- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Herman, what's going on?
- 1:01Speaker 4: Man?
- 1:01Speaker 3: How are you?
- 1:02Speaker 5: I'm feeling good fellas man. Thank you for having me
- 1:04Speaker 5: and I truly appreciate it.
- 1:06Speaker 6: We appreciate you taking time out. I know there was
- 1:09Speaker 6: plenty of preparation for tomorrow. I'm sure you're part of it,
- 1:13Speaker 6: but blessed blessed people with loads of information. So we
- 1:17Speaker 6: really appreciate that.
- 1:18Speaker 7: Thank you, Thank you so much.
- 1:20Speaker 3: The Haitian CEO. Yes, yes, yes, it's very important.
- 1:30Speaker 8: Bald head and beards.
- 1:32Speaker 7: You did you dig?
- 1:34Speaker 3: So, Irman is a master when it comes to credit,
- 1:38Speaker 3: business credit, and this is something that's extremely important. Once again,
- 1:43Speaker 3: I feel like we can never have this conversation enough.
- 1:45Speaker 3: I put a post up today and it just went
- 1:47Speaker 3: crazy and it just shows you how hungry people are
- 1:49Speaker 3: for the information and it's extremely important. So we're going
- 1:53Speaker 3: to do a deep dive into the into the world
- 1:55Speaker 3: of credit. But before we start, I wanted to just
- 1:59Speaker 3: talk about the university situation again. So, you know, meeting
- 2:04Speaker 3: with Robert Smith when we met with him a while back,
- 2:07Speaker 3: and he was telling us, right, you know, Robert Smith
- 2:09Speaker 3: is he's the richest black person in America. So he
- 2:14Speaker 3: was saying how he got his start and finances was
- 2:18Speaker 3: through mergers and acquisition, and he was telling us the
- 2:23Speaker 3: whole play behind the mergers and acquisition and that you know,
- 2:26Speaker 3: that's the real game that they play on the highest
- 2:29Speaker 3: level of finance, and that's really what he was doing
- 2:34Speaker 3: as an investment banker, was broke away those deals for
- 2:36Speaker 3: mergers and acquisitions. So you know, you got to listen
- 2:40Speaker 3: to what people speak and you have to be able
- 2:42Speaker 3: to apply to information in real time and process it
- 2:45Speaker 3: very quickly, so you know, earn your Lisia. We've obviously
- 2:50Speaker 3: built the tremendous media platform and there's other people in
- 2:53Speaker 3: the space that we respect, and Recession Pool is an
- 2:58Speaker 3: educational platform that has because an extremely impressive platform. They've
- 3:02Speaker 3: done a lot of great events, they've built an extremely
- 3:05Speaker 3: strong community, they've done live events for their members only
- 3:09Speaker 3: only for their members, and we've seen it firsthand and
- 3:12Speaker 3: it actually was a major inspiration for investments. So, you know,
- 3:18Speaker 3: seeing and just being really impressed with the infrastructure what
- 3:21Speaker 3: they've been able to accomplish, not an acquisition, but a merger,
- 3:28Speaker 3: a merger of e y L University and Recession Proof.
- 3:34Speaker 3: So it's early a Lesion university powered by Recession Proof.
- 3:39Speaker 8: It's just got bigger, yeah, basically.
- 3:43Speaker 9: So.
- 3:45Speaker 3: So you know, I feel like that's an important step
- 3:48Speaker 3: forward for the culture.
- 3:54Speaker 8: Absolutely.
- 3:54Speaker 3: So you know, you got to be able to work together,
- 3:56Speaker 3: You've got to be able to put egos aside. You
- 3:59Speaker 3: have to be able to sit at the same table
- 4:04Speaker 3: and understand that you know, yeah, you have more power
- 4:09Speaker 3: in collaboration as opposed to competition. And this is something
- 4:13Speaker 3: that you know, I don't think a lot of people
- 4:15Speaker 3: really expected, but I think it's going to be something else,
- 4:19Speaker 3: a game changing.
- 4:20Speaker 8: Yeah, I think.
- 4:21Speaker 6: I mean just from a standpoint of inspiring each other,
- 4:25Speaker 6: pushing each other and wanted to see the best for
- 4:27Speaker 6: each other.
- 4:27Speaker 8: I think we've done that over the past two years.
- 4:29Speaker 6: Like you said, when we went to the Recession conference
- 4:33Speaker 6: in Miami and looked at what was put together, we
- 4:35Speaker 6: knew that, you know what, this is something that we
- 4:39Speaker 6: can do at a law scale.
- 4:41Speaker 8: So to be merging with such such a.
- 4:44Speaker 6: Prestigious and illustrious community like RPX, it is something that
- 4:49Speaker 6: is the community. You know, it's going to serve them wholeheartedly,
- 4:54Speaker 6: and I'm excited for it.
- 4:55Speaker 8: Man.
- 4:55Speaker 6: The way that they've structured, you know, their community and
- 4:58Speaker 6: all the things that they have was like, this is
- 5:01Speaker 6: something that can add value to our community. And likewise,
- 5:04Speaker 6: you know, this is going to be pieces that you know,
- 5:06Speaker 6: our earners are going to be added over there.
- 5:08Speaker 8: So it's a.
- 5:09Speaker 6: It's a game changer for the for the financial literacy
- 5:12Speaker 6: community overall. So I'm excited. So shout out to everybody
- 5:16Speaker 6: marp X shouts are earners. Yeah, the biggest just got bigger.
- 5:20Speaker 3: More, more, more value. And like I said, it's now
- 5:22Speaker 3: you're going to have EYO University is going to have
- 5:25Speaker 3: the best parts of a session proof from or Session
- 5:27Speaker 3: proof is gonna have the best parts of YO University.
- 5:29Speaker 3: So you know, they have those chapters in place. This
- 5:32Speaker 3: is where the chapters come from. This is where the
- 5:34Speaker 3: courses come from, as far as you know, like Dan's
- 5:37Speaker 3: course and a bunch of other courses that's actually going
- 5:39Speaker 3: to be in Sonnounced. You don't have to go and
- 5:42Speaker 3: buy courses from all of these other different outlets. Where
- 5:45Speaker 3: in one community you have all the courses in under
- 5:48Speaker 3: one roof. That's revolutionary within itself, and that's something that
- 5:52Speaker 3: is like, you know, you gotta kind of bring all
- 5:55Speaker 3: of the it's like mob boss, like you bring all
- 5:57Speaker 3: of the families together, like you know what I mean.
