- 2:10Speaker 2: going after Christians. They're going into our churches now and
- 2:15Speaker 2: menacing the faithful as they do nothing but sit there
- 2:18Speaker 2: and pray and worship, you know, as you might do
- 2:21Speaker 2: on a Sunday. That was happening this week, this weekend
- 2:25Speaker 2: in St. Paul, where a group of left-wing lunatics, anti-ICE, terrorists,
- 2:34Speaker 2: they go into the city's church, this is a Baptist
- 2:39Speaker 2: church in St. Paul, in order to hunt down one
- 2:43Speaker 2: of the pastors. It turns out that the basis for this,
- 2:47Speaker 2: insofar as you can establish any rational basis, is there
- 2:50Speaker 2: is a pastor at this church by the name of
- 2:53Speaker 2: David Easterwood. He is not just a pastor, he's also
- 2:57Speaker 2: the acting field office director for ICE in Minnesota. So
- 3:01Speaker 2: what these lunatics decided to do was to hunt him down. Now,
- 3:07Speaker 2: he's not there for that service. He wasn't leading that
- 3:11Speaker 2: particular service, but didn't stop the mob from pouring into
- 3:16Speaker 2: the building. Take a look here. Cut four. Now they're
- 3:20Speaker 2: coming for the churches.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Watch. René Goode! René Goode! Rene Good!
- 3:34Speaker 2: Where are you?
- 3:35Speaker 1: Where are you? Where are you?
- 3:37Speaker 2: Where are your people?
- 3:38Speaker 3: Why are you not at Whipple every day fighting for
- 3:41Speaker 3: the humanity, standing for our people?
- 3:43Speaker 1: Where are you?
- 3:44Speaker 3: You drink your coffee, you got your jewelry, you have
- 3:46Speaker 3: your nice clothes, nice lives with your lattes, doing absolutely
- 3:49Speaker 3: nothing for your Latino and Somali brothers and sisters. You
- 3:53Speaker 3: come here to a man wearing a suit as a preacher?
- 3:55Speaker 3: Did Jesus wear a suit? Did Jesus profit off the words?
- 3:58Speaker 4: No!
- 3:59Speaker 3: Jesus would die within you.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Do not touch me.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Touch me again and see what happens. You are a
- 4:05Speaker 3: fake Christian. Why are you not standing with your Somali
- 4:08Speaker 3: and Latino communities? Why do I not see you out
- 4:10Speaker 3: at Whipple every day protesting this attack on humanity?
- 4:13Speaker 1: Where are you? You're sinners.
- 4:15Speaker 3: You're pretending to be Christians. But we know you live
- 4:17Speaker 3: an easy life, don't you? A very easy life while
- 4:20Speaker 3: people are starving. Shame!
- 4:24Speaker 2: Accosting, threatening, get close to me, see what happens, attacking
- 4:30Speaker 2: people inside of their house of worship while they're there
- 4:34Speaker 2: for their Sunday services. This is insanity what we're witnessing.
- 4:40Speaker 2: It is also, by the way, a violation of federal law,
- 4:43Speaker 2: a complete infringement of what's known as the FACE Act.
- 4:47Speaker 2: More on that in a moment, as the United States
- 4:49Speaker 2: Department of Justice has announced that they have launched full-blown
- 4:52Speaker 2: investigations to everything that you're seeing there. But that brazen
- 4:57Speaker 2: idiot that you heard there, that's not the first time
- 4:59Speaker 2: perhaps you've heard that guy in public. He's a guy
- 5:03Speaker 2: by the name of William Kelly. And he has been
- 5:07Speaker 2: all over the place in America, menacing the men and
- 5:10Speaker 2: women of ICE and anybody who dares support their noble
- 5:14Speaker 2: work and treating them like utter garbage. I showed you
- 5:17Speaker 2: video not too long ago of him in Washington, D.C.,
- 5:22Speaker 2: getting in the face of the National Guard. cursing at them,
- 5:26Speaker 2: treating them like garbage as they've done nothing but, of course,
- 5:28Speaker 2: clean up the nation's capital. That same guy is doing this.
- 5:33Speaker 2: He's getting in the faces of church-going families now. And
- 5:36Speaker 2: in some of the video footage from this weekend, there's
- 5:38Speaker 2: even images, these poor kids, of little children who are
- 5:42Speaker 2: crying into their arms of their parents, who are overwhelmed,
- 5:45Speaker 2: traumatized by what has happened at their church service, devastated
- 5:50Speaker 2: by what's happening in front of them. And there were
- 5:54Speaker 2: a lot of, I would say, well, patient people inside
- 5:58Speaker 2: of that church this weekend at that Baptist church who
- 6:02Speaker 2: were suffering this indignity and doing it rather quietly. Many
- 6:07Speaker 2: of them sort of walking out of the church, ended
- 6:09Speaker 2: up getting in their cars and leaving, even as they
- 6:11Speaker 2: were getting to the parking lot. These crazy people are
- 6:14Speaker 2: screaming in their faces as they're putting their kids in
- 6:17Speaker 2: in their cars. But that guy, William Kelly, he seems
- 6:19Speaker 2: to be a feature at a lot of the most
- 6:23Speaker 2: vile left-wing actions, like disruptions going on in our country.
- 6:30Speaker 2: And I'm saying this not by way of any encouragement whatsoever.
- 6:33Speaker 2: I'm just saying this as a matter of observation. At
- 6:36Speaker 2: some point, some father is not going to take kindly
- 6:40Speaker 2: to what that man keeps doing. Getting in the face
- 6:43Speaker 2: of little children screaming at people that they're not Christian,
- 6:46Speaker 2: That man's going to end up hurt or dead as
- 6:49Speaker 2: a result of his actions. At some point, he's going
- 6:51Speaker 2: to cross the wrong person if he keeps this up.
- 6:55Speaker 2: And by the way, he keeps being arrested. I mean,
- 6:57Speaker 2: the feds arrest him, I think. I don't know what
- 7:00Speaker 2: law enforcement agency is arresting this guy. There are reports
- 7:02Speaker 2: that William Kelly was arrested on Friday. There's video going
- 7:05Speaker 2: around on the internet. But then what? He's free again
- 7:08Speaker 2: to then run inside of a church? Yeah, that's not
- 7:11Speaker 2: going to work for us. You're going to take people
- 7:13Speaker 2: into custody. Keep them. These are criminals. That guy's a criminal.
- 7:16Speaker 2: He keeps getting arrested. He needs to be in the
- 7:18Speaker 2: criminal justice system and away from peaceful society. There's clearly
- 7:22Speaker 2: like a thousand screws loose in that guy's head. So
- 7:25Speaker 2: get him help, but get him out of society because
- 7:28Speaker 2: he's not peaceful. He is inducing chaos. That's what he's doing.
- 7:33Speaker 2: And guys like him, they run in there and then
- 7:35Speaker 2: they try and wield a couple of things against you
- 7:38Speaker 2: in the form of basically trying to exploit your decency.
- 7:40Speaker 2: They'll say things like, oh, I'm just doing this because
- 7:42Speaker 2: this is my First Amendment right. It's my First Amendment
- 7:44Speaker 2: right to do this. I'm sorry, I want to remind
- 7:46Speaker 2: you about the First Amendment. Let's begin on the First
- 7:49Speaker 2: Amendment itself. You know, the very first right of the
- 7:52Speaker 2: First Amendment is freedom of religion. Freedom of religion is
- 7:57Speaker 2: is first in the First Amendment. Speech comes next, but
- 8:01Speaker 2: it's first freedom of religion. There's all sorts of radical
- 8:05Speaker 2: lefties this weekend, like lecturing the rest of us about how, oh,
- 8:09Speaker 2: the church just has to deal with this. This is
- 8:10Speaker 2: free speech. No, the church doesn't have to deal with it.
