Mega Edition: How The Epstein Files Were Lost In The Bureaucratic Machine (6/12/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:03
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:06
Epstein Chronicles. One of the latest controversies to Royal through
0:11
the world of Epstein has to do with the DOJ
0:15
and the files that were missing from the trench of
0:18
documents released in the Epstein Files dump. And according to
0:24
The Wall Street Journal and CBS, forty seven thousand, six
0:29
hundred and thirty five files appear to be missing from
0:31
the tranch. And now, of course the DOJ says it
0:36
was all just a big mistake and they had to
0:39
be pulled down because you know, some of the files
0:42
contain fake or false material. That was their excuse. However,
0:47
that is not something that's carved out in the law.
0:52
That's not one of the reasons that they should be
0:54
holding files back. The only reason they should be holding
0:58
files back is for an ongoing investigation or to save
1:03
the privacy of one of the victims or survivors who
1:07
are named in the documents. Besides that, we should be
1:10
getting it all. And of course, now that they've been
1:13
called out, the reason that they give us for pulling
1:16
these files down is for further review, and they say
1:21
that they should be ready for reproduction by the end
1:23
of this week, and I know it's just a coincidence
1:26
that a lot of those documents have to do with
1:29
President Trump. Today's article is from the Delhi Mail and
1:33
the headline US to release nearly fifty thousand more Jeffrey
1:37
Epstein files that may contain missing Trump claims. This article
1:42
was authored by Sabrina Penty. Up to nearly fifty thousand
1:48
more files linked to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein will be
1:51
released later this week and are believed to contain unverified
1:55
claims about President Donald Trump. Don't they understand how bad
1:59
the optic are for them when they do this, especially
2:03
when they're holding back files that have to do with
2:05
Trump and considering all the controversy, you would think that
2:08
they'd be transparent. Hey, look these documents they contained President
2:13
Trump's name. But here's why we chased them down. We
2:17
investigated this and nothing came from it. Why is that
2:21
so difficult to do unless, of course, you never investigated
2:25
and you never even bothered to look into the claims,
2:28
and now you're just saying that they're bunk. See that's
2:31
the big problem for the DOJ, right They have a
2:34
big credibility problem, and nobody believes anything they say, on
2:37
its face, you need to show us the work. The
2:41
files which were mentioned in the Trench released in January
2:45
were withheld by the US Department of Justice, with Deputy
2:48
Attorney General Todd Blanche insisting they were withheld to protect survivors.
2:53
Todd Blanche is a liar, okay, and he should have
2:57
to pay the penalty for the bullshitt he's up to
3:00
right now, because he's the point man, right He's the
3:04
one making these decisions, him and Pam Bondi. Of course,
3:07
Donald Trump is the boss, so the buck stops with him,
3:11
but the actual decision making on the ground is being
3:14
done by Bondi and Todd Blanche, and both of them
3:18
should be held accountable, but they won't be. And that's
3:21
because Donald Trump's just gonna pardon all these people before
3:24
he leaves office. You know, one of those blanket pardons
3:28
like Biden gave to Fauci and the rest of them.
3:31
We're gonna see that same thing. And that's the way
3:33
it's going to be moving forward. All these elected officials,
3:36
these bureaucrats, they're never gonna be held accountable because whoever
3:40
the president is is just gonna pardon them. So that
3:45
means the people you and I continue to get fucked
3:48
and there's no mechanism to stop these people when they
3:52
go off the rails. But in a perfect world, a
3:54
guy like Todd Blanche would have to answer serious questions
3:58
when he leaves office, starting with what's up with Glenn Maxwell?
4:03
Because that whole entire thing stinks to high heaven. The
4:09
documents are believed to contain unverified claims about the president,
4:13
including FBI notes from twenty nineteen interviews with a woman
4:17
who made allegations against both Epstein and Trump. Look, the
4:21
American people deserve to see it. We're not talking about
4:25
a normal guy, right John Blow from down the block,
4:29
who is a plumber. That man has a right to privacy.
4:34
He has a right to not have anybody dig into
4:36
his life. Donald Trump, on the other hand, well, you
4:40
chose to be a public figure. You chose to be
4:42
the president, so you chose to have your life picked apart.
4:46
And the American people, we demand transparency. It comes after
4:51
a Wall Street Journal in CBS analysis found that forty
4:54
seven thousand, six hundred and thirty five files appeared to
4:58
be missing from the tranch of documents to comply with
5:01
the Epstein files Transparency Act just an oversight. We had
5:06
to go through these and make sure they were cool act.
5:10
To coincidence that they all had Donald Trump's name on them.
5:13
That had nothing to do with our decision, nothing to
5:15
do with it whatsoever. Yo, they really think you're stupid,
5:20
That's what it comes down to. They think you're stupid
5:23
as hell and that you're just gonna buy whatever they're
5:25
pitching you. The Department said they had been taken offline
5:29
for a further review and should be ready for reproduction
5:32
by the end of the week. Officials previously stated some
5:36
files contain fake or false material that were sent to
5:39
the FBI by the public and may contain untrue and
5:42
sensationalist claims against President Trump. What about everybody else, doesn't
5:49
matter if they have sensationalist claims against them. Huh. Just
5:52
got to make sure that Donald Trump is taken care of,
5:57
make sure the Boss isn't brought up. I mean, could
6:01
the cover up be any more transparent? And you don't
6:05
have to believe that Donald Trump was engaging in abusing
6:08
people with Jeffrey Epstein to believe that there's a cover
6:11
up happening right now. The two aren't mutually exclusive. Donald
6:18
Trump could be covering this up because he doesn't want
6:20
to be embarrassed or his friends to be embarrassed, So
6:23
he has many motivations to keep this stuff on lock.