- 5:59Speaker 3: So it's like that's a revolutionary thing to have all
- 6:01Speaker 3: of the courses under one umbrella. I don't think that's
- 6:04Speaker 3: ever really been done before. So it's in a volume
- 6:07Speaker 3: as low Joy.
- 6:11Speaker 8: Which one is it?
- 6:11Speaker 6: This?
- 6:11Speaker 8: One? Yeah? A second, I don't think you can go ahead?
- 6:14Speaker 3: So yeah, so e texts learn the word learn So
- 6:20Speaker 3: for zero one, two, three, eight, seven, four, seven nine,
- 6:25Speaker 3: and we'll be giving you updates on the relaunch of
- 6:28Speaker 3: EYL University, UH launching on Friday right before Madison Square Garden.
- 6:36Speaker 8: Good time.
- 6:37Speaker 3: There's always something, there's always something. The never the never
- 6:41Speaker 3: finished strategy, it's never finished. It's always it's always under
- 6:46Speaker 3: construction more a lot more so. All right, so let's
- 6:50Speaker 3: let's get into this. Let's get into this business conversation.
- 6:53Speaker 3: Extremely important. The differences between business credit and corporate credit,
- 7:00Speaker 3: corporate credit. I haven't really talked about that too much.
- 7:03Speaker 3: What's the difference between business credit and corporate credit?
- 7:05Speaker 5: So the main difference between business credit and corporate credit
- 7:09Speaker 5: is that business credit.
- 7:11Speaker 7: Which a lot of people talk about kind.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Of familiar with, is that it's connected to your Social
- 7:16Speaker 5: Security number, it's connected to you having good credit. So
- 7:20Speaker 5: you're basically co signing for your business. So what we
- 7:25Speaker 5: like to teach our mentees, our friends, our clients are
- 7:27Speaker 5: people who are listening to our earners, is also at
- 7:30Speaker 5: the same time, try to build up your business so
- 7:33Speaker 5: that it can get corporate credit. Corporate credit is not
- 7:36Speaker 5: connected to your social whatsoever. It's just utilizing your EI in.
- 7:41Speaker 5: So you got like Jeff bazo So or Steve Jobs
- 7:44Speaker 5: resumee Steve Jobs. When they were building up their companies,
- 7:47Speaker 5: they were also building up their EI in so they
- 7:49Speaker 5: didn't have to personally guarantee anything for their business. So
- 7:53Speaker 5: that's super important to make sure that you're not just
- 7:55Speaker 5: building up your business credit, which is a great starting
- 7:58Speaker 5: capital that you need. You get that can quit twenty five,
- 8:01Speaker 5: thirty fifty thousand for your business, but at the same
- 8:03Speaker 5: time also building up your corporate credit so you can
- 8:07Speaker 5: build up your business like in.
- 8:08Speaker 7: A year or two. Right, So you're not personal guaranteeing anything.
- 8:11Speaker 5: You're getting money and you're not giving the banks your
- 8:14Speaker 5: Social Security number to get business credit cards and loans,
- 8:16Speaker 5: et cetera.
- 8:17Speaker 8: Like that.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Okay, everybody hit the like button. This is extremely important
- 8:23Speaker 3: to almost two thousand people on YouTube.
- 8:25Speaker 8: Thousand.
- 8:26Speaker 3: That's pretty impressible. You're hitting the like button and share please.
- 8:31Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 8:32Speaker 6: One of the things we've done is we set up
- 8:34Speaker 6: multiple LLCs, so I want you to dive into that
- 8:37Speaker 6: setting up multiple LLCs so that you can get six
- 8:40Speaker 6: figure funding.
- 8:41Speaker 7: Oh yeah, so if you if you understand that hack.
- 8:45Speaker 5: If I know one LLC can get me ten, fifteen,
- 8:48Speaker 5: twenty five thousand, right, then why wouldn't I do that
- 8:52Speaker 5: with multiple LLCs?
- 8:53Speaker 7: Right?
- 8:54Speaker 5: So me, I love coming up with LLCs, even though
- 8:58Speaker 5: whether I'm not going to use them or not. Like
- 9:00Speaker 5: I come up with the idea of success as receipts.
- 9:01Speaker 5: It's one of my brands, right or Audit your Circle
- 9:03Speaker 5: another one of my brands. Right, But I also turned
- 9:05Speaker 5: it into an LLC. Right, So I know one LLC
- 9:09Speaker 5: I can get twenty five thirty forty thousand dollars. Then
- 9:12Speaker 5: the other LLC I know I can duplicate that exact
- 9:15Speaker 5: same process. So there's a lot of people sitting with three,
- 9:17Speaker 5: four or five LLCs. They haven't done anything with them.
- 9:20Speaker 5: There's a hearn, how am I going to get funding
- 9:22Speaker 5: for it? My business didn't make any money. That's not
- 9:24Speaker 5: important right now. If you got the good credit, you
- 9:26Speaker 5: can personally guarantee though all those LLC's and get funded
- 9:30Speaker 5: from them, and then you'll look up and you got
- 9:33Speaker 5: six figures and funding to do startup capital for whether
- 9:35Speaker 5: we're trying to business you're trying.
- 9:36Speaker 6: To do so the keys that have good personal credits,
- 9:40Speaker 6: so you can be a guarantee for those LZ's.
- 9:42Speaker 5: That's the key when you are building business credit. But again,
- 9:45Speaker 5: like we said a couple of minutes ago, at the
- 9:47Speaker 5: same time, you want to build a corporate credit for
- 9:49Speaker 5: those businesses also.
- 9:50Speaker 7: But I know a lot of us we just want
- 9:52Speaker 7: to get to it.
- 9:53Speaker 5: So you got the good credit you got over six
- 9:55Speaker 5: eighty and above, go get to it.
- 9:57Speaker 7: Go get that money, Go get that go get that bag. First.
- 10:01Speaker 3: What's the ten commandments when it comes to business credit?
- 10:07Speaker 7: The ten commandments to getting your business funded.
