out and later on that.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Day come to my house. Did you say, no, No,
- 10:27Speaker 2: that wasn't me.
- 10:28Speaker 3: What are you talking about?
- 10:30Speaker 2: I love you?
- 10:30Speaker 1: It wasn't me.
- 10:33Speaker 6: Me, it wasn't me.
- 10:34Speaker 2: I love you. Call again anytime, girl. You you were great?
- 10:39Speaker 1: Thank you? Is what the hell headlines?
- 10:42Speaker 2: What the Hell?
- 10:43Speaker 1: On the Alabama Show.
- 10:45Speaker 2: A cat started a kitchen fire by turning on the stove.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Trying to get one loft down the seams.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Yes, this happened in Texas. A house cat was caught
- 10:56Speaker 2: on camera. It jumped on the stove, hit the knob,
- 10:59Speaker 2: turned it off and it was a gas stove and
- 11:01Speaker 2: the flames went up and then you see the cat
- 11:03Speaker 2: jump off the stove and run off in the whole
- 11:06Speaker 2: kitchen caught fire, cause significant damage. The fire department had
- 11:10Speaker 2: to come put it out. This whole thing.
- 11:12Speaker 3: I need to know how this rang up on the bill, I.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Don't know, but we all know the cat's.
- 11:15Speaker 7: Not paying it.
- 11:17Speaker 4: There's three things you need to know you with the
- 11:21Speaker 4: Alabama Show.
- 11:22Speaker 2: So the whole state of Alabama is going to be
- 11:24Speaker 2: all over the place this weekend, kind of like my attitude.
- 11:28Speaker 2: The biggest threat to Alabama is the northwest corner of
- 11:31Speaker 2: the state. They have an ice storm morning that could
- 11:34Speaker 2: hit starting tomorrow morning. The northern third of Alabama just
- 11:38Speaker 2: has a winter weather advisory, and then the rest of
- 11:40Speaker 2: the state is just going to get rain. The biggest
- 11:43Speaker 2: concern will be Sunday night into Monday mornings. Sunday, during
- 11:47Speaker 2: the day it could be in the sixties, but overnight
- 11:50Speaker 2: the temperatures are going to drastically drop and then we
- 11:53Speaker 2: could see ice on the roads Monday morning. So stay
- 11:56Speaker 2: alert and if the roads are icy, don't go to
- 11:58Speaker 2: work because I won't be here. Yeah, fingernails are ten
- 12:06Speaker 2: times dirtier than a toilet seat after a workout, according
- 12:09Speaker 2: to a new study.
- 12:10Speaker 3: You're telling me that I shouldn't shake anybody's hand after
- 12:13Speaker 3: they work out.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Not unless they've washed it. Because they swapped people who
- 12:18Speaker 2: finished hour long workout and it showed bacteria levels ten
- 12:22Speaker 2: times dirtier than the average toilet seat, and they found
- 12:25Speaker 2: staff and E. Coli under the people's fingernails.
- 12:28Speaker 3: Ooh, I know, I know.
- 12:33Speaker 2: I will never look at a dumb bell the same.
- 12:35Speaker 3: I'll never look at you the same.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Shut your mouth. Bluebell is releasing five new protein frozen
- 12:42Speaker 2: desserts like protein ice cream.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:45Speaker 2: The protein line is called Bluebell Pro. It's in five flavors, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coffee,
- 12:50Speaker 2: and salted camel. Each pint has between thirty three and
- 12:52Speaker 2: thirty five grams of protein and they have no added
- 12:55Speaker 2: sugars and they are low fat and gluten free.
- 12:58Speaker 3: Go enjoy your ice cream before you go to the
- 13:01Speaker 3: gym and get dirty.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I wash your hands before you eat the ice cream.
- 13:06Speaker 2: That's three things you need to know. More at the
- 13:08Speaker 2: Alabama Show dot com.
- 13:10Speaker 1: The Alabama Show on demand's free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 13:14Speaker 2: I think on Fridays, we do show and tell Fridays sometimes, Yeah,
- 13:18Speaker 2: for what's awesome, which is when we share our good
- 13:22Speaker 2: news and please, somebody call the show with better news
- 13:25Speaker 2: than Producer Blake's eight three three five oh one, Bama,
- 13:29Speaker 2: what's your good news today?
- 13:30Speaker 3: I am now the proud owner of a six foot
- 13:34Speaker 3: party time inflatable Bucky the Big Beaver, Bucky.
