- 0:07Speaker 1: for you. We are re-watching The Mummy. And we're talking
- 0:13Speaker 1: best heist movies. Let's kick it off. Tony, box office
- 0:18Speaker 1: nerd time. Give us the deets on The Mummy.
- 0:23Speaker 2: That's why I come in, you know what I'm saying?
- 0:25Speaker 1: The Mummy. On the underneath?
- 0:27Speaker 2: I remember when The Mummy was released, Back in 1999.
- 0:32Speaker 2: I saw it at Albuquerque, New Mexico at the movie theater.
- 0:36Speaker 2: So the movie was released in May 7th, 1999. I
- 0:41Speaker 2: was going to be a father to be in that time.
- 0:48Speaker 2: I think Serene was in the oven at that time.
- 0:50Speaker 1: You had sex before The Mummy came out?
- 0:54Speaker 2: Wow. Wow.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Should do top ten movies that came out when we
- 0:58Speaker 1: were having sex.
- 0:59Speaker 2: I was in the theater watching Fight Club when her
- 1:03Speaker 2: water broke with Serena.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Really?
- 1:06Speaker 2: I was in the movie theater.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Fun fact.
- 1:08Speaker 2: My homeboy Andre busted up in the theater, told him,
- 1:11Speaker 2: because he knew I was at the movies. I didn't
- 1:13Speaker 2: have no cell phone.
- 1:16Speaker 1: He came and found you?
- 1:17Speaker 2: Yeah, because they knew I was at the movies. And
- 1:19Speaker 2: I was at the movies with this girl, Veronica.
- 1:22Speaker 1: A different girl.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Yeah, because me and Sheree weren't together at that time.
- 1:26Speaker 2: But me and Veronica was just cool. It wasn't like
- 1:27Speaker 2: I was on an official date. But he busted up
- 1:31Speaker 2: in the movie theater. And then, Tony! And I was like, man,
- 1:34Speaker 2: what the fuck? Because he was loud, man. We watched
- 1:38Speaker 2: the movie.
- 1:38Speaker 1: And you know, the movie, Joe Stakes, man.
- 1:40Speaker 2: I didn't know the stakes was high. Yeah. And then
- 1:42Speaker 2: he was like, Sheree Waterbrook.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I was like, oh.
- 1:45Speaker 2: So I just got the hell up out of there
- 1:46Speaker 2: and went to the hospital.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Dang! Did you have to come back and watch Fight
- 1:50Speaker 1: Club a different time?
- 1:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I watched it later on. I think I watched
- 1:53Speaker 2: it on DVD or something. That's a good father right there.
- 1:55Speaker 1: The fact that you left and then you didn't even
- 1:58Speaker 1: come back while it was in theaters. No, I was like, man,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I'm a father, y'all. I remember Melissa's water broke. She
- 2:05Speaker 1: had water to break, but she was watching, we were
- 2:08Speaker 1: watching Steve Harvey's special.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Oh.
- 2:13Speaker 1: What's Steve Harvey's special?
- 2:14Speaker 2: I don't think I ever seen a Steve Harvey's special.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I cannot think of the name. But anyway, that's when
- 2:22Speaker 1: Melissa's water broke. We was watching Steve Harvey's special.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Y'all was together.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Yeah, we were in our little apartment and I got
- 2:29Speaker 1: so nervous, I took my shirt off, put another shirt on,
- 2:32Speaker 1: a switching shirt. I don't know what to do, Tony.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I was like, all right, let me change. Hold on.
- 2:39Speaker 1: That's what it is. God not finished with me yet.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I was like, all right, let me get these shoes.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Melissa's like, what are you doing? I was like, God!
- 2:47Speaker 1: I'm about to laugh. Don't trip.
- 2:50Speaker 2: That's the sitcom. It really was.
- 2:53Speaker 1: I was just like, man, shirt, footie, no, glasses, keys, keys.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Her water didn't break. It was just like, nah, it's
- 3:04Speaker 1: time to go. But I think most people just leave. Like,
- 3:06Speaker 1: I got to come back for the water. We'll pop
- 3:08Speaker 1: that up later. Yeah, we'll get that later. All right,
- 3:10Speaker 1: kick it off, Tone. You didn't even say the numbers, man.
- 3:12Speaker 2: 1999, May 7th, 1999. The Mummy did $ 157 million domestically,
- 3:19Speaker 2: $ 261 internationally. It made $ 418 million worldwide. The domestic gross
- 3:25Speaker 2: of you adjusted for inflation is at $ 352 million.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Wait, wait, you said four?
- 3:31Speaker 2: Oh, domestic, domestic. So the production budget was $ 80 million.
- 3:35Speaker 1: And it made $ 400 million global?
- 3:38Speaker 2: $ 418 million. I ain't going to hold you to it.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I did not recognize The Mummy was that much of
- 3:44Speaker 1: a smash.
- 3:47Speaker 2: So they just made three films just for kicks?
- 3:51Speaker 1: I mean, dang. 400 mil, though?
- 3:54Speaker 2: 400 mil in 1999. That's 1999.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I don't like this movie.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Come on, man.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Man, I don't like it.
- 4:02Speaker 2: What you don't like about it, man?
- 4:04Speaker 1: I don't like it. I think it's the worst version
- 4:06Speaker 1: of Indiana Jones.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Take Indiana Jones out of it. What you don't like
- 4:11Speaker 2: about it on its own merit? I'm gonna tell you
- 4:14Speaker 2: what I like.
- 4:15Speaker 1: It's half heist, it's half fake horror. I was much
- 4:20Speaker 1: more interested in what the mummy had going on than
- 4:23Speaker 1: I was the heist aspect.
- 4:25Speaker 2: That's good, because it's not a heist movie.
- 4:27Speaker 1: It is a heist movie.
- 4:28Speaker 2: The movie is about the mummy. Their reason for getting
- 4:31Speaker 2: there is the heist. But the mummy is the reason
- 4:36Speaker 2: for the season. You just got distracted by the heist.
- 4:39Speaker 2: That's not... They needed a reason to go there. It's
- 4:43Speaker 2: not gonna be like, yo man, I heard there's a
- 4:44Speaker 2: mummy there that's gonna kill us if we awaken it,
- 4:46Speaker 2: let's go. That's not gonna happen. You gotta get greedy
- 4:52Speaker 2: people trying to get gold and riches, and she's trying
- 4:56Speaker 2: to just learn because she's a scholar.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Rachel Weisz was cute, by the way.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Rachel Weisz in The Mummy was perfection.
- 5:03Speaker 1: She is a cutie pie. Loved her character. She had
- 5:07Speaker 1: the knowledge. She was speaking the language.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I fully believed every molecule of her performance.
- 5:12Speaker 1: She was fantastic. She was great. And I don't dislike
- 5:16Speaker 1: Brendan Fraser. It's crazy. One of the things I pitched
- 5:19Speaker 1: to myself to tell you, I would have thought Brendan
- 5:23Speaker 1: Fraser's career was going to be bigger based off the mummy.
- 5:28Speaker 2: It was big.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Do you think so?
- 5:31Speaker 2: He did. He did.
- 5:33Speaker 1: He did.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Georgia the Jungle was a hit. Yeah. Although I've never
- 5:39Speaker 2: seen it, but it grossed over $ 100 million domestically. Nobody
- 5:41Speaker 2: expected that. And then he did The Mummy, he did
- 5:44Speaker 2: The Mummy Returns, which was another hit.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 5:47Speaker 2: And then he had Journey to the Center of the Earth,
- 5:51Speaker 2: which was a hit as well. But he became this
- 5:54Speaker 2: kind of.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Didn't he, like, fall out for many years, though?
- 5:57Speaker 2: Well, he didn't come back for the sequel. They replaced
- 6:00Speaker 2: him with The Rock.
- 6:01Speaker 1: The Scorpion King?
- 6:02Speaker 2: The Scorpion King was a spinoff of The Mummy, but
- 6:07Speaker 2: they replaced Brendan Fraser in the Journey movies with The Rock.
- 6:12Speaker 2: But I forget.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Oh, when he was wearing the green and cream shirts.
- 6:17Speaker 1: One of the movies where he was wearing green and cream.
- 6:20Speaker 1: You ever seen that meme where it's like The Rock
- 6:23Speaker 1: has the same clothes? You've never seen this? Uh-uh. Oh, Tom.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:28Speaker 1: The Rock has worn a tan shirt in a lot
- 6:30Speaker 1: of movies.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Oh, I know about the tan.
- 6:32Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. In this one, he had green
- 6:34Speaker 1: pants and a cream, like a tan shirt. Got you.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Another one, he just had. But the tan shirt, man.
- 6:40Speaker 1: He's tan shirt McGee. I think he had, it's called
- 6:44Speaker 1: Journey to the Center of the Earth? He might have
- 6:46Speaker 1: a tan shirt on.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Hold on. This is 2008?
