- 0:00SPEAKER_01: This place that we went in Mexico was so special.
- 0:04SPEAKER_01: So it's in the mountains.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: It's an hour and a half from Mexico City.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: I had one of my clients, I'm like, listen, I really think you're supposed to come.
- 0:13SPEAKER_01: And then one of my friends and neighbors, she came as well.
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: So the two of them were like hanging out a lot the whole time.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: And they went into the town and they have this like amazing experience where they find this magical store.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: They're like obsessed with everything in the store.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: They bought a bunch of stuff, but then like they leave.
- 0:29SPEAKER_01: And the next day they're like, we have to go back to that store.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: There was like more stuff they wanted.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: They loved the owner.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: Like it was just like a whole thing for them.
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: So they go back the next day and the store doesn't exist.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: Like, literally doesn't exist.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: It's not like it's closed.
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: They were like Elise.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: We walked around the entire town.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: It's not a big town.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: They walked around the entire town multiple times.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: They retraced their steps, and the store does not exist.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: I'm Elise Bassine, trauma and breath work expert and creator of the Metamorphosis Method, the only methodology bridging the gap between spiritual healing and clinical trauma work.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: In this podcast, you'll discover my unique perspective on trauma healing and how it is the gateway to fully reclaiming your consciousness.
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: You'll hear stories and teachings that expand your mind as you discover how every relationship challenge, business block, or limiting pattern is an invitation to reclaim the parts of your consciousness you unknowingly gave away.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: Now let's dive in.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: So this week we have another episode of Don't Let Them with Elise and Robin.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: And this episode is just kind of like a hodgepodge in a very good way of us like catching up with each other because we literally hadn't really talked a lot all of July.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: And we go deep into some magical things that happened on my Mexico retreat.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: Also, just like kind of nuances of reading energy with clients in person versus online.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: And then we also, Robin gives me her ADHD quiz, which was really fun.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: So I think you guys are gonna love this episode and get a lot out of it.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: Also, we'll link Robin's ADHD quiz in the show notes so you guys can all do it.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: It was really fun, and it's a really great reframe of you know something that you think is something you might struggle with to actually how it's really your superpower.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: Please enjoy the episode.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: Just a couple things.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: Again, the mini morphosis, highly recommend purchasing if you haven't already.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: Also, I'm now enrolling for the next round of the metamorphosis method certification.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: And that will be starting sometime in September.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: If you don't know about that, I'll link it below.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: But in my certification, I teach you how to do what I do essentially.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: So you learn how to facilitate breath work for groups, private, online, in person.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: And you also learn how to take people on a journey of transformation to pinpoint their core wound or their childhood trauma that is blocking them from creating what they desire in their life.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: And I show you how to pinpoint it and transmute it with clients.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: And if you work with clients in any capacity, this is such an important skill set because I feel like so much of what's out there in terms of somatic work, transformation therapy, there's usually something missing from it.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: And I give you the full package of how to understand why somebody's struggling and how to take them on a journey of transmuting it permanently.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: I mean, you learn how to be a really skillful practitioner and you really learn how to trust your own gifts and intuition and infuse that into the tools that I teach you in the certification.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: And I'm continually blown away at the transformation that people have here.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: Um, a lot of the women who came into this round had a lot of doubt in their ability to actually do this.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: And they're all doing so amazing right now.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: I mean, two of them are already starting to work with clients and taking them on longer term journeys.
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: And the other two are ready.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: Like one of them said to me, and this one of them said to me the other day, because she had a lot of doubt in her ability to really do this.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: And, you know, she came on the call last week and she was like, I really see how this is gonna happen for me.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: Like I see the path forward.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: And everybody kind of gets to that point.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: So if you know you want to work with clients to help create a transformation for them, if you know you have that talent and ability and you want to have your own business where you get paid to share your gifts with the world and take women on a transformation, have an impact in their lives.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: This is the only skill set you need, I'm telling you.
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: Like that's why I have women who come in who've done other breath work certifications, other coaching certifications, because they want to have a skill set where they can take someone confidently on a long-term journey of transformation and the skill set to build a business around it.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: And that's what you get in the certification.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: So if you have questions, please reach out.
- 5:31SPEAKER_01: Also, if you're interested in coming in, schedule a call with me.
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: I'll link that below.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: I like to get on calls with everybody who is interested in coming in.
- 5:38SPEAKER_01: Even if you're like, I'm not sure, but I know that I'm drawn to it.
- 5:42SPEAKER_01: Let's get on a call.
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: We'll talk about your specific situation and how this could help you specifically in building your business and also personally.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: That's happening.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: Definitely reach out to me if you're interested in that.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: Also, don't forget to rate and review the show.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Send me a screenshot of your review, and you will get a$250 credit to apply to joining anything new in my world that includes a certification, the metamorphosis, private work, anything.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: Don't forget to do that, especially if you love the show.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much for being here.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: I will talk to you all soon and enjoy the episode with Robin.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: Hi, everyone.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: Welcome back to Don't Let Them with Elisa and Robin.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: This is our August episode.
- 6:30SPEAKER_01: She's laughing.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: And we were just like spitballing, like, what are we gonna talk about?
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: And I think we're just gonna see where it goes because Robin and I have not really even hardly talked.
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: Like, we've talked, but not like really since like our last episode because I've been traveling.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: Robin is traveling, and we're just gonna catch up and see where things go.
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: I'm just coming off of this Mexico retreat that I'm totally jazzed about.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: Robin is in San Diego or in Dana Point, she's been at the beach, she's working Wall Street hours right now.
- 7:05SPEAKER_01: So, Robin, how are you?
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: First of all, I always laugh at the name of our podcast.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Don't let them so good.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: So my husband is a Wall Street guy, and we're at the beach for the summer because it's 9,000 degrees in Arizona.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: And I decided we're moving here.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love this for you guys.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: I do too.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: He's about 60% on board because it's a process, but in my consciousness, we have already moved here.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: So I love this.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: Same.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: So you're done with Scottsdale?
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: You know, the 3D always moves slower than my multidimensional self.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: But I just feel like that we're both so alive here, and to be able to be at the water every single day and to be out of the heat of Arizona has just been so good for us.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: So we've just been having a good time here.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: It's been a lot of fun this summer.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: And I don't know if I ever told you this, but when I was 16, my family came to California for the first time.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: We did our family pilgrimage to Disneyland.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: Oh, geez.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: My mom and dad were school teachers, and we didn't have we had enough money, but we didn't have to be a good one.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: We were mine.