- 8:13Speaker 2: The church should throw your ass out. That's what the
- 8:15Speaker 2: church should do. And while I'm on that subject, stay strapped. Pastors, ministers,
- 8:25Speaker 2: the faithful, the congregants, the ushers, whoever you need, we
- 8:30Speaker 2: should protect our churches. It is not only a right
- 8:35Speaker 2: to protect that church. I think it's an obligation. It
- 8:37Speaker 2: is a reasonable thing. In fact, I think it should
- 8:41Speaker 2: be considered a required thing to have the good men
- 8:44Speaker 2: of the church armed inside of that building just for
- 8:48Speaker 2: the protection of the faithful. God willing, you never have
- 8:51Speaker 2: to be in a situation where you have to defend
- 8:53Speaker 2: the people in that room. But should that occasion arise,
- 8:57Speaker 2: the faithful need to be prepared. It's not unreasonable. In fact,
- 9:00Speaker 2: it's highly reasonable to be ready. Just be ready. Protect
- 9:05Speaker 2: the flock. And so this church gets invaded this weekend. Now,
- 9:09Speaker 2: it's a Baptist church, which I just, it makes me
- 9:12Speaker 2: think about the fact that today is Martin Luther King Day.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Of course, people refer to him as the Reverend Martin
- 9:16Speaker 2: Luther King. Martin Luther King was a Baptist minister, a
- 9:21Speaker 2: Baptist minister. He was, of course, gunned down by a
- 9:24Speaker 2: radical lefty, somebody who was a follower of George Wallace,
- 9:28Speaker 2: James Earl Ray. And that this is like, you know,
- 9:32Speaker 2: that detail almost seems like never mentioned in American history
- 9:36Speaker 2: these days. But that is true. A completely radical lefty
- 9:39Speaker 2: assassinating Martin Luther King Jr. MLK's mother, a couple of
- 9:45Speaker 2: years later, would be murdered in church inside of Ebenezer
- 9:50Speaker 2: Baptist Church by a What do they call themselves? A
- 9:55Speaker 2: black radical, a black Hebrew nationalist who... goes in and
- 10:01Speaker 2: murders her. And so are churches ever attacked? Yes, they are.
- 10:06Speaker 2: And do radical lefties do this often? Unfortunately, and increasingly.
- 10:11Speaker 2: How many shootings have we seen conducted at churches, oftentimes
- 10:15Speaker 2: by people who have been overtaken by transgender ideologies? We've
- 10:19Speaker 2: seen it at Christian schools. Christians in the United States,
- 10:23Speaker 2: clearly under attack, clearly. And so this weekend, you get
- 10:27Speaker 2: a bunch of leftists who now storm a church in
- 10:31Speaker 2: the service of adding to that. That's just awful. It
- 10:34Speaker 2: is just awful. And among the people who were in
- 10:38Speaker 2: the building was Don Lemon. Now, you remember Don Lemon, perhaps?
- 10:43Speaker 2: Former CNN host. These days, he is a view hustler
- 10:48Speaker 2: on the internet. He's just trying to find ways to
- 10:50Speaker 2: get people to watch his videos. And the way he's
- 10:53Speaker 2: doing it is some of the most noxious, poisonous stuff
- 10:56Speaker 2: you've ever seen. Here's Don Lemon joining in on the
- 11:01Speaker 2: raid on this church, joining the demons who poured into
- 11:04Speaker 2: this church. to yell at everyone about how they're not Christian.
- 11:08Speaker 2: How about that? Imagine sitting in a church service and
- 11:11Speaker 2: then you get evil people who are trying to foment
- 11:14Speaker 2: chaos and protect the most vile criminals in our society.
- 11:18Speaker 2: The rapists, the murderers, the very people ICE are picking up.
- 11:21Speaker 2: These guys raid the church and then scold you for
- 11:25Speaker 2: not being a good Christian. That's the devil's work. And
- 11:29Speaker 2: Don Lemon joined in on it this weekend. Here he
- 11:32Speaker 2: is turning that service into a spectacle.
- 11:34Speaker 5: What do you think of this?
- 11:36Speaker 6: I mean, this is unacceptable.
- 11:37Speaker 4: It's shameful.
- 11:38Speaker 6: It's shameful to interrupt a public gathering of Christians in worship.
- 11:45Speaker 6: But there were folks who will say, I have to
- 11:47Speaker 6: take care of my flock.
- 11:49Speaker 4: Listen, we live in a, there's a constitution in the
- 11:51Speaker 4: first amendment to freedom of speech and freedom to assemble
- 11:54Speaker 4: and protest.
- 11:55Speaker 1: We're here to worship.
- 11:56Speaker 6: We're here to worship Jesus because that's the hope of
- 11:58Speaker 6: these cities. That's the hope of the world is Jesus Christ.
- 12:01Speaker 6: I want to be very respectful. Please don't push me, though.
- 12:03Speaker 4: We're here.
- 12:04Speaker 6: We're here to worship Jesus. That's why we're here. That's
- 12:08Speaker 6: why we're here. That's what we're about. Don't you think
- 12:10Speaker 6: Jesus would be understanding and love these folks? We're about spreading.
- 12:14Speaker 1: The love of Jesus.
- 12:15Speaker 2: But did you try to talk to them as a Christian?
- 12:17Speaker 6: No one is willing to talk.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Okay.
- 12:19Speaker 6: I have to take care of my church and my family,
- 12:21Speaker 6: so I ask that you actually would also leave this building.
- 12:24Speaker 1: You don't want us to chronicle what happened. Unless you're
- 12:26Speaker 1: here to worship.
- 12:26Speaker 2: I'm always worshiping. I'm a Christian. Well, we're here to worship.
- 12:29Speaker 5: We're here to worship.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Okay.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Thank you. Christian. What kind of Christian goes in, disrupts
- 12:36Speaker 2: the service of people who are sitting there humbly in
- 12:39Speaker 2: prayer on a Sunday? What are you talking about? I'm
- 12:43Speaker 2: a Christian, so I can do this? So you can
- 12:45Speaker 2: just run up to the pulpit and then start hectoring
- 12:48Speaker 2: the pastor? That's insanity. And you heard Don Lemon do
- 12:51Speaker 2: the same move. He did the First Amendment thing. This
- 12:53Speaker 2: is the First Amendment. People have the right to protest.
- 12:55Speaker 2: What are you talking about? Inside of a church? The
- 13:00Speaker 2: First Amendment to our Constitution, to remind everyone, Congress shall
- 13:05Speaker 2: make no law respecting an establishment of religion. Religion comes
- 13:09Speaker 2: first or prohibiting the free exercise thereof or abridging the
- 13:14Speaker 2: freedom of speech or of the press or of the
- 13:17Speaker 2: right of the people to peaceably assemble and to petition
- 13:21Speaker 2: the government for address of grievances. Religion comes first and
- 13:27Speaker 2: Don Lemon, the know-nothing, just so poisonous, gets up there
- 13:33Speaker 2: and is like, oh, this is a freedom of speech issue.
- 13:34Speaker 7: No, it's not.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Get out. Get out. So Don Lemon jumping in on this.
- 13:43Speaker 2: And what is going to happen as a result of
- 13:46Speaker 2: this raid on a church? What are we going to
- 13:48Speaker 2: do to stop all of this is the key question.
- 13:53Speaker 2: You know, these, I mentioned before, and let me reiterate,
- 13:56Speaker 2: these people are all in violation of something called the
- 13:58Speaker 2: FACE Act. which prevents these kinds of disruptions under the
- 14:02Speaker 2: law of church services. The left has used the FACE
- 14:07Speaker 2: Act over and over and over again to go after
- 14:10Speaker 2: the faithful. The left uses the FACE Act to go
- 14:14Speaker 2: after Christians who sing church hymns outside of abortion mills.
- 14:19Speaker 2: The left sicked the federal government on Mark Houck, a
- 14:23Speaker 2: man who literally was just defending his son from a bully.
- 14:28Speaker 2: They sicced the government on him and said that he
- 14:32Speaker 2: was running afoul of the FACE Act. To be really
- 14:35Speaker 2: clear about the way this all goes down, Miranda Devine
- 14:39Speaker 2: posted the following this weekend, smart. She said these protesters,
- 14:42Speaker 2: aka domestic terrorists, should be raided at dawn by 25
- 14:47Speaker 2: armed FBI agents, arrested, handcuffed, shackled, thrown in a jail cell,
- 14:53Speaker 2: and charged with multiple violations of the FACE Act, just
- 14:55Speaker 2: like happened to Catholic father of seven, Mark Houck, on
- 14:58Speaker 2: September 23, 2022, at his home in rural Bucks County, Pennsylvania,
- 15:03Speaker 2: as his children wept and screamed in terror. Only, of course,
- 15:07Speaker 2: with Houck, it was an abortion clinic, which is the
- 15:09Speaker 2: Democrat idea of a house of worship. Good for her.
- 15:12Speaker 2: That's true. These abortion mills are considered sacrosanct by the left.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Houck faced up to 11 years in prison. Thankfully, he
- 15:21Speaker 2: was acquitted by a jury at trial, but the process
- 15:24Speaker 2: was the punishment in itself. and his children will never
- 15:27Speaker 2: forget what was done to their father. Every one of
- 15:30Speaker 2: these churchgoers should file police complaints and launch a class
- 15:34Speaker 2: action against the city and the funders of these protests.
- 15:38Speaker 2: They will need pro bono legal advice, crowdfunding, or a
- 15:41Speaker 2: generous benefactor. Yeah, Miranda Wright on all counts. Every single
- 15:45Speaker 2: one of these schools should be charged with federal criminal violations.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Every single one of them. You have to put this down.
