There's two dominant personality types in our modern world,
• 0:04
pursuers and defenders. Where does that leave you?
• 0:09
There is no wrong answer, there is your answer.
• 0:12
People will either pursue what it is they desire or they will
• 0:16
desire to defend what they have. Ambitions are not sustained
• 0:21
unless they are of the Lord. This means the Lord's will is
• 0:25
done without anyone saying it, but it doesn't mean you
• 0:29
shouldn't be interested in pursuing the Lord's will, the
• 0:32
same way a Christian shouldn't be afraid of defending the
• 0:35
  gospel. Works are not deeds.
• 0:39
There is a difference, for prayer is a work.
• 0:43
James chapter one verse 3 says Knowing this, the trying of your
• 0:47
faith worketh patience. On the other hand, deeds are
• 0:51
done out of love or they don't matter.
• 0:53
Deeds are done for others, but works are completed for God.
• 0:58
Glory to God for all things wrought on earth and above.
• 1:02
Works won't save you and deeds won't justify you.
• 1:06
Thank God we are saved by faith alone and justified by the grace
• 1:09
of God. A man measures himself in this
• 1:13
life, or he measures himself how other people measure him.
• 1:17
You can't impress God because if you did presume such a thing you
• 1:21
would be saying God has us in a rat race to see who can shine
• 1:25
the brightest but the morning star shines the brightest.
• 1:30
We are saved by faith alone in Jesus Christ but what a waste of
• 1:34
in existence if you don't help God's children and you are well
• 1:38
and able to. Food for thought.
• 1:41
Hallelujah to God, praise God we pray for love to win in Jesus
• 1:46
  name, Amen.