- 8:21SPEAKER_01: I think I mean we've talked about that, but it is a weird thing to have both your parents be teachers.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: It is.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: And so, in order to come out here on a teacher's budget from South Dakota all the way to California, we borrowed my grandfather's Winnebago.
- 8:37unknown: Oh my God.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: With a cassette player that my sisters and brother and I listened to Genesis Invisible Touch cassette all the way to California and all the way home.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: How long of a drive is that?
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: Fucking long.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: Probably 24 hours, maybe more.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: It was the 80s, so who knows?
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: The reason I'm bringing this up is because the first time I ever, so it was 15 and a half.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: And the first time I ever realized that I was any kind of pretty or any kind of anything other than a kid from South Dakota was when I was on the beach in Laguna.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: And I was there with my family, and my my sisters were 12 or 13, and I was 15.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: And they would whisper to me, Oh, those kids are looking at you or whatever.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: And they said at that beach, they said they were all whispering about who's the new girl, and they were talking about you, Rob.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: And I just had this, I came alive at 15 and a half on the beach in Laguna.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: So this location, Laguna's just right up the road, has been always such a big central part of my story, I'll say, just as like from my consciousness perspective.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: So it doesn't surprise me a whole lot that we want to come out here and stay here.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: But anyway, I just wanted to share that because this has always been so special.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: I get it.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: And I love being at the beach.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: I try to be at the beach as much as possible in the summer because it's my happy place.
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: And I love being tan.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: You look tan.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: I'm so tan.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I know.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm so tan too.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: My family is Norwegian and Scottish, and here I am.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: I owe it to a great grandmother who was First Nations Cree.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: I really think that that's part of my ability to get a little bit to tan.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: I can't explain it exactly because my sisters are both from that same bloodline and they're white as snow.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: I'm Italian, so I think that's why I tan really well, but I also think it's something about like being able to commune with the sun in this way or something.
- 10:41SPEAKER_01: I've always had the ability to do that.
- 10:42SPEAKER_01: And then I remember when I went to Italy for the first time, I would just like bake in the sun and like never get burnt.
- 10:50SPEAKER_01: It would not affect me at all.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: I would just get tan.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: And I also think it was because like I just was absorbing it or something.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: I don't know how to explain it, but there was something about Exactly the same.
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: Exactly the same.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: I don't know what it is.
- 11:03SPEAKER_01: And I don't really burn.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: Like I'll burn the first time I go out in the summer, and then it turns to tan.
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: And then I don't the only time I'll wear a sunblock is if I'm like gonna be on the beach for eight or 10 hours or something.
- 11:17SPEAKER_01: And then a certain point I'll be like, all right, I better put it on.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: But other than that, I don't wear sunscreen either.
- 11:23SPEAKER_01: And my husband's half Italian.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: He looks he's so handsome.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, with a tan.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: Everybody looks better with a tan.
- 11:30SPEAKER_01: My kids are so tan and they look so good.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: I'm like, you guys are so adorable.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I've always had that same sun thing.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: Like, I remember being I grew up in the 80s, so we were like using baby oil and crisp or something.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: But yeah, there's something about the sun for me that is just so powerful and beautiful.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: And it's weird here because I'm right on the beach, so we get that marine layer every morning.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: So it's cloudy about 11, and then the sun comes out and it's great for the rest of the day.
- 12:00SPEAKER_02: So I love that.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: I have some weird things that have happened here, can I tell you?
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: So we've been here, we'll be here a total of a month.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: So this will be the first day we got here was mid-July.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: So we get to the beach, we get into the condo, Cooper's with us, our dog, and go to bed, and it's raining out.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: And all of a sudden, at 3:30 in the morning, there's this big kaboom right outside of our door.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: It was the weirdest thing.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: It was like when thunder and lightning happens at the same time, it was like this boom, right?
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: And I was like, that's weird.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: And the other weird thing very subtly happened when I first arrived.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: I literally stepped out of the car and I felt like this little earthquake right under my feet.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: I don't know if anyone else felt it.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: It was not recorded, but I felt so earthquake and then thunderstrike, and then like last week, I think it was we had tsunami watches as well from that week in Russia.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: So there have been all of these little interesting earth events phenomenon place while I've been here.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I look at it from like a 3D perspective, oh, it's just that, but also I am always looking at it from a more galactic or energetic perspective on just like how I'm feeling while I'm here.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: Right before that tsunami watch, I was standing out by the ocean and I was just like, I had this feeling of I have no, I have to live here.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: The last time I ever felt like that was when I was in college.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: I'd gone away for two years to Omaha, to a Catholic women's college, and I was home for the summer after my second year, and I was driving down the interstate in my little red college girl car, and I thought I have to move home.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: Like it was that definitive, and this feels very much the same.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: So that's why I say we're moving here.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because you just knew, yeah, and all the signs are pointing there exactly.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: So, what's been going on on your end with earth phenomena?
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: And I have to say, like, this place that we went in Mexico was so special.
- 14:05SPEAKER_01: It's hard to describe.
- 14:07SPEAKER_01: I can equate it to like Sedona in the sense of like the energy, like meaning like it's a palpable felt energy.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: It's not the same energy as Sedona.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, when you go to Sedona, it's like a palpable energy of something is special here or there's something here.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: That's what it was like.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: So it's in the mountains, it's like an hour and a half from Mexico City.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: The veil is thinner there, or something.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: And everything was just in such a flow, but also it was like everything you thought of just showed up in front of you immediately, like that kind of a thing.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: Everything happened in this like magical way.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: And then I'll tell you one funny story to illustrate the energy of this town.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: And also, other people had experiences like this.
- 14:55SPEAKER_01: But one of my clients who we just talked about, Elizabeth, I'll just name her because she won't care.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: Shout out to Elizabeth, because Elizabeth came in the 11th hour.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: Like we were chatting on Voxer the day before the retreat.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: She's like in this place where she's kind of like trying to figure out like what's next for her, kind of a thing.
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: And I'm listening to her talk and I'm like, oh, she is supposed to come to the retreat.
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: I just knew it in that moment.
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: But also, I'm like, oh, it's like less than 24 hours before the retreat.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: But I had this full body knowing that like she was meant to be there.
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, all right, well, I'm just gonna tell her.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: And with stuff like that, I never want to be like pressury to people because I know that people, especially my clients, they like take everything I say seriously.
- 15:41SPEAKER_01: And I didn't want her to feel like she had to make this crazy decision.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: So I'm like, listen, I really think you're supposed to come, but no pressure, whatever.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: And like she was so funny.
