- 3:45Speaker 6: his home healthcare business. Shortly after Garcia was killed, thirty
- 3:50Speaker 6: seven year old James Legate the scene, fleeing the scene
- 3:53Speaker 6: was arrested for the murder. Lagate is not making this
- 3:59Speaker 6: investigation any easier. He's behind bars here, unable to post
- 4:03Speaker 6: a half million dollars bond and refusing to.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Talk any weed. I made it halfway through the week
- 4:55Speaker 2: and so now we're back with our bonuses. So before

- 5:06Speaker 2: before we get started. I have my co host is
- 5:12Speaker 2: here with me, so let me just go ahead and
- 5:15Speaker 2: do our disclaimer real quick so we can get back
- 5:20Speaker 2: to get get started. Before we get started, the contents
- 5:30Speaker 2: of this show, it is not a reflection on the crew.
- 5:38Speaker 2: It's not a reflection of the coup pop past. My
- 5:42Speaker 2: platform is to give the individual that's incarcerated or not
- 5:50Speaker 2: incarcerated a platform to speak out, to use this their
- 5:56Speaker 2: voice on their behalf. So with that being said, I'm
- 6:02Speaker 2: gonna give you a little back backstory. Please forgive me tonight.
- 6:11Speaker 2: I'm just having a little anxiety attack and I'm getting
- 6:15Speaker 2: over it right now. So the backstory is that mister
- 6:23Speaker 2: Legate was accused of shooting and killing someone and so
- 6:35Speaker 2: he's here tonight to finish his to finish his story
- 6:43Speaker 2: right now, I'm gonna bring my co host on because
- 6:46Speaker 2: I need to settle down just a little cornell Or
- 6:51Speaker 2: Are you there.
- 6:53Speaker 7: Yes, ma'am. Thank you very much, ma'am for having me on.
- 6:57Speaker 7: And with that being said, ma'am, I would like to
- 6:59Speaker 7: go here and to recap on the case of mister
- 7:03Speaker 7: James and mcgate today. As I Collor just said, mister Legate,
- 7:11Speaker 7: he's a technic president making room per twenty five years
- 7:14Speaker 7: behind boss for a crime that he said he did
- 7:16Speaker 7: not commit. From September the third of nineteen ninety eight,
- 7:20Speaker 7: San Antonio, Yoba County, Texas. Okay, it was rock father
- 7:24Speaker 7: brutal murder of a local businessman named mister Eddie Garcia,
- 7:28Speaker 7: who had made a name for himself as the Dingo Teams.
- 7:33Speaker 7: As the owner of the Mexico Q nightclub he shared
- 7:36Speaker 7: with his partner mister Petro Okay, mister Garcia was found
- 7:40Speaker 7: dead in his office from a gunshot. Roun Okay. Mister
- 7:44Speaker 7: Garcia has alleged that mister Edis and Morra was giving
- 7:49Speaker 7: out free drinks and three passes that caused conflict between
- 7:53Speaker 7: mister Mora and mister Garcia. Mister Garcia has then planned
- 7:58Speaker 7: a meeting with mister Tomorrow and other individuals to try
- 8:03Speaker 7: and get mister mister to Morrow out of business, but
- 8:07Speaker 7: before he could do that, he was found dead in
- 8:09Speaker 7: his office from a gunshot. Mister James Legate became a
- 8:14Speaker 7: suspect to the office while because ours before the incident occurred,
- 8:19Speaker 7: mister Legate was seen hitting in uh the building you
- 8:23Speaker 7: know where the shooting occurred, and he was sitting there
- 8:27Speaker 7: for hours and because of the issue of being there
- 8:30Speaker 7: for hours, he looked at suspicious and then after leaving
- 8:33Speaker 7: the place of business, he went next door to a
- 8:36Speaker 7: club cover of the Players Club whatever and shots rained out.
- 8:40Speaker 7: Mister Legate came running from was seen running from the
- 8:43Speaker 7: office of mister Garcia and he ran to was seen
- 8:48Speaker 7: running to another in the location where he was apprehendive
- 8:52Speaker 7: our fore. So today mister Legate is going to be
- 8:55Speaker 7: coming in to try to explain his position and just
- 9:00Speaker 7: scenario to prove this innocent. So with that, man said,
- 9:03Speaker 7: I would like to turn this back over to my
- 9:06Speaker 7: Cohurst and said that any more questions that you know,
- 9:09Speaker 7: she would like to prevent to add to the scenario,
- 9:11Speaker 7: h missus Sinnette.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Well, I'm here, I'm I'm settled down, and I'm ready
- 9:17Speaker 2: to talk. So I'm face to bring mister Legate up.
- 9:21Speaker 2: He's joining us. He's currently incarcerated in Texas for over
- 9:28Speaker 2: the last two decades. Mister James Legate.
- 9:33Speaker 7: Thank you best, Josh, thank you Cardell, thank you for
- 9:36Speaker 7: having me. I'm good, I'm glad to be here, and
- 9:40Speaker 7: I'm here to answer any questions and hopefully to share
- 9:43Speaker 7: some light on the truth of this conviction that I've
- 9:46Speaker 7: been wrong with the pus of doing so whichever I
- 9:49Speaker 7: want you to want to do. I want to want
- 9:53Speaker 7: to be clear though the Burgers at at it called
- 9:58Speaker 7: Dependable Hotel chare which is life picks you up, Players
- 10:01Speaker 7: night club that players nightclub. You should be Texas Jams
- 10:06Speaker 7: and Texas jams was in nineteen ninety six. They started
- 10:10Speaker 7: they started making uh construction, They started construction colony depend
- 10:15Speaker 7: multiple care, which I explained play turneys that explaning everybody,
- 10:20Speaker 7: and they say they had like a drawl in the
- 10:22Speaker 7: sketch of the actual plate order the ship was supposed
- 10:26Speaker 7: to take plates. And I told my turn what I
- 10:29Speaker 7: was you to drop up like that? When I knew
- 10:32Speaker 7: exactly where it was that, I said, if you go
- 10:34Speaker 7: down to the DMV to get the get there. The
- 10:40Speaker 7: construction was that on one day actually got their first tournament.
- 10:43Speaker 7: It was around nineteen ninety six, so I knew that
- 10:46Speaker 7: place existed before anything, and unfortunately it didn't happen. While
- 10:51Speaker 7: I was looking for a woman by the name of
- 10:52Speaker 7: a Primatics and I was just in at the club,
- 10:55Speaker 7: they's going away over each got book and uh, but
- 10:58Speaker 7: that never had to win. After that's what I decided
- 11:01Speaker 7: to walk to the store and see if I can
- 11:03Speaker 7: talk to somebody there because it is the business. So
- 11:06Speaker 7: I figured there's a carriage and all wait to dinner
- 11:08Speaker 7: until like uh, being h the gentleman that is like
- 11:12Speaker 7: a form but it wasn't a book and asked me
- 11:14Speaker 7: the way that made me to Eolf the just work.
