- 4:25I super appreciate it. Well, well done.
- 4:27Yeah, this is going to be a lot of fun.
- 4:29Hopefully people are going to get a lot of value out of this
- 4:31conversation because I'm here to help people in a in a dramatic
- 4:34way. So let's do it.
- 4:37Yeah, you're, you're very much welcome.
- 4:39You are here to help people. You were born to help people.
- 4:42And there's something I love to tell people.
- 4:44Help me to help you. So that is why the best, best
- 4:49strategy in business is win, win.
- 4:51You know, if I win and you win, it means you're helping me.
- 4:54That's right. To help you.
- 4:58Let's let's, let's go back to the beginning, right?
- 5:03All right. Take us back to that accident in
- 5:06Utah. Like what happened and what was
- 5:09the emotional and spiritual fallout like for you?
- 5:14Yeah, that was a, a crazy experience just because I, I,
- 5:17you know, grew up as an athlete, right?
- 5:19I ended up being a, a runner that was kind of my specialty.
- 5:21I, I loved running. It was much better at running
- 5:24than any other sport and just God gave me his natural talent
- 5:27to run. But I also read a book that was
- 5:29important to taught me about nutrition, how nutrition really
- 5:32fuels the body. So I use that as a, as a tool by
- 5:36running that my, most of my competition was eating, you
- 5:39know, hot dogs and pizza. And I'm, I'm feeling my body
- 5:42correctly and I always had a good finish at the end.
- 5:45And it got me full ride running scholarship to Division One
- 5:48school. And I was on my way to be a
- 5:49professional runner. That's what I had thought.
- 5:51And I just won an international race where I beat the best
- 5:56runners from 5 different countries.
- 5:58And I was just super excited. I'm like, OK, I'm, I'm on my
- 6:01way. I wanted to make the US Olympic
- 6:03team, which is coming up in another year.
- 6:05And I was out on a train run in Utah's went really snowy and
- 6:09cold and, and the roads were covered with the with the snow
- 6:14and we're out on a 10 mile run. So we're bundled up and hat on
- 6:18and out running and all of a sudden my friend yells my name
- 6:21and I turn around and just see this truck coming and like had
- 6:23nothing. I couldn't, didn't have time to
- 6:25jump out of the way like my friend did.
- 6:27And I said, I'm going to get hit and going to get hit.
- 6:29And this truck hit me right in the hip and then threw me, you
- 6:32know, 36 feet and boom, I landed on my face and it knocked me
- 6:37out. I'm literally here on this earth
- 6:40for a reason, because I should have died that day.
- 6:43I had a clogged throat from the blood that while I was laying on
- 6:48the ground unconscious that my, my throat was clogged.
- 6:52So if it wasn't for my friend to save my life that day by
- 6:56unclogging my throat, I would have perished that particular
- 7:00day. And you know, we, we can Fast
- 7:02forward to two weeks ago and I'll tell you another crazy
- 7:04story, but back-to-back to this one.
- 7:07It was like, man, it's so devastating because that was my
- 7:09whole life, right? My life had been for 10 years.
- 7:11I was training to be a professional runner and boom,
- 7:14immediately that my life had changed.
- 7:17Running was no longer a, a, an option.
- 7:21And so that became really tough, really tough mentally,
- 7:24physically, spiritually, everything.
- 7:27I went through a really difficult period of time on what
- 7:29what am I supposed to do now? Thank goodness I had a brother
- 7:32who was a mentor of mine. I think you know, in business is
- 7:35so important to have mentors and and.
- 7:38Advisors and. Multiple advisors, right?
- 7:41And you, you know that so well, right And so, you know, I, I did
- 7:46that in my, my work of life. I'm like, OK, my, I had that
- 7:50mentor and my brother helped me understand that.
- 7:53I thank goodness I had a good education.
- 7:57So when I was, even though I was a good runner, I did well in
- 8:00school too. So I fell back on my schooling.
- 8:02I got into my college degree and I go on into the corporate
- 8:05world. And then I did what the
- 8:06corporate, you know what the world tells you to do, right?
- 8:10The world, the world tells you to go, go to college, go get a
- 8:13job at a large corporation. You know, this is back in my
- 8:16day, right? This is, this is back 1520 years
- 8:19ago. And it was like, OK, you need to
- 8:21have a, a wife and three children and you need to have a
- 8:24house with a white picket fence. And you know, you need to have a
- 8:27dog and you need to, you need to play video games, you need to
- 8:30watch sports. And that's what the world told
- 8:32me to do. And I was good at all of that,
- 8:34right? I was good at drinking.
- 8:36You know, I drink, drink often. And I partied with my friends
- 8:40and I, I was really successful at my corporate sales job, but
- 8:44it was just not very not fulfilling for a long time.
- 8:48I'm really sad that I did that for so long of my life that I,
- 8:51that I did what the world told me to do rather than what the
- 8:54Lord tells me to do. And then the pandemic hit and
- 8:57that's what just transitioned my entire life.
- 8:59So I call it the second truck that hit me because I had the
- 9:03same impact, right? That first truck was, was I was
- 9:07on my way to be a professor runner, right?
- 9:09Yeah. And that was a physical
- 9:11confrontation with A4 by 4 vehicle that almost ended my
- 9:14life. The second truck, it was the
- 9:17pandemic. And that reason why it was so
- 9:19impactful to my life was I'd lot, I'd been a corporate sales
- 9:23executive for a really long time.
- 9:24And when the pandemic hit, the I couldn't travel.
- 9:27I was in the middle of Oregon, which is not a big populated
- 9:31place. And they downsized the sales
- 9:35force and I was part of that downsizing.
- 9:38And I'm like, OK, yeah, I was a Portlander, right?
- 9:42I was actually over in Bend, OR at the time, which is in Central
- 9:47Oregon. Beautiful place to live and
- 9:48wonderful, wonderful place, but not there's not a lot of large
- 9:51corporations there that are need enterprise software, which is
- 9:54what my specialty was. So I'd lost my job and it was
- 9:58like, Oh my gosh, this is the first time in my life that I had
- 10:01had time to do research. And so I taught myself how to
- 10:05research. And when I one of those things I
- 10:08loved, I loved health, right, Being a runner when I was young
- 10:11and I was worried about my family.
- 10:13Like everybody was like, how do you stay healthy during this
- 10:15COVID arena? And I just started digging in a
- 10:19research and one, I remember the one doctor that really woke me
- 10:22up because this one doctor was getting vilified for trying to
- 10:27help people. He was recommending vitamin D to
- 10:30help people. And I'm like, OK, they're suing
- 10:33this doctor. You know, the government was
- 10:35suing this doctor for multiple billions of dollars with a beat.
- 10:39And I was like, Oh my gosh, that's a lot of money, right?
- 10:42What is going on? Why are they, Why are they?
- 10:43This guy must be horrible, right?
- 10:45So and then what vitamin DI thought vitamin D was like from
- 10:48the sun? Why?
- 10:49Why would that be bad? So I started researching vitamin
- 10:52D, you know, did all the research.
- 10:53I'm like, OK, vitamin D is like amazing.
- 10:56It's not not bad for you at all. So that can't be it.
- 11:00So then maybe this doctor is a really bad dude, right?
