- Sara Frasca: Tits Wit and Grit is a podcast created to hold honest, intelligent conversations with women who lead, build, and navigate demanding professional lives. This podcast was born from a belief that women benefit from spaces where experience is honored, perspective is shared openly, and leadership can be discussed in both depth and candor, and maybe even a little laughter. Each episode brings forth voices that will offer insight drawn from their experience, and we will all speak honestly about leadership, resilience, ambition, and personal evolution. So let's get started. Tits, wit, and grit. Okay, tits, wit, and grit fans. We are really excited because we want to talk today about the ending of season four Ted Lasso. So let's dive in. What is your rating, ladies? One being terrible, ten being terrific. What do you give this entire season now that it's done? Tracy Laskos Hill: I I rated it a 10, but with the caveat, they better come back with another season. Like they can't Sara Frasca: Mm-hmm. Tracy Laskos Hill: end like this. There's too many loose ends. Laura Raether: I would give it I'm mixed. I'd give it a seven. Some characters I wish they would have gone deeper. I didn't see enough of them. And then some characters, I'm like, I'm sick of them. Get them out of my Sara Frasca: Mm. Laura Raether: face. Like, I'm sick of that thing. so I but I'm the same camp of Tracy. Like, seriously, I want to see what Roy and Keely's baby looks like. And if it's gonna have back hair. Tracy Laskos Hill: So cute. Sara Frasca: I am like overall a 10. I love it. I think there's so many amazing messages and wonderful things. But I did have a couple complaints about this season. So I think we can dive into that. Tracy Laskos Hill: Do tell. Sara Frasca: Okay. Well, I really I'm like over the beard and whatever his ex-wife persons Tracy Laskos Hill: yeah. Sara Frasca: like I just I was like, my God. Like I didn't find any use for that storyline, I guess. in fact, I thought it was like highly inappropriate that she took their personal lives and made a play about it and like I mean, am female in power, like let's go get But like I don't think that's maybe appropriate. So Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Laura Raether: You're aging yourself. Sara Frasca: Okay. how am I aging myself? Tell me more. What give me a button? Laura Raether: Well, because I think it's not a traditional topic. And so it's like, all right, well let's bring it all out there. You know, like let let's not pretend it doesn't exist. Cause I think Sara Frasca: Wait, making a play? Laura Raether: No, but like a play about their personal lives and kind of how weird it was or our interpretation of weird. Tracy Laskos Hill: I think you were thinking it was overplayed. it wasn't that that was the weird part, right, Sara? It just, was, we get it. move on. okay. Sara Frasca: I think both. I think we get it, move on, but I'm also like, girlfriend, you cheated on him and had a baby with someone else, and then brought it to England's Broadway. I I don't know. I just didn't think it was. I guess I I felt bad for Coach Beard that his love life and life was demonstrated on a scene, and I felt like he was the victim. I didn't love that. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Laura Raether: So kind of like the Kardashians, where everything's just out there for all the public. But I'm just saying, like, okay, all right, we'll agree to disagree. Sara Frasca: I I don't know anything about the Kardashians, so I'm not a person to ask. Okay, but all right, agree to disagree. Laura Raether: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: That's funny. Sara Frasca: I also didn't like Zelda. Laura Raether: Ma yeah. Did not like her at all. Like she's whatever the penalty kick, all that. I didn't yeah. Sara Frasca: you do a red card. Laura Raether: Red card, double red card. Tracy Laskos Hill: For all aspects of her character, just like the ends. You just Laura Raether: Yeah, fake. Tracy Laskos Hill: didn't like her at all. Laura Raether: I didn't I thought I liked her, but then I was like, no, she's a backstabbing bitch. And again, I don't like how it was like two women yet again against each other. Tracy Laskos Hill: But at the same time, isn't that reality, Laura? wasn't it her, her avatar was exactly what so many women encounter in their personal and professional life. Laura Raether: It is, and I'm over it. Just making 83 cents on the dollar. So I was like one of my favorite shows, appointment TV. Like I'm investing all this time. And then I have to see that thrown in my face