- 0:47Speaker 2: in this one. It is National Howl at the Moon Day.
- 0:52Speaker 2: So let's get outside and howl. Let's practice our health.
- 0:58Speaker 4: Speaking of howling and dogs, Love Pup Family Fest is
- 1:02Speaker 4: November 7th at Vertuccio Farms in Mesa, 4 p.m.
- 1:05Speaker 1: To 8 p.m.
- 1:06Speaker 4: Free concert from Gavin DeGraw, the Rich Bear Band also,
- 1:10Speaker 4: and America's Got Talent runner-up magician Gino Plager is going
- 1:13Speaker 4: to be there. All right, so it's... 4 p.m., November 7th,
- 1:17Speaker 4: on a Saturday. The weather's going to be great. It's
- 1:19Speaker 4: a huge adoption event, right? There's food trucks, vendors, kids zones,
- 1:25Speaker 4: so much stuff, petting zoos, so much stuff. It's at
- 1:26Speaker 4: Vertuccio Farms. It's totally free. And I bring this up, one,
- 1:29Speaker 4: because I want you to go, and two, because my
- 1:31Speaker 4: wife just texted me all excited this morning that we're
- 1:34Speaker 4: going to be doing Love Pup Family Fest, because we
- 1:37Speaker 4: already do it in Dallas. And now we're doing it
- 1:39Speaker 4: in Austin and San Antonio. That's cool.
- 1:42Speaker 1: That's amazing. Wow, these are two markets that we're not
- 1:44Speaker 1: even on. That's awesome.
- 1:47Speaker 2: That's how powerful and awesome Love Pup is.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:49Speaker 1: They don't want John Jay and Rich, but they want
- 1:51Speaker 1: our dogs. Anyway.
- 1:53Speaker 2: You guys can have our show for free. No, no,
- 1:56Speaker 2: we're good.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Remember last week we had some fun talking about, like,
- 2:01Speaker 4: you describe your job in scary, mysterious ways in as
- 2:06Speaker 4: little words as possible.
- 2:07Speaker 1: We're going to try to guess what you do. Right.
- 2:09Speaker 1: For example, Kyle, what was your job that you described?
- 2:13Speaker 2: I said people paid me to lay in chambers of
- 2:17Speaker 2: light that slowly cooked their skin. It was a tanning salon.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Tanning salon. All right.
- 2:22Speaker 3: Candy. You never see me. You give me some of
- 2:26Speaker 3: your most private information and.
- 2:27Speaker 4: I know exactly where you live.
- 2:30Speaker 1: You're a chachapiti.
- 2:35Speaker 3: I can maybe describe a few more words, but.
- 2:38Speaker 1: You're someone who works for Google maps. No, I was
- 2:44Speaker 1: gonna say you work at a doctor's office.
- 2:46Speaker 4: No. Should I give you a little bit more?
- 2:49Speaker 3: Sure.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay. So I know your education history.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Oh.
- 2:55Speaker 1: You're a professional stalker.
- 2:57Speaker 3: No.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Like, so she knows where you live was a big
- 3:00Speaker 2: part of it in your education. Do you provide grants
- 3:03Speaker 2: or something? Like, oh, you do job interviews.
- 3:05Speaker 1: No.
- 3:06Speaker 3: But I can just tell you guys if you want.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Yeah, tell us.
- 3:09Speaker 3: So I work for GCU. I take the inbound calls,
- 3:12Speaker 3: but they have to get through, like, the FERPA verification,
- 3:15Speaker 3: and so they have to tell me, you know, their name,
- 3:16Speaker 3: their email address, and their full mailing address.
- 3:19Speaker 4: I was going to guess you work at GCU.
- 3:21Speaker 1: That was my next one. Yes, that's the one.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Good job, Candy.
- 3:28Speaker 4: Hey, Candy, go say hi to my son. He's a
- 3:30Speaker 4: grad assistant for GCU men's basketball. Oh, lovely.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Go Lopes.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Go Lopes. Thanks, Candy. Amanda, go ahead.
- 3:37Speaker 4: Describe for us, using as little words as possible, what
- 3:40Speaker 4: makes it scary and mysterious what you do for a living.
- 3:43Speaker 1: I make the elderly look good before they meet their maker. Oh,
- 3:48Speaker 1: my God.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Do you do makeup for corpses for their funerals?
- 3:54Speaker 4: No.
- 3:54Speaker 1: You work in assisted living?
- 3:56Speaker 2: Close.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Oh, are you a nurse?
- 3:59Speaker 4: No.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Just a photographer? Are you, like, in home care? Negative.
- 4:04Speaker 2: No.
- 4:05Speaker 4: Okay, why?
- 4:06Speaker 1: I am a hairdresser at a senior living home.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Oh.
- 4:10Speaker 1: But it's so sad that you said before they meet
- 4:12Speaker 1: their maker.
- 4:13Speaker 2: I know.
- 4:13Speaker 1: That's so sad. They're all going to go die. That
- 4:17Speaker 1: means you know they're going to die. Oh, my God.
- 4:21Speaker 1: That is sad. Oh, that is so sad. Amanda, you
- 4:24Speaker 1: want tickets? I love that song. We want to set
- 4:25Speaker 1: you up with tickets to Wicked Ball.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Thank you. Yes. You got it. Good luck.
- 4:29Speaker 4: Hold on.
- 4:29Speaker 1: That's so scary. We got a couple text messages.
- 4:32Speaker 4: Someone says here, you know, I go into people's homes
- 4:35Speaker 4: when they're not home and sometimes when they're sleeping.
- 4:40Speaker 3: Ew.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Maybe like a house cleaner? House cleaner is exactly right.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Oh, really? Then they're sleeping. I know.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Like, why wouldn't they sleep?
- 4:47Speaker 2: Maybe they start early in the morning.
- 4:49Speaker 1: I stab people with sharp objects.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Surgeon.
- 4:52Speaker 1: An injector. A phlebotomist. Oh, so they take blood. Here's
- 4:56Speaker 1: my scary job description. This person says, I shoot people's brains.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Ooh, I shoot people's brains.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Yeah. Gosh, what is that? Oh, I know what they are.
- 5:07Speaker 1: MRI person. Oh, they didn't give an answer. Yeah, that's
- 5:10Speaker 1: gotta be it, though. Like they take pictures? Like shoot,
- 5:13Speaker 1: as in like shoot a picture?
- 5:14Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna call him. Is my phone up?
- 5:27Speaker 4: Hello?
- 5:27Speaker 1: Hey, it's John Jay and Rich. We're trying to answer
- 5:29Speaker 1: your texts. We don't know what it is. You shoot
- 5:35Speaker 1: people's brains.
- 5:36Speaker 3: I shoot people's brains. I am a medical photographer and cinematographer.
- 5:41Speaker 2: You're right, Rich.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I work in an operating room. Is that different than
- 5:45Speaker 1: an MRI person?
- 5:46Speaker 4: It is.
- 5:48Speaker 3: I use actual camera cameras. So I shoot on a Sony.
- 5:52Speaker 3: I'm in the operating room doing medical documentation.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Wow.
- 5:58Speaker 1: That's very interesting. All right. That's very good. Thanks for texting.
- 6:03Speaker 1: We got some closure on that. We might have to
- 6:06Speaker 1: do this more often.