- 11:03What's what's in the closet? Why are they are they going
- 11:06after this doctor? And I want I did as much
- 11:09research as I could find. I couldn't find anything wrong
- 11:12with the doctor. He's a holistic practitioner.
- 11:14He's helping people for his entire life.
- 11:16And he's just he's talking about how vitamin D could potentially
- 11:20help you with with the COVID. So I'm like, why is that bad?
- 11:24And then I started saying, why would they vilify him?
- 11:26Why would they sue him? And then that's when I uncovered
- 11:29the craziness about our healthcare system is it's all
- 11:32about money and it's not about helping people at the at the
- 11:37base of it, it's all about greed and cash.
- 11:41And they wanted to shut this guy up because he was talking about
- 11:45a potential solution that might help people.
- 11:47And they wanted people to not do that.
- 11:50They wanted people to do take the shots and do the things and
- 11:54it became one of those those areas when I started
- 11:57researching, it was like really pissed me off, but like there.
- 12:00Were a lot of conspiracy theories around?
- 12:03Yeah, there were a lot, right. But what was fun for me is that
- 12:08research is like, OK, so I uncovered in the United States,
- 12:12our, our system was kind of taken over in the early 1900s
- 12:16and our, our, the Rockefellers did this report called the
- 12:20Flexner Report. And that Flexner report was they
- 12:24used it in a nefarious way to to vilify all the holistic
- 12:28practitioners and then they used it to create these medical
- 12:32schools that were only teaching pharmaceutical based medication.
- 12:37So and you couldn't get a job as a doctor at that time if you
- 12:42didn't go through their medical school.
- 12:44So you had to be, in order to practise medicine, you had to go
- 12:46through their medical schools and their their medical schools
- 12:49only taught medicine based upon the pharmaceutical drugs.
- 12:56Yeah. So what was that?
- 12:59I said Orthodox medicine. Yeah, so they, they would only
- 13:04only do pill based medicine, right.
- 13:07And it was medicine that they could patent.
- 13:09So that's why that's why they did it because they couldn't
- 13:12patent how natural health nutrients like you, the stuff
- 13:15that comes from the Bible, the stuff I'm so passionate about
- 13:17now is they you you couldn't patent that.
- 13:21So they took over the healthcare system in the United States and
- 13:24then, you know, now it's really evident, you know, people call
- 13:27it big Pharma and they call it all sorts of different things.
- 13:30I call it the, you know, the medical medical deception, you
- 13:33know, because it's just that they, they've really done a
- 13:37great job of really deceiving people and United States has
- 13:40spends more money on healthcare than any country in the world.
- 13:44And we have one of the we have one of the worst healthcare
- 13:47systems in the world, right? We are you look at all the
- 13:50statistics and we're like at the bottom of the barrel.
- 13:52So it's just obviously we're not doing it correctly and we're
- 13:57help. We're just it's all about the
- 13:59farm. And then I started understanding
- 14:00how pharmaceutical companies, they really control a lot of our
- 14:06world today. They control a lot of the media.
- 14:09They control a lot of the. You read my mind.
- 14:12You read my mind. I'm like the controlled
- 14:14narratives that that's what, that's the way I put it, the
- 14:17controlled narratives, right? But you know, a quick backtrack
- 14:21to your origin story. It reminds me of something we
- 14:25say a lot in my home country. I'm from Nigeria originally.
- 14:30I migrated to the United Kingdom, even London.
- 14:33We say God, sorry, man proposes, but God disposes.
- 14:38That's what we tend to say a lot in Nigeria.
- 14:42Shout out to the audience from Nigeria.
- 14:45They, they, they've contributed so much to this show.
- 14:47And of course, this show is, has consistently been amongst the
- 14:52top 200 shows on Apple podcasts in, in Nigeria.
- 14:58So we talk about the conflict, the beliefs, the awakening,
- 15:05right? You have had a deep dive into
- 15:08medical and pharmaceutical systems.
- 15:11So what would you say that deep dive, that deep research has
- 15:15revealed and why has it ignited your mission that you are on
- 15:20today? Awesome question.
- 15:23Literally to me, I saw the deception and I saw the
- 15:26corruption that people are hiding things that are amazing
- 15:30for people. And so like that doctor, the
- 15:32first ones like they're, they're trying to shut him up to talk
- 15:35about vitamin D. So then I started looking at all
- 15:38different types of of solutions of like how can we help people,
- 15:41right? I initially wanted to just help
- 15:43my family, like I'm going to go create some solutions just going
- 15:46to help my family. And so I started looking at that
- 15:50solution to help my family. And one of the things that I was
- 15:54going to create some supplements.
- 15:55That was my first thought. I was going to go find these
- 15:58natural solutions that help people.
- 15:59But then I got introduced to this gentleman who's working on
- 16:02frequencies and then I started, he had these little skin patches
- 16:05that had frequencies on them that you'd apply to your body.
- 16:08And I'm like. Frequency patches.
- 16:11I have some of those. Yeah, you literally, we were
- 16:15talking before the show. You showed me some of those
- 16:17likes, but they're so weird. I'm like, OK, you're going to to
- 16:20put a patch, a sticker on your body.
- 16:22It's going to help you. I had no clue about how the body
- 16:26was made-up of energy. So I started doing.
- 16:28I started doing researching, Yeah, this biohack, you know,
- 16:31it's like, Oh my gosh, the body is amazing.
- 16:33It's literally made-up of energy and, and even down to the
- 16:37cellular level, our, our body cells interact with each other
- 16:42via vibration and those vibrations give off a frequency.
- 16:45I'm like, oh, wow, I didn't know that.
- 16:47I didn't. I thought frequency is a weird
- 16:49word, right? I'm like, what the heck is a
- 16:50frequency? But you know, frequencies aren't
- 16:52weird. There is cell phone you use uses
- 16:54a frequency. The radio you listen to, or at
- 16:56least back in my day, we'd have an actual radio, right?
- 16:59And then, you know, just sound and colour.
- 17:01Those are frequencies. And so I'm not like, OK, so
- 17:04frequencies aren't weird. And then I fit, found out, did
- 17:08research on Doctor Emoto. Have you ever heard of Doctor
- 17:10Emoto? He's done some, he's done some
- 17:15really cool experiments in, he's a Japanese doctor and he did
- 17:20this, created this book called The Hidden Messages in Water,
- 17:23and he did these. Experiments and research on his.
- 17:25It's so cool then. There there's some fun stuff
- 17:28that you can you can research on him.
- 17:30He did his whole body of work on how external components have a
- 17:34physical impact on something else.
- 17:36Like he did these water experiments, these beautiful
- 17:38water crystal on this picture. Do you How do you spell the
- 17:41name? Because the name sounds familiar
- 17:44to me, E. EMOTO Masir Amoto Masuru Amoto
- 17:50Dr. Yeah, I think I've heard of him.
- 17:53And he's cool. He and one of the one of the
- 17:55experiments I like the best is his rice experiment.
- 17:58So he did this rice experiment for 30 days.
- 18:00He had these three jars of rice. And in the jars of rice, he had
- 18:04the same amount of water and the same amount of rice.
- 18:07And then he did this experiment where he would tell one jar of
- 18:11rice that he would love, I love you.
- 18:13I love this jar of rice. And the second one, he'd say, I
- 18:16hate you. He would swear at it.