- 6:51Speaker 1: No, oh, Brendan Fraser's 2008.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Oh, dang, I thought it was 2008. That was 2008? Yeah.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Yes, he had a tan shirt on. Yeah, I guess it's... Oh, okay.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Tanned shirt, man. I'm telling you. That's his go-to. They
- 7:11Speaker 1: say the rocks in this. Get the tan shirts, y'all.
- 7:15Speaker 2: That'll be me, man. I'm going to tell y'all right now,
- 7:18Speaker 2: I'm wearing the same shit.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Me and Tony was on set yesterday. Tony has. Four shirts,
- 7:25Speaker 1: the exact same build, different colors with the four matching
- 7:30Speaker 1: new balances in a shoe case. I said, Tony don't care.
- 7:34Speaker 1: But honestly, man.
- 7:36Speaker 2: I'm just rocking this. Let me tell you.
- 7:38Speaker 1: What, Tony. If it weren't for Melissa, I would have
- 7:42Speaker 1: a closet with 20 pairs of black jeans and 40
- 7:46Speaker 1: black t-shirts. And I would never think about getting dressed.
- 7:51Speaker 1: All I want to do is wear the cool shoes.
- 7:53Speaker 2: If you knew How many versions of the same shit
- 7:57Speaker 2: I have in my possession?
- 7:59Speaker 1: I know, Tony.
- 8:02Speaker 2: I know you.
- 8:03Speaker 1: I know you. I know it.
- 8:06Speaker 2: That little camouflage workout hoodie?
- 8:09Speaker 1: How many you got? Five of them. I know. I
- 8:11Speaker 1: can see you packing them. I got a show. I
- 8:13Speaker 1: got three nights. Here's Wednesday's camo, Saturdays and Sundays. Tony,
- 8:20Speaker 1: you know how many pairs of these pants I have? Sixteen. Actually,
- 8:26Speaker 1: I got, I can have Lulu, A-Lo, whoever makes this
- 8:32Speaker 1: type of pants. Josh, you're right now in my house.
- 8:35Speaker 1: I'm wearing a pair. I got three in my suitcase
- 8:38Speaker 1: for this weekend. I got four, five in the hamper.
- 8:42Speaker 1: And I got two or three at the fluff and fold.
- 8:45Speaker 1: And I got six in my drawer.
- 8:47Speaker 2: This is Taurus energy, yo.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Black jeans? Always. Joshy, I have them everywhere I need them.
- 8:54Speaker 1: On my body, in the hamper, getting washed, and in
- 8:57Speaker 1: my suitcase. At all times.
- 8:59Speaker 2: This is how it should be.
- 9:00Speaker 1: When I get off the road, black jeans. I take
- 9:03Speaker 1: three black jeans for three shows. When I get home,
- 9:05Speaker 1: those three go to the cleaners. And when I go
- 9:08Speaker 1: to the cleaners, I pick up three more black jeans,
- 9:10Speaker 1: and I pack three black jeans on the road, and
- 9:13Speaker 1: I got three more black jeans for my week at home.
- 9:16Speaker 1: We the same, dog.
- 9:18Speaker 2: We the same.
- 9:19Speaker 1: And it's the same pair. Paige, they made a good
- 9:22Speaker 1: pair of black jeans. I done had these jeans for
- 9:25Speaker 1: about six years, eight years. They got polyester in them,
- 9:29Speaker 1: so they don't fade. And when I run out, I'm
- 9:33Speaker 1: going right back to Paige.
- 9:34Speaker 2: That's how it should be, man. I'm with you.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Steve Jobs really nailed it with the thing and the shirt.
- 9:41Speaker 1: I said, man, this man knows what he's talking about.
- 9:43Speaker 1: I don't want to think about it.
- 9:45Speaker 2: I don't want to think about it. Go ahead, man.
- 9:46Speaker 1: We're off track.
- 9:46Speaker 2: All right, so Brendan Fraser was in Dudley Do-Right after
- 9:52Speaker 2: the moment. So this is his trajectory, and this is
- 9:55Speaker 2: why he faded off. Dudley Do-Right, bomb. Bomb hard. right?
- 10:01Speaker 2: Then he did Bedazzled.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Oh my God.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Which did, it would have did okay if the budget
- 10:06Speaker 2: wasn't so large, but it was funny to me. I
- 10:08Speaker 2: enjoyed it. But he did Bedazzled. Yeah. He did Monkeybone. Monkeybone. Yeah,
- 10:15Speaker 2: Monkeybone bombed hard. Then he did The Mummy Returns. And
- 10:18Speaker 2: we back. We back. Yeah. Then he did, he had
- 10:22Speaker 2: some small roles and stuff. Then he did Looney Tunes
- 10:24Speaker 2: Back in Action.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Man, watch out.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Bomb.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Got Bomb Atomic.
- 10:28Speaker 2: He was just saying yes to everything.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Pearl Harbor featuring Brendan Fraser.
- 10:33Speaker 2: He was saying yes to everything. So we still moving
- 10:38Speaker 2: and grooving. So then he does, at the Looney Tunes
- 10:41Speaker 2: Back in Action, he does... Revenge of the Mummies. Is
- 10:45Speaker 2: this the third one? Wait, hold on. Let me just
- 10:48Speaker 2: double check on this one.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Oh, it's The Ride.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Okay.
- 10:51Speaker 1: He was blackballed?
- 10:52Speaker 2: No, so then he did Crash. Then he did.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Wait, the racism movie Crash? Yeah, he was in there.
- 10:58Speaker 1: He was in there?
- 10:58Speaker 2: Yeah, he was in there. I think he was Sandra
- 11:01Speaker 2: Bullock's husband, if I'm not mistaken.
- 11:03Speaker 1: I ain't gonna hold you, Tone. I ain't seen Crash
- 11:06Speaker 1: since it came out, since the year it came out.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I watched it a few times that year. I enjoyed it.
- 11:10Speaker 1: I had a good time. Then it turned out a
- 11:12Speaker 1: lot of people hated that movie.
- 11:13Speaker 2: People be hating on that movie, too. I like Crash.
- 11:15Speaker 2: I only seen it once.
- 11:15Speaker 1: And you can't stop me from liking it?
- 11:18Speaker 2: Like what it's on. So, Journey to the Center of
- 11:20Speaker 2: the Earth.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 11:21Speaker 2: It did well, right? And then he did The Mummy,
- 11:25Speaker 2: Tomb of the Dragon, whatever it was. That didn't do
- 11:29Speaker 2: as well as the first two. You know, Rachel Weisz
- 11:31Speaker 2: didn't come back.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Tomb of the Dragon, whatever. That's probably how they pitched it.
- 11:36Speaker 1: All right, y'all, we need to know what y'all got. Hey, man,
- 11:40Speaker 1: Mummy 3, Tomb.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Of the Dragon. Love Seed of the Hidden Shenanigans.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Legend of the Gold Cloak Ranger.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Queue it up. Quest of the Must.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Throw some words in there. Just make sure the mummy's
- 11:57Speaker 1: in bold and run it up.
- 11:59Speaker 2: The mummy. Renaissance of the Cuban links. Don't be built.
- 12:05Speaker 2: The mummy.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Bacon, egg, and cheese. Salt, pepper, ketchup. The mummy.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Don't forget to get my black pants from the goddamn cleaners.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Then that way you lose track of how many it was.
- 12:20Speaker 2: So then he didn't come back for... The center of
- 12:24Speaker 2: the earth movies, from there it was like, he was
- 12:27Speaker 2: kind of just doing small stuff.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Before it's like that. And he came out big, big
- 12:32Speaker 1: come up with the whale. Yeah, he was good.
- 12:35Speaker 2: He got an Oscar for that.
- 12:36Speaker 1: I like Brendan Fraser, though.
- 12:37Speaker 2: I like Brendan Fraser, too. He seems like a good guy.
- 12:39Speaker 1: He does. And let me tell you what, that's not
- 12:41Speaker 1: Billy Zane in that movie.
- 12:43Speaker 2: It's Arnold Vosloo.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Arnold Vosloo. When I tell you I was right in
- 12:48Speaker 1: my nose, I said, man, what up with Billy Zane?
- 12:50Speaker 1: Cue it up. Arnold, who?
- 12:52Speaker 2: You thought it was Billy Zane? Man.
- 12:54Speaker 1: I said, man, Billy Zane had this. He had Titanic.
- 12:57Speaker 1: I cued it up. I said, Arnold, that dude look
- 13:00Speaker 1: just like Billy Zane, man.
- 13:02Speaker 2: The Knox of the Woods.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Anaxunamun! When I was in Egypt, I said Anaxunamun 417
- 13:09Speaker 1: times because of the mummy. Because that's the thing I
- 13:14Speaker 1: remember the most.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Anaxunamun, Anaxunamun.
- 13:16Speaker 1: I was touching hieroglyphics on the walls like Anaxunamun. Now
- 13:19Speaker 1: what would happen if one of them things would have opened?
- 13:21Speaker 2: Anaxunamun. The tomb that they had never found for hundreds
- 13:29Speaker 2: of years just comes forward.