- 15:54Speaker 2: You have to stop this. And you have to do
- 15:57Speaker 2: it perhaps in the most theatrical way possible. All of
- 15:59Speaker 2: this needs to be as captured on camera as it
- 16:01Speaker 2: can possibly be. We need perp walks. We need aggressiveness
- 16:06Speaker 2: on display so that people know that there are consequences
- 16:10Speaker 2: for menacing the faithful, for hurting a church. You don't
- 16:14Speaker 2: get to do that. Now, who's in charge of all
- 16:16Speaker 2: of this? Well, obviously, at the very top, the President
- 16:19Speaker 2: of the United States, the Attorney General of the United States,
- 16:21Speaker 2: Pam Bondi. But let me start with the Assistant Attorney
- 16:25Speaker 2: General for Civil Rights, Harmeet Dhillon. Now, Harmeet Dhillon is
- 16:28Speaker 2: a patriot, and I've talked about her at some length
- 16:32Speaker 2: on this program because she's done a lot of very
- 16:34Speaker 2: good things for the country, including, by the way, she
- 16:37Speaker 2: has been prosecuting people who have violated the FACE Act,
- 16:41Speaker 2: people who go and deface churches or tear up statues
- 16:44Speaker 2: of Jesus and Mary. She's been prosecuting these people. That's
- 16:49Speaker 2: the good news. So what should she do here? She
- 16:52Speaker 2: should add to the list, big time. Here's what we
- 16:55Speaker 2: have from Armie Dillon. She says, the Civil Rights Division
- 16:59Speaker 2: is investigating the potential violations of the Federal Face Act
- 17:03Speaker 2: by these people desecrating a house of worship and interfering
- 17:07Speaker 2: with Christian worshipers. That's the beginning of this. So Pam Bond,
- 17:12Speaker 2: make that, Harmeet Dhillon is diving into this. Pam Bondi
- 17:17Speaker 2: also announced that the Justice Department is investigating. And she
- 17:21Speaker 2: said she spoke to the pastor of the church. She said,
- 17:24Speaker 2: I just spoke to the pastor. She posted late last night.
- 17:28Speaker 2: in Minnesota, whose church was targeted. Attacks against law enforcement
- 17:31Speaker 2: and the intimidation of Christians are being met with the
- 17:33Speaker 2: full force of federal law. If state leaders refuse to
- 17:36Speaker 2: act responsibly to prevent lawlessness, this Department of Justice will
- 17:40Speaker 2: remain mobilized to prosecute federal crimes and ensure that the
- 17:43Speaker 2: rule of law prevails. Okay, there's Pam Bondi saying they're going.
- 17:48Speaker 1: After all of this.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Additionally, We're also hearing from the White House itself, Caroline
- 17:55Speaker 2: Leavitt posting, this is just ahead of Pam Bondi last
- 17:58Speaker 2: night on this subject. She said, President Trump will not
- 18:01Speaker 2: tolerate the intimidation and harassment of Christians in their sacred
- 18:04Speaker 2: places of worship. The Department of Justice has launched a
- 18:07Speaker 2: full investigation into the despicable incident that took place earlier
- 18:11Speaker 2: today at a church in Minnesota.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Okay, good.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Wonderful to have a full investigation launched. Wonderful to see
- 18:18Speaker 2: every level involved in this, from the White House to
- 18:22Speaker 2: the Attorney General to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights,
- 18:25Speaker 2: precisely what we want. But there's one more thing we want.
- 18:29Speaker 2: We want those handcuffs aggressively and quickly placed on every
- 18:33Speaker 2: single animal who would pour into a Christian church and
- 18:37Speaker 2: pull that stunt this weekend.
- 18:39Speaker 1: All of them.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Get them. And do it now. Do it yesterday. Time
- 18:44Speaker 2: is of the essence because things are getting way too dicey.
- 18:49Speaker 2: And the public needs the clearest possible expressions that these
- 18:52Speaker 2: types of violations of the law and certainly of the
- 18:55Speaker 2: First Amendment will be put down quickly. Now, I mentioned
- 19:00Speaker 2: Don Lemon. Don Lemon was one of the guys that
- 19:03Speaker 2: Carmi Dillon has been posting a lot about this in
- 19:06Speaker 2: the last 24 hours. And some of the posts have
- 19:08Speaker 2: been about Don Lemon's behaviors. So in other words, Harmeet Dhillon,
- 19:12Speaker 2: the assistant attorney general for civil rights, is paying attention
- 19:16Speaker 2: to Don Lemon's behavior inside of that church yesterday. Well,
- 19:21Speaker 2: Don is spazzing out this morning that Harmeet Dhillon is
- 19:25Speaker 2: on his trail. And he even in this video I'm
- 19:28Speaker 2: about to show you, he even intentionally mispronounces her name, which,
- 19:32Speaker 2: by the way, is, I think, a sign of racism
- 19:35Speaker 2: if I'm following the rules of the left correctly. If
- 19:37Speaker 2: you ever said Kamala Harris's name incorrectly, you were a racist.
- 19:41Speaker 2: So Don Lemon, obviously racist for mangling Harmeet Dhillon's name
- 19:46Speaker 2: as he tries to belittle her, but I don't think
- 19:49Speaker 2: he's gonna win this bout. Not when you've got a
- 19:52Speaker 2: federal prosecutor breathing down your neck. Here's Don Lemon spazzing
- 19:55Speaker 2: out about what is developing right now.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Watch.
- 19:58Speaker 4: MAGA administration and the fake news MAGAs are losing their
- 20:01Speaker 4: mind over something that's not even true. So let me
- 20:05Speaker 4: just make it clear, because this is a Assistant Attorney General,
- 20:09Speaker 4: I don't know, something, Hammett, Goen, or whatever. So I.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Had no affiliation to that organization.
- 20:20Speaker 4: I didn't even know they were going to this church
- 20:22Speaker 4: until we followed them there. We were there chronicling protests.
- 20:27Speaker 4: Once the protests started in the church, we did an
- 20:30Speaker 4: act of journalism, which was report on it and talk
- 20:33Speaker 4: to the people who were involved, which included the pastor,
- 20:35Speaker 4: members of the church, and members of the organization. That's it.
- 20:39Speaker 1: It's called journalism.
- 20:41Speaker 4: First Amendment, all that stuff.
- 20:43Speaker 5: All of you people who.
- 20:44Speaker 4: Believe in the First Amendment, absolutist.
- 20:47Speaker 2: There you go.
- 20:48Speaker 4: So why don't you talk to the actual person who
- 20:52Speaker 4: is in charge of the organization and whose idea it
- 20:56Speaker 4: was to have the protests at the church before you
- 20:58Speaker 4: start blaming me for stuff for which you have no idea.
- 21:03Speaker 4: Thank you for your attention to this matter.
- 21:07Speaker 2: How did that particular line of reasoning work out for
- 21:10Speaker 2: Steve Baker from The Blaze? How did that work out?
- 21:14Speaker 2: Remember Steve Baker? Steve Baker, not alone. There were a
- 21:17Speaker 2: number of journalists on January 6th of 2021 who went
- 21:21Speaker 2: in to quite literally cover the events of the day.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Unlike Don, Don was participating in a raid on a
- 21:29Speaker 2: church by crazed left-wing activists and And then he was
- 21:34Speaker 2: like hectoring the pastor of the church at the pulpit.
- 21:38Speaker 2: I think there's a substantial difference here. But a guy
- 21:40Speaker 2: like Steve Baker goes in and covers the events of
- 21:42Speaker 2: January 6th, 2021. What happened to him? Well, he was
- 21:46Speaker 2: prosecuted by the Biden administration for that. So Don and
- 21:51Speaker 2: Don was like rooting all of that on prosecuting everybody
- 21:54Speaker 2: on January 6th, 2021. And so now he raids a
- 21:58Speaker 2: church in the middle of the service and he's asking
- 22:00Speaker 2: for you to consider him differently. I get special privileges.
- 22:03Speaker 2: I'm totally different. Prosecute the rest of them, but don't
- 22:06Speaker 2: come after me. I just followed them in. I was
- 22:07Speaker 2: just doing journalism. Sorry, Don.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Sorry.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Criminal consequences should befall you as well. And Harmeet Dhillon,
- 22:17Speaker 2: that's her name. Say her name, Don. Say her name.
- 22:21Speaker 2: Harmeet Dhillon is her name. She's aware of what you've done.
- 22:27Speaker 2: And yes, she should go after you for your criminal
- 22:30Speaker 2: violations of the law. It's as simple as that. More

- 24:44Speaker 2: If the news hasn't gotten to you yet, now it has.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Now it has. All right, so what's going on here?
