- 0:00Speaker 1: The Chemist Warehouse Christmas Fragrance Sale is on now. Spoil
- 0:04Speaker 1: yourself or your loved ones this Christmas with big brand
- 0:06Speaker 1: fragrances at the lowest prices.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Well, good morning for Chemist Warehouse, Mikey, Amy Gerard.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Good morning.
- 0:12Speaker 3: Hello.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Our last show together. Are you all right? We're breaking up.
- 0:15Speaker 2: You're going to be okay? We're breaking up.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 0:18Speaker 4: It's our last, our very last breakfast show together. I
- 0:22Speaker 4: did think about that on the way in this morning.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Oh, I'd hope so.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Shed a tear.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Oh, you'll be all right.
- 0:26Speaker 1: No, I didn't actually.
- 0:27Speaker 2: I mean, I'll probably still see you a lot anyway.
- 0:29Speaker 1: You're still going to be here.
- 0:29Speaker 2: I know I'm still going to be here. You're still
- 0:31Speaker 2: going to be here, but we won't be on the
- 0:32Speaker 2: show together. You have been a ray of sunshine. And
- 0:35Speaker 2: the funny thing is we went to the same school,
- 0:38Speaker 2: barely spoke to each other. Were you two years below
- 0:41Speaker 2: me or one year?
- 0:41Speaker 5: No, just one.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Just one?
- 0:42Speaker 1: You dated someone in my year.
- 0:44Speaker 2: I know.
- 0:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:45Speaker 6: I know.
- 0:45Speaker 2: And then all of a sudden, I don't know, back
- 0:47Speaker 2: in July or whatever, they said, we're bringing in Amy Gerard.
- 0:50Speaker 1: And you're like, who's that?
- 0:51Speaker 2: Oh, Amy Copp. I remember her.
- 0:53Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 0:54Speaker 2: She made out with a few of my mates.
- 0:55Speaker 1: No, I made, maybe one or two. Yeah, you did,
- 0:57Speaker 1: didn't you? Yeah. Yeah, I think so.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Never me though. But we've still got till 9am.
- 1:02Speaker 6: Oh, yuck.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Anyway.
- 1:07Speaker 2: So, yeah, I'll be here next week.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Yes, you will.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Sean, you'll be here. Nat's around. You're taking a breather
- 1:14Speaker 2: before your big news show starts November 9th.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I wish I could say that I was having a
- 1:18Speaker 1: week off because that would be nice.
- 1:19Speaker 2: No, a lot of work to do.
- 1:21Speaker 4: I actually got our run through kind of calendar of
- 1:25Speaker 4: what next week looks like.
- 1:26Speaker 1: They're even longer days.
- 1:28Speaker 4: So we're doing lots of demos and lots of breaks
- 1:31Speaker 4: and going out and about.
- 1:32Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Getting all ready for the big launch on November 9.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Getting ready, yes.
- 1:37Speaker 4: But can I just say, you have been so wonderful
- 1:40Speaker 4: to work with. I actually feel like you are an
- 1:43Speaker 4: absolute professional at what you do. I know you've been
- 1:46Speaker 4: in the industry for a long time. And I think
- 1:48Speaker 4: even coming into breakfast, I.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Was, I'm not going to lie, I was nervous. Of course.
- 1:51Speaker 4: I got no, like, I just kind of got thrown
- 1:53Speaker 4: in the deep end and it was kind of like
- 1:54Speaker 4: a sink or swim thing.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:56Speaker 4: But, and I said this to a lot of people,
- 1:58Speaker 4: I felt very safe with you and I felt very
- 2:01Speaker 4: supported and looked after and you've made the whole thing
- 2:06Speaker 4: really fun. And even all your, like, corny gay jokes
- 2:08Speaker 4: have rubbed.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Off on me.
- 2:09Speaker 2: I don't have any corny gay jokes.
- 2:10Speaker 4: I actually find him quite funny and endearing now. Like,
- 2:13Speaker 4: I've got a soft spot for Mikey.
- 2:14Speaker 8: Aww.
- 2:14Speaker 9: Aww.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Well. Love you.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Yeah, you too. That's enough because I hate all that shit.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Hey, Sean.
- 2:20Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 2:22Speaker 2: The Metro has opened. Yeah. That is the final leg
- 2:26Speaker 2: of it. It goes all the way to Bankstown now.
- 2:28Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 2:28Speaker 2: But was it 4.30.
- 2:30Speaker 11: A.m.? 4.31 to be precise.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 2:33Speaker 1: First one.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Sorry, Tiz.
- 2:34Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:35Speaker 11: It's Christmas Day basically for train nerds.
- 2:38Speaker 1: I'm surprised you weren't on it, Mikey.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Yeah, my girlfriend calls me tism. She reckons, because I
- 2:43Speaker 2: love a good road project. Trains, I'm like, not as
- 2:47Speaker 2: into them.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:49Speaker 2: But, you know, I like maps. Oh, I love a
- 2:50Speaker 2: good map. Oh, my gosh. So I will be studying
- 2:54Speaker 2: this new metro map later on. But, yes, we all
- 2:57Speaker 2: know the types that would have been out there enjoying
- 2:58Speaker 2: that train at 4.31 this morning.
- 3:00Speaker 11: There was 1,000 people there. No way.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Could you get on?
- 3:04Speaker 11: Uh, well, a lot of people couldn't get on, like
- 3:07Speaker 11: the lines were huge.
- 3:08Speaker 12: So it's a very big day for, for a lot
- 3:10Speaker 12: of people.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Yeah. And the thing about that line is it was
- 3:13Speaker 2: the old Bankstown line. They shut it down. They made
- 3:15Speaker 2: everyone in that area get buses for a while because
- 3:18Speaker 2: they had to convert it to Metro.
- 3:20Speaker 11: Yeah, that's right.
- 3:21Speaker 12: And, um, Like, I mean, it's really going to shave
- 3:24Speaker 12: some time off for people. I mean, people come from Bankstown,
- 3:27Speaker 12: it's under 28 minutes to the city. A lot of
- 3:29Speaker 12: their businesses are going to benefit along the train line
- 3:32Speaker 12: now because they got hit really hard when they had
- 3:34Speaker 12: to close this thing.
- 3:35Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 3:36Speaker 12: And now it's open, so it's a good day for everyone, really.
- 3:38Speaker 4: Can I say, I got the Metro just from here
- 3:41Speaker 4: at North Sydney into the city.
- 3:43Speaker 1: It's like a speeding bullet.
- 3:45Speaker 2: It goes really fast, eh?
- 3:46Speaker 1: It goes so quickly.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Fantastic.
- 3:48Speaker 2: But almost I'm like, whoa, is this, like, all right?
- 3:52Speaker 1: Like, what's the word where you just.
- 3:55Speaker 5: Oh, teleport.
- 3:55Speaker 7: Teleport.
- 3:56Speaker 1: That's what I was looking for.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Yeah. It's a bit weird as well, the Metro. It's
- 3:59Speaker 2: not like a normal train. Like you can't, well, you
- 4:02Speaker 2: can sit down, but it.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Doesn't have to.
- 4:03Speaker 11: There's not a lot.
- 4:04Speaker 1: No, it's long and thin. There's some disabled seating and
- 4:06Speaker 1: stuff like that.
- 4:07Speaker 4: But yeah, it kind of reminds me of the Tube
- 4:09Speaker 4: in the UK.
- 4:10Speaker 2: It is similar, isn't it?
- 4:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Anyway, it's open.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Yep.
- 4:13Speaker 7: All right.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Well done, Bankstown.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:15Speaker 2: What else are you running today, man?
- 4:17Speaker 12: Well, we're talking about birthday parties, sort of the question
- 4:20Speaker 12: of like, how much do you spend on a birthday party?
- 4:23Speaker 11: They've done some surveys. Some are spending.
- 4:26Speaker 12: $ 10, 000 on their child's first birthday parties. Now, the average
- 4:32Speaker 12: for a birthday party, for a child's birthday party, $ 1, 100.
- 4:36Speaker 2: I mean, a kid wouldn't even know on their first, like,
- 4:39Speaker 2: when do they know it's their birthday?
- 4:40Speaker 4: I think for the first birthday party, it's, it's, I
- 4:43Speaker 4: think the first birthday party is a different one because
- 4:45Speaker 4: it's kind of like a celebration for the parents too,
- 4:47Speaker 4: for surviving the very first year of parenthood.
- 4:50Speaker 1: I know I probably spent.
- 4:51Speaker 4: About $ 1, 100 on my first birthday party with my daughter.
- 4:56Speaker 4: And then ever since then, it's just been backyard parties
- 4:59Speaker 4: where they swim in the pool and I order Domino's.
- 5:03Speaker 4: I do, I do feel for the parents who have
- 5:05Speaker 4: kids and I'm one of them who have, children born
- 5:07Speaker 4: in winter months because you kind of do, you have
- 5:10Speaker 4: to go to venues and kind of outsource birthday parties
- 5:14Speaker 4: because it's just too cold to have like a backyard party.
- 5:16Speaker 2: But kids would still go in the pool in winter.
- 5:19Speaker 11: Wouldn't they? Not in July.
- 5:19Speaker 1: They would? Not in August, no.
- 5:21Speaker 2: You know how kids don't feel the cold?
- 5:23Speaker 1: Well, they would feel my pool in July, August. It'd
- 5:27Speaker 1: be like seven degrees.
- 5:28Speaker 3: Yes.
- 5:28Speaker 1: They'd be doing ice baths.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Maybe you could turn it into a skate rink. But anyway,
- 5:34Speaker 2: that's too much money to spend on a kid.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Yeah, that's so much money.
- 5:37Speaker 4: But I've got a girlfriend, she's an event planner, and
- 5:40Speaker 4: she said some of these parents, they'll spend.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Anywhere between $ 10, 000 and $ 15, 000.
- 5:45Speaker 4: The biggest one she did, they were in Vaucluse, but
- 5:49Speaker 4: it was like a $ 30, 000 one.
- 5:52Speaker 1: For her kid's fourth birthday. I said, I didn't even
- 5:55Speaker 1: spend that on my wedding.
- 5:56Speaker 2: But that's very foreclosed.
- 5:58Speaker 11: It is foreclosed.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Most of Sydney's doing that.
- 6:00Speaker 1: They're wiping their backside with $ 50 notes.
- 6:02Speaker 2: She loaded this chick.
- 6:04Speaker 1: No, this is the event planner. She throws the parties.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, if you're even hiring an event planner
- 6:10Speaker 2: for your kid's birthday.
- 6:11Speaker 1: For your fourth kid's birthday of a four-year-old.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Not many people outside of Vaucluse and Bellevue Hill and
- 6:17Speaker 2: all that are doing that. All right, then. Trady versus Lady.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Five seconds of summer live. You could be seeing them tonight.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Let's do it right now.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Good morning to Taylor.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Taylor.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Taylor.
- 6:29Speaker 6: Taylor.
- 6:30Speaker 14: Good morning.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Morning. You're calling from Capramatta. You're up nice and early
- 6:35Speaker 1: with us. I am, yeah.
- 6:38Speaker 8: Yeah, on my way to work.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, you work as an accountant. You are currently
- 6:44Speaker 1: single with no kids. Are you on the dating apps?
- 6:47Speaker 1: I am, unfortunately. Everyone says unfortunately at the end of it.
- 6:53Speaker 2: They're really bad.
- 6:55Speaker 4: I do feel like you have to kiss a lot of, like,
- 6:57Speaker 4: toads before you meet your prince, right?
- 6:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I reckon a lot of people are just dropping
- 7:02Speaker 2: the dating apps. It's like a necessary evil, but then, like,
- 7:05Speaker 2: I spent, like, five years on them and ended up
- 7:07Speaker 2: dating a girl that I'd met ten years earlier.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Waste of time. Maybe it's just a.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Sometimes it's just a boredom thing, right?
