- 0:01SPEAKER_01: Blessings and welcome to the Ascension Alchemist Podcast.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: Welcoming all of you to this gorgeous episode.
- 0:13SPEAKER_01: And I'm so excited to get into this episode before I even tell you what it is.
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: Let me just have a little recap with you.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: You all are part of this community that has awoken, has remembered who you are.
- 0:29SPEAKER_01: You've passed through the ascension.
- 0:31SPEAKER_01: It's all about embodiment.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: This is what this podcast is all about, where we share things in a real way.
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: And the journey of embodiment, embodying that truth, that presence, that mighty essence, the great I am into our life.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: And it is such a delicious, fabulous, remarkable, crazy, insane journey with everything that we face in our lives.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: So welcome, welcome.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: You are an amazing community, and I have a topic that I want to bring up to you that was transpired and inspired by a dear brother that brought it to my attention on Friday.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: So I'm going to backtrack as usual, give you a little story about how this week was, so you have an understanding.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: And then I'm actually going to go ahead and this topic.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: So you're going to have to stay till the end to hear because I am actually going to share the wisdom on the question that he asked that this topic is all about.
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: So before getting into the topic, let me tell you what happened first.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: So this week on Friday, Michael and I had beautiful appointments set up with an amazing couple, Angela and Matt.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: So Angela and I had crossed paths with each other through stage leader training when she was a guest speaker with Jan.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: And I was taking that training, for some of you know, that was back in the fall in September.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: So anyway, Angela was speaking there, and somehow I felt this guidance to connect with her.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: Her and I connected, and we've been in communication, and finally we knew.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: I when we realized she also lives in this area, we're like, we have to get together.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: So Matt was also in town.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: We wanted to introduce Michael and Matt, and boom, Friday was the day.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: And it was amazing.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: We had this beautiful, beautiful gathering at Middle Eastern Lebanese food.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: Really, really wonderful.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: And it was an immediate connection right away, which Angela and I felt that, and we know Michael and Matt had to meet, and they just totally hit it off, started communicating, and it was fantastic, just fantastic.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: And I don't share much about my NDE experience to people who don't really know me or we've just met.
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: I just let it, you know, be a little silent for a while when it's appropriate to bring it up.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: In our conversations, we had all sorts of exchanges, and it was just one of these beautiful moments that part of answered prayer, because Michael and I have put this prayer out to meet more couples who are conscious, who are mission-driven, so that we can also connect with and hang out and enjoy.
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: So it was so wonderful.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: We had such a good time.
- 3:44SPEAKER_01: Had such a good time, and the conversation opened up relatively quickly.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: And within this conversation, as Michael and Matt were sharing, I happened to bring something to Matt's awareness.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: So let me just share with you that Matt is a voice coach.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: So he helps individuals to bring their voice out, and that's his gift.
- 4:12SPEAKER_01: And Angela has a podcast, which I'm going to be going on her podcast soon.
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: And they do a lot of leadership training and all sorts of different beautiful stuff that's really faith-based and purpose-driven.
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: Beautiful, beautiful couple.
- 4:29SPEAKER_01: So within the conversation, Matt happened to ask me, I was making a comment how I first learned about the sound of the soul and how how this ancient sound wants to open up and what took place 15 years ago and what have you.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: So another conversation led to another.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: So out of that, Matt Turnaron asked me this question, which I have really never had anybody ask me this question.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: It seems like a simple question, but he did ask.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: So he asked me, how do I stay in such strong discipline practice in my life?
- 5:37SPEAKER_01: And of course, I was so excited to ask to receive this question because I love when people ask me questions.
- 5:45SPEAKER_01: And this question I love because for those of you actually that are part of this community that know me personally, you know I am very disciplined in especially my practice, my devotion, my commitment.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: I'm super, super disciplined.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: And it's something that I actually really enjoy.
- 6:06SPEAKER_01: So this conversation about today, the topic is going to be leaned and dedicated to discipline.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: I'm going to go a little bit deeper into discipline.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: So I just want to share my heart, my understanding, my awareness, and also the devotion I have to it around discipline with this.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: So just stay with me for a minute.
- 6:33SPEAKER_01: So when he asked this question, I was very, very happy because he wanted to know how am I disciplined and also how do I know what I know?
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: And I love that question as well.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: So this allowed a beautiful conversation that led into the evening where we were with our other friends, Michael and I, and it was great.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: On Friday, we were with one couple for lunch, and then we were another couple with our dear friends, Parry and Hamid at night, they invited us to their house.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: We had so much fun, it was fantastic.
- 7:07SPEAKER_01: And then it ran into Saturday, this kind of theme, and then it also ran into today because today was my cousin Tara's birthday.
- 7:16SPEAKER_01: We had we had planned all this surprise with for her, and it was so much fun to be able to blindfold her and bring her and let her just experience this total family surprise that she was not expecting at all.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: So my heart feels very, very lifted, and again, the theme of discipline and knowing went into today as well.
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: So let me go back to Friday now with you.
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: When Matt asked me a question about how do I know what I know, because he said he's helping some of these individuals that he's working with to have a deeper understanding of their knowing.