- 13:31Speaker 1: And that kind of stuff would happen to me. And
- 13:34Speaker 1: knocks through the moon, y'all. Falling into the ground, open up, sad.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Oh, my legs, Liz.
- 13:45Speaker 1: My legs. When you go to Egypt, you get what,
- 13:49Speaker 1: you get it.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:51Speaker 1: There's so much, you gotta go, Tone.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Man, I can't wait.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Tone, there's so much lore there, history, artifacts.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Those pyramids are so old, man, I need to get
- 14:02Speaker 2: in on it.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Yo, when you come from like, not only America's already young,
- 14:10Speaker 1: but the West Coast compared to the East Coast, it's
- 14:14Speaker 1: really young. From Europe to America, you see the age. Right.
- 14:18Speaker 1: From New York, Boston to LA, you see the age.
- 14:23Speaker 1: From LA to Egypt, you'd be like, man, watch out America,
- 14:28Speaker 1: you toddler. We ain't got no pre-civilization modern times, nothing.
- 14:35Speaker 1: There's nothing in LA that predates nothing. But in Egypt,
- 14:39Speaker 1: you see like modern marvels, the pyramids, the Sphinx. The
- 14:46Speaker 1: Abu Simbel. Man, King Tutankhamun. The museums, like there's history.
- 14:54Speaker 1: There ain't nothing in LA but the Hollywood sign. Egypt
- 14:58Speaker 1: got like, man, this stuff is thousands of years old.
- 15:02Speaker 1: This is how people used to live. How did they
- 15:04Speaker 1: get these? How did they, man, you be in the tombs, man.
- 15:07Speaker 1: That's like, first of all, it's hot as hell in there.
- 15:09Speaker 2: I remember you telling me that. That kind of kept
- 15:11Speaker 2: me at bay.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Let me tell you what. You don't, if you claustrophobic
- 15:15Speaker 1: or you don't like heat or you have- Oh, that's
- 15:18Speaker 1: a double whammy. Tone, it's like, I kind of had
- 15:22Speaker 1: a little freak out moment.
- 15:23Speaker 2: I don't think I can handle it.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Tone, because you walking up, it's hot. There's a lot
- 15:28Speaker 1: of people. You're cramped. There's no AC. And it's just like,
- 15:35Speaker 1: I got to get out of here.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Yeah, man.
- 15:38Speaker 1: You can't. And you tall. So you can't stand up
- 15:41Speaker 1: straight at all. So you bent over.
- 15:44Speaker 2: So we're hot and we claustrophobic.
- 15:47Speaker 1: The stairs are small and there's a lot of people.
- 15:51Speaker 1: It's loud.
- 15:52Speaker 2: And I don't like a lot of people.
- 15:53Speaker 1: It's a lot. Then when you come out, the people
- 15:55Speaker 1: trying to panhandle stuff, it's overstimulated. But other than that,
- 16:00Speaker 1: it's great.
- 16:01Speaker 2: I don't know, man. You might have discouraged me, man. No, no.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Other than that, it's great.
- 16:06Speaker 2: What's Egypt like outside of the pyramid area?
- 16:10Speaker 1: So Sharm el-Sheikh is like a beach city. Beautiful.
- 16:14Speaker 2: That's where y'all was at?
- 16:14Speaker 1: We went there too. We went to, Cairo is like
- 16:17Speaker 1: a regular city. Like Cairo has, feels like Mexico city, Tokyo,
- 16:23Speaker 1: you know, hella people everywhere, but modern. Then you also
- 16:28Speaker 1: have the pyramids in a different part of Cairo. Then
- 16:31Speaker 1: you have like, we floated along the Nile river for
- 16:34Speaker 1: like four days. Yeah, that was great. That was like,
- 16:37Speaker 1: God is amazing. Abu Simbel's older, more chill. Sharm El
- 16:43Speaker 1: Sheikh is like a beach, chill town. So they had
- 16:46Speaker 1: a lot of different stuff. You know, history, culture, fine dining,
- 16:51Speaker 1: like the best of everything. But Cairo is like, it's
- 16:54Speaker 1: Mexico City. It's very similar to Mexico City, to me. Yeah,
- 16:58Speaker 1: we love Mexico City. But man, back to The Mummy, Tom.
- 17:00Speaker 1: The Mummy, man.
- 17:03Speaker 3: What I liked about The Mummy, man, it gave me
- 17:06Speaker 3: that old school adventure action feel that was missing since
- 17:11Speaker 3: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade came out in 1989.
- 17:14Speaker 2: We ain't had nothing like this in movies on a
- 17:19Speaker 2: big hit tip. And man long. Yeah. Since 89.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Yep.
- 17:23Speaker 2: And so I get that you like, man, it's like
- 17:27Speaker 2: Indiana Jones, but the mummy predates Indiana Jones. What you mean?
- 17:32Speaker 2: the mummy as a entity, as a character. So that's
- 17:37Speaker 2: why I don't equate it to Indiana Jones, even though
- 17:39Speaker 2: it gives you that kind of time period adventure archeology,
- 17:44Speaker 2: the mummy is the, I keep going back to that.
- 17:47Speaker 2: The mummy is the reason for the season. I feel
- 17:50Speaker 2: like they nailed that movie in that regard. It's like, yo,
- 17:54Speaker 2: the mummy, they show you what he did to get killed.
- 17:59Speaker 1: That was good.
- 18:00Speaker 2: He was after the pharaoh's wife. They had an illicit affair.
- 18:02Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying? So they set up this
- 18:05Speaker 2: grand scheme. It's like, yo, I'm going to kill myself.
- 18:07Speaker 2: You just bring me back. But they end up hemming
- 18:10Speaker 2: him up and his priest. Yep. Giving them the worst
- 18:13Speaker 2: type of burial set up you've ever seen.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Which is big in Egypt. Their whole thing is like,
- 18:18Speaker 1: the afterlife is like.
- 18:19Speaker 2: We're going to wrap you up while you're alive. Put
- 18:21Speaker 2: these beetles in there and just bury you like that.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Yes. And you're going to take it.
- 18:26Speaker 2: You're going to take it, man. Arriba dirt you. And
- 18:29Speaker 2: so ultimate death. So then it's cursed. It's like, you
- 18:34Speaker 2: know what I'm saying? Don't move this. Don't open that.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Don't be reading from the book. You got these people.
- 18:40Speaker 2: So it's haunted. The whole site is haunted. It's just like, yo,
- 18:44Speaker 2: when you come around, because they were fighting wars out here.
- 18:46Speaker 2: That's how O'Connell got out there. And so everything just
- 18:50Speaker 2: came together. And it was like, yo, do not wake
- 18:52Speaker 2: the mummy up. And you got that whole crew that
- 18:54Speaker 2: protects that land from people that are like, man, Do
- 18:58Speaker 2: not wake this nigga up.
- 18:59Speaker 1: It's serious business.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Well, Dead Fair and them is just like, yo, we
- 19:02Speaker 2: are the such and such. Yeah. Don't wake this nigga up.
- 19:07Speaker 2: We're going to shoot y'all if y'all are over here.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Yes.
- 19:09Speaker 2: And so all of these elements, and then they end
- 19:11Speaker 2: up going back. Rachel Weisz is like, there's a treasure.
- 19:14Speaker 2: She's all excited. I'll take you all over there. It's
- 19:18Speaker 2: just adorable, man. You look up adorable in the dictionary,
- 19:23Speaker 2: Rachel Weisz.
- 19:24Speaker 1: And the mummy is going to be right up in
- 19:25Speaker 1: that bitch.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Soon as soon as she on there, she knocked down
- 19:28Speaker 2: all the library pillars and just like, whoop, whoop. Yeah,
- 19:31Speaker 2: she was great. She just reminds you of those old
- 19:34Speaker 2: school actresses and those old school movies.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Very much. Audrey Hepburn. Like, she could have fit in
- 19:41Speaker 1: with those old Hollywood starlets.
- 19:42Speaker 2: That's the vibe they was going for.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:44Speaker 2: They done away. They was going beyond. To me, there's
- 19:49Speaker 2: nothing Indian. Jones about any of this.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Man, watch out. I said it's Indiana Jones. You got
- 19:54Speaker 1: the two people going for the same thing.
- 19:56Speaker 2: Except for archaeology.
- 19:58Speaker 1: That's a big part of it.
- 19:59Speaker 2: But it's still... Brendan Fraser does not act like Indiana Jones.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Well, not one-to-one.
- 20:05Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying?
- 20:06Speaker 1: But he's the guy going after the thing. Actually, he's
- 20:08Speaker 1: the guy, really.
- 20:09Speaker 2: It's not Indiana Jones to me. You know what I'm saying?
- 20:16Speaker 2: So then when the mummy gets awakened.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Now it's cooking.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Now, you know what I'm saying, the whole thing changes.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Now we got some biblical plague shit coming in. The plagues,
- 20:28Speaker 2: the locusts, it's raining flowers. Scarabs. All that good stuff.
