- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to hop across
- 0:06Speaker 1: the pond and we're going to get an update on
- 0:08Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. And that's because
- 0:12Speaker 1: he's having one of his very few honorifics that are
- 0:16Speaker 1: left to him taken away. And if anybody ever deserved
- 0:20Speaker 1: to be a social leper, it is most certainly the
- 0:23Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. Today's article is from
- 0:29Speaker 1: GBN News and the headline Andrew mount Batton Windsor suffers
- 0:33Speaker 1: fresh blow as legal officials creating a mechanism to remove
- 0:37Speaker 1: honor from him. How does he have any honorifics left
- 0:40Speaker 1: to him at this point? Like, shouldn't all of that
- 0:44Speaker 1: stuff be gone already? This article was authored by Dorothy Reddin.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Legal officials at the City of London Corporation are drawing
- 0:52Speaker 1: up a bill that would enable the removal of Andrew
- 0:55Speaker 1: mount Baton Windsor's freedom of the City of London after
- 0:58Speaker 1: its City Solicitor concluded that the existing mechanism for stripping
- 1:02Speaker 1: the honor is defective and defunct. Got to make sure
- 1:06Speaker 1: you go through the process right, yo, if the UK
- 1:10Speaker 1: loves anything, it's a process. The Corporation had previously stated
- 1:15Speaker 1: in March that the honor could not be revoked. However,
- 1:19Speaker 1: it has since acknowledged that there is currently no effective,
- 1:21Speaker 1: lawful mechanism to carry out a removal and is now
- 1:24Speaker 1: working to create one. We understand why people want this
- 1:28Speaker 1: matter resolved as quickly as possible, and we share that desire.
- 1:31Speaker 1: A Corporation spokesman said, well, yeah, look, nobody wants to
- 1:34Speaker 1: be associated with Prince Andrew unless you're trying to tank
- 1:38Speaker 1: whatever product that you're putting out, or if you want
- 1:41Speaker 1: people to look at the honorifics that you hand out
- 1:44Speaker 1: and find them laughable, then sure. But I find it
- 1:46Speaker 1: hard to believe that any sort of company, or certainly
- 1:49Speaker 1: any sort of you know, City Hall, would want anything
- 1:52Speaker 1: to do with Prince Andrew. Should the bill be approved,
- 1:57Speaker 1: it would open the way for elected members to decide
- 2:00Speaker 1: whether the former Prince's freedom should be taken away. Not
- 2:03Speaker 1: his freedom as far as you know, going to jail,
- 2:06Speaker 1: but the freedom, metal, the status, the honorific, you know,
- 2:11Speaker 1: the things that he loved so much, all the things
- 2:14Speaker 1: that were stripped from him. That's what he cares about
- 2:17Speaker 1: the status, right, that's all. Prince Andrew, ever wanted to
- 2:21Speaker 1: be the guy, always been jaded that he wasn't the heir,
- 2:25Speaker 1: always been jaded that it was his brother who was
- 2:28Speaker 1: set to rule, and so he acted out right, Oh,
- 2:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna be a dick, I'm gonna be a quote
- 2:35Speaker 1: unquote playboy, Randy Andy, the whole thing. And that would
- 2:39Speaker 1: have been fine with me, because at the end of
- 2:42Speaker 1: the day, I don't have to agree with everybody's lifestyle choices.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I don't have to agree with what you do, and
- 2:48Speaker 1: I certainly don't expect everybody to live their life the
- 2:50Speaker 1: way I would. Sophie was just a dick and just
- 2:53Speaker 1: a narcissist and just somebody that you know, was reprehensible,
- 2:58Speaker 1: then I would shrug and move on. But that's not
- 3:00Speaker 1: the case. We're not talking about somebody that was just
- 3:03Speaker 1: accused of enabling Jeffrey Epstein. We're talking about somebody that's
- 3:07Speaker 1: credibly accused of taking part in the abuse and the
- 3:12Speaker 1: person that accused him, I believe. And it's not just
- 3:15Speaker 1: words from a page. I heard the story from Virginia herself.
