- 0:06Welcome to the untold.
- 0:09Take a deep breath.
- 0:11Take the higher roll.
- 0:13That's what they always say.
- 0:14Let's say if they know the way, they won't take it from me.
- 0:20Don't have a doctor's self-slapping just a dream.
- 0:24You made your own so kid can scream.
- 0:27The people who will laugh with a never ending force.
- 0:31You never have the chance.
- 0:33So watch away for my friend, because this is well.
- 0:44It's time.
- 0:54Hello and welcome to this episode of The Nurses Report here on the America Out Loud Network.
- 1:00We are on the air at 10 a.m.
- 1:01with an encore at 11 p.m.
- 1:03Eastern Standard Time.
- 1:04I am today's host, Nurse David Wayne, joined today by nurses Nicole and Ashley.
- 1:09Ashley, how's it going?
- 1:10It's going well.
- 1:11It's been pretty busy around here.
- 1:13We are out of legislative season and headed into the primaries.
- 1:17And so, you know, me just being the bully that I am.
- 1:19A lot of good work that could be done in primaries if we can get some of these trash incumbents out across the country.
- 1:26Hello, Nicole, how's it going?
- 1:28It is going well.
- 1:29And like actually, we have a lot of stuff going on in our legislative session.
- 1:32Uh, we have a special session coming up in Florida because some things didn't go down the way it should have.
- 1:38And so, you know, looking forward to that to see what happens with our medical freedom bills.
- 1:42And for those of you that don't know, I've been a nurse 20 years in the cardiac field, doing a lot of stuff on a local and state level when it comes to legislation and politics and hoping people get engaged and want to know their rights and how to protect medical freedom.
- 1:55My background is as a psych nurse, and I've also dabbled in informatics, and I'm very interested in lawsuits, and that was the topic of a prior episode that this is building off of.
- 2:07Ashley, could you tell us about the prior episode?
- 2:09Yeah, it was a great episode.
- 2:11You hosted again.
- 2:12You've been doing a lot of the heavy lifting for us, and we appreciate that.
- 2:15So, you know, the beginning of that episode, we really hit hard on there's everything is kind of entangled, right?
- 2:21Because we were talking about the movement forward of ICD 10 creation.
- 2:26So these are codes that go along with diagnoses, and they help track how many patients are having these issues, they help make sure that doctors get reimbursed appropriately, and a whole slew of other things.
- 2:39We did a really good job breaking down why this is so important and some of the things that this might help reveal and how it could move care for patients forward, and also maybe identifying some of the issues that go along with COVID vaccine injury.
- 2:56So a lot of good discussion there.
- 2:59We also talked about you know how the ACIP committee has been stayed.
- 3:05The legitimacy of it has been questioned, and the AAP's lawsuit that kind of brought all this to a head where an activist judge kind of like put his foot down and said, Hey, I get to be a bully, I get to say no, these rules don't apply to me, but you cannot quote radicalize the ACIP advisory committee on immunization practices.
- 3:26And so it it was really good to have those discussions, and I think that there's a little bit left to discuss.
- 3:32I think we're gonna see this carry on for quite a while.
- 3:35As Dave said in the last episode, it's gonna be appealed.
- 3:38This judge has gotten in trouble for rulings before, just once, but multiple times, so it'll be really interesting to see how this moves forward.
- 3:46But the problem with that is holding off on this hearing that was supposed to happen last month, the 18th and 19th of March, it's holding up a lot of other things because there were supposed to be some votes taken.
- 3:58The ASIP committee was supposed to hear from the vaccine injured those stories and do a lot of things that could really help make positive change for those impacted negatively.
- 4:08And so I think it's important.
- 4:10I always ask why.
- 4:11I'm like a two-year-old, nagging, why?
- 4:14Why?
- 4:15Why?
- 4:15And this is one of those cases that I really had a lot of questions about.
- 4:21Now, if you go out and listen to Aaron Seary and Dr.
- 4:25Malone, they do a great video.
- 4:27I didn't get through all the way all the way through that, but I did pull up the actual ruling from the judge from Judge Murphy.
- 4:35Have either of you guys seen that or do you have any comments so far?
- 4:39No, okay.
- 4:40So this is what aggravates the heck out of me.
- 4:42And I'm gonna rant for just a hot second.
- 4:45This is all about money.
- 4:48Okay.
- 4:48Let's just be super super clear.
- 4:51So for the judge to put a stay to hold this committee from happening, they typically have to prove irreparable harm.
- 5:02Okay?
- 5:02Irreparable harm is usually not economic.
- 5:06And he says this in the ruling that it's typically not considered irreparable.
- 5:11However, in the last episode, we talk about case precedent and how our judicial system isn't based off of really constitutional law, but the precedents, the the rulings that judges make, set precedents, and then they use them to kind of interpret the law.
- 5:28And in his ruling, he says, you know what?
- 5:31Because the AAP and their members, which would be the various pediatricians, cannot have a remedy by law.
- 5:42There is no legal avenue to recover the damages that they would the economic damages that they would incur.
- 5:48This is irreparable harm.
- 5:50And so that's how he was able to push this preliminary injunction and stop that ASIP meeting from happen happening.
- 5:57So can you guys take any wild guesses on what kind of harm, economic harm, these physicians would be at risk for if go ahead.
- 6:07He said the physicians were going to be harmed, the ones that were removed by RFK Jr.
- 6:14because they were pharma ghouls.
- 6:16No, the AAP, the physicians, representative.
- 6:20I see.
- 6:21So he's okay.
- 6:22So he's not talking about the physicians that were removed from ACIP.
- 6:27He's talking about the physicians of the AAP.
- 6:29Gotcha.
- 6:30It's really the plaintiff, the people who are bringing the lawsuit forward.
- 6:34So AAP and their members, so anybody who's a member of the AAP, which would be all these physicians pay their yearly duties.
- 6:44Yeah.
- 6:44And so they're saying that they are gonna incur financial damages or losses.
- 6:50Okay.