- 8:03SPEAKER_01: So I shared with him, and I'm gonna start here so I can go into the discipline part.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: Regarding knowing, I explained with him that because I had this experience first as a child, and then later in how and later in life, I had the near-death experience.
- 8:29SPEAKER_01: Somehow, my awareness, my consciousness has shifted from this place, in that there is this deep recognition that I am in a human body, but I'm not a human.
- 8:52SPEAKER_01: I am a spirit in a human body, so I'm both parts.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: I'm spirit and body, but I'm not defined completely by just the body.
- 9:07SPEAKER_01: The body is an opportunity that my spirit gets to share its activities, its purpose, its truth, its command from the creator.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: So not a soul.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: I'm going to talk about a soul slightly differently.
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: So regarding knowing, when there is something that comes into my awareness, and it's giving me the opportunity to respond, there are times that I have a one hundred percent truth and conviction in knowing, and that knowing is is inside my entire body.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: So all of my body has a knowing, so it's not isolated to just one part, and it is not a feeling, it is not a sensation, it is not an emotion, it is a complete truth of knowing, and what that is, is I don't have to explain it, I don't have to justify it, I don't have to try to convince or take any of this action.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: It is so crisp clear, it is as sharp as a brilliant, bright, bold diamond.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: It just is.
- 10:50SPEAKER_01: So the knowing, when I speak from knowing, it comes from that place.
- 10:57SPEAKER_01: And there are many places, many things I do not know, but when I know, I know, I know, I know.
- 11:03SPEAKER_01: There's zero question, doubt, anything in that, and there's also the awareness that it is not coming from my human.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: My human is receiving it as a receptor, yet it is coming from my spirit through the bodies into my human, so there's a complete alignment in that.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: This is very important distinction because a lot of people are looking for the feeling or the sensation to be able to justify the knowing.
- 11:41SPEAKER_01: That is not in my case.
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: So pause here for a second because I want to talk about then how this ties to the discipline with the question that Matt asks.
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: And I don't know if any of you relate.
- 11:54SPEAKER_01: When you're in your knowing, how is that in you?
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: How is it experienced in you through you?
- 12:01SPEAKER_01: Do you also experience that all of your body is in that same truth, that same resonance?
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: Like there's the knowing is inside of you, all of you.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: So it's not just isolated, let's say, in your heart or your stomach, or you know, like your chest or anything like that.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: For me, is all of my body parts, it's like all of them are saying yes.
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: And it's not just physically, it's emotionally, mentally, etherically.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: All these bodies are yes.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: So there's a straight alignment in that.
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: And I'm very curious to see how yours is.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: So, having said this, we continued with Matt the conversation, and he wanted to know how does one, you know, move into the space of knowing?
- 12:50SPEAKER_01: And he asked, Do I have a strong discipline?
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: Am I it this am I am I a disciplined person?
- 13:00SPEAKER_01: Because he kind of guessed that I might be.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: I said, I'm very, very disciplined.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: So let's talk about this word discipline.
- 13:10SPEAKER_01: As majority of you, just like Michael, just like me, growing up, we didn't like the word discipline, because discipline was associated with punishment, with authority, with that kind of energy, and it never felt good.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: For me, discipline, when I began my spiritual practice when I was 19, and it started with meditation, so it's now 33 years, I fell in love because I had so much anxiety and panic attack back then.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: I was, I was, it was just really rough for me when I was 19.
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: And I could tell, like, it's like there were holes inside of me, but I don't know how to heal them, I don't know how to fix them.
- 14:03SPEAKER_01: So I accidentally, my first semester in college came across this visualization meditation class, and I had a phenomenal, like almost like out-of-body experience, and that was it.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: That like I just started it and and I haven't stopped 33 years.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: So uh after after several years, I became a meditation teacher and very advanced meditation teacher, and that's been for over 20 years now.
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: And I've taught in so many different countries many different levels of meditation and some very unique meditations, such as like the ancient sacred breath of the master whales, and which some of you have been part of, or those of you who are part of my ministry, you experience the I Am Presence meditation that was directly received six years ago by me through the I Am, and that's what I've been leading as well.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: So, and I have so I've taught so many different ways of meditation.
- 15:04SPEAKER_01: Okay, so let's come back to this.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: So, discipline.
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: When he asked me that, I said yes, the discipline is very strong because what I discovered when I was 19 that all of this started, because of the anxiety panic attack, I didn't want to take medication, but I couldn't calm it down either.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: I learned through this meditation, being able to breathe and be able to just relax myself enough.
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: My mind was able to get relaxed enough, and then I was able to experience like these imageries and these amazing experiences, like a light show inside of me.
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: And especially things since I had shut things down since I was, you know, in the fatal car crash since I was seven.
- 15:57SPEAKER_01: In that space, I was able to have greater communication.
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: It's like wow, I was back home to what I always knew.
- 16:06SPEAKER_01: So it was so incredible.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: So the discipline began for me very early on around there.
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: I was never drinking alcohol, I didn't do any drugs, I didn't do pot, I didn't do any of those things.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: In fact, when I was 25, I felt very left out from everybody.