- 3:21Speaker 1: And let me tell you, if anybody deserves what's happening
- 3:24Speaker 1: to them and more it's this dirty, rotten son of
- 3:27Speaker 1: a bitch. Andrew mount Baton Winsor, Mister mount Batten Winsor
- 3:31Speaker 1: was granted the freedom in twenty twelve by virtue of patrimony,
- 3:36Speaker 1: as his father, Prince Philip, had held the status of freeman,
- 3:41Speaker 1: so it was by birth, like everything else, by birth,
- 3:44Speaker 1: not by merit, not earned. Oh, I was born a
- 3:47Speaker 1: prince of the blood, so let me get X, Y
- 3:50Speaker 1: and Z, and if you don't give it to me,
- 3:52Speaker 1: I'll go tell my mom. That's been his whole entirem,
- 3:56Speaker 1: his whole life, and he's been able to get away
- 3:59Speaker 1: with it because every everybody enabled his shit. Nobody wanted
- 4:03Speaker 1: to get on the Queen's bad side, right, Nobody wanted
- 4:05Speaker 1: the Queen matt at them, so they weren't going to
- 4:09Speaker 1: pursue Prince Andrew as far as his bullshit when he's
- 4:12Speaker 1: acting like an idiot, running around like Jeoffrey at the palace.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And when you're uncontrollable as a child, you become unmanageable
- 4:20Speaker 1: as an adult. The Corporation's efforts to resolve the matter
- 4:26Speaker 1: have been under way for several months. In April, it
- 4:28Speaker 1: disclosed that a letter had been sent to mister mount
- 4:31Speaker 1: Batten Winsor inviting him to voluntarily give up the honor,
- 4:35Speaker 1: but no response was received. Oh wait, you want him
- 4:37Speaker 1: to do the honorable thing and voluntarily give that up,
- 4:42Speaker 1: you have a better chance of hitting the lottery. This
- 4:45Speaker 1: man has no desire to do the right thing. He
- 4:48Speaker 1: has no desire to step up and speak out about
- 4:51Speaker 1: what he knows, what he saw, who was there, what
- 4:54Speaker 1: Klain Maxwell was up to, and more importantly, what he
- 4:58Speaker 1: was up to. That day's never going to come, and
- 5:02Speaker 1: anybody waiting for it is going to be waiting a
- 5:04Speaker 1: long ass time. The following month, in May, the Court
- 5:09Speaker 1: Common Council passed a motion formally censoring him for his
- 5:12Speaker 1: refusal to relinquish the freedom, and directed officers to pursue
- 5:16Speaker 1: lawful avenues for its removal. Now, just as a suggestion,
- 5:21Speaker 1: if you're going to have some kind of honorific there
- 5:23Speaker 1: has to be some mechanism to strip the person who's
- 5:27Speaker 1: holding it. Right, What if they do something wrong, What
- 5:29Speaker 1: if they turn out to be Jimmy Saville, What if
- 5:32Speaker 1: they turn out to be Prince Andrew. You have to
- 5:35Speaker 1: have a mechanism to get rid of them right. At
- 5:38Speaker 1: the July twenty third meeting of the Court, Deputy Mary
- 5:40Speaker 1: Ann Fredericks requested an update on the progress being made
- 5:44Speaker 1: towards stripping the title. In response, Policy Chairman Deputy Chris
- 5:48Speaker 1: Hayward outlined the findings of a draft legal opinion prepared
- 5:52Speaker 1: by the Comptroller and City Solicitor alongside the City Remembrancer
- 5:57Speaker 1: whatever that is. The provisional gist of their assessm Mister
- 6:00Speaker 1: Hayward explained was that the current disfranchisement process, the formal
- 6:04Speaker 1: mechanism through which the honor would ordinarily be withdrawn, is
- 6:08Speaker 1: defective and defunct. To overcome this legal obstacle, the Court
- 6:12Speaker 1: would need to pass an Act of Common Council, effectively
- 6:15Speaker 1: granting itself the power of disenfranchisement. Mister Hayward told members
- 6:20Speaker 1: that the law officers were additionally examining scenarios under which
- 6:23Speaker 1: the freedom might be automatically revoked. Well, I mean, you
- 6:27Speaker 1: would think that there'd be some kind of you know, standards, right,
- 6:31Speaker 1: you have to have a certain sort of behavior to
- 6:36Speaker 1: get this kind of award. I mean, at the very least,
- 6:39Speaker 1: you can't be accused credibly of abusing a traffic seventeen
- 6:43Speaker 1: year old girl. I would think that would be the
- 6:46Speaker 1: very level base standard, right, I mean, that's what you
- 6:49Speaker 1: would hope. But I guess not. I guess they never
- 6:52Speaker 1: could envision so On being as big of a degenerate
- 6:55Speaker 1: as Prince Andrew. Once the Court has been in power
- 6:59Speaker 1: to disenfranchise, a separate report specifically addressing mister man Battan
- 7:03Speaker 1: Windsor's case could be brought forward, giving members a chance
- 7:06Speaker 1: to consider and determine whether removal is warranted. While I
- 7:10Speaker 1: have a hard time believing that anybody wouldn't want them removed,
- 7:14Speaker 1: I would say that most people that have a chance
- 7:17Speaker 1: to vote on it are going to vote for Prince
- 7:20Speaker 1: Andrew not to represent their city. Work is now progressing
- 7:23Speaker 1: to finalize the Law Officer's opinion and produce a draft bill,
- 7:27Speaker 1: which is scheduled to come before the Policy and Resource
- 7:30Speaker 1: Committee at its September meeting before proceeding to the full
- 7:33Speaker 1: Court order. In October, mister Hayward stressed that the process
- 7:37Speaker 1: in the individual case must be treated as distinct matters,
- 7:41Speaker 1: saying members must first agree the process for removing the
- 7:45Speaker 1: freedom before considering a specific case of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor
- 7:51Speaker 1: to ensure the process is fair. These two matters, I'm advised,
- 7:54Speaker 1: must be considered separately. Oh, we're worried about fair. I'll
- 7:59Speaker 1: tell you what. Why don't you go ask Virginia about fair? Oh,
- 8:02Speaker 1: that's right, you can't. Why don't you ask Maria about fair?