- 10:11Speaker 5: Number one, I want you all to write this down right,
- 10:13Speaker 5: because this is how you maximize to ensure.
- 10:16Speaker 7: How much funding you can get for your business.
- 10:19Speaker 5: Right So, if you know throughest bank or key bank,
- 10:22Speaker 5: you know that they're gonna give you twenty five thousand
- 10:24Speaker 5: dollars no dock, you know that right whenever you are
- 10:27Speaker 5: missing certain things from this ten commandments and knocks it
- 10:30Speaker 5: down a couple of thousands. So number one, you want
- 10:32Speaker 5: to make sure you have a proper, proper business name.
- 10:35Speaker 5: The name of my company is Bellisloan Enterprises. Right, it's
- 10:38Speaker 5: a general name. There's a lot of high risk industries
- 10:41Speaker 5: out there, right, so real estate, trucking. So if that's
- 10:44Speaker 5: sitting your business name, it's gonna limit how much funding
- 10:47Speaker 5: you're gonna get, or they probably deny you the money.
- 10:49Speaker 5: So like Bellastone Enterprise will get twenty five thousand, but
- 10:52Speaker 5: Bellasloan real estate company that that same profile is probably
- 10:57Speaker 5: gonna get ten thousand. So having the proper business name
- 10:59Speaker 5: is a important.
- 11:00Speaker 7: Number Two.
- 11:01Speaker 5: You want to make sure you have a great business
- 11:02Speaker 5: address right, brick and mortar, of course, but if not,
- 11:06Speaker 5: get yourself a virtual address, because if you're going to
- 11:09Speaker 5: the bank, try to maximize how much money you get.
- 11:11Speaker 7: You want to make sure you look like a real business.
- 11:13Speaker 5: Try to not look like a mom and pop where
- 11:16Speaker 5: you're giving them your home address as your business address.
- 11:19Speaker 5: You want to walk into Chase, you want to walk
- 11:21Speaker 5: into Wells Fargo like a real, outstanding business.
- 11:24Speaker 7: That's commandment number two.
- 11:25Speaker 5: Commandment number three, you want to have a legitimate email
- 11:28Speaker 5: address info at bellostone Enterprises dot com, not bellosone Enterprises
- 11:32Speaker 5: at gmail, those little things these banks are looking at.
- 11:36Speaker 5: Commandment number four. Want to make sure you have a
- 11:38Speaker 5: real business website. So I told a couple of my
- 11:42Speaker 5: mentees this, when everybody was getting the SBAEI d L money, right,
- 11:46Speaker 5: if they didn't have a proper email, he literally got
- 11:50Speaker 5: kicked to a real underwriter, right, So the real underwriter
- 11:53Speaker 5: was looking to see if he was a legit, legitimate business.
- 11:55Speaker 5: Because you're given an at Gmail and you're trying to
- 11:57Speaker 5: get one hundred and fifty thousand, it didn't make sense.
- 11:59Speaker 7: So commanding number four, having a good business email.
- 12:02Speaker 5: Commandment number five, you want to make sure you have
- 12:04Speaker 5: a business website, a real presence online so that the
- 12:08Speaker 5: banks know you're legit, like I'm not giving you twenty
- 12:10Speaker 5: five thirty fifty thousand dollars and you're not going anywhere.
- 12:13Speaker 5: And then once you have all this demographic information, next commandment,
- 12:17Speaker 5: that's what you put on your LLC.
- 12:20Speaker 7: Because before when I.
- 12:21Speaker 5: Started talking about business funding, everybody ran and got an LLC,
- 12:24Speaker 5: but they putting their cell phone number, their home address
- 12:26Speaker 5: on it. Now you want to set up your business
- 12:29Speaker 5: demographics first, then you put that on a business application
- 12:32Speaker 5: your LLC. Excuse me, Then you get your EI in
- 12:36Speaker 5: and then once your business is structured, I want you
- 12:38Speaker 5: to open up a business checking account and a business
- 12:41Speaker 5: saving account. Now, I want to stay on this real quick.
- 12:44Speaker 5: Commandment number seven. I want to stay on this real
- 12:46Speaker 5: quick because how you open up your business checking account
- 12:50Speaker 5: and saving account is important. The more products that you
- 12:54Speaker 5: have with a bank, the better the relationship with the bank,
- 12:57Speaker 5: the more likely they are to get you funded.
- 12:59Speaker 7: Right.
- 12:59Speaker 5: So, if I'm walking into a bank and I'm like, hey,
- 13:02Speaker 5: can I get a twenty five thousand dollars credit card?
- 13:03Speaker 5: I gotta get great credit. That's wonderful, right, But isn't
- 13:07Speaker 5: it better if I'm ope? If I go to the bank,
- 13:09Speaker 5: I get my LLC, my EI in documentation, I give
- 13:12Speaker 5: them my operator agreement. I'm like, hey, can I open
- 13:14Speaker 5: up a checking account? Can I open up a savings
- 13:16Speaker 5: account with you? So, now just open up two products
- 13:19Speaker 5: with them. I put fifty dollars in each account, write
- 13:22Speaker 5: nothing crazy, and then I ask them for funding. So
- 13:25Speaker 5: building relationships with bank is crucial one of those unknown
- 13:29Speaker 5: steps to help you get more funding from that same bank.
- 13:34Speaker 5: Commandment number nine. Having different relationships with different tiers of banks.
- 13:41Speaker 5: I always tell everyone to please start first with getting
- 13:44Speaker 5: funding and relationships with credit unions. In your area first,
- 13:48Speaker 5: So I tell them, listen, go to Google Maps, type
- 13:51Speaker 5: in the word credit.
- 13:52Speaker 7: Union and put in your zip code.
- 13:54Speaker 5: You'll see ten fifteen credit unions in your zip code alone.
- 13:58Speaker 5: That you can go and start a business relatelationship with
- 14:01Speaker 5: right and then find out give them a call, Hey, Truemark,
- 14:05Speaker 5: where do you pull from? We pull from Ecofax. Another bank,
- 14:08Speaker 5: where do you pull from? We pulled from TransUnion? Another
- 14:10Speaker 5: one where you pull from we pulled from Experience. So
- 14:12Speaker 5: now you're getting three relationships. You know they're pulling from
- 14:16Speaker 5: different credit bureaus. So when you go to the second bank,
- 14:18Speaker 5: they didn't know you just got twenty five thousand from
- 14:20Speaker 5: the first bank. So just like that, if each of
- 14:22Speaker 5: them give you ten thousand on a bad Saturday, you
- 14:24Speaker 5: just raise yourself thirty thousand dollars right from three different banks.