- 11:17Speaker 7: Everything just turned loose in that. Man. Here, I am
- 11:21Speaker 7: going on twenty six years now for murder fit.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Okay, okay, so now let's get into it. So the briefcase.
- 11:31Speaker 7: Uh.
- 11:31Speaker 2: I looked at the documentary again, I believe is part
- 11:38Speaker 2: two of the documentary, and they put so much emphasis
- 11:44Speaker 2: on the briefcase that you took the briefcase and discarded
- 11:49Speaker 2: it somewhere else now looking at the looking at the documentary,
- 11:58Speaker 2: I didn't know us that they seen you running with
- 12:03Speaker 2: a briefcase that I can recall. And when I looked
- 12:06Speaker 2: at the papers that was on the ground on the
- 12:12Speaker 2: floor in the office, they don't look like you, like
- 12:18Speaker 2: the like you through through your the briefcase up. It
- 12:24Speaker 2: looked like they was actually placed. That's what it looked
- 12:28Speaker 2: like to me. Did your defense attorney ever raised anything
- 12:38Speaker 2: about the the way the papers was positioned in the
- 12:43Speaker 2: in the office? And also did did they did you
- 12:50Speaker 2: was it a did any witnesses come forth to say
- 12:53Speaker 2: that they actually seen you running with the briefcase?
- 13:00Speaker 7: Uh? In fact, if my attorney's never raised anything about
- 13:03Speaker 7: the content, the only thing they raised it say, look,
- 13:06Speaker 7: you had my copy of my drivers, like the dealership,
- 13:09Speaker 7: tags and the company I worked for, my my uh
- 13:12Speaker 7: business card, everything that did identify and they're saying, like
- 13:17Speaker 7: my thirty pintal who's going to take all of his
- 13:20Speaker 7: business stuff to do it? Of course the stage, he said,
- 13:24Speaker 7: well you got you heard a crazy uh uh uh criminals, right,
- 13:29Speaker 7: he said, he's wonderful. That's actually how they actually put
- 13:31Speaker 7: it to that, to that uh that thing and now
- 13:35Speaker 7: uh there was no actual impatient placed on that. And
- 13:41Speaker 7: then there was a witness by the name of I
- 13:45Speaker 7: try to look at at the bico if that name
- 13:47Speaker 7: was the Vidia. He was on the phone right at
- 13:50Speaker 7: the corner of the bar for the for the parking
- 13:53Speaker 7: lot set for a parking lot begins. He did it
- 13:56Speaker 7: to person and wife, but straight across the park and
- 13:58Speaker 7: that's the street. Anything. I couldn't tell anything in what
- 14:04Speaker 7: the mother is because woman, how can you not see
- 14:08Speaker 7: a man to be doing it with a free page?
- 14:10Speaker 7: You know, It's like he said, they was up to
- 14:12Speaker 7: the chin or or you know, he couldn't have his
- 14:14Speaker 7: arms and running with it like a football, you know,
- 14:17Speaker 7: but none of that was that he couldn't he couldn't see,
- 14:20Speaker 7: he couldn't tell nobody that I had anything in my hand.
- 14:24Speaker 7: And also you know they said.
- 14:25Speaker 2: What they said that this was the easiest case because
- 14:30Speaker 2: once they went through your car or what because your
- 14:35Speaker 2: car was left unseen. Once they went through your car,
- 14:39Speaker 2: they said that you had been writing down license plate
- 14:42Speaker 2: numbers and like you've been surveillance. The place you said
- 14:46Speaker 2: it that you was in your mind of business was repossession,
- 14:51Speaker 2: that you was repossessing the car, right, But.
- 14:57Speaker 7: I did it. I worked for a Beta Double Finance
- 14:59Speaker 7: was what they broker that used several different finance companies
- 15:04Speaker 7: to try to re establish credit for certain individuals who
- 15:07Speaker 7: had defaults in on their house or you know, just
- 15:09Speaker 7: back credit period. So what happened was while I was there,
- 15:13Speaker 7: I was just voted over two years, I began to
- 15:16Speaker 7: represents together and collect agency of the office. So what
- 15:21Speaker 7: I did is not only for my boss, but but
- 15:25Speaker 7: for other companies like road sports cars or the mother
- 15:29Speaker 7: was that might say, hey, you cad, you can find
- 15:30Speaker 7: the beautiful for me. So what I did, I did
- 15:32Speaker 7: like any other money hunter, which I did, then they
- 15:35Speaker 7: go to they will hurt. So I hunt down these vehicles.
- 15:38Speaker 7: And what I did is I used Springer tolding, which
- 15:41Speaker 7: I told my turn, why don't you subpea of them
- 15:44Speaker 7: so that they can't give verification of this fact. But
- 15:47Speaker 7: they never did that. So me personally doing the repossession,
- 15:50Speaker 7: I never personally disgusted. What I did is I just
- 15:54Speaker 7: turned the vehicle down. I called the kor and uh
- 15:59Speaker 7: and I reported them. So that's that's the whole.
- 16:11Speaker 2: And you know, it was kind of interesting how when
- 16:17Speaker 2: they was laying out the the paperwork that they found
- 16:23Speaker 2: and they caught in your car. You know, you can
- 16:27Speaker 2: look at it and tell that you wasn't really like
- 16:31Speaker 2: they claim, scoping out somebody place of business because you
- 16:38Speaker 2: had different license plate numbers on this, on this, on
- 16:44Speaker 2: this paper. And then to go back into the bar.
- 16:48Speaker 1: You know.
- 16:50Speaker 2: The way they say that you was like constantly looking
- 16:55Speaker 2: out the window. You was up, you was down looking
- 16:57Speaker 2: out the window and stuff like you was pasting a
- 17:00Speaker 2: place to me, listening to what you said and looking
- 17:05Speaker 2: at the doctor, listening to the documentary. You was basically
- 17:10Speaker 2: doing what the report man do, because that's what actually
- 17:14Speaker 2: a repossessing person really do. They they hunt, they looking
- 17:19Speaker 2: for they looking for that car, They looking for the car,
- 17:23Speaker 2: and they have they have everything that you had in
- 17:27Speaker 2: your car. They have the license plate numbers of the
- 17:31Speaker 2: cars they sitting the same exact thing. But you know,
- 17:36Speaker 2: they was some of them they're sitting in court. You know,
- 17:39Speaker 2: they're in they toll trucks. But you know, to me,
- 17:42Speaker 2: I just looked at it like that was like, you know, comparing.
- 17:48Speaker 7: What I see with the.
- 17:50Speaker 2: The repossessing people that that be out and about. You know,
- 17:55Speaker 2: I compared that together my co hosts. I know he
- 18:00Speaker 2: want to jump in Cornell, you have any questions.
