Latest / The Mark Simone Show / Hour 2: Mayor Adams Picks Fight with Reporter
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Well, hey, rady, messy nor'easter kind of a day. We'll
- 0:03Speaker 1: get to the mayoral race in just a second. We've
- 0:06Speaker 1: got lots to talk about there. The Columbus Day parade
- 0:09Speaker 1: has been canceled, very unusual, but then it doesn't look
- 0:13Speaker 1: like it'll be rescheduled. Amazing day in the Middle East,
- 0:17Speaker 1: President Trump right now in Egypt, it's the Peace Summit.
- 0:20Speaker 1: But this morning he spoke in Israel in front of
- 0:23Speaker 1: the Knesset and made a powerful speech. It was an
- 0:26Speaker 1: incredible moment. Bb Net and Yahoo talked about their relationship.
- 0:33Speaker 1: He thanked everybody, Steve Whitcoff, Jared Kushner finally made himself
- 0:38Speaker 1: useful again, and Marco Rubio, Pete Hegsith all there. It
- 0:43Speaker 1: was powerful stuff. If you didn't see it, it was
- 0:46Speaker 1: early this morning, take a look at it. Watch the speech.
- 0:49Speaker 1: It was quite quite powerful. And now the summit is
- 0:53Speaker 1: taking place. The hostages have been released. The pictures are
- 0:57Speaker 1: starting to pour out of these hostages, the emaciated, looking,
- 1:03Speaker 1: abused hostages, seven hundred and thirty eight days in captivity.
- 1:07Speaker 1: But the pictures are coming out of them, all being
- 1:10Speaker 1: reunited with their families. Powerful pictures. The remains of the
- 1:14Speaker 1: hostages that die, those will be released during the week.
- 1:18Speaker 1: But it's quite a day. Go easy on your Democrat friends.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Go easy on your liberal friends. This is a terrible
- 1:24Speaker 1: day for them. They don't like to see anything good
- 1:28Speaker 1: happen to President Trump or Israel, so this is a
- 1:32Speaker 1: double whammy for them. They're really upset today. Go easy
- 1:35Speaker 1: on them today. The MSNBC crowd, I'm looking at their faces.
- 1:39Speaker 1: They look so frustrated as they cover this, trying to
- 1:42Speaker 1: figure out how to explain why this is all bad.
- 1:45Speaker 1: They just don't seem to be able to do it. So, Hey,
- 1:47Speaker 1: the mayor all race, where does it stand now? Mom
- 1:51Speaker 1: Donnie has a lead. We don't have any real polls yet.
- 1:54Speaker 1: These are these college poles, these junk polls. But it's
- 1:58Speaker 1: clear that Mom Donnie has some kind of a lead.
- 2:00Speaker 1: We just don't know how much. Cuomo seems to be
- 2:03Speaker 1: in second place. Curtis gaining momentum. The debate is Thursday night.
- 2:10Speaker 1: This Thursday night is the first debate. There'll be another
- 2:14Speaker 1: one the following week, but that'll be on New York One,
- 2:17Speaker 1: which nobody sees. But this in Moments from the debate
- 2:21Speaker 1: can go viral. That's the important thing. Cuomo is not
- 2:25Speaker 1: a good debater. He talks slow and he talks like this,
- 2:31Speaker 1: so he doesn't do well in debates. That's how I'm
- 2:34Speaker 1: Donnie got the nomination. In the two debates in the primary,
- 2:38Speaker 1: Mam Donnie just wiped the floor with Cuomo. So he's
- 2:41Speaker 1: not good in debates. This could be a very bad
- 2:43Speaker 1: night for Cuomo unless unless he figures out how to
- 2:47Speaker 1: become a good debater in the next few days. But
- 2:50Speaker 1: Ma'm Donnie's a good debater. He's a fast, talking, slick,
- 2:53Speaker 1: good debater. Curtis is a professional debater for thirty five years,
- 2:57Speaker 1: best debater in the race, so Cuomo could look old
- 3:01Speaker 1: and tired compared to these two. It may be a
- 3:06Speaker 1: bad night for him. Now will it turn the race around?
- 3:09Speaker 1: I don't know. But if Curtis lands some real serious blows,
- 3:14Speaker 1: if he really hits Mamdanni with some knockout punches, that
- 3:19Speaker 1: could turn the race around. Now, it's Channel four, that's
- 3:23Speaker 1: better than New York one, but not everybody watches his
- 3:25Speaker 1: TV debates. So the most important thing is that get
- 3:29Speaker 1: a lot of social media, a lot of YouTube, a
- 3:32Speaker 1: lot of that, and then something has to go viral
- 3:34Speaker 1: from there. There has to be some moments where Mamdanni
- 3:38Speaker 1: is exposed. If that's the case, that could turn the
- 3:41Speaker 1: race around. One very unique thing about New York City.
- 3:44Speaker 1: You don't see this really anywhere else but in a
- 3:46Speaker 1: New York City mayoral race. And I don't know why
- 3:49Speaker 1: the whole race can change in the last two three weeks.
