- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will

- 1:00Speaker 3: Part of your core will help you. Your core audience
- 1:03Speaker 3: will go along with your business. Right, So we're we're
- 1:06Speaker 3: not here, We're not gonna not everybody's gonna appreciate everything
- 1:09Speaker 3: that you do.
- 1:10Speaker 4: Like, so when I post certain things, I see what
- 1:13Speaker 4: some people.
- 1:14Speaker 3: You know, they might like comment, right, But and so,
- 1:18Speaker 3: but when I post other things, I don't get as
- 1:21Speaker 3: many likes their comments. But I'm not gonna worry about that, Okay,
- 1:24Speaker 3: but that I'm gonna use that to say, hey, Okay,
- 1:27Speaker 3: they like this content better or more. But that doesn't
- 1:30Speaker 3: mean I'm gonna stop posting the other items because I
- 1:33Speaker 3: still want to be true to myself.
- 1:34Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:35Speaker 3: So look at your So that's gonna be kind of
- 1:38Speaker 3: like your mass audience and then your mass audience. You
- 1:40Speaker 3: have different core groups, you have different target audiences, but
- 1:44Speaker 3: people are there still for something, right, So look at
- 1:48Speaker 3: your career and business, your hobbies and your passions and
- 1:51Speaker 3: create your target audience audiences for those.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Okay, So my.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Question is to you, what is your target audience? Everybody
- 2:02Speaker 3: in the chat, what is your target audience? Some of
- 2:05Speaker 3: us may have the same target audiences.
- 2:08Speaker 4: My target audience are educators.
- 2:12Speaker 3: And because when you get focused on your target audience, man,
- 2:15Speaker 3: that's when you can really start creating content exactly for
- 2:18Speaker 3: those people. So you want to think about it like
- 2:21Speaker 3: your personal brand is for you. It's about you, but
- 2:25Speaker 3: you're making it for your target audience so that they
- 2:28Speaker 3: can learn from it. They can soak it up and
- 2:31Speaker 3: you know, listen to you as an expert give information
- 2:36Speaker 3: about it and get all of those great tips. Okay,
- 2:39Speaker 3: we have adult entrepreneurs all right. Scenario credit prayer, Deshaun.
- 2:45Speaker 3: I want you to think about who needs the credit repair? Okay,
- 2:48Speaker 3: So think about like if you had recidivism, if you
- 2:52Speaker 3: just wanted to work with people freshly.
- 2:54Speaker 4: You know, you work with people who got out of
- 2:58Speaker 4: jail or prison or whatever.
- 2:59Speaker 3: They try to get back into society, but you might
- 3:01Speaker 3: not work with them directly. You work with them directly,
- 3:05Speaker 3: but maybe there are programs out there that help people
- 3:07Speaker 3: do that. So maybe there's a program or service that
- 3:11Speaker 3: you're pitching to the programs and services so that your
- 3:15Speaker 3: services will help their clients, right gang, Or you could
- 3:19Speaker 3: do moms, single parent moms or newly divorced people when
- 3:24Speaker 3: it comes to credit repair. Okay, Chanella said, moms in
- 3:28Speaker 3: that category can be even broken out even further teen moms,
- 3:32Speaker 3: you know, but yeah, teen moms or it just depends.
- 3:36Speaker 3: There's so many things, right.
- 3:39Speaker 4: Yes, everybody needs finances.
- 3:42Speaker 3: But you could, like I am specifically targeting educators. Why
- 3:47Speaker 3: because I'm an educator and I know how much we
- 3:50Speaker 3: spend in classrooms. I know educators. Two are also always
- 3:55Speaker 3: they have second jobs. A lot of states they don't
- 3:58Speaker 3: pay as much, Like Oklahoma loses teachers to Texas. I'm
- 4:02Speaker 3: in Texas because Oklahoma does not pay a lot for
- 4:07Speaker 3: their teachers. Neurodivergent moms, whooh, that's niche down right there,
- 4:12Speaker 3: that's niche down Mintees that need help and personal development
- 4:15Speaker 3: are awesome. New and inspiring. Entrepreneurs and single mothers love it.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Homeowners that need to sell their home boom, Okay. So
- 4:27Speaker 3: that all works, y'all, I love it. So make sure
- 4:32Speaker 3: you focus when you're thinking about your target audience. What
- 4:35Speaker 3: are the key words that you need to say? What
- 4:37Speaker 3: are the things? What are they thinking about, how do
- 4:40Speaker 3: they think, what are they dealing with? What are their
- 4:42Speaker 3: pain points? So that way you can when you're creating content,
- 4:46Speaker 3: you're not talking to everybody. You're focused in on one point.