- 20:33Speaker 2: And the mummy is like, I need whoever opened the
- 20:36Speaker 2: sacred jars, I'm coming for this. I can go back.
- 20:41Speaker 1: That's the best part of that movie. Yeah. He's gaining
- 20:45Speaker 1: power and skin.
- 20:47Speaker 2: I need your eyes. I need your. Yeah. Every time
- 20:50Speaker 2: he kills one of them, he gets more complete and whole. Yeah.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Once he completes everybody, that's what he's like. So how
- 20:58Speaker 2: can you not feel this, man?
- 21:00Speaker 1: Man, I don't feel it.
- 21:04Speaker 2: That's fantastic.
- 21:06Speaker 1: I had my arms crossed.
- 21:08Speaker 2: The mummy coming back. Man, watch out. I'm trying to
- 21:11Speaker 2: get the knocks on the moon back charged up.
- 21:12Speaker 1: When you text me the mummy, I was like, man,
- 21:15Speaker 1: I don't want to watch the mummy.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Because your reason for not liking it is it's not
- 21:18Speaker 2: holding up.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Nah, man, I ain't feel it then, and I don't
- 21:21Speaker 1: feel it now. I was just like, man, watch out.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Rachel Weisz is cool, and I like the mummy, and
- 21:27Speaker 1: the scares is cool.
- 21:28Speaker 2: It was funny. Rachel Weisz's brother was funny. He was
- 21:30Speaker 2: a coward.
- 21:30Speaker 1: He was great.
- 21:30Speaker 2: He was fumbling around. That one shady dude that.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Was just going to work for whoever he can get
- 21:35Speaker 1: on with. Yes. When her brother, uh. Benny.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Benny is his name.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Benny, when he acted like a zombie with the people.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Yeah, he was like, hey, Motel. Yeah, man, come on.
- 21:45Speaker 1: He felt like he could fit into an Edgar Wright
- 21:46Speaker 1: movie perfectly. Cause that was an Edgar Wright scene if I.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Ever seen one.
- 21:52Speaker 1: I said that a lot in Egypt too. Those were
- 21:56Speaker 1: my two things. I know, I thought it was very funny.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Americans.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Sure, I just realized I'm not the first person.
- 22:05Speaker 2: You was that annoying ass American. You had a hat
- 22:08Speaker 2: on with the drinks attached. He was like, Egypt is great,
- 22:12Speaker 2: right guys? Hey boys, come over here, you loud ass.
- 22:16Speaker 2: They were just looking at you like, this is everything
- 22:19Speaker 2: we hate about America. You had all the touristy, I
- 22:22Speaker 2: love Egypt shirt.
- 22:24Speaker 1: On, just standing there. This shirt is hot in here.
- 22:30Speaker 1: It's hot in here, huh, guys? Show me where Nuxunamun is, y'all.
- 22:34Speaker 1: What you mean that's not real?
- 22:36Speaker 2: Where's the Sphinx? They was like, yuck, man. Get him
- 22:43Speaker 2: out of here, man. Go back to America.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Hold on.
- 22:46Speaker 2: You was that guy. For sure. And Melissa was like,
- 22:50Speaker 2: can you just? No, you right.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Can you just? You right.
- 22:54Speaker 2: And then, but yeah, so the mummy had his ambitions
- 23:00Speaker 2: in place. Yeah. I want to become whole again. Get
- 23:03Speaker 2: a clear goal. I can rule the world and get
- 23:05Speaker 2: my woman back.
- 23:06Speaker 1: And I'm going to kill Rachel Weisz.
- 23:08Speaker 2: Rachel Weisz is just going to be the sacrificial lamb
- 23:10Speaker 2: for me to get back.
- 23:11Speaker 1: To Anaksuna Moon. Anaksuna Moon.
- 23:13Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying?
- 23:14Speaker 1: Also, big white people as Egyptians. Oh, yeah. Nobody was
- 23:18Speaker 1: calling woke. They get mad at Lupita Nyong'o being black
- 23:24Speaker 1: and a fictional character, but you make a movie about
- 23:27Speaker 1: Egyptian people.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Right.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Everybody's white. Not the archaeologists. I'll give you white people
- 23:33Speaker 1: coming to steal something.
- 23:34Speaker 2: Oh, archaeologists are big white.
- 23:34Speaker 1: White people coming to steal, that's y'all.
- 23:36Speaker 2: That's big white right there.
- 23:37Speaker 1: That's y'all to a T. That better not be nobody else.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Everybody should be white on that T.
- 23:41Speaker 1: On the team of stealing something? Yeah. White people. But
- 23:45Speaker 1: the Egyptians are also white? Watch out. Even the dude
- 23:50Speaker 1: who led the other team with the long hair, it
- 23:53Speaker 1: wasn't even Middle Eastern. He was another white dude. I
- 23:55Speaker 1: looked him up like, oh, he was Middle Eastern.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Oh, you're talking about O'Dear Fair? Who? The guys that
- 24:01Speaker 2: protect the- Yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Also white.
- 24:04Speaker 2: I thought he was too at the time.
- 24:06Speaker 1: I was like, okay. Man, he just had dark hair.
- 24:08Speaker 2: Arnold Vosloo was South African.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 24:12Speaker 2: Knox of the Moon is Latino, right?
- 24:15Speaker 1: I believe so. I looked this up when I was watching.
- 24:17Speaker 1: I said, man, this was, nobody ever, white people was
- 24:20Speaker 1: quiet for years. Last Samurai, Tom Cruise. Yeah. Gods of Egypt,
- 24:27Speaker 1: white people. There was some noise made on that, though. Yeah,
- 24:31Speaker 1: but he didn't stop it. Yeah. Ben-Hur, big white.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Yeah, big white on Ben-Hur. Big white.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Big white on Ben-Hur. I mean, that Hawaiian movie that
- 24:40Speaker 1: was recent, all white people. George Clooney, Emma Stone or Watson.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Who's the Emma from... Which is the Emma that just
- 24:51Speaker 1: won the Oscar? Oh, Emma Stone. Emma Stone. Big white,
- 24:55Speaker 1: all up and through there.
- 24:58Speaker 2: She pale, too. Was she supposed to be Hawaiian?
- 25:00Speaker 1: Yes, it was all supposed to be Hawaiian. I said, what?
- 25:03Speaker 1: It was that Hawaiian, the George Clooney Hawaiian movie, Tone.
- 25:08Speaker 2: I love George Clooney, by the way. I feel like
- 25:11Speaker 2: he would be my friend.
- 25:14Speaker 1: The Descendants. No, no, no. But there was people, some
- 25:19Speaker 1: of those people were supposed to be native Hawaiian. And
- 25:21Speaker 1: they was like, man, white. And the people just don't,
- 25:25Speaker 1: they don't, but there ain't no big outcry. You know,
- 25:28Speaker 1: when it's white people doing that for years, they didn't
- 25:31Speaker 1: try to.
- 25:32Speaker 2: We be vocal now though.
- 25:33Speaker 1: We'll be vocal now.
- 25:34Speaker 2: If it was whitewashed, we'd be like.
- 25:36Speaker 1: All right now. Yes.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Yes. That's when the racist people started. Now we're woke.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Because y'all mad that white people ain't playing everything anymore. Yeah.
- 25:46Speaker 2: But anyway, go ahead. But yeah, The Mummy, man, the casting,
- 25:49Speaker 2: you know, it's questionable. But The Mummy was a good time, man.
- 25:53Speaker 2: The adventure, the excitement.
- 25:54Speaker 1: It was Aloha, by the way. Oh, Aloha. Emma Stone.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Okay, I don't know. Yeah.
- 26:00Speaker 1: George Clooney was another Hawaiian movie with big white people
- 26:02Speaker 1: in it.
- 26:03Speaker 2: I saw The Descendants, though.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I was talking about Aloha.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Oh, gotcha, gotcha, gotcha. But yeah, man.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Ben Kingsley played Gandhi. Yeah, he did. White. Oh, he's
- 26:12Speaker 1: not white, though.
- 26:13Speaker 2: He's not.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Actually, he's something, ain't he?
- 26:15Speaker 2: I think Ben Kingsley is white, ain't he? I thought
- 26:18Speaker 2: he was something.
- 26:18Speaker 1: I looked this up. He's from somewhere.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Hold on. Gandhi was racist anyways. I don't care.
- 26:23Speaker 1: He was born Krishna Banji.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Wow.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Oh, wait.
- 26:27Speaker 2: So maybe he's legit. Just look up Ben Kingsley ethnicity.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Okay, I'm going to do that. That's how you do that.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Once you start looking at where people were born, that's true.
- 26:36Speaker 1: You could be German. Martin Lawrence was born in Germany.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Right.
- 26:39Speaker 1: He ain't German. Somebody get these beggars out of here.
- 26:44Speaker 1: With the blinks.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Okay, so his father, Ben Kingsley, is English. Oh, he's Indian.
- 26:53Speaker 1: He's mixed.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Okay.