- 18:04Speaker 7: Uh, yes, ma'am, I would like to go back to
- 18:07Speaker 7: the breecase. Okay, Okay, you pointed out just the fact
- 18:10Speaker 7: that you know, a lot of the paperwork that was
- 18:13Speaker 7: found in the office. You know that the contest from
- 18:16Speaker 7: mister Legate's briefcase was like, you know, systematically placed on
- 18:20Speaker 7: the floor. Okay, and if they were not scattered out
- 18:22Speaker 7: like a thisif where mister Legate had pointed out that
- 18:25Speaker 7: mister Garfield had slipped the table over, you know. So
- 18:30Speaker 7: now the question is, you know, how did the briefcase
- 18:33Speaker 7: just come automatically top open and the paperwork was placed
- 18:36Speaker 7: you know, on the floor like that. Anyway, my point
- 18:38Speaker 7: is that a boss tend to seen mister Gate train
- 18:41Speaker 7: that he thought mister the gate runner from the office builder. Okay,
- 18:45Speaker 7: he did not say anything about saying a briefcase. Okay.
- 18:48Speaker 7: So now other witnesses, whether or not they came forward
- 18:52Speaker 7: or not, don't nobody say that they saw mister Legate
- 18:55Speaker 7: with a bree case. So now this is the state
- 18:58Speaker 7: sntested issue in this case, the Queen case, because next
- 19:02Speaker 7: to the breecase is the weapon. It has been satisfied
- 19:05Speaker 7: and concluded it by the Bear County Ballistic decision had
- 19:09Speaker 7: been the murder weapon. Now this is being cooperated at
- 19:13Speaker 7: by the testimony of mister Warren Jesse Hernandez from Tweens
- 19:18Speaker 7: to have him and mister Legate a gun. With that
- 19:20Speaker 7: being said, the case is based upon that piece of
- 19:24Speaker 7: evidence right there, the suitcase. The paper was on the
- 19:27Speaker 7: floor of the gun and you know, mister Legates. So
- 19:30Speaker 7: my question is this, did your lawyer and him request
- 19:34Speaker 7: for finger prints to be consecutive on the briefcase, because
- 19:41Speaker 7: if you never removed the briefcase from the office, somebody
- 19:45Speaker 7: else did and it had to be fingerprints on the preecase.
- 19:49Speaker 7: If they was not using gloves to try and take
- 19:52Speaker 7: the breecase and place it elsewhere, what the gun was found.
- 19:56Speaker 7: Did your lawyer him ever even bringing up a fingerprint?
- 19:59Speaker 7: Ex fernt uh request the ballistic that anybody only go behind?
- 20:05Speaker 7: Well the only one that actually testified with the ballistics
- 20:08Speaker 7: for which said, uh, that Becker human the firearms sixer
- 20:13Speaker 7: who said that was to go excuse but uh, they
- 20:16Speaker 7: didn't say that there was a bickerprints taken. Well, they
- 20:22Speaker 7: justed for furnit. There was nothing found on the done
- 20:25Speaker 7: it still the gun in the bullet. They never said
- 20:27Speaker 7: anything about the PA you know that. I think they figured,
- 20:30Speaker 7: well it's funded, it probably gonna have talk about But
- 20:35Speaker 7: is there anybody else's print? Well, then I can't tell
- 20:38Speaker 7: you because that's never been brought up. Oh no, as
- 20:42Speaker 7: you should. Nobody shame me with the briefiach because I
- 20:46Speaker 7: never took my briecap with me that I told I
- 20:48Speaker 7: know I wanted to. I thought, oh my petenify uh
- 20:52Speaker 7: identification in there? That could leave everything to that to me,
- 20:55Speaker 7: I never find the power for or these people say
- 20:59Speaker 7: no I he goes to the office, I go to THEE.
- 21:01Speaker 7: I said, M yeah, I wasn't think I'm looking for
- 21:03Speaker 7: the perfect management. But she wants get there now. In
- 21:06Speaker 7: my file. What I found was because they give me
- 21:10Speaker 7: the file on the person, the car and everything that
- 21:15Speaker 7: I'm looking for. That Powell was missing. That whole file
- 21:19Speaker 7: was missing. And I came up to my turn that
- 21:21Speaker 7: Powel should be in my my free pat they should
- 21:23Speaker 7: have been with all their papers, because well they should
- 21:25Speaker 7: he sutting in there now. Before I even went to
- 21:29Speaker 7: uh the home healthcare, before I even thought about that,
- 21:32Speaker 7: I used to go to miss Bat's home like this,
- 21:36Speaker 7: boys there in my shirts and uh she hud to
- 21:39Speaker 7: the little supper found that way and I used to
- 21:42Speaker 7: sit there. I used to go at three o'clock in
- 21:43Speaker 7: the morning, go out there and she might get here.
- 21:46Speaker 7: Nothing nothing. I never saw her car arrive. If I
- 21:49Speaker 7: never seen anything, I tell my different times of the day,
- 21:52Speaker 7: different times of the night. I never heard see anything
- 21:55Speaker 7: at all about about uh uh her car and my kid.
- 22:00Speaker 7: This is what what what? Maybe say? Well, okay, if
- 22:03Speaker 7: I can't find her at home, maybe I can find
- 22:05Speaker 7: her at work. This is why I want that ball
- 22:07Speaker 7: into the hokonhealth Care Center. And uh, but that never happened.
- 22:12Speaker 7: I never did hear. Now. I did want to some
- 22:15Speaker 7: people another car dealer her name with delhide who actually
- 22:20Speaker 7: there's a there's a stop to go across the street.
- 22:22Speaker 7: I'm coming up to the joint and he says, hey, Jane,
- 22:26Speaker 7: what are you doing here? You know? And I said, Oh,
- 22:27Speaker 7: I'm gonna be for a better and patic and id
- 22:31Speaker 7: you gotta take critics? Say, well, yeah, you bili point
- 22:35Speaker 7: he can be walking on his car. He goes, if
- 22:37Speaker 7: you pint her, you might be able to find out
- 22:39Speaker 7: what if you want the job, come to jobs, can
- 22:41Speaker 7: get the paperwork. Of course I never got to get
- 22:44Speaker 7: pay work because I can bout us getting arrested. But
- 22:47Speaker 7: uh uh. Other than that, there was nothing about the gun,
- 22:52Speaker 7: any kind of fingerprints or any test being done on
- 22:54Speaker 7: the on the brecase.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Okay, right about what about did they text you for
- 23:03Speaker 2: a gun residue? Was it any gun residue found on
- 23:06Speaker 2: your hand, hands on your clothing or anything.
- 23:11Speaker 7: No? No, And hey and this is this is wasn't
- 23:13Speaker 7: so great because maybe they take twenty minutes to get
- 23:15Speaker 7: you where I was that it's just like maybe five
- 23:17Speaker 7: minutes or something that they had me out there and
- 23:19Speaker 7: they they to frustrate you into the station, and which
- 23:22Speaker 7: was a flighting to me because I thought it was
- 23:24Speaker 7: a ticket and then they've done it solve in my hands,
- 23:26Speaker 7: taking my clothes. But I found kind of odd. I said,
- 23:29Speaker 7: why y'all doing this? If I'm going to hear predicts, no,
- 23:32Speaker 7: where's gonna talk to you later. But as the result
- 23:35Speaker 7: came back, which I've never seen them results on in
- 23:37Speaker 7: the tenness results. But in a third court they rented
- 23:41Speaker 7: out someone's don't mention the prison problem with the stuff
- 23:43Speaker 7: for right hand. And finally when I got the report,
- 23:49Speaker 7: I saw it they put you know, uh, they've got
- 23:52Speaker 7: a pariod that says, uh, it is not It can
- 23:55Speaker 7: determine if if you're selling fired. The listening was the
- 23:57Speaker 7: proximity on what the creasurge or hands of the discharge weapon.