- 7:14Speaker 1: If you're bored, you jump on, have a flick, flick, flick.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:17Speaker 1: For me, I remember jumping on my girlfriends and every
- 7:20Speaker 1: guy was just like a gym bro taking selfies in
- 7:23Speaker 1: the mirror. I was like, yuck.
- 7:26Speaker 11: Yuck.
- 7:27Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:28Speaker 7: All right.
- 7:29Speaker 8: That's how it is.
- 7:31Speaker 4: So you drive an MG3 and did you just sign
- 7:35Speaker 4: up to be an au pair in London at 18
- 7:37Speaker 4: and without even.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Telling your parents?
- 7:39Speaker 15: Yep.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Tell me more about that. Like, did you actually end
- 7:42Speaker 1: up getting over there or?
- 7:44Speaker 14: I did.
- 7:45Speaker 8: Yeah, no, I signed up and I matched with an
- 7:48Speaker 8: amazing family. And yeah, I did all the necessary like
- 7:53Speaker 8: paperwork and put all my stuff together. And then two
- 7:57Speaker 8: weeks before I was about to fly out, I told
- 7:59Speaker 8: my entire family.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Oh, you had done all of this without even telling them.
- 8:04Speaker 4: And were they fine for you to go?
- 8:05Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 8:07Speaker 6: No way.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Have you got like a strict, what's your background, your
- 8:13Speaker 2: cultural background?
- 8:15Speaker 8: I'm Scottish and I'm Ukrainian.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Okay, so the Ukrainian side, are they a bit strict?
- 8:20Speaker 2: They don't like you going off and doing stuff like that?
- 8:23Speaker 10: They weren't strict.
- 8:24Speaker 8: They weren't happy, but you know, they're very shocked.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Well, so did you end up getting over there or no?
- 8:31Speaker 13: I did, yeah.
- 8:32Speaker 8: I spent two years over there.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:35Speaker 1: I went overseas. I was a bit older. I was
- 8:39Speaker 1: about 21.
- 8:39Speaker 4: My dad didn't want me to go, but my mom
- 8:41Speaker 4: was like, oh, because I'm his only little girl and
- 8:44Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 8:45Speaker 2: You've got to live your life.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Put it this way.
- 8:47Speaker 4: My mom was encouraging it, whereas my dad was like,
- 8:50Speaker 4: why can she not just stay in the city?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Like, why can she not stay here?
- 8:53Speaker 2: Yeah, because she wanted to stay in London, right?
- 8:55Speaker 4: Yeah, whereas my mum was like, go overseas, travel. You know,
- 8:59Speaker 4: if London's your base, you'll be able to see most
- 9:01Speaker 4: of the world from there. You'll learn how to become
- 9:03Speaker 4: independent and cook and clean.
- 9:05Speaker 1: And so I did. I went over for like three
- 9:08Speaker 1: years and it was the best thing I ever did.
- 9:10Speaker 2: You did bar work though, didn't you? You didn't do
- 9:11Speaker 2: the au pair thing?
- 9:12Speaker 1: I didn't do the au pair thing. No, I worked
- 9:14Speaker 1: in advertising.
- 9:15Speaker 15: Oh, right.
- 9:15Speaker 4: So I worked in advertising and the bar work was
- 9:17Speaker 4: just a little side hustle because I lived above it.
- 9:19Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 9:21Speaker 1: And it was just one big party, to be honest.
- 9:25Speaker 4: All right, Taylor, so you weigh 60 kgs and your
- 9:29Speaker 4: nickname is Taylor Swift Departure.
- 9:33Speaker 1: I don't mind that. That's quite clever.
- 9:36Speaker 2: You know, you and Ryan could think you're getting an
- 9:38Speaker 2: au pair to help out.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I know. Are you still doing au pair work, Taylor?
- 9:43Speaker 8: I can still be a nanny.
- 9:44Speaker 5: Hey, well.
- 9:46Speaker 2: She'll want to look at you first.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Yeah, if you're good looking, I can't bring you into
- 9:51Speaker 1: the family home.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Half Scottish, half Ukrainian. I'm sure she's gorgeous. I reckon
- 9:54Speaker 2: she's a babe.
- 9:55Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 9:56Speaker 2: How would you feel about an au pair every day?
- 10:00Speaker 2: living with you?
- 10:01Speaker 1: Yeah, no.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Just no?
- 10:02Speaker 4: I don't really want anyone living with me just ever.
- 10:07Speaker 2: Especially if they're hot, yeah.
- 10:08Speaker 4: Well, I'm pretty secure within myself, but also no Swedish
- 10:13Speaker 4: backpacker is going to be living with me, and I'm not.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Putting that there. Even my kids. You can imagine my boys.
- 10:21Speaker 2: I love the idea of an au pair.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I bet you do.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Without any help. You know, if you're both busy.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Without help. Matt's in Borkham Hills. Hello, mate.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Hey, Matt.
- 10:32Speaker 5: Hey, how you doing?
- 10:33Speaker 6: Good.
- 10:33Speaker 2: I'm well, yourself? Yep, good, mate. You're a concreter. Oh,
- 10:37Speaker 2: you're recently divorced. How's that going? A little bit tough
- 10:41Speaker 2: at first, but you see the bright side of it
- 10:43Speaker 2: after a while.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Sometimes it's for the.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Better, right?
- 10:47Speaker 5: That's exactly right. You've got to see the bright side
- 10:50Speaker 5: of it.
- 10:51Speaker 2: You're 32, mate. Were you married young?
- 10:52Speaker 6: No.
- 10:53Speaker 5: Yeah, I think we were married at 25. No, 24.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Oh, that is young.
- 10:59Speaker 1: How old are your kids, Matt?
- 11:01Speaker 2: Seven and five.
- 11:03Speaker 7: Oh, nice.
- 11:03Speaker 2: All right, well, you'll find love again. Hey, tell us,
- 11:06Speaker 2: you can drink six schooners at the pub in less
- 11:10Speaker 2: than 60 seconds?
- 11:11Speaker 7: No.
- 11:12Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, it's not easy, but it's possible, I'll tell
- 11:14Speaker 5: you that.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Hang on, hang on.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Have you got one of those gullets? Have you got
- 11:18Speaker 1: one of those pelican gullets where just liquid just goes
- 11:22Speaker 1: straight down?
- 11:23Speaker 5: Nah, nah, I've got to actually swallow each mouthful.
- 11:26Speaker 2: You're literally a minute. It's actually not that hard.
- 11:28Speaker 5: Yeah, it's not that hard. It's just if the beers
- 11:30Speaker 5: are really cold, that's the only hard part.
- 11:34Speaker 11: Six schooners in 60 seconds.
- 11:36Speaker 2: I want to bring him in and see him do it.
- 11:38Speaker 2: That's insane. And also you can polish off 40 nuggets in, what,
- 11:42Speaker 2: is that in a minute too, McNuggets?
- 11:44Speaker 5: Nah, I haven't timed myself with that, but I can
- 11:46Speaker 5: probably get close.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:47Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Well, surprisingly not as big as I thought then, weighing
- 11:51Speaker 2: in at 84 kilos. McNuggets McProblems. It's Matt.
- 11:59Speaker 15: All right.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Amy's got your questions, mate.
- 12:02Speaker 1: All right, Matt. Okay. Question one. In cleaning, why should
- 12:07Speaker 1: you never mix bleach and vinegar?
- 12:09Speaker 10: Hmm.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I didn't know this.
- 12:13Speaker 5: Does it cancel out the bleach chemicals?
- 12:15Speaker 2: No, it doesn't cancel.
- 12:16Speaker 5: It makes.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Acid?
- 12:19Speaker 13: No.
- 12:19Speaker 5: No.
- 12:20Speaker 4: So they react with each other to produce toxic chlorine gas.
- 12:25Speaker 7: Oh.
- 12:25Speaker 2: So if you're mixing bleach and vinegar when you're cleaning.
- 12:28Speaker 1: You will gas yourself, basically.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Yeah, don't do that.
- 12:31Speaker 3: Okay.
- 12:31Speaker 5: Yeah, okay. I'll know that for next one.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:34Speaker 11: All right.
- 12:34Speaker 4: How long would you typically wear false strip lashes for
- 12:39Speaker 4: at a time? So you get your makeup done, you
- 12:42Speaker 4: put your lashes on, how long would you leave them
- 12:44Speaker 4: on for?
- 12:45Speaker 5: I'm going to say six hours. Oh, close, eh?
- 12:49Speaker 1: So close.
- 12:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 12:51Speaker 1: No, it's usually between eight to 12 hours.
- 12:53Speaker 2: What happens if you leave them on longer? Do you
- 12:55Speaker 2: turn into a pumpkin or something?
- 12:56Speaker 1: Well, I mean, look at me. I had makeup done.
- 12:59Speaker 4: I had a shoot on Tuesday, and I had stripped
- 13:01Speaker 4: some individual lashes left on. I slept with them so
- 13:04Speaker 4: I didn't have to do makeup the next morning. I
- 13:06Speaker 4: left them on for about 30 hours.
- 13:07Speaker 2: And nothing bad happens?
- 13:09Speaker 1: No, nothing bad happens at all, yeah. But you wouldn't
- 13:11Speaker 1: want to leave them on longer than that. Two days.
- 13:14Speaker 5: Right.
- 13:15Speaker 2: You lose your natural ones or something.
- 13:17Speaker 5: No, no, no.
- 13:19Speaker 1: They start like a chat.
- 13:20Speaker 7: Oh, okay.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Gotcha.
- 13:21Speaker 7: Yep. All right.
- 13:22Speaker 4: In pregnancy, what can either be monozygotic or dizzyzygotic?
- 13:33Speaker 5: I'm guessing when she gets dizzy and feels sick in
- 13:37Speaker 5: the morning, like morning sickness.
- 13:39Speaker 13: Nah.
- 13:39Speaker 2: So twin thing, right?
- 13:40Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's twins.
- 13:42Speaker 4: So monozygotic are identical and dizygotic.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Dizygotic.
- 13:47Speaker 11: What?
- 13:48Speaker 2: Dizygotic.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Oh, dizygotic. You set me up for failure there, Alec.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Dizygotic.
- 13:54Speaker 11: I should have told you that earlier.
- 13:55Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 13:55Speaker 3: Yep.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Anyway, it's to do with twins.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Oh, they're the non-identical, the dizygotic.
- 14:00Speaker 7: Right.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Okay, mate.
- 14:01Speaker 7: All good.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Hold there because we might get to a tiebreaker. Taylor,
- 14:06Speaker 2: ready to go? Ready. What would you use an Ethernet
- 14:12Speaker 2: cable to connect to? What does it help us connect to?
- 14:18Speaker 8: Your computer?
- 14:21Speaker 2: Yes. To connect to the?
- 14:23Speaker 16: To Wi-Fi.
- 14:25Speaker 2: One more, so I can get online and be on the... Internet?
- 14:32Speaker 2: You're the winner. Look, I did help you, but.
- 14:38Speaker 2: Taylor, you're off to see five seconds of summer tonight.
- 14:41Speaker 7: Are you free tonight?
- 14:42Speaker 2: You're free now. Well, we've got a very special first call.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Scotty Cam calling in. The block auctions are on Sunday,
- 14:53Speaker 2: 7pm on 9 and 9. Now, morning, Scotty.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Morning.
- 14:56Speaker 6: Morning, guys. How are you? Good.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Good, man. Yes, Sunday night. You've been hosting the show
- 15:03Speaker 2: for a while. Surely you've got an idea of who's
- 15:05Speaker 2: going to win.
- 15:05Speaker 6: I've got no idea who's going to win. We've got
- 15:08Speaker 6: no control. over the auction. It's a public auction.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:12Speaker 6: So it's our big finale and we just turn up
- 15:15Speaker 6: and fly by the seat of our pants and hope
- 15:17Speaker 6: for the best. We do want them all to make money.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Yeah, of course.