- 3:52Speaker 1: We've seen it happen another time. It's happened many times
- 3:55Speaker 1: a New York City mayoral race. Somebody could have a
- 3:57Speaker 1: commanding lead, be in the lead the whole and then
- 4:01Speaker 1: last two or three weeks the whole thing turns around.
- 4:03Speaker 1: We've seen that in New York City. Could happen this time.
- 4:06Speaker 1: So Thursday night could be the deciding night of the debate.
- 4:10Speaker 1: This Thursday night, Channel four. I think it's seven o'clock
- 4:15Speaker 1: that's the debate. So that's the key. As I mentioned,
- 4:18Speaker 1: there was a big gallat dinner Saturday Columbus Club that
- 4:22Speaker 1: it's the dinner for the Columbus Day parade. Million VIPs,
- 4:26Speaker 1: a big ballroom, thousand people there, tuxedos and in fact,
- 4:32Speaker 1: take a look at my Instagram you see some pictures
- 4:34Speaker 1: of me and Curtis there. But it's a fun night.
- 4:38Speaker 1: It's a great night celebrating, and Curtis was mobbed everywhere
- 4:41Speaker 1: he went in the room, and people just wanted to
- 4:43Speaker 1: take pictures of Curtis. Clomos seem mad, he seemed gloam,
- 4:47Speaker 1: he seemed angry. He's glaring and glaring at me, glaring
- 4:50Speaker 1: at people, and then some in the media he actually
- 4:53Speaker 1: started a fight with I don't know why he thought
- 4:55Speaker 1: that was the place to do it. Other people intervene.
- 4:58Speaker 1: He said, hey, this is not the play for this,
- 5:01Speaker 1: trying to argue with it. So I don't know. He
- 5:03Speaker 1: just looked very upset. He did not look like a
- 5:05Speaker 1: happy guy. So, Mom Donnie has been doing interviews, but
- 5:10Speaker 1: he's been very careful to go into this word salad,
- 5:13Speaker 1: not the Kamala Harris drunken word salad, but more of
- 5:17Speaker 1: a slick, polished word salad. But in other words, it
- 5:20Speaker 1: was Mam Donnie trying to duck questions, trying to avoid
- 5:24Speaker 1: the answers. So this is leading up to the debate,
- 5:27Speaker 1: and that could be the problem in the debate where
- 5:29Speaker 1: it kind of becomes obvious that this guy's an empty suit.
- 5:32Speaker 1: He's a good salesman, he's a fast talker. You know Cuomo,
- 5:36Speaker 1: and he talks slow like this. It's not but Mam,
- 5:40Speaker 1: Donnie can talk a mile a minute. When you talk
- 5:41Speaker 1: this fast, it sounds like you're very smart. You know,
- 5:43Speaker 1: you can talk faster than people can think. They think
- 5:45Speaker 1: that you know a lot of stuff. It just takes
- 5:48Speaker 1: a little practice. But I don't believe in that method.
- 5:54Speaker 1: These younger techie guys, you know, like who was that
- 5:58Speaker 1: guy last time around? He ran in the mirror race.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I can't remember his name, Yang, Andrew Yang. That was
- 6:05Speaker 1: the guy Andrew Yang. And to a certain extent vivek Ramaswami.
- 6:08Speaker 1: They're like young tech, sort of wealthy, and when they
- 6:13Speaker 1: talk they talk about a minute and they explain things
- 6:15Speaker 1: to you like this. They talk really fast, and they're
- 6:17Speaker 1: talking so fast you think, well, this guys don't at
- 6:18Speaker 1: this stuff. Look on fast he talks, so it works. Hey,
- 6:24Speaker 1: you know, Eric Adams has this woman wrote a book.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I guess she's a reporter. So she wrote a book
- 6:31Speaker 1: supposedly about their sex, that she had some sort of
- 6:34Speaker 1: affair with him, although it doesn't look like she really did.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Looks like she really exaggerated, but reporters are all over
- 6:40Speaker 1: it and Adam's not happy about it. I think he's
- 6:45Speaker 1: just kind of annoyed that he hasked to even respond
- 6:47Speaker 1: to this. Hey, Adams in real life quite the charming guy.
- 6:51Speaker 1: He's a good looking guy in real life. I've been
- 6:53Speaker 1: out with him. I've watched him. He can flirt pretty
- 6:55Speaker 1: good with women. He knows how to do it. But
- 6:57Speaker 1: from what I could see, not much really goes on.