6:28
And it's not just about him and any kind of
6:30
criminality that might have happened with Epstein. It's about the donors,
6:33
the people around them, and the real movers and shakers
6:37
that are the decision makers behind the scenes. Those are
6:41
the people that he's trying to protect. And I don't
6:44
even think there's any debate about that. Now. We can
6:47
talk about the other allegations made against them, and if
6:50
there's any merit to them, that's certainly a discussion that
6:52
needs to be had. But what I'm talking about is
6:55
right here, right now. I don't think there's any doubt
6:59
that this deal Jay, led by Bondi and Blanche and
7:02
directed by Trump, has engaged in a cover up, and
7:06
I think if there was a real investigation into it,
7:09
there would be zero doubt. Files that art still public
7:12
contained a twenty twenty five memo in which federal officials
7:15
wrote that the woman had said that Epstein introduced her
7:19
to Trump and that she claimed the now US President
7:22
had assaulted her in a violent encounter when she was
7:25
a minor in nineteen eighty three. Trump has denied the
7:28
allegations made against them, and there was no assessment by
7:32
the FBI about the credibility of her accusation. And that's
7:36
the biggest problem. You can't just ignore shit. You have
7:39
to actually investigate, even if it's bunk. And you know why,
7:45
because a lot of this stuff seems bunk on its face,
7:48
but once you get into it, you're like, Okay, maybe
7:51
there's something here, So you start digging and before you
7:54
know it, there's a lot of there there. Does that
7:57
mean that would be the case with Donald Trump and
7:59
the allegations made against him? Of course not. But once again,
8:06
all I'm calling for is an investigation. Is that too
8:09
much for people to stomach? God forbid? And I find
8:14
it crazy because if I was being accused of any
8:18
of this, I'd want a full on investigation and I
8:21
would be as transparent as you could possibly imagine. If
8:28
you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to hide.
8:33
Do the actions of this administration make it seem to
8:36
you like they have nothing to hide. The woman was
8:40
also deemed ineligible for the Epstein Victim compensation program, which
8:45
paid settlements to more than one hundred and thirty Epstein victims.
8:49
A Justice Department official said nothing has been deleted, but
8:53
Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee investigating Epstein have
8:58
criticized their redactions. It just looks bad. Even if there's
9:02
nothing there, it looks bad. And optics is so important
9:06
right now they still don't get it. They're using a
9:10
chainsaw when they should be using a scalpel. A Justice
9:15
Department official said nothing's been deleted, but Democratic members of
9:19
the House Oversight Committee investigating Epstein have criticized the redactions.
9:23
The DOJ last month said it was reviewing whether it
9:26
wrongfully withheld documents in the Epstein files containing allegations against Trump.
9:32
Under the Epstein File Transparency Act, the DOJ is required
9:36
to publicize most documents related to the case against Epstein
9:40
and Glenn Maxwell. And have they done that, No, they haven't. Instead,
9:47
they've played games, talk shit, and caused a scene when
9:50
they've been called before Congress. And if you pay attention,
9:54
it's the same stuff Carolyn Levitt does during the press conferences.
10:00
But it was on steroids. When it comes to BONDI, right,
10:02
she had like a hit list the whole thing. It
10:05
was embarrassing, It was disgusting, and it showed just how
10:09
unserious they are when it comes to this topic. Imagine
10:12
if they put half the effort into Ashley being transparent
10:16
as they are into covering this up. The Department is
10:22
only permitted to withhole files under the Act if their
10:26
duplicates fall under attorney client privilege, could hurt an ongoing investigation,
10:31
or are completely unrelated to the Epstein and Maxwell cases.
10:36
Sure doesn't seem like these forty seven thousand fit into
10:39
that category or those categories, does it. The law specifically
10:43
prohibits the Department from withholding or redacting files because they
10:47
could be embarrassing to public officials. Before releasing the TRANCHI
10:51
of files in January, the Department of Justice deployed hundreds
10:55
of attorneys to review the documents, giving them instructions on
10:59
how to redact and determine whether the files needed to
11:02
be released under the law. According to the WSJ, what
11:06
were they doing? All we heard about was all these
11:09
attorneys were working the weekends, God forbid, and then they
11:15
come up with this nonsense. Oh well, we have to
11:17
pull these down. Psych Let's take another look at him.
