- 0:00Speaker 1: We did.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It was just unbelievable.
- 0:02Speaker 1: Final segment with Gino just he's talking about Big Five
- 0:04Speaker 1: from all that stuff. At the continuation of that here, uh,
- 0:07Speaker 1: final segment of the show. Here by the way, in
- 0:10Speaker 1: case you guys are wondering, who's been following the football
- 0:12Speaker 1: team this year? Nine in three Skylar Bell finalists for
- 0:16Speaker 1: the Belitnikoff Award. One of the three finalists for that,
- 0:19Speaker 1: Jim Moore, was adamant that Joe Finnano should be on
- 0:22Speaker 1: the stage of New York for the Heisman. Adamant, after
- 0:25Speaker 1: the wind Sunday, do you follow that game Saturday at all?
- 0:28Speaker 1: The wild?
- 0:28Speaker 2: I did me? I did. Somebody texted me when when
- 0:35Speaker 2: Fau went up forty five forty one. Somebody texted me
- 0:39Speaker 2: and they said, damn, I can't believe it. I said,
- 0:43Speaker 2: how much time one o'clock? And they said, because I
- 0:46Speaker 2: had to go, I forget where where I was on Saturday.
- 0:52Speaker 2: I said how much time one o'clock? I said two minutes.
- 0:56Speaker 2: I said, we're going to win because I trust this kid.
- 0:59Speaker 2: He's from Pennsylan, he's from Williamsport and he's Italian.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Mm hmm. So Chris the kid from Norwalk's pretty good too, yeah, running.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Yeah, But this kid, I think this is the biggest
- 1:12Speaker 2: story of Yukon sports this year so far is this kid. Oh.
- 1:19Speaker 2: I love to meet him someday. This kid came here
- 1:25Speaker 2: and supposedly he came from Maine, and he supposedly got
- 1:29Speaker 2: beat out like he had and he got beat out. Yeah, okay,
- 1:33Speaker 2: so he got beat out. Then the kid got hurt
- 1:35Speaker 2: and they put him back in. Then the following year
- 1:38Speaker 2: he got beat out again with another kid they brought in,
- 1:42Speaker 2: and then that kid got hurt and Joe went back in.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Anywhere else in today's world, that kid goes, I'm out
- 1:50Speaker 2: of here and goes to another school and tries to
- 1:54Speaker 2: figure it out. And that kid stayed here and he
- 1:57Speaker 2: did it the way he did it. And it's one
- 2:00Speaker 2: of the greatest seasons any quarterback has ever had. And
- 2:03Speaker 2: this is the first time in history that Yukon's won
- 2:05Speaker 2: nine football games two years in a row. Right, and
- 2:08Speaker 2: they've been playing football for a long time.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Right, It's only the third regular season they've won nine
- 2:15Speaker 1: games ninety eight where they won ten because they went
- 2:18Speaker 1: to the playoffs two thousand and three, they didn't even
- 2:20Speaker 1: go to a Bowl Game because there wasn't enough ball
- 2:23Speaker 1: games back then and then this year. But Joe is
- 2:27Speaker 1: like forty four yards away from breaking dan Orlowski single
- 2:29Speaker 1: season passing record. Yeah, it's pretty good. He's got a
- 2:32Speaker 1: thousand yard rusher, a thousand yard receiver in him.
- 2:36Speaker 2: But he'd have to throw ten interceptions in his next
- 2:38Speaker 2: game to tire Lawski for most interceptions. Well, how about
- 2:42Speaker 2: Orlavski's married to the sister of I'm sorry, married to
- 2:51Speaker 2: the daughter of a kid that was on my high
- 2:52Speaker 2: school basketball team. No, I mean my college basketball team. No,
- 2:55Speaker 2: do you know he's married to a harget On, you know,
- 2:57Speaker 2: Eddie hargot On. Yeah, Orlawski's married his daughter. I think,
- 3:03Speaker 2: how about that? Dan's doing crazy small world, right, So
- 3:07Speaker 2: we'll give him a hard time all the time, all right,
- 3:09Speaker 2: And now he's famous. He's on TV. You can't turn
- 3:12Speaker 2: on the TV without seeing Dan. I don't care what
- 3:15Speaker 2: because he's good at what he does. He's great at
- 3:17Speaker 2: what he does. He's fantastic. All right, Gino fantastics, thank
- 3:21Speaker 2: you for coming.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Happy Thanksgiving to everybody, and do it again Sunday.
- 3:25Speaker 2: We'll see you soon, all right, thank you.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Gino's going a nice quiet Thanksgiving this year. Do you
- 3:31Speaker 1: do you cook, by the way at all?
- 3:33Speaker 2: No, I don't, although I had to one year. I
- 3:36Speaker 2: think maybe Kathy wasn't wasn't wasn't feeling well or something.
- 3:44Speaker 2: I don't know, but I remember it was one holiday
- 3:46Speaker 2: when when I had to, when I had to cook.
- 3:50Speaker 1: All right, yeah, all right, we'll finish that though.
- 3:52Speaker 2: I don't know what the holiday was, but I made spaghetti.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Thanks for listening. We'll talk to your Sunday Men show
- 3:59Speaker 1: tomorrow night. Thank you, cunand
