- Sarahn: Hello, beautiful people. Today is October the 12th. Happy Indigenous Peoples Day. Shout out to all of the people who occupied this land before we got here and everywhere, every person who occupied any land before somebody else came around and claimed it as their own. Today we celebrate Indigenous Peoples. Happy Indigenous Peoples Day. Today's calendar challenge is. Practice a one-minute body scan. Our theme for this month is rediscover wonder, and we are paying attention to all of the things. We're keeping our eyes open to all of the things. And today, a one-minute body scan is designed for us to feel our bodies, right? We're gonna start at our head. We're gonna blink our eyes and stretch out our jawline. We're gonna shrug our shoulders and rub our bellies and flex our backs. Going down to our hips and our thighs and our knees and our feet and all the way back up to our heads to remind ourselves to feel, to be present in the feeling and to love every inch of our body, to thank every inch of our body, to have gratitude for what it does for us. The things we see, the things we don't see, the things we feel, the things we don't feel, the things we know. And what we don't know, we know that our bodies are complex machines that are constantly doing a thousand things at once to keep us alive. And in us being alive, we get to celebrate our joy. So today, do a body scan and remember who you are. A joyful being that is. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