- 6:51Is that because they are reimbursed for the immunizations that they give children?
- 6:56Yes, that is one of them.
- 7:01They direct the financial harm that they're that's going to be incurred by reigning in the vaccine schedule to match what most of the rest of the world is doing.
- 7:11That's one of them.
- 7:13They d they directly cited vaccines for children where the government purchases vaccines and they're distributed through the doctor's offices.
- 7:21So that is exactly one thing.
- 7:23These doctors potentially could have more cost to purchasing vaccinations, and therefore it would be irreparable harm.
- 7:33Crimea frickin' river.
- 7:35Are you serious?
- 7:36That's part of it.
- 7:38Any other guesses?
- 7:39It's related to that 1986 act.
- 7:42The liability.
- 7:42Yeah, I was gonna say, so they'll be more open to liability.
- 7:45So apparently, after all of this went down, RFK tweeted something.
- 7:50Hey, if the AAP is gonna reach out and activate their members, their pediatricians, to have an alternate vaccine schedule.
- 8:00They should also be forthcoming about the loss of the liability shield.
- 8:04Now that's paraphrased, okay?
- 8:06Um, but that's essentially what RFK said in a tweet.
- 8:09And so he's basically by this judge's opinion, threatening the AAP and its members, telling them that they are going to be at risk for liability.
- 8:19So because if they're giving recommendations, yeah, they should have liability.
- 8:24It's not just recommendations though.
- 8:26One of the most frustrating things that happen because we have to look at this in in the context of what's really going on in America.
- 8:35And one of the things that I am seeing is, and I'm sure you guys are too, organizations refusing to allow, not organizations, pediatricians' offices refusing to allow unvaccinated children to come into their offices.
- 8:52Have you guys seen this?
- 8:53Oh, absolutely.
- 8:54Yeah, we've heard about it a lot.
- 8:55Yeah.
- 8:56Yeah.
- 8:56So one of the local pediatricians' offices, and I wish I could pull it up real quick, but I don't have it.
- 9:01They legitimately say on their website, their policy for vaccination.
- 9:07They believe that it is selfish to not vaccinate because you are going off of the backs of the other parents who are choosing to take that risk.
- 9:17You are being selfish, and it's unacceptable behavior.
- 9:20So, and this is said it's like point blank on their website.
- 9:24You are being selfish.
- 9:26We believe that this is a selfish behavior.
- 9:29And so we require, we will not treat or care for any patient who is not vaccinated to the AAP schedule with a little asterisk that says this pediatrician's office no longer accepts the CDC's guidance because of recent changes.
- 9:46But they will not take people.
- 9:48Go ahead, Nicole.
- 9:49So before I implode.
- 9:51We also have pediatrician offices that are putting out forms that are basically saying per their vaccination policy that they.
- 10:00Have to have a refusal to vaccinate, which comes from the American Academy of Pediatrics, and that in not doing so is asking the pediatrician's office in their own words, under the consent that I have from someone, that they would be violating Florida law by falsifying documents by allowing a parent without an exemption to come and tell them that they are not comfortable having their child vaccinated or delay the schedule and that that would be against Florida law.
- 10:33Like the stuff that I wish we could post on this so people can see the verbiage and how they manipulate these parents.
- 10:40And this is all false, by the way.
- 10:42The actual consent boxing policy is being under false guidance, you know, false pretenses, and in Florida, that's a felony if they can prove that.
- 10:51Um and so it's it's interesting that these pediatricians' offices go the links that they do, not thinking people understand and will challenge it, and to then misquote entirely a patient's rights.
- 11:02So this is a much bigger problem, and we see this even in Florida, and we tried to pass a law that again did not make it, did not get support like it should have because of Big Pharma and everything else that comes with it that says that you know you can't refuse care.
- 11:17Um you can have the conversation, right?
- 11:18That you don't agree, whatever.
- 11:20But the other part to this is having them sign this consent, this consent, this vaccine policy that now tracks the parents as being not following the schedule.
- 11:30What do they do with that data?
- 11:31Where does that go?
- 11:32And what legalities does that have to hold a parent for dare I even open this Pandora's box with child protective services, which we've heard people be reported for signing things saying that they're not comfortable, and then they'd be reported for not following the schedule.
- 11:46So again, huge topic.
- 11:48Okay, so straight off of the pediatrician's office website.
- 11:54We feel such an attitude to be self-centered and unacceptable, even delaying or quote, breaking up the vaccines to give one or two at a time over an additional visits goes against expert recommendations, is not supported by any scientific data, can lead to unnecessary delays and errors, and can put your child, other children and adults at risk for serious illness or even death.
- 12:17Therefore, it is against our medical advice to undergo or or to delay or forego any vaccinations.
- 12:23As medical professionals, we feel very strongly that vaccinating children on schedule with currently available vaccines is the absolutely the right thing to do for all children and young adults.
- 12:34We are making you aware of these facts, not to scare you or coerce you, but to emphasize their importance.
- 12:40Interesting.
- 12:42We are more than willing to discuss any questions you may have about vaccines, but do require all our patients to adhere to the vaccination schedule endorsed by the AAP.
- 12:52Um, and it says all routine childhood vaccinations are mandatory in order to stay with the practice to ensure safety of all of our patients.
- 12:59And so they take those kinds of words, they put them on a paper, they make you sign saying, and this pediatrician's office I don't think does that because they just kick you out.
- 13:10They just tell you you're done.
- 13:11Um, but others will make you sign a paper saying, I understand that I'm putting my child and other people at risk for serious you know illness, including death, and it's absolutely insane.
- 13:22Dave, what do you have to add?
- 13:23Gosh, why has trust in doctors dropped so precipitously?
- 13:28It's a mystery.
- 13:29Who can figure it out?
- 13:30It must be because of all these wild conspiracy theorists spreading misinformation about vaccines.
- 13:36That must be why people don't trust doctors as much anymore.
- 13:40My question is if they believe so wholeheartedly in these vaccines and their safety, why are they so worried about liability?