- 16:27SPEAKER_01: I knew everybody I knew had at least was drinking or dad gotten drunk.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: And now I'd never even gotten drunk.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: So I was married at that time, and I told my former spouse, I just want to experience this thing being drunk that people do.
- 16:42SPEAKER_01: I just feel so left out.
- 16:44SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna do it.
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: I just want I just want to experience it once.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: So we said, okay, so it was my 25th birthday.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: I had at that time I was I loved dancing, used to go dancing all the time.
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: So I had my 25th birthday, 40 friends at a at a nightclub dancing, it's so much fun, and I decided to finally have a drink, and I had three drinks spaced apart, drinks I've never had before, like shot and something and something.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: And I got so sick, I got so like deathly sick, and I remember where uh I it's like I moved into a vegetated state.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: I couldn't even I remember just my consciousness was talking to me, and I was saying, this is the craziest, most ridiculous thing.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: I can't believe people get to this, they want to experience this.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: Like I would never do this again.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: And and that was the end of that for me.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: It was a I just wanted to to come back to my body because my my human body was very, very sick.
- 18:00SPEAKER_01: So coming back in the the discipline became these things are not for me.
- 18:07SPEAKER_01: I I just can't put them in my body.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: So the knowing was super strong.
- 18:12SPEAKER_01: I'm not to put these in my bodies.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: The knowing was also my body has to be in movement.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: So dancing was a huge part of my life from even from teenage years.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: So I was in modern and jazz, and I knew it always has to be in movement.
- 18:31SPEAKER_01: So going to the gym, dancing movement, and taking the jazz classes or modern dance classes, and sometimes performances, these were very important part of me putting things in practice and being disciplined about it because simply it gave me such a satisfaction to my human body, was so satisfactory to be able to allow my body to be in movement where I could experience on the inside a presence that's noticing me on the inside.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: So it's like I'm in my human right now, I'm in my human, obviously speaking to you, and I'm also aware of that presence that's present, that is right here, which which the sound of my voice is speaking through my human, but that presence is also here, and it's connected.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: So this became so important in my life to make sure that I'm always connected to this, and I knew certain things were disconnected.
- 19:55SPEAKER_01: Somehow I just knew.
- 19:57SPEAKER_01: I knew I I was glad I tried that alcohol that one time, and that was it.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: I was like, I'll never do this again.
- 20:04SPEAKER_01: So no, I did not, and I never wanted that.
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: I didn't want to be all under any altering, any altering stimuli.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: So with that, I also chose not to take any medication that was altering also.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: The other part was the foods became very, very important.
- 20:30SPEAKER_01: I I was never really a sweet, kind of like going for sweets and stuff, yet there were times where, for example, by stress, I could tell there's a driving force towards sweets, and I learned that that's not that that doesn't seem right on the inside because it was almost like there's a violation on the inside.
- 20:56SPEAKER_01: So that wasn't a big challenge to not do that.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: So moving forward regarding discipline, one of the things that I found out about myself through this journey of discipline, the more I gave myself permission, and I speak the word permission, that I allowed to be in this quietness within myself, the less I discovered I had a desire to get things from outside.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: Now, this did not happen, it wasn't always like that.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: It took a while, but as it started to become very clear, I noticed that daily mourning time with myself is the most remarkable.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Refreshing, rejuvenating, like spectacular experience on the inside because I found out I experience like a sweetness of nectar that pours on the inside that nobody else can give to me.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: So as I became aware of it, I also discovered that this practice of being able to sit there, being able to give that time to myself is a disciplined practice.
- 22:39SPEAKER_01: Yet it's I'm not doing it for anybody else.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: I'm not doing it because I have to, I'm not doing it because I have to impress anybody.
- 22:47SPEAKER_01: I'm not doing it because I have to fulfill anybody in anything.
- 22:51SPEAKER_01: I'm not doing it because I have to achieve anything.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: It wasn't that.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: I do it because my human feels so amazing.
- 23:02SPEAKER_01: And when I don't, and there were periods that I didn't, I discovered how my human self felt horrible.
- 23:13SPEAKER_01: So out of that, then it became a labor of pure love.
- 23:19SPEAKER_01: Oh my! So the last six years, it became something even more phenomenal.
- 23:28SPEAKER_01: Before that, the discipline was for a period of 10 years as I would sit every morning, and I would have it was almost like ritualistic to be able to do certain things, call and light, directions, elements, meet with different councils and ascended masters and angels and higher angels and all kinds of things, and then God and oh my gosh, it was there were so many tasks and stuff involved with that.
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: Yet I still loved it and I felt amazing in it.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: And all of that also changed.
- 24:04SPEAKER_01: So coming back into it, why I'm sharing this story about discipline.
- 24:09SPEAKER_01: When Matt asked me about this, I said I'm very disciplined because first, first of all, I don't leave the house without starting my day like this.
- 24:21SPEAKER_01: And the biggest challenge I had with Michael and I when we first came together 10 years ago, he didn't have a strong practice.
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: He wasn't very disciplined.