- 6:59Speaker 1: But he didn't like the reporter asking about this.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Some of you that have been covering me, you know
- 7:05Speaker 2: you guys, you guys could part let me do this,
- 7:08Speaker 2: could depart, you can depart. Some of you have been
- 7:11Speaker 2: recovering me for three and a half years. You're some
- 7:15Speaker 2: of you are so sick and dark, and you're the
- 7:17Speaker 2: leader of that. You're one of the most dark writers
- 7:21Speaker 2: that I've ever seen in this city. And your personal
- 7:24Speaker 2: sick vendetta and the sickness of how you think of
- 7:28Speaker 2: over sexualizing a black man that in the book it
- 7:32Speaker 2: stated that there was a sexual action in Borough Hall
- 7:34Speaker 2: that was never in the book. But that's typical of
- 7:37Speaker 2: the sickness and the darkness of your sick mind.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Well, you see, he's becoming Trump. Of course you gotta
- 7:44Speaker 1: do it. Like Trump a little more humor. You gotta
- 7:46Speaker 1: like laugh at the guy and point to this guy here,
- 7:49Speaker 1: this is the worst. You're the worst. This guy is
- 7:51Speaker 1: what a uh? He's not happy about this book.
- 7:54Speaker 2: There was a book that came out that Jasmine Ray
- 7:57Speaker 2: wrote and in the Daily News today it was stated
- 8:03Speaker 2: that there was a sexual action that happened in Borough
- 8:06Speaker 2: Hall should be put in that book, and it wasn't.
- 8:10Speaker 2: You're a dog sick person, man. You know that you're
- 8:12Speaker 2: a dog sick person. Your name was on a your
- 8:15Speaker 2: name was on your name was on a Bydeline. And
- 8:17Speaker 2: there's some of you, some of you that have been
- 8:20Speaker 2: covering me. You know what you guys? Could you guys,
- 8:23Speaker 2: could part let me do this?
- 8:25Speaker 1: From DuPont to DuPont. Now, this is shocking, not the
- 8:29Speaker 1: allegation that anybody saw the Daily News. Did you know
- 8:32Speaker 1: you could still see the New York Daily News. There
- 8:35Speaker 1: actually is such a thing, believing or not as a
- 8:37Speaker 1: New York Daily News. It apparently it basically went out
- 8:41Speaker 1: of business, but they want to tell them. They don't
- 8:43Speaker 1: want to tell the people who work there, so they're
- 8:44Speaker 1: still putting it out. I don't know who the hell
- 8:46Speaker 1: sees it they print up like three copies a day.
- 8:49Speaker 1: The New York Daily News has a staff of like
- 8:51Speaker 1: three interns that put out this paper. I don't know
- 8:54Speaker 1: anybody sees it. I don't know where you could find it.
- 8:57Speaker 1: I guess they must have a website, but I think
- 8:59Speaker 1: you'd have to pay to go on the website, and
- 9:00Speaker 1: nobody in their right mind would do that. But if
- 9:03Speaker 1: you wanted to get the New York Daily News, I
- 9:05Speaker 1: don't know how could you do that. I don't even
- 9:09Speaker 1: know where you get a physical newspaper anymore. They still
- 9:13Speaker 1: print them. But you know, like I take this neighborhood here,
- 9:16Speaker 1: where'd you get those? Bruce in the control room? Okay?
- 9:22Speaker 1: That is that Jim Kerr studio. Okay, Jim Kerr, Jim Kerr.
- 9:26Speaker 1: We love him. He's a very old school guy, traditional
- 9:29Speaker 1: old school guy. He still gets physical newspapers delivered. Oh
- 9:33Speaker 1: you know who else? Yeah? And then do you know
- 9:36Speaker 1: that they still print news Day? Remember Newsday from years ago?
- 9:39Speaker 1: You know who else? The guy on New York One,
- 9:42Speaker 1: Pat Kiernan, who should be arrested for fraud. This guy
- 9:46Speaker 1: does a feature every morning. This is what he's famous for.
- 9:49Speaker 1: It's a feature called in the papers and he holds
- 9:52Speaker 1: up the newspapers. Now, listen to this. This is what
- 9:54Speaker 1: he does for a feature on the Morning Show. He
- 9:57Speaker 1: goes over what's in the newspapers? Do you know any
- 10:01Speaker 1: show in the world that doesn't do that.
- 10:04Speaker 3: He makes this like.