11:21
Who's buying that? Nobody's buying it. You took him down
11:25
because they were damaging to you, and it was destroying
11:28
the narrative that you were trying to pitch. That's what
11:30
you did, so save the BS. The reviewers, many of
11:35
whom were not familiar with the Epstein case, were then
11:38
expected to flag any government official and politically exposed person
11:42
named or referenced in the release material. But blind leading
11:47
the ignorant. That's what we had. That's what we still have,
11:50
and unfortunately it doesn't seem like it's going to change
11:54
any time soon. Should any document be found to have
11:58
been improperly tagged in the review process and in responsive
12:02
to the Act, the Department will of course publish it
12:05
consistent with the law, a spokeswoman for the department said
12:08
in a statement. Deputy Attorney General Blanche, who has overseen
12:13
the release of the files, has previously insisted the Department
12:16
complied with the law and has not withheld documents or
12:19
adacted information because it could prove embarrassing for Trump or
12:23
other public figures. This guy is such a BS artist.
12:27
Good lord, this guy has done nothing but pitch fairy tales.
12:31
This whole entire time, I can assure you that we
12:37
complied with the statute and that we did not protect
12:39
President Trump, he said at a news conference on January thirtieth.
12:44
We didn't protect or not protect anybody, or review of
12:47
the documents showed. The Department of Justice released an FBI
12:50
summary of the woman's first FBI interview on July twenty fourth,
12:55
twenty nineteen, in which he detailed the assault she faced
12:59
from the finance here on Hilton Head Island, beginning when
13:02
she was around thirteen in nineteen eighties. The summary of
13:06
the interview, which came shortly after Epstein was arrested on
13:09
federal sex trafficking charges, does not mention allegations against Trump.
13:14
And look again, just to be clear, I'm not saying
13:16
that Trump's guilty of what she's accusing him of. I
13:19
don't know. What I am saying is that the administration
13:23
as a whole, led by Trump, is guilty of a
13:26
cover up. That is what I'm claiming. Okay, so let's
13:30
just be clear. But the FBI apparently determined the woman's
13:35
initial allegation against Trump were significant enough that the agents
13:39
followed up with her for three more interviews. On August seventh,
13:43
twenty nineteen, August twentieth, twenty nineteen, and October sixteenth, twenty nineteen.
13:50
Notes from all four FBI interviews with the woman were
13:53
included on a list of material provided to Maxwell's defense
13:57
attorneys in twenty twenty one, were described as non testifying
14:01
witness material, according to another file in the release. A
14:06
source familiar with the investigation also told NBC News that
14:10
the survivor is the same person who made an additional
14:14
allegation that she was forced into a sex act with
14:17
Trump when she was about thirteen or fourteen years old
14:20
in New Jersey. Now, look, even if that's embarrassing, and
14:24
I'm sure it is for Donald Trump, it has to
14:27
be released. The law states that that has to be released.
14:31
I mean, it's pretty clear. There's no carve outs for that.
14:35
The accusation was summarized in a document prepared by the
14:39
FBI last summer and a presentation on the prominent names
14:42
mentioned in the Epstein and Maxwell cases. The FBI, though,
14:47
has said that most of the claims were either deemed
14:49
not credible or made by people who provided no contact information.
14:54
At around the same time that she came forward with
14:56
these allegations, the woman joined a civil lawsuit against Epstein
15:00
the state, claiming he sexually abused her around nineteen eighty four.
15:05
The sue claimed Epstein flew to New York and traffickedor
15:08
to prominent wealthy men. However, she was deemed ineligible for
15:13
the Epstein Victims compensation program, and her suit was voluntarily
15:17
dismissed in twenty twenty one. The Journal reports, So, if
15:21
you're Donald Trump, why do you want that hidden? Couldn't
15:25
you just point to that and say, look, this was dismissed.
15:29
This has nothing to do with me. I was being
15:32
unfairly targeted. Doesn't that go to your claim and help
15:35
prove it? But why are you trying to hide it?
15:37
Why are you trying to sanitize the information that's coming
15:42
out that shouldn't be sanitized. It's a bad look. And
15:46
I'll tell you what. Whoever is advising the president should
15:49
be fired. President Trump has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and
15:55
has said that his friendship with Epstein ended before he
15:58
pleaded guilty to brok here a minor for prostitution in
16:01
two thousand and eight. By the time Epstein was arrested
16:05
again in twenty nineteen, Trump said that he hadn't talked
16:08
to him in about fifteen years. Seems like another lie,
16:11
but okay. Ahead of the release of the new set
16:14
of files, a White House spokesperson said, just as President
16:18
Trump has said he's been totally exonerated on anything relating
16:22
to Epstein, well that's not true unless you think that
16:27
Bill Clinton can exonerate people who were in Jeffrey Epstein's circle.
16:33
And if you think that, you should probably find a
16:36
different topic to talk about, because nobody's been exonerated, not
16:41
Bill Clinton, not Donald Trump, not anybody that was around.