- 24:35SPEAKER_01: So he would, it was almost like he would meditate and then not meditate, he would let it go, or maybe do end of the day.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: Like he just did not have a strong practice.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: So and that was a major no for me because I knew if he doesn't start his day super strong, the day is going to decide for him.
- 25:01SPEAKER_01: And so naturally he had a lot of challenge because as he had moved back from Mexico here in the US, he was getting pulled left and right and left and right, and we had just a lot of tough time together initially as we started our journey.
- 25:19SPEAKER_01: And as he shifted in understanding that discipline and changing his mind, in because for him, I was for him, he would view me as very rigid in uh my practice, and for me, I could see him not disciplined at all.
- 25:45SPEAKER_01: And so it took us several years later, as he I didn't change, I stayed super disciplined.
- 25:55SPEAKER_01: But as he increased his awareness around this, so he started his practice with the meditations in prayer, sitting with God Almighty, he started noticing how much happier he is, how much better he feels through the day, how how much greater life is.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: Then he recognized, oh wow, it's not being rigid, it's the labor of love and that level of discipline.
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: Every single day to start the day, end the day, not from rituals, not from a place of religion, none of that, from pure place of complete love, complete labor of love.
- 26:45SPEAKER_01: And how that starts in the morning, and I get to give that to my human self, then I'm not looking for it on the outside, then I'm not putting demands on others to fulfill me, then there's this great communication, connection, continuation of this alignment with God Almighty that gets to be embodied in my body.
- 27:16SPEAKER_01: So this whole podcast is about ascension embodiment.
- 27:19SPEAKER_01: Like, how do we do that?
- 27:21SPEAKER_01: So the stronger I am in that, the more I'm embodied, I'm able to meet life and what shows up in life much better, handling it better with greater attitude.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: And as my practice of discipline grows even stronger, it becomes the expression that is expressed out of me becomes even greater, even more wonderful.
- 27:52SPEAKER_01: And I'll tell you, I'll tell you an example of that.
- 27:57SPEAKER_01: So, what's the value of discipline?
- 27:59SPEAKER_01: When we're disciplined like this, we'll face some adversities.
- 28:04SPEAKER_01: And for those of you that know me, I have you know me personally, you know, my gosh, what a rough, rough three years journey it was with my papa and my mom, and all the stuff with the severe dementia, and just all the things.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: We had a season of really rough three years for our family.
- 28:31SPEAKER_01: So, right now you see me really upbeat, and I usually am anyway.
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: We're on the other side of it, so it's there's a lot more freedom, but we really went, just like all of our families, you know, when there's a decline of health, there's just all sorts of things that come with it, and that discipline became really handy to handle all the life challenges and and handling it in the best that I could, where there were a lot of how do I want to say, just a lot of darkness during that time where I had to meet these dark tough times with a better attitude, greater attitude.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: Did I do well?
- 29:24SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 29:25SPEAKER_01: Did I have challenge?
- 29:27SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 29:28SPEAKER_01: Did I have several falls?
- 29:30SPEAKER_01: Oh, you better believe it.
- 29:34SPEAKER_01: But if it wasn't for that discipline, I probably would have been hospitalized myself.
- 29:42SPEAKER_01: I I don't believe I would have survived how rough that was.
- 29:46SPEAKER_01: And of course, God doesn't ever give us anything we can't handle.
- 29:50SPEAKER_01: It really took a toll.
- 29:52SPEAKER_01: It it took a ginormous toll on me.
- 29:57SPEAKER_01: And going back to discipline, to a point that some of you may know, may not know, I've not shared this publicly.
- 30:06SPEAKER_01: I also moved out of this place where before I would call friends and share what's happening in my life, and I I was asked not to do that, so I stopped and I had to really face what was happening within, and to a point where I developed even a lump in my throat, and as I and that was because of just so much sadness as that developed, I knew I had created it, and I have to uncreate it.
- 30:37SPEAKER_01: So I went back to stronger discipline with God, and that's when I had to step everything up with God and to have God Almighty dissolve it, and God Almighty surely dissolved it out of my throat.
- 30:54SPEAKER_01: Again, why I'm talking about this.
- 30:58SPEAKER_01: Some of you may be going through certain things in your life.
- 31:04SPEAKER_01: If you are strongly disciplined, for example, disciplined by your knowing and not giving into your emotions, not giving into your thoughts, not giving into those desires, not giving into that enemy on the inside, and not giving to others.
- 31:27SPEAKER_01: This is a very strong discipline.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: So when you are in your knowing, you do not just give your power away, you don't give your will away.
- 31:37SPEAKER_01: Now you may be very strong in certain areas and not very strong in other areas, which I would definitely speak of that.
- 31:45SPEAKER_01: There are certain areas I am so strong in, there are other areas it's in the working part part progress.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: So when when we speaking of discipline, discipline is giving us the ability to bring it to all areas of our lives.
- 32:05SPEAKER_01: Like for example, you can't tempt me at all with gambling, it does nothing for me because that's not a weakness I have or anything.
- 32:15SPEAKER_01: I absolutely nothing.
- 32:17SPEAKER_01: Alcohol, no, cake, no, drugs, no.
- 32:23SPEAKER_01: Uh throw me a car, no, throw me money, no.