- 24:01Speaker 7: This is what gave the prosecutor the leeway to say, well,
- 24:05Speaker 7: interesting matters. There's no Dutch chet powder right there there,
- 24:08Speaker 7: you know, wet the day. But in nineteen ninety nine
- 24:13Speaker 7: the gunshot residue cat for a tour to sleep raw
- 24:17Speaker 7: which which contradicted everything. The detective he don't want actually
- 24:22Speaker 7: saying that their tests were more accurate so so there
- 24:26Speaker 7: was no touch of residence on hand. He got a
- 24:28Speaker 7: free member. This was a those thirty eight that they
- 24:31Speaker 7: said that I fired and was supposed to be I
- 24:34Speaker 7: had five pay So was it shot five times? I
- 24:38Speaker 7: don't even the pen even come up. There was five
- 24:41Speaker 7: appreciation and the man was hiding the defense buck here
- 24:44Speaker 7: was hit twice. One of the children wanted the one
- 24:47Speaker 7: and the I mean one of the hardest one on
- 24:50Speaker 7: the wall. And I don't know what happened to hate,
- 24:53Speaker 7: but I said there was five. So if even it's
- 24:56Speaker 7: three or shot and hell canty the fall of those
- 25:02Speaker 7: thirty eight revolver, you're gonna have a lot of blowbacks
- 25:09Speaker 7: from the gun powder residues. It doesn't have a lot
- 25:11Speaker 7: of bow back. And for me not to even have
- 25:14Speaker 7: one or one little uh of the ship of a
- 25:19Speaker 7: gunshot residues shows that I've never fired a gun. So
- 25:24Speaker 7: that's that?
- 25:26Speaker 2: Can I that?
- 25:26Speaker 7: Can I try that? Mister Legate, How is the establishment made?
- 25:31Speaker 7: Because the bartender said that he saw you run from
- 25:34Speaker 7: the office, right, So is it a back door to
- 25:37Speaker 7: Mster god Saad's office. Because if it's not a back
- 25:40Speaker 7: door to mister gard Sail's office, always the logically possible
- 25:44Speaker 7: that fire shots were fired from a gun and the
- 25:47Speaker 7: bartender don't see nobody but you coming from the office.
- 25:51Speaker 7: It has to be somebody else there in honor for
- 25:55Speaker 7: a five shot to be fired because you weren't remember
- 25:59Speaker 7: you said you were immediately after the third shot was fire,
- 26:03Speaker 7: we four more shots were fired. Then it's obvious that
- 26:06Speaker 7: the bo had to know that you was already and
- 26:09Speaker 7: shots were still being fired. That's my first question. My
- 26:13Speaker 7: second question is this the ballistic, not the ballistic, but
- 26:17Speaker 7: the property form on the gun that don't want use
- 26:20Speaker 7: him ever even checked to see where the gun comes from,
- 26:24Speaker 7: the Sillier number on the gun, whether or not it
- 26:26Speaker 7: was stolen, whether or not it was ready to somebody,
- 26:29Speaker 7: whether or not because the gun is the contested issue
- 26:32Speaker 7: in your case. Wow, because they saying that it's the
- 26:35Speaker 7: murder with her, I have about that. So when you
- 26:40Speaker 7: do get a tence to come back, as you made
- 26:42Speaker 7: any attempts to request for access to the property tag
- 26:47Speaker 7: on the gun and that so what happened to that information?
- 26:50Speaker 7: So your phone from the cut off when you come
- 26:53Speaker 7: back to have to go to.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Question Okay, and we're going to take a break right
- 26:58Speaker 2: We're gonna take a quick break right now until mister
- 27:01Speaker 2: mcgate get back with us.
- 27:05Speaker 1: The polar had hung on.
- 27:13Speaker 4: James Legate at the time was a person who repossessed cars.
- 27:19Speaker 4: James Legate was in the area of the Player's bar
- 27:22Speaker 4: in Ednie Garcia's office because he was trying to repossess
- 27:26Speaker 4: a car belonging to Maryland Maddox. He knew Maryland Maddox
- 27:31Speaker 4: had worked for a home healthcare agency, but he didn't
- 27:35Speaker 4: know whose home health care agency. That day he had
- 27:40Speaker 4: gone to Players, and while he was in the bar,
- 27:44Speaker 4: he'd started thinking about the home healthcare which was next door,
- 27:48Speaker 4: and he started thinking about going over there to inquire
- 27:50Speaker 4: about whether Maryland Maddox had ever worked there.
- 27:54Speaker 8: James Legate in nineteen ninety eight was a small lot
- 27:58Speaker 8: car salesman. Several hours before the shooting, there was a
- 28:02Speaker 8: bar next door to mister Garcia's office that was opened
- 28:06Speaker 8: during the day, and James Legate was observed by several
- 28:10Speaker 8: witnesses being in that bar for several hours, sitting by
- 28:15Speaker 8: the window, looking out one of the windows out towards
- 28:18Speaker 8: the front porch area, where he would have had the
- 28:22Speaker 8: opportunity to see the comings and goings of the bar
- 28:25Speaker 8: in the office next door. Well, he arrived at Players
- 28:33Speaker 8: and it stood at he stood out.
- 28:35Speaker 7: Because he was there before people normally go to bars
- 28:39Speaker 7: and start drinking.
- 28:40Speaker 4: He got there early and he drank for hours.
- 28:43Speaker 5: He made quite an impression as the sole patron of
- 28:47Speaker 5: this bar.
- 28:49Speaker 4: The bar made she remembered him distinctly, and the way
- 28:53Speaker 4: he would keep getting up to look out the window
- 28:56Speaker 4: and acting in a nervous fashion.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Well, we're back, and mister Legate has not called us
- 29:11Speaker 2: back yet. Maybe he's trying, probably trying to call us back,
- 29:16Speaker 2: but I still have my co host with me. Cornell, Well, yes, clam.