- 26:54Speaker 1: He's mixed. He's Indian and English. His father is a man,
- 27:00Speaker 1: Rahim Tula Harjibanji.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 27:03Speaker 1: A Kenyan-born doctor.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Of Muslim descent, and his mom, her name Anna. Her
- 27:14Speaker 1: mom's name is Anna. She's English.
- 27:16Speaker 2: One thing that's going to happen, man. These white women
- 27:19Speaker 2: are going to get penetrated. These white women are going
- 27:24Speaker 2: to get penetrated. What? Every time it's a famous person
- 27:29Speaker 2: and they're mixed. Especially with a Nigerian born father and
- 27:35Speaker 2: an English mom named Elizabeth. These white women is out
- 27:40Speaker 2: here giving up the cheeks. To everybody. Indian, African, Hawaiian man,
- 27:50Speaker 2: the white women are out here like, let's go raw.
- 27:55Speaker 2: And these kids are just coming out big mix.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Think about all of these on Sade.
- 28:02Speaker 2: Nigerian father, white mom.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Sally, the.
- 28:09Speaker 2: These white women is out here getting done up.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Oh my God.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Nora Jones, her pops is mad in there.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Moms is just becky.
- 28:21Speaker 2: I don't know if that's a name.
- 28:24Speaker 1: But you get it, man. Yeah, you know what I'm saying, though.
- 28:26Speaker 1: For sure. I was just talking about that this morning
- 28:28Speaker 1: on Twitter. There's a soccer player. He's Ghanaian descent, lives
- 28:33Speaker 1: in Canada, something like that. And he, I mean, white
- 28:38Speaker 1: wife in Nigerian clothing for the wedding. She was like,
- 28:42Speaker 1: you know what it is? You remember I'm gonna get you, sucker,
- 28:45Speaker 1: when the black dude had the white wife? And she
- 28:48Speaker 1: was like, preach on, brother. Oh, yeah, yeah. The poor
- 28:50Speaker 1: white twash.
- 28:51Speaker 2: The poor white twash.
- 28:52Speaker 1: It's that white lady. Yeah. Like, I'm white, y'all. Orange slices. Milk.
- 28:58Speaker 2: Big white. Yes, well.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Hold on.
- 29:02Speaker 2: I'm not half white, y'all. I'm 25%. My mama's half.
- 29:07Speaker 2: Get it right.
- 29:08Speaker 1: That's so funny. Hey, hey.
- 29:10Speaker 2: I saw that. Tony can say that because he's half.
- 29:13Speaker 1: No. Quarter German, y'all.
- 29:15Speaker 2: My mama's half. My grandmother was the white woman giving
- 29:18Speaker 2: up the cheese. My grandmother was the white woman giving
- 29:24Speaker 2: it up to the black, the black dilk. Okay?
- 29:31Speaker 1: Man, watch out, dog!
- 29:34Speaker 2: My grandmother was the one. Hey, man, these blacks is
- 29:38Speaker 2: all right. Panties loose. I'm 75. That hurts.
- 29:47Speaker 1: First of all, it ain't my mom, man. It's my grandma.
- 29:55Speaker 2: My mom is the mixed one. Just get it right
- 29:58Speaker 2: if you're going to be coming. Because you came in
- 30:00Speaker 2: as a matter of fact. And Tony could say that
- 30:02Speaker 2: because he's half. Wait, hold on now. Let's get the mathematics.
- 30:07Speaker 1: But Tony came back in with the black wife.
- 30:10Speaker 2: I did. You repopulated it. I came in, black wife,
- 30:13Speaker 2: had two black sons. And then God was like, let
- 30:16Speaker 2: me get one of them up off you. Hey, I
- 30:19Speaker 2: needed both. God was like, let me get your oldest son. No, man,
- 30:24Speaker 2: come on. So now the pressure's on Sincere.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Sincere, if you're listening. Sincere. You got to start the
- 30:31Speaker 1: cycle back on. I'm going to need you to go raw. Tony, man,
- 30:37Speaker 1: do the grief set, man. We ready as the people. Now,
- 30:42Speaker 1: Tony don't like being pressured, so don't be in the
- 30:44Speaker 1: comments like, do it, Tony. But stop being scared, man.
- 30:47Speaker 2: Man, I just want to make sure the audience is ready, man.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Man, forget them. Your art is your art.
- 30:52Speaker 2: But I also don't want them to be crying when
- 30:55Speaker 2: the show is bad.
- 30:56Speaker 1: And if they, the show ain't going to be bad.
- 30:58Speaker 1: You're one of the greatest. Tickets ain't selling. Tickets, let
- 31:00Speaker 1: me tell you what. Tickets selling.
- 31:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 31:03Speaker 1: My tickets are selling. But I think it's because people
- 31:06Speaker 1: are curious about my art. Not like, I think it's
- 31:09Speaker 1: the box office nerd. Like, this is something that's important
- 31:12Speaker 1: to you. We are fans of you. So if you say, hey, man,
- 31:15Speaker 1: I'm doing my next hour on grief. As a Tony
- 31:19Speaker 1: Baker fan, I'm going to be like, okay. I'm going
- 31:21Speaker 1: to pull up on that. And also, our fans are
- 31:24Speaker 1: our age. People 35... 33, 40 up. They might not
- 31:30Speaker 1: have lost a son, but they lost somebody. Yeah, for sure. So,
- 31:34Speaker 1: and me and you ain't going to have the same set, man.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Watch out.
- 31:37Speaker 2: We're going to have the same set. They're going to
- 31:39Speaker 2: be like, man, since Kev doing grief, man, here come
- 31:41Speaker 2: Tony doing grief.
- 31:43Speaker 1: Marlon Wayans did grief before me, and I didn't even know.
- 31:46Speaker 2: But you didn't have a whole grief set.
- 31:47Speaker 1: It's called good grief.
- 31:49Speaker 2: But he didn't make it like grief grief.
- 31:51Speaker 1: It's called good grief, man. Because yours is on the nose.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Mine is.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Yours is like, man, grief sucks. Hey, y'all. This is
- 31:58Speaker 2: Kevin on stage here. I'm doing a one-man play about grief.
- 32:03Speaker 2: You could do a set on grief.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Next year you could do a set on growing up
- 32:07Speaker 1: in Chicago. Next time you could do a set on
- 32:10Speaker 1: being single in your 50s. It's you. At this stage
- 32:14Speaker 1: in your career, we have signed up for Tony Baker.
- 32:17Speaker 1: These niggas don't care when they buy tickets. Nobody knows
- 32:21Speaker 1: what you're gonna talk about. Tony Baker, Arlington, this weekend.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Click. They really don't know.
- 32:26Speaker 1: What I'm talking about.
- 32:28Speaker 2: I just want to make sure that they're not all, oh,
- 32:32Speaker 2: you went to my show. But yours is a one-man show, though.
- 32:36Speaker 2: It's different. How? Because you can tap into those dramatic
- 32:42Speaker 2: beats in one minute.
- 32:44Speaker 1: But you can do, I've done a version that's super,
- 32:46Speaker 1: super live, less dramatic. Like, when I came back from
- 32:49Speaker 1: Mexico City, I did three in a row.
- 32:52Speaker 2: You still got the PowerPoint presentation?
- 32:54Speaker 1: Still have the PowerPoint. But I went a much lighter version.
- 32:58Speaker 1: And they was with it. Like, I didn't, all the
- 33:00Speaker 1: parts that was heavy when you was there, I ain't
- 33:02Speaker 1: feel like doing it. I was like, man, nah. I
- 33:06Speaker 1: was literally like, I wanted to be funnier. I just wanted.
- 33:10Speaker 2: To be a straight stand-up set about.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Tom telling you. Your ability is you can make anything funny.
- 33:16Speaker 1: And grief still is funny. That's how we process.
- 33:19Speaker 2: I was laughing in mid. We was so shattered.
- 33:24Speaker 1: For sure.
- 33:24Speaker 2: I was still laughing.
- 33:25Speaker 1: We was laughing when we went and had dinner with you.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Middle of hell.
- 33:29Speaker 1: My son died. That's not exactly what we was laughing at,
- 33:34Speaker 1: but the idea is the same. Anyway, y'all. Pull up
- 33:38Speaker 1: on Tony. If he does the grief hour in six
- 33:40Speaker 1: years or nine, next time you come in, if I
- 33:42Speaker 1: come see you and you don't do the grief and
- 33:44Speaker 1: you like, man, serious, I'll be like, man, shut the
- 33:46Speaker 1: hell up.
- 33:47Speaker 2: Every time.
- 33:47Speaker 1: I'm going to heckle you every city. I'm going to
- 33:50Speaker 1: cancel my tour. I'm going to heckle you. You're going
- 33:52Speaker 1: to have to throw me out every time. Soon as
- 33:55Speaker 1: you see, like, man, the thing about Raisin Bran, man,
- 33:57Speaker 1: shut the hell up. Talk about the grief, bitch. And
- 34:04Speaker 1: stop being scared. Nah, because that's what I be telling him. Hey,
- 34:09Speaker 1: talk about the grief. I'm going to be like that
- 34:11Speaker 1: dude in How High. Hey, yo, wrap it up, B.