- 13:38Speaker 2: The gas Station. You know if you've ever been to
- 13:40Speaker 2: a Bucky's producer play. And I was on the phone
- 13:44Speaker 2: yesterday with him and his girlfriend when he was telling
- 13:47Speaker 2: me about it, and I said, I thought you went
- 13:49Speaker 2: to BUCkies to buy it, because that would have cost
- 13:51Speaker 2: you like two hundred dollars there and your girlfriend said, no,
- 13:54Speaker 2: we went thrifty. And how much did you spend on
- 13:57Speaker 2: your six foot inflatable Beaver?
- 13:59Speaker 3: Only fifty?
- 14:03Speaker 2: I hope you tell remember yesterday how we were talking
- 14:06Speaker 2: about a finance class and how you blow all your money?
- 14:09Speaker 2: I message video games.
- 14:11Speaker 3: I message the financial advisor guy and I said, I'm sorry.
- 14:14Speaker 3: He said, this seems like an appropriate miscellaneous purpose.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Wait, see you have to do you ask him permission
- 14:20Speaker 2: now before you make a purchase.
- 14:22Speaker 3: No, I ask for forgiveness.
- 14:26Speaker 2: Where are you gonna put it?
- 14:28Speaker 3: Well, one is going to be in here today. Two
- 14:31Speaker 3: I'll probably put.
- 14:32Speaker 2: It in my room for deporation.
- 14:33Speaker 3: I wait that in here, I've gotta I've got to
- 14:35Speaker 3: show you what it looks like.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Well, go follow the Alabama Show on TikTok so you
- 14:39Speaker 2: can see Producer Plex Beaver lives.
- 14:43Speaker 1: The Alabama Show on demand free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Here's your reminder. With the storms coming in this weekend
- 14:50Speaker 2: and how crazy the weather's supposed to get, make sure
- 14:53Speaker 2: you check on your neighbors, your grandparents, especially if they
- 14:57Speaker 2: are older, to make sure they're okay. We're gonna call
- 15:00Speaker 2: me Mom, my grandmother who raised me, to make sure
- 15:03Speaker 2: she's prepared. Hey Mama, Hey, hey Mama. Me and Blake
- 15:07Speaker 2: we're just calling to make sure that you have everything
- 15:10Speaker 2: that you need and you're prepared for the storms coming
- 15:14Speaker 2: in this weekend. Of course, Blake has done this is
- 15:18Speaker 2: producer Blake. He has done nothing. And I'm trying to
- 15:21Speaker 2: explain to him that he needs to prep because he
- 15:24Speaker 2: lives in a house. He lives in a basement with
- 15:26Speaker 2: three other guys, and he doesn't know what to do.
- 15:30Speaker 8: Well, let's see, he needs bread, peanut, butter, jelly stuff
- 15:36Speaker 8: that don't have to be refrigerated, some fruit, and some
- 15:41Speaker 8: snacks and bottled water.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Okay, well, what if I don't like fred and butter
- 15:49Speaker 3: jelly fruits are okay?
- 15:52Speaker 8: Well, then they have doubled ham and a can.
- 15:56Speaker 2: They have spam in a can.
- 15:59Speaker 3: I'm assuming you're meat eater, not like that.
- 16:04Speaker 2: What do you put on it? What do you what
- 16:06Speaker 2: do you make with spam? You can fix all kinds
- 16:09Speaker 2: of stuff with spam.
- 16:11Speaker 8: You can fry, you can have it with eggs, you
- 16:14Speaker 8: can have it on a biscuit.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Memo, can do all kind of stuff with spam.
- 16:18Speaker 3: How are you gonna do that with no power?
- 16:21Speaker 8: Well, that's when you have a charcoal grill.
- 16:24Speaker 3: You clearly, I'm make enough money to get a charcoal grill.
- 16:30Speaker 2: You know what I found out? He's been spending all
- 16:32Speaker 2: his money on He's been taking a finance class. He
- 16:34Speaker 2: spends five hundred dollars a month on video games.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, that's not that's it's inflated.
- 16:42Speaker 2: No, it's not.
- 16:43Speaker 8: And you don't eat peanut butter and jelly.
- 16:47Speaker 3: I hate peanut butter and jelly butter.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Buckle up, buttercup, It's time to eat some spam.
- 16:54Speaker 1: If you're spending that much.
- 16:55Speaker 8: On video games, you're gonna be eating spam pretty soon.