- 14:28Speaker 5: So credit unions left to give bigger bags out. So
- 14:31Speaker 5: I always tell people start with credit unions first. Then
- 14:33Speaker 5: work your way up to the different tiers where you
- 14:36Speaker 5: will work your way up to like citizens where they're
- 14:39Speaker 5: like more regional or truest. The more regional our nationwide,
- 14:43Speaker 5: and then you hit up the big boys. Then you
- 14:44Speaker 5: go to Wells Fargo. Then you go to Chase, but
- 14:46Speaker 5: start in your community first. And then lastly, of course
- 14:48Speaker 5: commandment number time asks them for that money, ask them
- 14:51Speaker 5: for that funding, and you should be in good position
- 14:53Speaker 5: to maximize what you can get from each bank.
- 14:56Speaker 8: It's ten Busnett commandments. What you gotta say that at
- 15:01Speaker 8: the end.
- 15:02Speaker 6: So we're applying to the banks, we're spending our applications.
- 15:06Speaker 8: You got this thing called the power for it? Can
- 15:07Speaker 8: you break that down?
- 15:09Speaker 7: The power of the four?
- 15:09Speaker 5: All right, So there's a little there's a little a
- 15:12Speaker 5: bank information that they don't want you to know, right,
- 15:14Speaker 5: love when people say down, So I'm gonna say it
- 15:15Speaker 5: to you what they don't want you to know, So
- 15:18Speaker 5: save the power for say, for instance, you have two
- 15:23Speaker 5: credit cards, right, they're ten thousand dollars each limit.
- 15:26Speaker 7: That's a credit availability that you got.
- 15:29Speaker 5: But you make thirty thousand dollars a year, right, So
- 15:33Speaker 5: the bank is going to look at that application.
- 15:35Speaker 7: They were like, this person is actually high risk.
- 15:38Speaker 5: Why because tomorrow he can max out the cars to
- 15:42Speaker 5: twenty thousand dollars, right, but he only makes thirty thousand
- 15:46Speaker 5: dollars a year. Right, So the bank actually looks at
- 15:50Speaker 5: you as somebody that's actually risky. So sometimes I tell
- 15:54Speaker 5: my earners, my mentees, I tell them, hey, if you
- 15:57Speaker 5: got to you gotta somebody on your tea, a code signer,
- 16:01Speaker 5: somebody else who doesn't look at high risk. So somebody
- 16:04Speaker 5: who's less high risk is the power for. So twenty
- 16:07Speaker 5: thousand dollars multiplied by four is eighty thousand dollars. So
- 16:11Speaker 5: the bank is looking for somebody who makes eighty thousand
- 16:13Speaker 5: dollars a year, right who has twenty thousand available credit card.
- 16:17Speaker 7: That person is low risk to the bank.
- 16:20Speaker 5: So that's why I say the power of for is
- 16:22Speaker 5: what the banks look at when assessing somebody's credit profile
- 16:25Speaker 5: to see how much funding they can give them.
- 16:27Speaker 7: On the business side.
- 16:29Speaker 3: So talk about credit union funding.
- 16:34Speaker 5: Credit union funding kind of talked about it a little
- 16:36Speaker 5: bit earlier. It's the best place to start. It's the
- 16:38Speaker 5: best place to go when you are trying to get funding.
- 16:42Speaker 5: For everybody that's on a call, I know we all
- 16:45Speaker 5: go into the name brands first. We're gonna go to Chase,
- 16:47Speaker 5: We're gonna go to Wells Fargo, and they're great institutions.
- 16:49Speaker 5: But I want everybody to start in their community first,
- 16:52Speaker 5: because the credit unions are ready to invest in the
- 16:54Speaker 5: people that are in their community first, right, I even
- 16:57Speaker 5: have I even have a strategy where a lot of
- 16:59Speaker 5: my where they're like, listen, well, there's a great bank
- 17:02Speaker 5: in Virginia. Right, Virginia got a great bank, but my
- 17:07Speaker 5: LLC is not in Virginia's in Pennsylvania.
- 17:08Speaker 7: We'll get a foreign entity, right.
- 17:10Speaker 5: So you can do business in the state of Virginia,
- 17:14Speaker 5: and then you hit up that credit union because you
- 17:16Speaker 5: know they give away thirty thousand dollars real quick if
- 17:18Speaker 5: you got a six to ninety credit score. So getting
- 17:21Speaker 5: a foreign entity is how you literally multiply or mimic
- 17:24Speaker 5: your LLC in all fifty states, so you can get
- 17:28Speaker 5: the capitol in different places. So I travel a lot.
- 17:30Speaker 5: I'm in Atlanta, I'm in Miami, I'm in Cali. So
- 17:32Speaker 5: I make sure I got foreign entities in those different
- 17:34Speaker 5: statescause if I happen to be out there and my
- 17:36Speaker 5: man's give me a good play, Like Yo, this's credit Union, bro,
- 17:38Speaker 5: They're giving fifty thousand dollars line of credit. You got
- 17:40Speaker 5: a seven hundred credit score, then I want to make
- 17:41Speaker 5: sure I'm in position to go there, because I know
- 17:44Speaker 5: credit unions are going to give me a bigger bag
- 17:46Speaker 5: than regional or national banks.
- 17:49Speaker 6: So what are the three things as entrepreneurs that we
- 17:52Speaker 6: can do to get the most funded?
- 17:54Speaker 8: Right?
- 17:54Speaker 6: A lot of times when we try to start a business,
- 17:56Speaker 6: fund is obviously always the issue.
- 17:57Speaker 8: What are the three things that we can do to
- 17:58Speaker 8: make sure we get the most.
- 18:01Speaker 5: To make sure you get the most fun and to
- 18:03Speaker 5: put yourself in position to get the bigger bag. Number one,
- 18:05Speaker 5: make sure your inquiries are low on your credit report.