- 15:20Speaker 6: We want them to succeed. You know, we never set
- 15:22Speaker 6: anyone up to fail.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Do you have a favourite house, Scotty? Like is there
- 15:25Speaker 1: one out of all the contestants that you like the most?
- 15:28Speaker 1: You don't have to tell me.
- 15:30Speaker 6: No, I love them all equally like my children, of course.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Okay, of course.
- 15:34Speaker 6: You know, that's the standard answer that I give. This
- 15:36Speaker 6: is mine. this is my 20th auction. Wow.
- 15:40Speaker 10: Wow.
- 15:41Speaker 6: And I know, I know, I'm getting old.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Hang on, has the block been going for 20 years
- 15:45Speaker 2: or did you guys used to do two seasons or something?
- 15:48Speaker 6: We've been going for about 17 years. We did three
- 15:51Speaker 6: years of two a year.
- 15:53Speaker 8: Right.
- 15:54Speaker 6: Two years ago. Yeah. This is season 22. I didn't
- 15:58Speaker 6: do the first two. I've done the last 20. And
- 16:01Speaker 6: so it's been going forever. And I always am nervous
- 16:05Speaker 6: on Sunday morning on auction day, I woke up feeling
- 16:07Speaker 6: a bit sick in my stomach.
- 16:08Speaker 1: I remember that. I remember that season of The Block.
- 16:11Speaker 4: I think it was about four years ago. My friends,
- 16:14Speaker 4: Rach and Ryan Carr.
- 16:16Speaker 1: It was that.
- 16:17Speaker 4: Season of The Block and on auction day, there was
- 16:19Speaker 4: like two houses that didn't even sell. And then another
- 16:23Speaker 4: house that only made like 70K or something. And your
- 16:26Speaker 4: heart really does break for these couples because they've– How
- 16:30Speaker 4: long are they down there renovating for?
- 16:31Speaker 1: Is it like three months?
- 16:32Speaker 7: Three months.
- 16:33Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:33Speaker 6: Seven days a week.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Three months away from their family, away from their kids. Yeah.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Away from their jobs.
- 16:39Speaker 6: I'm there seven days a week for three months away
- 16:41Speaker 6: from my family as well.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Yeah, you paid well though, mate. You'll be right.
- 16:44Speaker 6: Yeah, that's right. But look, the thing is, I tell
- 16:48Speaker 6: the contestants every year on day one, you've got to
- 16:51Speaker 6: have all your planets aligned and listen to the judges
- 16:54Speaker 6: and listen to criticism and constructive criticism. You know, you've
- 16:58Speaker 6: got to have a great auctioneer, you've got to have
- 16:59Speaker 6: a great real estate.
- 16:59Speaker 7: Agent, great.
- 17:00Speaker 6: You've got to have a great emotional connection to the buyers.
- 17:03Speaker 6: And if you don't have that, then the buyer will
- 17:06Speaker 6: just go next door. Are we a little.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Worried about, like, house prices have dropped across Australia. Are
- 17:12Speaker 2: we a little worried that these people might not end
- 17:14Speaker 2: up with what they would have, I don't know, a
- 17:17Speaker 2: year ago?
- 17:18Speaker 6: Absolutely. And that is also reality. That is what mums
- 17:23Speaker 6: and dads are going through every weekend. And of course,
- 17:26Speaker 6: in Victoria, a new law came in last weekend. It's
- 17:30Speaker 6: only the second weekend it's happened. You've got to reveal
- 17:33Speaker 6: your reserve price a week before.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Yeah, because normally.
- 17:38Speaker 4: Normally, they're just bidding and bidding and bidding and bidding,
- 17:42Speaker 4: and you don't even know what the reserve is until
- 17:44Speaker 4: it's kind of finished, right?
- 17:46Speaker 2: So we got that here. The reserve price for all
- 17:49Speaker 2: the homes is set at, is it $ 3.
- 17:51Speaker 7: 45 million?
- 17:52Speaker 6: Yes, yes, exactly. And everybody knows that. All the buyers
- 17:56Speaker 6: know that. All the real estate agents, everyone knows.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Do you think that's a positive thing? Do you think
- 18:00Speaker 4: that's actually going to work in these contestants' favour?
- 18:04Speaker 6: Do you know what? We're not sure because it's a
- 18:06Speaker 6: bit of a guinea pig situation in your territory. Because
- 18:09Speaker 6: it only started last weekend and we're not sure what
- 18:11Speaker 6: the figures are about whether it's good or bad. I
- 18:15Speaker 6: suppose the real estate agents might tell us that tomorrow
- 18:18Speaker 6: when we meet and start discussing. So, you know, we're
- 18:24Speaker 6: about to find out, I suppose, whether it's going to
- 18:26Speaker 6: be good or bad for the vendor or good or
- 18:28Speaker 6: bad for the buyer.
- 18:28Speaker 4: I actually think it's going to be a good thing
- 18:30Speaker 4: because realistically, I think about myself when I'm going to
- 18:32Speaker 4: buy a home. If I got told that the reserve
- 18:36Speaker 4: is 2.5 and my budget was 2.4, I immediately rule
- 18:39Speaker 4: myself out.
- 18:40Speaker 1: I wouldn't even bother going.
- 18:41Speaker 4: So I think if you do get buyers and bidders there,
- 18:44Speaker 4: at least you know they've got budget over 3.45 mil.
- 18:47Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 18:48Speaker 2: Yeah, but aren't you getting rid of the people that
- 18:50Speaker 2: go there and go, oh, I think I can push myself,
- 18:54Speaker 2: you know?
- 18:54Speaker 6: Yes, exactly.
- 18:55Speaker 7: You are.
- 18:55Speaker 6: You're getting rid of those people that do an emotional buy.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:00Speaker 6: Well, maybe not. You know, the thing is, if you
- 19:02Speaker 6: know the reserve and you've got two bidders that are
- 19:04Speaker 6: keen on the house, well, then you'll make a quid.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:07Speaker 6: So you've got to have two bidders anyway. If you've
- 19:10Speaker 6: only got one bidder, you're never going to get reserve.
- 19:13Speaker 6: And I suppose, you know, we're not sure what out
- 19:17Speaker 6: of players– until we get advice from the real estate agents.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Well, it's going to be very interesting, especially after those
- 19:22Speaker 2: changes and the drop in house prices. So this will
- 19:25Speaker 2: be one to watch. The Block Auction, Sunday, 7pm on
- 19:29Speaker 2: 9 and 9 now. Scotty Cam, good luck on Sunday, mate.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Yeah, good luck.
- 19:33Speaker 6: Thank you. I'm feeling sick already.
- 19:35Speaker 4: Yeah, so a US podcaster, Tiffany Fox, has gone viral
- 19:40Speaker 4: for her controversial take on And it's about why men cheat.
- 19:46Speaker 4: So according to her, it can be the woman's fault.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Oh, it's your fault if we're playing up on you.
- 19:52Speaker 1: Let's have a listen. Yeah, I bet you're going to
- 19:54Speaker 1: love this. Let's have a listen.
- 19:55Speaker 2: What, it's bull?
- 19:59Speaker 1: Just have a listen to what she says.
- 20:00Speaker 2: All right, here we go.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Ladies, do you think that sometimes we drive our man
- 20:03Speaker 3: to cheat on us?
- 20:07Speaker 1: Is there anybody that's willing.
- 20:10Speaker 3: To be honest enough to admit that. Because if you
- 20:15Speaker 3: withholding sex or y'all don't have sex, you always tired,
- 20:17Speaker 3: your stomach hurt, you know, your libido drop. You don't
- 20:21Speaker 3: really like to have sex that much. But that doesn't
- 20:23Speaker 3: mean that he doesn't want to have sex. You nag
- 20:26Speaker 3: a lot.
- 20:26Speaker 1: You know you're a bitch.
- 20:27Speaker 3: You don't look nothing like you used to look. And
- 20:30Speaker 3: I know that women, we want a lot. We expect
- 20:33Speaker 3: a lot from our man. And he better deliver. But
- 20:38Speaker 3: you don't think that he has some expectations? If you're
- 20:41Speaker 3: not giving him no sex, you think that he's just supposed.
- 20:43Speaker 17: To go without?
- 20:44Speaker 10: Wow.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Okay, I'll get ready to call in because I want
- 20:46Speaker 2: to see if people agree. 131065. Let's break that down.
- 20:50Speaker 4: So basically what she's saying is that if we as
- 20:53Speaker 4: women are withholding sex, complaining about being tired, nagging, suffering
- 20:58Speaker 4: stomach pains and letting our looks go, that makes it
- 21:00Speaker 4: okay for a man to cheat on us.
- 21:02Speaker 2: It doesn't make it okay. But maybe, okay, let's just say...
- 21:08Speaker 2: She may have a point as in if you're in
- 21:09Speaker 2: a relationship and you're not doing it, male or female,
- 21:14Speaker 2: that person might look elsewhere.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Here's my take on it.
- 21:18Speaker 2: They might.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Marriage is very much a partnership, right?
- 21:24Speaker 4: It's not a subscription service where if the benefits stop working,
- 21:29Speaker 4: you upgrade to a different service.
- 21:31Speaker 1: It is.
- 21:33Speaker 4: something that takes work and it does take work from
- 21:35Speaker 4: both parties.
- 21:37Speaker 1: So I agree.
- 21:38Speaker 4: If you are not being intimate with your partner, there's
- 21:42Speaker 4: probably deeper issues at play there, right? For me, maybe
- 21:47Speaker 4: if the woman is always tired, maybe the man, instead
- 21:50Speaker 4: of upgrading to another woman, maybe, or maybe going looking
- 21:53Speaker 4: for another woman, maybe he should go looking for the
- 21:55Speaker 4: vacuum cleaner.
- 21:56Speaker 1: Maybe she's tired.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Put it in the vacuum cleaner. That does feel good.
- 22:04Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, put it in the vacuum cleaner then.
- 22:07Speaker 2: That's not cheating.
- 22:08Speaker 4: Maybe there's some other things at play there. But I
- 22:12Speaker 4: do understand, like sometimes I think about, you know, when
- 22:16Speaker 4: I had three kids at home. And I was so
- 22:20Speaker 4: touched out. And I could have been asexual for like
- 22:24Speaker 4: five years of that first, you know, half a decade
- 22:27Speaker 4: with young kids at home. But my marriage was still
- 22:30Speaker 4: important to me. And so there are some times when.
- 22:34Speaker 1: I did.
- 22:35Speaker 4: You know, I was intimate with Ryan because I knew
- 22:38Speaker 4: that that was something that was important to him.
- 22:39Speaker 1: It was nowhere near as frequently as what he would
- 22:42Speaker 1: have liked.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Yeah, you were still doing it though.
- 22:44Speaker 4: But I was still making, because I was still, I
- 22:46Speaker 4: still wanted to make him feel loved and I didn't
- 22:49Speaker 4: want to just kind of discard him to the side
- 22:51Speaker 4: now that I had three children, right?
- 22:53Speaker 2: Men do feel loved that way, by the way. I
- 22:54Speaker 2: know they're confused. No, really.
- 22:56Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 22:56Speaker 1: But hang on.
- 22:57Speaker 2: She doesn't want to sleep with me.
- 22:59Speaker 1: I feel loved that way as well.
- 23:00Speaker 4: Like if Ryan all of a sudden stopped having sex
- 23:02Speaker 4: with me and we were stopped being intimate, I would
- 23:05Speaker 4: be like, what's going on?
- 23:06Speaker 3: Right.
- 23:07Speaker 2: What if that did happen, let's say hypothetically, and he said, oh, nothing,
- 23:11Speaker 2: I'm just tired. Do you think there is any world
- 23:15Speaker 2: where you'd start looking elsewhere?
- 23:17Speaker 1: I wouldn't ever initially look elsewhere, no. But I would
- 23:22Speaker 1: communicate to him that that was something that's important to me.