- 13:47Yeah, if they're safe and effective, okay, they don't need complete liability shielding.
- 13:52For every child, that's what they said for every child.
- 13:55They are best for every child.
- 13:57Yeah, what happened to individualized patient care and informed consent.
- 14:02And shared decision making and understanding that there's plenty of children that have contraindications or not able to vaccinate and or have been a victim of vaccination that went wrong.
- 14:13And those children are not being considered at all when it comes to moving forward or halting, and these pediatricians don't even want to look at those kids, you know, they'll still refuse care and and not allow them to come to the office.
- 14:26And that's very concerning that as a whole, for public policy, we are taking these groups and we're completely negating what their safety looks like when it comes to vaccination, why that we have to conform as a whole.
- 14:39It it just doesn't make sense.
- 14:41I really hope doctors just completely stop paying their dues to organizations like the AEP, like it's long overdue.
- 14:48Just cancel that subscription docs if if you're out there, they are clownish, doesn't even do it justice how bad they've gotten.
- 14:56They are just absolute pharma ghouls and authoritarians, and the trust that they've lost has been a well-earned loss of trust.
- 15:04Speaking of diagnosis codes, by the way, they have a diagnosis code for being unvaccinated.
- 15:10They will plug that into their system.
- 15:12Do they have current diagnosis codes for being vaccine injured?
- 15:16No, of course not.
- 15:17We know of Pfizer knew about thousands of different types of COVID vaccine injuries.
- 15:22Some of them are it's completely settled that these exist.
- 15:26Maybe not the prevalence, but we know myocarditis, we know menstrual cycle changes, we know POTS, we know all sorts of neurological disorders are caused by COVID vaccines.
- 15:36Do we have a diagnosis code for any of them or just COVID vaccine injury in general?
- 15:40No.
- 15:41Refuse the vaccine.
- 15:42Oh, we have a diagnosis code for that.
- 15:43Let's plug that in.
- 15:44That's gonna follow you around in your electronic medical record for the rest of your life.
- 15:49I think there are multiple too.
- 15:51I think that that like they have multiple reasons and for each vaccination.
- 15:56They created nuance for that.
- 15:58Did not create nuance when you were COVID positive if you were completely asymptomatic and didn't even have a sniffle, but you tested COVID positive for COVID while in the hospital for a broken leg or being suicidal or whatever it was.
- 16:11Oh, you're a COVID hospitalization.
- 16:14Yep.
- 16:14No nuance there, but if you're an anti-vacciner, oh, we're gonna explain why with our diagnosis codes, these freaking people, it's just yeah, it would be really interesting to see how many if they would make not only like vaccine injury, but are they gonna make vaccine injury COVID vaccine, vaccine injury MMR, vaccine injury, you know, or suspected or you know, adverse event after vaccination.
- 16:43Why not make that a diagnosis code?
- 16:46Well, it'll be interesting to see too.
- 16:48If ACIP is allowed to meet and they do come out with these diagnosis codes, this will be unique in that they are going against the grain for the current system where all these diagnosis codes are determined by the World Health Organization with no input from Americans other than people like Bill Gates and Jeffrey Epstein and the usual cohorts of absolute villains and literal pedophiles.
- 17:15Like these are the people at the World Health Organization.
- 17:18Like we we don't even get to know what they discuss when they set all these diagnosis codes like for being unvaccinated and they choose to not have diagnosis codes for you know incidental COVID.
- 17:29So to see the ACIP break away from that, that'll be interesting if that's allowed to happen.
- 17:35Because right now, yeah, the the diagnosis code system is part of this predatory framework that is intentionally designed to mislead and to create this data in order to drive their agenda, this garbage data that drives an agenda, an agenda where we saw, you know, the economy shut down in the largest transfer of wealth ever.
- 17:59Now we know that uh Jeffrey Epstein was collaborating with bankers about pandemic preparedness and what happened during COVID.
- 18:06All those bankers got got rich, got super rich.
- 18:10Well, rich err.
- 18:12Richer, yeah, exactly.
- 18:13Yeah.
- 18:14Let's quantify that a little bit.
- 18:15You know, it's crazy because they talk about all of these things, they refuse to acknowledge what's going on, and it's just like we talked about in the last episode because they talk about how they can't let a SIP meet because again, that will cause irreparable harm by changing in policies and and things like that.
- 18:35They, being AAP are excluded from participating as um like an advisory position, like they don't actually get to have any votes, but they sit there and they will add to discussion.
- 18:46They talk about how ASIP has been compromised and and doing all these things, and again, bringing in common sense, but yet we look at the the constitution of ACP prior to RFK.
- 18:59These people had never had to acknowledge their conflicts of interest.
- 19:04These organizations just pushed for more vaccinations, and you can go back and you can listen when they talk about how these vaccines have been tested together, they say just give them in a different anatomical, you know, portion.
- 19:17Let's just give them in a different arm.
- 19:18That'll prevent any reactions from happening.
- 19:21Never fear.
- 19:22Like, where's the science to show that?
- 19:24Do we have any evidence that that that's not going to be absorbed into the bloodstream from a muscle, which is very vascular and mix?
- 19:34I mean, uh, it was all such a joke.
- 19:37The way that they handled conflicts of interest too, is they made a rule like, hey, when we're trying to decide on whether or not to approve one of these products, you're not allowed to take money from the manufacturer.
- 19:48But people would just take money after the product was approved from the manufacturer, or they would go work for them, and that wasn't policed at all.
- 19:56So it's just such an absolute joke to protect.
- 20:00That this committee had some sort of integrity prior to this wicked RFK anti-science conspiracy theorists coming in and getting rid of all these pristine doctors with incredible credentials.
- 20:12They, you know, no reason not to trust them.
- 20:16Oh, it's aggravating.
- 20:18Yeah, it's absolutely aggravating.
- 20:20Well, so we will keep the audience informed as this proceeds forward.
- 20:27And there are a lot of different directions that this could go.