- 18:18He'd get mad at this second jar of rice.
- 18:20And then the third jar he would ignore, right?
- 18:23And so he literally did this for 30 straight days.
- 18:27And at the end of 30 days, you see the the three different
- 18:30specimens, It's amazing. The one that he shared love for
- 18:34and cared for. It was white and it looked like,
- 18:37you know, looked like murky rice water.
- 18:41Whereas the one that he swore at and had bad intentions towards
- 18:44was disgustingly mouldy. It was just like what?
- 18:48And then you, the one that he ignored was almost as bad as the
- 18:51one that he was, was swearing at.
- 18:54And so it's crazy. And then I, I thought, oh, come
- 18:57on, that's can't happen. But then you go on YouTube and
- 19:02you see his experiments and people have replicated that
- 19:04experiment over and over and over.
- 19:06So it's something that that was the first time in my life I
- 19:09understood that with that external emotions and external
- 19:13things can have a physical impact on something else.
- 19:17And that was amazing to me. I'm like what that I didn't
- 19:20understand either. So then when I learned how
- 19:22important frequencies are and that you can have, you know,
- 19:26physical changes in external things and learning how the mind
- 19:32works and and how this mind body spirit connection is so
- 19:36important. That was really eye opening to
- 19:39me. So we created a company called
- 19:41QE strong that we have these skin patches, these little
- 19:44little patches, right, that have a frequency on them and they
- 19:47help you with different problems.
- 19:49So we have a a relief patch that helps you when you're you're
- 19:54having your back hurts and that type of thing.
- 19:57And then we have a energy 1. You know, we have all different
- 19:59types of solutions. But what got me so interested in
- 20:02now is like, Oh my gosh. My body spirit thing is so
- 20:05important. And after that, that second
- 20:09accident with the with COVID, the second truck wasn't really
- 20:13an accident, but that second truck that hit me, I really
- 20:15started my faith journey. I've been a Christian my entire
- 20:19life, but I'd never really done much with it.
- 20:21I'd, I'd go to church on Sunday and I enjoyed the service, but
- 20:24then I didn't think about church.
- 20:25You know, as soon as the door hit me in the butt, you know, I
- 20:28would leave. I wouldn't think about church
- 20:30the the entire time until next Sunday, but what I started to do
- 20:34was read the Bible every day. What is so I?
- 20:37I need to develop this approved. Yeah, Oh my gosh, I started
- 20:40developing this amazing relationship with God.
- 20:43I was like, I'd be instead of having a religion, I have a
- 20:46relationship now and this relationship is so powerful that
- 20:50I something I want everybody to understand that they can have
- 20:53that because that amazing. That's something that you just,
- 20:55it's indescribable, the feeling you have when you have a
- 20:58relationship with God and when you you have that.
- 21:02I started listening to him and asking him what he wants me to
- 21:05do. And literally he's directing my
- 21:06path, which is so incredibly amazing.
- 21:09And he's helping me help people. That's what he has me on this
- 21:12mission on Earth is to do is, is, you know, he wants me to
- 21:16help the world. And so I'm creating solutions.
- 21:20They're helping people. I did research on, on the Bible
- 21:23and there's like all these different herbs and superfoods
- 21:25in the Bible. I'm like praying to the Lord's
- 21:28like help me find a solution that no one's ever created that
- 21:31I can take to the world. And you know, I couldn't find
- 21:35anything. I found some amazing herbs and
- 21:36superfoods. There's there's a if someone
- 21:39wants to do some fun research, There's a, a balm of Gilead in
- 21:42the Bible that's mentioned. That's a healing balm.
- 21:45And you know, man, if I could find the bomb of Gilead, you
- 21:48know it would be, it would be the most amazing thing ever,
- 21:51right? Anybody has any problems, I'd go
- 21:52slap some some Bomb of Gilead on them.
- 21:55They'd be. The bomb of Gilead I I use the
- 22:00tiger bomb you know from. I'm looking for that I hope I'm
- 22:07the first person that finds it but anyway I did find some
- 22:10amazing herbs and superfoods in the Bible and but I couldn't
- 22:13find the right combination. But what the Lord is so good.
- 22:15He led me to this practitioner who is working had molecular
- 22:19hydrogen component that it's a capsule.
- 22:21When you stick it in your body, your body creates hydrogen.
- 22:25And when I started researching the health benefits of of
- 22:29hydrogen in the body, we took the seven best biblical herbs
- 22:33that I had been doing research on and combined it with the
- 22:37molecular hydrogen component to create this product called
- 22:40Exodus, right? So it's wow.
- 22:42So sorry to interrupt you you you mentioned 7 biblical herbs.
- 22:47I'm very curious to know what those 7 herbs are.
- 22:51Yeah, so that's so important because they they really give
- 22:54you the things that your body's lacking.
- 22:56So the first two are or organic barley grass and organic wheat
- 23:00grass. Those are two components that
- 23:03people did give you nutrients. So most people these days are
- 23:06our food is our food supply is messed up and make people are
- 23:10eating out all the time and they're not fueling their body
- 23:13well. So organic barley grass and
- 23:16wheat grass give you the nutrients instead of drinking a
- 23:18green shake every day, grinding up all these things, you can
- 23:21just use the capsule that we've created with barley grass and
- 23:24wheat grass. Those are the 1st 2:00.
- 23:25Then saffron is the most expensive element on earth.
- 23:28It's more expensive than gold, but saffron has a lot of health
- 23:32benefits and the one of them is stress relief.
- 23:35So a lot of people who are have anxiety and stress, you can use
- 23:40this saffron that's part of our product and just you feel good,
- 23:44you feel good, you don't feel anxious.
- 23:47It really is a nice benefit. And then it goes on to the other
- 23:52aloe. Aloe is got hundreds of health
- 23:55benefits, lot of gut health Vera.
- 23:58Yeah. So it's got aloe Vera in in.
- 24:00Yeah. It's a leaf actually.
- 24:02Which is where the. Where the health?
- 24:04That has a cream, the the IT has like, I don't know, it's a
- 24:09watercolour cream in it. That's right.
- 24:13You look at the actual leaf itself.
- 24:14It's green. Yeah, it's green.
- 24:16And you open it up and then it's got that.
- 24:19You know that. I don't know what to call it the
- 24:21juice. Mixer yeah, I don't know what
- 24:23yeah, exactly. And you can apply that topically
- 24:25to things, but we've we've taken that and put it in A to a
- 24:29capsule. So you get, I know it's really
- 24:31good for your stomach, really good for your health in in your
- 24:35gut health. So that's the that's the 4th 1.
- 24:39So organic barley grass, organic wheat grass, saffron aloe.
- 24:43And then I have cumin. Cumin is really a good for
- 24:46inflammation. So it supports the inflammation
- 24:49within the body with my podcast called I am Pain free.
- 24:53Our podcast, I talk a lot to holistic practitioners and they
- 24:57they've mentioned that the your health starts in your gut.
- 25:00So and inflammation is the source of all disease.
- 25:03So our product acumen is really good for that.
- 25:06But then also the last two are frankincense and myrrh, right?
- 25:11And meet people that have heard those terms mainly be from, from
- 25:15the Bible. Those are the two of the herbs
- 25:18that were gifts that were given to baby Jesus in the Bible.
