Sarahn: Hello, beautiful people. Today is July the 1st, 2026, and today is the first day of a new month. It is also the beginning of the second half of the year. Congratulations, you have made it through the first half of this year with pride, with gratitude, and above all else, with joy. Today's calendar challenge is stand in a superhero pose. For 30 seconds. Sometimes you just have to remind yourself that you really are all that, that you are powerful beyond measure and that you can do anything. And sometimes embodying the physicality of courage and strength is the best reminder that we can give ourselves, whether that's through exercise, through meditation, through pushing our boundaries, or Just taking on a superhero pose. Our theme for this month is courage and confidence. So we are stepping boldly into our potential and honoring the powerful parts of who we are. We're taking small, brave steps, trusting our voice and celebrating every moment we choose courage. Today, choose courage and choose joy. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