- 4:51Speaker 3: So if I got if I get target, if my
- 4:53Speaker 3: target audience are educators, I'm not just doing educators.
- 4:56Speaker 4: I'm actually looking for new educators.
- 4:59Speaker 3: So that and I'm following the cycle of spending five
- 5:02Speaker 3: thousand dollars in their classroom, or you know, spending so
- 5:06Speaker 3: much money. I want them to find money so that
- 5:08Speaker 3: they can fund their classroom. I want them to learn
- 5:10Speaker 3: how to write letters. I want them to seek out grants. Right,
- 5:13Speaker 3: so I'm even niching down the educators. But even though
- 5:17Speaker 3: I'm niching down doesn't mean that I can't help anyone. Yeah,
- 5:20Speaker 3: I can help anyone. I mainly only want to deal
- 5:24Speaker 3: with single.
- 5:24Speaker 4: Women and as educators.
- 5:26Speaker 3: But will I say a male client, Yes I will
- 5:32Speaker 3: if I know I can help them and they're a
- 5:34Speaker 3: good fit and they're going to do the work, Yes
- 5:37Speaker 3: I will, all right, But that's not necessarily my target audience.
- 5:40Speaker 3: So just because you have a specific target audience doesn't
- 5:43Speaker 3: mean other people will not work with you. Okay, all right,
- 5:49Speaker 3: boom there it is alrighty, so be the authority, figure.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Erness what's up.
- 5:56Speaker 5: You ever walk into a small business and everything just

- 7:46Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:50Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador

- 8:40Speaker 1: America's laws border and families will be protected.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 8:46Speaker 3: We have talked about this, all right, So you're going
- 8:49Speaker 3: to need to and again, remember these are some items.
- 8:52Speaker 3: These are just the big items that are really going
- 8:54Speaker 3: to help you monitor us. You must create your presence
- 8:57Speaker 3: on social media first, So if you're just parting out right,
- 9:01Speaker 3: you're gonna have to create that facade. He even though
- 9:05Speaker 3: you might have a lot of expertise, but the big
- 9:08Speaker 3: thing is that you get to create it right online,
- 9:12Speaker 3: and then you're gonna back it up by becoming a
- 9:15Speaker 3: master of your crap. That does not happen instantaneous. This
- 9:22Speaker 3: is not Ron and Noodle, y'all. We can't just pop it.
- 9:25Speaker 3: We can't just pop also in the microwave and think
- 9:28Speaker 3: we're gonna boom, all right, Even people who have gone viral,
- 9:33Speaker 3: it doesn't necessarily just it's not an instant overnight sensation.
- 9:38Speaker 4: Because how many of us have been.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Talking about Gorilla Googirl glue Girl any anytime in the
- 9:43Speaker 3: past month.
- 9:44Speaker 4: None of us.
- 9:45Speaker 3: But she did, you know, she had her little moment
- 9:48Speaker 3: of fame, and she's gonna have to build off that.
- 9:51Speaker 3: If she wants to continue, you know, using the that
- 9:57Speaker 3: stimulus that she got right, So they things don't happen overnight.