- 23:26Speaker 1: I think it's not the woman's fault, but just like
- 23:30Speaker 1: if the man all of a sudden stops sleeping with
- 23:32Speaker 1: the woman, it's not the man's fault either. There's deeper
- 23:34Speaker 1: issues at play there and it comes back to being
- 23:37Speaker 1: able to communicate with one another. Maybe she doesn't want
- 23:40Speaker 1: to do it because maybe you're working long hours and
- 23:42Speaker 1: she doesn't feel appreciated. Maybe you don't help around the house.
- 23:46Speaker 1: All of the things.
- 23:46Speaker 4: Women just don't withhold that because they just want to
- 23:50Speaker 4: be a bitch.
- 23:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I get you. Well, why don't we take your calls?
- 23:53Speaker 2: I mean, you heard the podcaster. She says it can
- 23:57Speaker 2: be a woman's fault if the man cheats.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Yeah, that's just rage bait, that.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Oh, well, let's see what you think. 131065, does she
- 24:05Speaker 2: have a point at all? Maybe you've cheated and you
- 24:09Speaker 2: are blaming your female partner. Or maybe you're a female
- 24:11Speaker 2: and you are.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Maybe call in and be anonymous. Maybe if you've cheated
- 24:16Speaker 1: and why? Is it because your partner withheld sex?
- 24:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:20Speaker 1: I'd love to know.
- 24:21Speaker 18: What drives?
- 24:22Speaker 1: I understand.
- 24:23Speaker 4: I think people cheat on their partners because they're unhappy
- 24:26Speaker 4: at home. When you're happy, you don't look elsewhere, right?
- 24:30Speaker 2: So can it ever be the other person's fault that
- 24:32Speaker 2: you're cheating?
- 24:33Speaker 1: I think it. I think ultimately, yes, it can.
- 24:39Speaker 15: Right.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Well, 131065, what do you think? Do you feel like cheating, 131065?
- 24:45Speaker 2: What about this podcaster you brought us? She's saying it's
- 24:48Speaker 2: the woman's fault.
- 24:49Speaker 4: Tiffany Fox went viral.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Bit of a controversial take on why men cheat.
- 24:54Speaker 2: She's eating while she's talking, which is annoying too.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Don't do that.
- 24:57Speaker 4: She's probably sitting in a car as well. She's just
- 25:00Speaker 4: saying it can be the woman's fault, which... Have a listen,
- 25:04Speaker 4: just so I don't have to explain it all over again.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Ladies, do you think that sometimes we drive our man
- 25:09Speaker 3: to cheat on us? Is there anybody that's willing to
- 25:15Speaker 3: be honest enough to admit that? Because if you withholding
- 25:20Speaker 3: sex or y'all don't have sex, you always tired, your
- 25:22Speaker 3: stomach hurt, you know, your libido drop. You don't really
- 25:27Speaker 3: like to have sex that much. But that doesn't mean
- 25:29Speaker 3: that he doesn't want to have sex. You nag a lot.
- 25:31Speaker 3: You know you're a bitch. You don't look nothing like
- 25:33Speaker 3: you used to look. And I know that women, we
- 25:37Speaker 3: want a lot. We expect a lot from our man.
- 25:41Speaker 3: And he better deliver. But you don't think that he
- 25:44Speaker 3: has some expectations? If you're not giving him no sex,
- 25:47Speaker 3: you think that he's just supposed to go without?
- 25:49Speaker 2: You disagree completely?
- 25:51Speaker 4: I just don't think you can blame the woman.
- 25:55Speaker 1: If the man is going to go out and cheat,
- 25:58Speaker 1: then that's on him.
- 25:59Speaker 2: There would be a reason.
- 26:02Speaker 1: It's his choice. He could also try and make things
- 26:06Speaker 1: right within the marriage.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Do you know what I mean? I know I do.
- 26:09Speaker 1: To put it back on the woman is just so...
- 26:13Speaker 1: And what a shit bitch that chick is. Like, you
- 26:18Speaker 1: meant to be a girl's girl. I'm sorry for the girls.
- 26:21Speaker 4: And another woman just making out like it's once again
- 26:25Speaker 4: a responsibility of ours.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Well, all I think is in a loveless, sexless relationship,
- 26:31Speaker 2: male or female, someone might cheat. It's not the right
- 26:33Speaker 2: thing to do. Communicating about it would be the right
- 26:36Speaker 2: thing to do. We all know that.
- 26:37Speaker 1: Of course.
- 26:38Speaker 2: Maybe they've tried. Maybe it doesn't work. I think with
- 26:40Speaker 2: men as well. She's got it all wrong. Most male
- 26:42Speaker 2: cheating is just opportunistic.
- 26:44Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 26:44Speaker 2: You know, the secretary at work gives him a bit
- 26:46Speaker 2: of attention.
- 26:47Speaker 1: That's it.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Yeah. Most aren't going seeking it, I think.
- 26:52Speaker 14: Kynan?
- 26:54Speaker 6: Hey guys, how you going?
- 26:55Speaker 3: Hello, good.
- 26:56Speaker 2: What do you think? You want to back up that
- 26:57Speaker 2: podcaster or what?
- 27:00Speaker 15: Mate, look, I believe that relationship runs off four things. Love, respect,
- 27:04Speaker 15: trust and loyalty. But in saying that as well, with
- 27:07Speaker 15: love comes intimacy.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:10Speaker 15: If If you as a person are not receiving intimacy
- 27:14Speaker 15: from your partner, then yes, I do believe that is
- 27:16Speaker 15: a reason for a person to cheat. Do I agree
- 27:20Speaker 15: with it? Not a chance, but do I believe it? Yes,
- 27:22Speaker 15: I do.
- 27:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:26Speaker 15: And not only that, I mean, if they're not showing
- 27:29Speaker 15: you the love, it sort of makes you feel unloved, unwelcomed.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Yeah, so you would go into the arms of someone else,
- 27:36Speaker 2: but you can still talk about it first.
- 27:38Speaker 4: It doesn't necessarily have to always be about sex either.
- 27:41Speaker 4: It can also just be affection. Intimacy can be hand-holding,
- 27:45Speaker 4: stroking hair, cuddling. You can show affection in other ways.
- 27:48Speaker 4: It doesn't have to always be constant.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Yeah, putting it in. That thing, yeah.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Sam in Strathfield, hello.
- 27:55Speaker 13: Hello.
- 27:56Speaker 14: Hello, you can't blame another partner for cheating. You can't
- 28:04Speaker 14: condone it because ultimately, if you have a good relationship
- 28:08Speaker 14: or even if it's breaking down, you have to have
- 28:10Speaker 14: the conversation, hand on heart and sort of go to
- 28:13Speaker 14: them and say, guys, I'm not feeling the love. Someone
- 28:16Speaker 14: at work's giving me a lot of attention and I'm
- 28:19Speaker 14: sort of loving it. And then they have to step
- 28:21Speaker 14: up to the plate and And make it right. Start
- 28:24Speaker 14: having more date nights. Show you that love.
- 28:27Speaker 2: I mean, when you think about it, there is literally
- 28:28Speaker 2: never a reason to cheat. Like a good reason.
- 28:32Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 28:32Speaker 2: There's no good reason.
- 28:34Speaker 4: But it's like these things where I know a girlfriend,
- 28:38Speaker 4: she doesn't even live in this state, but she'd had
- 28:41Speaker 4: three kids and her husband was working really hard and
- 28:44Speaker 4: she went and got a personal trainer. And he was
- 28:47Speaker 4: giving her all of this attention and she was lapping
- 28:49Speaker 4: it up and she stopped. And because she's a decent woman,
- 28:53Speaker 4: she was like, wow, I'm actually really enjoying this attention.
- 28:55Speaker 5: From this PT.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Was she falling in love with him?
- 28:57Speaker 4: She wasn't falling in love with him, but she was...
- 28:59Speaker 4: probably on the verge of catching feelings. And it was
- 29:02Speaker 4: all just because she was lacking attention at home because
- 29:05Speaker 4: he was working really hard. She was caring for the babies.
- 29:08Speaker 4: And so instead of acting out on that and, you know, cheating,
- 29:12Speaker 4: she went home to her husband and was really honest
- 29:14Speaker 4: about it and just said, hey, we need to show
- 29:17Speaker 4: each other more attention and love and affection and stuff.
- 29:20Speaker 1: And they built upon that and it was great.
- 29:22Speaker 2: And they sorted it out?
- 29:23Speaker 1: They sorted it out because no one did anything wrong.
- 29:25Speaker 2: She just clocked it.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Hang on a second.
- 29:27Speaker 4: I'm getting all this attention from another guy and I'm
- 29:29Speaker 4: actually enjoying it. So I don't want to do the
- 29:31Speaker 4: wrong thing by my husband, but I need that from him.
- 29:34Speaker 2: And what, she only slept with a PT like a
- 29:35Speaker 2: few times or how many?
- 29:36Speaker 1: Yeah, they only did backdoor sex. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Oh, that doesn't count.
- 29:40Speaker 3: Does it?
- 29:40Speaker 1: That's right.
- 29:40Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 29:41Speaker 2: It's tomorrow's question. Does that count if it's that way?
- 29:44Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 29:44Speaker 2: Eliza.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Hey, Eliza.
- 29:46Speaker 2: You're in Bondi. What do you think?
- 29:48Speaker 9: Oh, guys, I got to be careful how I say this.
- 29:51Speaker 10: Go for it.
- 29:53Speaker 6: Okay.
- 29:54Speaker 9: Well, yeah, so I don't know. I don't condone cheating,
- 29:57Speaker 9: but I kind of get it. Like if the man has,
- 30:00Speaker 9: you know, said what he wants and he has these
- 30:02Speaker 9: needs and he's warned you and all this stuff, I
- 30:05Speaker 9: don't know, maybe they can go out and do it.
- 30:09Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 30:10Speaker 17: Maybe if he's like.
- 30:11Speaker 16: What you said, like what about with the PT and
- 30:14Speaker 16: he says, hey, I need this attention, and then a
- 30:16Speaker 16: month down the track it drops off again.
- 30:17Speaker 11: Yeah, yeah. Right, yeah.
- 30:20Speaker 2: You're kind of agreeing with the podcaster. I suppose the
- 30:22Speaker 2: point there, Eliza, is if you've communicated all that, then
- 30:26Speaker 2: why aren't you just breaking up with him if it's
- 30:27Speaker 2: not the relationship you want instead of cheating? Maybe you've
- 30:31Speaker 2: got kids.
- 30:31Speaker 14: Yeah, I'd like to see what happens.
- 30:33Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 30:34Speaker 16: Yeah, that'd be cool to know what happens after that chat. And, yep, hey,
- 30:38Speaker 16: I want this attention. And then, you know, does the
- 30:41Speaker 16: slump happen again?
- 30:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:42Speaker 4: Yeah, do they come out and are they on their
- 30:44Speaker 4: best behavior for a couple of months? And then does
- 30:46Speaker 4: it just, you know, resort back to their default, which
- 30:49Speaker 4: is working a lot and blah.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Blah, blah.
- 30:51Speaker 2: Yeah, so what, then it's okay to cheat on them?
- 30:54Speaker 1: It's never okay to cheat. Never.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Yeah, there's no good reason, is there? Well, Casey, you're
- 31:00Speaker 2: in Penrith. Hello, good morning.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Hey, Casey.
- 31:02Speaker 6: Good morning.
- 31:03Speaker 2: How are we all? Hello, good. What do you think
- 31:06Speaker 2: about this?
- 31:07Speaker 10: So I have a saying with my husband. I don't
- 31:10Speaker 10: care where your appetite comes from as long as you
- 31:12Speaker 10: come home to eat.
- 31:13Speaker 7: Right.
- 31:14Speaker 17: Yes.
- 31:15Speaker 10: But if you decide to eat out, at least I
- 31:19Speaker 10: don't have to wash the dishes.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Oh, so you're okay with him.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Wait, so you've given him permission? Yes.