- 24:50Speaker 2: We've got, you know, we've got lefties who are acting
- 24:52Speaker 2: like lefties again, who are pouring into our churches, attacking
- 24:55Speaker 2: the faithful. And here's something to think about. You know,
- 25:00Speaker 2: before I even came into today's program, I thought, candidly,
- 25:03Speaker 2: I thought that you and I, what we will be
- 25:05Speaker 2: discussing this morning, is a different Justice Department investigation. Because
- 25:09Speaker 2: the Justice Department is now officially investigating Tampon Tim Walls
- 25:15Speaker 2: and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frye. for obstructing law enforcement. That's
- 25:19Speaker 2: a huge development, and it's a very welcome one. Because again,
- 25:24Speaker 2: if you want to fix this, you've got to go
- 25:26Speaker 2: to the very top. And the DOJ is now investigating
- 25:30Speaker 2: both of these idiots for their behavior. According to a
- 25:33Speaker 2: local news outlet, WCCO, two federal officials on Friday told WCCO,
- 25:40Speaker 2: a Minneapolis-area television station, that a federal investigation is looking
- 25:44Speaker 2: in to whether Walls and Frey tried to block Immigration
- 25:49Speaker 2: and Customs Enforcement from carrying out operations. It seems pretty obvious.
- 25:54Speaker 2: I mean, you think about their behavior. What have Tim
- 25:57Speaker 2: Walls and Jacob Frey been doing? Well, they've been telling
- 26:01Speaker 2: people that they have to fight ICE agents in the streets.
- 26:04Speaker 2: That's what Jacob Frey said. Remember, this moment cut one.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Watch.
- 26:11Speaker 7: And we're in a position right now where we have
- 26:14Speaker 7: residents that are asking the very limited number of police
- 26:18Speaker 7: officers that we have to fight ICE agents on the street,
- 26:23Speaker 7: to stand by their neighbors.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Fight ICE agents on the street, to stand by their neighbors.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Of course, you see the police chief standing behind him,
- 26:36Speaker 2: doesn't say anything, probably should say something immediately, like, whoa, whoa, whoa,
- 26:39Speaker 2: we're not fighting ICE agents. Instead, his eyebrow just pops
- 26:43Speaker 2: up like, oh, that's interesting. I can't believe he said that,
- 26:45Speaker 2: but I won't say anything out loud about it. That's cowardice.
- 26:49Speaker 2: And then there was Tim Walz. Tim Walz just suggested
- 26:53Speaker 2: two weeks ago that Minnesota is now engaged in another
- 26:58Speaker 2: civil war. He was equating the, the, insurrection that Minnesota
- 27:07Speaker 2: is staging right now to being on the side of
- 27:10Speaker 2: the union in the Civil War. I've got news for you,
- 27:13Speaker 2: Tim Walls. If it's a Civil War, you're not on
- 27:15Speaker 2: the side of the guys who win it at all.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Take a look. Here's Tim Walls. Cut to watch.
- 27:23Speaker 8: When things look really bleak, it was Minnesota's first that
- 27:26Speaker 8: held that line for the nation on that July 3rd, 1863.
- 27:32Speaker 8: And I think now we may be in that moment
- 27:34Speaker 8: that the nation's looking to us to hold the line
- 27:37Speaker 8: on democracy.
- 27:38Speaker 2: OK, first of all, he's an idiot in every possible sense.
- 27:44Speaker 2: The date in question is not July 3rd, 1863. July
- 27:48Speaker 2: 3rd of 1863 was Pickett's charge during the Battle of Gettysburg.
- 27:53Speaker 2: July 2nd, the day before, is the day that he's
- 27:56Speaker 2: trying to cite. July 2nd of 1863, the 1st Minnesota
- 28:00Speaker 2: Volunteer Infantry suffered devastating losses. And why is that? Well,
- 28:06Speaker 2: there was a gap in the Union line at the
- 28:09Speaker 2: Battle of Gettysburg, and it was the 1st Minnesota Volunteer
- 28:12Speaker 2: Infantry that rushed to fill it. 262 men went charging
- 28:17Speaker 2: in to fill that gap. It was a deadly day
- 28:21Speaker 2: for those men. Only 47 of them survived. 262 went in.
- 28:27Speaker 2: 47 survived. What were they doing? They were trying to
- 28:30Speaker 2: save the union. They were trying to save the union.
- 28:35Speaker 2: And in the end, they did. And they suffered devastating
- 28:38Speaker 2: losses for it. Tim Walz doesn't even know his history.
- 28:43Speaker 2: And in trying to cite that history, first of all,
- 28:47Speaker 2: he's diminishing the heroism and legacy of those great men,
- 28:51Speaker 2: for one. And for another, he's appropriating it in order
- 28:55Speaker 2: to stage his own insurrection, which is precisely what he's
- 28:58Speaker 2: up to again, which is why we keep talking about
- 29:01Speaker 2: how the Insurrection Act needs to be invoked.
- 29:05Speaker 1: It does.
- 29:08Speaker 2: We've got to crack down on this. President Trump has
- 29:10Speaker 2: to crack down on this. The time is of the essence,
- 29:15Speaker 2: and we're already out of it. It has to happen now.
- 29:20Speaker 2: And why is it that people are raiding churches with impunity?
- 29:23Speaker 2: Have you noticed that Tim Walz hasn't said anything about this?
- 29:26Speaker 2: That these left-wing lunatics just poured into a Baptist church
- 29:30Speaker 2: and disrupted the whole service? He hasn't said a word.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Where are the mayors? Where's Jacob Fry? Where's Keith Ellison?
- 29:37Speaker 2: Where's Ilhan Omar? They're not saying anything about this. Do
- 29:41Speaker 2: they support it? Yeah, I think it's safe to say
- 29:43Speaker 2: they do. But here's the biggest takeaway for me. They're cowards.
- 29:48Speaker 2: They have breathed life into this chaos. They're beholden to
- 29:51Speaker 2: the most radical elements of their base. In fact, they're
- 29:54Speaker 2: intimidated by the most radical elements of their base. They're weak.
- 29:59Speaker 2: They're weak people. The soy boy mayor of Minneapolis and
- 30:03Speaker 2: the governor who waves with both hands are weak people.
- 30:07Speaker 2: And weakness breeds chaos. This is Frankenstein's monster run amok.
- 30:13Speaker 2: It's out of control. And these weak Democrats don't know
- 30:18Speaker 2: how to get this under control. They don't. So instead,
- 30:22Speaker 2: their cowardice continues. Their silence continues. And the chaos continues.
- 30:29Speaker 2: This is a moment for President Trump to step up.
- 30:31Speaker 2: big time, Insurrection Act, prosecutions. Let's right the ship. Somebody's
- 30:36Speaker 2: got to do it. All right, in a moment, more
- 30:37Speaker 2: on what's going on in Minnesota. We'll be joined by
- 30:41Speaker 2: one of the great reporters who's been covering all of it.
- 30:43Speaker 2: Julio Rosas is with us today. Stand by for that.
- 30:48Speaker 2: I've been using the Bone Charge Infrared Sauna Blanket. The
- 30:51Speaker 2: red light face mask is what my wife uses. We
- 30:53Speaker 2: love these products. We can't recommend them enough. I first
- 30:55Speaker 2: turned to that sauna blanket to help with muscle recovery
- 30:57Speaker 2: and detoxification. It's become a total game changer. It's easy
- 31:01Speaker 2: to use. I can just wrap myself up, let the
- 31:03Speaker 2: infrared heat work its magic. It's created a real difference now.
- 31:06Speaker 2: I relax and rejuvenate and how I feel afterward. The
- 31:08Speaker 2: red light face mask, equally impressive. Now I've been, my
- 31:12Speaker 2: wife's been using it to help improve her skin's texture
- 31:15Speaker 2: and reduce inflammation. And she's seen fantastic results from this thing.
- 31:19Speaker 2: It's like having a mini spa treatment right at home. Now,

- 33:11Speaker 2: happy to have joining us right now one of the
- 33:13Speaker 2: great journalists out there who gets on the ground amidst
- 33:15Speaker 2: all of this chaos. Julio Rosas is here. He's an author,
- 33:18Speaker 2: nationally known independent field reporter. He's a Marine. Julio, good
- 33:22Speaker 2: to have you with us.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Today, sir. Yeah, Vince, thanks for having me.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Okay, so where are you reporting from right now, Julio?
- 33:30Speaker 1: So I'm currently in the frozen tundras of Minneapolis in
- 33:34Speaker 1: the St.
- 33:34Speaker 7: Paul area.
- 33:37Speaker 2: What have you seen this weekend?