- 20:30This lawsuit is going to be ongoing.
- 20:33So we're hoping that that is expedited, but we have some huge obstacles coming up because Jay Badacharya is due to be out of his interim role at the CDC very soon here.
- 20:45We actually don't have a CDC director right now.
- 20:48That's somebody that has to be approved by the Senate.
- 20:51And as things drag on, we're of course approaching midterm elections where the Republicans are going to get absolutely trounced and we'll probably lose the House in the Senate, and then we're gonna see impeachment, and we very well might see convictions from the Senate, depending on how bad the election goes.
- 21:09So we might see people like Pete Hegseth removed.
- 21:13We might see RFK Jr.
- 21:15removed.
- 21:16We might see President Trump removed.
- 21:18It's not completely implausible at this point, the way that things are going right now.
- 21:22So we'll pick it up after a short break and maybe try and touch on some lighter topics and bring you a little bit of better news, but we are going to continue to talk about activist judges and how they keep sticking their nose in HHS business.
- 21:37So stay tuned.

- 23:56Hello and welcome back to the Nurses Report here on the America Out Loud Network.
- 24:00I'm your host, Nurse David Wayne, joined by nurses Nicole and Ashley.
- 24:04Prior to the break, and in fact, in an entire prior episode, we were talking about radical activist judges and the ACIP meeting by the CDC that was scheduled to talk about diagnosis codes and vaccine injuries.
- 24:20And before we talk about more activist judges going after HHS, we want to talk about what this looks like at the human level and and what's what this actually means for people.
- 24:32And I guess I'll just tag in Nicole at this point.
- 24:36So as someone who heavily is involved with the vaccine injured community and you know came about through the pandemic, seeing what happened when the COVID-19 vaccine was given to people and how it harmed them.
- 24:48This meeting was extremely important.
- 24:50And I just want to say straight out the gate that the vaccine injured community, the best word to describe what has happened to them is they've been abandoned, completely abandoned.
- 24:58They were told that this was a safe and effective product, that they were, you know, gonna be a team player, roll up your sleeve, you know, two weeks to flatten the curve, go ahead and get it.
- 25:07And people felt that they were doing the right thing.
- 25:09A lot of them were cohorced.
- 25:11A lot of them will tell you that they wish that they didn't get the vaccine.
- 25:14And so what this did when it shut the ACEP meeting down was silence, silence the voice of those who have already been censored and gaslit.
- 25:24I'm extremely passionate about it, and I'll try not to cry about it because I I am very close with some of these people who I literally get to see watch fade away and you know plead for some sort of normalcy, some sort of life that they can live, and they're not asking for much.
- 25:39They're asking to be acknowledged, they're asking to be looked at as a human being.
- 25:45And unfortunately, the vaccine injured is it's it's just a problem, right?
- 25:50Physicians are not doing it, they don't want to put their name on it.
- 25:53A lot of them have been reported, and even just setting that aside, a lot of them are very uneducated.
- 25:58So for those of you that are listening that work in the healthcare field that are providers and even healthcare workers, we are not educated enough, and that's half the issue.
- 26:06The ACP meeting was going to highlight some of the most severe cases of vaccine injury, those that are still with us and some that are not.
- 26:16And it is so important that those stories are heard so that the general public can hear what has happened to actual human beings, actual people that we interact with in society and show you what this looks like.
- 26:29Now, is it on a mass scale?
- 26:30Is it affecting everyone this way by the grace?
- 26:33No, not that we can see currently, but that does not mean that they don't exist.
- 26:36And so this was an opportunity to elevate voices.
- 26:39This was an opportunity to put stories out there.
- 26:42And one in particular, you know, and again, you know, not going to spend too much time, but one in particular is Cody Hudson out of the state of Florida.
- 26:50I have been working with his mother, Heather Hudson, since 2022, 2023.
- 26:55She is the author of Cody's Law, which is a bill proposal that she put forward to identify that vaccine injuries exist because her son perfect health, however, does have autism and was talked into getting the vaccine uh by a family member in healthcare.
- 27:10And that has destroyed his life.
- 27:11He is currently on day 23 in the hospital with his fifth stroke and going through a massive caps crisis or you know phospolipid syndrome, and his is catastrophic right now.
- 27:23He has his blood cells attacking it, and his blood cells are breaking down.
- 27:27It's a form of hemolytic anemia, and basically his vitals and everything look kind of normal, but he looks blue, he's short of breath, he's fatigued, he has chest pain, and the physicians don't know what to do with him.
- 27:39So this is the other thing that the ACEP was really important and could have shed light on, is to show people what these vaccine injuries look like.
- 27:48And they're not all the same.
- 27:49Some of them have microclotting, some of them have neurological issues, some of them have cardiac issues.
- 27:54This is why it's so hard to diagnose and identify these individuals and also get them help.
- 28:00But if we make it more mainstream, if we allow the conversation to happen, then there may be more people willing to have the conversation.
- 28:08When we're in a hospital and I'm sitting with Heather and Cody, and the physician has no clue who's a hematologist what hemolytic anemia can look like in a patient that has antiphospholipid syndrome.
- 28:20That's a problem.
- 28:21Now, we can't learn everything.
- 28:23But also they're too afraid to learn because then it requires you to do things outside the box.
- 28:29Go outside the protocols, go outside the guidelines, and then when it comes to treatment, most of it is off-label use.
- 28:35I literally just got a phone call from Heather just now saying, you know, she needs to talk because Cody is being denied certain things because it's off label.
- 28:44And this is where the right to try should be allowed.
- 28:48And so it's so multifaceted, and it's something that people just didn't think the ACIP was such a big deal.
- 28:55They just say, I don't know.
- 28:56We had a public comic section that people could write in.
- 29:00And out of 37 million people that we have in the United States, they only had over 2,000 comments.
- 29:06Like, there's so many people affected, but not as many people are engaged.
- 29:09I don't think they understood the importance of what this looked like.