- 10:04Speaker 1: It's a special thing. Now we're going to talk about
- 10:07Speaker 1: what's in the papers. Hey, if you listen to Scott
- 10:09Speaker 1: Shannon for thirty years ago, that's what he did. What's
- 10:12Speaker 1: in the papers? If you listen to me thirties, what's
- 10:15Speaker 1: in the papers? I just did it. Now, I just
- 10:18Speaker 1: the first hour I talked about what was in the newspapers.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Everybody does it, but he holds it up and makes
- 10:24Speaker 1: the whole thing about it. So I guess that's the
- 10:27Speaker 1: only thing they still print. There's still a print edition
- 10:30Speaker 1: of the Daily News, and the New York Post is
- 10:34Speaker 1: just for Pat Kernan and Jim Kurr, just for these
- 10:36Speaker 1: two guys. They're printing. That's all they print is two
- 10:38Speaker 1: copies and no, actually I looked into this. Now, the
- 10:41Speaker 1: Daily News nobody sees. The Daily News has long forgotten about,
- 10:46Speaker 1: But the New York Post is the biggest payer. The
- 10:48Speaker 1: New York Post print edition has about eighty five thousand
- 10:53Speaker 1: circulation the New York Post print edition, but the website
- 10:58Speaker 1: has about three point eight million every day. So and
- 11:02Speaker 1: I don't know why you'd read that print edition. Go
- 11:03Speaker 1: to the website. Though articles are much longer, there are
- 11:06Speaker 1: many more pictures. There's twenty times more articles, more details.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Alsoe you got amember. When you're reading a print edition
- 11:14Speaker 1: of a newspaper, it's like thirty five hours old. It's
- 11:17Speaker 1: not like the old days where they had printing proflictions
- 11:19Speaker 1: going day and night. Here's the three star edition, the
- 11:21Speaker 1: four star edition, the Bulldog. They just print one edition
- 11:25Speaker 1: way out in New Jersey and then it's old news.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Go to the website. It's much better there, much much better,
- 11:33Speaker 1: and a lot cheaper. You know, well, I don't want
- 11:35Speaker 1: to pay for subscription on the website. It's much cheaper
- 11:38Speaker 1: than buying the print edition every day. So hey, the
- 11:42Speaker 1: other thing about momt Donnie, just get back to the
- 11:44Speaker 1: narrow race. Should he not get beaten in the debate,
- 11:49Speaker 1: should things look bad, looks like he's going to win,
- 11:52Speaker 1: there's a very good chance he will never serve as mayor.
- 11:55Speaker 1: The investigations are continuing into Mom Donnie they're happening in Washington.
- 12:00Speaker 1: There's a bunch of groups digging into his money. The
- 12:03Speaker 1: problem is foreign money coming into his campaign. If that's
- 12:07Speaker 1: proven that he took foreign money and he knew about it,
- 12:10Speaker 1: and that could be the end of him, they can
- 12:12Speaker 1: disqualify him, they can take him out of the race.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Now there's a minor group that goes through the campaign
- 12:19Speaker 1: finance records and they have found foreign money in his campaign,
- 12:23Speaker 1: illegal foreign donations. They've already found thirteen thousand in illegal
- 12:28Speaker 1: foreign donations. They've reported to the campaign finance board. Mamdannie's
- 12:33Speaker 1: campaign has to return that money. They say they will
- 12:37Speaker 1: return it. So far, they've only give him back five thousand.
- 12:41Speaker 1: One of them was a contribution from his mother. Oh
- 12:45Speaker 1: actually wait the mother in law. I guess mother in law.
- 12:49Speaker 1: So city campaign finance board, which is pretty sleazy. They
- 12:53Speaker 1: said they're in the process of auditing all the campaigns.
- 12:56Speaker 1: But there are real news organizations and real investigators looking
- 13:03Speaker 1: into if there was big money coming in dark money
- 13:06Speaker 1: into super packs ending up in his campaign. If they
- 13:09Speaker 1: find that he's out of the race, they may not
- 13:11Speaker 1: find it before election day and he could get elected.
- 13:14Speaker 1: But if they find it between election day and the
- 13:19Speaker 1: end of the year, they can't take him out. They
- 13:21Speaker 1: can remove him. You might end up with Jimani Williams,
- 13:24Speaker 1: the public advocate, but we'll see.
- 13:27Speaker 4: Hey.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Most important thing too in November to remember is you
- 13:30Speaker 1: got to get rid of Alvin Bragg, this awful district
- 13:33Speaker 1: attorney who lets all the criminals out. He's up for reelection.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Make sure you vote for the Republican Maud Maren if
- 13:40Speaker 1: you're Democrat. She was a Democrat for years. She's not
- 13:43Speaker 1: a real Republican Republican, but she's tough on crime and
- 13:47Speaker 1: she'll put people in jail. So in November, this is
- 13:49Speaker 1: an important thing. Get rid of Alvin Bragg. Put in
- 13:52Speaker 1: Maud Maren as DA. That will make a big difference
- 13:56Speaker 1: in crime. Diane Keaton, Hey, I'm getting unds of Instagram
- 14:01Speaker 1: followers today all of a sudden, dozens and dozens and
- 14:03Speaker 1: dozens and dozens. Turns out it's from the picture I
- 14:06Speaker 1: put up of Diane Keaton and Woody Allen. It was
- 14:10Speaker 1: the last time they had dinner together. I was at
- 14:12Speaker 1: the next table, got a picture of them. But it's
- 14:14Speaker 1: on my Instagram and it's gone viral like crazy. So
- 14:18Speaker 1: it's upteleic almost a million views. But take a look
- 14:21Speaker 1: at it up on my Instagram. Just go to Mark
- 14:23Speaker 1: Simone NYC at Instagram. Mark Simone NYC at Instagram. Diane Keaton,
- 14:30Speaker 1: Andy Hall. Of course the Godfather and don't forget the
- 14:32Speaker 1: Godfather too.
- 14:33Speaker 5: I didn't want your son, Michael. I wouldn't bring another
- 14:38Speaker 5: one of your sons.
- 14:39Speaker 6: Into this world.
- 14:42Speaker 5: It wasn't abortion, Michael.