- 33:41Speaker 5: Well, so it's just a continuation of what we've seen
- 33:43Speaker 5: basically since the shooting of Rene Good. And what I
- 33:47Speaker 5: mean by that is a lot of people are still
- 33:49Speaker 5: very angry about it. They're angry over the other shooting
- 33:54Speaker 5: that took place that where, you know, apparently three people
- 33:58Speaker 5: were attacking an ICE agent and he had to shoot
- 34:00Speaker 5: in self-defense.
- 34:01Speaker 1: So they're angry. despite the weather, they're still very amped
- 34:07Speaker 1: up about it.
- 34:08Speaker 5: And really, I think this is very much a warning
- 34:11Speaker 5: sign of what's to come for this year, because if
- 34:14Speaker 5: people are willing to be out there, you know, when
- 34:18Speaker 5: it's 10 degrees, 30 degrees outside, it was also quite
- 34:21Speaker 5: windy yesterday by the federal building, they're willing to come
- 34:24Speaker 5: out in significant numbers to cause chaos and to cause
- 34:27Speaker 5: mayhem and to fight against federal agents in January in
- 34:32Speaker 5: Minneapolis and That doesn't bode too well for the rest
- 34:36Speaker 5: of the country once it gets warmer, where it's easier
- 34:39Speaker 5: for people to be outside for.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Hours and hours on end. And so this is.
- 34:43Speaker 5: Really the, like I said, this is really kind of
- 34:46Speaker 5: the first warning sign of what's to come for this year,
- 34:49Speaker 5: because obviously the deportations and immigration enforcement isn't going to
- 34:54Speaker 5: stop anytime soon.
- 34:56Speaker 2: Yeah, so you anticipate more chaos coming up in the
- 34:59Speaker 2: summer of 2026.
- 35:01Speaker 5: Absolutely.
- 35:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 35:03Speaker 1: That's just kind of how I see it for right now.
- 35:06Speaker 2: So how would you describe the goals of the people
- 35:11Speaker 2: who are showing up outside of these federal buildings? What
- 35:13Speaker 2: are they hoping to achieve each day? I know that
- 35:16Speaker 2: they claim they're opposed to ICE and they want to
- 35:18Speaker 2: see ICE leave. That's the stated goal. But what's the
- 35:21Speaker 2: practical goal, do you think, each day? Are they trying
- 35:23Speaker 2: to inflame some sort of fight with ICE? Is this
- 35:26Speaker 2: about kind of throwing their own bodies on the line
- 35:29Speaker 2: in order to create negative imagery about the Trump administration?
- 35:32Speaker 2: What's the goal each day for these people?
- 35:34Speaker 1: Yeah, so it is a bit of a PR battle.
- 35:36Speaker 5: They do want to create these images of these mass
- 35:40Speaker 5: federal agents cracking down on peaceful protests. But they're also
- 35:44Speaker 5: trying to actively disrupt operations. It's the same thing that
- 35:48Speaker 5: we saw in Portland last year. It's the same thing
- 35:50Speaker 5: we saw at the facility in Broadview outside Chicago, where
- 35:54Speaker 5: they were blocking the driveway, um, you know, preventing cars
- 35:57Speaker 5: from leaving and going.
- 35:58Speaker 1: So it's the same thing here.
- 36:00Speaker 5: I mean, that, that, that's, that's their, this is their
- 36:01Speaker 5: go-to method because they, you know, they know DHS operates
- 36:05Speaker 5: out of these buildings. They know that, um, that, you know, there's,
- 36:08Speaker 5: there's road access that can be stymied. Uh, but then
- 36:11Speaker 5: also that's why they're following, uh, DHS vehicles when they're
- 36:16Speaker 5: out in the field because it's the blow whistles.
- 36:19Speaker 1: It's the same thing what Renee Good was doing.
- 36:21Speaker 5: She parked her car perpendicular to where the road was
- 36:25Speaker 5: so that she could disrupted this caravan that was in
- 36:30Speaker 5: the neighborhood, right? So that's what their goal is. They're
- 36:34Speaker 5: trying to create these bad images. They're trying to create
- 36:36Speaker 5: bad PR for DHS. And I would say that is
- 36:40Speaker 5: certainly working when you look at the news coverage, when
- 36:42Speaker 5: you look at what people are posting on social media,
- 36:44Speaker 5: what the half-truths that they're saying about what's going on.
- 36:48Speaker 5: But it is also at the end of the day
- 36:50Speaker 5: to try to disrupt, you know, disrupt arrests, prevent arrests.
- 36:54Speaker 5: And that's why they have that. That's why they have whistles.
- 36:57Speaker 5: But of course, they have no idea who ICE is
- 36:59Speaker 5: targeting or Border Patrol is targeting. And I've been on
- 37:02Speaker 5: many ride alongs where they're targeting hardened criminals who you
- 37:06Speaker 5: don't want as a neighbor.
- 37:08Speaker 1: I certainly wouldn't want them.
- 37:10Speaker 5: As a neighbor, we're talking about people who are convicted pedophiles,
- 37:13Speaker 5: people who are drug dealers, gun runners, just all this stuff.
- 37:17Speaker 5: And so by them doing this, they're actively working to
- 37:21Speaker 5: protect these people who one should even be in the country,
- 37:25Speaker 5: number one, but also number two, who will have done.
- 37:28Speaker 5: horrible things either back in their home country or while
- 37:31Speaker 5: they've been here in the United States.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Look, some of the people that ICE is picking up,
- 37:34Speaker 2: a lot of the people are the kinds of people
- 37:36Speaker 2: who deserve summary executions. I mean, they are the worst
- 37:39Speaker 2: people on the planet. We're talking people who are guilty
- 37:41Speaker 2: of multiple homicides. They've picked up people who are guilty
- 37:45Speaker 2: of strong armed sodomy of children. I don't know if
- 37:49Speaker 2: I have to even be any more explicit than what
- 37:50Speaker 2: I just said. That person deserves a summary execution, like
- 37:55Speaker 2: the idea that you would even be here. And they're free,
- 37:56Speaker 2: running around Minnesota. And so ICE is picking them up.
- 37:59Speaker 2: ICE is doing important, decent work. And yet you're saying
- 38:03Speaker 2: that people that are on the ground who are screaming
- 38:05Speaker 2: at ICE, some of them or huge percentages of them
- 38:09Speaker 2: have no idea the kinds of people ICE is picking up?
- 38:13Speaker 5: No, no. And that's what's unfortunate about what's going on
- 38:18Speaker 5: because All of this wouldn't have been necessary, this big
- 38:24Speaker 5: push in all these cities, all these sanctuary cities, if
- 38:27Speaker 5: it wasn't for the Biden-Harris border crisis.
- 38:30Speaker 1: All of this.
- 38:31Speaker 5: If Democrats want to be angry about what's happening, they
- 38:33Speaker 5: need to be angry at the Biden-Harris administration for putting
- 38:36Speaker 5: the United States in this position in the first place,
- 38:38Speaker 5: to where mass deportations are necessary to try to undo
- 38:42Speaker 5: the damage that was done the past four years.
- 38:44Speaker 1: And that doesn't even begin to address... the illegal.
- 38:46Speaker 5: Immigrant population that was here prior to 2021, which was
- 38:50Speaker 5: pretty significant even then. So the American people voted for this.
- 38:54Speaker 5: I know it's kind of cliche to say it at
- 38:56Speaker 5: this point, but people keep saying like, oh, I didn't
- 38:59Speaker 5: vote for this. Or like Trump only said he was
- 39:01Speaker 5: going to go after the worst of the worst. Is it?
- 39:02Speaker 1: No, no, he didn't.
- 39:03Speaker 5: He stated repeatedly time and again, him, Tom Holman, Stephen Miller,
- 39:08Speaker 5: JD Vance, they all said, we're going to carry out
- 39:10Speaker 5: the largest deportation in American history. And what do you
- 39:13Speaker 5: think that means?
- 39:15Speaker 1: I mean, yes, obviously, you.
- 39:16Speaker 5: Do want to prioritize the people that we were just
- 39:18Speaker 5: talking about. But at the end of the day, Americans
- 39:21Speaker 5: have voted for mass deportations, which is to get as
- 39:25Speaker 5: many illegal aliens out as possible.
- 39:27Speaker 2: I mean, the idiocy of this moment is that the
- 39:30Speaker 2: rapists and the murderers are easy to hand over right
- 39:33Speaker 2: to the feds. They're super easy. They're in your custody
- 39:36Speaker 2: in the jails. Don't be a sanctuary city. Just work
- 39:39Speaker 2: with the feds. And yet Democrats refuse to. As best
- 39:44Speaker 2: you can tell, why is that? Why are Democrat leaders
- 39:47Speaker 2: so averse to to even getting the pedophiles out of
- 39:50Speaker 2: the country. What's that about?
- 39:52Speaker 1: They're pro-criminal. They hate America.