- 25:21But when you look at them from a from a health perspective, they
- 25:25also complement the cumin, so they help with the inflammation
- 25:30reduction as well. So you combine, then you look at
- 25:33molecular hydrogen and what it does for people and you add
- 25:37those 7 biblical ingredients and they all enhance the
- 25:41effectiveness of what molecular hydrogen does.
- 25:44And that's, that's what I found so fascinating was molecular
- 25:47hydrogen. It's like, holy smokes, Hydrogen
- 25:49is like the base element that God made on this earth.
- 25:53I think it's the smallest element.
- 25:54You look at the periodic table, which if you go back.
- 25:56To hydrogen, hydrogen, lithium, berolium, boron, carbon,
- 26:02nitrogen, oxygen, fluorine, neon, sodium, potassium and
- 26:06calcium. Yeah.
- 26:09That's amazing that's amazing so that hydrogen right is is a
- 26:12really important element. The cool thing there's been
- 26:15thousands of scientific research done on hydrogen and So what we
- 26:22our capsules do is it you put it into your body and when it
- 26:25interacts, it's a magnesium complex.
- 26:27So when it interacts with your stomach, your the fluid creates
- 26:33molecular hydrogen. So it's a patented component
- 26:35that is super cool. And so when your body
- 26:39assimilates that molecular hydrogen, it creates these
- 26:42little micro nail bubbles inside your bloodstream and it connects
- 26:45to the free radicals, which in the bloodstream free radicals
- 26:48are bad. Those are the things you want to
- 26:50get rid of. Those are cells that are dying
- 26:52and, or just bad cells that shouldn't be there and it gets
- 26:55rid of them. So that's super cool.
- 26:57It's kind of like the garbage, you know, man, he gets rid of
- 27:00the bad stuff in your bloodstream.
- 27:01But then your mitochondrial process, which is the energy
- 27:05system within your body. The mitochondrial is what your,
- 27:09how your body produces energy. And so the hydrogen also helps
- 27:14the mitochondrial process work better.
- 27:17So it helps get rid of the bad and helps the good do better.
- 27:20So it's like really, really healthy for you.
- 27:23And so you combine those 7 biblical herbs that give you
- 27:26energy for the day, give you the nutrients you need, and then you
- 27:29combine it with reducing, you know, maybe some inflammation
- 27:33and, and helping with the stress response that this, this
- 27:37product. And then you add what molecular
- 27:39hydrogen does in the body. And there's really no other
- 27:42product on earth like this product.
- 27:44It's a phenomenal we have this mind body spirit connection that
- 27:49we think is very, very important.
- 27:51And remember, because I was doing all that research on
- 27:53frequency medicine and how important your mind is.
- 27:57And then obviously now my relationship with God.
- 28:00I really believe in this there there's a spirit element to our
- 28:03world. The mind, body spirit thing that
- 28:05a lot of people talk about is, is real in my mind.
- 28:08And we, we create a prayer guide that goes with every single
- 28:11product. And that it's really because we
- 28:13want you to, to state the intention we want.
- 28:16And a lot of people in the business world, you can, you can
- 28:19use your mind and you can, you can say, I'm going to verbally
- 28:22talk about my intention. I'm going to create a business
- 28:25that does XY and Z. And if you state those
- 28:28intentions and you write your permission down, there's really
- 28:31a lot of power in that, and a lot of.
- 28:33Understand that. Right, Yeah, you can manifest
- 28:35it. But with what I do is I create
- 28:38this intention that is you're going to verbalise with your
- 28:41mouth. And then we have a Bible verse,
- 28:43right, That that's related to health and then we want you to
- 28:46actually say a prayer. So you're combining your
- 28:49intention, the Bible verse and the prayer together.
- 28:51And that that combination really.
- 28:53And the Bible tells us there's power in the tongue, so you need
- 28:57to verbalise it out loud, right? And so if you verbalise it out
- 29:00loud, you have the right intentions and your mind is
- 29:03saying I am going to be healed. I am going to be, well, you're,
- 29:07you can actually make that happen because your mind is so
- 29:10powerful. It can literally have an effect.
- 29:12Your mind, it can without any drugs, it can have an physical
- 29:15effect on your body. So we combine the power of your
- 29:19mind, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the power of the the
- 29:23capsule inside your body to help you with your health.
- 29:26And it's really the first company I've ever seen that's
- 29:28doing doing that. And it's having a dramatic
- 29:30effect on people. The people who are using our
- 29:32product love it. It's really helping them in a
- 29:34dramatic way. I had a, a heart condition
- 29:37called bradycardia there. My heart was just beating really
- 29:40slow. And it had been for decades.
- 29:42So my heart rate was in the 30s, which is really, really low.
- 29:47And so I in the afternoon, I would always have to take a nap.
- 29:51And it really made me mad. So I'm like, come on, you know,
- 29:53I don't, I shouldn't have to take a nap because I got tired.
- 29:56I did. My body just didn't have enough
- 29:58oxygen. So I used Exodus and all of a
- 30:01sudden I have this natural energy that I don't need that I
- 30:05used to have to go get an extra, an extra four shot latte.
- 30:08You know, I loved lattes. I'd take one in the morning and
- 30:12in the afternoon about 2:00 if I didn't have my latte I would
- 30:15take. I would have to take a nap.
- 30:17But yes, I instead. Of.
- 30:19Caffeinate myself right? Just get all the caffeine and
- 30:22then later on in the evening, I would crash because I had all
- 30:26this caffeine. But now that I take Exodus, this
- 30:29is these capsules are just so amazing because it just it gives
- 30:32me those nutrients that I mentioned and then clears out my
- 30:36my bloodstream and gives me this natural energy that I don't feel
- 30:40tired. It's just so cool.
- 30:42It's just I get this nice sustained energy.
- 30:44I don't get this high and low and I never get this drop in
- 30:47energy. So it's just really fun to to
- 30:50talk to people about health and say, Hey, I, I want to help you
- 30:53not only with being successful and whatever you're trying to
- 30:56accomplish, right? Because you need to be healthy
- 30:59in order to do whatever you're doing.
- 31:01Yeah, if you don't have your health, you can't do your, you
- 31:04can't do your job, right. If you are in business and you
- 31:07have a mission to grind and to execute right you you need.
- 31:11Yeah. Yeah, literally if in order to
- 31:17do that, you need to be well. And so that's my mission, right.
- 31:21You're, you're on the, the outer and I'm on the beginning.
- 31:23And I'm saying, Hey, you got to take care of your body, right?
- 31:26Take care of your body. Let's get your body healthy.
- 31:29And then guess what? Then when your body's healthy,
- 31:32you can go make an impact on this world, right?
- 31:34And then I want to help people with their faith.
- 31:36If they're interested, right? Or let you know you're going to
- 31:38go help them with their business.
- 31:39I'm going to help them with their faith.
- 31:41You're helping with their business.
- 31:42Collaboration. We're going to we're going to
- 31:44grind and execute together, right?
- 31:46We're going to we're going to help people holistically from
- 31:49from beginning to end. So that that's my mission is I
- 31:52believe that honestly to God, I believe that he has me on this
- 31:57earth for a reason. 2 weeks ago is a perfect, perfect example of
- 32:02that. So if you want, I can go into
- 32:04that, that story, but that that's.