- 29:21Speaker 7: Yes, plam. So the issue now was that she was
- 29:24Speaker 7: not going to mean the suspicions of him sitting in
- 29:26Speaker 7: the ball and suffice. But I guess you that's being
- 29:28Speaker 7: raised of him being the sole of the establishment. And
- 29:32Speaker 7: now the issue is you know whether or not missing
- 29:35Speaker 7: legators get as a crime, because it seems obvious that
- 29:38Speaker 7: there's too many questions that needs to be answered that
- 29:41Speaker 7: are not being answered in this case the gun of
- 29:44Speaker 7: the murder weapon, because the lawyer them should have followed
- 29:46Speaker 7: requests the Act for the Consilian of Records to come
- 29:50Speaker 7: and determined it whether or not that gun was either
- 29:53Speaker 7: in the poverty room before it was released, or is
- 29:55Speaker 7: it the murder weapon that it whatever test fire and
- 29:58Speaker 7: all of these things should have been probably now mind yourself,
- 30:01Speaker 7: there no gunpowder of residue on mister Legate. Nowhere, I'm
- 30:04Speaker 7: clothing on mister Legate's hands. So therefore that might showed
- 30:08Speaker 7: that he did not fire a weapon because he was
- 30:12Speaker 7: automitically come unless him and I don't know from the
- 30:15Speaker 7: time of the incident. You cannot write gunshots res do
- 30:19Speaker 7: offer you within that timeframe because it don't come off
- 30:22Speaker 7: like that, ma'am. So because of the fact that this
- 30:25Speaker 7: man was not found to have any gunpowder of residue
- 30:28Speaker 7: on him, that means that mister Legate did not fire
- 30:32Speaker 7: a weapon that called the death of the victim. That's
- 30:35Speaker 7: point rank to be noted. So not only that the
- 30:38Speaker 7: issue of the briefcase, nobody saw mister Lagate run from
- 30:41Speaker 7: the establishment with a breecase. Nobody the state never even
- 30:45Speaker 7: pointed that ouse to nobody, and nobody contradicted it the
- 30:48Speaker 7: fact that he did. So the point manion that Howard
- 30:52Speaker 7: and logic be posible that the brefcase was found around
- 30:55Speaker 7: the corner next to a Bason fielding with a gun
- 30:58Speaker 7: next to the briefcase.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Turn that call from and then what I was trying
- 31:06Speaker 2: that was to me recorded and it's subject to monitoring.
- 31:12Speaker 2: That's that's recall.
- 31:14Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 31:15Speaker 2: That's your conversation now, mister okay, So dud are you
- 31:25Speaker 2: ready to the two questions that Cornell.
- 31:31Speaker 7: Yeh, yes, did you need him to.
- 31:35Speaker 2: Repeat af or no?
- 31:37Speaker 7: No? No, here's the question about the gun, about it
- 31:41Speaker 7: a trade to Jone or whatever I did. That was
- 31:48Speaker 7: the supplement report by detective Uh he said that the
- 31:52Speaker 7: gun was trade to John ja right number of nineteen
- 32:00Speaker 7: ninety seven. Came the gun to his friend whose her
- 32:06Speaker 7: name was Karen her curse her rk course and according
- 32:11Speaker 7: to Arner, she the gun Frank bea On on June twentieth,
- 32:22Speaker 7: nineteen ninety eight. And Frank Bayer said he gave the
- 32:26Speaker 7: gun to another man by the name of Robert Colis Bush.
- 32:31Speaker 7: So this gun was straight to everybody. And then finally
- 32:34Speaker 7: he did he gave Robert Olisbus that he gave the
- 32:37Speaker 7: gun to my guy by the name of John. The
- 32:40Speaker 7: only the name he knew was John. He was a
- 32:42Speaker 7: fan of Youngster. That the old a white kistom drug.
- 32:48Speaker 7: And uh so that's how the gun came. Nobody, nobody
- 32:53Speaker 7: was called either one of these individuals that owned the gun,
- 32:56Speaker 7: especially with Robert all about the last owner Edward testified
- 33:00Speaker 7: at my trial. Now, there is no other ballistics UH
- 33:05Speaker 7: testing or or or document to change regarding to don
- 33:09Speaker 7: regarding anything about this gun that I know of. Now.
- 33:13Speaker 7: I know that I had an open records request that
- 33:17Speaker 7: was provided by to me by uh F Athela Smith
- 33:22Speaker 7: and UH, but I needed somebody to actually find it
- 33:25Speaker 7: for me to take it doctor Samson and police department
- 33:27Speaker 7: and UH and see TA can get anything that any
- 33:32Speaker 7: ablem regarding that gun. However, because I don't really have
- 33:36Speaker 7: any money to assist me or help me out it anyway,
- 33:39Speaker 7: I wasn't able to actually launch this UH this request.
- 33:44Speaker 7: So UH, I'm to answer the question. I had not
- 33:47Speaker 7: been able to take any information regarding that. But other
- 33:50Speaker 7: than that, I found out who owned it, does work
- 33:53Speaker 7: that came from, and who was supposed to have it? Okay, sir?
- 33:59Speaker 7: That that okay? So with that band saying I'm gonna
- 34:04Speaker 7: call you back because my phone is gonna hang up,
- 34:06Speaker 7: but that's thet be made, I got another question for
- 34:09Speaker 7: you to result that.
- 34:11Speaker 2: Okay, all right, so we'll be here. Well, mister le gate.
- 34:15Speaker 2: I have a question for you because in the documentary
- 34:21Speaker 2: they said that they found just a copy of your
- 34:25Speaker 2: driver's license in the in the building. Where was your
- 34:30Speaker 2: original driver's license? That did you carry your original driver's
- 34:35Speaker 2: license or did you just carry a cop have a
- 34:37Speaker 2: copy of it? And the way the the the copy was,
- 34:42Speaker 2: it was flat, it was not folded. It was It's
- 34:45Speaker 2: just like you just had it in a file. That's
- 34:49Speaker 2: the way it looked.
- 34:52Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, just keep a copy of it. I wouldn't
- 34:55Speaker 7: have my driver I that bad habit. I don't know
- 35:01Speaker 7: when I'm the story, I lose it, so I know, really,
- 35:05Speaker 7: just make a copy of it. And I had it
- 35:07Speaker 7: right there in my file. So if anybody stops, get stop.
- 35:10Speaker 7: I showed my identification like that, they don't look free
- 35:14Speaker 7: with it. But after I explain to the way this
- 35:17Speaker 7: is my driver's she might picture her. She's everything. So anyway,
- 35:21Speaker 7: that's all I had. That's all I had at the time. Uh,
- 35:25Speaker 7: I think, uh, my my driver's license wasn't at the house.
- 35:29Speaker 7: That i'st thing I recalled, but nobody had asked me
- 35:32Speaker 7: for it and stuff like that. So I just hey,
- 35:34Speaker 7: I'm giving some words that three of my possessions.
- 35:41Speaker 2: Rou and you're you're the the defensive attorney. Did they
- 35:48Speaker 2: bring that up? Did they you know, question that the
- 35:52Speaker 2: way because to me, like I said, it looked like
- 35:56Speaker 2: it was just like your ID was just xerox. There
- 35:59Speaker 2: wasn't volted or anything. So that's what I was, you know,
- 36:03Speaker 2: I was puzzled about that the way it looked I
- 36:08Speaker 2: was laying on a the way they presented it on
- 36:12Speaker 2: a on a documentary.