- 15:53SPEAKER_01: She's like, I'm literally sitting here trying to think of a reason why I shouldn't come, but I can't think of one.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: So she ended up coming to the retreat.
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: So it was her, and then I have another one of my friends and neighbors.
- 16:06SPEAKER_01: She does my hair and makeup.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: She's has been one of my clients.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: She came as well.
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: So the two of them were like hanging out a lot the whole time.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: And they went into the town.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: So basically, there's like the retreat center, which is about, I don't know, like 10 minutes from the town.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: And it's all like in the beautiful like mountains of Mexico.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: It's beautiful.
- 16:25SPEAKER_01: So, anyway, so they go into the town and they have this like amazing experience where they find this store and it's like a magical store.
- 16:33SPEAKER_01: They're like obsessed with everything in the store.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: They bought a bunch of stuff, but then like they leave, and the next day they're like, we have to go back to that store.
- 16:41SPEAKER_01: There was like more stuff they wanted.
- 16:42SPEAKER_01: They loved the owner.
- 16:44SPEAKER_01: Like, it was just like a whole thing for them.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: So they go back the next day, and the store doesn't exist.
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: Like, literally doesn't exist.
- 16:53SPEAKER_01: It's not like it's closed.
- 16:55SPEAKER_01: It's like they were like, at least we retraced our steps of the we walked around the entire town.
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: It's not a big town.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: They walked around the entire town multiple times.
- 17:03SPEAKER_01: They retraced their steps and the store does not exist.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: Whoa.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: That's the type of thing that happens there.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: And then other people were telling me, like, we like this one guy who's from that area, like he told me some crazy stories about going into portals and other dimensions and stuff like that, like in the mountains there.
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: So it's very special.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: It's a very special place.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: It's so easy to get to, too.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: That's amazing.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: I love that when you're talking about that, it's like it reminds me of Brigadoon.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: It like appears and disappears, or Avalon, or something like that.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: It's like a conquest of timelines and or time streams and dimensions as well.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: That's fascinating.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: And then there's something in Spanish that they call it like I don't know if it's magic or miracles, but it's like they have a word for it in Spanish that means like places that are highly charged or like magic happens there or whatever.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: And that's one of those places.
- 17:58SPEAKER_01: That's amazing.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: So, what was your story?
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: What did you have any earthquakes or anything like that?
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: I didn't have any earthquakes, but it's funny because I was teaching with my friend Ed, who he's a very well-respected teacher in this like Buddhist community.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: So they had a lot of Ed, is that who we're talking about?
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: Your best friend.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: Yes, you're your competition.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: They were videoing everything and everything was being like recorded and all this stuff.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: The whole time that I'm teaching, I have I have multiple microphones on, right?
- 18:31SPEAKER_01: I have a handheld mic, plus I have a another mic that's for like the camera or whatever.
- 18:37SPEAKER_01: And one of the things that I realized is just, and I already knew this about myself, but I love being up there behind the microphone and teaching.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: It's like one of those things where like time doesn't exist.
- 18:48SPEAKER_01: And I felt like everyone had the most powerful experiences.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: Okay, I'll tell you this one thing that was crazy.
- 18:57SPEAKER_01: So this is probably like a couple of months ago when I was leading a group breath work session in the mothership.
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: And typically I have the certification students lead those, but I don't know, somebody couldn't do it and I led the breath work that day.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: And what I channeled through during the breath work was this like visualization or meditation or energy work or whatever you want to call it of this triad between your inner child, your present self, and your higher self.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: And it was like they're in a triad, and then you like bring them all together, but you're also like really connecting to the information, wisdom, and messages from all three.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: And all of that converges together to create this like awareness and healing or whatever.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: So that came through in a breath work session while leading a breath work session like two months ago.
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: And then when I was leading the breath work at the retreat, one of the participants had like this insane experience.
- 19:57SPEAKER_01: And afterwards, he comes up, or no, not even afterwards.
- 20:01SPEAKER_01: When we were sharing after the breath work, he literally describes that exact thing that his like higher self came in and took him through that exact thing, like on his own.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: Like it just happened spontaneously.
- 20:16SPEAKER_01: And it was like his higher self came through and gave him this modality or this like method to heal.
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: And it was literally like the same thing that I had channeled, which was like so crazy.
- 20:30SPEAKER_01: And he was like, it was so powerful because I don't think he'd ever experienced anything like that before.
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: And he was like blown away and he it was like a huge experience, but it was really, really cool because I didn't consciously facilitate that, right?
- 20:45SPEAKER_01: But it just happened, and there were so many things like that that people were able to move through so much in such a short period of time because not only I was teaching my stuff and doing the breath work, but then Ed teaches his energy work process and he was teaching qi gong and they were doing yoga and all of this stuff.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: So there was a lot contributing to that.
- 21:07SPEAKER_01: And like we were talking before, I think it just made me really jazzed about in-person experiences because I just see how much can shift in such a short amount of time.
- 21:17SPEAKER_01: So I feel like it's the way that we work with people remotely is amazing because it allows people to work in this way that like fits into their life and whatever, and we can impact so many more people.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: But then I feel like to come and have these like accelerated experiences is also such an important piece of the puzzle.
- 21:38SPEAKER_01: So I feel like it has to be both.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: It does have to be both, I think that because there's the when you're working interdimensionally, like across the internet or phone or whatever you're on, there's that immediacy that shifts energy that we can just do.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: It's like the butterfly effect, right?
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: On a quantum level.
- 21:58SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: But then when you get in.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Person, you have the hormones and you've got the neurotransmitters, and you've got the bioelectric connection heart to heart and brain to brain that I think accelerates everything and it accelerates everything, but it also, I think I'd be interested to see what you think about this.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: I'm just thinking it drops in on the physical some more quickly as well.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 22:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because I think that being in someone else's energy activates something even more.
- 22:29SPEAKER_01: Like another example, too, is like my client David, who I'm saying his name because he's gonna come on the podcast soon and we're probably gonna talk about this.
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: I love him so much.
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: Anyway, we've been working together for I don't know, since beginning of March, and we did a private breath work session.
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: By the way, just as a side note, it was so cool because the room that they ended up giving me was huge and it had a huge king-size bed or whatever.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: But then on the other side of the room, it had these two single beds.
- 22:57SPEAKER_01: So I made like a little office space.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: I did private sessions every day, and I had them just come to the room and they were on the little bed and I set up my little chair and everything over there.
- 23:09SPEAKER_01: So it like worked out so perfectly.
- 23:11SPEAKER_01: And then I had a bunch of sage in Palo Santo, so I was like clearing the room after every session because I don't want to sleep in and also I didn't.