- 32:07Definitely that there is a reason for the season.
- 32:10There's a reason for the season, but I'm, I'm gonna, I'm gonna
- 32:13hold back on that because we need you to explain something
- 32:17burning for the audience, right? I need you to explain your
- 32:23concept of exit. The old you.
- 32:27What does that look like in a person's life?
- 32:30Right? And of course, you talk about
- 32:32the mind, body and soul connection.
- 32:35So how to you exit the old you and yeah.
- 32:41All of all of us, Just. Like you.
- 32:43Yeah, no, I appreciate that. Yeah, it's simple, right?
- 32:46Literally, it's because you can exit the old you by making a
- 32:50difference and making a change. And that change can be as simple
- 32:53as realisation that, Hey, I do need to make a change.
- 32:57I or I just not happy with the way things are going.
- 33:00And guess what, you're, you're. But God made you an incredible
- 33:05body. In fact, if you have, if you
- 33:07woke up today and you have breath in your lungs, guess
- 33:09what? God has a plan for your life.
- 33:11So you need to make an impact on this world because he has a plan
- 33:16for you. Just realise that he does have a
- 33:18plan for you. So then you're like, OK, if he
- 33:19has a plan for me, what is my plan?
- 33:21And then you start trying to find out what that plan is.
- 33:23But do if you, if you're not well healthy, then you're not
- 33:27going to have the mind that's going to be effective to do what
- 33:31you need to do. And you're, you're going to sit
- 33:33on the couch, you're going to Netflix all day and you're not
- 33:36going to do anything right. Couch potatoes.
- 33:39Yeah, it's exactly, it's just, but if you, if you realise that
- 33:43you have a mission, that God has given you a mission and you're
- 33:46like, you don't know what your mission is, let's go start
- 33:49trying to find that. But guess what?
- 33:50Let's start getting your body healthy so that then you can
- 33:54exit that old you and into the new you.
- 33:56And when you enter into the new you, it's absolutely phenomenal
- 34:00because you have more energy, you start feeling better and you
- 34:04start looking for your mission and your, your passion.
- 34:07And then when you find that passion, you've exited the old
- 34:11you and you have a you have a mission to go impact the world
- 34:14for good, right? We can do, we can make such a
- 34:16huge difference in this world, every single one of us, if we
- 34:19just work on it and we look at, we try to find our passion.
- 34:23And hey, maybe maybe your, you know, is to go create this
- 34:27amazing podcast that's going to be the top 1% of of podcast in
- 34:32in your. Category of the year.
- 34:36Yeah, that's what. That's amazing.
- 34:37Global top 3%. And yeah, we're heading for that
- 34:41top 1% before the end of 2025. And of course, I am manifesting
- 34:45it here, right here with you. We are on the exodus to global
- 34:50top 1%. And of course, Speaking of
- 34:52missions, right? When when God gives you a
- 34:55mission, he will give you a provision to actualize that
- 34:58mission. Wow.
- 35:01And you know, Speaking of a mission, right?
- 35:03Are you actually had a new provision 2 weeks ago?
- 35:09Let's talk about that provision. That's right all right, so let's
- 35:12this this set this up a little bit is like this is important
- 35:16because I mentioned brave that bradycardia condition earlier
- 35:19that bradycardia, you know, in your heart you have this upper
- 35:21chamber and you have a bottom chamber and the upper chamber is
- 35:24where your heart additionally start the beat starts from my
- 35:28heart was fluttering so much that it never did the first
- 35:31beat. So there's a backup system in
- 35:33your heart that my body body was using.
- 35:36So my body was using the backup and the backup is really slow.
- 35:39And but I operated that for a very long time and like 20 years
- 35:44or so. I operated that way.
- 35:46I remember when the doctor told me 20 years ago, So you can get
- 35:49a pacemaker now or you can just continue to live the way God,
- 35:52God made you. And down the road you can maybe
- 35:55look at something. So I didn't, I forgot about
- 35:57that. I literally had forgotten about
- 35:58it. So recently I went to go get a,
- 36:01a doctor, went to a doctor's visit and they just to get my
- 36:04blood work done. See how am, how am I doing with
- 36:06me? My supplements that I'm taking,
- 36:08Is that going to help me? And they're like, Oh my gosh,
- 36:10your heart rate is so low. Like, yeah, it's in the 30s.
- 36:14And they're like, well, I don't, there's something wrong.
- 36:17And so they did an EKG on my heart and they were freaking out
- 36:20about my heart. And they like, you need to go
- 36:22see a cardiologist. I'm like, man, I I remember
- 36:24like. Speaking of heart rates.
- 36:26This happened. I'm checking my resting heart
- 36:29rate. What was your resting heart
- 36:31rate? Yeah, it was in the low 30s,
- 36:33like 32 was my my heart rate. So it was really low.
- 36:37No ways. Yeah, she was freaking.
- 36:40Out. OK, now, now, now I'm afraid to
- 36:42call the I'm afraid to call me because it's more than double of
- 36:46of 30. So let's see.
- 36:48Yeah, double of 35. So do the math, yeah.
- 36:51Exactly. So it's like.
- 36:53Yeah, I'm on 70, yes, 70 right now.
- 36:55Most people are like that, right?
- 36:57What that's what your body's doing.
- 36:58So mine was just operating really low.
- 37:00That's why I got that tired in the afternoon and there you go
- 37:03there you go. I love it.
- 37:05But the the crazy thing about this is you know, that doctor
- 37:09told me this is a year ago. The doctor told me you should
- 37:11went through all these tests. The cardiologist says you need a
- 37:14pacemaker. You're you're an anomaly, but
- 37:16you should get a pacemaker. And I'm like, yeah, I was like,
- 37:19I'm going to try this naturally. So for a year, I spent thousands
- 37:22of dollars on different holistic treatments and, and, and
- 37:26supplements and trying to figure out a way to fix that upper
- 37:28Chamber of my heart so it would start beating.
- 37:31And then, you know, the story is a little long.
- 37:35I apologise, but this is, it's important because it's, it's a
- 37:37miracle. It literally is a miracle.
- 37:39I got, I, I got cancer diagnosed seven months ago.
- 37:44So after I tried to start fixing my, my heart, I got this cancer
- 37:48diagnosis called Melanoma. And, and I was like, they said I
- 37:52need to go get a removed. So I went to the surgeon.
- 37:56He says, OK, in order to remove it, you need, we need to do
- 37:58surgery. So they do an EKG on my heart
- 38:00and they're like, we can't do surgery on you.
- 38:02Your heart's not beating, you know, it's too slow.
- 38:05If we put you under sedation, your heart's going to fail.
- 38:08So we can't, we can't do surgery.
- 38:11So I'm like, oh, well, crap. So they sent me to another
- 38:13cardiologist, second cardiologist right in the, in
- 38:16the last year, He says you need to get a pacemaker.
- 38:19I'm like, ah, I don't want to do a pacemaker.
- 38:22And so I continue to try to do it on my own.
- 38:24My cancer spread and now I've got stage 3 three cancer, which
- 38:29is very dangerous. Melanoma is really, really a
- 38:32dangerous cancer because it can spread really, really quickly
- 38:36and you I I could be gone. A lot of people after it
- 38:39spreads, they only have a few months to live.
