Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell And Christmas Eve Judicial Smack Down (10/5/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: Maxwell's bail hearing has been moved to July 14th. Originally,
0:05
Speaker 1: when we last spoke yesterday, her bail hearing was supposed
0:08
Speaker 1: to be this Friday, but now it has been bumped
0:11
Speaker 1: to next week, and in the article I'm about to read,
0:14
Speaker 1: it will give us all of the details. This article
0:19
Speaker 1: is from the AP, and the author is Larry Neumeister. Headline,
0:24
Speaker 1: July 14th bail hearing date set for Epstein's friend, Ghislaine Maxwell. Boy,
0:29
Speaker 1: that's a nice way to put it, huh? Friend? More
0:32
Speaker 1: like co-conspirator? Partner in child abuse? Shadow boss? Fellow intelligence asset?
0:40
Speaker 1: Plenty of other words we could use here. Prosecutors say
0:43
Speaker 1: they will ask that Maxwell be kept incarcerated pending trial
0:47
Speaker 1: because she has money, the overseas connections, and the incentive
0:51
Speaker 1: to flee. She better be kept in prison, in jail.
0:55
Speaker 1: I've had people that I know caught up for way
0:58
Speaker 1: less than this and they weren't given bail. So I
1:02
Speaker 1: don't want to hear anything about this lady getting bailed
1:05
Speaker 1: out or she's going to be living a high life
1:07
Speaker 1: with an ankle bracelet hanging out on Scott Borgerson's couch
1:11
Speaker 1: eating caviar. I don't want to hear any of that nonsense.
1:15
Speaker 1: This vile, disgusting child predator needs to stay in jail forever.
1:23
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's ex-girlfriend, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, shadow boss, intelligence asset,
1:29
Speaker 1: will appear remotely by video for a July 14th courthouse
1:33
Speaker 1: arraignment and bail hearing on charges she recruited girls for
1:37
Speaker 1: him to sexually abuse over two decades ago, a judge
1:40
Speaker 1: said Tuesday. So the judge has made her decision, decided
1:46
Speaker 1: that this case will be heard on the 14th. So
1:49
Speaker 1: what I would hope is that the prosecution comes loaded
1:51
Speaker 1: to bear on that day. Both guns blazing and ready
1:56
Speaker 1: to make sure that this vile, disgusting woman does not
2:00
Speaker 1: get out on bail. I don't want to hear about coronavirus.
2:02
Speaker 1: I don't want to hear about Ebola. I don't want
2:05
Speaker 1: to hear about staph infection. I don't want to hear
2:07
Speaker 1: about a lice outbreak. I don't want to hear about
2:10
Speaker 1: any of that shit. In jail, serving time for the
2:14
Speaker 1: rest of her life. The end. U.S. District Judge Allison J.
2:21
Speaker 1: Nathan set the date in order as she announced special
2:24
Speaker 1: arrangements to allow limited public access to the video feed
2:29
Speaker 1: of Ghislaine Maxwell facing charges for the first time in
2:32
Speaker 1: Manhattan federal court next week. Now, that's significant. It's very,
2:38
Speaker 1: very rare that we get public access to federal courts.
2:42
Speaker 1: But Judge Allison J. Nathan has decided that there will
2:45
Speaker 1: be limited public access to the video feed of Ghislaine
2:49
Speaker 1: Maxwell facing her charges. And there was a lot of
2:52
Speaker 1: people that were going crazy about the mugshot. But in 2016,
2:58
Speaker 1: a federal court ruled that there's not going to be
3:01
Speaker 1: too much access to mugshots for federal prisoners. So that
3:05
Speaker 1: would explain that. And now Judge Nathan here is saying
3:09
Speaker 1: that there will be limited public access to the video feed.
3:12
Speaker 1: So I wonder what that limited public access will entail.
3:17
Speaker 1: Should be interesting moving forward to see who is given
3:21
Speaker 1: access to that feed. You would think that all of
3:23
Speaker 1: the survivors would be given access to that and their lawyers, right?
3:27
Speaker 1: You would think that that for sure would happen. But
3:30
Speaker 1: I wonder as far as the rest of the public,
3:34
Speaker 1: what sort of access is going to be available? The
3:39
Speaker 1: 58-year-old British socialite, child molester, child abuser, co-conspirator, fellow intelligence asset,
3:47
Speaker 1: was arrested last week at a $ 1 million estate she
3:50
Speaker 1: bought months ago in New Hampshire, where prosecutors say she
3:54
Speaker 1: had been hiding after Epstein killed himself, allegedly, in a
3:57
Speaker 1: Manhattan lockup last August. At the time, Epstein, 66, was
4:02
Speaker 1: facing sex trafficking charges. It still blows me away that
4:07
Speaker 1: this lady was able to buy a million dollar pad
4:09
Speaker 1: in the midst of all of this. Imagine you're being
4:15
Speaker 1: charged with all this stuff. Everyone's accusing you of this
4:18
Speaker 1: crazy nonsense and you still have the ability to live
4:21
Speaker 1: your life to the degree of purchasing a million dollar home. Meanwhile,
4:29
Speaker 1: you got these survivors who struggling each day. just to
4:35
Speaker 1: get by. And this lady is living a life of opulence, huh?
4:41
Speaker 1: Has there ever been a better, more deserving arrest? I
4:45
Speaker 1: don't know, honestly, folks, because the day this lady was arrested,
4:49
Speaker 1: the world automatically became a better place. Maxwell was brought
4:56
Speaker 1: to New York City by the U.S. Marshal Service on
4:58
Speaker 1: Monday when she was housed at a Brooklyn federal detention center.
5:02
Speaker 1: Her lawyers did not return a message seeking comment, though
5:05
Speaker 1: they said in court papers that they spoke with her
5:08
Speaker 1: Monday evening. And I'm sure that they're in pretty much
5:11
Speaker 1: constant contact with her as much as possible, right? They're
5:14
Speaker 1: formulating their defense. We know that when Epstein was arrested,
5:18
Speaker 1: he had visits from lawyers. It was a revolving door
5:22
Speaker 1: of people coming in and out of there. It was
5:24
Speaker 1: like he was throwing a rave or something. So I
5:26
Speaker 1: wonder if Maxwell is going to get the same access
5:29
Speaker 1: to her lawyers... or if they're going to make sure
5:34
Speaker 1: that she doesn't have that same kind of access. Very
5:37
Speaker 1: interesting to see how all of this plays out. Prosecutors
5:41
Speaker 1: say they plan to ask that Maxwell be kept incarcerated
5:44
Speaker 1: pending a trial on the grounds that she has the money,
5:47
Speaker 1: the overseas connections, and the incentive to flee. They said
5:51
Speaker 1: she was also a citizen of the U.S., the United Kingdom,
5:54
Speaker 1: and France. And you most certainly don't want her to
5:58
Speaker 1: end up in France, right? There's no extradition treaty with France.