- 36:17Speaker 7: Right. No, I never figure brought anything up about the
- 36:21Speaker 7: ike or something like that, trying to say with those
- 36:24Speaker 7: who that they take all identifications with it. I mean,
- 36:27Speaker 7: here I am with my my, I t my jug Uh,
- 36:35Speaker 7: there's my here's things and the company I worked for
- 36:38Speaker 7: for business cars everything you canna damn by me one
- 36:42Speaker 7: in that briefcase. I always worked with my briefcase. I
- 36:45Speaker 7: always keep everything in there. Uh and like, uh you
- 36:49Speaker 7: think everything if this paste it was a proposed wrong
- 36:53Speaker 7: was a uh voting voted the voter fir with because
- 37:00Speaker 7: they did that. Uh, Robert, I mean and Garcia was
- 37:08Speaker 7: trying to pull Robert Timota figular. Rob that's all the
- 37:13Speaker 7: people will come there and bother them, you know, the
- 37:16Speaker 7: saying that Mitch was trying I mean, miss Garcia was
- 37:19Speaker 7: trying to bron Mitch the business. That was the whole thing,
- 37:24Speaker 7: just like cornelis and Earth that he's trying to, like
- 37:27Speaker 7: another word, strong arming out of the business. So that
- 37:30Speaker 7: was supposed to be the main motive. And then everything
- 37:33Speaker 7: that the state boy, the bucket's gardener, Joey put that.
- 37:36Speaker 7: The both prosecutors, they focused on that, and then they
- 37:40Speaker 7: focused on well, James mcgate chess. You heard that. They
- 37:44Speaker 7: said that James Legate was the one that that ed
- 37:49Speaker 7: was sold. They needed to take sure, you know, mister Garcia,
- 37:54Speaker 7: which is then he wanted up be they well and
- 37:57Speaker 7: it's all my actuality and when guard she didn't, uh,
- 38:02Speaker 7: well they did car he uh, I'm just one was killed.
- 38:09Speaker 7: They kept on arguing that fact, arguing that say, arguing
- 38:12Speaker 7: that say, why because I could not I could not
- 38:19Speaker 7: do anything?
- 38:25Speaker 2: Well, thank you for using SIS. You may start the
- 38:28Speaker 2: conversation now, Okay, so we got we have for a
- 38:33Speaker 2: nail back with us.
- 38:37Speaker 7: Thank you, ma'am. Thank you for having me on. Uh.
- 38:40Speaker 7: The issue with the gun, listen is this, it had
- 38:44Speaker 7: has to be some type of traits into the weapon
- 38:46Speaker 7: to determine where the weapon comes from. We already know
- 38:50Speaker 7: that the state has not brought any custodian of records
- 38:54Speaker 7: from the police department to determine if that gun was
- 38:57Speaker 7: ever released from the property room to be sent to
- 39:00Speaker 7: the Man County Medical Examiner's office to be test by.
- 39:03Speaker 7: Who are the issues of the persons who have to
- 39:06Speaker 7: test by the gun even though ballistic experts. The point
- 39:11Speaker 7: now was that you have to make a determination on
- 39:15Speaker 7: was that gun ever released from the property room, because
- 39:18Speaker 7: if it was never released from the property room, that
- 39:20Speaker 7: could have never been tested by you to be determined
- 39:23Speaker 7: to be the murder worker. So how is it logically
- 39:26Speaker 7: poponsible that no evidence was ever presented by your defense
- 39:31Speaker 7: the determiners whether or not that weapon was the murder weaper,
- 39:35Speaker 7: because that's the chain of custody. It has to be
- 39:38Speaker 7: established before the weapon can be even admitted and to
- 39:41Speaker 7: the evidence of your casements of the game. So your
- 39:43Speaker 7: lawyer's never made no request for U because the records
- 39:47Speaker 7: to becoming to come part to testify in your case
- 39:50Speaker 7: on this behalfir No that was ever made. Hell, I
- 39:57Speaker 7: don't from my aternity U those days like and twice
- 40:02Speaker 7: playing two egg with me? Were he even a fishing well,
- 40:05Speaker 7: you know what, the gun because came up missing from
- 40:09Speaker 7: the infinite thought. And I was like, wait a minute,
- 40:13Speaker 7: I think I owned him one time, said what he's
- 40:15Speaker 7: being busy? What are you talking about? What is the gun?
- 40:18Speaker 7: And they say, well, you know what, he never puts
- 40:20Speaker 7: back to me, but in general, I'll do it, and
- 40:22Speaker 7: then not to mind where he claimed and then say
- 40:26Speaker 7: the weapon itself was fissing from that I might have
- 40:30Speaker 7: taken work right here where he said it. Uh, but
- 40:35Speaker 7: it can the weapon become missing. You know, you got
- 40:40Speaker 7: it in stake in the police department. And uh now
- 40:44Speaker 7: he's the saying that span itself is missing. That don't
- 40:47Speaker 7: make no s so uh that's why. So anyway, take okay, listen,
- 40:59Speaker 7: look at issue right there with the weapon and the
- 41:02Speaker 7: property room under investigation right now, so that will be settled.
- 41:06Speaker 7: So let me jump over to Sis. Listen to her,
- 41:08Speaker 7: and then then okay, he is the one who claims
- 41:11Speaker 7: to have given you a weapon, and they gave him
- 41:14Speaker 7: qualified community from prosecution. And this individual made two statements.
- 41:19Speaker 7: And this individual is allegedly the one who with the
- 41:21Speaker 7: grand jury in your case. Okay, you tried to get
- 41:25Speaker 7: there to release the other statements that you say was
- 41:28Speaker 7: the cupatory, which meant that he contradicted his earliest statement. Okay,
- 41:34Speaker 7: So now with this being said, the people who did
- 41:36Speaker 7: your documentary, did they help her because they ever make
- 41:41Speaker 7: any attempts to obtain the second letter that that say
- 41:45Speaker 7: was the letter that mister the canandas had a and
- 41:49Speaker 7: he gave you the weapon. Did Joe Defense the case
- 41:53Speaker 7: that tell defense team ever secure that evidence? No? No,
- 42:00Speaker 7: uh he did say that again you have done and
- 42:04Speaker 7: when my eternity death general did all that stuff before
- 42:08Speaker 7: my transcripts. So and I've been trying for years to
- 42:13Speaker 7: try to get it from different uh uh uh you
- 42:17Speaker 7: know stations like TB in which you take that well
- 42:21Speaker 7: uh km a little and uh and and kids find
- 42:24Speaker 7: even Philimodo was there. All these newsications were in a
- 42:27Speaker 7: recorded fight far but I can get no uh no
- 42:32Speaker 7: respons just trying to get that transcript although I did
- 42:35Speaker 7: have an evidentary hearing home that fact, but people said
- 42:41Speaker 7: there was no evidence. He can't he can't uh, he
- 42:44Speaker 7: can't go to my favorite he's got a stage.
- 42:47Speaker 2: You know, I have a real quick question because while
- 42:51Speaker 2: I was watching the documentary, they was saying for training
- 42:58Speaker 2: mister Hernandez in In order for him to testify on
- 43:04Speaker 2: behalf of the state, the state had to offer him immunity,
- 43:09Speaker 2: but the state didn't at first, so he wouldn't testify
- 43:13Speaker 2: until he actually got that. So once he the state
- 43:17Speaker 2: dropped his what was it a drug case that was
- 43:21Speaker 2: pending over him, once.