- 38:41Yeah, I'm already 7-8 months into this.
- 38:43I'm going to win this battle. I know it because.
- 38:45God. God has a plan.
- 38:46For me, but the crazy thing about this is I said no even
- 38:50after that, that second one. And they did, they end up doing
- 38:53surgery on my ankle to get my original Melanoma spot removed.
- 38:56And that went OK. But then I started talking to my
- 38:59oncologist about this problem on my, in my groyne.
- 39:02I've got a tumour and he's like, yeah, we might have to do
- 39:05surgery on that. And the only way we're going to
- 39:07do surgery is if your, your heart's better.
- 39:10So I had to go to 1/3 cardiologist and the third
- 39:12cardiologist says I need a pacemaker.
- 39:14So finally I said OK, OK, OK, I'm going to go.
- 39:17Get my pacemaker. So I go get my pacemaker, I'm
- 39:20laying on the the surgeon's table and lo and behold, when
- 39:26they hooked me all up my my backup, what had failed and my
- 39:31bottom Chamber of my heart was only thing that was beating and
- 39:34the bottom Chamber of her heart was really, really slow.
- 39:36So my heart rate was 28 when I went into the surgery and on the
- 39:42on the table, my heart failed. So I'm literally my lifespan had
- 39:48gone from, you know, my entire life to sitting, not laying on
- 39:52that table and my heart finally gave out.
- 39:55But what a miracle that I'm laying in an operating table
- 40:00with heart specialist that we're going to insert a pacemaker for
- 40:05me to get my heart beating more often.
- 40:08So they had a rush, a temporary one into my heart so my heart
- 40:11could even beat while they were trying to do the rest of the
- 40:15surgery. So then they did end up doing
- 40:17the surgery and they got my heart working again.
- 40:20And then? They backed off the pacemaker so
- 40:24it would try to get my heart to beat again and my heart wouldn't
- 40:27beat. So if it wasn't, if it wasn't
- 40:29for the pacemaker that's literally inside my body now, I
- 40:32would be be dead. So I think it, I mean, my, my
- 40:36opinion, I'm a Melanoma miracle. I've never would have gotten my
- 40:41heart fixed if I would not have gotten Melanoma.
- 40:45And so I would have continued to go on this path to just, I'm
- 40:47going to try to, I'm going to try to fix my heart naturally.
- 40:52And I would have, I would have died.
- 40:53My heart, my heart literally stopped.
- 40:55And the only reason I went to get it fixed was because of my
- 40:58Melanoma diagnosis. So in my opinion, God saved my
- 41:02life by me getting a diagnosis of cancer.
- 41:06And I went to, you know, now I have a, a new lease on life.
- 41:10I know, I know God has me here for a reason.
- 41:14There's no way that he saved, he saved me.
- 41:17I could have easily been, you know, I'm getting an upgrade.
- 41:19If I die, I'm getting an upgrade, right?
- 41:21I'm going to heaven. It's going to be amazing.
- 41:23But you know, he said, no, you're not done.
- 41:26And so he has a mission for me here on earth.
- 41:30And so I'm passionate about that mission and I'm really going to
- 41:32help people with their health. I'm really going to help people
- 41:35with their faith. So I'm building this
- 41:36organisation that that is is amazing.
- 41:39We have lots of resources and free resources for people to
- 41:42find information about biohacking.
- 41:44If you you want to understand how to make your body better,
- 41:47I'm going to give you all these resources that are ridiculously
- 41:50cool that are going to help you understand how to use red light
- 41:54therapy, how to use all these tools to make your, you know, do
- 41:56cold plunging. Why do you do cold plunge?
- 41:58I just did a cold plunge, you know, two hours ago, right?
- 42:01It's so, so amazing for your health.
- 42:04So all these things, I'm the cold.
- 42:05Plunging. It's it's a scary proposition.
- 42:10Very, very scary. It is.
- 42:13I think the the closest I've had to call plunging is like
- 42:17alternating hot and like extreme cold water in the winter months,
- 42:23right? You start, yeah, sort of feels
- 42:25like cold plunging. Of course, when you you have
- 42:28that warm bath in winter months and you know, the water coming
- 42:33from the tap is like ice cold. I think there is some sort of
- 42:37health benefits to it, but I don't know, I'm not a doctor,
- 42:41I'm not a medical practitioner, right?
- 42:43I guess we, we can pack that for, for, for later.
- 42:46But you know, Speaking of the organisation of the
- 42:48organisation, right? That's a, that there's a lot of
- 42:52censorship when it comes to natural health remedy, right?
- 42:57And it's actually a recurring theme in your own body of work.
- 43:01Who would you say is behind it? Why does it happen?
- 43:04And of course, how does it affect everyday people trying to
- 43:07achieve Wellness? That's what I'm so excited about
- 43:11now and the, the at least in the United States, finally we have
- 43:14this Make America Healthy Again initiative, right.
- 43:17We've gotten people into into the White House who are are
- 43:20really invested in trying to help people.
- 43:23So the big pharma thing is never going to go away because.
- 43:26My God, make America great again.
- 43:27Yeah. You're right, right, but the
- 43:30Maha one right. So Make America Healthy Again
- 43:33is, is an important initiative because people are making
- 43:37changes finally, but so the censorship isn't quite as bad as
- 43:41it used to be, but it's still there.
- 43:43So I just, I want to create these resources that people just
- 43:46go find information, right about what if you want to go learn
- 43:49what, what are the benefits of Co plunging?
- 43:51Right? When, why would, why is that
- 43:53help you? That's going to be, there's
- 43:54going to be a Co plunge section within my site.
- 43:57He's like, Oh yeah, here it is. Here's the Co plunging.
- 43:59Here's how you, you know, here's how people recommend.
- 44:01It's not me recommending. It's like, here's how the these
- 44:03amazing practitioners are recommending you do it.
- 44:06And here's the benefits you're going to get for doing it.
- 44:09But the kids are quite expensive that that drum.
- 44:13I don't know, it's quite expensive.
- 44:14I don't think it's it's easily accessible or affordable to the
- 44:19everyday person. So I just tried to do my own
- 44:22improvisation. No, that's you know what, you
- 44:25know, it's so perfect is I love that because I like to tell
- 44:27people that there's five things you can do for free, right?
- 44:30They can just just start there. If you do these five things and
- 44:34you, you do, you're going to start your help journey and
- 44:37they're free. So do at least these.
- 44:39And then when you do these five things and you start doing it
- 44:41consistently, you're going to be you're going to be hooked
- 44:44because you're going to start saying this is working.
- 44:46This is amazing. It's like they're simple.
- 44:48So let me run through them real quick.
- 44:49One is, is just hydration, right?
- 44:51Just getting the right button. Amount of water you need every
- 44:55day, right? You need.
- 44:58Exactly you, you need double, you know, if you're, I weigh
- 45:02about 200 lbs, so I need about 100 ounces of water, right?
- 45:05So half an ounce for everybody kind of body weight you are.
- 45:09So just get that hydration super important.
- 45:11Your body is made-up of 60% water.
- 45:13Get enough water and try to do filtered water, right.
- 45:16The the tap water is horrible, at least in the United States,
- 45:19right? There's there's fluorination in
- 45:21it and there's all sorts of crap inside your water.