- 23:21SPEAKER_01: But anyway, so he'd been dealing with something that, you know, and I'm pretty tuned into him also.
- 23:28SPEAKER_01: Like we've been working together for a while, but what I was able to get to in that one in-person session, I think it would have taken me at least a couple of months to distill that down remotely.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: So we were able to just like celebrate so much because of what I was able to see just by being in his energy and watching him breathe and like his body and that kind of thing.
- 23:52SPEAKER_01: So I think that there is a difference.
- 23:55SPEAKER_01: And I feel like it has to be, you have to kind of like come to this point where you're like, okay, we have to do something in person.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: This just came through.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: It's breathwork surgery for you.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: Like you have to be there to do to see the physiological responses.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: That you just can't.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: I have a question for you though, because when you're on calls, yeah, sessions online.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: I was just on with one of my clients, and she's got we're processing through some old, old trauma.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: And I can actually feel like energetic pulses in my own body when I'm on her, and then I'll ask, okay, what are you noticing here or there?
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: Like I can't necessarily see what's happening, obviously physically, but I can sense it.
- 24:39SPEAKER_00: And they always, she included, will always be able to articulate what I'm picking up on.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: Does that happen with you as well?
- 24:47SPEAKER_00: Like on the energy.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: So it's funny you brought this up because this is something I've been talking about with one of my students in the certification, because she will feel everything in her body, but then she feels like she can't articulate what she's feeling with words.
- 25:02SPEAKER_01: And we were talking about this of just being like asking the person, like, are you feeling this?
- 25:07SPEAKER_01: But also the other thing I was telling her is like maybe you don't need to articulate it in words.
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: Like maybe you're making yourself wrong for not being able to do that.
- 25:15SPEAKER_01: But maybe the your body is the conduit for the message and it doesn't need to be in words.
- 25:21SPEAKER_01: So yes, but for me, I think when it's remote, I don't necessarily feel it in my body.
- 25:27SPEAKER_01: I'll just have a knowing or like an awareness of what's happening.
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: But when I'm in person with someone, it's the same, but it's like I can see the body, like where I and I'm not like a body person, I'm not like uh medical intuitive.
- 25:43SPEAKER_01: Like that's not I'm not into that.
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: But I'll just watch the way that they're breathing and I'll be like, like I can just tell things.
- 25:52SPEAKER_01: Like there's no way for me to explain it, but I'll be like, oh, they need to breathe faster, or oh, like there's something coming up that they might not even be aware of, but I'll feel the like sadness or I'll feel the emotion.
- 26:07SPEAKER_01: And it's not even like I'm like viscerally feeling it, I'm just like aware of it.
- 26:12SPEAKER_01: Like it's like I'm witnessing it, but they might not even be aware of it.
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: So I have that, or I'll have an awareness of okay, they need to breathe more into their feet or whatever.
- 26:22SPEAKER_01: So like I'll have the awareness of that.
- 26:24SPEAKER_01: And it's just easier in person because I'm much more tuned into their body.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: And also like on Zoom, and I don't do a lot of Zoom breath work sessions.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: I'll do them with people when I think they need them.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: But on Zoom, it's a lot harder because like you can't really see the nuance of what's happening in someone's body.
- 26:42SPEAKER_01: It's just hard to see.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: Right, right.
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:45SPEAKER_01: But I do think that like online we just get information differently.
- 26:50SPEAKER_01: We'll sense it and we'll pick up on it energetically more than just like physically.
- 26:57SPEAKER_00: I think so.
- 26:57SPEAKER_00: And it took me a while to, especially when we started using Zoom all the time and being on camera, because I was so used to, and this went all the way back to when I was working in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: I was living in Kansas, my company was in San Diego, and I was literally my voice was the star phone in the middle of the table in the early 2000s.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: We had video, we just didn't use it very often.
- 27:21SPEAKER_00: And I could pick up on, like I would immediately see everybody who was in the room and sense like who needed to speak and when, and people would actually comment on that.
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: But in my energy work, when we first started using Zoom, it was really hard for me because I was getting so much information visually.
- 27:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 27:39SPEAKER_00: It was almost like for me, my preference continues to be just audio, audio only.
- 27:46SPEAKER_01: I get too overstimulated with the video.
- 27:49SPEAKER_01: I'm like, it's like distracting for me.
- 27:51SPEAKER_00: And then I'm also like, you have to look at your like there's this distraction with myself and the camera and everything.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: And so, like, I was wanted to go back to your client or your student who you're talking to about not being able to articulate the way that I do that is if I'm sensing something, I'll say to my client, what are you noticing right now?
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: Scan your body, see where you're picking up on that, because that I don't think that we have to always describe it.
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: But for me as a as I don't know what to call me, as a practitioner, I'll say in this work, multidimensionally, I think it is important to articulate like something, but it's up to the client to make meaning of it, not for me to make meaning of what is yeah, I think that's a really good point.
- 28:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because it goes back to the whole thing around with the like the whole Bewitch series.
- 28:42SPEAKER_01: You don't want to tell someone what it means.
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: Or what like what I'll do sometimes too is I'll be like, what do you think?
- 28:49SPEAKER_01: And then I'll see what they think.
- 28:51SPEAKER_01: And then usually it is what I think, but I'll be like, What are you?
- 28:55SPEAKER_01: And then I'll be like, that's exactly what I thought.
- 28:57SPEAKER_01: But I don't want to just tell the person because then you're not giving because even if then they did have an awareness, then you're like putting your awareness on top of it.
- 29:07SPEAKER_01: So it's like not allowing them to like tune into what's actually happening for them.
- 29:12SPEAKER_00: I think that the energetics of articulating the energetics is the hard part because so much of it is multidimensional.
- 29:21SPEAKER_00: But as the the leaders, when we're leading these sessions, I think it is important to just be asking questions of mindfulness.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: What are you noticing right now?
- 29:29SPEAKER_00: What are you aware of right now?
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: Then being able to, if it's appropriate, to assign meaning to it as well.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: But it's their meaning, not ours.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: And that is just good clinical practice anyway.
- 29:42SPEAKER_01: Totally.
- 29:42SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's the whole thing of telling someone they should like break up with someone or that whole thing.
- 29:47SPEAKER_01: It's like, I can have my opinion on something, but I'm never gonna say that.
- 29:53SPEAKER_01: I'm never gonna say, oh, this, you know, because the whole thing is like that we're just holding space for them to heal or transform or whatever in the way that they're meant to, yeah, and giving that feedback.
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: I agree.