- 31:25Speaker 10: So I... Since children, it is literally dust down there.
- 31:30Speaker 10: Nothing goes on.
- 31:31Speaker 4: Like, for you, are you saying for yourself, you've got
- 31:34Speaker 4: no libido, asexual, basically?
- 31:36Speaker 10: Absolutely.
- 31:38Speaker 15: Can't even do it to myself.
- 31:39Speaker 5: Oh, okay.
- 31:40Speaker 3: So.
- 31:42Speaker 10: So if he has needs, I just don't want to
- 31:45Speaker 10: know about it. So eat out, but make sure that
- 31:48Speaker 10: the Tupperware is put away. I don't want to know.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Wow.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Mikey's like, wow.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Yeah, okay. But, like, you guys have come to that agreement.
- 31:58Speaker 2: You don't want to know about it. You don't want
- 32:00Speaker 2: to know who it is. You're saying you don't want
- 32:02Speaker 2: to do it. You're not interested.
- 32:04Speaker 1: And she understands that he has needs.
- 32:06Speaker 4: And obviously they're in a comfortable relationship where it can be–
- 32:11Speaker 4: you know, even some one-sidedly open, but at least you're
- 32:15Speaker 4: both talking about it, communicating it's done respectfully and no
- 32:20Speaker 4: one's getting blindsided.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Two questions. Are you actually okay with it, Casey? Like
- 32:24Speaker 2: it doesn't hurt you that he's sleeping with other women
- 32:27Speaker 2: or men?
- 32:27Speaker 10: Can I ask, Case, did you used to have a libido? Yes, very,
- 32:38Speaker 10: very high.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Yeah, and like, is there any.
- 32:40Speaker 2: It fell over.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Well, I mean, how many kids did you have?
- 32:44Speaker 10: I had two.
- 32:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 32:45Speaker 10: And even the second one, it was, you know, it
- 32:49Speaker 10: was timed. So it disappeared after the first one. I
- 32:52Speaker 10: knew I wanted to have a second. So we, yeah,
- 32:55Speaker 10: it was, it was work.
- 32:57Speaker 7: For me.
- 32:57Speaker 2: Okay, so you are okay with him sleeping with other
- 33:01Speaker 2: women as long as you don't know who it is
- 33:03Speaker 2: or all the details. And what about you two? When's
- 33:05Speaker 2: the last time you actually got it on together?
- 33:10Speaker 15: Oh, Jesus.
- 33:11Speaker 10: You're pulling a hard one on that one, aren't you?
- 33:12Speaker 6: No pun intended.
- 33:15Speaker 2: That long?
- 33:17Speaker 10: Yeah, no, I can't. Occasionally I'll help out, but I
- 33:22Speaker 10: don't get involved, if you know what I mean.
- 33:23Speaker 7: So, yeah.
- 33:26Speaker 2: And do you know, Kasey, do you know of any
- 33:28Speaker 2: of the women he's sleeping with? Do you know their
- 33:30Speaker 2: names or nothing?
- 33:32Speaker 10: No. I believe it's more of a service model.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Transactional, yes.
- 33:37Speaker 4: Probably more transactional as opposed to, like, the guy's not
- 33:40Speaker 4: taking women out on dates.
- 33:43Speaker 15: No, absolutely not.
- 33:44Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's more like.
- 33:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I get you. How would you feel if it
- 33:47Speaker 2: was that, though? No way. Like, if he actually, if
- 33:49Speaker 2: he had a girlfriend on the side?
- 33:52Speaker 10: Yeah, that's pushing it. Yeah. So that's where... Yeah, it's
- 33:56Speaker 10: got to be 100%. It's just to tick a box
- 33:59Speaker 10: and that's it.
- 34:02Speaker 2: And why not just break up? Is it because you
- 34:05Speaker 2: have a lot of love there and children and it's
- 34:07Speaker 2: just no sex? Is that the idea?
- 34:10Speaker 10: Yeah, we have a great life together. We're best friends.
- 34:13Speaker 10: So it's just, it's me and that's fine. We've come
- 34:18Speaker 10: to the conclusion, you know, I've seen a doctor. It's
- 34:20Speaker 10: not going to, happen overnight if it comes back great
- 34:24Speaker 10: if not we have a solution so i.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Really respect that i do and i mean it might
- 34:29Speaker 1: not work for other people but i respect that you
- 34:32Speaker 1: guys have worked through it as a couple and you've
- 34:36Speaker 1: come to a solution that where you're both happy and
- 34:39Speaker 1: you're content and ultimately you're still together for you still
- 34:42Speaker 1: you know for your children and you've got a lot
- 34:44Speaker 1: of love for each other Absolutely.
- 34:47Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 34:47Speaker 2: Well, there you go, ladies. Take a leaf out of
- 34:49Speaker 2: Casey's book, eh?
- 34:51Speaker 1: If you don't want to put out, just give him
- 34:53Speaker 1: the green light.
- 34:56Speaker 2: It is Friday. Maybe you're going out for a first date.
- 35:00Speaker 2: According to this relationship coach, she's been on one of
- 35:03Speaker 2: the biggest podcasts in the world recently, Jay Shetty's podcast.
- 35:07Speaker 2: So relationship coach Sabrina Zohar reckons there are three questions
- 35:13Speaker 2: you've got to ask on your first date if you're
- 35:15Speaker 2: doing a Friday night date night.
- 35:17Speaker 1: Do you want kids?
- 35:18Speaker 2: Well, let's see. We're going to go through one to three.
- 35:21Speaker 2: See what we think. Okay.
- 35:23Speaker 11: Okay.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Question number one.
- 35:25Speaker 18: How did your last relationship end and what did it
- 35:27Speaker 18: teach you about yourself?
- 35:29Speaker 2: I mean– I thought you weren't meant to speak about
- 35:31Speaker 2: exes on your Thursday.
- 35:32Speaker 1: No, I absolutely say, oh, you know, when was your
- 35:35Speaker 1: last relationship and how did it end? I'm not asking,
- 35:38Speaker 1: and what did it teach you about yourself?
- 35:40Speaker 7: Yeah, lame.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Piss off.
- 35:41Speaker 2: Yeah, but you want to know.
- 35:44Speaker 4: I always want to know how it– like, how long
- 35:46Speaker 4: was it? How long ago was it?
- 35:48Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:49Speaker 1: And why did it end?
- 35:50Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 35:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree with that. A lot of men will lie.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Like if men cheated and stuff, they're never going to
- 35:54Speaker 1: be forthcoming with that.
- 35:55Speaker 2: I just fizzled out.
- 35:56Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what you're going to hear. Okay, you agree
- 35:59Speaker 2: with that. What about?
- 36:00Speaker 18: How do you handle conflict? Are you somebody that likes
- 36:02Speaker 18: to talk immediately or do you like to have space?
- 36:05Speaker 1: That is not a first date question.
- 36:06Speaker 2: Would you like a drink? Also, how would you handle conflict?
- 36:10Speaker 1: How do you like to handle conflict?
- 36:11Speaker 7: No.
- 36:12Speaker 1: Yeah, no.
- 36:12Speaker 2: Again, people will lie.
- 36:14Speaker 1: But also.
- 36:15Speaker 2: I'm really good.
- 36:16Speaker 1: In a fight. It's like Ryan asking me on the
- 36:18Speaker 1: first date, do you like NRL? Yeah, I love it.
- 36:20Speaker 2: I know, right?
- 36:21Speaker 4: Everyone's going to lie on their first date. They're going
- 36:23Speaker 4: to lead with their best foot forward. I do think
- 36:25Speaker 4: it's a great question, just not on the first date.
- 36:28Speaker 2: Okay, final question.
- 36:30Speaker 6: Here we go.
- 36:31Speaker 18: How do you see a relationship fitting into your life?
- 36:34Speaker 2: Oh, even that.
- 36:35Speaker 1: Again, just so serious.
- 36:37Speaker 2: Yeah. You've ruined it all.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Play it cool, guys.
- 36:39Speaker 2: First date, couple of drinks, get drunk, flirt your ass off.
- 36:42Speaker 1: Have a little makeout sesh, see if they're a good kisser.
- 36:45Speaker 2: Yeah, get back to their house.
- 36:46Speaker 1: No, no, no.
- 36:47Speaker 2: Don't do that. There's nothing wrong with that.
- 36:49Speaker 1: There isn't, but I always encourage girlfriends of mine that
- 36:53Speaker 1: if you want something to come from them, I'm not
- 36:56Speaker 1: saying that it wouldn't, but I think men like a
- 36:58Speaker 1: little bit of a chase.
- 37:00Speaker 2: You know what you've got to do.
- 37:00Speaker 1: They like a little bit of mystery. Just don't give
- 37:02Speaker 1: it up so easily.
- 37:04Speaker 2: I would never say if I slept with someone on
- 37:06Speaker 2: the first date, I wouldn't see him again if I'm
- 37:07Speaker 2: really into it. Of course, of course. But you want
- 37:09Speaker 2: to make him go wild? Go back to his house.
- 37:13Speaker 2: Do stuff, but don't do it all.
- 37:15Speaker 1: No, no.
- 37:16Speaker 2: Yeah, do some stuff.
- 37:16Speaker 4: Putting it in your mouth and stuff is not any
- 37:20Speaker 4: better than just, if you're doing that, may as well
- 37:22Speaker 4: do the whole thing.
- 37:23Speaker 13: No, no, no, no.
- 37:24Speaker 6: Yes.
- 37:24Speaker 2: No, I am a man and I'm telling you, Lee,
- 37:27Speaker 2: you know, sort of teasing.
- 37:28Speaker 4: I am a woman and I have had loads of
- 37:31Speaker 4: successful relationships.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Don't do that.
- 37:33Speaker 4: Don't do anything for the first couple of dates. Just
- 37:36Speaker 4: a few kisses, hand-holding, flirting.
- 37:39Speaker 1: Enjoy that.
- 37:40Speaker 2: But like make him like almost, you know what I mean? Oh, okay.
- 37:45Speaker 1: I'm okay with some dry humping, sure. Yeah, just grab it.
- 37:48Speaker 2: You're not getting that. Okay. Make him work for it,
- 37:53Speaker 2: but show him what it could be. Anyway, this is
- 37:55Speaker 2: getting incredibly sexual.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Yeah, we're close to 8 a.m.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, right. We are doing the cost of love. Now, today, Amy,
- 38:04Speaker 2: is our last show together.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:06Speaker 2: Just so we bring you in on what's going on here.
- 38:09Speaker 2: If you haven't heard, there is a brand new breakfast
- 38:11Speaker 2: show starting January 9. It is Chris, Amy, and Jack.
- 38:15Speaker 2: Next week, Sean, you and I are here with Nat.
- 38:17Speaker 2: We're warming the seat, keeping it going. Until I move on,
- 38:21Speaker 2: I'm going to take a few weeks off and then
- 38:23Speaker 2: I'll be back for Key Summer Drive. But anyway, that's
- 38:24Speaker 2: enough explanation. You and I will be not hanging out
- 38:28Speaker 2: every morning.
- 38:29Speaker 1: We're breaking up.
- 38:30Speaker 4: You're going to be all right?
- 38:37Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 38:38Speaker 2: Now, when did you come in here with me? Was
- 38:40Speaker 2: it like July or something? It's a while ago.
- 38:43Speaker 1: The 1st of June.
- 38:44Speaker 2: June.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Oh, wow. Yeah, 1st of June. June, July, August, September, October.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Yeah, wow.
- 38:52Speaker 1: Oh, so five months I've done it with you.
- 38:53Speaker 2: It's longer than some relationships I've had.
- 38:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I was going to say.
- 38:56Speaker 2: Yeah. So with the Costa Love, how well do we
- 38:58Speaker 2: know each other? We've been spending every morning together.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 39:03Speaker 2: What they've done is they've recorded some answers you've given.