- 14:45Speaker 7: It was a son, a son, and I had to
- 14:47Speaker 7: kill because this must all end.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Well. She was a great actress, she was an Oscar
- 14:54Speaker 1: winner and AFI Award.
- 14:58Speaker 5: I just want to cry, That's all I wanted to do.
- 15:00Speaker 5: Has this been too much? Too great for me? And
- 15:03Speaker 5: then I have a speech? And who cares what I
- 15:05Speaker 5: have to say? I mean, it's all been said. I
- 15:08Speaker 5: just feel horrible about the fact that I have to
- 15:10Speaker 5: do this. I have no interest in it whatsoever.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Yeah, quite a unique character, Diane Keaton. Hey, we'll take
- 15:16Speaker 1: some calls. Next. Eight hundred three to two one zero
- 15:20Speaker 1: seven ten. Is the number eight hundred three to two
- 15:23Speaker 1: one zero seven ten. Hey, let's take some calls. Let's
- 15:26Speaker 1: go to uh Dennis bound Brook, New Jersey. Dennis, how
- 15:29Speaker 1: you doing?
- 15:30Speaker 4: Yes, good morning, Mark, Mark my suggestion, Hello, yeah, Hello, yeah, Mark,
- 15:36Speaker 4: My suggestion for curtis to learn that to land that
- 15:38Speaker 4: big blow, keep referring to Mond hump Dhani as speedel
- 15:44Speaker 4: and say that the del castro here will turn New
- 15:47Speaker 4: York City into Cuba. Rob from the rich, give to
- 15:51Speaker 4: the poor, until everybody's poor. Do we want Cuba to
- 15:55Speaker 4: come to New York City?
- 15:58Speaker 8: Uh?
- 16:00Speaker 1: Are you from like us three months ago? I mean,
- 16:03Speaker 1: this is your suggestion. This is old stuff. This was
- 16:05Speaker 1: like the first one, that old stuff.
- 16:06Speaker 4: I haven't heard him refer to him as you.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Know, people always do that. I haven't heard it. He's
- 16:11Speaker 1: been doing that the whole race. Let's go to Joan
- 16:13Speaker 1: in the Bronx. Joan, how you doing?
- 16:16Speaker 5: Hi?
- 16:16Speaker 6: Mark, I'm fine, Thank you. I heard an interview with
- 16:20Speaker 6: the assistant director of the Quinnipiac polls.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Okay, and she was, hello, yeah, it's one of those
- 16:28Speaker 1: dumb college poles.
- 16:30Speaker 6: Well know. The good part about this is she was
- 16:33Speaker 6: talking about the internals, and it shows that Flee was
- 16:37Speaker 6: Flee was supporters our fifty two percent enthusiastic, while Cuomo
- 16:43Speaker 6: was our only twenty eight per Nobody.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Looks nobody likes Smoma, but don't don't take those college
- 16:47Speaker 1: polls too seriously. Let me explain what a college pole is.
- 16:51Speaker 1: The way a college becomes famous and gets prestige and
- 16:54Speaker 1: gets tons of donations is by football, like University of
- 16:57Speaker 1: Michigan or the big football you know. But there's some
- 17:01Speaker 1: colleges they can't afford it that they don't want to
- 17:03Speaker 1: build a stadium. It costs a fortune, you know how
- 17:06Speaker 1: much it costs to run a football team. It's not
- 17:09Speaker 1: just building a stadium. You got to pay these players,
- 17:11Speaker 1: you know, the equipment. It's a fortune. So some colleges,
- 17:15Speaker 1: you know, they're like dinky colleges. You do a poll,
- 17:18Speaker 1: your poll, You buy a couple of you know, twenty iPads,
- 17:21Speaker 1: and you send some students out and you do a poll.
- 17:23Speaker 1: These are colleges that can't get a football team. Let's
- 17:27Speaker 1: go to Steve in Manhattan. Steve, how you doing?
- 17:30Speaker 9: Hey, what's up? Mark? You know?
- 17:32Speaker 8: I mean told by a lot of people. The city
- 17:34Speaker 8: trains they're locking, the doors are between cars. Curtis has
- 17:37Speaker 8: got to be over this poll over.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Curtis is all over everything trains. There's nothing Curtis doesn't
- 17:42Speaker 1: know about New York or the trains. Let's go to
- 17:44Speaker 1: Greg and Long Island. Greg, How you doing, Oh.
- 17:48Speaker 8: Mark, I appreciate your taking my call. Why don't just
- 17:51Speaker 8: talk very briefly about this bump wrap against Columbus. Yes,
- 17:55Speaker 8: there's an outstanding book that was published at twenty twelve
- 17:58Speaker 8: which is giving a very little coverage, written by an author.
- 18:02Speaker 1: What's the name of the book.
- 18:04Speaker 8: The author name of the book is Columbus The Quest
- 18:07Speaker 8: for Jerusalem.