- 30:09SPEAKER_01: And I think that'll be good for my certification students because this is like a an ongoing conversation.
- 30:15SPEAKER_01: And also, like for me personally, I get more just like knowings versus like feelings in my body.
- 30:22SPEAKER_01: Like, I might get some feelings in my body, but for me, it'll always be like a knowing.
- 30:28SPEAKER_01: And I know that not everyone works that way, and I want them to be able to really tune into like how they specifically receive information and tune into energy and all of that stuff.
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: Today I was with this client I just finished with a little while ago.
- 30:45SPEAKER_00: So I was in the her occiput.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: What I was finding is that there are a lot of old timelines that actually run through the occiput.
- 30:53SPEAKER_00: What's the occiput?
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: The occiput is where the spinal cord inserts into the skull.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
- 31:00SPEAKER_00: Right back here, there's actually a hole in your skull.
- 31:03SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 31:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 31:08SPEAKER_00: So genetically, what I find is that there are these old timelines that sit in there.
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: And the way I diagnose that is that if somebody is really being pulled into the past through depression or rumination or any kind of like regret or anything like that, typically there's an old timeline that's still active.
- 31:26SPEAKER_00: So I was because and trauma has a lot of that going on, right?
- 31:30SPEAKER_00: And there are other places it in inserts as well, like the solar plexus is another one that just comes to mind, but it can be a lot of different places.
- 31:37SPEAKER_00: But that that one, the occiput is a really major place for these timelines to run through.
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: So I was clearing this timeline and I tracked it, and there was like a almost like an energetic device that was sitting around her ear.
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: So I was clearing that.
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: Why am I sharing this with you?
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: When I was doing this work, I was getting all this tingling on the back of my head.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: And what I found is that when that's how my body communicates with me, that's how I'm understanding what's going on in my clients' bodies, is that I'm picking up on things.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: I already know how I feel.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: So that when I'm in a session, if something pops in for me, it's related to what's going on with the client.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: It's not a separate experience.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: It's that honor transference, I would say probably is the best way to describe it.
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: So when we cleared that, you know, I was getting those ruminating memories that she was having and the regret and the wish I could do things over and all of that.
- 32:35SPEAKER_00: Cognitively, if you're just trying to convince somebody cognitively that you shouldn't think about those things anymore, or it doesn't do you any good to think about them, that doesn't work.
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: You actually have to get at the energetic root of it.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: So we cleared that today.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: And afterwards, I always shoot cosmic light through the whole system to because there's a void there and something's got to fill it.
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: So I shoot their cosmic light back through to wrap it up.
- 32:58SPEAKER_00: And she just said how much more clear and light she felt about it.
- 33:02SPEAKER_00: And it never changes, like they still remember it.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: So I it's not about it, just doesn't have the charge, which is that is, I think to me, the biggest transformation is that you can look back at your life and not have regret.
- 33:17SPEAKER_00: You can just say, Jesus, I was a kid when that happened, or bless my heart, whatever.
- 33:23SPEAKER_00: That's a different perspective than pointing your finger at your past self saying I should have done all these things differently, and how stupid was I.
- 33:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I kind of want to talk about that more because I feel like I don't know.
- 33:34SPEAKER_01: For me, I never like I don't really have regrets about anything in my life.
- 33:39SPEAKER_01: I feel like I understand why everything has happened, right?
- 33:43SPEAKER_01: So even if there's things of objectively, I'm like, oh, that was stupid.
- 33:46SPEAKER_01: I feel neutral about that, but I feel like I encounter so many people that really make themselves wrong for past decisions that they made or what they perceive as to be failures or mistakes, or like, and it's this thing of this shouldn't have happened.
- 34:06SPEAKER_01: And I feel like that's such a trap.
- 34:09SPEAKER_01: And I also see that from like a childhood trauma perspective, where I feel like one of the places that from an inner child's perspective, we get caught in unconsciously is they shouldn't have done that.
- 34:20SPEAKER_01: Like my parent should have done this, or they should have done that, or this shouldn't have happened.
- 34:24SPEAKER_01: And that will keep us in this loop of wanting somehow something to change or someone to like acknowledge something.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: And then we get in this holding pattern because of it.
- 34:35SPEAKER_01: So I'm curious your thoughts on that.
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: A couple of things.
- 34:38SPEAKER_00: My first thought was generally, you don't have regrets about it.
- 34:41SPEAKER_00: I thought you're not Catholic, are you?
- 34:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but we have like Jewish guilt.
- 34:46SPEAKER_01: I know, I know, but and I do have a Catholic side of the family.
- 34:50SPEAKER_01: Your mitochondrial DNA is Catholic.
- 34:52SPEAKER_00: Well, we changed well, we changed that.
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: That'll be another story.
- 34:58SPEAKER_00: Let's put a pin in that one because that's a good thing.
- 35:00SPEAKER_00: But no, I just think that growing up Catholic, as much as I like, you know, parts of the Catholic Church and everything, even now, and I and I like the angels and the saints and all those things, that's in my bones and has been for my entire soul history being on the planet, the Catholic guilt that gets overlaid, and it's so it's not just the religious part, it's also the familial being raised by a Catholic, being having that generational transmission happening, just gets constantly overlaid on you, shouldn't have, and why did you?
- 35:37SPEAKER_00: And even going to confession and asking for files, it's not about what I have found.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: It's not even about God forgiving you, it's about you forgiving you.
- 35:47SPEAKER_00: And one of the things when I was first getting started, we were both waking up at the same time, early 2000s, and I was divorcing my college sweetheart.
- 35:58SPEAKER_00: My mom was so pissed at me.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: Get back to your marriage, that kind of thing.
- 36:02SPEAKER_00: And bless her, she was doing the best she could, I know, now, but at the time there was just so much pressure for me to go back and be a good Catholic wife and do all of the things that I was supposed to do.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: And I wasn't doing those things.
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: And I really had to come to terms with my consciousness wanting something different for my life than what I had been programmed to do.
- 36:26SPEAKER_00: And part of that was coming to terms.
- 36:29SPEAKER_00: And what do I want to say about the energetics of the Catholicism piece?
- 36:34SPEAKER_00: I had to walk away from that for a long time and really unhook from so much of that because what I found actually it was more familial than it was like the church itself.
- 36:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, totally.
- 36:45SPEAKER_01: It's like in the DNA, it's like the ancestral, it's just like uh an energetic or a like it's just a consciousness in a sense.
- 36:55SPEAKER_00: It is, and it's it's a control consciousness.
- 36:57SPEAKER_00: And it is, if I think about that, like if I had subjugated myself to that level of control when I was 28, 29, 30, we wouldn't be sitting here today.