- 18:10Speaker 5: So if I told you true Marcus pulling from TransUnion,
- 18:13Speaker 5: make sure you have under three inquiries from that credit bureau,
- 18:18Speaker 5: or make sure you don't have any recent inquiries in
- 18:20Speaker 5: the last six months. So keep your inquiries though. That's
- 18:22Speaker 5: gonna maximize your funding. Number two. I know it sounds
- 18:26Speaker 5: sexy that yo, I'm the owner of Bellis Loan Enterprises.
- 18:29Speaker 5: It sounds great, right, owners don't make money. You know
- 18:32Speaker 5: who make money? Who get consistent bread w two employees.
- 18:36Speaker 5: So when I open up a bank account, I tell
- 18:38Speaker 5: them I am the president, I'm the CEO, I'm the CIO,
- 18:42Speaker 5: right because they know I'm getting paid every week, So
- 18:45Speaker 5: they know I'm gonna pay this check every week. They
- 18:47Speaker 5: know I got I got a certain salary, so I'm
- 18:49Speaker 5: gonna make sure I get money every week and number
- 18:51Speaker 5: three five.
- 18:53Speaker 6: This episode is brought to you by P ANDC Bank.
- 18:56Speaker 6: A lot of people think podcasts about work are boring
- 18:59Speaker 6: and sure or they definitely can be, but understanding a

- 19:06Speaker 6: by little, day after day. It's like banking with P
- 19:10Speaker 6: and C Bank. It might seem boring to save, plan
- 19:13Speaker 6: and make calculated decisions with your bank, but keeping your

- 20:44Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 20:47Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 20:51Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 20:56Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 21:00Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 21:03Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 21:07Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 21:12Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 21:15Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 21:19Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 21:23Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 21:27Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 21:30Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 21:39Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 21:44Speaker 5: Follow the Ten Commandments. Rewind the tape is going to
- 21:46Speaker 5: be on YouTube. Follow the Ten Commandments. Position your business
- 21:50Speaker 5: in proper place to maximize your funding. Those are three
- 21:53Speaker 5: tips I got for you guys to make sure you
- 21:54Speaker 5: get the maximum funding when you walk into these banks.
- 21:58Speaker 3: So let's let's answer some questions if we can absolutely.
- 22:02Speaker 3: This is another part of the Hands Already platform is
- 22:07Speaker 3: that it's an interactive experience, so we get to actually
- 22:09Speaker 3: not just hear us talk, but answer questions in real time.
- 22:12Speaker 3: And that's beneficial because a lot of people in the
- 22:14Speaker 3: audience probably have the same question.
- 22:15Speaker 6: So let's do this man, George, we are coming to you.
- 22:19Speaker 6: I mute yourself. You've been unmuted, George.
- 22:21Speaker 8: What's up? What's going on?
- 22:27Speaker 3: Five second?
- 22:28Speaker 6: Oh man, you're not at work. So if you don't
- 22:30Speaker 6: know how this works, there are no frish breaks. When
- 22:32Speaker 6: we come to you, you better be ready to roll people.
- 22:35Speaker 8: There's a bunch of people coming on. All right, let's
- 22:38Speaker 8: go to let's the new people at let's go to
- 22:43Speaker 8: aries aries. We're coming to you. I'm mute yourself. You've
- 22:45Speaker 8: been unmuted. What's the deal? Oh? They not? Oh? Wait
- 22:54Speaker 8: there you know George, you're there. He's not there.
- 23:01Speaker 7: I'm mute. Yeah, he can you hear me?
- 23:05Speaker 8: We can hear you. How you doing?
- 23:07Speaker 10: Oh I'm doing fine yourself. I wanted to ask herman, uh,
- 23:12Speaker 10: you said that the Yahoo and the Gmail is not
- 23:15Speaker 10: a good email for business funding?
- 23:19Speaker 5: Absolutely not. So I want everyone to start thinking like
- 23:22Speaker 5: how the banks do.
- 23:23Speaker 4: Right?
- 23:24Speaker 7: So, Bellaslan Enterprises is an.
- 23:26Speaker 5: Entity that doesn't speak right, I speak for Bellaslan Enterprises, right.
- 23:31Speaker 5: So I got to make sure this looks legitimate because
- 23:35Speaker 5: when you go into chase, you're literally speaking to somebody.
- 23:38Speaker 5: If it's miss Phillips, Miss Phillips has an email address,
- 23:41Speaker 5: Miss Phillips Email addresses Phillips at Chase dot com. So
- 23:44Speaker 5: I want to make sure my business and your business
- 23:48Speaker 5: looks totally legitimate and having at domain of your business
- 23:52Speaker 5: looks sexier than YadA YadA YadA at Gmail. So bellis
- 23:56Speaker 5: what looks Can you tell me what looks better bellus
- 23:58Speaker 5: on Enterprises at Gmail or info at bellostone Enterprises dot com.
- 24:04Speaker 5: So it's about setting yourself to look at sexy to
- 24:07Speaker 5: these banks so you can maximize your funding.
- 24:09Speaker 7: Now I'm not saying it's a deal breaker.
- 24:10Speaker 5: I'm not saying no one's gotten funded with a Gmail account,
- 24:13Speaker 5: but I'm trying to maximize how much you can get funding.
- 24:17Speaker 10: So I have everything already in place. But the Gmail
- 24:21Speaker 10: is what it is, my business name act. But it
- 24:24Speaker 10: does says I think it's a Yahoo or something because
- 24:28Speaker 10: Gmail was giving me a little bit of trouble, right.
- 24:30Speaker 5: So what I recommend, what I recommend you do is
- 24:32Speaker 5: actually I'm going to send you back to Google. So
- 24:34Speaker 5: Google has an enterprise platform because they gotten into the
- 24:38Speaker 5: enterprise platform space where you can.
- 24:40Speaker 7: Go to G suite, G s U I T E.
- 24:44Speaker 7: G Suite or that.
- 24:46Speaker 5: Yeah, so where you can get a real business email address,
- 24:49Speaker 5: and it's only six dollars a month. It's super cheap.
- 24:52Speaker 5: You can start it tonight and you have your your
- 24:54Speaker 5: real email address. Are all ready to go.
- 24:57Speaker 10: But when I when I filed for my LLC, I
- 25:00Speaker 10: put the other email on.