- 29:12So it's definitely something that we need to continue to talk about to show that these people exist, and not just injuries, but those of COVID that were not diagnosed appropriately and treated appropriately because of the protocols that were in place.
- 29:23The victims have been so gaslit, and it's also just infuriating to see them villainized and smeared as being anti-vaxxers.
- 29:32Like these people literally took the vaccine and they're being called anti-vaxxers.
- 29:37It makes no logical sense.
- 29:39And it's it's just heartbreaking.
- 29:41It's heartbreaking to hear stories like Cody's.
- 29:44All these people that we know are vaccine injured.
- 29:48There are so many of them out there.
- 29:50We know that Pfizer knows about it.
- 29:52We know that the FDA knows about it.
- 29:54But our systems, these doctors, when they have a patient in front of them who has been in.
- 30:00Injured by a vaccine, they don't have a diagnosis code to capture that in the system.
- 30:05So we don't have good population level data about this.
- 30:08Meanwhile, if you're on my psych unit, there are about 70 different diagnosis codes for depression, but COVID vaccine injuries, of which we know for a fact there are so many like myocarditis and menstrual cycle changes and pots and all that.
- 30:23None.
- 30:23Zero.
- 30:24Zero.
- 30:24So this committee was going to talk about it, but then a radical activist judge who has also issued rulings such as stopping the Trump administration from deporting violent illegal immigrants across the entire country stepped in and said, nah, no, not on my watch.
- 30:42I'm not letting this happen.
- 30:44Ashley.
- 30:44One of the things.
- 30:46So there's two things really, and they kind of coincide.
- 30:48Number one, with the comments being so low.
- 30:51I I think that that is in part just burnout and exhaustion.
- 30:56I think that so many of the people that know that the proximity was so close to the COVID vaccine, that was the only thing that changed in their life, etc.
- 31:06etc.
- 31:06I think they are so beaten down and burnt out, and it's almost like if I keep advocating and saying, hey, this is where it's at, it's almost gonna hurt them worse because it's just that constant sense of betrayal and lack of support.
- 31:21And so, you know, if they just kind of ignore it themselves, then they don't have to deal with the fact that they're being completely betrayed by the entire medical system.
- 31:30The other aspect of that is, you know, Nicole said that by the grace of God, this isn't extremely common.
- 31:39Well, I think that I think it probably is more common than most people realize, but with the level of autoimmunity and the level of chronic condition that we have in the United States anymore.
- 31:51We we probably just see this as normal.
- 31:54It's just like the way cancer rates have skyrocketed and everything else.
- 31:57It's easy to pass it off as they just you know, we're we're unhealthy or had bad luck or cancer.
- 32:03Can blame it.
- 32:04It's a mystery, who knows?
- 32:06Can blame it on other things, and there's no investigation or thought to it because how could it ever be the safe and effective COVID vaccine?
- 32:14It's God send.
- 32:15I mean, how would we have survived COVID without it?
- 32:17How could it be the safe and effective COVID vaccine that Pfizer knew had massive amounts of DNA contamination where they put SV40 promoters that had already previously caused massive cancer outbreaks with the 1980s and 60s polio vaccine?
- 32:32What a mystery.
- 32:33Where could all these cancers be coming from?
- 32:35You conspiracy theorists.
- 32:37I wonder why the CDC hasn't released updated cancer data since the COVID vaccine mass rollout.
- 32:44That's kind of weird, especially now that we have you know RFK Jr.
- 32:49in Washington, but if they release that data, they've had so much time to game it at this point.
- 32:55Would it even be something you would trust?
- 32:58It's it's it's interesting to see that controversy unfolding.
- 33:02Have cancer rates gone through the roof since the COVID vaccines rolled out.
- 33:07You have some people who say absolutely yes, you have some people who say, nah, the data's not there.
- 33:13One of the data points that Edward Dowd looked at that I think is really interesting is looking at billing for chemotherapy drugs through the freaking roof since the COVID vaccines came out.
- 33:25So there are ways to get data.
- 33:27I saw a graphic today.
- 33:28I was researching something about the German parliament going through and and reviewing some testimony, and one of the comments on X, so give it whatever level of credence you want, reportedly was from Steve Kirsch, and it showed like five or six countries, the US was not included, but UK, Japan, France, all of their cancer rates were going up.
- 33:54And there were lots of comments that talked about like you can't trust this data, where did you get it from?
- 33:58It doesn't account for, you know, all the people who you know died of COVID instead of cancer.
- 34:05And and there was a lot of controversy around that, but it's really interesting.
- 34:10Wouldn't you think the people that were going to be more susceptible to cancer and have that comorbidity where it started out would have died early in COVID, and then what we have left, like that kind of quote cold the herd, that's a farm term when you get rid of the the old sick cows.
- 34:25But COVID would essentially have wiped out those populations that were more vulnerable to cancer, and then now we have these upticks in cancer that are pretty significant.
- 34:37I mean, well, what's scary is they're already significant, and when you look back at the prior scandal regarding SV 40 contamination in vaccines, that was like affecting over the course of decades cancer rates that they could tie back to that contamination.
- 34:54And when it was really starting to cause an uptick, that's when they shut down research on that incident with the uh polio vaccines.
- 35:03So really a person could speculate that we're just getting going with this current possible pandemic of cancer cases that can be tied to COVID vaccines.
- 35:12But we do know that all these pharmaceutical companies are super excited about developing biologics to treat cancer.
- 35:19They see that as the path forward for their businesses, and those things alone really tell you all you need to know about the situation that we're in.
- 35:28And cancer vaccines, customized cancer vaccines, customizable cancer vaccines, yeah.
- 35:34Um you can follow the incentives and you can kind of figure out when the science is so cloudy and it's hard to make sense of what's going on, and we know that the data is complete garbage and it's biased and the data chains are broken, and we have all these bad actors messing with the data.
- 35:53Just kind of look at what the Pfizer board is excited about to figure out what's going on.
- 35:59And who they're the big corporations are buying up, you know.