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: But I had a strong sense of rebellion inside of me, healthy rebellion inside of me around some of these things that I was taught that I was supposed to want.
- 37:18SPEAKER_00: You're supposed to get married when you're 23 and have babies and go to Catholic church and all those things.
- 37:23SPEAKER_00: And when I finally unraveled from all of that, that was really when I took flight in terms of understanding who I was as a three-dimensional being, too.
- 37:34SPEAKER_01: Does that make sense?
- 37:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, it makes total sense.
- 37:36SPEAKER_01: And I think it's like your journey within that and that whole regret piece.
- 37:43SPEAKER_01: Because I think it's something that we all have to come to terms with.
- 37:45SPEAKER_01: But we were even talking about this yesterday on the metamorphosis call with somebody who's talking about like growing up and like having this knowing that you're different than your family, but then gaslighting yourself because they're like, why don't you want to do this?
- 38:00SPEAKER_01: Or why can't you talk to your family or eat dinner with us or whatever it is?
- 38:04SPEAKER_01: And it's one of those things where as a kid, you don't know that, like you just think there's something wrong with you, that you don't want these things that everyone else tells you you should want or that they want.
- 38:17SPEAKER_01: And then you feel like there's something wrong with you.
- 38:19SPEAKER_01: And I know that's something that I went through a lot.
- 38:22SPEAKER_01: Like I did go through that of feeling like, why am I different or why am I having a different experience than what it seems like everyone around me is having, and then thinking there must be something wrong with me.
- 38:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 38:36SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah.
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: That's such a gifted kid, ADHD, undiagnosed kid experience.
- 38:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that when we finally, oh my God, I have to change subject here.
- 38:49SPEAKER_00: Did I tell you this?
- 38:50SPEAKER_00: I created a quiz that links your major ADHD symptom to a soul contract.
- 38:57SPEAKER_00: It's not that we don't have the symptoms, I'm just reframing it to look at what's the soul contract behind it.
- 39:04SPEAKER_00: So, like, for example, time blindness.
- 39:07SPEAKER_00: The reframe from a soul level is you're here to reweave time for humanity.
- 39:15SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 39:15SPEAKER_01: Wait, I love it.
- 39:16SPEAKER_01: Wait, so tell me all the symptoms because I want to see which one is mine.
- 39:19SPEAKER_01: Oh, you should take it.
- 39:21SPEAKER_01: Okay, can you read me the questions and I'll answer?
- 39:24SPEAKER_00: That'll be fun.
- 39:25SPEAKER_00: I started my TikTok account back at the behest of my friend, our friend Christina Rice.
- 39:30SPEAKER_00: She's Robin, you have to be over there talking about this stuff.
- 39:32SPEAKER_00: I'm like, okay.
- 39:33SPEAKER_01: I know I need still do the TikTok thing too.
- 39:36SPEAKER_01: I started, but then I stopped.
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: No, I'm loving it over there, and it's been fun.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: And it keeps me really creative and on my toes as well.
- 39:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:45SPEAKER_00: So I don't mean to change the subject, but it's like when we're looking at these human symptoms, whether it's ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, we can actually start to tune into because we're not normal humans.
- 40:00SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 40:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 40:01SPEAKER_00: We're multidimensional.
- 40:02SPEAKER_00: We can see that on our neo-personality profiles, right?
- 40:05SPEAKER_00: High on openness to experiences.
- 40:07SPEAKER_00: That's the hallmark of somebody who's gonna likely have some kind of multidimensional ability, intuition, clear one of the Claire's, anything like that.
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: And then when we can understand our symptoms from the multidimensional perspective, it doesn't mean that the symptoms don't exist.
- 40:24SPEAKER_00: It's just as we have, I think, a responsibility to reframe them in a way that makes sense for who we are, rather than trying to fit our experience into some, you know, 3D.
- 40:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, or what makes sense to the consensus.
- 40:38SPEAKER_01: I had a long time of not wanting to admit that I was ADHD.
- 40:43SPEAKER_01: But then when I finally took the test, I had like everything, everyone, every one of them.
- 40:51SPEAKER_00: I didn't get diagnosed until grad school.
- 40:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: The reason that I even got diagnosed was I was actually assessing somebody in one of my internships for ADHD, and I started reading it.
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: Like, holy shit.
- 41:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 41:04SPEAKER_00: Like I have, and what happens, especially with girls who grew up in the 80s and 90s, is that we didn't get diagnosed because it's largely inattentive.
- 41:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we were well behaved and we knew how, like, I knew exactly how to look like I was like doing the right thing or look like normal.
- 41:25SPEAKER_01: So no one would have ever thought that I was having an issue.
- 41:30SPEAKER_00: So let me just tell you what the most present ADHD symptoms that I have.
- 41:33SPEAKER_00: And I really looked at what the DSM five criteria are for ADHD.
- 41:38SPEAKER_00: So I use one and then I link that to what I feel like is the soul contract.
- 41:43SPEAKER_00: So time blindness, emotional reactivity or having big feelings, task paralysis, not getting being able to get started on a task, executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, being hypersensitive to people or spaces, idea overload, constant mind chatter, trouble finishing.
- 42:02SPEAKER_00: And then the last one is impulsivity.
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: So blurning out, risk taking, having no filter.
- 42:07SPEAKER_00: So those are the I think mine is idea overload.
- 42:10SPEAKER_01: I can see that you always see the um manifesting generator, but I can totally yeah, and I feel like it's it's idea overload because it's also like I feel like I tune into like all of these different things at once, and then I get overwhelmed by all of the information.
- 42:28SPEAKER_01: So I feel like that is idea over.
- 42:31SPEAKER_01: I mean, sometimes it can be an initiating task, but I also feel like I've largely just overridden that with pure like willpower.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, for sure.
- 42:41SPEAKER_00: You can do that because you're you have a lot of intellectual power.
- 42:44SPEAKER_00: The next is when you drop into stillness, what do you know about yourself?
- 42:48SPEAKER_00: One is I'm not wired for clocks, I feel time differently.
- 42:52SPEAKER_00: Another is I absorb other people's energy without trying.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: I've always felt like a portal for other people's emotions.
- 43:00SPEAKER_00: I process reality through my senses, not logic.
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: My thoughts come in downloads, not steps.
- 43:05SPEAKER_00: I move fast because I know fast.
- 43:07SPEAKER_00: And the last one is I'm a multidimensional being with no off switch.
- 43:11SPEAKER_01: I feel like I'm all of those, but I guess I would pick like the portal for other people's emotions.