- 39:05Speaker 2: Sean Fraser, our newsreader, is in here. Really, it's how
- 39:09Speaker 2: well do I know Amy? Have I been paying attention
- 39:11Speaker 2: to what Amy talks about?
- 39:12Speaker 1: Or have you been like a standard, typical male, just
- 39:15Speaker 1: in one ear and out the other?
- 39:16Speaker 2: Well, let's see. Okay.
- 39:18Speaker 11: Are we ready for question one?
- 39:20Speaker 3: Oh.
- 39:21Speaker 2: Okay. Hit me.
- 39:22Speaker 11: What TV show is Amy obsessed with at the moment?
- 39:27Speaker 2: Oh, she keeps going on about it. She's like, you're
- 39:28Speaker 2: going to see, you're going to watch it live.
- 39:30Speaker 15: Ballers.
- 39:30Speaker 2: But no, no, no.
- 39:31Speaker 13: Wait, wait.
- 39:31Speaker 2: No. Something about bad asses.
- 39:37Speaker 11: He's in the realm, isn't he? He's close.
- 39:38Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:39Speaker 2: Are we going to hear it? Here we go.
- 39:40Speaker 1: I am obsessed with Mobland. Oh, yeah.
- 39:44Speaker 2: I was kind of right.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Yeah, but you weren't right.
- 39:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:49Speaker 11: Ballers.
- 39:50Speaker 2: That's a show, isn't it?
- 39:52Speaker 1: It probably is, yeah.
- 39:53Speaker 2: Okay, right, cool. Failed on that. You know what else?
- 39:55Speaker 2: All right, next one.
- 39:56Speaker 12: What's Amy's favourite thing to do when her and Ryan
- 39:59Speaker 12: have the house to themselves?
- 40:01Speaker 2: Oh, that'd be do it. No, okay, so you've got
- 40:04Speaker 2: the house to yourself. I reckon chill on the couch
- 40:10Speaker 2: watching ballers or whatever it's called.
- 40:12Speaker 1: Mobbing, yeah.
- 40:13Speaker 2: Having wine together, just you and him on the couch
- 40:16Speaker 2: sharing a glass of wine. Do we have a listen?
- 40:20Speaker 4: We love a bottle of wine, a cheese platter, and
- 40:25Speaker 4: some adult hugging at a more leisurely pace.
- 40:28Speaker 2: Were you going to say I got that right? Sure, yeah.
- 40:32Speaker 2: I missed out the adult hugging. I didn't know you
- 40:33Speaker 2: were into that.
- 40:34Speaker 1: Well, it's past 8 o'clock. Read the room.
- 40:38Speaker 7: Right. Yeah?
- 40:39Speaker 2: Oh, I get you.
- 40:39Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 40:41Speaker 2: What's next?
- 40:42Speaker 11: What's Amy's favourite type of wine?
- 40:44Speaker 6: Oh.
- 40:46Speaker 2: I think her favourite type of wine is my least favourite,
- 40:50Speaker 2: which is rosé.
- 40:51Speaker 7: Yes.
- 40:51Speaker 2: Let's have a listen.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Rosé from this really great brand called At Last.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Who's At Last?
- 40:58Speaker 1: It's my wine brand.
- 41:00Speaker 2: I got that one right.
- 41:01Speaker 15: I don't know what.
- 41:02Speaker 2: I just can't handle rosé. It's like be white or
- 41:05Speaker 2: be red. Stop being in between. It's very confusing.
- 41:09Speaker 11: Blokes are too crash hot on rosé.
- 41:12Speaker 17: Nah.
- 41:12Speaker 2: Like, I don't go out with the boys and have
- 41:14Speaker 2: a rosé, you know?
- 41:15Speaker 6: No, that's right.
- 41:16Speaker 1: So I know some guys who love a rosé.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Really?
- 41:18Speaker 1: Honestly. I.
- 41:19Speaker 4: Oh, I thought Alec was coming in to say he
- 41:23Speaker 4: loves a rosé.
- 41:24Speaker 11: Do you like rosé, Alec?
- 41:24Speaker 1: Do you love a rosé?
- 41:26Speaker 15: Rosé' s alright, it's just we're all concerned Sean's mic's quite
- 41:28Speaker 15: quiet out there, so I'm going to switch you to
- 41:30Speaker 15: this mic. This didn't need to be on air, sorry.
- 41:33Speaker 2: Did you not learn how to use a mic in radio?
- 41:35Speaker 11: One, two, one, two.
- 41:36Speaker 1: There he is.
- 41:38Speaker 2: That is a shitty mic.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Sean has a really nice, calm voice.
- 41:42Speaker 2: On mic five.
- 41:43Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 41:44Speaker 11: Thanks for that.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Mic five.
- 41:45Speaker 11: Hello.
- 41:46Speaker 2: He now has every mic. Can we hear Sean?
- 41:48Speaker 6: I've got two mics now.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Can you bring him over mic four as well?
- 41:51Speaker 1: He's double ended. He's got double mics on him.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Bring it over. How loud can we get Sean? Hello, Sydney.
- 42:00Speaker 11: How are we going?
- 42:02Speaker 2: Can we hear him now?
- 42:03Speaker 1: Yeah, and you sound so far away.
- 42:06Speaker 2: Oh, now there's a problem with me. Oh, Can you
- 42:10Speaker 2: hear me?
- 42:11Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Continue. Cost of love. Let's go.
- 42:13Speaker 2: Oh, the segment.
- 42:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:14Speaker 2: What else?
- 42:15Speaker 7: All right.
- 42:15Speaker 12: What's the most rebellious thing that Amy has ever done?
- 42:19Speaker 2: Oh, she used to sneak out every night and get
- 42:24Speaker 2: it on with random guys.
- 42:26Speaker 1: No, I do not.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Let's have a listen.
- 42:29Speaker 4: I would say it was when I used to sneak
- 42:32Speaker 4: out of my house repetitively back when I was 15
- 42:36Speaker 4: every single night.
- 42:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:37Speaker 2: I didn't realise you were 15. I thought you were
- 42:39Speaker 2: like 17 or something.
- 42:40Speaker 1: No, I was 15. You bad girl.
- 42:42Speaker 2: Yeah. Every night.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Well, in the school holidays.
- 42:45Speaker 4: It was one school holiday, summer holiday, sneaking out only
- 42:51Speaker 4: to be with my boyfriend.
- 42:52Speaker 2: Oh, it's all right then.
- 42:53Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 42:54Speaker 2: It wasn't random dudes.
- 42:55Speaker 1: No, it wasn't. It was with my long-term boyfriend.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Now she's sneaking out to be with random dudes.
- 42:59Speaker 1: No, now I'm sneaking in. I'm sneaking in. All I
- 43:02Speaker 1: care about is my bed now.
- 43:04Speaker 2: Okay, last question. Let's see. How well do I know Amy?
- 43:07Speaker 6: All right.
- 43:08Speaker 11: Who is Amy's favourite child?
- 43:13Speaker 2: It's the girl. Charlie? It's the girl. I was like, oh, God,
- 43:18Speaker 2: I don't know any of the kids' names. You got Charlie.
- 43:21Speaker 2: You got Toby.
- 43:24Speaker 11: Oh, my God. Bobby's in there.
- 43:27Speaker 7: Ron.
- 43:27Speaker 3: Ron.
- 43:29Speaker 7: Jimmo.
- 43:29Speaker 1: Even Sean. I reckon Sean knows my kids.
- 43:32Speaker 11: Yeah, Charlie Bobby and.
- 43:35Speaker 2: Not Toby.
- 43:36Speaker 6: And.
- 43:37Speaker 2: Oh, no one knows your kids' names.
- 43:40Speaker 1: It's escaped me.
- 43:41Speaker 11: I do know them.
- 43:42Speaker 1: The littlest is Kobe.
- 43:44Speaker 10: Kobe.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Oh, I said Toby. You also said Ron.
- 43:48Speaker 2: Anyway, is it Charlie? Have a listen.
- 43:50Speaker 1: I absolutely do not have a favourite child. I love
- 43:53Speaker 1: them all equally.
- 43:54Speaker 2: That's not what you told me off air.
- 43:56Speaker 1: Oh, shut up.
- 43:57Speaker 2: I do know you well.
- 43:57Speaker 1: Don't start rumours.
- 43:59Speaker 2: I only like Charlie, not Toby or Rod.
- 44:01Speaker 5: That's what you said.
- 44:02Speaker 2: How many did you get right then?
- 44:03Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 44:04Speaker 2: I wasn't keeping score.
- 44:05Speaker 5: Two, yeah.
- 44:06Speaker 1: Two?
- 44:07Speaker 5: Two out of five.
- 44:08Speaker 1: Oh, no, three.
- 44:10Speaker 2: Three out of five.
- 44:10Speaker 1: Yeah, you got three out of five.
- 44:12Speaker 2: Not bad.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Not bad.
- 44:13Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 44:13Speaker 1: We've only been together for five months, so.
- 44:16Speaker 2: And it's over.
- 44:16Speaker 5: It's free.
- 44:17Speaker 2: I'm breaking up with you, Amy.
- 44:18Speaker 1: No, I'm leaving you because.
- 44:21Speaker 2: You got a better offer.
- 44:21Speaker 1: You've got a stomach bug all the time and you're
- 44:24Speaker 1: a bitch.
- 44:25Speaker 2: Oh, well, I enjoyed hanging out with you anyway.
- 44:27Speaker 1: Yeah, it's been fun.
- 44:28Speaker 2: Cool.
- 44:29Speaker 7: Cool.
- 44:29Speaker 2: I'll see you next week anyway.
- 44:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll be here on Monday.
- 44:31Speaker 2: Oh, actually, hold on. All right, coughing's still on mic.
- 44:39Speaker 2: We've got to do the pop quiz. If you want
- 44:40Speaker 2: to call in 131065, $ 1, 000. Yeah, you're still on mic. Yeah,
- 44:45Speaker 2: but I can't mute all three of them. I've got
- 44:49Speaker 2: three mics. I muted this one to the left and
- 44:51Speaker 2: I realised I've got two more in front of me. Survivor,
- 44:54Speaker 2: Australian Survivor Rivals is coming January 10, 2027. David Jenea
- 45:02Speaker 2: is the host and I believe he's joining us.
- 45:05Speaker 7: Now? Now.
- 45:08Speaker 2: Oh, we just can't see you.
- 45:09Speaker 1: We can't see you. Why not?
- 45:11Speaker 7: I have, because I was told it was just audio
- 45:14Speaker 7: and I'm laying in my bed.
- 45:15Speaker 2: Oh, how good. I reckon you're a good looking man
- 45:20Speaker 2: and people would like to see it. Just turn that
- 45:22Speaker 2: camera on for a moment.
- 45:24Speaker 7: I should turn, the camera is on. I just don't
- 45:27Speaker 7: have a lot of light in this room. It's blackout.
- 45:28Speaker 1: Oh, it's a blackout. Oh, you're actually, I can't see
- 45:32Speaker 1: you at all.
- 45:33Speaker 7: You can't see my teeth. You can kind of see
- 45:35Speaker 7: my teeth.
- 45:36Speaker 2: No, we've just got a big black screen here. Where
- 45:38Speaker 2: are you? In a hotel?
- 45:39Speaker 4: He must be in a proper hotel with like really
- 45:42Speaker 4: dense blackout curtains.
- 45:44Speaker 7: I'm in a proper hotel.
- 45:46Speaker 1: That's the best kind.
- 45:47Speaker 6: Where?
- 45:48Speaker 2: Where in the world? How are you guys going?
- 45:50Speaker 7: We're good.
- 45:50Speaker 2: I'm in Melbourne. You're in Melbourne. I remember staying in
- 45:53Speaker 2: the Hilton in Sydney once.
- 45:54Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 45:54Speaker 2: And they had proper blackout.