- 34:13Speaker 1: If you ain't talk about the grief, shut the hell up,
- 34:16Speaker 1: Tony Baker. I won't hear about no damn french fries.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Talk about the grief, nigga. Stop being scared, bitch. I'm
- 34:26Speaker 1: going to do that front row. I'm leaving. I'm leaving
- 34:30Speaker 1: before the security gets to me. I know my way out.
- 34:34Speaker 1: I'm leaving. I'm leaving. I'll get out of here.
- 34:36Speaker 2: I'm doing my way out.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Not even ordering the two out of minimum because I
- 34:42Speaker 1: know I'm getting thrown out.
- 34:43Speaker 2: I'm going to.
- 34:45Speaker 1: Do it when your opener's up. Ladies and gentlemen, Brandon Lewis. Hey,
- 34:48Speaker 1: make Tony talk about the grief or I'm heckling you too.
- 34:53Speaker 1: And stop playing that falling down the stairs stuff, you conscious. Oh, stop, man.
- 35:00Speaker 1: I'm telling you, Tone. And then you can go right
- 35:03Speaker 1: back to your regular stuff.
- 35:04Speaker 2: About regular nothing, son. Mm-hmm.
- 35:07Speaker 1: Do it scared, man.
- 35:09Speaker 2: I want to make sure the audience is ready, man.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Tell the audience, yo, we talking about my son who
- 35:13Speaker 1: passed away. I'm giving you full jokes. You have my
- 35:15Speaker 1: permission to laugh.
- 35:16Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 35:18Speaker 1: First joke.
- 35:20Speaker 2: Whatever.
- 35:21Speaker 1: Here we go. You can also prep the audience before
- 35:24Speaker 1: the tour. That's the benefit of this level of your career.
- 35:28Speaker 1: You can tell the audience in the video. Like I
- 35:31Speaker 1: told him, Grief, this is what I'm talking about. This
- 35:33Speaker 1: means a lot to me. So they decide. Some people
- 35:36Speaker 1: will be, I actually think because yours will be lighter,
- 35:40Speaker 1: they'll be more like, oh, he ain't even going heavy, heavy.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Then I'll come laugh.
- 35:45Speaker 2: Man, niggas is nosy. Oh, that's the big part.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Niggas is nosy. I want to know how you feel.
- 35:53Speaker 2: That's the main seller.
- 35:54Speaker 1: For sure.
- 35:55Speaker 2: People is nosy.
- 35:56Speaker 1: They nosy, man.
- 35:58Speaker 2: If I was like, yeah, I'm talking about losing my son,
- 36:01Speaker 2: or I'm talking about who I'm dating now.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Nosy, buying early just to be nosy. For sure. If
- 36:08Speaker 1: you talk about Tony Baker, I've been single since I
- 36:11Speaker 1: got divorced. Click.
- 36:13Speaker 2: They're going to be loving it. And then I'm going
- 36:15Speaker 2: to tell you who I've been messing around with. Click.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Guarantee you ain't got to worry about no soda. Everything's
- 36:22Speaker 1: going to be five lotions out of five. No point
- 36:26Speaker 1: in five. Five out of five. Nobody going to be asking.
- 36:30Speaker 1: They're going to be drenched in moisturization.
- 36:32Speaker 2: Because when I first lost Serene, them tickets were selling
- 36:35Speaker 2: like hotcakes.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Tony, your first video we posted, Tony Baker's first jokes
- 36:40Speaker 1: after losing his son.
- 36:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:42Speaker 1: Dumb numbers.
- 36:44Speaker 2: Dumb. I was like, man, y'all can't rock with me
- 36:47Speaker 2: when I'm talking about Honey Bunches of Oats. I got
- 36:51Speaker 2: to be talking about the art. Bro, hold on now.
- 36:54Speaker 1: And also, you're some few years removed from it, so
- 36:56Speaker 1: people will understand if you ain't crying on stage. You
- 37:00Speaker 1: know what I'm saying? At the earliest, it'll be 2027. Like,
- 37:03Speaker 1: you some years away, man. I ain't going to be
- 37:06Speaker 1: off you until you do it. I'm going to let
- 37:07Speaker 1: you go on the traveling. You know that I ain't
- 37:09Speaker 1: saying travel more, travel more.
- 37:10Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, yeah. I'm not interested.
- 37:12Speaker 1: And I was like, you know what, man? Let that
- 37:13Speaker 1: nigga walk around his neighborhood. If that's what gives you peace, man,
- 37:16Speaker 1: walk around your neighborhood. I actually get it. Yeah. But
- 37:19Speaker 1: that art? Aw, man. You deserve.
- 37:22Speaker 2: All right.
- 37:23Speaker 1: Moving on. Top 10 heist movies of all time.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Top 10 heist movies of all time.
- 37:30Speaker 1: I think it's you first.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Me first?
- 37:32Speaker 1: You first.
- 37:33Speaker 2: Heat.
- 37:36Speaker 1: I should have went first. Heat.
- 37:39Speaker 2: Heat is Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Robert De Niro,
- 37:42Speaker 2: Al Pacino, Michael Mann, Val Kilmer, man, Tom Sizemore, God damn.
- 37:47Speaker 2: Dennis Haysburg.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Dennis Haysbert should have stayed his butt at work.
- 37:52Speaker 2: He should have stayed in that goddamn sweaty ass kitchen.
- 37:56Speaker 1: That man, his boss yelled at him at the wrong time.
- 38:01Speaker 2: He took the- His boss got him killed.
- 38:02Speaker 1: His boss got him killed.
- 38:03Speaker 2: If his boss was nice to him, be like, you
- 38:05Speaker 2: know what? I got a good thing going. Yes. Nah,
- 38:08Speaker 2: you wanted to be a dick at the little greasy
- 38:10Speaker 2: spoon spot. Just disrespecting the former inmate. Now he's just
- 38:14Speaker 2: forced to go back out here and be the getaway driver.
- 38:16Speaker 2: He got shot in the head in mile one. He
- 38:19Speaker 2: didn't even get a block away.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Pow!
- 38:23Speaker 2: He didn't even get a good block off.
- 38:24Speaker 1: I felt so bad for him, man. Because this girl
- 38:28Speaker 1: tried to tell him, like, man.
- 38:30Speaker 2: Just come on. I know, but please. Please.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Just do this little job.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Be boring. It's okay. I still rock with you. I'm
- 38:37Speaker 2: right here. This woman told him I'm right here.
- 38:40Speaker 1: I'm right here. He put the thief clothes on. Done.
- 38:47Speaker 2: And then she got to find out on the news.
- 38:50Speaker 1: On the news! Man!
- 38:51Speaker 2: She had to stand there and take it on the news.
- 38:57Speaker 1: I always reference this movie with Tony Becker because the
- 39:02Speaker 1: setup of De Niro's character and the beef with Wayne Groh.
- 39:09Speaker 1: I love this movie because he had it all.
- 39:11Speaker 2: He had it all.
- 39:12Speaker 1: The money, the passports. The girl, the private plane.
- 39:20Speaker 2: The other way everything was set.
- 39:22Speaker 1: Your exit is three exits away.
- 39:26Speaker 2: He out of here.
- 39:27Speaker 1: And the girl is like, please.
- 39:30Speaker 2: She's sitting there like, let it go.
- 39:34Speaker 1: And Wayne grows in the back of his head. He's like, ah.
- 39:40Speaker 1: I said, he's dead.
- 39:41Speaker 2: Couldn't let it go.
- 39:43Speaker 1: And I love that. Because that's good character writing. You
- 39:47Speaker 1: don't have to agree with that character, but that character's
- 39:49Speaker 1: decision makes sense.
- 39:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Based on how he was set up. He told you
- 39:53Speaker 1: in the beginning, I'm not going back.
- 39:55Speaker 2: Right.
- 39:55Speaker 1: So you know he's going to be.
- 39:56Speaker 2: That's not an option. I'm not going back.
- 39:58Speaker 1: Shoot out McGee. Yeah. I'm not going regular job. And
- 40:01Speaker 1: I'm not letting it go.
- 40:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:03Speaker 1: So now you've given him a reason. When he looked
- 40:05Speaker 1: under the car and Wango was gone.
- 40:07Speaker 2: Oh, he was. He was dead.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Oh, he was seething, man. Oh, and Wayne Grove, just
- 40:17Speaker 1: the way his hair was long and stuff. You just,
- 40:20Speaker 1: you got to kill that, man.
- 40:22Speaker 2: He was so annoying from the jump. They told him
- 40:25Speaker 2: right off the way, hey, man, shut the hell up, bro.
- 40:28Speaker 2: Remember when he got in the car and he was
- 40:29Speaker 2: talking to Tom Sizemore a little too much? He was like, hey, man,
- 40:33Speaker 2: just shut the fuck up, bro.
- 40:35Speaker 1: He was like, what?
- 40:38Speaker 2: And they're just doing too much in the house, watching
- 40:40Speaker 2: shit up.