- 25:02Speaker 5: Listen, let me let me explain this to you. Right,
- 25:04Speaker 5: your LLC is considered a person. It's an entity, right,
- 25:07Speaker 5: just like you're considered a person. Guess what you can change.
- 25:10Speaker 5: I can change my name from if I want to.
- 25:12Speaker 5: I can change my address, I can change my phone number,
- 25:14Speaker 5: and I can change my email too. All you have
- 25:16Speaker 5: to do is contact the Secretary of State and update
- 25:19Speaker 5: whatever information you need to update. Google is not called
- 25:22Speaker 5: Google anymore. They're called Alphabet. They change their name. But
- 25:25Speaker 5: all they have to do is let the Secretary of
- 25:27Speaker 5: State know. Hey, we're not called Google anymore, We're called Alphabet.
- 25:30Speaker 5: We move to this address, we have this new email address.
- 25:33Speaker 5: Here's our new information, and your LLC will be updated
- 25:36Speaker 5: with that information with the Secretary of State. So you're straight,
- 25:38Speaker 5: it's not it's not complex.
- 25:40Speaker 7: Oh, thank you.
- 25:41Speaker 8: I appreciate your help.
- 25:42Speaker 7: Absolutely, Thank you so much for joining us tonight.
- 25:44Speaker 8: You have a good one. Happy holidays? Do you? And
- 25:48Speaker 8: let's Tanya were coming to you, Tanya Simpson, what's going on?
- 25:53Speaker 8: I mute yourself. You've been unmuted with how you doing, toy?
- 25:57Speaker 4: How you doing?
- 26:00Speaker 8: No problem?
- 26:01Speaker 9: This is definitely some dime of information. So I kind
- 26:04Speaker 9: of want to ask the same question or some of
- 26:07Speaker 9: the questions. My website is a dot us.
- 26:09Speaker 11: Does that have a bad impact on my business?
- 26:12Speaker 9: Because dot us and out of dot com?
- 26:14Speaker 4: No?
- 26:15Speaker 7: No, no, that that's that's totally jitlemen.
- 26:17Speaker 5: As long as it's your business domain name dot us,
- 26:20Speaker 5: dot net, dot com, dot org, as long as it's
- 26:23Speaker 5: professional in that case, you're gonna be.
- 26:24Speaker 7: In good shape. Yes, okay, thank you, no worry, thank
- 26:28Speaker 7: you for.
- 26:28Speaker 6: Sim sister, Thank you to the having happy holidays for
- 26:32Speaker 6: you and the fah let's go down here, can't.
- 26:37Speaker 8: We're coming to you, can't. I'm mute yourself.
- 26:38Speaker 7: You've been unmuted.
- 26:39Speaker 8: What's going on.
- 26:42Speaker 7: Going on?
- 26:43Speaker 9: Man?
- 26:43Speaker 7: Mister Hammond, how you feeling tonight?
- 26:46Speaker 4: Good? Bro?
- 26:47Speaker 9: I just wanted to know I've been hearing about the
- 26:49Speaker 9: show corporations. I don't know if they really work them out,
- 26:53Speaker 9: because you know, I had a four years to fund, right,
- 26:56Speaker 9: so I wanted to know, do we really need to
- 26:59Speaker 9: have the do the Jeff Corporation work for that novel?
- 27:04Speaker 7: That makes you?
- 27:05Speaker 4: So?
- 27:05Speaker 5: Here's why shelf corporations even exist. Shelf corporations exists because
- 27:10Speaker 5: ninety percent of banks, before they can you are offered
- 27:14Speaker 5: lines of credit. Right, your business has to be two
- 27:17Speaker 5: years or older. If it's not two years of older,
- 27:20Speaker 5: you're most likely going to be eligible for a business
- 27:22Speaker 5: credit card, which is a great start. So shelf course
- 27:24Speaker 5: where existed because it's like, hey, if I want to
- 27:27Speaker 5: jump to the line and I want to get lines
- 27:28Speaker 5: of credit in addition to credit cards, let me purchase
- 27:31Speaker 5: the shelf courp.
- 27:32Speaker 7: There's nothing wrong with the shelf corp.
- 27:34Speaker 5: We recommend you get them if you have good credit,
- 27:37Speaker 5: because then you could combine it with your good personal
- 27:39Speaker 5: credit and then you can get credit cards and lines
- 27:42Speaker 5: of credit. I want to be careful with people getting
- 27:44Speaker 5: scammed out there when people say, oh, you get this
- 27:47Speaker 5: five year old shelf corp. It guarantees you one hundred
- 27:49Speaker 5: hundred and twenty five thousand dollars two hundred and fifty
- 27:51Speaker 5: thousand dollars.
- 27:52Speaker 7: No, that's not the case. If the shelf court isn't
- 27:54Speaker 7: built up.
- 27:55Speaker 5: If it doesn't have trade lines on it already, that's
- 27:58Speaker 5: definitely not the case, so you definitely want to be
- 27:59Speaker 5: careful with that. So like Bill's on the LLC right,
- 28:02Speaker 5: my business right, it's like the LLC is like seven
- 28:04Speaker 5: years old. I can sell it to you, right, mister Hammond.
- 28:07Speaker 5: And because you got a seven hundred plus credit score,
- 28:09Speaker 5: you can go out and you can get fifty to
- 28:10Speaker 5: two hundred thousand dollars because you got good credit combined
- 28:13Speaker 5: with the shelf Court. But just be careful when people
- 28:15Speaker 5: are saying, hey, buy the shelf Cour for ten thousand
- 28:17Speaker 5: dollars and you'll guarantee to get to fifty, that's definitely
- 28:21Speaker 5: not the case.
- 28:21Speaker 7: But you definitely want to be careful with that.
- 28:23Speaker 5: But it's but the purpose of it is to get
- 28:25Speaker 5: higher lines of credit because the company is older.
- 28:31Speaker 7: Appreciate it, bro, no problem, great question, Thank you for that.
- 28:34Speaker 8: Appreciate what you got.
- 28:42Speaker 6: Right more, Let's go to let's see Tyron, we can
- 28:48Speaker 6: come to you. Tyrone. You've been unmuted. Mute yourself. What's
- 28:53Speaker 6: going on?