again. Like, ugh. And I feel sorry for all you October birthdays, you scorpions, or whatever it is. Like, too bad. You should be friends with a Sagittarius, because we don't do that shit. Sara Frasca: Okay. Tracy Laskos Hill: I liked it because I think it continues to bring that to the forefront so that it allows us to continue to have the conversation knowing that it hasn't been not eradicated, but minimized and allows for that conversation to continue and inviting women to continue to do better and not be that person in their own life and in others lives. So I didn't totally hate it. I thought they took her a little bit too far. Like that whole boat. Sara Frasca: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: party and then Laura Raether: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: the that was just that was creepy. That was just yeah, it was not necessary. Yeah, yeah. Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: bizarre and random. Yeah. Unnecessary. Agreed. Agreed. Yeah, she Laura Raether: Sex sells, baby. Sara Frasca: was well. She was wild, but not Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: like wild fun like Keely. She was like wild bizarre to me. But I know. I mean, I'm, you know, I'm Miss Conservative Minister. Laura Raether: We're aging ourselves. We're aging ourselves. Stop. Look at how we're dressed today. For those of you that can see. but the other thing I didn't like is I kind of felt like the real Rebecca character was too light on her, like Zelda. Sara Frasca: Mm-hmm. Tracy Laskos Hill: Hmm Laura Raether: I felt like Rebecca should've came after her with her high heels and stomped right on her throat. And instead she did the Tracy Laskos Hill: but isn't that the key? Laura Raether: old like I still have a heart, I care, scorpions. I didn't like that. I would have gone for the jugger, kicked her out of the room. Tracy Laskos Hill: But isn't that the character development in her? that, did you see she blew up at Roy and then at the end they were hugging? I thought that that was all part of her character development and her growth and, her maturity and emotional intelligence, no? Laura Raether: No. I didn't like it. But Sara Frasca: I think it having different veins for, Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: each of you I think that's actually a pretty Laura Raether: They still got my eyeballs, they still got the Nielsen ratings or whatever. So, We live for another day. But how about okay good. How about the baby? Sara Frasca: Okay, when we Yeah, go ahead. So exciting. Tracy Laskos Hill: my gosh. His way of taking care of her was fab. That was one of my favorite scenes where he's acting out the football game with Laura Raether: Yes, Tracy Laskos Hill: all of her cosmetics. Laura Raether: I know. That's true Sara Frasca: Was precious. Laura Raether: love. Tracy Laskos Hill: was the cutest thing ever. I loved it. Yes. If nothing Laura Raether: Yeah. He mm hmm. Yes. That was very good. Sara Frasca: Hmm. It was really cute. Tracy Laskos Hill: else, they need to show us what the baby would look like. Laura Raether: Okay, but the what was your ladies the biggest like kind of character development to me that didn't happen was I was secretly hoping Roy and his or not Roy Ted and his ex-wife would get back together or something. I kind of saw a little bit of a spark like a couple episodes earlier, so was like, maybe it's gonna land, but it didn't. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Sara Frasca: I don't know. I I also was very pleased with the portrayal of how healthy it can be for divorced Tracy Laskos Hill: mmm Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: parents. I obviously I'm in, I'm a blended family and have stepchildren and I have one good and one terrible. So I'm like, you know, it's really helpful, I think, that the portrayal of how it Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: can work for the best, you know, for the kids, it's really good. So Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm with you. I mean, we're Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: a blended family too. And you know, Charlotte's dad talks to me, Charlotte's stepmom won't talk to me. So I mean, it doesn't have to be that way. And the fact that she moved across the world to be with their son and co-parent in a new place, new setting, doing her own Sara Frasca: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: thing, and that there was such a friendly relationship between them. I do have to say though, Laura, When Lee and I were watching it, we both were like, are they going