16:45
You want to be exonerated, sit down with the FBI,
16:49
sit down with investigators, and spill the beans. But until
16:52
that occurs, I don't want to hear anything about anyone
16:56
being exonerated. All right, folks, that's going to do it
16:59
for this one. And just as the heads up, we're
17:02
going to finish off the Mark Epstein interview with the
17:05
OIG investigators today and then starting tomorrow, we're going to
17:10
be taking a look at the Tovin Nowel deposition that
17:13
was given in the wake of Jeffrey Epstein's death. As
17:17
we continue to explore the circumstances surrounding the night of
17:21
Jeffrey Epstein's death, because there's a lot there and with
17:25
all the depositions that I have my hands on now,
17:28
it's really offering a lot more context. So over the
17:31
coming weeks, we're going to continue to eat that elephant,
17:34
one bite at a time. All right, folks. All the
17:38
information that goes with this episode can be found in
17:42
the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another
17:45
episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Over the holiday weekend, we
17:49
learned that the FBI and DOJ had found over one
17:53
million Epstein related documents that they say they didn't even
17:58
know existed. Of course, the process has to begin for
18:02
all of those documents to be redacted and gone through
18:05
and filtered and then approved for release. And with them
18:09
missing the deadline, this only increases the pressure on the
18:12
DOJ and the FBI and the Trump administration to get
18:17
all these documents out. But at this point, does anyone
18:20
even trust them if they say that it's all the documents,
18:23
considering what we've been through for the last what seven
18:26
eight months since this whole entire thing exploded once again,
18:30
and what have they done? Absolutely nothing. They could have
18:35
released all this information without there being this big ass
18:38
congressional fight without creating more division. But no, instead of
18:42
just letting the chips fall where they may and holding
18:44
whoever is responsible responsible, we have to play these dumb
18:49
ass games. And you know what they say about dumb
18:51
ass games, right, You play dumb ass games, you win
18:55
dumbass prizes, And the DOJ is certainly online for one
18:59
of those, and real talk. The announcement that the FBI
19:03
is somehow found over a million additional Epstein related documents
19:06
would be shocking if it weren't so perfectly predictable. This
19:11
is the bureaucratic equivalent of discovering a dead body in
19:13
your house you claim was empty after you sold it.
19:17
Nobody with a functioning frontal lobe believes this was an
19:19
honest oversight or a clerical mishap. It was a choice
19:23
made deliberately, repeatedly, and made with complete contempt for the public.
19:29
The only surprising thing is that they're still bothering pretending
19:32
that these revelations are accidental. The theater is so tired
19:36
that even the liars sound board delivering the lines. At
19:40
this point, the FBI's credibility on Epstein is not damaged.
19:43
It's non existent. You can erode something that's already been vaporized,
19:49
and yet they keep talking as if words still matter.
19:53
Not for me. The real insult is not the number
19:55
of documents, but the assumption that anyone still trusts the
19:58
institution announcing them. Trust is earned through accountability, not press releases,
20:03
and the FBI has offered none. Every new disclosure is
20:07
framed as transparency while functioning as delay, And of course
20:12
delay is not neutral here, it's the entire strategy. As
20:17
you know. Delay exhausts public attention, dulls outrage, and by
20:20
his time for memories to fade. We're not talking about
20:24
incompetence here. That's just masquerading as chaos. Instead, it's control
20:29
masquerading as process. They know that outrage has a half life,
20:33
and they manage it like inventory. Give the public just
20:37
enough to stop the bleeding, never enough to heal the wound,
20:40
then act defended when people notice the pattern. The Epstein
20:44
Transparency Law was supposed to end this nonsense, at least
20:47
on paper. Congress passed it, the President signed it, and
20:50
the public was told this would finally force disclosure. Instead,
20:55
the law has been treated like a polite suggestion slipped
20:58
under a locked door. The FBI and have ignored it
21:01
with open arrogance, daring anyone to stop them. And here's
21:05
the punchline, no one can. There's no enforcement mechanism with teeth,
21:09
no trigger clause, no automatic penalties for non compliance. The
21:14
law relies entirely on the good faith of institutions that
21:17
have demonstrated none. My friends, that's not a safeguard. It's
21:22
wishful thinking. And this failure when it comes to teeth
21:27
in the law begins and ends with Congress, which once
21:30
again confused performance with power. Lawmakers love passing laws that
21:35
sound strong while ensuring that they are functionally toothless. That
21:39
allows them to campaign on outrage while avoiding confrontation with
21:42
the agencies that actually will power. Writing a law without
21:46
enforcement is legislative malpractice. It signals to the executive agencies
21:51
that compliance is optional, It tells the public that accountability
21:55
is conditional, and it creates exactly the environment we're now in.
22:01
Congress huffs, the agencies ignore them, and everyone pretends that
22:05
this is governance. A properly written transparency law would have
22:09
included a trigger clause with real consequence, miss a deadline,
22:12
and subpoenas automatically issue obstruct compliance and criminal referrals follow.
22:19
Destroyer concealed documents, and prison time becomes a real possibility.
22:24
That is how laws restrain power, not by politely asking
22:27
institutions to behave Instead, Congress handed the FBI a suggestion
22:32
wrapped in moral language and hope shame would do the rest.
22:36
Shame only works on people, though, who feel it, and
22:39
as the Epstein case is proven beyond a doubt, these
22:42
institutions do not. They feel protected because they are, and
22:48
this is why new revelations feel like insults rather than progress.
22:52
The FBI is not uncovering new information, They're rationing old information.
22:57
They're releasing sacs the way a casino releases oxygen onto
23:01
the gaming floor, just an extra little boost to keep
23:04
people awake, but never enough though, to make them leave.