- 43:23Speaker 7: The state dropped.
- 43:24Speaker 2: Once that was dropped, then he went and testified on
- 43:31Speaker 2: behalf of the state.
- 43:34Speaker 7: Right right, and did uh uh pretective all right, all
- 43:44Speaker 7: kinds of stuff. But he never wanted to uh he
- 43:47Speaker 7: never wanted to do a uh particular to take the case.
- 43:52Speaker 7: He just he just didn't want to go off. Well,
- 43:58Speaker 7: that's what a predictive all break that did? Uh this
- 44:01Speaker 7: the district attorney, but it's a barrel fisher and asked
- 44:05Speaker 7: her to uh stumble at him to uh uh to
- 44:09Speaker 7: the grand tourist and while being at the Grandeurs, that's
- 44:12Speaker 7: what they gave him. In music now, according to miss
- 44:16Speaker 7: the documentary mixpict Romero, she said Jesse not was the
- 44:25Speaker 7: Bulion that but Jesse her Dance and uh was was
- 44:29Speaker 7: still if they dispinsted, but it's still on Jesse Her
- 44:34Speaker 7: Dance records. But they they made with him for his testipoint.
- 44:41Speaker 7: He is.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Wow, So do anybody know what is Jesse Hernandez said.
- 44:51Speaker 7: No, no, not that well, no, I did run across
- 44:55Speaker 7: an article uh uh about three three weeks ago that
- 45:00Speaker 7: shot it's her well, uh in a standoffs he was
- 45:06Speaker 7: fifty two years old and did actually take the same Jesse.
- 45:11Speaker 7: Her is tegnified. I'm on the same age. But if
- 45:14Speaker 7: they was one, I told her that it had a
- 45:16Speaker 7: standoff with the police, and I believe you read that
- 45:21Speaker 7: article and it said how he was doing or something
- 45:25Speaker 7: like that, and fucking mind when he came out and
- 45:26Speaker 7: started shooting at the officers and he wound up getting killed.
- 45:31Speaker 7: Now I cannot say that the same one, he used
- 45:35Speaker 7: to say. I can't keep that the same person. But
- 45:40Speaker 7: if trying to find that evidence out too, because if
- 45:48Speaker 7: it is, she looks a character after all these years
- 45:51Speaker 7: on his own man shooting at officers and wound up
- 45:53Speaker 7: getting killed. M hm ax you a question of ccle Okay,
- 46:01Speaker 7: go ahead on you, uh the documentary person, they are right, Okay,
- 46:07Speaker 7: Is there any way possible that we can make a
- 46:10Speaker 7: request to reopen your documentary and this case and demonstrate
- 46:15Speaker 7: that some type of misconduct has occurred in this case,
- 46:20Speaker 7: and that you are actually being deliberately trained by city
- 46:25Speaker 7: and county officials for the murder of the big Old
- 46:28Speaker 7: King that you did not commit. And with that being said,
- 46:32Speaker 7: it has been now discovered that mysteriously the murder weapon
- 46:35Speaker 7: has been missing. Mysteriously, no one has found any guns
- 46:39Speaker 7: bout of residue on your hands, all your clothing. Were
- 46:42Speaker 7: they ever even admitted the inevidence of the case. That's
- 46:45Speaker 7: the question to be asked too, and that there's too
- 46:48Speaker 7: many questions that needs to be asked in your case.
- 46:51Speaker 7: So with that being said, my question again, is there
- 46:54Speaker 7: any way possible that you can make the request to
- 46:59Speaker 7: case that indicated and conducted it your documentary, to have
- 47:04Speaker 7: your documentary we opened the further investigation. If you think
- 47:08Speaker 7: that that's possible, well, well, to be honest with you,
- 47:12Speaker 7: I don't know what saying of an interest for a
- 47:15Speaker 7: venal no longer works for a pay that til something
- 47:19Speaker 7: happened along the line that they did not want to
- 47:22Speaker 7: renew her contract. And I don't know why, and and
- 47:26Speaker 7: and I don't know if that's the reason why she
- 47:28Speaker 7: don't even respond to my letters anymore. Uh, But I
- 47:32Speaker 7: didn't know if she is working for kids five and uh.
- 47:36Speaker 7: I always told her if it was any news that
- 47:39Speaker 7: came up for anything, I'm always gonna know because I
- 47:41Speaker 7: don't want her to have full access to any news
- 47:46Speaker 7: or anything available it comes available that she could have
- 47:49Speaker 7: the story.
- 47:51Speaker 1: Uh.
- 47:51Speaker 7: But like I said, I trying to write and uh
- 47:58Speaker 7: but she just ever respond I don't know if she did.
- 48:01Speaker 7: They told her not to want me no more, not
- 48:03Speaker 7: to contact me no more. I don't know if they
- 48:05Speaker 7: got that because of the documentary showing to choose and
- 48:09Speaker 7: they got out at her. They didn't want to read
- 48:10Speaker 7: her contract even though that approved that approve for her
- 48:16Speaker 7: to do the documentary. They paid for everything. Now it's
- 48:21Speaker 7: just like everything doing just she just contacted me and everything.
- 48:25Speaker 7: So I really don't think I can get that done
- 48:27Speaker 7: even if.
- 48:34Speaker 2: Well, you know what, I just wanted to point out
- 48:39Speaker 2: that the lady.
- 48:42Speaker 7: What was her name, Oh no, miss Murdoch, don't want
- 48:49Speaker 7: the witness also.
- 48:57Speaker 2: Uh. I took a screenshot of that she said when
- 49:02Speaker 2: they went to subpoena her, she said that you did
- 49:07Speaker 2: not do it?
- 49:10Speaker 7: Did she exactly?
- 49:11Speaker 1: Is she?
- 49:12Speaker 2: She never took the stage, I mean the stage to
- 49:15Speaker 2: stand on your behalf.
- 49:18Speaker 7: No matter. In fact, we didn't even know that this
- 49:21Speaker 7: even existed. This is where a membo was written by
- 49:24Speaker 7: Kate's Cone investigator j Ray Hildebrandt regarding the remark that
- 49:29Speaker 7: this Maddix mating where he didn't do it, Well, it
- 49:34Speaker 7: wasn't until two thousand and two or three. I believed
- 49:37Speaker 7: that my ant went to go and investigate the bustle
- 49:40Speaker 7: to houses for a havior purposes. And during that time
- 49:43Speaker 7: that's when he discovered the memo which had other notes
- 49:47Speaker 7: on it, and they said it was the resculpatory nature,
- 49:49Speaker 7: and he gave me a gament to that fact. Well,
- 49:52Speaker 7: because my friends were running hill, I could not actually
- 49:55Speaker 7: afford in, so of course I have to do it
- 49:57Speaker 7: on my home. And when I read it, that raised
- 50:00Speaker 7: it under a swept type pame of actual innocense, right,
- 50:03Speaker 7: And I raised this under Brady. Well when I did,
- 50:07Speaker 7: for he got the prosecutor herself what he about. His
- 50:10Speaker 7: gardener submitted affecating, and she claimed that she stuck to
- 50:13Speaker 7: this witness, and and that that that witness said that
- 50:16Speaker 7: she never told the investigator that I never did it.