- 40:42Speaker 1: You need a Wayne Grove.
- 40:43Speaker 2: If you have.
- 40:44Speaker 1: An underworld group, there's going to be a Wayne Grove
- 40:48Speaker 1: because that person can't function in regular society. That's why
- 40:52Speaker 1: he's in the criminal underworld. But even the criminal underworld
- 40:56Speaker 1: has rules.
- 40:56Speaker 2: They got rules.
- 40:57Speaker 1: But if I don't follow the rules, I don't follow
- 40:59Speaker 1: the rules.
- 41:00Speaker 2: Some people never follow the rules, whether it's the underground
- 41:03Speaker 2: rule or whether it's the tight-ass cop rule. I'm breaking
- 41:06Speaker 2: them all.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Everything got rules. That's Wayne Grove.
- 41:09Speaker 2: All right. Trash.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Ocean's a lamb.
- 41:12Speaker 2: Pause. Y'all see how Kev going in on heat? He
- 41:15Speaker 2: gave me nothing on the mummy, man. I just want
- 41:18Speaker 2: y'all to log that.
- 41:20Speaker 1: What you mean?
- 41:20Speaker 2: He gave me nothing on the mummy.
- 41:22Speaker 1: I gave you that.
- 41:22Speaker 2: I hate it. You say, man, it's too much like
- 41:23Speaker 2: Indiana Jones, Rachel Weisz.
- 41:25Speaker 1: I hate it. I gave you a lot.
- 41:27Speaker 2: I said I like your boy. But keep going, man.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Billy Zane.
- 41:31Speaker 2: Keep going.
- 41:31Speaker 1: I was with you. I was with you.
- 41:34Speaker 2: Keep going.
- 41:35Speaker 1: Y'all like the scarabs?
- 41:36Speaker 2: I mean, watch out, man.
- 41:37Speaker 1: All right, man.
- 41:38Speaker 2: Ocean's a lamb.
- 41:41Speaker 1: Might be my favorite George Clooney film. Probably is.
- 41:46Speaker 2: I mean, you know what I'm saying?
- 41:47Speaker 1: Yeah. He is Danny Ocean. Cool as a cucumber. I
- 41:52Speaker 1: think Michael B. Jordan is coming for that cool. George
- 41:55Speaker 1: Clooney was the coolest person after Denzel, but they had
- 41:59Speaker 1: a different type of cool. Denzel is cool, but like
- 42:03Speaker 1: so much charisma and aura and bravado, it is more
- 42:06Speaker 1: than cool. He's just Denzel. George Clooney got a lot
- 42:11Speaker 1: of roles by just being a cool, untucked shirt guy.
- 42:15Speaker 1: But Ocean's 11. But he had a hard bottom though.
- 42:20Speaker 1: That's what they get you, hard bottoms. But him and
- 42:26Speaker 1: Brad Pitt make a great two man team, but the
- 42:29Speaker 1: whole group, I mean, Casey Affleck and Scott, Scott, Scott Kahn,
- 42:37Speaker 1: Don Cheadle with the accent, Bernie Mac, the Asian dude.
- 42:41Speaker 1: I don't know the Asian dude's name.
- 42:42Speaker 2: I forget his name.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Dude who played Saul, dude who played Ruben.
- 42:46Speaker 2: Elliot Gould, Rob Reiner.
- 42:49Speaker 1: No, Rob Reiner's dad, Carl Reiner.
- 42:52Speaker 2: Carl Reiner.
- 42:53Speaker 1: Man, rest in peace, Rob Reiner, too. Carl Reiner. Carl Reiner. See,
- 42:58Speaker 1: I want to be Carl Reiner, man. He was just
- 42:59Speaker 1: working old in comedies. Big old. Big old. But yeah,
- 43:05Speaker 1: great ensemble piece. Great heist. Matt Damon on The Young.
- 43:11Speaker 1: Big pocket Matt Damon.
- 43:12Speaker 2: Matt Damon.
- 43:13Speaker 1: And the dude Andy Garcia. Andy Garcia was a great villain.
- 43:21Speaker 1: Julia Roberts, my favorite white woman of all time.
- 43:24Speaker 2: Julia Roberts.
- 43:25Speaker 1: Just great. But yeah, Ocean's Eleven.
- 43:27Speaker 2: Ocean's Eleven's a great heist.
- 43:28Speaker 1: I love it. I watch it the most. You're up.
- 43:30Speaker 2: I'm going to go with Dead Presidents, even though it
- 43:34Speaker 2: was a disastrous heist. That heist was disastrous. It was
- 43:41Speaker 2: from the jump. Whole girl gets murked, dude blows the
- 43:45Speaker 2: shit up, he just blew it up for no reason,
- 43:47Speaker 2: burns the money. Then he gets killed, he gets run
- 43:51Speaker 2: over in the alley. Then they end up shooting cops,
- 43:54Speaker 2: this shit was just, it was just raggedy as hell.
- 43:58Speaker 2: Then somebody snitches, the preacher man snitches, they come and,
- 44:02Speaker 2: Chris Tucker ODs.
- 44:07Speaker 1: This is terrible.
- 44:08Speaker 2: This heist was trash, man. It just didn't go right
- 44:13Speaker 2: at all. But the movie itself was outstanding.
- 44:16Speaker 1: Love the movie. Praise dancers galore.
- 44:19Speaker 2: Yeah, President.
- 44:19Speaker 1: All right, set it off.
- 44:21Speaker 2: Set it off. It was great.
- 44:23Speaker 1: Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett, Kimberly Elise, Vivica Fox, Blair Underwood.
- 44:29Speaker 1: John C.
- 44:31Speaker 2: McGinley or whatever his name is.
- 44:33Speaker 1: That's your guy.
- 44:34Speaker 2: From Scrubs.
- 44:34Speaker 1: You wait! You wait! What's the procedure? Queen Latifah as Cleo.
- 44:44Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. Those, her, man, what? Her kissing, that
- 44:50Speaker 1: lesbian stuff would turn me on as a child. I
- 44:53Speaker 1: was 13, that was 96, wasn't it? I was 13
- 44:56Speaker 1: years old, I was going through the change of life.
- 44:59Speaker 1: When Queen Latifah's girlfriend was on that car, I said.
- 45:01Speaker 2: God, bless America.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Why don't y'all kiss a little bit more? I'm 13,
- 45:08Speaker 1: I like it.
- 45:09Speaker 2: Queen Latifah's performance in there was outstanding.
- 45:12Speaker 1: Cleo was, she had the scariness, but when Stoney checked her,
- 45:17Speaker 1: she was like, dang, okay. But when she went out
- 45:23Speaker 1: in a blaze of glory, I liked the moment before.
- 45:26Speaker 1: where she was scared. And then she was like, I
- 45:29Speaker 1: ain't no punk. Cool smoking a cigarette.
- 45:32Speaker 2: Cool smoking a cigarette.
- 45:33Speaker 1: We should have put her in there. Hydraulics. Zoop, zoop.
- 45:38Speaker 1: And they shot her too much. Man, God.
- 45:41Speaker 2: I was like, man, we get it, man.
- 45:44Speaker 1: She is dead.
- 45:45Speaker 2: You could have shot her in the hips, bro.
- 45:47Speaker 1: Then she turned around. That was.
- 45:52Speaker 1: I get if you got a machine gun or even
- 45:55Speaker 1: a pistol. The shotgun police, boom, boom. You think that's necessary?
- 46:02Speaker 1: Why you one at a time?
- 46:05Speaker 2: She was black.
- 46:06Speaker 1: Yeah, they was waiting to get that off. And still,
- 46:09Speaker 1: Vivica Fox, I don't care. I'm going to say it
- 46:11Speaker 1: every time. Why you run when they had guns? She
- 46:15Speaker 1: was like, I still don't.
- 46:16Speaker 2: Believe in shooting a runaway suspect.
- 46:20Speaker 1: The cops do.
- 46:22Speaker 2: I'm like, that's a trash rule.
- 46:24Speaker 1: They were like.
- 46:25Speaker 2: Let's take the L, man. You'll catch him next time.
- 46:29Speaker 2: Unless it's a serial killer.
- 46:30Speaker 1: Yeah, she poses no threat.
- 46:32Speaker 2: Yeah, man.
- 46:32Speaker 1: She got a little bag of bread. And then Stoney
- 46:36Speaker 1: was on the bus. She was basically Odysseus.
- 46:41Speaker 2: You know what's a low-key sequel to set it off?
- 46:46Speaker 2: Girls Trip. Cleo Never Died.
- 46:50Speaker 1: Hilarious.
- 46:51Speaker 2: And Stoney turned her life around, had a family. Oh, hilarious.
- 46:56Speaker 2: Oh my God. That's why, you know what I'm saying?
- 46:59Speaker 2: That's the set it off sequel. Vivica Fox and Kimberly
- 47:03Speaker 2: Elise actually died. Kimberly Elise's character, T.T.