23:07
Every single document dump is framed as a breakthrough while
23:10
ensuring nothing fundamental changes, no charges, no consequences, no admissions
23:15
of wrongdoing, just another press cycle, another headline, another week
23:20
burned off the clock. Transparency delayed is transparency denied, and
23:25
I'll keep saying it. And while we're at it, the
23:27
phrase we recently discovered has become a punchline. These documents
23:31
didn't wander off and hide behind the filing cabinet at
23:34
a shyness. They were cataloged, indexed, and deliberately buried. Anyone
23:39
who believes otherwise is being insulted. In real time, the
23:42
FBI is staffed by professionals, at least we think so,
23:46
who know how to track paperwork, especially paperwork tied to
23:49
a case of this magnitude. Pretending these files were misplaced
23:54
is not just dishonest, it's insulting. It assumes the public
23:58
is too stupid to understand how institution utions actually function.
24:01
That assumption has guided this entire saga. And what makes
24:05
this worse is the complete absence of consequence for the behavior.
24:09
No one gets fired, no one gets charged, No one
24:11
even gets properly questioned. Under oath, everything is under review, eternally,
24:17
pending forever unresolved. The bureaucracy absorbs blame the way a
24:22
sponge absorbs water and then squeezes nothing back out. Individual
24:27
accountability disappears into institutional language. Mistakes were made floats through
24:32
the air like a tranquilizer dart. Meanwhile, the people responsible retire,
24:37
get promoted or vanish into consulting gigs. The system protects
24:42
itself with mechanical precision. And you know this pattern is
24:46
not unique to Epstein, but Epstein exposes it in high definition.
24:50
When the stakes involve powerful people, accountability evaporates when the
24:54
victims are marginalized. Delay becomes policy. The system's not broken.
24:59
It functioning exactly as designed. It prioritizes institutional survival over truth.
25:07
It treats public outrage as a resource to be managed,
25:10
not a warning to be heated, and it assumes time
25:14
will do what justice will not. Unfortunately for them, time
25:18
has only sharp in public awareness. In this case. People
25:21
are no longer confused. They're angry, and the idea that
25:25
this is all theater is not cynical. It's accurate. Theatre
25:29
requires a stage, props and an audience willing to suspend disbelief.
25:34
Congress provides the speeches, the FBI provides the selective disclosures,
25:38
and the DOJ provides the solemn tone. The audience is
25:42
expected to applaud incremental progress while ignoring the absence of outcomes.
25:48
But the script never changes, and the ending never arrives.
25:51
Every act ends with promises of more transparency later. Later
25:56
never comes because later is not the point. The point
25:59
is survival through exhaustion. The Epstein Transparency Law was supposed
26:05
to change that dynamic, but it failed because it was
26:08
written by people unwilling to truly fight. A law without
26:11
enforcement is a press release masquerading as reform. It allows
26:16
lawmakers to claim victory while ensuring nothing actually happens. It
26:20
protects agencies from consequences while pretending to restrain them. This
26:25
is how accountability dies, not loudly, but administratively. The paperwork
26:31
is immaculate, the intent is praised, and the results non existent. Meanwhile,
26:36
the public is told to be patient once again. But
26:39
the problem is patience has become the enemy of justice
26:42
in this country. Every demand of accountability is met with
26:46
calls for calm. Every criticism is reframed as cynicism. Every
26:51
refusal to comply is defended as procedure. This is how
26:54
power avoids scrutiny while appearing respectable. The Epstein case strips
26:59
away the illusion because the evidence of delay is overwhelming.
27:04
You can't find a million documents by accident. You can't
27:07
ignore the federal law by mistake. These are choices, and
27:11
choices demand consequences. This is why the only serious solution
27:16
left is the appointment of a truly independent special prosecutor,
27:20
not a figurehead, not a political compromise, not someone who
27:23
needs permission to breathe. This prosecutor must have full subpoena power,
27:28
and more importantly, the power to charge without charging authority
27:32
investigations or just documentaries. The FBI and DOJ can't be
27:37
trusted to investigate themselves on this matter. Their a conflict
27:41
of interest is structural, not hypothetical. Expecting them to police
27:45
their own conduct is an insult to basic logic. A
27:50
real special prosecutor would change the incentives overnight. Suddenly obstruction
27:54
would carry a risk. Suddenly delays would have consequences. Suddenly
27:59
lying the Congress would matter again. That is precisely why
28:03
such an appointment is resisted. Accountability is terrifying to institutions
28:08
that have never faced it. They prefer commissions, task force,
28:11
and internal reviews because none of those threatened careers a
28:15
prosecutor does. That is why this must become a central demand,
28:19
not a side suggestion. The American people have been conditioned
28:23
to accept half measures as victories. We're told to celebrate
28:27
transparency while being denied access. We're told to trust institutions
28:31
that refuse to earn trust. We're told that outrage is unproductive,
28:36
while corruption flourishes. This psychological manipulation, like I always tell you,
28:41
relies on fatigue. If they wear people down long enough,
28:46
they're going to stop demanding answers. But Epstein is different
28:49
because the pattern is too obvious to ignore. The gas
28:52
lighting is too clumsy, the delays to blatant, and the
28:56
excuses to recycled. Every time the FBI or the DOJ
29:01
ignores the transparency law, they're not just breaking faith with Congress,
29:05
they're breaking faith with the public. They're telling working people
29:08
that laws apply selectively. They're signaling that power insulates itself
29:13
from consequence. That message is corrosive to the republic. It
29:18
teaches cynicism as survival, It rewards disengagement, and it leaves
29:23
a vacuum where trust used to be. And the real
29:25
damage here is not just institutional, it's societal. When people
29:30
stop believing accountability is possible, they stop believing participation matters.