6:02
Speaker 1: She'll end up sliding away like Roman Polanski, probably. So
6:07
Speaker 1: it's crucial that she stays in America. It's crucial that
6:10
Speaker 1: she is not given bail. And it is most certainly
6:12
Speaker 1: crucial that she is not let out of the sight
6:15
Speaker 1: of federal authorities. Besides a telephone feed available to the
6:19
Speaker 1: public for the hearing, the judge said a video feed
6:22
Speaker 1: of the remote proceedings also will be set up in
6:25
Speaker 1: the courthouse jury assembly room. This is good stuff, folks.
6:29
Speaker 1: There was a lot of people that were clamoring for this,
6:32
Speaker 1: and now here you go. We're going to get our
6:34
Speaker 1: limited access. We're going to get some pictures, I mean
6:36
Speaker 1: some video feed at the very least, probably some stills
6:39
Speaker 1: of Ghislaine Maxwell in front of that judge. So it's
6:45
Speaker 1: definitely a good thing. It'll definitely answer some questions, and
6:50
Speaker 1: hopefully it'll stop some of the side noise, because that's
6:53
Speaker 1: what that is. It's side noise. All of these crazy
6:58
Speaker 1: conspiracy theories that are based in nothing are just wild
7:02
Speaker 1: right now, too. Boy, I'll tell you, like people trying
7:04
Speaker 1: to bring Dr. Fauci into this. I get it. People
7:07
Speaker 1: don't like the guy because of the coronavirus. There's definitely
7:09
Speaker 1: a segment of the population that don't like him. But
7:12
Speaker 1: why would you try and muddy the waters in something
7:14
Speaker 1: as important as this case? Why would people bring their dumb,
7:19
Speaker 1: stupid politics into this case? It's just amazing to me.
7:23
Speaker 1: And it's inevitably people who have not been following the
7:25
Speaker 1: case who, you know, read a couple of articles and
7:28
Speaker 1: all of a sudden they think they've cracked it. They
7:30
Speaker 1: have all the information and that's it. Let's run with it. Dr.
7:34
Speaker 1: Fauci didn't even have a brother and that was the
7:36
Speaker 1: basis of that stupid rumor yesterday. It's just absolutely amazing
7:40
Speaker 1: to me. So I'm glad that there's going to be
7:42
Speaker 1: limited video footage here. I'm glad that people are going
7:45
Speaker 1: to be able to have a little bit of a
7:46
Speaker 1: glimpse inside the courtroom and we could put that nonsense
7:50
Speaker 1: to rest, right? Because there's actually real concerns in this case,
7:54
Speaker 1: like her safety, like the people that she was involved
7:57
Speaker 1: with putting the thumb on her. Those are real concerns, okay?
8:02
Speaker 1: All the other background noise, I certainly don't have time
8:05
Speaker 1: for that. There's other forums for that, I guess, but
8:08
Speaker 1: I won't ever be delving into that nonsense here. Due
8:12
Speaker 1: to social distancing requirements, seating will be extremely limited, the
8:16
Speaker 1: judge wrote. All visitors to the courthouse will also have
8:19
Speaker 1: their temperatures checked and face masks will be required, she added.
8:23
Speaker 1: So that's interesting. There's going to be limited seating as well.
8:29
Speaker 1: So I wonder just who exactly is going to get
8:33
Speaker 1: those seats. If it was up to me, obviously, it
8:35
Speaker 1: would be the survivors without a doubt. Any one of
8:38
Speaker 1: those survivors that wanted a seat should have it, right?
8:43
Speaker 1: and then I guess a few members of the press
8:45
Speaker 1: or something. I don't know how that's going to work out.
8:47
Speaker 1: It's going to be interesting to see how that unfolds.
8:50
Speaker 1: In an indictment unsealed last week, prosecutors relied on statements
8:54
Speaker 1: by three women who allegedly, who alleged they were recruited
8:58
Speaker 1: by Maxwell and sexually abused by Epstein from 1994 through 1997.
9:04
Speaker 1: The court papers alleged that the abuse began when one
9:07
Speaker 1: of them was as young as 14 and and occurred
9:09
Speaker 1: at residences in Palm Beach, Florida, Santa Fe, New Mexico,
9:13
Speaker 1: and London. Maxwell has repeatedly denied wrongdoing and called some
9:18
Speaker 1: of the claims against her absolute rubbish. Oh, only some
9:21
Speaker 1: of the claims against her though, right? Not all of them.
9:23
Speaker 1: Some of the claims. This is absolute rubbish. Not all
9:26
Speaker 1: of it, but some of it. All of it. is
9:30
Speaker 1: the truth. Okay, Ghislaine? We know the deal. Everybody here
9:32
Speaker 1: who's paying attention knows the deal. You're not a victim.
9:36
Speaker 1: You're not going to run with that cover that's being
9:39
Speaker 1: laid down for you by your friend in the media.
9:41
Speaker 1: Not going to happen. It's going to be challenged at
9:44
Speaker 1: every turn. You are a vile, bipedal serpent who was
9:48
Speaker 1: involved from the ground up with Jeffrey Epstein's criminal organization.
9:54
Speaker 1: You built it. Now, you will own it. So we're
10:00
Speaker 1: going to do two articles today. Now in this next article,
10:03
Speaker 1: it's an article from the Bloomberg, and it talks about
10:08
Speaker 1: the facility that Ghislaine Maxwell has now moved into. The
10:13
Speaker 1: headline for this article is, Ghislaine Maxwell goes from luxury
10:17
Speaker 1: retreat to notorious jail. author Patricia Hurtado. Ghislaine Maxwell spent
10:24
Speaker 1: the last few months at a secluded 156-acre estate called
10:28
Speaker 1: Tucked Away, hidden in the woods of Bradford, New Hampshire.
10:31
Speaker 1: The type of luxury retreat she's grown accustomed to is
10:34
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's girlfriend. All right, right off the bat, let's
10:37
Speaker 1: just stop them. Jeffrey Epstein's girlfriend, co-conspirator, fellow child molester,
10:43
Speaker 1: shadow boss, and all-around scumbag. Let's call her what she is, folks, okay? Now, however,
10:51
Speaker 1: she's having to deal with accommodations that are much less glamorous. God,
10:55
Speaker 1: I love it. I love to hear the fact that
10:57
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is living in absolute squalor right now. It
11:01
Speaker 1: really brings joy to my life. I shouldn't ever revel
11:04
Speaker 1: in other people's misery, but when it comes to people
11:07
Speaker 1: like her, I cannot help myself, folks. It brings me
11:10
Speaker 1: great joy. Her new digs are at the Metropolitan Detention
11:15
Speaker 1: Center in Brooklyn. A dusty lockup adjacent to the waterfront
11:19
Speaker 1: and expressway in Sunset Park. It's a place so notorious
11:23
Speaker 1: that a magistrate judge once said she was reluctant to
11:25
Speaker 1: send women there because of the unconscionable conditions. Absolutely fine
11:30
Speaker 1: with me as long as she's kept safe. As long
11:33
Speaker 1: as she's kept safe, I do not care what sort
11:36
Speaker 1: of shithole you put her in. In fact, after... She
11:43
Speaker 1: stands trial after she's convicted. I would like her in
11:47
Speaker 1: whatever the worst federal lockup is in the whole country.