- 45:24So get good water like you have a bottle that's filtered
- 45:27hopefully and then. Hopefully.
- 45:30Keywords, that's a key one. And then the second one is Sun,
- 45:37right, that vitamin D discussion, remember we talked.
- 45:40About that. Get outside in the 1st 40I.
- 45:43Come from a country we had summer all year long.
- 45:46So I I love my son. I'm sorry.
- 45:48Exactly it's very, very important for your skin right
- 45:51there. You get the vitamin D in your
- 45:53body and it really, you know, charges your body.
- 45:57It's it's phenomenal. So that one's free, right?
- 45:59You can go out and get that that fresh for the 1st 45 minutes of
- 46:02the day. It's called blue light and that
- 46:03blue light is very helpful. There's no UV rays.
- 46:06It's just very, very good light for you.
- 46:09And then I like to, when I go out and do my, my, my morning
- 46:13sun, I like to combine it with the other two that the other one
- 46:16is grounding. You take your socks and shoes
- 46:18off and get your feet on God's given earth, right?
- 46:21And that grounding is really, really important.
- 46:24It discharges the negative energy in your body and
- 46:26recharges it with good energy. And it's, it's phenomenal.
- 46:29It really works. I, my wife used to give me such
- 46:32a hard time because I hate it. I, I have really sensitive feet,
- 46:35so I didn't like to take off my shoes, right?
- 46:37I always wanted to have my shoes on.
- 46:38And then I started researching the benefits of grounding.
- 46:41I'm like, oh crap, I got to go do this.
- 46:44I can tell you a $5000 grounding mat and you can put it in your
- 46:47office and you can put your feet on that grounding mat and it
- 46:50will do the same thing. Why not why not just do it for
- 46:53free? Go outside your feet on God's
- 46:56given earth and it's going to do the same exact effect.
- 46:59So so do that right? It's free.
- 47:01And then the the 4th 1 is just breathing techniques, right?
- 47:05There's breathing techniques that you can do with like you
- 47:07said. I, I would, I mentioned earlier,
- 47:09God gave you this breath, right? He that's literally the first
- 47:12thing he did to man is he breathed his breath into into
- 47:16Adam. That was the first human that he
- 47:18ever created. And so we have this breath from
- 47:21God. And if you you got and if you
- 47:24can do these breathing techniques, there's a specific
- 47:27way you can do it, like 7 or 8 minutes long and you breathe.
- 47:31Breath work is actually very important.
- 47:33I have an episode on this podcast.
- 47:36Yeah, OK. Speaking about breath working
- 47:38stretches. It's perfect.
- 47:40With Cindy Hernandez. Yeah, that's awesome.
- 47:43So people go. Wim Hof is a very, very popular
- 47:46person who's who's got these things.
- 47:48They're just free. You can go research Wim Hof
- 47:51WIMHOFF, and he's got these techniques that are simple.
- 47:55You just do that for 7 minutes and it will extend your life for
- 47:59seven years. So why not add another seven
- 48:01years to your life, right? And all you're doing is
- 48:03breathing like, you know, can you breathe, right?
- 48:07Everybody listen to this can breathe.
- 48:08It's just so if you do this structured way, it just gets all
- 48:12this oxygen inside your body. And it was like, what?
- 48:15That's amazing since it's free. So there's four of them.
- 48:18And then the fifth one, it just just starts putting the right
- 48:21nutrients into your body, right. If you get the right nutrients
- 48:24in the body, God made his body so incredibly cool that if you
- 48:28give it the right nutrients, it will start healing itself.
- 48:31And so just start being conscious and try to get closer
- 48:35to the farm as possible. Get the Whole Foods and eat real
- 48:39foods from from the farm as close as you can get.
- 48:43Yeah, don't eat all this processed food, this ultra
- 48:45processed food. This is bad for us.
- 48:47And it's doesn't give you the nutrients you need.
- 48:50So anyway, that's my five thing man.
- 48:52Everybody can do those, right? Just start watching the the
- 48:56nutrients you eat. Get veg, fruit and vegetables
- 48:59and mainly, you know, vegetables and the the things that have
- 49:02nutrients or, you know, just just use Exodus, right?
- 49:05Exodus is going to give you a lot of the.
- 49:07Nutrients you need right? You can do that well, Exodus
- 49:11will take you to the Genesis and lead you to the Revelation the.
- 49:16Old you right? Leading to the revelation of
- 49:20your health journey. That's right.
- 49:22Is he allergic to the promised land?
- 49:24Right. That's the whole idea.
- 49:27Out of Egypt, into the promised land.
- 49:30Whoa, you. There.
- 49:32What I have a quick question. I have a quick question though,
- 49:34like you lot, you lot medical practitioners alternative.
- 49:40When I say medicine practitioners as well, I, I'm so
- 49:43sorry, no disrespect, but I, I feel like you lot don't place
- 49:50enough emphasis on exercise. You know, right, In terms of
- 49:56wholesome health and Wellness, you place a lot of emphasis on
- 50:01diet and nutrition. But I'd love for you to touch on
- 50:05the ultra important role of exercise.
- 50:08And of course you've been an ex athlete.
- 50:10I think that should be very important to you.
- 50:13It's very, very, very important to be honest.
- 50:15So I like I, I actually should say that.
- 50:17I guess I'd just start saying that a 6th 1 because my my my
- 50:22fifth one used to be walking right because that and maybe I
- 50:25just need to transaction that in as please.
- 50:28Please bring it The Sixth Sense so so that we can get to 7th
- 50:32heaven. Yeah, I need to have seven,
- 50:34right? I got to find 2.
- 50:35I got to find two more. So I guess I already found the
- 50:386th. So here the 6th is definitely
- 50:40walking, right? Walking is so.
- 50:41You know. You know the 7th 1.
- 50:43You know the 7th 1. I'm in what is it?
- 50:45What's my 7th 1? It's money, It's money.
- 50:49There you go. But that's not free.
- 50:52You got to handle that, right? But you can manifest it, right?
- 50:58Yeah, well, you have money, you're happy, don't worry.
- 51:02You do those first six things and then you're going to be able
- 51:04to make money. And if you don't do those first
- 51:06six, then you're you're. Why leave seven extra years
- 51:10where you cannot spend 7 extra millions?
- 51:14That's right, that's right. I love it so, but yeah, you
- 51:17know, I, I 100% agree that exercise is very, very, very
- 51:20important to your health. And, and I'm, I used to be a
- 51:23runner, right? And I used to hate when people
- 51:24called me a jogger because I'm like, I'm not a freaking jogger.
- 51:27I'm a runner, right? But now I'm a Walker, you know,
- 51:30it's even worse. Dirty Walker.
- 51:34Exactly a dirty Walker, but walking is so healthy because
- 51:37this literally gets your entire body moving and it's something
- 51:40everybody can do, right? Everybody can do.
- 51:42So you could combine the the sun you get in the morning, you
- 51:46could combine the grounding, you could buy the breath work and
- 51:49you could combine walking as as that.
- 51:51And there you go. You got 4 things you're doing
- 51:53all at once. So you don't have doesn't have
- 51:55to take you 2 hours to do your your routine.
- 51:57You can do it in a short half hour.