- 32:26SPEAKER_01: Like, because these are things that are just so dismissed.
- 32:29SPEAKER_01: Like I my soul does not get sold on that on these things.
- 32:36SPEAKER_01: The challenging area are areas that has to do with my children.
- 32:41SPEAKER_01: Those are a little bit certain, not not all areas, but certain areas where I become more vulnerable, and that's where I might not be in my complete knowing.
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: I mean, knowing in certain areas, but certain areas I may lose my grip, and that's that's in the work in progress for me as well.
- 33:04SPEAKER_01: So, having a strong discipline, what does it look like?
- 33:08SPEAKER_01: So, I'll just walk you through because Matt wanted to know.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: My day starts.
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: This FII.
- 33:16SPEAKER_01: This is important because I'm talking, I'm gonna talk about menopause, me on pause.
- 33:20SPEAKER_01: That's what I call it.
- 33:21SPEAKER_01: I am me on pause.
- 33:22SPEAKER_01: I don't call it menopause, menopause for Michael, he's having all his hot flashes himself, too.
- 33:28SPEAKER_01: So it's me on mini pauses.
- 33:30SPEAKER_01: So I'm up literally every single night, the temperature is off, and there's a there's this beautiful discipline that has developed in this area for me because at first I had no idea what's going on in my physical body.
- 33:48SPEAKER_01: The discipline in remembering that God Almighty created this body, I can ask God Almighty to help adjust this body, and I'm not this body, so I don't have to suffer by this body while the temperature of it is up and down and in just crazy.
- 34:09SPEAKER_01: So I'm up every night, and when I get up, I you know it disturbs the sleep.
- 34:15SPEAKER_01: So I learned during that time, ooh, what a great idea! Let me go ahead and sit with God Almighty, have a great conversation, I have all kinds of conversation with God Almighty.
- 34:26SPEAKER_01: So this has become a strong discipline in not talking negative about the situation, not giving it any other interpretation, not speaking defeat to myself, not making a fuss about how I didn't sleep, becoming really friends with it.
- 34:51SPEAKER_01: This is a very strong discipline.
- 34:54SPEAKER_01: And when I would wake up, finally, eventually I would fall asleep.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: When I would wake up, I would, as I would put my feet on the ground, I would just praise God Almighty.
- 35:06SPEAKER_01: So strong discipline.
- 35:09SPEAKER_01: I thank God Almighty day and night and throughout the day, so many times, and I try to find as many things that I can name so that my attention is on God Almighty because I've learned that my mind and my emotions want to pull me in different directions.
- 35:41SPEAKER_01: So the area that I developed strongly was not allowing those thoughts to take dominion over me.
- 35:53SPEAKER_01: So this is a very strong practice.
- 35:56SPEAKER_01: This is a strong discipline.
- 35:58SPEAKER_01: So starting the day, as I would put my feet on the floor and I would stand up before I go even to the restroom to do anything, I just raise my hands up and I give praise to God Almighty and I say, God Almighty, thank you so much for another amazing day on earth.
- 36:17SPEAKER_01: Thank you for coming in this body, taking ownership over this body.
- 36:22SPEAKER_01: This is your day.
- 36:23SPEAKER_01: What kind of day you want to have?
- 36:25SPEAKER_01: Let's have the most amazing day.
- 36:27SPEAKER_01: So I choose to have God Almighty decide that this is another amazing day.
- 36:35SPEAKER_01: So that way life on the outside does not choose for me.
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: And then, of course, then I go sit in meditation, then prayer, then journal, then read, then I affirm certain things, and I declare certain things, and and I do that even more on days that I know there's some challenging news and what have you, or just life challenges.
- 37:00SPEAKER_01: And then then I go for a walk.
- 37:02SPEAKER_01: Walking is so important.
- 37:04SPEAKER_01: After this, it's been so many years now.
- 37:06SPEAKER_01: I have to take my prayer on a walk, so I can talk to the trees and flowers, and whether it's cold or raining or snowing or whatever, I'm out.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: So this body, as I'm speaking to it, it's in movement, so it remembers how important it is.
- 37:25SPEAKER_01: So again, it's very strong.
- 37:27SPEAKER_01: Morning, the you know, like if I were to my morning breakfast again, is very disciplined.
- 37:35SPEAKER_01: What I eat, very conscious, very deliberate.
- 37:38SPEAKER_01: And of course, I'm a I'm a vegetarian.
- 37:41SPEAKER_01: This is not to tell anybody to be vegetarian.
- 37:44SPEAKER_01: For me, I don't, it's been many, many years, I don't consume any meat because just for me on a different level, it just doesn't resonate.
- 37:55SPEAKER_01: And so the products are very clean, very high in vibration, because I want whatever my body is consuming, it's consuming the highest and the best.
- 38:07SPEAKER_01: So with that comes like the water discipline.
- 38:11SPEAKER_01: The water I drink is a super super fancy.
- 38:15SPEAKER_01: I've invested a lot of money in a very high-end terahertz molecular hydrogen water system, which I also the link of it is in the show notes that you can use my code and also purchase for yourself if you choose to.