11:49
Speaker 1: That's where she deserves to do her time. Maxwell, 58,
11:55
Speaker 1: has been in U.S. custody since her arrest on Thursday
11:58
Speaker 1: in New Hampshire on multiple charges, including conspiracy to entice
12:02
Speaker 1: underage girls to engage in illegal sex acts with Epstein
12:05
Speaker 1: from 94 through 1997. Epstein hung himself in federal jail
12:10
Speaker 1: in Manhattan while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges, allegedly.
12:18
Speaker 1: Maxwell agreed to appear before a judge in Manhattan by
12:20
Speaker 1: videoconference from jail on July 14th when she is likely
12:24
Speaker 1: to be formally charged and enter a plea. It's going
12:27
Speaker 1: to be interesting. Obviously, she's going to plead not guilty, right?
12:30
Speaker 1: But it's going to be interesting to see how her
12:33
Speaker 1: lawyers try and finagle a plea bargain, because you know
12:37
Speaker 1: that's coming. You know she's going to sign a proffer agreement,
12:40
Speaker 1: and you know she's going to turn state's witness. So
12:43
Speaker 1: the question becomes, what does she have to offer? What
12:46
Speaker 1: is she really bringing to the table? Since at least December,
12:52
Speaker 1: prosecutors say Maxwell has been hiding out in the sprawling
12:55
Speaker 1: four bedroom and four bath New Hampshire mansion, which boasts
12:59
Speaker 1: cathedral ceilings, a barn, and views of Mount Sunapee foothills
13:03
Speaker 1: from every room. The house was described by Southbees as
13:07
Speaker 1: an amazing retreat for the nature lover who also wants
13:10
Speaker 1: total privacy. Now that sounds like the perfect place for
13:13
Speaker 1: me to live, right? Man, the nature lover, privacy, view
13:18
Speaker 1: of the mountains. This bipedal serpent Ghislaine Maxwell, on the
13:23
Speaker 1: other hand, deserves nothing but a view from behind bars.
13:30
Speaker 1: But on Monday, U.S. Bureau of Prisons officials confirmed Maxwell
13:33
Speaker 1: was moved from a New Hampshire jail to the Metropolitan
13:36
Speaker 1: Detention Center, a federal jail that houses more than 1,600
13:40
Speaker 1: male and female detainees. It's part of a compound of
13:44
Speaker 1: massive shipping warehouses built at the turn of the century
13:47
Speaker 1: and used during both World Wars. So I've actually seen
13:50
Speaker 1: this facility before. I'm from New York originally, and I've
13:53
Speaker 1: seen this federal jail. It's an absolute dump. And where
13:57
Speaker 1: it's located? Yeah, middle of nowhere. Perfect, perfect place for her.
14:01
Speaker 1: I've never been inside of there, of course, but I
14:04
Speaker 1: have talked to a few people recently who did stints there.
14:08
Speaker 1: And from what they have to say, it is an
14:10
Speaker 1: absolute pigsty, a shit show, and the perfect place for
14:15
Speaker 1: this lady, in my opinion. No one wants to go
14:19
Speaker 1: to jail, but the conditions described at the MDC have
14:22
Speaker 1: been the subject of numerous complaints and scrutiny that rival
14:26
Speaker 1: the rat-infested federal lockup in Lower Manhattan where Epstein was held.
14:31
Speaker 1: And yeah, it's not quite as bad as the MCC
14:34
Speaker 1: from what I've been told, but it is right there,
14:36
Speaker 1: very close. In early 2019, hundreds of inmates at the
14:42
Speaker 1: MDC were locked shivering in their cells for at least
14:44
Speaker 1: a week after an electrical fire knocked out power in
14:47
Speaker 1: the building. The inmates spent some of the coldest days
14:50
Speaker 1: of the winter in darkness, largely without heat and hot water. Well,
14:54
Speaker 1: as shitty as that may sound, what about all of
14:57
Speaker 1: the homeless in our country that do that every single night?
15:01
Speaker 1: I know that we should have a facility that is,
15:04
Speaker 1: you know, a humane place, but, you know, alright, so
15:07
Speaker 1: you were cold for five days? Put on a blanket, bro.
15:11
Speaker 1: Over the years, federal investigators have concluded the jail is
15:14
Speaker 1: among the worst in the U.S. Bureau of Prison System,
15:18
Speaker 1: finding that prisoners have been beaten, raped, or held in
15:21
Speaker 1: inhumane conditions. Two inmates died recently. Well, that's kind of,
15:25
Speaker 1: you know, the kind of stuff that's completely unacceptable. Now,
15:29
Speaker 1: I don't mind a jail or prison being uncomfortable for... inmates, right?
15:35
Speaker 1: I don't want it to be a luxury retreat by
15:38
Speaker 1: any means, but everybody should be taken care of as
15:41
Speaker 1: far as their needs medically, physically. Nobody should ever be
15:46
Speaker 1: raped or even beaten if it's possible to stop, right?
15:51
Speaker 1: Stuff like that is going to occur in jail no
15:53
Speaker 1: matter where you go. Unfortunately, there's going to be people beaten.
15:57
Speaker 1: There's going to be sexual assaults. It's just par for
16:00
Speaker 1: the course in prison, especially in America. Now, In female prison,
16:05
Speaker 1: I don't know if it's as prevalent as in male prison,
16:10
Speaker 1: but you know that females get down too. Look, these
16:13
Speaker 1: are hardened criminals. And somebody like Elaine Maxwell most certainly
16:17
Speaker 1: is going to have a target on her back. After
16:21
Speaker 1: the coronavirus hit New York, Homer Venters, a former chief
16:24
Speaker 1: medical officer for the city's jails, visited the facility and
16:28
Speaker 1: concluded in a report that the facility was ill-equipped to
16:31
Speaker 1: deal with COVID-19 cases and failed to implement adequate infection
16:35
Speaker 1: control practices. Now, that's not very encouraging, right? The last
16:40
Speaker 1: thing we need is them to say, oh, she caught
16:41
Speaker 1: COVID and that's how she died. We know they're devious.
16:44
Speaker 1: We know they're smarmy and we know they're scummy. So
16:47
Speaker 1: that is something that definitely concerns me. Venter said that
16:51
Speaker 1: he was concerned about the ongoing health and safety of
16:54
Speaker 1: the population at MDC and condemned the failure of the
16:57
Speaker 1: jail's officials to take simple steps to identify potentially sick
17:01
Speaker 1: patients and isolate them. Again, unacceptable. If people are sick,
17:06
Speaker 1: get them medical treatment. You're only making it worse for yourselves,
17:10
Speaker 1: the facility, and the nation as a whole if you
17:12
Speaker 1: let a COVID outbreak run rampant in the prison system.