29:34
And that is how systems brought from the inside. The
29:37
Epstein case has become a master class and how not
29:41
the govern It shows what happens when oversight lacks teeth
29:44
and power lacks fear. It demonstrates how bureaucracy can smother
29:48
justice without ever raising its voice, and it proves that
29:52
transparency without enforcement is a lie. With better branding, and
29:59
hopefully at some point point the public stops accepting this choreography.
30:04
Outrage can't remain episodic, demands cannot remain abstract. The call
30:10
for a special prosecutor must be loud, specific, and relentless. Again,
30:15
this is not about revenge or spectacle. It's about restoring
30:18
the basic idea that laws mean something. Institutions that refuse
30:22
accountability should not be trusted with it. I don't think
30:26
that's radical. I think it's common sense. Look enough half stepping,
30:31
enough procedural theater, enough pretending this is complicated when it's
30:34
simply corrupt. Either the system holds itself accountable, or it
30:38
will be held accountable by the people it keeps lying to.
30:42
The Epstein case has reached that inflection point. There's no
30:46
credibility left to burn. The choice now is enforcement or
30:50
a complete collapse of trust forever. So, in my opinion,
30:54
this ends in one of two ways, and neither option
30:57
is comfortable for the people in charge. Either the country
31:00
admits out loud that federal law enforcement can openly defy
31:03
Congress with zero consequence, or someone finally drags this rot
31:07
into sunlight with handcuffs attached. The Epstein files are no
31:12
longer just about Epstein or even just about sex trafficking.
31:15
They're about who actually runs this country and this world,
31:19
and who the laws are written for. Every buried documents
31:23
proof that accountability in America is conditional and selectively enforced.
31:28
The FBI and DOJ are not confused, overwhelmed, or understaffed.
31:34
They're insubordinate to the public and loyal only to power.
31:38
If a million documents can surface without repercussions, then the
31:41
rule of law is nothing more than decorative wallpaper. At
31:45
that point, elections our pageantry. Transparency is costplay, and justice
31:50
is a marketing slogan. So this is the line in
31:54
the sand. Enforce the law with a real prosecutor who
31:57
can charge criminals or stop attent. This system isn't rigged
32:01
against the people it claims to serve. All of the
32:05
information that goes with this episode can be found in
32:08
the description box. What's up everyone, and Welcome back to
32:12
the Epstein Chronicles. All of a sudden, on Capitol Hill,
32:16
our congressmen and our senators. They seem like they care
32:20
about what happened to Jeffrey Epstein's survivors. But is that
32:23
really the case or are they just trying to score
32:26
some more political points, because, folks, none of this stuff
32:29
is new. All of this stuff has been out there
32:31
for years and years and years and years. Now, all
32:34
of a sudden, everybody on the hill is so worried
32:37
about what's going on. It's almost like it's an election,
32:40
you're or something. Then on Wednesday you have these buffoons
32:44
acting like straight up morons inside of the esteemed halls
32:47
of Congress. Thought it would be a good idea to
32:50
bring up Jeffrey Epstein during a committee meeting about Hunter Biden.
32:55
And the person who brought it up, which is hilarious
32:58
if you ask me, is Jared Moscowitz. Now, Jared Moskowitz
33:03
has no connection to Jeffrey Epstein, but the dude is
33:06
a congressman from Florida. You know the place where Jeffrey
33:09
Epstein molested all those little girls and got away with it. Yeah,
33:13
that place. So maybe just maybe Jared Moscowitz, instead of
33:18
making a mockery of what happened to the survivors and
33:20
what Epstein was doing. Maybe this dude could ask for
33:23
accountability in his own state. Maybe you should start there.
33:27
And I don't think it's a good idea for mister
33:29
Moskowitz to run around and try and use Epstein as
33:32
a political cudgel to smack his political rivals with especially
33:37
considering Virginia's credible allegations against George Mitchell and Bill Richardson.
33:43
You know two guys that were big shots in the
33:45
Democratic Party. One guy ran the Senate, the other guy
33:48
was part of Clinton's White House, et cetera, et cetera.
33:51
So is this really the road that somebody like Jared
33:54
Moskowitz wants to go down. So here's my unsolicited advice
33:58
to Jared Moskowitz. Stop being an idiot, buddy, all right,
34:01
stop with a grand standing. Stop the stupidity. And since
34:04
you're so interested in Epstein, now, I expect you to
34:07
be part of any sort of committee that's going to
34:10
be put together. If a committee is going to be
34:12
put together, and if not, well you'll be hearing from me.
34:16
Today's article is from Fox News and the headline Jeffrey
34:20
Epstein FBI records targeted in Senate Judiciary probe after document dump,
34:26
and that's laughable as well. You have Marshall Blackburn out
34:29
here and these other Republicans acting like they care. Now,
34:32
this isn't new. This is stuff that's been out there forever.
34:36
All we have now are some receipts, But this is
34:39
not new. These allegations have been out there. These survivors
34:43
have done numerous interviews at this point talking about what happened.