- 10:01Speaker 4: So we have to make sure that we would still
- 10:03Speaker 4: become masters of our craft. So if we just got
- 10:05Speaker 4: into the.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Real estate, or even if you've been in the industry
- 10:07Speaker 3: for a while, you always want to be learning. There's
- 10:10Speaker 3: a book that I had to do my last class
- 10:14Speaker 3: in graduate school and becoming an instructional design. It was, well,
- 10:19Speaker 3: my master's degree is an instructional design and technology, and
- 10:22Speaker 3: so we had to read a book called Mastering by
- 10:25Speaker 3: Robert Green. I was like, I'm like this last class
- 10:30Speaker 3: was good because I was like, Okay, it was a
- 10:33Speaker 3: lot of great stuff. But Robert Green is also the
- 10:35Speaker 3: person who wrote the forty eight Laws of Power, all right,
- 10:40Speaker 3: and it says that you must spend ten thousand hours
- 10:43Speaker 3: to become the master of any craft. Ten thousand. No,
- 10:50Speaker 3: not Lamar University. It was full Sail University. And I
- 10:53Speaker 3: researched them. They're big technology school. They're out and went
- 10:56Speaker 3: a part of Florida, and I've actually met some really right.
- 11:01Speaker 4: Yeah. The funny thing is that when after I.
- 11:04Speaker 3: Got in that school, I actually met somebody in my district.
- 11:09Speaker 3: We're still friends to this day. We talked side by side.
- 11:12Speaker 3: We both went through the same program. We both were
- 11:14Speaker 3: teaching the same grade, the same content.
- 11:17Speaker 4: And we both went through that program like how two
- 11:20Speaker 4: people end up and.
- 11:23Speaker 3: Our thesis, our thesis topics were the same.
- 11:31Speaker 4: That was just it was wild. It was wild. So
- 11:34Speaker 4: and yeah, it was wild. So yeah, and I think, yeah,
- 11:39Speaker 4: the client, one of my first clients in my business.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Went to the phil Sael University too, so it was
- 11:45Speaker 3: it's been amazing. But yeah, all right, So so think
- 11:49Speaker 3: about that ten thousand hours. It's eighty hours a week
- 11:53Speaker 3: for forty eight weeks.
- 11:55Speaker 4: That's if you only studied.
- 11:56Speaker 3: This graph, right, eighty hours a week for forty eight weeks,
- 11:58Speaker 3: which is about two and a little over two and
- 12:00Speaker 3: a half years.
- 12:02Speaker 4: And that's if you're only focused on one particular skill.
- 12:05Speaker 4: So if you were to get so good, if you
- 12:08Speaker 4: were to study.
- 12:08Speaker 3: Credit payer for ten thousand hours, that doesn't mean that
- 12:12Speaker 3: you know, I mean that means that you would be
- 12:15Speaker 3: so focused you would become the expert.
- 12:16Speaker 4: You to come master.
- 12:17Speaker 3: And what happens when you're the master of something, everybody
- 12:21Speaker 3: wants to see you. Everybody wants to go see what
- 12:27Speaker 3: is his name? The guy don't I don't even know.
- 12:29Speaker 3: People still talking about him, but we all want to
- 12:32Speaker 3: be on Oprah, right, because she studied her craft, as
- 12:36Speaker 3: you know, asking questions. There's a doctor I cannot remember
- 12:40Speaker 3: his name because I'm not big on that grannies, but
- 12:44Speaker 3: you know everybody used to doctor Phild, doctor Phil.
- 12:46Speaker 4: I think it is yeah or us Yeah, those two days. Right.
- 12:50Speaker 3: We think about them like, yeah, they want to go
- 12:52Speaker 3: see him, right, because we love when people are so
- 12:56Speaker 3: well versed in if that we trust them, don't have
- 13:00Speaker 3: any problem listening to they what.
- 13:02Speaker 4: They're saying, right, Okay, So think about.
- 13:06Speaker 3: You must become a student of the game so that
- 13:09Speaker 3: you can become a master later. And with the way
- 13:12Speaker 3: we get content this day and time and the way
- 13:14Speaker 3: things are changing and laws, we have to make sure
- 13:18Speaker 3: that we're staying on top of our game. So think
- 13:20Speaker 3: about this. What was the last book you read, what
- 13:23Speaker 3: was the last seminar that you went to, or what
- 13:26Speaker 3: was the last course that you study in your area
- 13:29Speaker 3: of expertise? That's not rhetorical.
- 13:32Speaker 4: What was it and when was it? Because it was
- 13:36Speaker 4: two years ago? Ooh, that's too long. One year ago?
- 13:40Speaker 4: It is too long.
- 13:41Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 13:44Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
