Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
April 9th, 2026. And well, just as I was hoping,
• 0:26
the Oklahoma City Thunder, I was going to say they went in there,
• 0:29
but I guess they were already there since they'd played in LA
• 0:32
the night before. But they stayed there, and they
• 0:36
gave the business almost as well to the Clippers as they had
• 0:39
given to the Lakers. So they covered double digits.
• 0:44
They won by, as I was participating, only needed 8
• 0:47
1/2. So we get that win.
• 0:48
That's nice getting the win column.
• 0:51
We'll see. We'll see if we can keep that
• 0:53
momentum going tonight. So I'm switching away from the
• 0:58
basketball and no, no, I'm going to stay with the basketball.
• 1:02
That's right. Now remember, I'm looking at
• 1:04
this game between the Warriors and the Lakers.
• 1:08
Basically, there's nobody left on either of these two teams
• 1:11
that can score, and total kind of reflects that.
• 1:14
It's currently sitting at 221 1/2, and I'm not sure either
• 1:19
team is going to get much over 100, much less to 110, much less
• 1:23
to over 110. So I'm looking at that and that
• 1:26
tells me it's probably going to stay under.
• 1:28
So that's where we're going to go.
• 1:30
That's what we're hoping we'll find out tomorrow.
• 1:32
So tonight we're going under 221 1/2 total points between the
• 1:38
Lakers and the Warriors in tonight's NBA basketball action.
• 1:42
So anything better than that? Pound it.
• 1:43
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
• 1:45