- 39:54Speaker 5: I mean, I don't mean to be so glib about it,
- 39:57Speaker 5: but I mean, there's really no other explanation as to
- 39:59Speaker 5: why they wouldn't want to get these people out of
- 40:04Speaker 5: their cities. But they are, it's just, it's Trump derangement
- 40:09Speaker 5: syndrome to the extreme where, you know, okay, Trump wants
- 40:11Speaker 5: to deport all these people. So therefore we're going to
- 40:13Speaker 5: do everything we can to protect these people, even though
- 40:16Speaker 5: we might have them in custody.
- 40:18Speaker 2: Already.
- 40:18Speaker 5: And so again, if Democrats want to be upset with
- 40:21Speaker 5: what's happening, they should also look to their local leaders
- 40:24Speaker 5: and say, hey, at a bare minimum, let them into
- 40:27Speaker 5: the jails, let them into the prisons. But because the
- 40:30Speaker 5: Trump administration wants to do that, they naturally have to
- 40:33Speaker 5: be opposed to it.
- 40:35Speaker 2: So Julio, as far as you can tell, when you
- 40:38Speaker 2: get out there, Can you identify the people who are
- 40:41Speaker 2: in the mob who are in charge of it? Are
- 40:43Speaker 2: there people who take leadership positions in the crowd? And
- 40:46Speaker 2: who is leading all of this chaos?
- 40:49Speaker 1: Well, it depends. It depends on who is organizing what.
- 40:52Speaker 5: I mean, for example, when they stormed the church in St.
- 40:55Speaker 5: Paul yesterday, that's a very famous activist in the area.
- 40:59Speaker 5: She is a very prominent BLM leader. She was the
- 41:03Speaker 5: president of the local chapter here, the NAACP.
- 41:08Speaker 1: And so it just depends, right?
- 41:12Speaker 5: Because the progressive far left movement is– bribes itself on
- 41:17Speaker 5: being decentralized. They pride themselves on being the people, right?
- 41:22Speaker 5: So that implies it's just like everybody's part of it.
- 41:25Speaker 5: Everyone has a stake in it, which is true to
- 41:27Speaker 5: a varying extent. But like I said, it just depends
- 41:31Speaker 5: on what the action is and it depends on what
- 41:34Speaker 5: they want to accomplish. If it's more confrontational, if it's
- 41:37Speaker 5: more violent, they tend to just work autonomously. I mean
- 41:41Speaker 5: that's Antifa's– That's how they operate, because they want to
- 41:46Speaker 5: make it as difficult as possible that should there be
- 41:50Speaker 5: blowback from law enforcement, it makes it harder for them
- 41:53Speaker 5: to be able to be caught. And of course, Antifa
- 41:59Speaker 5: here in the Twin Cities is very, very strong because
- 42:03Speaker 5: they viewed what happened back in 2020 as a victory.
- 42:06Speaker 5: I mean, they've neutered The Minneapolis Police Department. A lot
- 42:13Speaker 5: of the officers are very frustrated that they can't do
- 42:15Speaker 5: anything to actually take on criminals. So when it comes
- 42:18Speaker 5: to crowd control, when it comes to responding to unrest,
- 42:21Speaker 5: the MP & D can't really do anything. Minneapolis relies
- 42:25Speaker 5: on the state patrol. They even had, when they were
- 42:28Speaker 5: attacking the hotels where they thought ICE agents were at, which,
- 42:31Speaker 5: spoiler alert, there weren't any, Minnesota deployed their Department of
- 42:35Speaker 5: Natural Resources officers instead of MPD, because MPD can't really
- 42:40Speaker 5: do anything. That's how ridiculous this is. And that's why
- 42:44Speaker 5: they're so emboldened. The far left is so emboldened to
- 42:47Speaker 5: be able to do these things against federal agents because
- 42:50Speaker 5: they're used to their local police not responding in any
- 42:53Speaker 5: significant way.
- 42:55Speaker 2: What about the Trump administration? What are you seeing in
- 42:57Speaker 2: terms of their presence? And what does the Trump administration
- 43:00Speaker 2: need to do here? Is it possible for President Trump
- 43:04Speaker 2: and the federal government to get all of this under control?
- 43:07Speaker 5: I think so. I mean, they're not backing down, which
- 43:09Speaker 5: is which is a good first step. But I think also,
- 43:12Speaker 5: I mean, having even just signaling that the 11th Airborne,
- 43:16Speaker 5: which is based in Alaska, is basically being put on
- 43:19Speaker 5: standby for potential deployment.
- 43:21Speaker 1: That's significant.
- 43:22Speaker 5: I mean, it's certainly they certainly would be at home
- 43:25Speaker 5: right now here in Minnesota with the temperatures and it's
- 43:28Speaker 5: supposed to get colder. So I actually think, you know,
- 43:32Speaker 5: barring anything other significant taking place within the next couple
- 43:35Speaker 5: of weeks. I think things are going to slow down
- 43:37Speaker 5: in terms of street action just because it's going to
- 43:39Speaker 5: be like negative.
- 43:40Speaker 1: 20 like this time next week.
- 43:43Speaker 5: But again, they are preparing for fighting season, which is
- 43:46Speaker 5: probably around April, May. So the Trump administration would definitely–
- 43:51Speaker 5: and I think they know this. They're going to take
- 43:53Speaker 5: advantage of that lull. to prepare even more to crack
- 43:58Speaker 5: down on not just carrying out these operations, but also
- 44:01Speaker 5: responding to this unrest.
- 44:03Speaker 2: It might be getting colder, but it looks like these
- 44:05Speaker 2: left-wing terrorists in some cases are taking their actions indoors.
- 44:09Speaker 2: I spent most of the show talking about how they
- 44:12Speaker 2: poured into this Baptist church this weekend in St. Paul,
- 44:17Speaker 2: which seems like things are being taken to another level now.
- 44:20Speaker 2: If you're pouring into a church and menacing the congregations—
- 44:24Speaker 2: Do you expect to see more of that?
- 44:27Speaker 1: Yeah, potentially.
- 44:28Speaker 5: But I think now, because you see Don Lemon and
- 44:32Speaker 5: the people that were involved, they're trying to cover their tracks,
- 44:34Speaker 5: trying to cover themselves by saying, oh, well, this is
- 44:38Speaker 5: protected by the First Amendment.
- 44:39Speaker 1: And it's like, well, I don't know about that. And
- 44:41Speaker 1: so I.
- 44:43Speaker 5: Think the DOJ is going to do a good job
- 44:45Speaker 5: in holding the people accountable just because they're– I mean
- 44:48Speaker 5: they live streamed their own crimes, alleged crimes.
- 44:51Speaker 1: They didn't make any attempt to hide their faces. We
- 44:52Speaker 1: know who was involved.
- 44:53Speaker 5: I mean you just– subpoena Don Lemon's phone to see
- 44:57Speaker 5: who he was talking to that was organizing all this.
- 45:00Speaker 1: So I think this should be a slam dunk.
- 45:03Speaker 5: And I'm no legal expert, but the other legal experts
- 45:06Speaker 5: that I know said that this is a slam dunk.
- 45:08Speaker 5: So if they're able to act quickly and put these people,
- 45:13Speaker 5: hold them accountable, maybe not.
- 45:16Speaker 1: But then again, you don't know.
- 45:17Speaker 5: And that's the scary part because people are so angry.
- 45:21Speaker 5: They're caught in this constant outrage cycle with their social
- 45:24Speaker 5: media and what they're seeing in the news about how
- 45:26Speaker 5: evil it is to enforce immigration law. It's really radicalized
- 45:31Speaker 5: people to do things that they maybe not would have done.
- 45:36Speaker 5: So yeah, we're in it for the long haul this year.
- 45:40Speaker 5: And I thought last year was like pretty bad in
- 45:42Speaker 5: terms of the reaction. And I and I thought that, OK,
- 45:46Speaker 5: maybe it might be like like that again this year, but,
- 45:49Speaker 5: you know, a little bit later.
- 45:51Speaker 1: But nope, we had to be Minneapolis in January.
- 45:54Speaker 5: If there was going to be any place in January,
- 45:55Speaker 5: it would have been Minneapolis to to kick kick things
- 45:58Speaker 5: off a riot season.
- 45:58Speaker 1: And so. I'm very much expecting to be very busy
- 46:02Speaker 1: this year.
- 46:02Speaker 2: So, Julio, for those who don't realize, Julio, you've covered
- 46:05Speaker 2: a lot of riots since 2020. You've been keeping an
- 46:10Speaker 2: eye on all of the stuff going on in the country.
- 46:12Speaker 2: You're often front and center capturing this on camera. What
- 46:16Speaker 2: is it like in terms of your safety? We just
- 46:18Speaker 2: saw a video, I'm going to play it coming up,
- 46:19Speaker 2: of Nick Sorter having his camera equipment stolen from him.