- 43:17SPEAKER_00: Would you also pick that you're a multidimensional being with no off switch?
- 43:20SPEAKER_01: Because that wouldn't Yeah, I know.
- 43:22SPEAKER_01: I talk about that all the time.
- 43:23SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I can't turn it off.
- 43:26SPEAKER_00: Well, when you're in feel flow, you feel like time bends or disappears, you become deeply attuned to other people's emotions, able to accomplish huge amounts in nonlinear bursts, completely immersed in texture, sound or sensation, like I'm channeling from another dimension, on fire with truth and activation, or the last one being like being made of stars, trying to live in a clock driven world.
- 43:51SPEAKER_01: I definitely feel like for me, the biggest thing is like I'm tuned in other people's emotions, first and foremost, although I do resonate with all of those things, but like.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: The emotion pieces, I feel like that's like my superpower.
- 44:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think so too for you.
- 44:06SPEAKER_01: Like I know what everyone is feeling all the time.
- 44:08SPEAKER_01: It's annoying.
- 44:10unknown: Yeah.
- 44:11SPEAKER_00: Turn it off, Robin.
- 44:13SPEAKER_00: I know, just turn it off.
- 44:15SPEAKER_00: How other others have described you, even if they don't understand you, always late, but somehow on time, or lives by her own rhythm, too sensitive, takes things too personally, brilliant but scattered, high maintenance, picky about environment, dreamy or spaced out, blunt, intense, unintense, or unfiltered, or having an overwhelming presence or not from here.
- 44:37SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 44:37SPEAKER_01: How would you describe me?
- 44:39SPEAKER_01: I don't know how people would describe me.
- 44:41SPEAKER_00: I would say probably blunt, intense, and unfiltered.
- 44:45SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love this for me.
- 44:47SPEAKER_01: Wait, I love that because you know what's so funny?
- 44:49SPEAKER_01: Ed and I always had this joke because he would be like, I always thought of myself as a nice person because I had the whole people pleasing thing, which I don't really have anymore.
- 44:59SPEAKER_01: And at one point he's you're a huge bitch.
- 45:02SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, No, I'm not.
- 45:03SPEAKER_01: I like got so offended.
- 45:05SPEAKER_01: And then it was probably like this was like years ago.
- 45:08SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, I can't believe.
- 45:10SPEAKER_01: And I remember I went around to Ever and I'm like, Ed thinks that I'm a bitch.
- 45:13SPEAKER_01: Like I he's so mean.
- 45:14SPEAKER_01: Like, I can't believe he said that.
- 45:16SPEAKER_01: And of course, I got everybody to agree with me that like I'm not a bitch.
- 45:20SPEAKER_01: But then it was probably about two months ago, you know, I had gone through a process of really, like, really shedding the last layers of the people pleasing stuff and the being nice.
- 45:31SPEAKER_01: And I had this like awareness where I'm like, oh my God, he was right.
- 45:38SPEAKER_01: I don't think you are.
- 45:39SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't think I am, but I also think I am in the sense that I have like strong opinions that can be cutting.
- 45:47SPEAKER_01: And I am cynical and I like to make fun of things.
- 45:53SPEAKER_00: And what are we doing here?
- 45:55SPEAKER_00: I know it just makes sense that we're doing this.
- 45:58SPEAKER_00: What you secretly wish others knew.
- 46:00SPEAKER_00: One, time doesn't work for me like it does for others.
- 46:02SPEAKER_00: Two, I feel people before they speak.
- 46:05SPEAKER_00: Three, I can't force creativity, it flows or it doesn't.
- 46:09SPEAKER_00: Four, my environment affects me on a soul level.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: Five, I'm not flaky, I'm processing multiverses.
- 46:15SPEAKER_00: I don't know what number this is.
- 46:17SPEAKER_00: Six, I think.
- 46:18SPEAKER_00: I speak fast because I am fast.
- 46:20SPEAKER_00: And the last one is I carry more than one lifetime's awareness at once.
- 46:24SPEAKER_01: Again, I I feel like I resonate with all of those, but I think the I feel people before they speak is like very much like Yeah.
- 46:32SPEAKER_01: Okay, two more.
- 46:33SPEAKER_00: What are you noticing most during this phase in your life?
- 46:36SPEAKER_00: One, my emotional volume has turned all the way up.
- 46:39SPEAKER_00: Two, my tolerance for faking or masking is gone.
- 46:43SPEAKER_00: Three, everything I used to hold together feels like an unraveling.
- 46:47SPEAKER_00: Four, I'm more intuitive than ever, but also more exhausted.
- 46:51SPEAKER_00: Five, my creativity feels stronger but harder to access.
- 46:55SPEAKER_00: Six, I finally hear my own voice and it's loud, or seven, all of the above.
- 47:00SPEAKER_00: I feel like all of the above.
- 47:02SPEAKER_01: I mean, I definitely feel like the masking thing for sure, because I I've been feeling that.
- 47:09SPEAKER_01: Obviously, we've been talking about that a lot.
- 47:10SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm gonna put all of them because that's my carry menopause question, actually.
- 47:14SPEAKER_00: Oh.
- 47:15SPEAKER_00: And then the last one is which of these is most relatable?
- 47:19SPEAKER_00: One, I constantly misplace things like they've left my field entirely.
- 47:23SPEAKER_00: Two, I struggle to finish what I start, even things I love.
- 47:26SPEAKER_00: Three, I resist doing things that feel mentally flat or energetically empty.
- 47:30SPEAKER_00: Four, I forget appointments but remember intuitive nudges perfectly.
- 47:34SPEAKER_00: That's mine.
- 47:37SPEAKER_00: I should have seen you with my schedule this morning.
- 47:39SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 47:40SPEAKER_00: I get overwhelmed trying to decide where to put my attention.
- 47:43SPEAKER_00: Six, I hear what people say but feel what they really mean.
- 47:47SPEAKER_00: And then the last one is I leave my body during tasks and then struggle to return.
- 47:51SPEAKER_01: I feel like I can feel what, like I hear what they say, but feel what they mean or whatever.
- 47:57SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 47:58SPEAKER_01: You know what's funny though?
- 47:59SPEAKER_01: The whole like task, not task avoidance, but you don't want to do things because they feel flat or whatever.
- 48:04SPEAKER_01: Because I do feel that way.
- 48:05SPEAKER_01: But here's my thing about that.
- 48:07SPEAKER_01: I feel like because Matt and I always argue about this because he's like, Can you do this?