17:16
Speaker 1: It's absolutely ridiculous. And again, it just goes to show
17:18
Speaker 1: the poor management of of the officials running these shit shows.
17:23
Speaker 1: In a sworn statement filed April 28th, Daryl and Needham
17:27
Speaker 1: said she'd been incarcerated at the MDC since November 2019,
17:30
Speaker 1: along with 30 other women. They slept in bunk beds,
17:35
Speaker 1: and she said it was difficult to stay six feet apart.
17:38
Speaker 1: From April 20th to April 23rd, Needham said the women
17:41
Speaker 1: were on lockdown on our own bunk beds, not able
17:44
Speaker 1: to leave our bunks except to use the bathroom or shower. Boy,
17:48
Speaker 1: that sounds like a fun time, huh? That sounds like
17:50
Speaker 1: a real smashing time, and I'm sure Ghislaine Maxwell will
17:53
Speaker 1: have a blast if that occurs for her. I mean,
17:56
Speaker 1: she went from hopping on a plane or a helicopter
17:58
Speaker 1: and going wherever she wanted in the world to being
18:00
Speaker 1: locked down on her bunk with a bunch of other inmates. Yeah,
18:04
Speaker 1: sounds like a party I would not want to attend.
18:08
Speaker 1: The inmates were allowed to make phone calls one day,
18:10
Speaker 1: Needham said, but they hadn't been given gloves, hand sanitizer,
18:14
Speaker 1: or disinfectant wipes. After suffering from symptoms she thought could
18:18
Speaker 1: be COVID-19, including chills, fever, extreme fatigue, cough, and trouble breathing,
18:24
Speaker 1: she said the assistant warden told her she couldn't be tested.
18:28
Speaker 1: And again, certainly not a fan of convicts, right? But
18:32
Speaker 1: everyone should be treated humanely. And if convicts need COVID tests,
18:37
Speaker 1: they should be provided for them. Voicemail and email messages
18:42
Speaker 1: to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons on Monday seeking comment
18:44
Speaker 1: about the MDC weren't immediately returned. Cheryl Pollack... The federal
18:49
Speaker 1: magistrate in Brooklyn has repeatedly voiced concerns about the MDC
18:53
Speaker 1: after reviewing a report by the National Association of Women
18:57
Speaker 1: Judges who visited the facility and found that 161 female
19:02
Speaker 1: inmates were housed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
19:06
Speaker 1: in two large rooms that lacked windows, fresh air, or
19:09
Speaker 1: sunlight and weren't allowed out to exercise. That all sounds
19:14
Speaker 1: fantastic for Glenn Maxwell. Are you kidding me? This might
19:16
Speaker 1: be the perfect place for her. Because she shouldn't be
19:19
Speaker 1: able to do any of that stuff, honestly. What she
19:21
Speaker 1: is accused of, what she was involved in, is the
19:26
Speaker 1: most heinous type of shit ever. Crimes against children, folks.
19:30
Speaker 1: Crimes against children. Some of these conditions wouldn't surprise me
19:37
Speaker 1: if it were dealing with a prison in Turkey or
19:39
Speaker 1: a third world country, Pollack said during one 2016 hearing.
19:43
Speaker 1: It's hard for me to believe it's going on in
19:45
Speaker 1: a federal prison. Well, I bet that's a bit of hyperbole.
19:50
Speaker 1: A prison in Turkey? Probably a little bit more squalid.
19:55
Speaker 1: The conditions are probably a little bit worse. Now, that's
19:59
Speaker 1: not saying things are great in the federal prison systems
20:01
Speaker 1: because they're not. Even at decent facilities where some of
20:04
Speaker 1: my loved ones have been It's not a good place, okay?
20:08
Speaker 1: Not fun. Nothing good comes of it. Not enjoyable. And
20:14
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell has this to look forward to for the
20:17
Speaker 1: rest of her life. She's not going to some plush prison.
20:22
Speaker 1: She's not going to some lockup where things are going
20:24
Speaker 1: to be smooth and easy for her. She is going
20:28
Speaker 1: to federal prison for the rest of her life. If
20:34
Speaker 1: you'd like to contact me, you can do that at
20:35
Speaker 1: bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also
20:44
Speaker 1: find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. Inside Maxwell
20:51
Speaker 1: and her legal team petitioned the court for a new
20:55
Speaker 1: bail hearing. And her legal team wanted that bail hearing
21:00
Speaker 1: to be conducted in a private setting in out of
21:04
Speaker 1: the light of the public. Well, thankfully, Judge Nathan slapped
21:09
Speaker 1: that down, and this bail hearing will, in fact, be
21:13
Speaker 1: held in front of the public. Now, the question was,
21:16
Speaker 1: when is that bail hearing going to happen? Well, we
21:20
Speaker 1: have a little bit of movement on that front today,
21:22
Speaker 1: as Ghislaine Maxwell and her legal team request a date
21:27
Speaker 1: a few days before Christmas, and the prosecutors are okay
21:31
Speaker 1: with it. So it looks like we have a date
21:35
Speaker 1: coming up as long as the judge signs off on
21:38
Speaker 1: it a few days before Christmas. And we will see
21:42
Speaker 1: if Ghislaine Maxwell and her legal team have pressed on
21:46
Speaker 1: the right buttons and pulled the right levers to get
21:51
Speaker 1: her sprung during this new wave of COVID-19. Now, you
21:57
Speaker 1: all know where I stand on that. She shouldn't be released.
22:01
Speaker 1: It's not like she has comorbidities or anything like that.
22:05
Speaker 1: If she contracts COVID-19, chances are she's going to have
22:09
Speaker 1: mild symptoms, if any symptoms at all, and she's going
22:13
Speaker 1: to get over it and be fine. It is not
22:17
Speaker 1: the sort of situation that would necessitate her being released
22:22
Speaker 1: from custody, in my opinion. If she's released, then everybody
22:26
Speaker 1: else should be released, right? all these other people that
22:29
Speaker 1: are waiting on trials, let's release them all. Let's just
22:33
Speaker 1: dump out the jails and release everybody at that point.
22:37
Speaker 1: Because it's not like she has any sort of ailment
22:40
Speaker 1: that makes her into a high-risk person in regards to COVID-19.
22:50
Speaker 1: And furthermore, if there is such a huge outbreak, such
22:53
Speaker 1: a huge second wave or third wave or whatever you
22:56
Speaker 1: want to call it of COVID-19, what makes anyone think
22:59
Speaker 1: that she'd be any safer staying in some hotel in
23:02
Speaker 1: New York? Wouldn't she have access to the public? And
23:07
Speaker 1: wouldn't it be less of a controlled environment than the prison? Now, remember,
23:11
Speaker 1: even though COVID is, there's an outbreak of COVID at
23:15
Speaker 1: her facility, she is not on the main line. She's
23:18
Speaker 1: already basically quarantined. She's in solitary confinement. She's away from
23:22
Speaker 1: the rest of the inmates. And the only people that
23:26
Speaker 1: have access to her are the guards, obviously, and prison staff.