34:48
We've had excerpts from these depositions come out before, but
34:52
now now the Judiciary Committee is gung ho to find
34:56
out what happened. So believe me, it's not just Moskovitz
34:59
that's playing pol takes here. It's certainly the other side
35:02
of the aisle too. And the tragedy amongst all that
35:05
is that with all the back and forth nonsense, nothing
35:07
is going to get done, when in reality, everybody should
35:10
be wanting to work together here, no matter your party affiliation,
35:13
to out anybody who was involved with old scumbag Epstein.
35:17
And if the two political tribes can agree on outing
35:20
people like Jeffrey Epstein and people who were associating with them,
35:23
then how in the hell are they ever going to
35:25
get along to make the nation move forward, because if
35:28
we can agree on scumbags like Epstein, then there's no hope.
35:33
This article was authored by Michael Ruiz, Republicans on the
35:38
Senate Judiciary Committee, which has congressional oversight of the FBI,
35:42
pushing to subpoena the Bureau for all records pertaining to
35:46
sex traffickers Jeffrey Epstein and Glen Maxwell, a day after
35:50
federal court in New York finished unsealing more than two
35:53
hundred files regarding the pair. While redacted portions of Jeffrey
35:57
Epstein's flight logs and Glenn Maxwell's black Book have been
36:01
released in various lawsuits, we need the complete and uneradacted
36:04
versions from his estate and the FBI. Senator Marshall Blackburn,
36:09
who has spearheaded the effort to blow the lid off
36:11
secrecy surrounding Epstein's misdeeds, said in a statement Wednesday morning,
36:16
I think that's giving her a bit of credit. No,
36:19
she's spearheading it. She just started talking about it recently
36:22
because of Hunter Biden. Come on, let's be honest here, okay,
36:26
And for those of you who are new to the podcast, well,
36:29
welcome to the party. I'm gonna call the balls and
36:32
strikes like I see him, and I'm not going to
36:35
get involved in any of that weird ass demagoguery that
36:38
everybody seems to be involved in. This issue transcends politics,
36:42
it transcends political parties, and it goes right to the
36:45
heart of the matter. And the heart of the matter
36:47
is this the so called elite, the people that you're
36:50
all fighting over, Well, they don't really care about you
36:53
too much, and they really don't care about your kids.
36:56
And you can times that by about ten if you're poor.
36:59
And it's just like some and he told Klodejeno in
37:01
Bronx Tel, go and ask Mickey Mantle to pay your
37:05
rent and see how that works out for you. It's
37:07
the same with these politicians. They do not care about you.
37:10
Oh they'll get up here and they'll say this, that
37:12
or the other thing because they think it moves the needle.
37:14
But these clowns have had how long to do something
37:17
about Epstein, but yet nothing has ever been done. And
37:21
I'm willing to bet that nothing comes of this either.
37:25
Remember we're in an election year, so these officials, these politicians,
37:29
they'll go to great lengths to tell you anything that
37:31
they think you want to hear. Then, of course they'll
37:34
just reneg on all of it. FBI agents rated properties,
37:37
including Epstein's New York City mansion and Little Saint James,
37:41
his private island in the US Virgin Islands, after his
37:44
arrest in early twenty nineteen. His death in a federal
37:48
jail cell was officially ruled a suicide, although his brother
37:51
is among many Americans who have questioned that conclusion. And
37:55
you notice they don't say that Zoro Ranch was rated, right,
37:59
It is absurd that Zoro Ranch was never rated. The
38:02
whole entire situation around Zoro Ranch is absurd. And how
38:06
Jeffrey Epstein avoided scrutiny by the authorities in New Mexico.
38:10
If the FEDS want to open an investigation, that's a
38:13
place they might want to start. The American people deserve
38:17
to know what happened regarding Jeffrey Epstein and prominent American
38:20
business and political leaders, said Lindsey Graham, the top ranking
38:25
Republican on the committee. I fully support and very much
38:28
appreciate Senator Blackburn's long standing efforts to bring transparency to
38:32
the Epstein the backle And again, look, I'm happy that
38:36
somebody's talking about it. I don't want to be a
38:38
Debbie downer because you know, if somebody's going to step
38:42
up to the plate, hey I'm here for it. But
38:46
up until very recently, Senator Blackburn hasn't been talking about this.
38:50
She hasn't been a champion of this. She hasn't been
38:52
out here, you know, talking with survivors, putting a committee together.
38:56
And like I said before, better late than never. But
38:59
let's not ordain her as some sort of Epstein crusader.
39:03
She has a long way to go before she finds
39:05
herself amongst that company. On Tuesday, unsealed documents revealed Epstein's survivor,
39:11
Virginia Roberts, had accused former Democratic New Mexico Governor Bill
39:15
Richardson of trafficking her. She also accused the ex girlfriend
39:19
of Democratic New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez of participating in
39:24
Epstein's orgies. That is a fact, gwendolen Beck. I have
39:28
some episodes about gwendolen Beck from back in the day,
39:31
and I'm gonna dig into those archives and we're gonna
39:33
make sure we get those bad boys added to the
39:35
catalog very soon. But there's no doubt that Bob Menendez
39:39
is a dirt bag Epstein stuff withheld. Even the guy
39:43
is just a dirtbag. He's corrupt. He used his position
39:47
to further benefit and to generate more wealth for himself. Meanwhile,
39:51
the rest of us are staring down tax season once again.