- 45:56Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 45:56Speaker 2: And the girlfriend and I that I was with at
- 45:58Speaker 2: the time, we put the blinds down. I woke up
- 46:01Speaker 2: at like 1130. Oh, what? And felt like you feel
- 46:04Speaker 2: awful because of the blackout. It's a nice day here
- 46:07Speaker 2: in Sydney, probably awful in Melbourne.
- 46:08Speaker 7: Oh, I love it.
- 46:09Speaker 2: I love it.
- 46:10Speaker 5: I love it.
- 46:11Speaker 1: I think it's the best thing ever.
- 46:12Speaker 7: I just flew in from the States, so I'm trying
- 46:16Speaker 7: not to get– I'm only here for a couple of days,
- 46:17Speaker 7: so I'm trying not to get too off time zone.
- 46:20Speaker 2: Oh, so you're trying to stay on the LA time zone.
- 46:24Speaker 6: I am.
- 46:24Speaker 7: I am.
- 46:25Speaker 2: So what time would it be in LA now? It'd
- 46:27Speaker 2: be evening, wouldn't it?
- 46:29Speaker 7: Well, actually, it's almost time for night-night, I think. So
- 46:32Speaker 7: maybe I'll just have another nap after this.
- 46:35Speaker 2: Here's the thing, right? Where are you from, man? Where
- 46:38Speaker 2: did you grow up? From Perth.
- 46:41Speaker 6: I'm a Perth boy.
- 46:42Speaker 7: Okay.
- 46:42Speaker 17: Yeah, Perth boy.
- 46:43Speaker 2: But you're back in Australia and you're going to what?
- 46:46Speaker 2: Keep these blinds down and try and go to sleep
- 46:49Speaker 2: all day?
- 46:50Speaker 1: Why not?
- 46:51Speaker 7: Yeah, basically. Like vampire, vampire style.
- 46:54Speaker 6: Okay.
- 46:54Speaker 17: You know?
- 46:55Speaker 1: Keep yourself on the LA routine.
- 46:57Speaker 7: We just do the, keep it on the LA routine.
- 47:00Speaker 2: You think it'll work? Like now that you know everyone's
- 47:02Speaker 2: outside playing, it's like when mum used to put you
- 47:05Speaker 2: to bed early and it was daylight saving and the
- 47:07Speaker 2: kids were still out playing cricket in the street. Do
- 47:10Speaker 2: you think you'll be able to go to sleep?
- 47:13Speaker 7: No, definitely not.
- 47:14Speaker 1: It's going to have to double dump some value.
- 47:16Speaker 7: But I'm going to give it a red hot.
- 47:19Speaker 2: Good on you, man. Hey, tell us about Australian Survivor Rivals.
- 47:22Speaker 2: What is this all about?
- 47:23Speaker 7: Oh, you guys, it's so good. We have two mirror tribes.
- 47:28Speaker 7: So each player comes in with a rival. So we've
- 47:31Speaker 7: got a couple of AFL boys, NRL versus Union.
- 47:34Speaker 14: Oh, yeah.
- 47:34Speaker 2: We've got actors.
- 47:36Speaker 7: So they've all got kind of similar traits, and they
- 47:38Speaker 7: become each other's rival this season. So the theme kind
- 47:42Speaker 7: of just really ramps up the drama and the competition
- 47:46Speaker 7: between them because now instead of just trying to win
- 47:48Speaker 7: the whole comp, which is hard enough as it is,
- 47:50Speaker 7: you've got someone that you'd don't want to lose to
- 47:54Speaker 7: the whole time. So it was a really interesting concept
- 47:56Speaker 7: just to see the way they moved and the way
- 47:58Speaker 7: they played. And, yeah, it was amazing.
- 48:01Speaker 2: Well, we know all these people. Like, they're well-known.
- 48:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I was going to say, is it all well-known people?
- 48:04Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 48:06Speaker 2: Not all.
- 48:06Speaker 7: Not all. We did about half everyday Aussies and then
- 48:09Speaker 7: we did about half– half Australian celebs and sports stars. Olympians,
- 48:15Speaker 7: we've got Olympians.
- 48:16Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 48:17Speaker 4: I always watch it and I just think you'd have
- 48:20Speaker 4: to be so– you can't just be really fit.
- 48:23Speaker 1: You've got to be like street smart and brain smart
- 48:25Speaker 1: because it's all about the art of manipulation as well.
- 48:28Speaker 1: I wouldn't last a week in there. Mikey would last
- 48:30Speaker 1: even less time.
- 48:32Speaker 2: 20 seconds.
- 48:32Speaker 7: Amy, I don't know, Amy. I've seen you manoeuvre through
- 48:35Speaker 7: social situations.
- 48:37Speaker 1: You're pretty clever. I can do the people manipulating. I
- 48:42Speaker 1: reckon the fitness is in the gutter at the moment.
- 48:45Speaker 2: Well, you've done both, mate. Like, you've hosted and you've
- 48:49Speaker 2: competed across multiple seasons. What's easier? Yeah.
- 48:53Speaker 7: Oh, I mean, when you're a contestant, you don't have
- 48:56Speaker 7: to think about anything other than just the game. But, like,
- 48:59Speaker 7: when you're hosting, you have to think about all these
- 49:01Speaker 7: other things. All the workings of the game. So, I mean,
- 49:06Speaker 7: they're both hard. I probably prefer being a host because
- 49:09Speaker 7: I just love, love, love the show. So getting to
- 49:11Speaker 7: see all that stuff that's happening behind the scenes and
- 49:13Speaker 7: working with our crew, I just love it. um but
- 49:17Speaker 7: i don't know being a tester man it's tough it's
- 49:19Speaker 7: it's pretty it's pretty.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Full-on and where are you agreeing with amy it's not
- 49:23Speaker 2: just fitness like you've got to be pretty fit right
- 49:25Speaker 2: but also is.
- 49:26Speaker 7: It no it's not just it's not just fitness i
- 49:28Speaker 7: mean we've got some pretty elite level athletes that come
- 49:30Speaker 7: in and play and crumble from the the psychological pressure
- 49:34Speaker 7: there's All these elements to it. It's not just the
- 49:36Speaker 7: survival stuff, but it's like the social pressure. It's just
- 49:41Speaker 7: a pressure cooker. And that's why it makes such great TV.
- 49:43Speaker 7: And it's long, man. Like we go 45 days. The
- 49:46Speaker 7: guys are really working hard to earn that title and
- 49:50Speaker 7: the money that goes with it.
- 49:51Speaker 1: Would you ever go back on, David?
- 49:54Speaker 6: Hell no.
- 49:54Speaker 1: As a participant?
- 49:55Speaker 2: Hell no.
- 49:56Speaker 1: How many times have you done it yourself?
- 49:58Speaker 7: I stay in a resort now. It's so much better.
- 50:00Speaker 2: Where are you filming it? Where do you do it?
- 50:03Speaker 7: We were in Malaysia this year, which was– Malaysia is beautiful.
- 50:07Speaker 7: We were on actual islands just north of Desiru, and
- 50:12Speaker 7: it was beautiful but brutal.
- 50:14Speaker 2: The humidity, right?
- 50:16Speaker 1: And they fully slum it.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Oh, the humidity.
- 50:18Speaker 4: They all get so shredded, and they all come out
- 50:21Speaker 4: looking so gaunt because you don't get a lot of
- 50:24Speaker 4: food or anything, do you?
- 50:26Speaker 7: Well, and then they're battling with monkeys. So the monkeys
- 50:29Speaker 7: were coming in and stealing their food. They're coming out
- 50:32Speaker 7: of the jungle.
- 50:33Speaker 2: And what were you doing? Stealing all their stuff. So
- 50:36Speaker 2: like it's on an island in Malaysia, but you're in
- 50:37Speaker 2: a resort and you just sort of come and go?
- 50:39Speaker 7: I'm on the mainland. So we were just basically being
- 50:42Speaker 7: transported for boats. We had a challenge island. We had
- 50:45Speaker 7: tribe islands. And so there was a lot of boat
- 50:47Speaker 7: travel this season, which was really, really fun because it
- 50:50Speaker 7: feels like you're just in it. Like they really are
- 50:53Speaker 7: going from island to island. Yeah. And it's like real smart.
- 50:57Speaker 4: How good, though, you now get the best of both worlds.
- 50:59Speaker 4: You still get to be part of the series. You're
- 51:02Speaker 4: across the game, but you get to go back to
- 51:04Speaker 4: a nice warm bed and a hot shower.
- 51:07Speaker 7: Oh, no, and a massage.
- 51:09Speaker 2: You know, it's great. And a massage, yeah.
- 51:11Speaker 6: It's so much better.
- 51:12Speaker 7: I feel so sorry for them sometimes, you know, because
- 51:14Speaker 7: they show up to challenges, they're so haggard. I'm like, oh,
- 51:17Speaker 7: I remember that.
- 51:18Speaker 1: I remember those days.
- 51:19Speaker 2: Yeah, but also see you later. Well, enjoy your blockout
- 51:23Speaker 2: room there in a Melbourne hotel where you're still seeing nothing.
- 51:26Speaker 2: You don't want to just give us a quick glimpse?
- 51:29Speaker 10: No.
- 51:29Speaker 11: Can you not see anything?
- 51:31Speaker 7: I'm trying to give you some.
- 51:32Speaker 6: I'm not even sure.
- 51:33Speaker 2: Can you say anything on your end, Chelsea, with Zoom there?
- 51:36Speaker 4: No, I can't, but I could see his teeth before.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Oh, could you?
- 51:39Speaker 7: You see my teeth. See how white my teeth are?
- 51:41Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, I can see something.
- 51:43Speaker 15: You know what?
- 51:43Speaker 1: Because we've got the reflection of the.
- 51:46Speaker 2: You've got veneers, do you? Is that why they're so white?
- 51:49Speaker 7: No, I just have incredibly white teeth in the dark room.
- 51:52Speaker 2: Oh, there we go. Oh, yeah, we see the teeth. David, Janae,
- 51:55Speaker 2: thank you, mate. Australian Survivor Rivals coming to 10 in January.
- 52:00Speaker 2: Good luck with adjusting your sleep and staying on LA time.
- 52:03Speaker 2: It's a challenge, mate.
- 52:04Speaker 1: Yeah, good night, we should be saying.
- 52:05Speaker 6: Thanks, you guys. Thanks, you guys.
- 52:07Speaker 2: Night-night.
- 52:07Speaker 7: Appreciate you.
- 52:09Speaker 6: Later.
- 52:09Speaker 2: Sleep well. All right, we're doing your last calls now
- 52:12Speaker 2: on 131065 with anything you want to talk about. Alex
- 52:16Speaker 2: is in North Sydney.
- 52:18Speaker 6: Hey, Alex.
- 52:20Speaker 13: Good morning, guys.
- 52:20Speaker 2: How are we? We're good. What do you want to
- 52:22Speaker 2: talk about?
- 52:23Speaker 15: I just wanted to let you know I just got
- 52:25Speaker 15: off the new Metro that opened this morning.
- 52:28Speaker 2: You did?
- 52:28Speaker 1: How exciting. Was it cool?
- 52:31Speaker 13: It was amazing. I'll tell you something. I actually woke
- 52:34Speaker 13: up early, caught the bus to Dulwich Hill.
- 52:36Speaker 5: I usually get on and sit in them, but I
- 52:37Speaker 5: wanted to ride the new line.
- 52:39Speaker 13: So I went to Dulwich Hill and got on the
- 52:41Speaker 13: new line. They gave me a badge. It was amazing.
- 52:43Speaker 2: Oh, you got a badge.
- 52:44Speaker 4: You got a badge for being one of the first
- 52:46Speaker 4: Metro riders.
- 52:47Speaker 1: Is that right?
- 52:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 52:48Speaker 11: You get a badge at every station, don't you?
- 52:51Speaker 7: Do you, Sean?
- 52:51Speaker 11: You get a badge at every station, apparently.