23:30
Speaker 1: So she's already in a basically a quarantined environment where
23:34
Speaker 1: she has hardly any access to other human beings. So
23:39
Speaker 1: what makes anyone think that her going to some posh
23:42
Speaker 1: ass hotel is going to work in her favor when
23:46
Speaker 1: we're talking about not coming into contact with COVID-19? She
23:52
Speaker 1: should not be granted bail, in my opinion. She should
23:55
Speaker 1: be kept incarcerated, in my opinion. And the COVID-19 outbreak
24:01
Speaker 1: is not enough for her to get out of jail.
24:04
Speaker 1: It is just not enough. Now, if she had, like,
24:07
Speaker 1: you know, some sort of comorbidities, you know, she had
24:11
Speaker 1: emphysema or, you know, some other disease that is really
24:18
Speaker 1: bad for you if you catch COVID-19, Then maybe a
24:20
Speaker 1: conversation could be had about moving her somewhere or whatever, right?
24:24
Speaker 1: But that's not the case. This has nothing to do
24:27
Speaker 1: with COVID. COVID is being used as a lever and
24:30
Speaker 1: a vehicle for her to try and get Belle once again.
24:35
Speaker 1: And it's rather transparent and rather obvious what's going on.
24:39
Speaker 1: Now the question becomes, is the court going to give
24:43
Speaker 1: in and let Ghislaine Maxwell go home while literally hundreds
24:49
Speaker 1: of thousands of other people, maybe even millions of other
24:51
Speaker 1: people are sitting around in jail houses at this same
24:56
Speaker 1: very moment with no prospects of being released until their trial.
25:00
Speaker 1: And if even then, how is it that she should
25:04
Speaker 1: be the one that gets released? While all these other
25:07
Speaker 1: folks have to sit in the jail and rot. I'm sorry.
25:12
Speaker 1: But when it comes to somebody like Elaine Maxwell. With
25:16
Speaker 1: no comorbidities. I don't want to hear anything about COVID-19.
25:21
Speaker 1: And how deadly it's going to be for her. Because
25:23
Speaker 1: it's not. Alright. Not for her. Okay. Chances are she's
25:28
Speaker 1: going to be fine if she catches it. We're not
25:30
Speaker 1: talking about airborne Ebola Zaire here folks. Okay. Let's all
25:35
Speaker 1: come back down to reality for a couple of minutes
25:39
Speaker 1: and try and think with a clear head. Okay? She
25:42
Speaker 1: should not be getting bailed out on the basis of
25:46
Speaker 1: COVID-19 being a huge problem and the chance that she
25:50
Speaker 1: might catch it. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. And I hope that
25:55
Speaker 1: Judge Nathan sees through that BS. Our article tonight is
26:01
Speaker 1: from CNBC.com. The headline, alleged Jeffrey Epstein madam, co-conspirator, fellow
26:08
Speaker 1: child abuser, general all-around scuzzbag and bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell
26:14
Speaker 1: wants bail hearing just before Christmas. This article was authored
26:20
Speaker 1: by Dan Mangan. Ghislaine Maxwell wants to get out of
26:25
Speaker 1: jail and before the holidays if possible. Hey, you know what?
26:28
Speaker 1: I have a lot of things that I want too.
26:31
Speaker 1: I would love to have a house like she had
26:33
Speaker 1: in New Hampshire. I would love to have the house
26:36
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell had in Colorado. But
26:40
Speaker 1: guess what? I'm not getting any of that. So I
26:43
Speaker 1: really hope that you don't get your wish either. And
26:46
Speaker 1: I hope that you're spending your Christmas and your New
26:49
Speaker 1: Year's in the Huskow. Because you have earned that. in
26:56
Speaker 1: my opinion, all of these years avoiding justice, all of
27:00
Speaker 1: these years avoiding even coming forward and speaking on the record,
27:07
Speaker 1: all of these years you've been able to live the
27:09
Speaker 1: high life while everybody else who you've come in contact
27:12
Speaker 1: with pretty much has felt the disastrous waves in your wake.
27:19
Speaker 1: So I don't care if she wants to be home
27:21
Speaker 1: for Christmas. It's ridiculous, all right? She played the game,
27:29
Speaker 1: and now she has to pay the price. Maxwell, who
27:34
Speaker 1: was accused of procuring young girls to be sexually abused
27:38
Speaker 1: by a centric money manager, Jeffrey Epstein, pedophile, on Friday
27:43
Speaker 1: asked a judge to schedule a hearing on her forthcoming
27:45
Speaker 1: bail request for December 21st, just four days before Christmas.
27:52
Speaker 1: I'm wondering if she's hoping to catch Judge Nathan... in
27:55
Speaker 1: the old Christmas spirit, right? Hoping that Judge Nathan is
28:00
Speaker 1: feeling a bit jubilant around the holidays and therefore grants
28:06
Speaker 1: her request. Meanwhile, I'm hoping that Judge Nathan is more
28:12
Speaker 1: Ebenezer Scrooge come this hearing on the 21st, and I
28:16
Speaker 1: hope that she laughs him out of the courtroom once again.
28:21
Speaker 1: The British socialite, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all-around scuzzbag
28:28
Speaker 1: and bipedal serpent's lawyers, in a letter to Manhattan federal
28:32
Speaker 1: court judge Allison Nathan, said that prosecutors have agreed to
28:36
Speaker 1: that date and to a series of deadlines beforehand for
28:40
Speaker 1: related legal filings. So it looks like the prosecutors and
28:45
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team have gotten together and they've pinned
28:51
Speaker 1: down and hammered down some dates that to get this
28:54
Speaker 1: ball rolling for the bail hearing. Because remember, as of yesterday,
28:59
Speaker 1: I believe, we weren't even at that point. They had
29:02
Speaker 1: petitioned the judge, but we didn't know if the hearing
29:06
Speaker 1: was going to occur soon or in a few weeks.
29:09
Speaker 1: But now we got that pretty much locked in. All
29:13
Speaker 1: Judge Nathan has to do is sign off on it.
29:16
Speaker 1: And if the prosecution and Ghislaine Maxwell's team both have
29:22
Speaker 1: signed off. I can't see why Judge Nathan wouldn't be
29:26
Speaker 1: okay with that date. The letter came a day after
29:31
Speaker 1: Nathan rejected defense lawyers' requests that she hold a conference
29:34
Speaker 1: with them and prosecutors outside of the public eye on
29:39
Speaker 1: issues related to the privacy of people who would co-sign
29:42
Speaker 1: a possible release bond for Maxwell if one is granted. Yeah, negative.
29:47
Speaker 1: There'll be no more transparency in this case. If people
29:52
Speaker 1: want to bail Ghislaine Maxwell out and people want to
29:54
Speaker 1: put their name down on that dotted line and say, hey, look,
29:59
Speaker 1: We're co-sponsoring Ghislaine Maxwell. We're co-signing for Ghislaine Maxwell. And
30:04
Speaker 1: we want to make sure that she gets out of jail.