- 36:02We've seen a lot of acquisitions, which I think happens normally, but when they tend to go in spurts, it's like, okay, this is what's coming next.
- 36:10They all believe all the big pharma ghouls who have lied for profits and piled up the bodies over and over again, they all believe that rates of cancer are going to be skyrocketing in the future.
- 36:23You can tell they believe that by the investments that they're making by the products that they have in the pipeline.
- 36:29So do the math.
- 36:30The writings right there on the wall.
- 36:32Currently, we have how many major pharmaceutical companies that are investing in oncology treatments, immunotherapy, quick Google search.
- 36:42We have AstraZeneca, Pfizer, is it Roche, Merck, Bristol Myers, Navartis, Gilead Sciences?
- 36:51It's just the tip of the iceberg that they're all focusing on immunotherapy, radio pharmaceuticals, and other therapies specific to actual cancer that we know also came about with cardiovascular treatment since we've had so many with heart issues after intense COVID not treated correctly, and or the COVID-19 vaccines, a lot of these companies are also investing in cardiac type medications and or therapies for those that have weak hearts or at some point possibly maybe even transplant because of how bad their hearts have gotten with the vaccine injuries that are not being addressed, and or the long COVID that was not treated correctly and they were gaslit and didn't get the treatment.
- 37:37Anything more to add on this topic, Ashley.
- 37:39I could go for days.
- 37:42Indiana, our governor just dumped a whole bunch of money into life sciences, like I can't remember what they called it, but basically we're dumping a ton of money into the development of the pharmaceutical industry here in Indiana.
- 37:57And so it's gonna be really interesting running an organization.
- 38:01I know that my work is gonna become increasingly more difficult.
- 38:04We saw a big push to get rid of compounding pharmacies and restrict their ability to do different medications all over GLP ones because guess what?
- 38:14You like profits.
- 38:16Mm-hmm.
- 38:17Right here in Indiana.
- 38:19So anyway, let's continue.
- 38:21All right.
- 38:22So along the theme of activist judges and the Department of Health and Human Services, I want to introduce you to Judge Mustafa Tahir Kasubahi.
- 38:32This is a judge who is the child of Muslim immigrants from Mumbai.
- 38:36He grew up in Kami, California.
- 38:38He says he's not a Marxist, but he tends to quote Marx a lot and he really likes Marxist ideas.
- 38:44In 2018, he became the first Muslim American to serve on the federal bench in any capacity.
- 38:50And in 2023, Biden made him the third Muslim lifetime federal judge in US history.
- 38:57Biden liked him because this judge called DEI the heart and soul of the court system.
- 39:03Let me repeat that.
- 39:04Diversity, equity, and inclusion are the heart and soul of the court system, not truth, not justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- 39:13It reminds me of the case we did about Kurt Benschouf.
- 39:17That was an amazing episode where we outlined how there was this conservative father who was a COVID dissident who believed in the Constitution and radical judges out in the Seattle area took away his child and sent him to prison for 11 years for the crime of being a COVID dissident who believes in the Constitution.
- 39:39Meanwhile, violent criminals run around directly outside the courthouse and maim people over and over, and they do not they do not go to jail.
- 39:48They don't go to prison.
- 39:50They're let out.
- 39:51Okay.
- 39:51And before I get too fired up on that one, so why am I bringing up this judge who cares about Judge Kasubahi?
- 39:59Well, he got in.
- 40:00Involved with HHS.
- 40:01He decided that RFK Jr.
- 40:05was wrong when RFK Jr.
- 40:07decided that the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services was no longer going to pay for the mutilation of children under the religion of gender ideology.
- 40:18To refresh your memory, back in December of 2025, uh this huge report came out from HHS that explained unequivocally in great detail why mutilating children in the name of radical gender ideology is bad.
- 40:35This is a medical practice that has never been supported by evidence.
- 40:40You don't need to be a doctor or have a bunch of initials after your name to understand that when a child who is going through the identity crisis of puberty says that they're uncomfortable in their body, maybe you shouldn't go after them with hormones and scalpels that will leave them permanently infertile that will cause permanent sexual dysfunction that will medicalize them for life that often have incredibly dire side effects.
- 41:06But here we are.
- 41:07Now we have this judge.
- 41:08This judge has decided that RFK Jr.
- 41:12cannot use CMS payments as leverage to stop hospitals from doing this.
- 41:19Does this remind you guys of anything that happened during COVID?
- 41:23Or what are your initial thoughts on this?
- 41:25I mean, I just like let's contrast things here.
- 41:29We can maim children, but we can't help the people who took the vaccine to flatten the curve, who are genuinely dying, genuinely dying.
- 41:43Right.
- 41:43It is something make it make sense.
- 41:46I feel like it's an intentional.
- 41:47I feel like it's intentional though, right?
- 41:49The more we harm weaken these systems of communities that we have, kill them off.
- 41:56You know, why at this point, you know, Canada's already ahead of us with MAD.
- 42:00They're just shoveling them off, you know.
- 42:02So it's true.
- 42:03Ashley makes a very valid point.
- 42:04And this is something that should really outrage more people than it has.
- 42:07Fortunately, this is the this is the gripe we have.
- 42:10Not enough people are angry enough to raise the alarm on this various subjects.
- 42:15And it goes right back to what Dave was talking about earlier with Bill Gates and Epstein and these bankers and the people who just consider us what do they call us feeders?
- 42:24Yep, useless to just here breathing the good oxygen that they could have and eating, you know, you know, their food.
- 42:30Okay, let's continue.
- 42:32Okay, so CMS payments were the carrots and the stick of the entire COVID pandemic.
- 42:38That's why when I went off on a rant earlier in one of these two episodes, that was maybe the prior episode, but when I talked about how all this was pre-planned years in advance and how they knew exactly what they were doing, and none of this was a mistake.
- 42:52Part of that picture is how CMS leveraged reimbursement to make hospitals across the country do what they wanted in response to the COVID pandemic.