- 18:09Speaker 1: All right, well, I already should read it. Columbus was
- 18:11Speaker 1: a great guy. Obviously. The Democrats, because they hate America,
- 18:14Speaker 1: they hate Columbus. But you got to just keep pointing
- 18:16Speaker 1: out to them, Hey, Columbus, illegal alien. I thought you
- 18:19Speaker 1: liked the illegal aliens. He's the first the illegal alien,
- 18:23Speaker 1: and you should. Democrats should love him. As a result,
- 18:25Speaker 1: let's go hate Vincent in Brooklyn, Vincent, how you doing?
- 18:28Speaker 9: Good morning, Mark, Mark. I'm okay. I'm glad the hostages
- 18:32Speaker 9: got all released and everything. That's a great day for
- 18:35Speaker 9: Israel and for Donald Trump's team of diplomats putting this
- 18:40Speaker 9: all together. Although unfortunately I think the exchange is rather skewed.
- 18:45Speaker 9: Nineteen life is nineteen hundred life is for twenty hostages.
- 18:53Speaker 9: It seems a little askewed to me. And also that
- 18:57Speaker 9: kind of my way of thinking, that kind of incur
- 19:00Speaker 9: is to tell is to keep on doing it because
- 19:02Speaker 9: look at the exchange rate. Mark. What I want to
- 19:06Speaker 9: mention that you brought up about Mandani's black money and
- 19:11Speaker 9: shady money. Sam Antar, who busted also Letitia James, he
- 19:15Speaker 9: brought it out about the Morgan fraud, said that most
- 19:19Speaker 9: of Mandami's money is coming from bundlers, not from me.
- 19:24Speaker 9: He claims it's coming from people sending him, you know,
- 19:27Speaker 9: twenty twenty five dollars. That's not the case. These bundlers
- 19:31Speaker 9: are getting the money from all these these bad actors
- 19:35Speaker 9: all over the world. And when he gives the money,
- 19:41Speaker 9: according to the election laws, they just have to he
- 19:44Speaker 9: has to just put down he or she well, I
- 19:47Speaker 9: brought this money there the bundler. Meanwhile, where is all
- 19:51Speaker 9: Where are the bundlers getting all this money? And sam
- 19:54Speaker 9: Antard said, there's a feature when you give money via
- 19:58Speaker 9: credit card on these websites that accept the money for
- 20:02Speaker 9: the candidates, there's a feature like Obama did that they
- 20:06Speaker 9: turn off that feature where you normally you would have
- 20:09Speaker 9: to put in pertinent information about yeah, you retired, are
- 20:13Speaker 9: you working so forth and so on.
- 20:15Speaker 1: You can do it. You can do it anonymously. Yeah, well,
- 20:18Speaker 1: but there are let's just say, in Washington, a lot
- 20:20Speaker 1: of people working on that money. Sam Antar has been
- 20:23Speaker 1: great in this, but they're tracing down that money. Apparently
- 20:26Speaker 1: there's a lot of Soros types around the world, other.
- 20:30Speaker 9: Kinds of a lot of dirty money, even from China.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Port China. There's the money coming from everywhere. They'll find it,
- 20:35Speaker 1: and that could take him out of the race. Vincent
- 20:38Speaker 1: great call is always oh hey when we come back.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Denish Desusa, the great scholar, a filmmaker, author, you know
- 20:45Speaker 1: his latest movie, boy, this has a lot to do
- 20:48Speaker 1: with today. His latest movie is all about October seventh,
- 20:54Speaker 1: and it's a perfect day to have mine as the
- 20:56Speaker 1: hostage is a released. But we'll talk to him next
- 20:58Speaker 1: on seven to ten. Are well, it's been quite a
- 21:01Speaker 1: day in Israel now, you know. Denshuza, the great author, scholar,
- 21:06Speaker 1: a filmmaker. His latest film, beautiful film, well, powerful film documentary.
- 21:11Speaker 1: It's called The Dragons Prophecy. It's out. We want you
- 21:16Speaker 1: to see it. It's the most incredible look back at
- 21:18Speaker 1: October seventh with footage never before seen and the whole
- 21:23Speaker 1: history to ancient times. It's a powerful film. The Dragons
- 21:26Speaker 1: Prophecy densh de Suzza, how you doing.
- 21:32Speaker 7: Pleasure?
- 21:33Speaker 3: And yes, of course what an exhilarating We profiled one
- 21:40Speaker 3: of the families. I hated him, a named Leshai Miran
- 21:44Speaker 3: outside her little Kibbutz interviewed a woman nahal oz community
- 21:50Speaker 3: and she described and harrowing in bill what happened to
- 21:53Speaker 3: them on October seventh. And of course she and the
- 21:56Speaker 3: two little girls have been the tar dad for two years, right,
- 22:00Speaker 3: so just to see some picture and without the warning
- 22:03Speaker 3: of their family reunion, I mean I was quite overwhelmed,
- 22:06Speaker 3: my wife. It's very personal in that sense.
- 22:10Speaker 1: Yeah, Denish, can we call you right back? I think
- 22:12Speaker 1: your phone is cracking up. Let's let's call him right back,
- 22:15Speaker 1: because that's not him, that's the phone. Yeah. It's a
- 22:18Speaker 1: very very powerful film October seventh. He's got footage that
- 22:22Speaker 1: is so graphic of what happened and so real, and
- 22:25Speaker 1: it's an amazing film, The Dragon's Prophecy. You can buy it.