- 46:24Speaker 2: this weekend and then he was dragged by his hand
- 46:27Speaker 2: uh in the door of a vehicle down down a
- 46:30Speaker 2: pretty big stretch of roadway um what's the safety situation
- 46:34Speaker 2: like as you cover this.
- 46:37Speaker 1: Um it's a little bit to be desired but that's
- 46:39Speaker 1: what makes it fun um and it's just important right
- 46:42Speaker 1: it's important to be at these things because like i
- 46:45Speaker 1: said there's there's all these people that have their own
- 46:48Speaker 1: agendas to get, you know, with their side of the story,
- 46:50Speaker 1: even though it might not be the complete story.
- 46:52Speaker 5: And so, you know, I've just always viewed it as
- 46:54Speaker 5: being important to be on the ground, show what's actually happening.
- 46:58Speaker 5: And yeah, there's, there's danger for that because obviously the
- 47:01Speaker 5: far left Antifa, they don't like my reporting because it's accurate.
- 47:05Speaker 5: It's actually showing what they're doing. And so you just
- 47:08Speaker 5: take it day by day, you know, just trusting God
- 47:10Speaker 5: as I do on a daily basis. And, you know,
- 47:12Speaker 5: I'm going to keep doing it as long as I'm
- 47:15Speaker 5: able to.
- 47:16Speaker 4: All right.
- 47:16Speaker 2: Well, keep up the good work, Julio. Always appreciate you, man.
- 47:19Speaker 2: And stay safe out there, okay?
- 47:21Speaker 1: Thanks.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Thanks, Julio. There he is, Julio Rosas, great reporter, United
- 47:25Speaker 2: States Marine, covering what's going on on the ground in
- 47:28Speaker 2: Minneapolis right now. That's the scene of the chaos. So,
- 47:31Speaker 2: of course, that's where he goes. And there's a great
- 47:34Speaker 2: group of reporters who do this from all different outlets
- 47:37Speaker 2: who have gotten the pleasure to know through the years
- 47:40Speaker 2: and just so impressive. We call them generally the Riot Squad,
- 47:43Speaker 2: and they're out there covering all of it.
- 47:45Speaker 8: Thanks, guys.
- 47:46Speaker 2: OK, let me let me bring up Nick Sorter now. Nick,
- 47:50Speaker 2: Nick's a great independent journalist. We've had him on the
- 47:53Speaker 2: show a bunch. We've I've had him stop by the
- 47:55Speaker 2: radio show a lot in the last two weeks or
- 47:57Speaker 2: so because he just keeps being in the middle of
- 47:59Speaker 2: some of the most important stories, capturing all this really
- 48:01Speaker 2: important footage, whether it's about the the the anti-ICE lunacy
- 48:06Speaker 2: and terrorism or it's the Somali fraud operations going on.
- 48:11Speaker 2: in the state of Minnesota. He's just been doing well.
- 48:14Speaker 2: But this weekend, we get this new video of Somalis
- 48:18Speaker 2: stealing Nick's camera. So Nick is in his vehicle. He's
- 48:21Speaker 2: got his window rolled down. And the beginning of the video,
- 48:25Speaker 2: Somali grabs his camera. Talk about third world. Grabs his
- 48:30Speaker 2: camera directly out of his hands inside of the car
- 48:32Speaker 2: and then takes off running with this thing. Gets into
- 48:35Speaker 2: a vehicle and and then drives off. Nick gives chase,
- 48:39Speaker 2: and when Nick tries to open the door of the
- 48:42Speaker 2: thief's vehicle, his hand gets stuck in the handle, and
- 48:45Speaker 2: you're going to see him in this video get dragged
- 48:48Speaker 2: down the road until, as I understand it, Nick was
- 48:50Speaker 2: able to rip the handle off of the door in
- 48:54Speaker 2: order to free his hand. Watch this. Take a look.
- 48:57Speaker 1: Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey!
- 48:59Speaker 6: Hey, get... What did she just do?
- 49:00Speaker 8: She fucking.
- 49:04Speaker 1: Oh, she's not.
- 49:04Speaker 2: The thief steals the camera... Nick gives Chase perspective here
- 49:09Speaker 2: from Nick's colleagues inside the vehicle.
- 49:13Speaker 1: She took Nick's camera.
- 49:16Speaker 2: They're running down the street. You see Nick's got his
- 49:17Speaker 2: hand stuck in the driver's side door. Now he's running
- 49:21Speaker 2: with the car. The thief is not stopping. Nick is stuck.
- 49:26Speaker 2: This is as perilous as it gets. I mean, this
- 49:28Speaker 2: is a very dangerous situation for Nick. Nick is just
- 49:30Speaker 2: running so that he doesn't get crushed by the rear
- 49:33Speaker 2: tires and trip over or anything. His hand's stuck the
- 49:35Speaker 2: whole time. What happened, Nick?
- 49:37Speaker 1: They just stole my camera.
- 49:39Speaker 2: Right out of your hand while you're in the car?
- 49:40Speaker 7: That's what the fuck you wanted, right?
- 49:42Speaker 1: Some twerp just screaming at him. Random Somalis then start
- 49:45Speaker 1: yelling at him.
- 49:45Speaker 2: He's got to get out of here as.
- 49:47Speaker 1: If he's not in the United States of America. You
- 49:50Speaker 1: got to leave.
- 49:51Speaker 2: What do you mean I got to leave?
- 49:52Speaker 5: It's America.
- 49:53Speaker 6: I'm standing on an American street in an American city.
- 50:12Speaker 2: How about you leave? And they're screaming at him. The
- 50:16Speaker 2: guy just had thousands of dollars worth of camera equipment
- 50:18Speaker 2: stolen from him. I saw that it was, I believe
- 50:21Speaker 2: it was Mike Davis, the great Mike Davis of the
- 50:23Speaker 2: Article 3 Project, who jumped in on X this weekend
- 50:27Speaker 2: and said, don't worry, Nick, I've got you covered. He
- 50:30Speaker 2: made a big contribution to Nick's reporting, donated some money
- 50:33Speaker 2: to him on Venmo. And he said, I gave you
- 50:35Speaker 2: enough to get two cameras to replace the one that
- 50:37Speaker 2: they stole from you. So Nick getting that new gear,
- 50:40Speaker 2: which is good news. That means he can stay out there,
- 50:42Speaker 2: keep capturing all of this. Nick's got to stay safe, though.
- 50:45Speaker 2: Every time I talk to him, and just like Julio,
- 50:47Speaker 2: all these guys, stay safe. All these people are covering
- 50:51Speaker 2: their faces. Do what you can. Kind of maintain that
- 50:53Speaker 2: low profile. Get the mask on, whatever is necessary. But man,
- 50:57Speaker 2: they're going absolutely crazy. How sad that you can't, as
- 51:00Speaker 2: a journalist, cover what's going on in an American community
- 51:04Speaker 2: without being assaulted. If you're going to tell the truth... that's,
- 51:09Speaker 2: that's perilous.
- 51:10Speaker 1: That's perilous.
- 51:11Speaker 2: My, my buddy Chris Plant often says, nothing gets you
- 51:14Speaker 2: in trouble like the truth. Nothing. And Nick's, Nick's doing that. Yeah,
- 51:19Speaker 2: that's crazy. So yeah, no, Nick, somebody asked, did he
- 51:22Speaker 2: report it to the police? Yeah, they, I think they
- 51:24Speaker 2: did right away. In fact, in this, in the longer footage,
- 51:27Speaker 2: Nick is instantly asking his colleagues if anybody's called 911 yet.
- 51:31Speaker 2: And yes, they do have the, at least they do
- 51:35Speaker 2: have the, The license plate captured on camera. So yeah,
- 51:39Speaker 2: they're chasing this guy down. Hopefully we get more answers
- 51:41Speaker 2: on that really soon. Somebody says, hey, Vince.
- 51:44Speaker 5: Who is this?
- 51:44Speaker 1: Fritz231.
- 51:45Speaker 2: Hey, Vince, at least Haley shows up clean shaven. Hey,
- 51:48Speaker 2: it's MLK Day. I don't know. I just felt like
- 51:50Speaker 2: I'd grow the beard out a little bit. And yeah,
- 51:54Speaker 2: you're right. Haley's much better looking. What do you want?
- 51:56Speaker 2: What do you want me to do? I don't think
- 51:59Speaker 2: it matters if I shave. I think she's going to
- 52:01Speaker 2: beat me in that category.
- 52:03Speaker 8: Yeah, it's fine.
