- 0:32Speaker 1: a look at this tweet here coming from nic over
- 0:35Speaker 1: at Coombureau. And we talked about this earlier in the week,
- 0:38Speaker 1: but if you remember in some of our videos we've
- 0:40Speaker 1: kind of broken down. The end of the week was
- 0:43Speaker 1: the key time and Tim Scott expected all of this
- 0:47Speaker 1: to happen today and after the Cenate Republican meeting. These
- 0:51Speaker 1: are some of the things that came out of this
- 0:52Speaker 1: with Eleanor breaking it down. I think some major light bulbs,
- 0:56Speaker 1: This was being said by Senator Lummus. Major light bulbs
- 0:59Speaker 1: were switched on during the meeting, and also she mentions
- 1:03Speaker 1: that it happened with people she would not have expected
- 1:06Speaker 1: it to encounter when she walked in the room, So huh,
- 1:09Speaker 1: interesting people there for sure. Now, Patrick Witt emerged from
- 1:13Speaker 1: the meeting looking a little frustrated, so no comment. Also
- 1:18Speaker 1: Tim Scott emerged smiling, but you know he's always smiling,
- 1:22Speaker 1: but he did decline to comment. I don't know if
- 1:24Speaker 1: we've got a deal or not. But it's Friday, and
- 1:29Speaker 1: you know what happens on Fridays, guys. We always get
- 1:31Speaker 1: that late minute drop coming in out of the blue
- 1:36Speaker 1: when liquidity is low. You know what happens. So could
- 1:39Speaker 1: be some trades going on eleanor went on right here,
- 1:42Speaker 1: and this is a good example of that. The White
- 1:44Speaker 1: House Council of Economic Advisors now has a study examining
- 1:48Speaker 1: stable coin yield and its potential impact on deposit flight.
- 1:53Speaker 1: And basically what the study says is there's no potential
- 1:56Speaker 1: deposit flight. So they've been holding this or if they've
- 1:58Speaker 1: had it, or they just presented it showing the banks
- 2:02Speaker 1: that there's no deposit flight here. So all of this
- 2:05Speaker 1: time you've been crying and complaining about deposit flight and
- 2:08Speaker 1: in fact, the data shows otherwise, that shows you how
- 2:12Speaker 1: much BS was being presented from that banking summit, the
- 2:16Speaker 1: yield summit that we presented earlier in the week. If
- 2:20Speaker 1: you guys remember, go watch that video the things they
- 2:22Speaker 1: said in that meeting. The other thing you got to
- 2:25Speaker 1: look at is that this occurred, and this is where
- 2:29Speaker 1: Republicans were considering adding a bank deregulatory provision to the
- 2:33Speaker 1: housing package that got a pushback. Now what we're dealing
- 2:37Speaker 1: with right here from Politico is that that portion of
- 2:40Speaker 1: it has been guess where, moved over to adding it
- 2:44Speaker 1: to the crypto bill. So what it boils down to
- 2:49Speaker 1: illustrates to the market Structure bill, a long time priority
- 2:53Speaker 1: for the House, could be used as leverage to get
- 2:56Speaker 1: House Republicans to accept the Senate's housing legislation that came
- 3:01Speaker 1: from John Kennedy right there. So I don't like stuff
- 3:05Speaker 1: being added to these bills. It should be taken away,
- 3:09Speaker 1: taking stuff away. But this, I don't know if this
- 3:13Speaker 1: is something. And again we tried to do some research
- 3:15Speaker 1: on this to find out what kind of regulatory elements
- 3:17Speaker 1: were there. It's it's like dark, there's no real explanation
- 3:21Speaker 1: of what it is, so I want to know what
- 3:24Speaker 1: that means, because we may have a crypto bill that
- 3:26Speaker 1: is going to be having that in it. Here is
- 3:29Speaker 1: Eleanor hitting it again. We're ninety nine percent of the
- 3:31Speaker 1: of the of the way, they're on stable quin yields
- 3:34Speaker 1: and negotiations on digital ashed portions of the bill are
- 3:37Speaker 1: in a good place. That came from Senator Lummis. Also
- 3:41Speaker 1: Jasper Gordon has Senate Bacon. Republicans are now discussing adding
- 3:44Speaker 1: the community bank deregulation provisions to that to the Market
- 3:49Speaker 1: Clarity Act. Okay, sow clarity, And that was exactly what
- 3:53Speaker 1: I was just showing. Why add that? Now? What is
- 3:56Speaker 1: it correlated into these community banks? Something's something's up here.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Don't know what it is, but we do know this.
- 4:04Speaker 1: We know what a yield sign is and soda. Senator Lummas,
- 4:07Speaker 1: she has put it out right there. And this happened
- 4:09Speaker 1: today at about nine o'clock in the morning. What happens
- 4:15Speaker 1: after five today? Here we are just a few minutes.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Other things that are happening. Crypto is lamenting the loss
- 4:20Speaker 1: of key allies in Capitol Hill, especially after Lummas is out,
- 4:25Speaker 1: because remember this is her swan song. This is the
- 4:29Speaker 1: thing she's going to count on to get her next job,
- 4:32Speaker 1: her next book, her next consulting gig. I got this
- 4:36Speaker 1: through for the bitcoin community, for all of crypto. This
- 4:40Speaker 1: is her swan song, so it is one that matters. However,
- 4:44Speaker 1: the Clarity Act getting signed into law is still looking
- 4:47Speaker 1: a little bit you know, mah right now, still holding
- 4:51Speaker 1: it sixty percent, So not moving on any of these
- 4:55Speaker 1: movements right now. This is a big deal because if
- 4:58Speaker 1: we don't get clarity, and and even though what's happening
- 5:02Speaker 1: is that we've had these IPO plans frozen from companies,
- 5:06Speaker 1: and I think a lot of people who are in
- 5:08Speaker 1: crypto that are considering IPOs are now watching this. And
- 5:13Speaker 1: you need IPOs. That is the lifeblood of the stock market.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And if we start seeing the listings losing steam like
- 5:21Speaker 1: here with Kraken, this is gonna have a big impact
- 5:24Speaker 1: on markets in general because IPOs are going to be massive.
- 5:27Speaker 1: This is one of the biggest new entries on the market,
- 5:31Speaker 1: next to AI, which is blockchain. So we should have
- 5:34Speaker 1: a whole litany of companies lined up ready to go,
- 5:38Speaker 1: but that may not necessarily be the case. There is
- 5:40Speaker 1: one though might be lining up here pretty soon. That
- 5:42Speaker 1: might be Ledger. They have now hired the the former
- 5:46Speaker 1: Circle executive John Andrews as their CFO. Remember Circle went
- 5:52Speaker 1: public as it expands to the US footprint ahead of
- 5:55Speaker 1: a potential IPO. Let me know what you guys think.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Who would be a great IPO that you think should go?
- 6:02Speaker 1: Is Ledger on that list? Who are others that you
- 6:05Speaker 1: guys think would be the case? Drop some comments down below,
- 6:08Speaker 1: and man, next week is going to be huge, so
- 6:11Speaker 1: stick around. If you like this video, like and subscribe,