- 38:33SPEAKER_01: So advanced technology with Supreme Water, because I believe water is everything.
- 38:39SPEAKER_01: So the breath and water, being able to breathe consciously throughout the day.
- 38:43SPEAKER_01: So these are just very basic things that are of such importance before I start the day being of service to anything, anyone, before I touch email, before I touch phone, before I touch anything, or even before I have conversation with Michael, these things take place because what happens is my knowing is stronger and stronger.
- 39:13SPEAKER_01: Gratitude is very strong, and I always can tell if I haven't expressed gratitude outwardly with my mouth.
- 39:29SPEAKER_01: I haven't released that as much.
- 39:31SPEAKER_01: There is kind of like a heaviness in my body, so I have to take it and take it in.
- 39:38SPEAKER_01: So as I begin speaking it more, then it uplifts, ending the night with gratitude.
- 39:44SPEAKER_01: So there's a lot of things that take place in this, and these are all part of that discipline.
- 39:52SPEAKER_01: Discipline to go to bed early, discipline not staying up, discipline in being able to be in integrity and honor and truth of myself and have the courage to speak, discipline in having the house very clean, discipline in in um just taking care of some of not some the promises that I'm to fulfill.
- 40:22SPEAKER_01: So all of these things are part of it.
- 40:25SPEAKER_01: And I found when I'm in a disciplined life, I am in so much, so much of a how do I want to say this properly, so much in the presence of God Almighty that can flow through me and I can sense on the inside how much God Almighty is grateful, that I'm not interfering or interrupting that signal.
- 41:06SPEAKER_01: So I'm also disciplined not to put my attention on the things I don't want.
- 41:11SPEAKER_01: For example, I don't like scary movies, so I won't watch it.
- 41:16SPEAKER_01: Certain music I don't I don't watch shows, no way.
- 41:20SPEAKER_01: So I'm disciplined about what I listen.
- 41:22SPEAKER_01: So for example, you know, if I'm gonna put music, certain music, it's like high vibration, some gospel music and stuff like that, that just very careful what not just feeding my body, what I'm feeding emotionally and mentally.
- 41:41SPEAKER_01: Very, very, very important, and also my eyes.
- 41:45SPEAKER_01: What am I looking at?
- 41:46SPEAKER_01: What am I wearing?
- 41:48SPEAKER_01: Because I don't want my eyes to pick up things that will signal on the inside an area that will open a door on the inside because I'm aware of it, that can then create interference inside of me.
- 42:08SPEAKER_01: So these are so many different ways in which I live a disciplined life out of love, and all of it has to do for the purpose of God Almighty that created me, that has put the seed of purpose in me, and in order for me to serve it, to honor it, I have to have my human part do its part.
- 42:40SPEAKER_01: And I cannot have my human part, its physical body, its emotions, its thought dominate me as an awareness of truth.
- 42:52SPEAKER_01: So I tell my human body every day what God Almighty said about it, so that it goes into moving.
- 43:05SPEAKER_01: And I and this part is much newer because a lot of times I had to just rely on my feelings, and feelings aren't your truth because you can have feeling in the morning and then you're feeling change in the middle of the day or later on at night.
- 43:21SPEAKER_01: That is not truth, and that brought a lot of suffering to me.
- 43:26SPEAKER_01: So I really shift it to that constant truth of God Almighty, what God Almighty said about me, and I lean on that.
- 43:36SPEAKER_01: So if certain feelings come up, then I can just meet the feelings, but I do not have to have the feelings dictate or dominate or determine who I am or what I am.
- 43:50SPEAKER_01: And these are all part of discipline.
- 43:53SPEAKER_01: So that was like a mouthful.
- 43:54SPEAKER_01: Let me take a drink real quick because it was so.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: A good conversation with Matt and Michael and Angela about this and how important it is and why certain people are not disciplined.
- 44:10SPEAKER_01: And I I really believe people are not disciplined because they don't know their purpose.
- 44:21SPEAKER_01: If they know their purpose, if they know their destiny, if they know where they're going, then they're gonna get disciplined.
- 44:29SPEAKER_01: But if they don't have that, there's no reason for them to be disciplined, and that's what I truly believe.
- 44:41SPEAKER_01: And also, individuals who are not supported in an environment that nurtures discipline, they're gonna have a harder time.
- 44:55SPEAKER_01: Now, again, when you're in your knowing, you're not influenced.
- 44:59SPEAKER_01: Like, for example, I can be in a steak restaurant, they can all have steak.
- 45:04SPEAKER_01: It has a zero impact on me.
- 45:05SPEAKER_01: I ain't gonna touch steak.
- 45:07SPEAKER_01: I can't even be tempted or it doesn't bother me.
- 45:10SPEAKER_01: So, of course, like my sons, you know, they both eat red meats and stuff, no problem, but I have no judgment of it either.
- 45:17SPEAKER_01: It just doesn't touch me.
- 45:19SPEAKER_01: So I'm in my knowing, mind true, and I'm not going to bend my light or try to please them to go have a piece of meat, that just doesn't resonate truth to me.
- 45:33SPEAKER_01: Yet I embrace them enjoying their meats, that's their truth.
