Maple Street Biscuit Co.’s last two Ohio locations have shut down, marking the end of an era for the brand after just a year or so in central Ohio. The closures come as part of a bigger shift: Biscuit Belly, a new breakfast chain that recently landed in Columbus, has bought 35 Maple Street Biscuit Co. locations—including all but one in Ohio—from Cracker Barrel. Those 35 spots will rebrand as Biscuit Belly over the next two years, while the remaining 16—including the two in central Ohio—closed on July 20th.