to get back together? is that how this is going to end? Laura Raether: Yeah, for sure. Sara Frasca: I was proud of Ted in, you know, seeing the evolution of he was all in on his, you know, like coaching and wasn't even in the same country as a son. Then he was all in on his parenting and almost lost himself. And we talked a little bit about that last time. And then now it was like, how do you strike a balance? Because again, I think that's one of the fundamental reasons I have such a good connection with you two. And my friends and some of my closest, dearest people, because I think even though we are career focused, we are not going to lose the opportunity to be good wife, good mother, good sister, good daughter, whatever it is. There's the balancing act. And so I saw Ted at the end say, All right, I'm stepping down from being a head coach, and I thought it was because he was choosing, I'm also gonna do this other thing, which is be a good dad. I don't know. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah, Sara Frasca: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: I do. That was the conclusion I drew because Sara Frasca: Mm-hmm. Tracy Laskos Hill: he had the conversation with his little guy about his dad and he mentioned he wasn't around for as many of his football games, et cetera, et cetera. mean, Sara, I know you were single parent for a period of time and I was the same. And it's like, I don't know if your kids echoed it to you, but Charlotte would say to me, she's like, I never see you. And it's just, it's heartbreaking. And so I loved the way that they portrayed that and his ability to pivot. Sara Frasca: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: in his professional world to make sure that his personal world isn't impacted negatively. Sara Frasca: Yeah. the other piece of his stepping down and helping to elevate Alice, I mean, that was a really great moment too. can I tell you a personal connection I have to this? Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Laura Raether: Sure. Sara Frasca: Okay, and I probably maybe have mentioned it, but it's like a really proud daughter. So my dad is is my story. My dad was the hockey coach for the univers or the Bemidji State University. Beaver Women's Hockey for nine years. Took over the program. It was in disarray. The previous coach was, I would say, not physically, but I would say emotionally and verbally abusive to the women on the team. It was really bad. So he came into this program. He really reset the bar. And his assistant coach was a woman who had played there. And when my dad retired, he said to the athletic director, you need to pick my assistant coach. And they did not. So they did not. Then they hired another man, and the man came in and he did a terrible job. And my dad went back to them and said, You had your answer all along. It needs to be my assistant coach, which is the woman. And now she's the head coach and they are in prime condition. They are doing fantastic. And so I just I like had a real personal connection with that part of Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: the story where I was like, you know what? Sometimes it takes men to stand up for women. When the woman was the right person for the job. I don't know if they chose along the gender lines. I don't have enough data points to know, but my assumption is Laura Raether: Good. Sara Frasca: they did. so anyway, I was excited about that part. Yep. And Amber Laura Raether: That's great. And good for your dad. Yeah. Sara Frasca: Frickland is her name, and she's amazing. Tracy Laskos Hill: Awesome. If Laura Raether: Awesome. Tracy Laskos Hill: Amber wants to come on the podcast, we'd welcome that. Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: I have her on our short list. I'm an ask her. Yeah. I know. Laura Raether: That's great. Yeah. Yes. Tracy Laskos Hill: That's great. Laura Raether: okay, so are they doing another season or are they not? There's no confirmation. Right? We don't know. Sara Frasca: I don't think we know yet. I don't think Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah, Sara Frasca: we know. Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: mm-hmm, they've teased. They've teased that they might, but I don't think they've actually given voice to it. But I don't wanna wait like a whole, how long did we wait between seasons? See? Sara Frasca: four years. Laura Raether: Well, I Sara Frasca: I know. Laura Raether: did hear that maybe there was speculation that they were they filmed two seasons and just they're not telling people. it's filmed already. Sara Frasca: be good okay all right i can go with that how cute Tracy Laskos Hill: Huh. Yeah. Laura Raether: Yeah, I'm gonna hope on Sara Frasca: i forgot to mention this how cute that the opening song was it the opening or the end Laura Raether: Yeah, Brandy Carlisle. Sara Frasca: no it was i was gonna say it was done or was it done by brandy carlyle i was thinking Laura Raether: It was. I read the story. He she performed somewhere and he was in the crowd or he and Beard, I think, were in the crowd. I'm gonna make it up, but it might have been LA something, blah, blah, blah. They got to talking, meeting, and he's like, hey, would you like to record our opening for the final? And she did it like the next day. I mean, it was crazy. Sara Frasca: That's amazing. And it was the Mumford and Sons song, but done by a woman. That's the Tracy Laskos Hill: I love that. Sara Frasca: only part I knew that I was reacting to. I didn't know who it was. That's so cool. Laura Raether: Yeah. Yep. Tracy Laskos Hill: Love that. Huh, that's great. Sara Frasca: I know. Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: Did you guys like when, what was the young attorney's, young attorney, young coach's name that came back, was it Ned? Laura Raether: when they did the diamond dogs? Sara Frasca: That Tracy Laskos Hill: YES! Sara Frasca: was great. Tracy Laskos Hill: And they did the...and she was the cat, people! I was crying! I was laughing so hard! That was so Laura Raether: Yeah, yeah. I love that. Yes, that was great. Yeah. Sara Frasca: That was great. Tracy Laskos Hill: funny! She did such a good job at being deadpan! She's like, I really know it's probably very simple, but what's happening? Sara Frasca: Ha ha ha. Laura Raether: And I love the way how she she carried her her paws or whatever they would be. Yeah. Yeah. I thought she was she's great. Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yes! That was fantastic. I loved Sara Frasca: It was really cute. Mm-hmm. Tracy Laskos Hill: that. Yeah. And then when he, I mean, being small, when he jumped up on the bookcase Sara Frasca: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: and sat up there, he's like, can you hear me from up here? Laura Raether: Yeah. Yeah. Sara Frasca: Okay. Laura Raether: I know. And my husband had to remind Sara Frasca: That's great. Laura Raether: me. He was like, there's the bad guy. And he goes, no, no, remember? He turned good. He quit and and I was like, yeah. Okay. I like him now again. Yes. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Sara Frasca: Can I just make a a quick mention that this was a very special week for me and it's connected a little bit to the show? So I have my dual Laura Raether: yes, you can. Sara Frasca: citizenship now, UK and USA. Tracy Laskos Hill: love it. Laura Raether: Awesome. Sara Frasca: Yes. So John, my husband, promised me that when I got my citizenship, we would go and do the tour of the yeah anchor and ale and all that stuff. So yeah. You guys are welcome to go. Let's go together. Tracy Laskos Hill: that's fabulous. Laura Raether: Awesome. Tracy Laskos Hill: Let's be amazing. My Laura Raether: Done. Tracy Laskos Hill: sister Jackie did it and said it's fantastic. yeah, Sara Frasca: Done. Can't wait. Laura Raether: Mm. Tracy Laskos Hill: fantastic. We need pictures of all the pints during your pub crawl, please. Laura Raether: For sure. Sara Frasca: each of us has a connection to both countries. Of all the countries in the world, Laura, you did your college education there, lived in a castle. Right, part of it. Tracy, Laura Raether: Not all of it, but yes, some of it. Yep. Mm-hmm. Yep. Sara Frasca: were you born in London? No. Tracy Laskos Hill: No, I went there for, was in England sixth grade to 12th grade. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Sara Frasca: Okay, okay. and then my grandmother's Scottish, so we all have a connection to the UK and Tracy Laskos Hill: I love it. Sara Frasca: fun. Laura Raether: Mm. Tracy Laskos Hill: Super. That's so good. That's really good. Yeah. Laura Raether: Yeah. No. I'm I'm I'm down. I love it. That's great. Sara Frasca: Great. Great. Love it. Tracy Laskos Hill: What? Laura Raether: Okay, so in the next season, we should predict. What we think Tracy Laskos Hill: Yes. Okay. Sara Frasca: Ooh, I like that. Mm-hmm. Laura Raether: maybe are Tracy Laskos Hill: Okay. Laura Raether: like top five of like, all right. So I predict they're gonna win the championship for Sara Frasca: Mm-hmm. Tracy Laskos Hill: Wait, because they didn't say if they did or didn't, right, Laura? Okay. Okay. Laura Raether: the football. I know. Right. So I'm I'm saying they are. That's my one thing for sure. Tracy Laskos Hill: Okay. I'm going to say by the time they do it, if they haven't already recorded it, Roy and Keely's baby is five, like school age. Like remember when Phoebe was little? Laura Raether: Yeah, and then they age drop. Sara Frasca: Sure. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yep. So they age her up. Yep. I think the, what's the son's name? Sara Frasca: darn it. He Henry Henry Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah, Henry, Laura Raether: Henry, Tracy Laskos Hill: good job. Laura Raether: yep. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yes, Sara Frasca: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: he'll be what, university? Sara Frasca: okay Laura Raether: Mm, maybe. Tracy Laskos Hill: and playing soccer or football at uni. Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: Mm-hmm. Laura Raether: Well that's good. Maybe you could play Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: Maybe. What do think, Sara? Sara Frasca: Yeah, I'm hoping that they don't age everybody up and it's like baby state and we get to watch Keely be a mom and Roy be a dad. He'll be so funny with the little if they has him on the pouch or on the backpack. I think that'll be fun. I hope Ted finds love. I mean, Tracy Laskos Hill: Hmm. Sara Frasca: I you know, Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: I think that's just kind of one of my hopes is that someone so amazing doesn't end up, you know, alone. But he's got a lot of people around him, but I would love to see Sharon some more. I loved the psychologist Fred Sharon. Laura Raether: yeah, who yep. She spent yeah. A mental health. Mm-hmm. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yep. Yep. Sara Frasca: Mm-hmm. I love that aspect. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Do you think Beard will end up dating the trainer? Do you remember? She was hilarious, by the way, Sara Frasca: she really was. Tracy Laskos Hill: when she was in the little cart at the end. I could see Laura Raether: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: their personalities vibing. That would be fun. Yeah, I love it. Sara Frasca: That's cute. That would be fun. Huh. Laura Raether: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Okay, and then if there was a spin-off, what Tracy Laskos Hill: Mm. Laura Raether: characters would spin-off? Tracy Laskos Hill: Roy and Keely. Don't you think? Sara Frasca: Hmm. I don't know I don't know that I see a spin off. I think they all have such an intertwinedness. I hate to undo your trail of thought there, but I don't know. Laura Raether: I'm just, the Laverne and Shirley of happy days. Talk about dating, aging yourself. yeah. Yeah. Sara Frasca: Yeah. I watched enough Nick at Night to know those references, but Nick at Night now is like crazy if you look at those shows. Yeah, they're Yeah, well they're not that old. They're not that old is the point. Laura Raether: Hmm. Not a phylate. Tracy Laskos Hill: I haven't seen, okay. Sara Frasca: let's see. Tracy Laskos Hill: there could be a spinoff with Keely and Rebecca just in like their separate lives. So Laura Raether: Yeah, just a yeah. Sara Frasca: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: they're the main characters, but like a dual thread. Yeah, Sara Frasca: Mm-hmm. Laura Raether: Yeah, that would be good. Tracy Laskos Hill: cause I think what's her name? Hannah Waddington. Like she is Laura Raether: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: just blowing up. She's Laura Raether: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: doing all kinds of cool things. So, yeah, yeah, she really is. Yeah, yeah. Laura Raether: She's amazing. Love her. Yep. She gave an interview about just how humble she is and how the show literally changed her life. she was a Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah? Laura Raether: struggling s I think she's single mom, if I have that right. Single mom. And again, struggling on, I got this acting gig or I have this singing gig or whatever it might be. And then finally this came along and it just exploded, obviously. And now she's like, my child can have whatever they want. Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Sara Frasca: Uber talented. just beyond. gorgeous. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Sara Frasca: But I I do think there might be a component to her fame and her persona where she didn't fit the model of, she's not a petite, you know what I mean? Like, she's a full Laura Raether: Yeah. She talks about that. She's too tall. Sara Frasca: bodied, Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Sara Frasca: tall, beautiful woman with a beautiful voice and Yeah, I'm really happy for her. I just think she is incredibly talented. Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yes, exceptionally. Laura Raether: Yeah. I think it's great. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Laura Raether: It's it's a good it's a good way to work recording this on the end of a week. It's a good way to end the week to have this. Because it's like it just you cannot you cannot not smile when you say like whether it's the episode, whether it's the name and just all that the show has going for it. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah, yeah. Laura Raether: it's great. Tracy Laskos Hill: Laura, the other spinoff could be like a British version of Cheers, because you know how the guys are managing the pub now? Laura Raether: the pub, yeah. Sara Frasca: Good one. I like that a lot. Tracy Laskos Hill: That could be cool, because then some of the characters can come in and like pop in and whatnot. So Laura Raether: Yeah. Tracy Laskos Hill: they don't have to have like all consistency, but maybe there's that, because that would be funny. Laura Raether: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Uh-huh. Sara Frasca: Great. That's a Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah, Sara Frasca: good one, Trace. I like that. Yep. Yep. I Tracy Laskos Hill: I like that one. Yeah. Yeah. Laura Raether: Yep. That was good. Sara Frasca: liked how they did bring back, cameos from some of the male Laura Raether: Yes. Sara Frasca: players and some of the, previous season folks. So that was really fun. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Sara Frasca: and I love your idea because I think it it became this it became the place for everyone to come to and gather and yeah, that's a that's a good one. Cool. That'd be fun. Well Tracy Laskos Hill: Yep, the hub. Yeah, I love it. That would be super fun. That would be really good. Sara Frasca: Bravo to the team. I hope Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: I hope this Ted Lasso team keeps going. I believe they will. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yes. Sara Frasca: maybe I could make a post-it and put it up there and then here, I'm gonna do it now. Another season. Then maybe they'll see it and then we'll get another season. Uh-huh. Laura Raether: I'm sure they will. I'm sure you'd be the only one to say that. Sara Frasca: Mm-hmm. Laura Raether: Hey, we got a great idea. Sara Frasca: Yeah, we have a good idea and we're memorializing it in a way that we feel like you will appreciate more. We Tracy Laskos Hill: See, with the. Laura Raether: Yeah. Sara Frasca: want more Ted Lasso. Great. Laura Raether: More, more, more. Yes. Awesome. Tracy Laskos Hill: to Laura Raether: And we want Keely Tracy Laskos Hill: be continued. Laura Raether: and Rebecca on for our Tits Wit and Grit podcast. We'll Tracy Laskos Hill: Yup. Sara Frasca: Yes. Laura Raether: take Ted or Beard, but we'd like to have them first. They get to go first. Sara Frasca: Well, maybe from yeah, exactly. They can come on Wiener Week. Tracy Laskos Hill: They get to go first. Ladies first. Laura Raether: And Zelda, Tracy Laskos Hill: Yeah. Laura Raether: I might be sick on that podcast recording. You guys might have to do without me. But no, just kidding. All right. Well, cheers. Sara Frasca: Hmm, okay. Fair enough. All right. Tracy Laskos Hill: I love it. All right. Cheers. Yes. Sara Frasca: Cheers. Grab your pint. And like Laura Raether: Yes. Sara Frasca: I don't know if you guys do this, but John and I always do the thing like Beard and Ted where we when we have our beer and then we clink it and then we clink it together. Wait, maybe I did it backwards. Clink, then down, then drink. All right. Well anyway. Tracy Laskos Hill: Yep. Yep. Yep. Exactly. Laura Raether: I better go practice now. Sara Frasca: Good. Great. All right. Signing signing off. Goodbye. Laura Raether: All right. See everybody. Signing off. Tracy Laskos Hill: Bye. Sara Frasca: That's it for today's episode of Tits, Wit and Grit, where bold women, big ideas, and a little bit of fearless attitude collide. Tracy Laskos: If today's conversation sparked something for you, share it with someone who needs it and make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss what's coming next. Laura Raether: Remember, show up with confidence, trust your wit, and never underestimate the power of grit. See you next time.