- 50:20Speaker 7: So so that made me believe that she's calling her
- 50:23Speaker 7: own intipator, a liar, straight up working working uh uh
- 50:27Speaker 7: her own investigator that's been working with it for users,
- 50:31Speaker 7: calling him a liar. Why he makes this about all
- 50:33Speaker 7: the film, but that's what she said he did. And
- 50:36Speaker 7: she goes off and says that everything that Ms. Maddis
- 50:40Speaker 7: was telling her would have hurt me. Hill well disposed
- 50:45Speaker 7: the question if that was true, and white hyper or
- 50:48Speaker 7: not wonder on the instead she hit her she never
- 50:52Speaker 7: made known any of this diffidences, nothing about her testimony.
- 50:56Speaker 7: She may knows nothing about this this memo, even though
- 50:59Speaker 7: we were all very evidence that our emotions would support grassed,
- 51:05Speaker 7: but nothing was provided defend. I'm still if they would
- 51:10Speaker 7: have put her on the bend, and she said that
- 51:12Speaker 7: they would have made some very uh uh uh raised
- 51:15Speaker 7: and eyebrow, you know, said and it would have brought
- 51:18Speaker 7: a lot of other stuff regarding how how I meant
- 51:21Speaker 7: her howl, I did know where she were and and
- 51:24Speaker 7: stuff like this. But then she said she didn't even
- 51:26Speaker 7: know me and all stuff. So yeah, she never when
- 51:30Speaker 7: they were to sippified, and it wasn't until later on
- 51:33Speaker 7: when they wrote his story, all were tiny. The change
- 51:36Speaker 7: that we found out their very managed actually tied in
- 51:39Speaker 7: two thousand and two, where mister hilde Grant followed soon
- 51:44Speaker 7: after like about two thousands and tied. I believed that
- 51:47Speaker 7: he passed away also, so there goes everybody that fuck
- 51:54Speaker 7: it was uh that they would help some me. Uh god,
- 51:58Speaker 7: I mean that's the all mean or r T twenty.
- 52:01Speaker 7: Everything was done. All I had was in the MEMMO
- 52:03Speaker 7: and court, Sharon making ready with she wanted to get
- 52:08Speaker 7: this sissing my team that I can cover d you know,
- 52:12Speaker 7: because she took the stage investigator, I mean to stake
- 52:15Speaker 7: the Affidavid is true and credible and not overde So yeah,
- 52:20Speaker 7: I was. I was. I was denying everything, every simple
- 52:23Speaker 7: my faster indeed and everything I tried to do. And
- 52:26Speaker 7: I did you have.
- 52:29Speaker 2: Any did anyone tested on your behalf on your trial?
- 52:36Speaker 7: I had don't symptified on my travel. One of them
- 52:39Speaker 7: trying to come in, which was Gettle mind me. He
- 52:42Speaker 7: was a witness why you know cause I told him
- 52:46Speaker 7: that I'm looking for Meriton. Matt Well, we had a
- 52:49Speaker 7: cap from a interview without the jurors president and just
- 52:53Speaker 7: taken that cheersday that cheers say you can't have scood
- 52:56Speaker 7: this so it is not allowed but to use that
- 52:59Speaker 7: as the bout it, which would have very very viable
- 53:02Speaker 7: to my cage that I believe, and it would have
- 53:04Speaker 7: been uh there's an exception to the rule to that
- 53:09Speaker 7: type of to that type of testimony I bought. Although
- 53:12Speaker 7: at the time of I know that there was also
- 53:15Speaker 7: uh uh honey to be the owner of roch polche
- 53:18Speaker 7: car who yeah, if you one had to go intomatic,
- 53:23Speaker 7: you want it? Gave me the contract. You don't understand
- 53:26Speaker 7: why why I would do such a thing if I
- 53:29Speaker 7: needed funny because I always handled it's funny like something
- 53:32Speaker 7: as I have five dollars for that's a thousand dollars
- 53:34Speaker 7: that people forgive me the gift to him. I also
- 53:40Speaker 7: had super uh super uh can call. I wanted to
- 53:44Speaker 7: take all the cars if I want to take because
- 53:46Speaker 7: I don't see him doing this because that's not who
- 53:48Speaker 7: he is. So I had these people time for me.
- 53:52Speaker 7: But still does it you know, I mean I couldn't.
- 53:55Speaker 7: I couldn't do that now I want to know. But
- 54:02Speaker 7: from the Tenner fight for because he came in to me.
- 54:11Speaker 7: You have to give a character, the character with the
- 54:16Speaker 7: passion because they know not a bad person. And he
- 54:22Speaker 7: goes to you for a long time, they're gonna, he goes,
- 54:25Speaker 7: So I'm gonna go get the fight for you. But
- 54:27Speaker 7: to him anyway, well, you know I'm gonna have too.
- 54:31Speaker 2: I'm gonna have to jump in because we're we're now
- 54:35Speaker 2: half six minutes left of this show. I'm gonna give
- 54:41Speaker 2: you two minutes, and then i'm gonna give my co
- 54:43Speaker 2: hosts two minutes, and then I'm gonna in. But right now,
- 54:48Speaker 2: you know what, I'm gonna go ahead and give you
- 54:50Speaker 2: your two minutes because what I'm gonna read is coming.
- 54:55Speaker 2: I screenshot some of the comments that was up under
- 54:59Speaker 2: the documentary and I just wanted to read them to you.
- 55:03Speaker 2: So I'm gonna give you your clothes and your two minutes,
- 55:06Speaker 2: and then we're gonna shoot to my co host and
- 55:08Speaker 2: then I'll wrap it up.
- 55:12Speaker 7: All right. I say everybody to know I had men
- 55:15Speaker 7: this crime. I did not submit this crime. Like I
- 55:17Speaker 7: said earlier, Everything was based on Federal Samona. His motives
- 55:22Speaker 7: were killing Edigo here because he wanted to take over
- 55:27Speaker 7: his business. And according to sense Hernandez, I was the
- 55:30Speaker 7: one to be said supposed to it uri trial, he
- 55:34Speaker 7: would pronounce it. He was sad and Uh. Then he
- 55:38Speaker 7: went on with his scenarios. But now that he's alive,
- 55:43Speaker 7: now they changed it too, and saying, well they don't
- 55:45Speaker 7: have enough infidus to bring against federal tomorrow, you know,
- 55:48Speaker 7: so we're gonna seed me. I've inviting my cage since
- 55:52Speaker 7: day one, and I'm going on twenty six years September
- 55:55Speaker 7: the third. I have twenty six years in cultivating for
- 55:58Speaker 7: a crime like the not Tokay, there's anybody out there

- 56:09Speaker 7: information and I can contact you. But that's if anybody