39:54
Richardson died in September. That document was later stricken from
39:58
the record. In more than two hundred filings unsealed in
40:01
the wake of a twenty fifteen lawsuit between Roberts and Maxwell,
40:05
none of them included Epstein's highly anticipated client list. Well, yeah,
40:10
no shit, The closest you're ever gonna get to the
40:12
client list is the black Book. Are you guys paying
40:15
attention yet? Over there at Fox News or in the
40:18
legacy media? Some people are so far behind in the
40:21
race that they actually think that they're winning. Senator Dick Durbin,
40:25
Democrat from Illinois, has so far stalled a vote on
40:29
Blackburn's subpoena requests. Why would he do that? Hey, Dick Durbin,
40:34
just let the subpoenas go through and then if Blackburn
40:37
makes a fool of herself, more the better to you.
40:39
But I don't know why anybody would want to try
40:42
and hold up any sort of investigation into Jeffrey Epstein
40:45
or what this gumbag was up to, and if you're
40:48
somebody who's standing in the way, I'm gonna have some questions.
40:52
I will be demanding a vote on these subpoenas whenever
40:54
possible at Judiciary Committee meetings until the American people get
40:58
the full truth and survive get the justice that they deserve.
41:02
Blackburn said Wednesday, I am ready for any sort of
41:06
hearing on the Hill, and I'll go to DC for it.
41:08
If they have some sort of Epstein related hearing, I
41:11
will go to Washington, d C. And I will sit
41:13
in on that hearing. Other prominent figures accused of wrongdoing
41:17
include Jean Luke Brunel, a French modeling mogul, who, like Epstein,
41:22
died in jail, oh waiting trial on trafficking charges, and
41:26
the British Prince Andrew, who was photographed with an underaged
41:29
Roberts just photographed. Is it not alleged to have, you know,
41:33
taken part in the abuse or anything like that. The
41:35
highly anticipated release of the names comes as Republicans in Congress,
41:39
led by Tennessee's Senator Blackburn and Representative Tim Burchett, have
41:44
demanded an unredacted list of Epstein's associates who flew on
41:48
his private jet. Portions of the flight log have been
41:52
made public in Maxwell's criminal trial. Blackburn is also vying
41:56
to subpoena Epstein's estate for his unredacted flight logs and
42:00
communications records. You know how you can do all of this,
42:03
Put together a nice rico case and slap their asses
42:07
silly with it. Put some powder on our collective hand,
42:10
and then slap the ever living shit out of them
42:12
with it like we were participating in one of those
42:14
powerslap events. Enough is enough already. You really want to
42:18
get to the bottom of this shit, Rico is the
42:20
way to go. The problem is they miss their chance.
42:22
Maxwell should have been ricoed the second she wasn't ricoed.
42:26
I knew the fix was in. I said it then
42:28
and I'll say it all the way to my grave.
42:31
Them not using RICO was planned, and the plan was
42:34
to make sure that none of their faves got caught up. Now,
42:37
if you don't believe that, that's fine, But the evidence
42:40
is right here in front of you. Last year, a
42:45
group of Epstein survivors sent the letter to the FBI
42:48
demanding an investigation into the bureau's early handling of the investigation.
42:52
A lawyer for the accusers said they flagged federal investigators
42:56
to Epstein's crimes as early as nineteen ninety six. Well,
43:00
that's factual. Maria Farmer and Annie both told everybody what
43:03
was going on in ninety six. Despite subsequent repeated red
43:07
flags that Epstein traffic girls and collected sexualized images of children,
43:13
the FBI appears for years to have done little to
43:16
investigate and prosecute Epstein's sex trafficking, and to date done
43:20
nothing regarding reports of possible child sex abuse. The lawyer wrote,
43:25
there is nothing not factual with that statement. Authorities eventually
43:29
arrested him a decade later, and he got a controversially
43:33
lenient plea deal in two thousand and eight. In twenty nineteen,
43:36
after The Miami Herald exposed aspects of that case conducted
43:40
behind closed doors, federal prosecutors sought new charges against them.
43:45
Maxwell is serving a twenty year federal prison sentence for
43:49
grooming and sex trafficking. She is appealing her conviction. Good
43:53
luck with that. She can appeal until the next Sanjanad.
43:57
It's not going to matter her tofu is cooked for
44:00
at least the years that she was sentenced to. After that,
44:03
she'll probably get out if she's still alive, and we
44:06
all know the scuzziest amongst us always stick around the longest,
44:10
so I'm sure she will be. But for now, Glenne
44:13
Maxwell is exactly where she belongs. As far as some
44:17
sort of commission, some sort of committee being put together,
44:21
boy i'd love to see it, but these folks have
44:24
been pissing on my back and telling me it's raining
44:27
for over four years now, and unfortunately, and maybe it's
44:31
just the cynic in me, but I don't expect nothing
44:33
to change with these quote unquote new developments either way.
44:38
Now that they set it, I expect it. So if
44:41
they don't follow through with this, you better believe me
44:45
and my fat mouth are gonna have a few things
44:47
to say. But that's gonna do it for this one.
44:51