- 8:05Speaker 1: Or Annie? Why don't you ask one of them? He
- 8:08Speaker 1: also related a warning from the corporation's legal officers. The
- 8:12Speaker 1: city solicitor and the remembrancer have both asked me to
- 8:17Speaker 1: point out that this is a substantial piece of work
- 8:19Speaker 1: with significant constitutional implications which need to be carefully considered
- 8:24Speaker 1: by members to ensure that the new process is as
- 8:27Speaker 1: far as possible, lawful and workable with no one intended consequences.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Whatever that means. Sounds like a built in cover story
- 8:35Speaker 1: for them not doing what they want to do. The
- 8:38Speaker 1: former prince was arrested in February on suspicion of misconduct
- 8:41Speaker 1: and public office, but was subsequently released without charge. He
- 8:46Speaker 1: has consistently denied any wrongdoing. Well, in that case, let's
- 8:49Speaker 1: just pack it in Boys and girls. The Joe exotic
- 8:53Speaker 1: of the Windsor family tells us that he's innocent, And
- 8:56Speaker 1: I mean after that interview on BBC. How can anyone
- 8:59Speaker 1: deny anything he has to say? Having been stripped of
- 9:04Speaker 1: his titles due to his connection to Jeffrey Epstein, mister
- 9:07Speaker 1: mountbatt and Windsor was compelled to leave Royal Lodge amid
- 9:10Speaker 1: public anger over his rental agreements and relocated to Marsh
- 9:14Speaker 1: Farm on the king Sandringham estate in Norfolk. From one
- 9:18Speaker 1: mansion to the next. Oh, god forbid, it's a cottage.
- 9:21Speaker 1: God forbid, You're on the King's property. God forbid. You
- 9:24Speaker 1: can get up every day and ride your dumbass horse.
- 9:29Speaker 1: A National Audit Office investigation revealed last month that he
- 9:33Speaker 1: had earned an undisclosed private income by subletting three cottages
- 9:37Speaker 1: on the Royal Lodge grounds while paying just one peppercorn
- 9:40Speaker 1: and annual rent. Meanwhile, people in England are suffering, regular
- 9:45Speaker 1: people trouble putting food on the table, powers expensive the
- 9:49Speaker 1: whole thing. But as long as Prince Andrew is running
- 9:53Speaker 1: his own version of Airbnb, it's all good. His leasetful
- 9:58Speaker 1: agreement showed he paid one million pounds for the lease
- 10:01Speaker 1: and a further seven and a half million pounds towards
- 10:04Speaker 1: refurbishments completed in two thousand and five. Yeah, not his
- 10:08Speaker 1: money either. Where did he grift that money from? Who
- 10:11Speaker 1: did he pill for that from? Who do he lie
- 10:12Speaker 1: to to get that money? Because we know he doesn't
- 10:15Speaker 1: have a job, and we also know his bitch ass
- 10:17Speaker 1: didn't earn it. So what do you folks think? Do
- 10:21Speaker 1: you think that Andrew is gonna get stripped or do
- 10:23Speaker 1: you think that the Council is going to come to
- 10:25Speaker 1: a standstill and not be able to put the language
- 10:28Speaker 1: in place to take that honorific from him? Shoot me
- 10:32Speaker 1: some emails and let me know. All the information that
- 10:35Speaker 1: goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
