A Scottsdale man, Joseph Ryan Vigil, 41, has been indicted on first-degree murder charges in the disappearance of Erin Weber, who vanished in January 2023 and remains missing after over three years. The investigation, involving extensive forensic work and digital forensics, led to the grand jury’s decision. Vigil also faces counts of concealing a body, burglary, and crimes against a body.