- 43:03So that's why we had no early treatments.
- 43:06That's why so many people got remdesivere.
- 43:08That's why so many people were ventilated.
- 43:10It was because hospitals during the pandemic shut down their elective surgeries, they were losing something like 50 billion dollars a month collectively, and CMS came in and said, hey, you can actually make profits if you just follow these guidelines for reimbursement and put all your patients on Remdesivere, slap them in the ICU and ventilate them.
- 43:31And all of a sudden, these hospitals went from being that far in the hole to making record profits.
- 43:36So CMS was the carrot of the pandemic, and when it came to COVID vaccine mandates, they were also the stick.
- 43:43They are the ones who told hospitals, hey, all your staff need to be vaccinated or you're not getting CMS money anymore.
- 43:49That is why all the hospitals in lockstep implemented their COVID vaccine mandates because no hospital can exist without CMS payments.
- 44:00So now RFK Jr.
- 44:02has used that exact same mechanism.
- 44:04Hey, we're not going to give hospitals taxpayer money from the centers for Medicare and Medicaid services when they're mutilating children in the name of this radical gender ideology.
- 44:17No more hormones, no more scalpels, or you don't get any Medicare and Medicaid money.
- 44:22And enter this judge.
- 44:24No, no, you can't do that.
- 44:26Where where was this guy during COVID vaccine mandates?
- 44:29It's the exact same mechanism, and apparently he was on board of with all that.
- 44:34But again, it's that incredibly hypocritical my body, my choice.
- 44:38All right, am I displaying some hypocrisy there?
- 44:41If a child says, like, hey, I don't like my 15-year-old body, I'm getting hair in weird places, and I don't like these new things that are getting bigger.
- 44:50Is it my body, my choice?
- 44:52Should they be able to have those body parts lopped off or be given hormones that change how they're maturing?
- 44:58What do you guys think?
- 45:00I think it's one of those things that it just puts more power in the wrong hands and causes a lot of disruption and uh how we're getting things done because it's it's being taken advantage, manipulated, and it's just it's just causing more problems, more delays, and overreach.
- 45:16I actually never like the government interfering in the doctor-patient relationship.
- 45:20So there is a part of me that doesn't like things like this, but at the same time, this is a layup because again, there is no evidence base to support this.
- 45:31The entire evidence base suggests that this is incredibly damaging to these children.
- 45:37So, Ashley, where are you at?
- 45:38What does the libertarian part of your brain feel about uh the government essentially interfering in the doctor-patient relationship?
- 45:46Should these blue-haired obese doctors who go by they them be allowed to carve up their patients like this?
- 45:54I think there needs to be accountability.
- 45:56I mean, I I don't think we should have ever gotten to this point, and we should be seeing enough information coming back about these kids who are regretting this, who are having chronic infections, you know.
- 46:07What are the ICD codes there for permanent injury or disfigurement or whatever?
- 46:14They talk about how you know a lot of these people get UTIs and everything like that.
- 46:18Where are those ICD-10 codes?
- 46:20How much are we seeing these issues come up?
- 46:22Where is the liability?
- 46:24Because this would correct course without the government having to do anything.
- 46:27It would.
- 46:28The problem again lies in the fact that we have these activist judges and these activist medical practitioners and the media, like not to be Debbie Downer, but the media is bought and paid for, and so they're of course not going to, you know, put this out there because we might get canceled on the fact that we say, hey, you know, maybe these I'm just gonna call it gender mutilation.
- 46:53Maybe these gender mutilation procedures are not working out so good.
- 47:00You know, these people are having issues with lymphedema in their arms, they're having chronic infections, they're not able to empty their bladders, they're having to do calfs.
- 47:09I mean, come on, man.
- 47:11Like and speaking of diagnosis codes, we know that a lot of these hospitals are actually submitting fraudulent diagnosis codes in order to get these treatments paid for for their patients.
- 47:23So, for example, they'll have a 16-year-old and they'll do hormones and surgeries on this person, and they'll submit insurance claims under the diagnosis of precocious puberty, which is puberty that happens to somebody when they're saying six, seven years old.
- 47:39So there are there's a lot of room to be able to take down the hospitals who are committing overt fraud and just mutilating children.
- 47:48But unfortunately, as we've talked about before, Pam Bondi as head of our Justice Department is wildly incompetent and or complicit with a lot of the crimes that are happening throughout our country right now.
- 48:01She again has all sorts of ties to Pfizer, and here we are.
- 48:05And it's what that's what's crazy is because we're they call it the Overton window, the what's publicly acceptable shifts.
- 48:12And you know, we've pulled back and we've made some conservative movement, but we haven't hit hard enough to where it's it's making effective change.
- 48:21We've still kind of stayed right inside this box.
- 48:23And all of those who are in favor of these, you know, kinds of procedures are just gonna pull it so far back.
- 48:31Really, the people have to mobilize, the people have to be fed up.
- 48:36They have to start standing their ground, they have to become educated.
- 48:39I'm gonna put a shameless plug in here.
- 48:41If you want to learn how to quote do politics without having to play the political game, it's all about accountability.
- 48:48It's all about not making an excuses.
- 48:50Go pick up resuscitating nursing.
- 48:52There may be jokes in there about bladder scanners that you won't understand, but the rest of it you can apply to your political adventure.
- 48:59Resuscitating nursing.com or just go on Amazon and search um my name and it should come up.
- 49:05So get out there and get some work done, guys.
- 49:07Well, even though this judge put this injunction in place and shut this down from HHS, we actually see a lot of hospitals acting independently to shut down their gender programs.
- 49:19They're doing it because they see the writing on the wall.
- 49:22They're identifying that they have enormous liability.
- 49:26We are starting to see some of the detransitioner lawsuits see wins even in liberal jurisdictions like New York.
- 49:34I hope there is an absolute avalanche of them.
- 49:37I'm kind of skeptical that that's going to happen for reasons that we've outlined on a prior episode.