- 52:04Speaker 2: It's fine. I hope Julio is armed, says DLRice64. Yeah,
- 52:09Speaker 2: I hope so, too. I hope these guys just need
- 52:11Speaker 2: to stay safe. And staying strapped is a good way
- 52:14Speaker 2: to do it. It's a very good way to do it. Yes, indeed.
- 52:20Speaker 2: Somebody likes the beard. Thank you.
- 52:21Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 52:22Speaker 2: I'm going to shave it tonight, though. Beards get frustrating
- 52:25Speaker 2: very quickly. And then I have to shave them and
- 52:28Speaker 2: get rid of them. That's always the plan.
- 52:31Speaker 1: All right.
- 52:32Speaker 2: So, you know, that's that's that's really that's that's the
- 52:34Speaker 2: big news out of Minneapolis right now. The chaos continues.
- 52:37Speaker 2: And you and I are desperate for operations here to
- 52:41Speaker 2: go after these guys that that really needs to happen.
- 52:44Speaker 2: You know, the feds are charging all sorts of people.
- 52:46Speaker 2: Do you see that the federal government has just charged
- 52:49Speaker 2: a man who threatened to kill J.D.
- 52:52Speaker 4: Vance?
- 52:53Speaker 2: You see that the feds have charged a man who
- 52:55Speaker 2: threatened to bomb J.D. Vance? when he went to the
- 53:00Speaker 2: Disneyland resort last year, remember JD went to Disneyland and
- 53:03Speaker 2: he had lefties screaming at him like lunatics because they're
- 53:06Speaker 2: emotionally incontinent, can't control themselves. He goes there. And when
- 53:10Speaker 2: he was there, there was a guy called Marco Antonio
- 53:14Speaker 2: Aguayo who posted to Instagram that pipe bombs had been
- 53:19Speaker 2: placed in preparation for JD Vance's arrival at Disneyland. And
- 53:25Speaker 2: he was just tracked down and arrested on Friday for
- 53:30Speaker 2: posting plans on social media to kill J.D.
- 53:33Speaker 8: Vance.
- 53:35Speaker 2: They just caught him. Took a while. They finally got
- 53:38Speaker 2: him into custody. They had to surrender his phone. The FBI,
- 53:44Speaker 2: the Secret Service and local police have all investigated the case.
- 53:48Speaker 2: And now they've slapped him with these federal criminal charges.
- 53:51Speaker 2: Bill Assele is the U.S. attorney there. in California, who
- 53:57Speaker 2: announced all of this. He said the following about what
- 54:00Speaker 2: exactly went down as they got this guy. He said,
- 54:03Speaker 2: Marco Antonio Aguayo, 22, of Anaheim, is now in the
- 54:07Speaker 2: unhappiest place on earth. That's pretty funny. Today, Aguayo was
- 54:10Speaker 2: arrested and charged with threatening to kill Vice President Vance
- 54:13Speaker 2: with pipe bombs last summer when the vice president and
- 54:16Speaker 2: his family visited Disneyland. If convicted, Aguayo faces up to
- 54:19Speaker 2: five years in federal prison. Five years, that's it? I
- 54:23Speaker 2: kind of feel like it might get more for threatening
- 54:25Speaker 2: to kill the president or the vice president. He says,
- 54:27Speaker 2: a threat to kill a public official is a federal crime.
- 54:30Speaker 2: First Amendment rights don't extend to threats to kill or
- 54:32Speaker 2: injure others, especially our nation's elected officials. Such conduct will
- 54:37Speaker 2: not be tolerated and will not go unpunished. Yeah, I
- 54:42Speaker 2: was looking through these documents, and I don't know if
- 54:45Speaker 2: you can see this. If you're on screen, rumble.com slash Vince,
- 54:48Speaker 2: look at the guy's email address.
- 54:50Speaker 1: He's got... So.
- 54:52Speaker 2: This guy that they've busted, Aguayo, his email address is
- 54:58Speaker 2: dumblittleboy28 at gmail.com. Dumblittleboy. Yeah, that's fair. That's true. He's
- 55:09Speaker 2: a dumb little boy. But now he's a dumb little criminal.
- 55:12Speaker 2: They got him in custody. So very good news. Very
- 55:16Speaker 2: good news indeed. Other good news, the United States military
- 55:20Speaker 2: found and killed a terrorist leader going into the weekend,
- 55:24Speaker 2: who was behind that attack on those Iowa guardsmen, those
- 55:27Speaker 2: National Guardsmen from Iowa in Syria. Remember when President Trump
- 55:30Speaker 2: promised that we would kill the bad guys who did
- 55:34Speaker 2: this to the National Guardsmen, killed our National Guard? Why
- 55:37Speaker 2: are Iowa National Guardsmen in Syria? Can we go back
- 55:39Speaker 2: to that? Why do we have them in Syria at all?
- 55:42Speaker 2: But here's the answer.
- 55:45Speaker 5: U.S.
- 55:45Speaker 2: Forces have eliminated the terror leader who was linked to
- 55:48Speaker 2: the death of those National Guardsmen. American military forces carried
- 55:52Speaker 2: out a strike in Syria, killing these al-Qaeda affiliated terrorists.
- 55:59Speaker 2: That announcement coming to us from Central Command, CENTCOM, on Saturday.
- 56:03Speaker 2: The Friday strike was the third CENTCOM executed, third that
- 56:07Speaker 2: CENTCOM had executed, rather, as a part of Operation Hawkeye Strike.
- 56:11Speaker 2: which the Department of War Combatant Command launched in retaliation
- 56:15Speaker 2: for that ambush, which killed National Guardsman Sergeants Edgar Brian
- 56:19Speaker 2: Torres Tavar and William Nathaniel Howard, as well as their interpreter.
- 56:24Speaker 2: CENTCOM previously carried out other attacks against ISIS targets in
- 56:27Speaker 2: Syria on both December 19th of 2025 and January 10th.
- 56:31Speaker 2: The deceased terrorist's name, Bilal Hassan al-Jazeem, an experienced al-Qaeda
- 56:38Speaker 2: affiliate leader, who plotted the attacks and was directly connected
- 56:42Speaker 2: with the ISIS gunmen who killed those National Guardsmen. They said,
- 56:47Speaker 2: the death of a terrorist operative linked to the death
- 56:50Speaker 2: of three Americans demonstrates our resolve in pursuing terrorists who
- 56:53Speaker 2: attack our forces. Yeah, F-A-F-O, we wiped another terrorist off
- 56:58Speaker 2: the map. Let's get our Guardsmen out of Syria, by
- 57:00Speaker 2: the way. No more Iowa National Guardsmen in Syria. There's
- 57:03Speaker 2: no reason for that. I haven't heard anybody justify that.
- 57:08Speaker 2: Not well, at least. Let's get them out of there.
- 57:11Speaker 2: And then finally, President Trump has upped the ante this
- 57:13Speaker 2: weekend in his pursuit of Greenland. He really wants Greenland,
- 57:16Speaker 2: ladies and gentlemen. He really would like Greenland for the
- 57:19Speaker 2: United States. This is a national security priority. It's designed
- 57:22Speaker 2: to push back on China's encroachment on the Western Hemisphere
- 57:27Speaker 2: and to help protect the mainland United States by having
- 57:30Speaker 2: our full perimeter protected. That would include Greenland. Over the weekend,
- 57:34Speaker 2: President Trump slapped tariffs. on eight European countries, eight of them,
- 57:39Speaker 2: announced in a Truth Social post that Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany,
- 57:45Speaker 2: the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Finland are all now
- 57:48Speaker 2: going to face a 10% tariff on all their goods
- 57:51Speaker 2: starting on February 1st. And then the rate will jump
- 57:54Speaker 2: to 25% on June 1st. And then it stays until
- 57:57Speaker 2: a deal is reached for the, quote, complete and total
- 58:01Speaker 2: purchase of Greenland. He says it's time. It's time for
- 58:07Speaker 2: Denmark to give it to us. World peace is at stake,
- 58:10Speaker 2: he wrote. And he also said that Russia and China
- 58:12Speaker 2: want Greenland. And he mocked Denmark's defenses as, quote, two
- 58:18Speaker 2: dog sleds. It's not much of a defense system. European
- 58:25Speaker 2: leaders are whining right now. They're whining about this. Those
- 58:30Speaker 2: nations are whining. They've released all sorts of bitchy statements
- 58:34Speaker 2: saying that they're very mad at Trump for imposing tariffs
- 58:36Speaker 2: on them. But I think President Trump made it really
- 58:39Speaker 2: clear how you get out of this. Tell the Danes
- 58:42Speaker 2: it's time.
- 58:43Speaker 1: It's time.
- 58:44Speaker 2: Greenland is ours now. We need it. And we need
- 58:46Speaker 2: China and Russia not to be there. So that's the
- 58:50Speaker 2: game plan. We've got a lot more to discuss today