- 17:04Speaker 1: But you're good.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Do you need me to pick up anything for you today?
- 17:07Speaker 2: Did you get everything in me to get you some?
- 17:09Speaker 2: Do you have water? Do you have plenty of jugs
- 17:11Speaker 2: of water.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Well course, I got I think I got eight.
- 17:14Speaker 2: I told Memo yesterday to get hand warmers too, because
- 17:17Speaker 2: you know you can use hand warmers if the power
- 17:19Speaker 2: goes out. You can put them in your under the
- 17:21Speaker 2: blankets when you get in bed.
- 17:23Speaker 8: Okay, just say I got some of those ninety eight
- 17:26Speaker 8: cents at Walmart, all right for a two pack?
- 17:29Speaker 2: For a two pack? All right? How many two packs
- 17:32Speaker 2: did you get?
- 17:33Speaker 1: Two?
- 17:34Speaker 3: You only got four? She got how I need?
- 17:37Speaker 2: I just got two hands? Well you no, But you
- 17:40Speaker 2: put them under the blankets so that the heat radiates
- 17:45Speaker 2: in the bed. And if the power goes out for
- 17:48Speaker 2: more than two nights, you need like, oh god, I'm
- 17:51Speaker 2: bringing you some more. I got a hold. I got
- 17:53Speaker 2: a ten pack. I'm bringing you some.
- 17:55Speaker 1: I got plenty.
- 17:56Speaker 2: I'm fine.
- 17:57Speaker 3: You got four by four.
- 18:00Speaker 2: You might want to put like three or four of
- 18:02Speaker 2: them in there. You don't hold them while you sleep,
- 18:04Speaker 2: You put them down.
- 18:05Speaker 3: In the bed at your feet.
- 18:07Speaker 8: Oh god, why if you roll over a one nick bus?
- 18:10Speaker 7: What happens when you.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Get a good hot sensation going.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Then you'll be having good dreams. No, they want buzzed.
- 18:18Speaker 2: It'll be fine because That's what I did when I camp.
- 18:20Speaker 2: I threw them in my sleeping bag. I'll bring you
- 18:22Speaker 2: some more. I got like thirty of them.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Oh my lord.
- 18:26Speaker 8: All right, well, I was trying to get the shower cuts.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I have hot water today. Let me get that then.
- 18:32Speaker 8: All right, Blake ut done that much money on video games?
- 18:36Speaker 2: She said, get a life.
- 18:42Speaker 1: You're listening to the Alabama Show on to.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Man eight three three five, IEM memos the number to
- 18:47Speaker 2: call the show. How have you been prepping for whatever
- 18:51Speaker 2: is going to happen this weekend? Andrew? Good morning? Are
- 18:53Speaker 2: you ready? I am.
- 18:55Speaker 3: I have a charcoal for the grill and tons of meat.
- 18:58Speaker 2: You're the one that bought all the pipe it made
- 19:00Speaker 2: it Walmart.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Aren't you see it?
- 19:02Speaker 2: One can at a time. I love you. I got
- 19:06Speaker 2: those cowboy roundstags ready to go on. Agree, here's the
- 19:09Speaker 2: real question. How is your wife prepared to be stuck
- 19:12Speaker 2: in a house with you for three days? I think
- 19:14Speaker 2: she went to the liquor store. I can't remember. We
- 19:18Speaker 2: love you, buddy, Thank you.
- 19:20Speaker 1: I love y'all too.
- 19:21Speaker 3: You have an amazing weekend.
- 19:22Speaker 1: You're listening to the Alabama Show on demand.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Chris from the album The Wildlife Center. I have been
- 19:29Speaker 2: so excited to talk to you today about the Raptor
- 19:32Speaker 2: Release and re Nesting class. Oh, tell us about it.
- 19:36Speaker 7: This class is for people that want to make a
- 19:39Speaker 7: difference and really get hands on with birds of prey
- 19:44Speaker 7: or songbirds or waterbirds, all these really cool birds that
- 19:47Speaker 7: you see in the wild at parks or in your backyard.
- 19:52Speaker 7: But the ones that these volunteers will be working with
- 19:57Speaker 7: are the ones that need our help. And oftentimes if
- 20:00Speaker 7: a bird is injured, they can't get to us, and
- 20:03Speaker 7: so people will try and get it to us. But
- 20:06Speaker 7: if they can't reach us or can't drive it to
- 20:08Speaker 7: us because they're elderly, or they don't have vehicle or
- 20:11Speaker 7: ways or means, this team of our teers at this
- 20:15Speaker 7: class will learn how to go out to retrieve those
- 20:18Speaker 7: birds and bring them to us so we can give
- 20:20Speaker 7: them the proper care they deserve.