- 49:43But it is good news that it's something like 40 hospitals at this point have shut down their gender programs or at least put them on pause as it regarding minors.
- 49:55But again, we're talking about minors.
- 49:57We're not talking about adults fear and adults.
- 50:00Go live your best life.
- 50:01We are we're talking about minors here.
- 50:03This has been some dark, dark territory, so I'm usually pretty bad about ending on a more hopefully funny or higher note, but I'm gonna try here with along the theme of judges, radical judges.
- 50:18We actually have a pretty based judge, and I want to talk about uh dissent that he made from a court case that came out of um Washington State.
- 50:30And I'm not gonna set up the situation because you'll kind of pick up what happened from what this judge wrote.
- 50:37So without further ado, this is Judge Van Dyke, who is a circuit court judge in his descent.
- 50:44Quote.
- 50:45This is a case about swinging dicks.
- 50:47The Christian owners of Olympus Spa, a traditional Korean women only nude spa, understandably don't want them in their spa.
- 50:56Their female employees and female clients don't want them in their spa either.
- 51:00But Washington State insists on them, and now so does the Ninth Circuit.
- 51:06You may think that swinging dicks shouldn't appear in a judicial opinion.
- 51:10You're not wrong.
- 51:11But as much as you might understandably be shocked and displeased to merely encounter that phrase in this opinion, I hope we can all agree that it is far more jarring for the unsuspecting and exposed women at Olympus Spa, some as young as 13 to be visually assaulted by the real thing.
- 51:28Sometimes it feels like the supposed adults in the room have collectively lost their minds.
- 51:33Woke regulators and complicit judges seem entirely willing, even eager to ignore the consequences that their Frankenstein social experiments impose on real women and young girls.
- 51:46I love this guy.
- 51:47This is amazing.
- 51:48And to give you guys just a little bit of background on this case, I think you can kinda pick it up from the context here, but there was a man who wanted to join the women in this women's only spa, and the spa owners didn't want him to, and so he sued and he won.
- 52:07Again, this is a dissent.
- 52:09So the man in this case won his right to go nude into this spa that also has 13-year-old girls in it.
- 52:19And I know we gotta wrap this up.
- 52:22I I think this is a good time to go over some quick definitions and to just make sure that we're all on the same page with things we're talking about here.
- 52:31We recognize that transgender adults exist and they have the right to a dignified life and good medical care and to not be bullied or harassed or anything like that, but that is completely different than a youth who is going through the normal identity crisis of puberty, and that is also completely different than an adult man with autognaphilia who gets off on exposing himself to women who have no choice or who likes to dress up as a woman or a caricature of women and adopt a perverted drag queen name and go and perform.
- 53:08These things are absolute opposites.
- 53:10An actual transgender person has incredible body dysmorphia.
- 53:15They do not like their body, they absolutely do not want the attention of a room full of people on their nude body.
- 53:23That is their worst nightmare.
- 53:24That is the complete opposite of a person with autogonophilia who wants that attention, who has a kink for it, who gets off on it.
- 53:31That's what this case is about.
- 53:32That's what Washington State has decided.
- 53:35Washington State has decided that the perverted men get to be in their nude with little girls swinging dicks.
- 53:42Ashley, thoughts.
- 53:44Way to intro, Dave.
- 53:45Thank you so much for that.
- 53:47I'm just I'm just gonna say, as a mom of four girls, I'm pretty sure I would snap.
- 53:54And it just might be that swinging dick that might catch the brunt end of it because I would lose it.
- 54:02Yeah, and then they would be charged with a hate crime, and that is exactly what they want.
- 54:05They want people to react with violence in situations like this because it lets them put more authoritarian controls in place.
- 54:12I'm gonna claim mental illness.
- 54:18Look at this nurse Ashley Grog who attacked this brave woman who just happened to have a penis in the spa with Ashley's daughter.
- 54:28That's that's what they want.
- 54:29They want people to uh react.
- 54:31But Dave, we have we we also have to there's so much.
- 54:34I have too much testosterone, Dave.
- 54:36I don't know if you've noticed this or not, but it was the testosterone that did it.
- 54:40I just my progesterone is low, my testosterone is high, I really should have been a man.
- 54:45And I acted like one.
- 54:47There's so much to unpack in all of what Dave just said came swinging out the gate with all kinds of You didn't prepare us, Dave, but what I do heard that was it.
- 54:58Well, there's some editing probably gonna have to do that.
- 55:02Literal tears.
- 55:03But what in all seriousness, it's crazy to me that women lose the right to be safe in protected areas that are vulnerable, and to think that this man was able man, man, we're saying it, you and man, to sue and win to be in a space where he's completely unhinged and inappropriately exposing himself to minors, you know.
- 55:27What in the world are we even talking about?
- 55:29So, like Ashley, I would gladly smile in my mugshot.
- 55:33My children don't go anywhere.
- 55:35We would be canceling memberships, we would be throwing that on the news, we would be making sure this individual knows you are not welcomed.
- 55:42We don't want to harm people and incite violence.
- 55:44That's not what I'm saying, but there's a time and a place, and you should not be doing that, and it should not be allowed.
- 55:49You can have your own space.
- 55:51Men, women, they whatever you want to do, but it's separate.
- 55:54It's not gonna be included.
- 55:55And I think that's because people stand for it because people allow it, and like you said, they're afraid to be called names and and be labeled as a bigot or whatever.
- 56:03It's no, it's just human decency that it's not okay.
- 56:08To me, it's wild.
- 56:09It's just it needs to be addressed and not it's not okay.
- 56:12My children would not, and I would gladly smile in my mugshot.
- 56:15So whoever's listening, take that as you will.
- 56:17I will do anything for my children or someone else's children, and we should all stand in solidarity in that.
- 56:23We should not allow this type of behavior to happen and be normalized under no circumstances.
- 56:30Get involved at the local level so that this doesn't happen in your neck of the woods.
- 56:34Until next time, this is Ben Nurses, Nicole, Ashley, and David.
- 56:39It's time.