- 48:11SPEAKER_01: And then I'll be like, that doesn't feel right for me to do right now.
- 48:15SPEAKER_01: And to him, he's thinks that I'm just like ignoring him or not listening to him, and then I forget it.
- 48:20SPEAKER_01: But really, I think I do things when I can feel it's the right time to do them.
- 48:27SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 48:28SPEAKER_01: This is a perfect example.
- 48:29SPEAKER_01: So yesterday, so I made an appointment at the dermatologist and I needed a referral.
- 48:34SPEAKER_01: And then I had to call the regular doctor, which I hadn't been there in a million years because I like after I had my kids, I was like, fuck them, I'm never going back there.
- 48:44SPEAKER_01: But then I was like, I need a referral, so I have to go to the doctor.
- 48:46SPEAKER_01: But then they wanted me to come in because I haven't been there in six years.
- 48:50SPEAKER_01: And I knew that there was gonna be like an annoying thing for me to try to get this referral.
- 48:57SPEAKER_01: So I just kept tuning in to like when was the right time to call.
- 49:00SPEAKER_01: And then like part of me was like making myself wrong, feeling like I was procrastinating.
- 49:05SPEAKER_01: But then yesterday I got the hit like I'm just gonna call.
- 49:09SPEAKER_01: And then this magical thing happened where because normally I would have had to go in before getting the referral.
- 49:15SPEAKER_01: That's what they told me.
- 49:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 49:17SPEAKER_01: And that's what they told me on the call.
- 49:19SPEAKER_01: But then after I got off the phone, 10 minutes later, somebody called me from the office and gave me the referral.
- 49:25unknown: Oh.
- 49:26SPEAKER_01: And I didn't even have to go in.
- 49:27SPEAKER_01: And I was like, that's why I waited till just now to do it.
- 49:31SPEAKER_01: Like I knew that there was some kind of way that I was manifesting that that I didn't even know about.
- 49:37SPEAKER_01: So I wasn't procrastinating, even though objectively it looked like I was procrastinating because that's been something on my to-do list for like weeks now.
- 49:47SPEAKER_00: So you're you got vision braider.
- 49:50SPEAKER_00: Oh.
- 49:50SPEAKER_00: Your distractability is your gift.
- 49:52SPEAKER_00: Your soul contract is to hold multiple timelines at once and translate vision into becoming.
- 49:58SPEAKER_00: You toggle timelines, read motivations, and sense potentials like breathing.
- 50:02SPEAKER_00: You don't space out your spacing beyond.
- 50:05SPEAKER_00: You resist completing things because your soul is always scanning the next horizon.
- 50:10SPEAKER_00: This is future code transmission.
- 50:13SPEAKER_00: What looks like daydreaming is timeline translation.
- 50:17SPEAKER_00: Oh, that feels very right.
- 50:20SPEAKER_00: And then your activation phrases, I see beyond the visible.
- 50:26SPEAKER_00: So, anyway, what I'm doing next is I'm gonna do a private podcast with each of the descriptions, but I'm gonna look at like the layers of healing that each of us has to embark on in order to fully integrate these multidimensional gifts, these soul contracts into our lives.
- 50:46SPEAKER_01: This is so cool.
- 50:47SPEAKER_01: I love this, Robin.
- 50:48SPEAKER_01: You love it?
- 50:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love it.
- 50:50SPEAKER_01: It's so cool.
- 50:51SPEAKER_00: I used full disclosure, I used chat GPT to help me develop the quiz itself and also, of course, these beautiful images.
- 50:59SPEAKER_00: But I have to tell you, this chat GPT for me has been so helpful because it just makes everything go so much faster for me.
- 51:06SPEAKER_01: Oh my God, it makes I know it makes everything go so much faster.
- 51:09SPEAKER_01: I feel like we're all evolving our relationship to it because I think that like, you know, a lot of people are using it for content creation, but I feel like it's we're past that now because everyone can tell.
- 51:20SPEAKER_01: But we can use it for things like this, like where you need, for example, for you to create that quiz, it probably would have taken so long.
- 51:28SPEAKER_00: And I love like I've created my own quizzes.
- 51:30SPEAKER_00: That was something I've done since grad school.
- 51:32SPEAKER_00: I was trained in creating assessments, so that's something that is already in my wheelhouse.
- 51:38SPEAKER_00: I'm not going blind, I'm really making decisions based on what my knowledge and my expertise is and what chat does is a really good assistant and helps me view things from the perspective that that's my perspective, and it puts it into words that of course I would use.
- 51:55SPEAKER_00: And then the cool thing is that when there's a result like that and you're like, that lands for me.
- 52:00SPEAKER_00: My brother even sent me his result last night.
- 52:02SPEAKER_00: My brother took it.
- 52:03SPEAKER_00: He's a chaos alchemist, and I'm like, of course you are.
- 52:07SPEAKER_00: Like, and I'm just asking people, how does that land?
- 52:10SPEAKER_00: And it's landing really well.
- 52:12SPEAKER_00: So, what I'm seeing is that I think that we can use this not just for ADHD, but I think that there can be one for the other symptoms as well, just in terms of what are the soul contracts that get wrapped up in these symptoms.
- 52:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 52:25SPEAKER_00: How do we liberate the soul contracts and how do we then expand what we're meant to be doing here rather than getting caught up in the diagnostic criteria?
- 52:34SPEAKER_00: It's helpful.
- 52:35SPEAKER_00: I know it was helpful for me to get my diagnosed to Yeah.
- 52:38SPEAKER_01: But also like, we don't want to be looking at it as like a thing that makes us wrong or that we have to overcome or fix, or that it's any kind of problem.
- 52:48SPEAKER_01: Cause it's not a problem.
- 52:49SPEAKER_01: So I think we're like, this is a way to look at the gift of it instead of it being a problem.
- 52:54SPEAKER_01: Because it's not a problem, it's just a way that you're operating that's different than other people, that if you can make sense of it, it's really helpful and it gives you a a way to like accept yourself.
- 53:07SPEAKER_00: Oh, I think so too.
- 53:08SPEAKER_00: I think that the important thing here when we talk about the the energetics of healing and transforming is that we're getting at this deeper level rather than skimming the surface with the diagnostic categories and things like that that we still are sucked into because that's the world we're living in.
- 53:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 53:25SPEAKER_01: It all is helpful, but this is like uh this is beyond.
- 53:29SPEAKER_01: So thank you, Robin, and we will continue the conversation.
- 53:35SPEAKER_01: Love you.
- 53:36SPEAKER_01: You guys, see you next month.
- 53:38SPEAKER_01: Bye.