- 20:22Speaker 2: What you're saying is this class would be perfect for
- 20:24Speaker 2: crazy people like me who has picked up an owl
- 20:27Speaker 2: off the side of the road one time because it
- 20:29Speaker 2: was stunned and I thought, oh, you need help, and
- 20:32Speaker 2: I put it in my car and started driving. And
- 20:34Speaker 2: I now know that that was a terrible thing to do.
- 20:37Speaker 7: Well, owls have sharp claws and so if you have
- 20:42Speaker 7: the proper tools or gloves or supplies you need, it
- 20:47Speaker 7: can be a little tricky, but you did the absolute
- 20:50Speaker 7: right thing in bringing it to us the Alabama Wildlife Center.
- 20:54Speaker 7: And we're so happy when people bring us injured owls.
- 20:57Speaker 7: But yeah, we want you to be prepared.
- 20:58Speaker 2: Do we get to meet the birds class?
- 21:01Speaker 7: Absolutely, so you will foreshore meet some of our glove
- 21:04Speaker 7: trained raptors or some of our foster parents that are
- 21:08Speaker 7: serving in a different role. They can't be released, but
- 21:11Speaker 7: they're also working with the baby raptors and they're able
- 21:16Speaker 7: to get glove trained and be brought out and you
- 21:18Speaker 7: will get to experience that in this class.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Wait a minute, you said baby raptors. There are baby raptors.
- 21:24Speaker 7: Well, in baby bird seasons, oftentimes these raptors will be
- 21:28Speaker 7: found on the ground, maybe their parents have kicked them out,
- 21:31Speaker 7: maybe they got knocked out, and then they need our help.
- 21:33Speaker 7: So they get brought to us, but we can't teach
- 21:36Speaker 7: them how to be owls or hawks. They have to
- 21:38Speaker 7: use a falster parent.
- 21:39Speaker 2: I am so excited. So that class is this Sunday.
- 21:43Speaker 2: It's one to four at the Alabama Wildlife Center correct.
- 21:47Speaker 7: Yes, it is January twenty fifth on Sunday from one
- 21:50Speaker 7: to four at Alabama Wildlife Center inside of Oak Mountain
- 21:54Speaker 7: State Park.
- 21:55Speaker 2: And it's free to get in and if people want
- 21:57Speaker 2: to register, they just go to your website.
- 21:59Speaker 7: They go to our Facebook page or email Katie at
- 22:04Speaker 7: Alabama Wildlifecinner dot org.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Let me ask you this, with the weather, how it's
- 22:10Speaker 2: supposed to get this weekend. If it gets bad, are
- 22:13Speaker 2: you going to reschedule the class?
- 22:15Speaker 7: Yeah, we'll reach out to people that's to register. But
- 22:19Speaker 7: I want to say that I looked at the forecast
- 22:21Speaker 7: and I think we're in the clear.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Chris. I am super excited. Thank you for letting us
- 22:25Speaker 2: call you and talk to you about it. I'm going
- 22:27Speaker 2: to be that annoying girl that y'all are going to have,
- 22:30Speaker 2: like you're eventually going to tell me, Okay, Alabama, leave
- 22:32Speaker 2: us alone. We get it. You like our birds, No
- 22:35Speaker 2: go away.
- 22:36Speaker 7: No, We're so excited for you and excited for other
- 22:39Speaker 7: people that are just really interested and passionate about bird
- 22:42Speaker 7: that we want them to learn a little bit more
- 22:44Speaker 7: and then work closely to protect these beautiful creatures.
- 22:48Speaker 1: You are listening to the Alabama Show on Demand.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Okay, we're leaving. We're done. We're going to go prep
- 22:53Speaker 2: for the weather. Are you? Are you good? Did you
- 22:56Speaker 2: ever do anything?
- 22:58Speaker 3: I'm going today. I'm gonna do what I need to do.
- 23:01Speaker 2: Get everything you need at least today because the weather's
- 23:04Speaker 2: coming in for the weekend. Be safe. We will be
- 23:06Speaker 2: back Monday morning. Have a good day.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Thanks for listening to The Alabama Show on Demand.