- 28:53Speaker 7: Brother?
- 28:56Speaker 11: Hey, I talk to us all right real quick. I've
- 29:00Speaker 11: got two questions, thank y'all. First, thank y'all always absolutely.
- 29:05Speaker 11: So the questions is that's her one of my clients today.
- 29:08Speaker 11: We were doing some things that we were talking about
- 29:10Speaker 11: business funding, right, and we were looking at her. We
- 29:12Speaker 11: were trying to find her Paydexplore and they couldn't pull
- 29:15Speaker 11: up her Experienced business Equifax Business and she was like,
- 29:17Speaker 11: but I have a business credit card. And I was like, oh,
- 29:20Speaker 11: but you didn't do those trade lines. I told you,
- 29:22Speaker 11: you know. She was like, no, I never did those.
- 29:24Speaker 11: So do you have to do the vendor tier one,
- 29:27Speaker 11: two three before you do the trade line for business
- 29:29Speaker 11: funding or not. That's the first question and the second
- 29:32Speaker 11: question is real quick afterwards.
- 29:34Speaker 5: But that's all right, So let's attack that first, so
- 29:38Speaker 5: unpopular belief, right, ninety five percent of business credit cards
- 29:42Speaker 5: don't report anywhere. Right on the personal side, you could
- 29:46Speaker 5: buy a stick of gum, it's going to be on
- 29:47Speaker 5: your credit report in thirty days. American Express, Chase, Well Spargo,
- 29:51Speaker 5: they're not reporting anywhere, right, So they're not building up
- 29:55Speaker 5: your business's credit, your corporate credit whatsoever. A couple of
- 29:58Speaker 5: credit cards that do divvy d ivvy capital on tap.
- 30:02Speaker 5: Those are great corporate credit cards. They don't care what
- 30:05Speaker 5: your credit score is right. Anybody could get them. If
- 30:07Speaker 5: you have a business checking account three months old, you
- 30:09Speaker 5: got a couple of dollars going in there, they'll see
- 30:11Speaker 5: what they can do to get you some funded. But
- 30:13Speaker 5: they actually report to your business credit profile that helps
- 30:18Speaker 5: build up your score. Now, toy, you did give her
- 30:20Speaker 5: some great advice to start building her corporate credit right
- 30:24Speaker 5: by getting some Tier one vendors on her business credit profile,
- 30:30Speaker 5: and that's great. Once you built it up to tier four,
- 30:33Speaker 5: that's when you're able to go and get corporate credit,
- 30:36Speaker 5: no personal guaranteed, no matter what. Now, if you're trying
- 30:39Speaker 5: to get funded and she's a startup company, the tier
- 30:42Speaker 5: ones are not going to be enough for her to
- 30:45Speaker 5: just get corporate credit in general.
- 30:47Speaker 7: So you can suggest to her Divvy.
- 30:50Speaker 5: Corporate credit card capital on tap. But in the meantime,
- 30:53Speaker 5: she'll definitely need to get her credit up so she
- 30:55Speaker 5: can PG it personally.
- 30:57Speaker 11: Oh yeah, and we already worked on that and did that. No,
- 31:00Speaker 11: I'm tapped in. I've been tapped in with y'all, so
- 31:02Speaker 11: you know, like we on that. So thank you so much.
- 31:05Speaker 11: And the second quick question is this in terms of
- 31:07Speaker 11: foreign entities and tax havens, if I want to become
- 31:11Speaker 11: or use my business as a foreign entity in a
- 31:13Speaker 11: state that's a tax haven, maybe Delaware or somewhere like that.
- 31:17Speaker 11: How does that work? You know? Do I just file
- 31:20Speaker 11: and then I can just start assuming business or doing
- 31:23Speaker 11: business there and then I'm good and I'm saving or
- 31:25Speaker 11: how does that work if you don't lie?
- 31:27Speaker 5: So I am not a tax professional, so I gotta
- 31:30Speaker 5: be careful how I answer these questions. Definitely tap into
- 31:33Speaker 5: your tax professional who can answer that better for you.
- 31:35Speaker 5: When I speak of foreign entities, I used to pick us.
- 31:38Speaker 5: I'm about to do business in a state like I mean,
- 31:41Speaker 5: I'm in Atlanta all the time, right, So I got
- 31:43Speaker 5: a foreign entity down there, and I know they got
- 31:45Speaker 5: great lenders down there that I like to do business with.
- 31:48Speaker 5: And the credit unions. First, they won't do business with
- 31:50Speaker 5: me because I'm based in PA. So I got the
- 31:52Speaker 5: foreign entity in the state of Georgia, so I'm allowed
- 31:54Speaker 5: to open up business checking.
- 31:55Speaker 7: Accounts there and get the funding.
- 31:57Speaker 5: When it comes to the tax questions or t outcited
- 32:00Speaker 5: it when it comes to Delaware, Wyoming, I'm almost certain
- 32:03Speaker 5: that there are benefits for running your business there, but
- 32:06Speaker 5: definitely tapping with your tax professional who can give you
- 32:08Speaker 5: the best.
- 32:09Speaker 7: Advice on that.
- 32:10Speaker 11: Absolutely, Thanks again, Boss, I appreciate you.
- 32:13Speaker 8: I appreciate you.
- 32:13Speaker 3: Tyron, Yes, Sersky, I mean more we want to do
- 32:19Speaker 3: before we bring MG on.
- 32:21Speaker 8: The hands keep going up, going on.
- 32:23Speaker 6: Let's let's take uh, let's take like maybe you wanted to.
- 32:28Speaker 8: Sean Sean Barley were coming to you, Man, I mute yourself.
- 32:31Speaker 8: You've been unmuted. What's going on, Sean?
- 32:37Speaker 12: Yeah, I'm doing no fridg breaks Shaw, no fridge break.
- 32:42Speaker 12: We appreciate your attendance, but they are no fridge breaks.
- 32:46Speaker 12: So we're gonna go to Anthony Anthony Robinson, We're coming
- 32:48Speaker 12: to you. Mute yourself, you've been unmuted.
- 32:52Speaker 7: Whatever, whatever, mister Robinson, how you feeling the night?
- 32:57Speaker 4: Really good? Feely good?
- 32:58Speaker 10: Good?