- 22:29Speaker 1: It's on Amazon, it's there's showings in theaters. But it's
- 22:35Speaker 1: a great film and it's so appropriate today. Hostages released.
- 22:40Speaker 1: They're back with their families. The President of Egypt right
- 22:42Speaker 1: now meeting with all these world leaders who we are
- 22:45Speaker 1: partners in this deal. And this film is a look
- 22:51Speaker 1: like at October seventh like you've never seen before an interviews.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Oh we got them back, Denish Desusa. How are you?
- 22:57Speaker 1: Let's see if it's.
- 22:57Speaker 7: Sing Hey Mark, I'm doing great?
- 22:59Speaker 1: Oh much better? Me better, much much better? Now, where's
- 23:02Speaker 1: where can people see the film?
- 23:05Speaker 7: So the film is in streaming and DVD and go
- 23:08Speaker 7: to the website which is The Dragons Floral the Dragons
- 23:12Speaker 7: prophecyfilm dot Com. You can stream it, you can order
- 23:16Speaker 7: your DVDs. It ties into all the stuff going on now.
- 23:20Speaker 7: So it's a wonderfully timely film. And it also is
- 23:25Speaker 7: although it takes you to some dark places, it ends
- 23:27Speaker 7: on a note of exhilaration, spiritual renewal. So it seems
- 23:31Speaker 7: particularly fitting for this moment.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the ultimate film on what happened on October
- 23:36Speaker 1: since the footage is quite amazing that you've gotten a
- 23:39Speaker 1: hold of. And how long did this whole thing take
- 23:41Speaker 1: to do?
- 23:43Speaker 8: Well?
- 23:43Speaker 7: We started it about a year ago, and remarkably the
- 23:47Speaker 7: film is even more timely than when we were shooting it,
- 23:52Speaker 7: I show footage that's never before seen of October seventh. Interestingly,
- 23:56Speaker 7: the government of Israel opted to hold back on that,
- 24:00Speaker 7: I think out of respect for the families, but I
- 24:03Speaker 7: thought it's important for people to be on the scene
- 24:06Speaker 7: and get some real experiential sense of what that was like.
- 24:10Speaker 7: And then the film goes to the widest possible themes,
- 24:13Speaker 7: which is it tries to interpret the events not just
- 24:16Speaker 7: from a political but also from a biblical and a
- 24:20Speaker 7: prophetic perspective.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Yeah, today obviously historic, a wonderful day piece, but how
- 24:28Speaker 1: much faith do you have in this holding up this
- 24:31Speaker 1: whole piece deal over the years?
- 24:34Speaker 7: Well, I think if you believe the Bible, this issue
- 24:38Speaker 7: is not going to be permanently resolved until maybe the
- 24:42Speaker 7: end of time. I've seen so many other conflicts settled
- 24:47Speaker 7: and this one continues to fester. Now, I do want
- 24:50Speaker 7: to credit Trump. I mean, over my adult lifetime, I've
- 24:53Speaker 7: seen the Nixon Plan, the Carter Plan, the Clinton Plan,
- 24:56Speaker 7: and none of them have really made measurable progress. But
- 24:59Speaker 7: this really is a momentous step forward. So I won't
- 25:03Speaker 7: say I'm optimistic, but I am hopeful that we can
- 25:07Speaker 7: build on what we see today.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Yeah, the film is called The Dragon's Prophecy. You've got
- 25:12Speaker 1: to see this film, and you deal with how far
- 25:15Speaker 1: back into ancient times this all goes. You know, presidents
- 25:18Speaker 1: have tried giving land in this deal. It's about giving
- 25:23Speaker 1: an economy and booming economy to going back to the beginning,
- 25:29Speaker 1: what is really the root of this conflict.
- 25:32Speaker 7: Well, the Biblical perspective basically says that Israel has always
- 25:39Speaker 7: been fighting for its life, and in fact, there is
- 25:43Speaker 7: an eerie similarity between this war that we've been witnessing
- 25:47Speaker 7: for two years and the ancient war between the Israelites
- 25:52Speaker 7: and their longtime enemy called the Philistines now Philistine Palestine.
- 25:57Speaker 7: That is actually the same word. It's the same name,
- 26:00Speaker 7: but we're not just talking about the same name. We're
- 26:02Speaker 7: talking about very similar tactics. The ancient Philistines would capture Israelites,
- 26:10Speaker 7: would drag them literally to Gaza. Gaza's mentioned in the Bible,
- 26:14Speaker 7: and then in the Bible it says that when Samson,
- 26:17Speaker 7: the hero who represents the strength of Israel, is captured,
- 26:21Speaker 7: he's blinded in somewhat the same way Israel was blinded
- 26:25Speaker 7: in October seventh. He was paraded in front of the
- 26:28Speaker 7: people of Gaza quote for their entertainment. And similarly with
- 26:32Speaker 7: the captives of October seventh, they were stripped to the waist,
- 26:36Speaker 7: they were dragged to Gaza, they were paraded while people
- 26:39Speaker 7: were shouting a lahulak bar. So all of this is
- 26:42Speaker 7: a way of saying that the events that we're seeing
- 26:44Speaker 7: in front of our eyes are not just ordinary events.
