- 0:03SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone, I hope you've had a beautiful week.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: In today's episode, we're going to discuss how you can truly never be abandoned, even though abandonment is by far the most difficult symptom karmic lesson to learn.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: Abandonment unfortunately does not get healed through therapy, nor non-reactivity, nor sublimation, but only by truly feeling and recognizing one thing.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: I'm hoping that you'll try to alter your perspective away from the ego and into more universal territory while considering this episode.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: Your ego's feelings are always valid for you in the moment, but if we can try to see things in a different way, we're able to dismantle the stories that the ego tells us and instead understand that it has been running the show.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: If you've suffered from abandonment issues, which I'm guessing you have, since every single ego has abandonment fears, chances are you've done things such as self-sabotage in relationships, walked away first so you don't get abandoned, read self-help books on abandonment, gone to therapy, stayed in situations you were unhappy in just so you didn't feel abandonment, and possibly suffered depression and anxiety due to your abandonment fears.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: And most likely, none of these actions have worked to rid yourself of fear of abandonment.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: Abandonment fear is attached to every single one of the core karmic lessons, and the ego utilizes abandonment to ingrain the core karmic lesson deeper into the psyche and make us believe that if someone leaves, we are unworthy, unlovable, or need to be attached more.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: Therefore, it is only with the true understanding of interconnectedness that we can finally start expressing to the ego in which it understands that we can never be abandoned.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: You are not only connected to everything in existence, but you are the creator of everything in existence.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Nothing else exists other than you, except to the ego, which perceives external things outside of the body as separate or different.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: That means that you truly cannot be abandoned by anyone or anything, because as everything is you, you would be abandoning yourself.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: You cannot abandon yourself in actuality or in energy, but only the ego can make you feel that way.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: It is all a matter of perspective.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: An ego degradation can help you feel this on a deep level because your perspective changes, whereas if you're trying to understand it logically with the ego, it makes it more difficult.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: The ego doesn't want to feel abandonment.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: The brain views it as a danger to its physical life.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: Bypassing all of this in order to understand that you are completely connected to everything everywhere can be a difficult task, especially if you're dealing with a lot of trauma.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: So let's take the most deep-seated abandonment issue and say that you were given up for adoption at a young age.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: Not only is your core karmic lesson most likely self-worth, but being abandoned has instilled that lack of self-worth by showing you that you're so unworthy that even your mother, who is quote unquote supposed to love you unconditionally, saw your unworthiness.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: As you got older, you went from group home to group home, foster home to foster home, and were never anywhere permanently.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: Deep down, you most likely feel that it's because you have no intrinsic worth and you've watched people abandon you over and over and over again.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: Sure, your ego may tell you otherwise, but the deep-seated feelings are those of unworthiness, or as if something is wrong with you intrinsically, which is why no one ever stays.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: You become emotionally unavailable to interpersonal relationships, or you become incredibly codependent, attempting to prove your worth.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: With every perceived abandonment that occurs, you feel more and more unworthy to the point that you are just a walking shell of trauma triggers, fears, and self-loathing.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: This is what the ego is doing to you, whilst creating its own self-protective measures and pretend self-soothing in moments of anger.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: And it's doing it in order to protect itself from pain and perceived death.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: Because at this point, again, the brain views abandonment as death.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: Yes, you're going to need to learn symptom karmic lessons such as trust, discernment, vulnerability, forgiveness, but at this point, you most likely feel so separate and isolated that it's hard to believe that the higher self has put you in this situation because you can handle it, grow from it, learn from it, and expand.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Your ego is strong, adaptable, capable, but your challenge is to change your ego's perspective to being soft, open, and willing to dig deep.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: Abandonment fears keep us in the loop of protection, whereby the ego always views us as separate.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: But in order to truly understand that we are only separated by the ego and cannot be abandoned because we are already the only thing in existence, we have to allow the ego to become softer and more open to feeling and experiencing this interconnectedness.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: So for now, try to let your guard down and feel the connection energy you have with members of the soul family.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: That connection energy is simply you experiencing yourself as the universe manifested in physical form.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: And the more that instills into the psyche and being, the less abandonment fears will take hold of you.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: Until next week, all of my best and highest vibrations to you.