- 33:00Speaker 4: So what about if you're blocked from getting bank accounts
- 33:06Speaker 4: on check systems and early warning? How can I go
- 33:13Speaker 4: about getting around it?
- 33:15Speaker 5: That's so it's hard to get around that. You have
- 33:18Speaker 5: to attack it. So you're going to have to first.
- 33:22Speaker 5: It's like it's almost like credit repair, right, it's basically
- 33:25Speaker 5: our credit pair. So you're going to have to attack
- 33:28Speaker 5: check systems. You're going to have to write a letter
- 33:30Speaker 5: to them. You're going to have to actually write letters
- 33:32Speaker 5: to Lexus Nexus so you can get those check systems
- 33:38Speaker 5: from keeping you from open up bank accounts. So usually
- 33:40Speaker 5: it's because you have a bounce check in the past,
- 33:43Speaker 5: so you have to remedy that situation. Whether hey, you
- 33:45Speaker 5: owe them three hundred dollars, hundred dollars, you go to
- 33:46Speaker 5: Chase Hair, Chase hares your five hundred dollars, can you
- 33:49Speaker 5: please remove me from check system If they verify that information,
- 33:52Speaker 5: they usually sends you a letter. You send that over
- 33:54Speaker 5: to Lexus Nexus. You send that over to the people
- 33:57Speaker 5: that are blocking you from check systems, and that's your
- 33:59Speaker 5: remedy situation.
- 34:00Speaker 7: I don't want to give you no.
- 34:01Speaker 5: Quick casts to do what I'm gonna show you the
- 34:03Speaker 5: right way to do it, because if there's a if
- 34:06Speaker 5: there's a hat that somebody's giving you about that, then
- 34:08Speaker 5: they might work at one bank but not all.
- 34:10Speaker 7: So you want to.
- 34:11Speaker 5: Make sure you're tapping into Lexus Nexus first to get
- 34:14Speaker 5: the check systems removed. Write them the letters, you can
- 34:16Speaker 5: even get them on the phone, and then put yourself
- 34:18Speaker 5: in position so you're gonna open up bank accounts right now?
- 34:22Speaker 4: Oh okay, cool, Thank you, Thank you for the appreciation.
- 34:26Speaker 8: Absolutely, bro, whole lot of game, A whole lot of game.
- 34:31Speaker 7: I'm trying, Bro, I'm trying appreciate you.
- 34:34Speaker 8: Anthony, Oh yeah, for sure. All right, you want to
- 34:44Speaker 8: do one more?
- 34:45Speaker 7: I got one more. I got one more.
- 34:47Speaker 6: Let's do it. We're coming to you. Let's do this, Leslie,
- 34:49Speaker 6: We're coming to you. I'm mute yourself. You've been unmuted.
- 34:52Speaker 6: How you doing, Leslie?
- 34:57Speaker 7: Come on, Leslie, don't break our hearts. You're here, Mike
- 35:00Speaker 7: Zas you're ready to go.
- 35:05Speaker 3: Well? Thanks?
- 35:05Speaker 8: Oh damn, Leslie, Leslie, don't mean we don't love you.
- 35:09Speaker 8: Don't It really doesn't. It really doesn't mean we don't
- 35:11Speaker 8: love it. We love you even more for.
- 35:13Speaker 6: Actually raising your hand and having en courage to answer
- 35:16Speaker 6: this question. But we'll get you on the next one.
- 35:24Speaker 6: Let's do swelling. See swelling can come through for swelling. Robberts,
- 35:28Speaker 6: what's going on? I mut yourself. You've been unmuted.
- 35:30Speaker 13: Yes, how's everybody doing?
- 35:32Speaker 7: Let's get it, mister Roberts.
- 35:33Speaker 13: How you feeling doing well?
- 35:35Speaker 7: Very familiar with both platforms.
- 35:37Speaker 13: I'm definitely following both of you.
- 35:39Speaker 8: Guys.
- 35:39Speaker 13: Man, love the platform, love everything, just really quick. I
- 35:44Speaker 13: just had a question about I know you talked a
- 35:47Speaker 13: lot about funding and position and your your business. I
- 35:50Speaker 13: know somebody taught a class about it's the next level
- 35:53Speaker 13: to get into to trust and things like that after
- 35:58Speaker 13: you've established everything.
- 36:02Speaker 5: So you know, with us, as we gain our people,
- 36:05Speaker 5: as we gain information, then we add it to the repertoire.
- 36:10Speaker 5: Like I didn't know about trust when I first started
- 36:12Speaker 5: my LLC. I didn't know about trust when I was
- 36:14Speaker 5: building business credit. I didn't know about trust when I
- 36:16Speaker 5: was building corporate credit. But as you get the information, yes,
- 36:21Speaker 5: you can put it into your your folder. So I
- 36:24Speaker 5: got a trust later in life. Under my trust is
- 36:27Speaker 5: my holding company. I set up my holding company and
- 36:30Speaker 5: then my holding company it has a bunch of all
- 36:34Speaker 5: my different LLCs, Bellosone Enterprises, Olivia marun Ing Prizes, and
- 36:37Speaker 5: all the different businesses that I do. So it's not
- 36:39Speaker 5: too late to go back and structure it correctly, to
- 36:42Speaker 5: protect yourself, to protect your assets, and to protect your
- 36:45Speaker 5: future generation from what you have built here right now.
- 36:49Speaker 5: Because I tell people all the time that I'm planning
- 36:51Speaker 5: seeds for fruit I'll never see. So I want to
- 36:54Speaker 5: make sure that my children and my grandchildren have these
- 36:58Speaker 5: assets that have been protect because I set up a trust,
- 37:01Speaker 5: a holding company and the different businesses that are under them.
- 37:05Speaker 8: Perfect, Okay, gotcha.
- 37:06Speaker 7: Thank you so much, absolutely, bro.
- 37:09Speaker 8: I appreciate you, Irman.
- 37:11Speaker 3: It's been a pleasure.
- 37:12Speaker 7: I appreciate you, gentlemen.
- 37:13Speaker 3: Thank thank you, thank you, and I know that you'll be,

- 39:36Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 39:40Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 39:44Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 39:48Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 39:52Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 39:56Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christine Noman, the United States
- 40:00Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 40:04Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