30:06
Speaker 1: Then that's totally fine. This is America, right? She's allowed
30:09
Speaker 1: to go through the proceedings and try and get bail
30:13
Speaker 1: just like anybody else is. But at the same time,
30:16
Speaker 1: these people shouldn't be shielded from their involvement. If you
30:22
Speaker 1: want to get involved, well, guess what? You're going to
30:24
Speaker 1: be involved. And then if that means public scrutiny, then
30:27
Speaker 1: that's what it means. You're the one that's putting up
30:31
Speaker 1: collateral for somebody who is charged with some heinous ass crimes.
30:35
Speaker 1: And we're not talking about some gray area crimes here, okay?
30:39
Speaker 1: We're not talking about somebody who stole or embezzled and
30:42
Speaker 1: that was it. We're talking about somebody who was involved
30:45
Speaker 1: in some of the most draconian type of crimes, if
30:50
Speaker 1: these allegations are correct. And this is the sort of
30:54
Speaker 1: person who... I don't... care about people's privacy if they
31:01
Speaker 1: decide to dip their toes into this. If they decide
31:04
Speaker 1: to put their names down on a legal document, then
31:06
Speaker 1: that legal document becomes a matter of public record. That
31:10
Speaker 1: has already been established by the second appeals court. So
31:15
Speaker 1: their request to try and get this private was laughable
31:19
Speaker 1: at best when they made it and still laughable now,
31:22
Speaker 1: to be honest with you. Maxwell, who has pleaded not
31:33
Speaker 1: guilty in the case, faces long odds in getting the
31:35
Speaker 1: judge to agree to set bail pending her scheduled trial
31:39
Speaker 1: next summer. And I agree with that. I don't think
31:42
Speaker 1: that anything really has changed as this bail hearing approaches
31:47
Speaker 1: on the 21st. Now, who knows? We still have a
31:51
Speaker 1: few weeks before we get there, but as of now,
31:54
Speaker 1: I can't see any sort of circumstance that has been...
32:00
Speaker 1: brought to the judge's attention that would make judge nathan
32:06
Speaker 1: decide to grant bail after already and emphatically denying it
32:13
Speaker 1: if she gets out does that mean that she still
32:15
Speaker 1: doesn't have access to all i mean that she gets
32:18
Speaker 1: out she doesn't have access to all of her powerful
32:20
Speaker 1: friends or passports or any of that jazz i'm sure
32:23
Speaker 1: the government has seized her passports but Again, remember who
32:27
Speaker 1: we're dealing with. Does she have another one stashed somewhere?
32:29
Speaker 1: Who the hell knows? And that's why I don't believe
32:33
Speaker 1: that she should get bail. This is one of those
32:35
Speaker 1: crazy cases, folks. Usually, I'm on board with people getting
32:40
Speaker 1: bail before they have been prosecuted and before they have
32:45
Speaker 1: been found guilty or not guilty. I'm usually in favor
32:48
Speaker 1: of people getting bail, except when they're powerful politicians or
32:52
Speaker 1: powerful people like her Who can easily skip out. She
32:56
Speaker 1: has the means. She has the finances. And she certainly
32:59
Speaker 1: has the contacts. So somebody like her should not be
33:04
Speaker 1: bailed out. She should not be bonded out. And I
33:08
Speaker 1: believe that the court system has been pretty firm so far.
33:12
Speaker 1: With their decisions. As far as bail goes. In regards
33:18
Speaker 1: to Ghislaine Maxwell. Because... She is a huge flight risk
33:24
Speaker 1: and I don't care what anybody says. Somebody like her
33:28
Speaker 1: who is this devious, this cunning, you really think she's
33:33
Speaker 1: going to stick around when she knows that the chips
33:35
Speaker 1: are down and things are really starting to heat up?
33:39
Speaker 1: Or is she going to try and cut out and
33:40
Speaker 1: go hide with one of her rich friends? If her
33:44
Speaker 1: friends are willing to co-sign and bond her out, you
33:47
Speaker 1: really think they're not willing to hide her? Hell, what's
33:50
Speaker 1: been going on for this past year? On the heels
33:57
Speaker 1: of Maxwell's arrest last July, Nathan denied her first request
34:01
Speaker 1: to be released on $ 5 million bond, saying that she
34:04
Speaker 1: represented a substantial flight risk because of her holdings of
34:07
Speaker 1: French citizenship. France does not extradite citizens and her significant wealth.
34:14
Speaker 1: And that's exactly it, right? This isn't your typical situation.
34:19
Speaker 1: This isn't the normal kind of case that is coming before...
34:25
Speaker 1: the judges or in front of a court. We're talking
34:28
Speaker 1: about high profile people that were involved in high profile crimes.
34:33
Speaker 1: And these are the sort of cases that very rarely
34:38
Speaker 1: find their way into court because these people are able
34:41
Speaker 1: to manipulate the situation and never even stand trial for
34:47
Speaker 1: the most part. So yeah, she is a huge, risk
34:51
Speaker 1: at running. She is a huge risk to dip out
34:55
Speaker 1: on bail. $ 5 million bond? That's chump change. You really
34:58
Speaker 1: think she cares about missing out on $ 5 million? The
35:04
Speaker 1: judge also cited serious charges which could land Maxwell, 58,
35:08
Speaker 1: in prison for up to 35 years if she is convicted.
35:12
Speaker 1: And remember, I believe that these are just the hold'em charges.
35:17
Speaker 1: I think that we have more coming down the pipe
35:19
Speaker 1: I think we'll have that superseded indictment at some point.
35:23
Speaker 1: And it's only a matter of time that this becomes
35:27
Speaker 1: a RICO case, right? How many times are they going
35:30
Speaker 1: to call it a criminal conspiracy and then not charge
35:34
Speaker 1: anybody else? You can't have a conspiracy of one. That's
35:37
Speaker 1: not possible. So there has to be other people involved
35:41
Speaker 1: in this. There has to be other co-conspirators. And the
35:44
Speaker 1: question is, when are we going to see them charged?
35:47
Speaker 1: Because it's way past time for all of these people
35:52
Speaker 1: to be charged, for all of these people to be
35:57
Speaker 1: under oath, and for all of them to put down
36:01
Speaker 1: what they know on the record once and for all.
36:08
Speaker 1: In addition to charges related to allegedly recruiting and grooming
36:11
Speaker 1: several underage girls for her former boyfriend, Epstein, you mean
36:16
Speaker 1: former co-conspirator, former co-boss. In the 1990s, Maxwell also is
36:22
Speaker 1: charged with perjury for allegedly lying during a deposition for
36:26
Speaker 1: a lawsuit filed by an Epstein survivor. Look, if Ghislaine
36:32
Speaker 1: Maxwell is opening her mouth and talking about Jeffrey Epstein,
36:35
Speaker 1: it's a pretty sure bet that she's BSing, lying, and deceiving.