- 45:38SPEAKER_01: Perfect, you do that, but if they try to force me, and they can make fun, but they try to force put it in my mouth, that's when that's when I draw the line.
- 45:53SPEAKER_01: So, my question for you is how disciplined are you?
- 46:00SPEAKER_01: And are you disciplined in a certain area of your life much more than other areas?
- 46:10SPEAKER_01: And do you enjoy being disciplined?
- 46:13SPEAKER_01: Like I genuinely love being disciplined, and I find, so for example, I'm gonna go back to Jesus for a second.
- 46:22SPEAKER_01: Jesus had disciples.
- 46:24SPEAKER_01: Disciples were back then, rabbinai is the word for master teacher.
- 46:31SPEAKER_01: When a master teacher wanted to teach his students, for example, he would sit and he had the teachers, they had the students that would travel with him, they would stand up just to hear the master teacher speak.
- 46:45SPEAKER_01: And and the ones that would want to carry on the teachings that were passed on, they were called this, they became disciples.
- 46:55SPEAKER_01: And to be able to be this to be discipled, they had to be very strong in their practice and their daily practice every single day.
- 47:08SPEAKER_01: And I have always had such a passion for very strong practice.
- 47:15SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 47:16SPEAKER_01: I love what comes out of it.
- 47:18SPEAKER_01: I love the exquisiteness, I love the excellence, I love the passion, the determination, the commitment, all of those things I actually really, really love.
- 47:30SPEAKER_01: And yeah, and there's certain things I just will not do because it goes out of integrity for me because of the strong discipline.
- 47:40SPEAKER_01: So my curiosity is what is your relationship with discipline?
- 47:47SPEAKER_01: Do you love it?
- 47:48SPEAKER_01: Do you not like it?
- 47:50SPEAKER_01: Do you have a challenge around it?
- 47:52SPEAKER_01: Would you want to be in a stronger discipline?
- 47:56SPEAKER_01: Well, that's a good question.
- 47:57SPEAKER_01: And if you want to be in stronger discipline, would you want to be in a master pond mastermind?
- 48:03SPEAKER_01: Like if I put a mastermind together for those that want to be in a very strong discipline, would that interest you?
- 48:14SPEAKER_01: I just came up with that by the way.
- 48:17SPEAKER_01: Because I find the what comes out of being in that strong discipline is such a gorgeous expression, and and some people really want it, but they may need to be helped and supported around it.
- 48:39SPEAKER_01: So maybe I put that together, but just let me know.
- 48:43SPEAKER_01: And what about knowing?
- 48:45SPEAKER_01: You're knowing when you experience knowing, where are you experiencing?
- 48:51SPEAKER_01: Are you experiencing it in a certain part in your body?
- 48:55SPEAKER_01: I'm curious if it is where and how does that knowing come about for you?
- 49:01SPEAKER_01: How is that expressed?
- 49:04SPEAKER_01: And when you are in knowing, do you then also shift and change your knowing, or are you pretty solid in your knowing?
- 49:16SPEAKER_01: It's not movable.
- 49:18SPEAKER_01: I'm very curious about that as well.
- 49:21SPEAKER_01: Please let me know.
- 49:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this was just inspired from this conversation this week.
- 49:26SPEAKER_01: And Matt said, honey, I want you to talk about more discipline, help people, because a lot of people actually have challenges around discipline.
- 49:35SPEAKER_01: I said, Really?
- 49:37SPEAKER_01: Well, yeah, I'd actually seen that, especially like some of my clients that I mentor, some of the women, the powerful, high-profile women, they're in amazing industries, and some come to actually think of it, I have helped them have stronger discipline.
- 49:56SPEAKER_01: And the stronger in their discipline, their delivery, their output, their achievements, their success is much greater.
- 50:05SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that's interesting that I'm having a little monologue right now because it just helped me remember that.
- 50:17SPEAKER_01: And what else would you want to know about discipline?
- 50:20SPEAKER_01: If I want to go deeper into this, would that interest you?
- 50:24SPEAKER_01: Would you want to know more about discipline?
- 50:27SPEAKER_01: Because I look at it as even the word disciple, I love that.
- 50:32SPEAKER_01: Because you're disciplined, you can carry it on, and you can allow it to be that expression.
- 50:39SPEAKER_01: So beautiful.
- 50:41SPEAKER_01: So let me know.
- 50:43SPEAKER_01: Anyway, today has been a full fulfilled day.
- 50:48SPEAKER_01: So much for my cousin Tara had such a great time, it was so great.
- 50:53SPEAKER_01: By the way, I found this incredible club music that's all dedicated to the psalms.
- 51:00SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, it's all worship, psalms, club music.
- 51:04SPEAKER_01: I said, Oh my goodness, like I have to like, it's like I'm like suddenly I had this idea to like open a day club with with just dance music like this, house music, but with worship music, worship gospel music.
- 51:25SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, my cousin got to hear it.
- 51:27SPEAKER_01: For those of you gonna see some of these videos tomorrow, it was so much.
- 51:31SPEAKER_01: She loved it.
- 51:32SPEAKER_01: I loved it, it was so good.