- 26:48Speaker 7: They have deep biblical resonance, and so we have a
- 26:53Speaker 7: wide angle lens in looking at all of this in
- 26:56Speaker 7: this film.
- 26:58Speaker 1: It's a powerful film. It's called The Dragon's Prophecy and
- 27:01Speaker 1: what's the website.
- 27:02Speaker 7: The website is The dragons prophecyfilm dot com. It's available
- 27:09Speaker 7: in streaming and in DVD now. It's also available on
- 27:12Speaker 7: the platform called Rumble where you can kind of pay
- 27:14Speaker 7: per view at just purchase and click and watch. So
- 27:17Speaker 7: great film to watch right now, because it's very much
- 27:20Speaker 7: in tune with the spirit of renewal. We've been hearing
- 27:22Speaker 7: a lot about that since Charlie Kirk's death. I think
- 27:25Speaker 7: that idea is reinforced by what happened today, and so
- 27:30Speaker 7: this is a film that will leave you exhilarated and motivated.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Yeah, and you've got great interviews in there with Yahu
- 27:36Speaker 1: and Mike Kukaby talk about Mikekukaby's role in all this.
- 27:40Speaker 7: Well, Huckaby is a very interesting character because he is
- 27:43Speaker 7: not only the ambassador and a politician, but he's also
- 27:47Speaker 7: a pastor. And one of the big issues that we're
- 27:50Speaker 7: dealing with now in critiques of Israel and Jews from
- 27:53Speaker 7: the right is this question of whether or not somehow
- 27:58Speaker 7: the New Testament and Jesus makes the Old Testament obsolete.
- 28:04Speaker 7: I mean that idea is in fact, on the face
- 28:06Speaker 7: of it, preposterous, right, because from the Old Testament we
- 28:09Speaker 7: get creation, we get the idea of fallen human nature,
- 28:11Speaker 7: we get the Ten Commandments, we get the Hebrew prophets.
- 28:15Speaker 7: So the idea that this can all be kind of
- 28:17Speaker 7: kicked out from under us, I think is an affront
- 28:20Speaker 7: to Christianity over two thousand years. But yet we're hearing
- 28:23Speaker 7: it from influential voices on the right, and so it's
- 28:27Speaker 7: sort of drawn me somewhat reluctantly into a public confrontation
- 28:31Speaker 7: with the characters, because I think it's bad for Maga,
- 28:34Speaker 7: it's bad for Trump, and it's also ultimately bad for Christianity.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Yeah, well, it's a great film. Denisch DeSUS has made
- 28:40Speaker 1: a lot of great films through the years, but this
- 28:42Speaker 1: one of documentary called The Dragons Prophecy no more interesting
- 28:48Speaker 1: examination of October seventh, great interviews, Great give us the
- 28:52Speaker 1: website again.
- 28:54Speaker 7: The website is the Dragons plural The Dragon's Prophecy Film.
- 28:58Speaker 7: Don't forget the film Dragon's prophecyfilm dot com. Check it out.
- 29:02Speaker 7: You really won't regret it. It's a little bit of
- 29:05Speaker 7: a departure for me because most of my other films
- 29:07Speaker 7: have been, in one way or another, just about the
- 29:09Speaker 7: meaning of America looked at from a political and historical perspective.
- 29:14Speaker 7: But this film engages the world. It engages the human soul,
- 29:18Speaker 7: the great struggle between good and evil, you know, God
- 29:21Speaker 7: and the devil. The Dragon actually is a reference to
- 29:23Speaker 7: Satan himself from the Book of Revelation. So this is
- 29:26Speaker 7: a film that takes on a much bigger topic than
- 29:30Speaker 7: I've dealt with before, and it uses a more spiritual
- 29:33Speaker 7: lens than I have in my earlier work.
- 29:35Speaker 1: Yeah, hey, you can buy You can buy the DVD
- 29:37Speaker 1: on Amazon and well you can also see it unrumbled
- 29:39Speaker 1: The Dragon's Prophecies on Rumble. If you want to pay
- 29:44Speaker 1: for review it there, Well, great work, deniesh DESUSA, thanks
- 29:47Speaker 1: for being.
- 29:47Speaker 7: With us, really appreciate it.
- 29:50Speaker 9: Thank you.
- 29:50Speaker 1: Take care. It's a powerful film, and what a day
- 29:53Speaker 1: it's been. Hey, don't forget Buck and Clay do an
- 29:56Speaker 1: excellent show. You'll hear them right after the news at noon.
- 29:59Speaker 1: There come up next. And then you got the most
- 30:01Speaker 1: listened to radio show in America, Sean Hannity, Jesse Kelly