36:42
Speaker 1: She has never been honest about Jeffrey Epstein. If she
36:46
Speaker 1: was a victim of Jeffrey Epstein, talk about laughable. If
36:49
Speaker 1: she was a victim of Jeffrey Epstein, why hasn't she
36:52
Speaker 1: ever come forward? Why was she hiding? Why was she
36:54
Speaker 1: ducking and dodging? Why didn't she offer up her testimony
36:59
Speaker 1: during the trial or even after he was arrested the
37:02
Speaker 1: second time? She didn't do that because she was completely
37:06
Speaker 1: and utterly involved. And if she exposed him, she would
37:10
Speaker 1: be exposing herself too. And that's what it's all about, right? Self-preservance.
37:18
Speaker 1: It's not like they're friends. It's not like Elaine Maxwell
37:20
Speaker 1: cares about other human beings. No way. She cares about
37:25
Speaker 1: self-preservation and making sure that she is taken care of.
37:35
Speaker 1: Since her first bail hearing, Maxwell has been locked up
37:37
Speaker 1: in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. The federal lockup's
37:41
Speaker 1: grim conditions are radically different than the luxurious venues where
37:45
Speaker 1: she and Epstein once socialized with former friends, including Presidents
37:50
Speaker 1: Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, as well as with Britain's
37:54
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew and other wealthy individuals. Well, look, there's no
38:00
Speaker 1: doubt about that. Bologna sandwiches, paper clothing, and a whole
38:05
Speaker 1: lot of sitting around. A lot different than driving your
38:10
Speaker 1: submarine around or flying your choppers all over the place
38:13
Speaker 1: or hopping in the cockpit of the Gulf Stream and
38:15
Speaker 1: taking a little jump, isn't it, Ghislaine? Talk about a
38:18
Speaker 1: shock to the system. It's like dropping somebody who's been
38:23
Speaker 1: walking in the desert for 10 hours into a freezing
38:27
Speaker 1: cold pool of water. It's that kind of shock to
38:31
Speaker 1: the system for Ghislaine Maxwell in the new circumstances she
38:35
Speaker 1: finds herself in, the living situation she finds herself in.
38:40
Speaker 1: Because guess what? That's what happens when you engage in
38:43
Speaker 1: this sort of behavior. You end up in a situation
38:46
Speaker 1: such as this. And all of your power, all of
38:51
Speaker 1: your wealth, all of your connections, it should not matter.
38:55
Speaker 1: This should be the end result for anybody participating in
39:00
Speaker 1: a sex trafficking scheme. As of last week, Maxwell was
39:05
Speaker 1: in quarantine because of her exposure to a jail staffer
39:09
Speaker 1: who tested positive for the coronavirus. She tested negative for COVID-19,
39:14
Speaker 1: prosecutors said in a court filing. Yeah, there's no doubt
39:17
Speaker 1: she didn't have it. They tested her and she was
39:20
Speaker 1: clean and she probably has a better chance, like I
39:24
Speaker 1: was saying earlier, of not contacting it, being in quarantine
39:27
Speaker 1: where she's at than anywhere else. they say don't go
39:32
Speaker 1: don't go out stay home don't have contact with anybody
39:36
Speaker 1: else well this is the ultimate social distancing right her
39:42
Speaker 1: attorneys have repeatedly complained about the restrictions placed on Maxwell
39:46
Speaker 1: saying they are stricter than those for accused terrorists, and
39:49
Speaker 1: that her ability to prepare for trial is being negatively
39:52
Speaker 1: affected as a result. Oh, give me a break. Worse
39:56
Speaker 1: than terrorists? I highly doubt that, okay? Terrorists end up
40:02
Speaker 1: at that high-security detention center in Colorado, Flowmax or whatever
40:07
Speaker 1: the hell it's called. Terrorists end up at Guantanamo Bay.
40:13
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell says, after she's sentenced, after she's convicted, if
40:17
Speaker 1: things go that way, she's going to end up in
40:19
Speaker 1: some probably low-level or mid-level security federal prison. And while
40:26
Speaker 1: she'll be in prison, she certainly is not going to
40:29
Speaker 1: be living the same kind of life that a terrorist
40:31
Speaker 1: who is convicted in this country would be living, okay?
40:36
Speaker 1: Stop it with the hyperbole. In a court filing in
40:45
Speaker 1: late November, Maxwell's lawyers griped that her sleep was being
40:48
Speaker 1: disturbed every 15 minutes by the flashlight of a guard
40:52
Speaker 1: checking to confirm that she is breathing. Well, guess what?
40:57
Speaker 1: These girls that you abused, I'm sure that they have
41:00
Speaker 1: reoccurring nightmares of it. And I'm sure that their sleep
41:02
Speaker 1: patterns have been screwed up. And I'm sure that they
41:05
Speaker 1: have lost plenty of hours of sleep in their life.
41:08
Speaker 1: So guess what, Mrs. Maxwell? Suck it up. Furthermore, I
41:15
Speaker 1: don't even believe that that's occurring. I don't believe that
41:18
Speaker 1: a guard's walking by every 15 minutes and blasting her
41:21
Speaker 1: with a flashlight in the eyes. Give me a break.
41:26
Speaker 1: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, which runs that jail, has
41:30
Speaker 1: faced stiff criticism since August 2019 when Epstein died from
41:35
Speaker 1: what has officially been ruled as a suicide by hanging
41:39
Speaker 1: in the cell of the federal jail in Manhattan in
41:41
Speaker 1: where he was being held on child sex trafficking charges. Yeah,
41:45
Speaker 1: you know, that's just a certain factoid right there, right?
41:49
Speaker 1: Big time fact. Jeffrey Epstein certainly killed himself. I mean, right?
41:54
Speaker 1: That's the narrative they pitched us. Nothing points in the
41:57
Speaker 1: other direction. And if you believe that, well, you're a
42:00
Speaker 1: conspiracy crank. Give me a... These people are insane. These
42:05
Speaker 1: people are literally insane. I say that if you believe
42:09
Speaker 1: the official narrative... You're gullible. You're naive. We're going to
42:16
Speaker 1: believe these people? The same people who we see on
42:22
Speaker 1: a regular basis work outside of the law when they're
42:28
Speaker 1: supposed to be upholding it? And I'm speaking about the
42:31
Speaker 1: department of just us right now, by the way. How
42:34
Speaker 1: many shady moves do we see them make on a
42:38
Speaker 1: regular basis? And we're going to... believe their narrative? Mr.
42:45
Speaker 1: Big DC himself, Bill Barr, Darth Barr, that's who you
42:50
Speaker 1: want me to believe, huh? Fat effing chance. Epstein's death
42:58
Speaker 1: came just weeks after his first apparent effort at suicide
43:01
Speaker 1: by hanging in that jail, where he was being held
43:04
Speaker 1: after another judge rejected his request to set a $ 100
43:07
Speaker 1: million bail. Imagine that. Dude wanted to put up a
43:12
Speaker 1: hundred million dollars and the judge told him F off.
43:17
Speaker 1: And the first suicide attempt? Yeah, debatable. No evidence of
43:21
Speaker 1: that either. But he was in a cell with somebody
43:24
Speaker 1: who is being charged with, oh, I don't know, triple homicide,
43:28
Speaker 1: four homicides. Yeah, you know, a pillar of the community.