- 51:33SPEAKER_01: It was the first time I actually heard that.
- 51:35SPEAKER_01: It was like an answer, pray for me because that's what I wanted to hear, to just feel so moved with that great music, but of course, beautiful words.
- 51:45SPEAKER_01: I don't know if any of you have ever heard that.
- 51:47SPEAKER_01: It's so good.
- 51:49SPEAKER_01: So a blessed day today.
- 51:50SPEAKER_01: It's been a gorgeous day.
- 51:52SPEAKER_01: Michael and I have an amazing week ahead of us.
- 51:56SPEAKER_01: Michael is going to be having a meeting with Matt.
- 51:59SPEAKER_01: Matt is gonna come on Michael's sacred men's circle, his conscious men's circle.
- 52:05SPEAKER_01: He's gonna be a guest speaker.
- 52:06SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited, and I'm going on Angela's podcast.
- 52:10SPEAKER_01: Yes, I'm so excited.
- 52:13SPEAKER_01: So you are going to see that.
- 52:15SPEAKER_01: By the way, speaking of podcasts, I was invited last week.
- 52:18SPEAKER_01: I was invited, 10 different invitations I got to appear on podcasts.
- 52:24SPEAKER_01: It was like, what just happened?
- 52:25SPEAKER_01: It's like amazing.
- 52:27SPEAKER_01: So you're gonna you're gonna start seeing me post the podcast interviews that I will be on, and the shows will be coming out.
- 52:36SPEAKER_01: So I get two of them next week that are being recorded.
- 52:39SPEAKER_01: So that's gonna be fun.
- 52:41SPEAKER_01: And then the week after and through May.
- 52:45SPEAKER_00: So that's that.
- 52:47SPEAKER_00: Have had a beautiful day.
- 52:49SPEAKER_01: I hope you have had a gorgeous day wherever you were, whatever you were doing.
- 52:55SPEAKER_01: I pray that you were in your knowing.
- 52:58SPEAKER_01: I trust that you were disciplined in your walk of life.
- 53:03SPEAKER_01: And if you fell, that's also part of it because you're gonna have to rise again and again.
- 53:09SPEAKER_01: It's continuous resurrection, daily resurrection, daily renewal.
- 53:16SPEAKER_01: And there are a lot of falls here for sure.
- 53:18SPEAKER_01: That's part of the human experience, and it allows greater and greater and greater expression.
- 53:25SPEAKER_01: So much love to all of you.
- 53:28SPEAKER_01: What is coming up for us uh this week again is is just some interviews.
- 53:34SPEAKER_01: We are having the true prosperous living mentorship at the end of the month, which I believe is the 29th of April at 3 p.m.
- 53:47SPEAKER_01: It is so freaking amazing! Amazing that teaching.
- 53:51SPEAKER_01: So you're not late.
- 53:53SPEAKER_01: Even we have taught it the last three months.
- 53:55SPEAKER_01: You can sign up, get the recordings, and embrace what we are sharing in there.
- 54:01SPEAKER_01: It's so rich, it's transformative, so much, really, really transformative, and just deep passion.
- 54:12SPEAKER_01: We're sharing it, it's available to all of you.
- 54:14SPEAKER_01: You just gotta take this step to just understand prostate of being from a whole different level.
- 54:26SPEAKER_01: It's so good.
- 54:27SPEAKER_01: So that's coming up, and Michael has his conscious mental on the 30th at 8 p.m.
- 54:33SPEAKER_01: And I believe Matt's gonna be a guest, so that's gonna be really good.
- 54:36SPEAKER_01: So you're gonna hear about him.
- 54:38SPEAKER_01: Matt is very gifted with helping people have their voice come out.
- 54:42SPEAKER_01: Um, we'll see what will come out of that.
- 54:45SPEAKER_01: So, gorgeous day and night, week to all of you.
- 54:49SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for being here.
- 54:51SPEAKER_01: I really appreciate you.
- 54:53SPEAKER_01: I love you, I embrace you, and I'm so excited.
- 54:57SPEAKER_01: Michael is gonna have his solo podcast this week and the week after, we're gonna be on and we're gonna talk about menopause because there's so many funny stories.
- 55:08SPEAKER_01: We laugh so much mena love the night between this many pauses, me on pause, and just everything that goes on, and honestly, between a relationship, what happens?
- 55:20SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, Michael is I've had to like share with him vulnerability of what's actually going on in my body, so he's been much more compassionate and understanding, and I feel that's going to be a really good show for us to talk about in a relationship.
- 55:37SPEAKER_01: So, especially some of you that have men in your life that can listen to it and be much more supportive as you go through the body changes.
- 55:46SPEAKER_01: So that's coming up as well.
- 55:48SPEAKER_01: So, have a beautiful day.
- 55:49SPEAKER_01: Let me know if this episode supported you, and if it did, please also share it with somebody else.
- 55:55SPEAKER_01: And I want to be sure you are on our newsletter because we got some goodies coming up as well.
- 56:00SPEAKER_01: So, have a wonderful week and so much love to all of you.
- 56:04SPEAKER_01: God bless.