- 47:09Speaker 1: My arch nemesis to the film. I was with Vivica
- 47:13Speaker 1: Fox when she was in Rockin' with T.T. getting her share.
- 47:17Speaker 1: I need that money! Rawr!
- 47:21Speaker 2: She needed it though.
- 47:25Speaker 1: When she tried to not be scared, she was like,
- 47:26Speaker 1: you just do what you gotta do, Frankie. I was like, man,
- 47:29Speaker 1: sock around, man, Frankie. Next stop, Balboa Savings and Loans. Oh,
- 47:35Speaker 1: love it. All right, Tony, you up.
- 47:36Speaker 2: I'm going to go with Inception. Oh, snap. Inception is
- 47:41Speaker 2: a great... Even though it's a different kind of heist.
- 47:44Speaker 1: I wouldn't even classify it and that's my movie.
- 47:46Speaker 2: A big heist. We gotta go in there and then plan.
- 47:48Speaker 2: So we going in to put some stuff in there
- 47:50Speaker 2: without getting caught. But Inception is a fantastic heist flick.
- 47:54Speaker 1: Okay.
- 47:56Speaker 2: To the next level.
- 47:57Speaker 1: I'm with you. I love Inception. That is a heist.
- 48:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 48:01Speaker 1: That's a dream sequence. Heist, okay.
- 48:06Speaker 2: It looks and feels like a heist film.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 48:08Speaker 2: All right, we got to hurry up.
- 48:10Speaker 1: All right, okay, okay. I'm going to go. I'm going
- 48:12Speaker 1: to go. The Italian Job.
- 48:15Speaker 2: The Italian Job is a good time.
- 48:16Speaker 1: I love that movie, man.
- 48:18Speaker 2: Good cast.
- 48:18Speaker 1: Most deaf.
- 48:19Speaker 2: Most deaf. Jason Statham. Mark Wahlberg. Mark Wahlberg. Charlize Theron.
- 48:25Speaker 1: The Italian Job is a good time, man.
- 48:29Speaker 2: Edward Norton.
- 48:31Speaker 1: Love that movie.
- 48:32Speaker 2: That was a good one. All right. I'm going to
- 48:34Speaker 2: give y'all one that's low key that y'all might not
- 48:36Speaker 2: have seen, but I love it. It's called The Bank Job,
- 48:38Speaker 2: also with Jason Statham.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 48:40Speaker 2: The Bank Job is really good. Yep. That's on the
- 48:43Speaker 2: British tip. I feel like it got slept on, but
- 48:48Speaker 2: when you watch it, top to bottom, it's a great
- 48:52Speaker 2: heist film. Okay.
- 48:53Speaker 1: I'm with you.
- 48:54Speaker 2: I'm with you.
- 48:54Speaker 1: I'm going to go The Town.

- 49:01Speaker 1: Oh yeah, he's great in that. He is a stone cold,
- 49:07Speaker 1: like that's the kind of guy you want as your homeboy.
- 49:09Speaker 2: For sure, he didn't even ask no questions.
- 49:10Speaker 1: We're gonna hurt some people, you can never bring it
- 49:12Speaker 1: up again. He was like, all right. The way he
- 49:16Speaker 1: got shot, drank that drink.
- 49:18Speaker 2: He was like, Yeah.
- 49:22Speaker 1: I love that.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Dying cool.
- 49:24Speaker 1: Dying cool. We should do that.
- 49:26Speaker 2: Dying cool.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Dying cool. The florist was really cool.
- 49:30Speaker 2: Oh, in that movie? The movie.
- 49:32Speaker 1: The dude who played the florist.
- 49:34Speaker 2: Yes. That was Pete Pastaway. Yeah. He passed away shortly
- 49:38Speaker 2: after that. But he... He was great.
- 49:41Speaker 1: He was great in there. All right, you're up.
- 49:44Speaker 2: I would say there's so many good heist films.
- 49:49Speaker 1: Here's a list if you need one. Baby Driver was
- 49:54Speaker 1: on my list. Josh, you get in here, man. You
- 49:58Speaker 1: ain't a bald brother, but you Mexican. Baby Driver was...

- 50:26Speaker 1: Statham early.
- 50:26Speaker 2: Oh, you're talking about.
- 50:29Speaker 1: Benny something.
- 50:30Speaker 2: Benny Jones.
- 50:30Speaker 1: Benny Jones. I just watched a documentary on him.
- 50:32Speaker 2: I watched that too.
- 50:33Speaker 1: You saw it?
- 50:34Speaker 2: I didn't know he was that deep in the soccer game.
- 50:36Speaker 1: I didn't know he played soccer. I only knew as
- 50:39Speaker 1: an actor, man. Me and Melissa just watched pretty much
- 50:42Speaker 1: any Untold.
- 50:43Speaker 2: I said, man, that.
- 50:44Speaker 1: Dude was a great soccer player for years.
- 50:47Speaker 2: I didn't know to the level of which, because I
- 50:49Speaker 2: knew he was. I didn't know to what level he was.
- 50:52Speaker 1: Nah, he was really out here.
- 50:54Speaker 2: Yeah, and I was just like, oh, he was thorough. Yeah.
- 50:57Speaker 1: Snatch is one of my I don't mean guilty pleasures
- 51:00Speaker 1: in the like, it's a bad movie, but Snatch was

- 51:04Speaker 1: no money or cable, I had that on DVD.

- 51:10Speaker 1: got no bread.
- 51:11Speaker 2: I seen Snatch so many times.
- 51:13Speaker 1: I put Snatch in that Xbox 716 times at the
- 51:17Speaker 1: University of Washington.
- 51:19Speaker 2: And I love the fact that what's his name is
- 51:21Speaker 2: getting his flowers and shine now.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Who?
- 51:23Speaker 2: The one that played Jason Statham's boy. He's going up
- 51:32Speaker 2: now because he was in Adolescence on Netflix recently. He
- 51:38Speaker 2: was in Boardwalk Empire. What's his name, y'all?
- 51:44Speaker 1: The actor? Yeah. Stephen Graham?
- 51:46Speaker 2: Stephen Graham. Yeah. Stephen Graham is he? He's in a
- 51:49Speaker 2: nice space right now where he's just getting his flowers.
- 51:51Speaker 1: He talked about Queen Latifah when he won that last award.
- 51:54Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 51:54Speaker 1: Queen Latifah, man. One of my favorite roles is when
- 51:57Speaker 1: he played Al Capone in World of Warcraft.
- 51:59Speaker 2: Oh, he was great in that. He was a great
- 52:00Speaker 2: Al Capone.

- 52:04Speaker 2: I found that out. I was like, oh, shit. He
- 52:05Speaker 2: was an Irishman, too.
- 52:06Speaker 1: He was.
- 52:07Speaker 2: He with us. Yeah, he's good, though. All right.
- 52:10Speaker 1: You got any more? I'ma go Baby Driver.
- 52:13Speaker 2: Baby Driver, okay.
- 52:14Speaker 1: Baby Driver was a good time. It was a different
- 52:17Speaker 1: spin on it. Jamie Foxx was good. And I just
- 52:20Speaker 1: love Edgar Wright. He ain't had a bad movie. Wait, no,
- 52:25Speaker 1: maybe not.

- 52:41Speaker 1: Because you got Widows.
- 52:42Speaker 2: Because I'm just looking at different films, and I'm just like, man.
- 52:46Speaker 1: Reservoir Dogs, one of my favorite movies.
- 52:48Speaker 2: Of all time. Reservoir Dogs.

- 52:52Speaker 2: Yeah, because you never see the heist.
- 52:55Speaker 1: National Treasures. Low-key, National Treasures is a good movie. You
- 53:01Speaker 1: know what I like about Nicolas Cage? He is fully
- 53:04Speaker 1: aware of who he is and what movie he's making. Yeah.
- 53:06Speaker 1: And he never judges the movie. If I got to
- 53:09Speaker 1: be a natural treasure or face off, face off, he
- 53:12Speaker 1: makes it.
- 53:13Speaker 2: They're going to give you 110%.
- 53:14Speaker 1: I got to take your face off.
- 53:17Speaker 2: They're going to give you 110%. Oh, I love them.
- 53:20Speaker 2: The heist flick might be the best genre.
- 53:21Speaker 1: Might be.
- 53:22Speaker 2: I'm looking at these movies. The Sting was amazing.
- 53:25Speaker 1: Dog Day Afternoon.
- 53:26Speaker 2: Dog Day Afternoon.
- 53:27Speaker 1: Inside Man.
- 53:28Speaker 2: It's called one. Hell of High Water is fantastic. Mm-hmm.
- 53:31Speaker 2: You ain't seen it. Nope. I knew it.
- 53:34Speaker 1: Now you see me as concerned about the heist movie?
- 53:35Speaker 2: I'm putting it on the list in the future. You
- 53:36Speaker 2: need to watch it. Put it on there. Now You
- 53:39Speaker 2: See Me, Ronin, Drive, Ghost Protocol, Out of Sight. Man,
- 53:45Speaker 2: this might be my favorite genre.