43:31
Speaker 1: The type of guy that you want to put one
43:33
Speaker 1: of the top prisoners in the prison system in a
43:37
Speaker 1: cell with. Who made that decision? Because that person should
43:41
Speaker 1: be fired. Or, at the very least, he should be
43:45
Speaker 1: demoted to laundry to where his only job and his
43:48
Speaker 1: only decision is to what socks he should be pairing.
43:52
Speaker 1: Because the person who put Jeffrey Epstein in a cell
43:55
Speaker 1: with Nicholas D'Artaglione is an absolute moron. And it just
44:03
Speaker 1: so happens that the camera was facing the wrong cell?
44:07
Speaker 1: That there's no video footage of that night? I know,
44:12
Speaker 1: I know. We'll just believe the narrative. He attempted suicide twice.
44:16
Speaker 1: Tartaglione just sat there and watched him the first time.
44:18
Speaker 1: And then, afterwards, when Epstein was already semi-unconscious, he dove
44:23
Speaker 1: in to save the day. What sort of hallucinogenics do
44:29
Speaker 1: you have to be on to buy that sort of bullshit?
44:32
Speaker 1: Because I'll tell you what, folks, it would probably take about,
44:35
Speaker 1: I don't know, 10 caps and 8 stems for me
44:38
Speaker 1: to get that faded to believe this bullshit. Two guards
44:44
Speaker 1: who were supposed to be monitoring Epstein... and a number
44:47
Speaker 1: of other inmates in a special protective housing unit on
44:50
Speaker 1: the night of his death were arrested on federal charges
44:54
Speaker 1: in November after prosecutors said they tried to hide the
44:57
Speaker 1: fact that they failed to monitor the detainees. Oh, that's
45:01
Speaker 1: all fine and well, and if these guys were negligent,
45:03
Speaker 1: they should lose their jobs. And if they broke federal laws,
45:07
Speaker 1: then they should be charged like anybody else. But if
45:10
Speaker 1: you think I'm going to accept you giving them the
45:13
Speaker 1: bag and expecting them to hold it, While everybody else
45:17
Speaker 1: gets off scot-free, all these co-conspirators don't get arrested, but
45:22
Speaker 1: these two prison guards are facing felonies, and you think
45:25
Speaker 1: anyone's going to accept that? You think anyone who's following
45:28
Speaker 1: this case and who's going batshit crazy every time you
45:31
Speaker 1: idiots make another mistake is going to accept any of that?
45:36
Speaker 1: It's not going to happen. It is not going to happen. Everybody...
45:44
Speaker 1: who was at fault in this case, everybody who engaged
45:47
Speaker 1: in the abuse or who was complicit in that abuse
45:50
Speaker 1: by acting as a member of the criminal enterprise must
45:56
Speaker 1: face felony charges, especially if these two guards are facing
46:02
Speaker 1: felony charges. Those guards, Michael Thomas and Tova Noel, are
46:09
Speaker 1: accused of signing multiple false certifications that they did required
46:14
Speaker 1: headcounts of inmates and performed walking rounds. Now, hold up.
46:18
Speaker 1: They're in trouble for federal charges here because of signing
46:21
Speaker 1: multiple false certifications? What about all of the financial deals
46:31
Speaker 1: that were signed by Epstein and Indyke? So, Indyke? isn't
46:35
Speaker 1: being held to the same standard as these two guards, huh?
46:38
Speaker 1: Why is Indyke being held to a different standard? Why
46:41
Speaker 1: is Darren Indyke not being held to the same exact
46:44
Speaker 1: standard as these two? They signed false certifications. He signed
46:48
Speaker 1: bad deals. He went and had 97 transactions at the
46:52
Speaker 1: same Wells Fargo for $ 7, 500. That doesn't raise any alarm
46:57
Speaker 1: bells with anybody. I mean, it is just beyond me,
47:03
Speaker 1: absolutely beyond me, that the only two people besides Maxwell
47:07
Speaker 1: that are facing charges right now in this whole entire
47:09
Speaker 1: ordeal are these two prison guards. Thomas and Noelle instead
47:17
Speaker 1: browse the internet and appear to have slept for about
47:20
Speaker 1: two hours the night Epstein died. So, again... I'm not
47:26
Speaker 1: going to jump on board with scapegoating these two. Sure,
47:30
Speaker 1: were they negligent? Absolutely. Were they moronic for falling asleep
47:35
Speaker 1: at their post? 100%. But where was their boss? Your
47:39
Speaker 1: boss don't come and check on you for all those hours?
47:42
Speaker 1: What's he doing? What is he up in the break
47:46
Speaker 1: room watching Jerry Springer or the Donahue show? What is
47:49
Speaker 1: he doing or she doing? And how are they not
47:53
Speaker 1: held responsible for the actions of their employees? Anyone who's
47:58
Speaker 1: ever had a management job knows that the buck stops
48:00
Speaker 1: with you. I was on vacation one time and one
48:04
Speaker 1: of my supervisors in the sports book forgot to sign
48:08
Speaker 1: somebody's W-9 form, right? A payout form. And while I
48:16
Speaker 1: was on vacation, I was called by my boss, And
48:21
Speaker 1: read the riot act. Even though I wasn't in the office. Why?
48:25
Speaker 1: Because it was my job to have my employees trained correctly.
48:29
Speaker 1: And even if I did have them trained correctly. And
48:31
Speaker 1: they messed up. The buck stops with me. That's what
48:35
Speaker 1: happens when you're in a leadership role. You don't pin
48:38
Speaker 1: it on your employees. Sure they get in trouble too.
48:41
Speaker 1: They might get written up or whatever it may be.
48:43
Speaker 1: But you don't pin the whole damn thing on them.
48:47
Speaker 1: There is no leadership. At the department of just us.
48:50
Speaker 1: And certainly there is no leadership. At the department of corrections.
48:57
Speaker 1: And I don't see any hope on the horizon folks.
48:59
Speaker 1: There's no white knight riding in. To save the department
49:02
Speaker 1: of just us. There needs to be a reckoning in Washington.
49:09
Speaker 1: And we really really really. Need to. I don't even,
49:14
Speaker 1: maybe audit all of these institutions like the FBI and
49:18
Speaker 1: the whole entire Department of Justice. and maybe mass firings
49:22
Speaker 1: and bring in a new crop of people, people who
49:25
Speaker 1: haven't been there for 10, 15, 20 years and people
49:29
Speaker 1: who were just interested in pursuing justice. Because right now,
49:34
Speaker 1: it's all about personal gain, it seems like. And the
49:37
Speaker 1: left arm never knows what the right arm's doing. And
49:40
Speaker 1: at the same time, you're having high-profile inmates like Jeffrey
49:44
Speaker 1: Epstein die in your custody. So, forgive me if I'm
49:51
Speaker 1: not willing to buy your BS narrative. If you'd like