- 52:53Speaker 2: Oh, really?
- 52:53Speaker 11: Yeah, it's a different one for each station.
- 52:55Speaker 2: I thought. So the first one went out this morning
- 52:57Speaker 2: from Bankstown at 4.31 a.m. That's it. Yeah, you didn't
- 53:00Speaker 2: get that one, though, mate?
- 53:02Speaker 13: No, I got the Dollar Hill edition, which I'm sure
- 53:04Speaker 13: will be valuable on eBay in a couple of years' time.
- 53:06Speaker 2: Yeah, right. You can keep the badge. Give us your review.
- 53:10Speaker 2: Is it worth it?
- 53:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:12Speaker 2: Oh, it's awesome. Public infrastructure. It's amazing.
- 53:14Speaker 13: Get around it, guys.
- 53:15Speaker 2: Public infrastructure.
- 53:18Speaker 1: Love the train nerd.
- 53:20Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 53:20Speaker 2: Oh, there's a lot, man. There's like people that are
- 53:22Speaker 2: obsessed with trains.
- 53:24Speaker 1: And planes.
- 53:25Speaker 2: Planes is another one.
- 53:25Speaker 1: You're obsessed with maps.
- 53:27Speaker 2: I loved a good map. I used to, you know,
- 53:29Speaker 2: remember the old street directories? I asked for one for
- 53:32Speaker 2: Christmas once when I was like nine. and I just
- 53:35Speaker 2: sat there studying the street directory. So I know every
- 53:38Speaker 2: road in Sydney.
- 53:38Speaker 1: That's when you were all sweet and wholesome.
- 53:40Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, and had a bowl cut.
- 53:41Speaker 1: I bet you did.
- 53:42Speaker 2: A little nerd.
- 53:43Speaker 1: Did you sleep in bed with your mum and dad still?
- 53:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I wet the bed and everything. Okay, Ethan's in
- 53:48Speaker 2: Castle Hill. Good morning.
- 53:49Speaker 13: Good morning, guys.
- 53:51Speaker 15: How are you?
- 53:52Speaker 2: Good. What do you want to talk about?
- 53:54Speaker 13: So I heard you guys talking earlier that if you
- 53:57Speaker 13: hang out with a bad bloke, you yourself are a
- 53:59Speaker 13: bad bloke.
- 54:00Speaker 2: Well, that's the theory of that podcast or whoever it was.
- 54:03Speaker 1: Yeah, you lay down with dogs, you wake up with fleas, right?
- 54:05Speaker 2: Yeah, but you can have some crappy friends, like, as
- 54:08Speaker 2: a bloke, like just some shit bloke, and it doesn't
- 54:10Speaker 2: mean you are, right, Ethan?
- 54:12Speaker 13: Yeah, exactly. Like, so me and my mates will go
- 54:15Speaker 13: out on the weekend and a couple of them, not
- 54:17Speaker 13: saying all of us, will tend to forget that they
- 54:19Speaker 13: have a girlfriend.
- 54:20Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 54:20Speaker 13: And we'll... Yeah, they forget.
- 54:23Speaker 2: Early onset dementia.
- 54:25Speaker 13: Yeah, early onset.
- 54:27Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 54:28Speaker 13: And then they'll tend to forget that they have a girlfriend.
- 54:30Speaker 13: But that doesn't mean the rest of us. The rest
- 54:32Speaker 13: of us will laugh at them, call them terrible people.
- 54:33Speaker 13: But I know the rest of the good blokes in
- 54:36Speaker 13: the group wouldn't cheat or go anywhere.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Would you say the decent blokes outweigh the bad ones?
- 54:42Speaker 13: Oh, yeah, there's more good blokes than there are bad.
- 54:45Speaker 1: So I think that's fine.
- 54:46Speaker 4: I think it's when, like, if it's a group of four,
- 54:49Speaker 4: let's say four blokes, and they're all dirty dogs, like,
- 54:52Speaker 4: I'd be questioning, and you're going to be like, oh, no,
- 54:54Speaker 4: but I'm a good guy.
- 54:55Speaker 1: I'd be like, well, are you? What do you have
- 54:57Speaker 1: in common with them?
- 54:58Speaker 6: Right, gotcha.
- 54:59Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a lie there from Ethan as well. We
- 55:01Speaker 2: all tell them they're terrible human beings. No, you don't.
- 55:04Speaker 11: No, you don't, Ethan.
- 55:05Speaker 2: Guys don't.
- 55:06Speaker 1: No, you don't. You just turn a blind eye.
- 55:08Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 55:08Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 55:09Speaker 2: All right, Abby in mascots on. Hi, Abby.
- 55:11Speaker 1: Hey, Abby.
- 55:12Speaker 15: Oh, my God, hi. Okay, Amy.
- 55:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 55:15Speaker 17: So before, you were questioning, like, Mikey on what, like,
- 55:19Speaker 17: he knows about you, right?
- 55:20Speaker 2: Yes. Okay.
- 55:22Speaker 17: I have been listening for, like, ages now. I reckon
- 55:24Speaker 17: I know, like, the top three things that Mikey loves.
- 55:29Speaker 17: But I want to know if you do.
- 55:31Speaker 4: Wait, you know the top three things that Mikey loves
- 55:36Speaker 4: and you're questioning me?
- 55:37Speaker 6: Yes.
- 55:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:38Speaker 2: I got you. I had to answer him about Amy
- 55:40Speaker 2: and I failed. I couldn't even remember a kid's name.
- 55:42Speaker 2: What is it? Ron, Toby and Carly.
- 55:45Speaker 1: No, you said Toby and Ron.
- 55:48Speaker 7: I know.
- 55:48Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 55:48Speaker 1: Okay.
- 55:49Speaker 4: Um, I would say Mikey's top three things that what,
- 55:53Speaker 4: that he loves.
- 55:54Speaker 1: Yeah. Um, I would say his cat Jasper.
- 55:58Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 55:58Speaker 1: Ocean swims.
- 55:59Speaker 2: Oh yeah.
- 56:00Speaker 1: And his vape.
- 56:02Speaker 17: No, I think you're wrong.
- 56:03Speaker 6: Okay.
- 56:04Speaker 1: What do you think they are?
- 56:05Speaker 17: All right, Mikey loves oysters.
- 56:07Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 56:09Speaker 2: He loves his red wine.
- 56:10Speaker 3: Yep.
- 56:11Speaker 17: And he loves a blonde girl but with fake blonde hair.
- 56:14Speaker 17: He's got dark roots.
- 56:17Speaker 11: I'm with you.
- 56:17Speaker 1: The oysters, definitely.
- 56:18Speaker 4: I don't think the red wine trumps any of the
- 56:21Speaker 4: top three that I said.
- 56:23Speaker 1: Right.
- 56:23Speaker 2: Okay, well, can I answer as me being me or not? Yeah,
- 56:27Speaker 2: definitely the oyos. Love a good oyo.
- 56:29Speaker 1: The oyo, yeah, sure.
- 56:30Speaker 2: Yeah. And the real, you know, the girlfriend's blonde.
- 56:37Speaker 1: There you go.
- 56:38Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 56:38Speaker 2: Real too.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Oh, does she get double points for that?
- 56:41Speaker 17: What about the red wine, Mikey?
- 56:42Speaker 2: Love a red.
- 56:43Speaker 1: Do you love a red wine moreover or an ocean swim?
- 56:46Speaker 2: Oh, can't we have both?
- 56:49Speaker 11: I thought you were a white wine drinker.
- 56:51Speaker 1: White?
- 56:52Speaker 7: No.
- 56:52Speaker 1: Yeah, he loves a cask wine.
- 56:53Speaker 2: I like a Chardonnay.
- 56:55Speaker 11: You would.
- 56:56Speaker 2: With the oysters.
- 56:57Speaker 1: What about, yeah, mate, your vape's up there. That's number one.
- 57:01Speaker 2: Oh, my prescribed one.
- 57:02Speaker 1: Yeah, your prescribed medical vape.
- 57:03Speaker 2: From the chemist.
- 57:04Speaker 4: Yeah, that you suck on every four seconds.
- 57:06Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Alicia's going to be, thanks for that, Abby.
- 57:10Speaker 1: That's cute. Abby knows you so well. You should have
- 57:12Speaker 1: asked if she was blonde.
- 57:15Speaker 2: Yeah, just out of interest. Just purely out of interest.
- 57:19Speaker 2: Last call here, Alicia in Manly.
- 57:21Speaker 1: Hi. Hi, Alicia.
- 57:23Speaker 14: Good morning.
- 57:24Speaker 10: Good morning.
- 57:25Speaker 1: Morning.
- 57:25Speaker 2: How are you?
- 57:26Speaker 10: I'm so good, but I also just want to say
- 57:30Speaker 10: how great you guys have been.
- 57:31Speaker 1: To listen to.
- 57:32Speaker 4: Every single morning, the two of you have done such
- 57:35Speaker 4: an amazing job together.
- 57:37Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 57:38Speaker 1: That was really sweet. Now, we've had a lot of
- 57:40Speaker 1: fun as well.
- 57:40Speaker 2: You have been a– thank you, Alicia. Yeah, you've been
- 57:42Speaker 2: a treat, Amy. A real treat. Didn't even know you,
- 57:45Speaker 2: although we went to school together. It's all very weird.
- 57:47Speaker 1: Our mums are friends.
- 57:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I know. Yeah.
- 57:50Speaker 13: Wow.
- 57:50Speaker 2: Yeah, she was in one year below me. But we
- 57:52Speaker 2: probably never– I don't think.
- 57:53Speaker 1: We ever hung out, though.
- 57:54Speaker 3: No.
- 57:54Speaker 1: I just used to hook up with his mates.
- 57:56Speaker 2: All my mates. Not all of them.
- 57:57Speaker 1: There's two.
- 58:00Speaker 10: Well, what are the chances of that?
- 58:01Speaker 1: I know, it's pretty funny.
- 58:02Speaker 10: Eventually working together on the radio.
- 58:04Speaker 2: Yeah, it is. It's been wild. But no, Amy, I've
- 58:08Speaker 2: had a lot of fun with you. So next week,
- 58:10Speaker 2: Amy is doing all some behind-the-scenes work to get ready
- 58:13Speaker 2: for the new show on November 9th. So it's weird.
- 58:16Speaker 2: I'm not going to do a goodbye because I will
- 58:18Speaker 2: see you on Monday.
- 58:19Speaker 1: There's some tissues behind you.
- 58:21Speaker 2: For what?
- 58:22Speaker 1: For your tears.
- 58:24Speaker 6: For what?
- 58:24Speaker 11: What's that for?
- 58:26Speaker 1: For your tears on your face, you creep.
- 58:28Speaker 2: Yeah, okay. So I'll just see you Monday.
- 58:31Speaker 1: See you Monday. But thank you, Alicia, as well for
- 58:33Speaker 1: the call. And thank you for everything.
- 58:36Speaker 2: You can do that next week.
- 58:38Speaker 1: Yeah, sure. I'll do that next Friday.
- 58:39Speaker 2: Do you know what I mean? I feel like I'm
- 58:40Speaker 2: going to do this big goodbye to Amy.
- 58:42Speaker 1: And then you're going to see me again on Monday anyway.
- 58:44Speaker 7: On Monday.
- 58:44Speaker 2: It's like when you run into someone at the supermarket,
- 58:46Speaker 2: you do this catch up and you walk away and
- 58:48Speaker 2: they're in the next bloody aisle. Oh, hello again. I
- 58:51Speaker 2: hate that shit. So, Amy, you're brilliant, but I'll see
- 58:54Speaker 2: you Monday. We'll have more to talk about next week,
- 58:56Speaker 2: I'm sure. Sean, you're back here live with me on Monday.
- 58:59Speaker 2: Nat will be back in. We'll see you then. Have
- 59:01Speaker 2: a great weekend.
- 59:02Speaker 6: Bye. Bye.