- 52:00You get your walking in, you get the breathing techniques done,
- 52:03you get some sun on your body, you ground your feet for five to
- 52:051015 minutes. Whatever you, whatever you can
- 52:08do and your health is going to transform.
- 52:10I promise you. It's amazing what you're going
- 52:13to see when you do that and do it consistently.
- 52:15And people are going to start saying that this guy is not
- 52:19crazy. He knows what he knows what he's
- 52:21talking about. It's not me.
- 52:22It's like I've learned this from all these holistic practitioners
- 52:25I'm working with. It's like every single one of
- 52:28them. I, if I would ask them, are
- 52:29these six things important to you?
- 52:31And they, every single one of them is going to say, yes, yes,
- 52:34that's important. Yes, that's an important yes.
- 52:36Every single one. There's not, there's not a doubt
- 52:39in my mind that any practitioner that you're going to that who
- 52:43understands how the human body works is going to say those
- 52:46things are great for you. What the problem is all most of
- 52:50our doctors in, in the United States anyway, they've been
- 52:54trained on in Western medicine and Western medicine, they, they
- 52:57go through 12 years of schooling and they get taught nutrition 1,
- 53:02you know, maybe 11 class out of 12 years.
- 53:05So do you think they remember anything about nutrition?
- 53:08No, they have no clue about nutrition and how that helps the
- 53:11body. And so they're, they're, they're
- 53:13just looking at their specialist in one particular, you know,
- 53:18expertise, which they're probably great at that.
- 53:20And that's why we need those people.
- 53:21Like I needed the heart specialist, right?
- 53:23Thank God for the God put heart specialist on this earth, right?
- 53:28Because they, they saved my life and I, I believe that God put me
- 53:31there and I believe that I'm a miracle because of that.
- 53:34So I still, I don't want to ever disparage the healthcare
- 53:40industry. The men and women who work in
- 53:42the healthcare industry are, are amazing, right?
- 53:45They really have a heart to help people and they're trying to
- 53:47help people, but the system is all messed up.
- 53:49So the system is just sent incentivized on money and not
- 53:53helping people. And I think there's a bit,
- 53:56there's a big change going on in the world.
- 53:57The people are opening up their eyes to 1, the corruption.
- 54:01But then two, just how bad our food system is, our food supply
- 54:05and how bad that is for you. And you see all the, all the
- 54:08charts of cancer going through the roof, diabetes is going
- 54:12through the roof. All these things are going
- 54:14through the roof that really bad because we're not taking care of
- 54:17ourselves. So once you start realising that
- 54:20you're like, oh, I can reverse cancer with just doing these
- 54:23things. I can reverse diabetes by doing
- 54:25these things. I can, you know, it's like you
- 54:27start looking at the all these things that you can do.
- 54:30And that's why I'm just going to be building this resource of
- 54:32information for people. It's give me really valuable
- 54:35information that people can have access to.
- 54:37And I'm going to have AI tools in there for it to help them
- 54:41research different components and, and give them
- 54:43recommendations, right? Meal plans and all different
- 54:46types of things. And just like, Hey, what, what
- 54:49do the experts say about this? What the experts say about this?
- 54:52And it's not going to be Rob. It's going to be me taking the
- 54:55best of all these amazing people who've been before who've
- 54:59already educated people on a lot of this information I'm
- 55:03gathering. The AI tool.
- 55:06Yeah, the AI tool's going to be amazing, right?
- 55:08It's going to be an AIAI biohacking tools and this
- 55:12Biohacking Ville community that I'm creating is going to be
- 55:17ridiculously cool because it's going to give people so much
- 55:20information that's that's going to help them the healthy, wise
- 55:23and, and physically and then mentally and then spiritually,
- 55:27right. So we have a spiritual
- 55:28connection and component in there.
- 55:29If that, if you're interested in that, right, you want to want to
- 55:31know why you should read the Bible.
- 55:33We're going to have information in there on that.
- 55:35As long as you want to come in and just learn about cold, cold
- 55:37plunge therapy or debris. Or you seem to be a cold plunge.
- 55:44Everything. We're we're going to make sure
- 55:46exercise is a bit is a big part of that.
- 55:50Whoa. And of course I am an AI
- 55:52enthusiast that of course, you know, you talk about cool.
- 55:54Do you know what is super cool is the fact that you are talking
- 55:57to AI? You can see my screen, the
- 56:00audience cannot see the initials, right?
- 56:02But what are my initials? Yo, Oh, AIDAIO.
- 56:09There you go. AI.
- 56:13I love it. I didn't even realise that I
- 56:16love it. You are the AI lion.
- 56:24I love it. Whoa.
- 56:27I always tell people that my parents knew the assignment.
- 56:30They knew this guy's going to love AI when it comes, you know,
- 56:33And they were like, oh, let's, let's, let's give him the
- 56:34initials. Let's codify it.
- 56:36There you go. Shout out to our parents.
- 56:39Yeah, exactly. They're they were smart before
- 56:42he even knew it. Right.
- 56:43I love it. You know, I I love, I love AI
- 56:47tools. I love the efficiency that AI
- 56:50gives you, right? Yeah.
- 56:52It can be used for good and for bad.
- 56:54Right. Yeah, but but I take the good
- 56:55side. That's my.
- 56:59That's my world, right? I'm like, hey, yes, it can be
- 57:02used for bad, but guess what? Let's figure out ways to use it
- 57:04for good and let's help people with it, right?
- 57:06Because some of this information is so buried and so complex and
- 57:09so hard to understand. It's like, you get these your
- 57:12blood, blood results right back, right?
- 57:14You get, you're like, what is all this, what all these things
- 57:17mean, right? But you can plug it into to AI
- 57:21and it tells you in a second, right, what it analyses your,
- 57:25your blood. And then you could take your
- 57:27genetics and do the same thing. So you start combining your
- 57:30blood work with your genetics and all the things that you can
- 57:33do. And then it's like, Oh, guess
- 57:34what, Maybe with your specific type of cancer, your you
- 57:37shouldn't be doing this. You should be doing that.
- 57:40You know, it's just there's so much information that's that's
- 57:42out there that's hard to understand.
- 57:44The AI can help us automate, right?
- 57:46Let's. Help us optimise people.
- 57:48Yeah, let's optimise people's health in a very positive way,
- 57:52give them the tools that they don't have and let's just help
- 57:56the world, right? Be a be a better place.
- 57:58And if we can have an impact, a positive impact on people's
- 58:01lives, it's going to just just snowball, right?
- 58:05And I believe that's, that's why I'm here on this earth is that
- 58:08he, he put me here to, to make a difference in people's health
- 58:11and in their fates. That's that's all I'm focused
- 58:14on. I'm going to build, I'm going to
- 58:15build biohacking Ville and it's going to be amazing.
- 58:17And if you want to use my supplements, great, because
- 58:20they're cool. They really help you a lot.
- 58:21If you want to use my skin patches, great, they're cool.
- 58:23They really help as well. But you know what, I'm here to
- 58:26help you. And if you have a certain health
- 58:28condition, and I have some information about that, that
- 58:31I've gathered, I want you to have access to it.
- 58:33And you know, I want you to be get to it for free.
- 58:35And I want you to just help yourself.
- 58:37And then guess what, you know, we'll, we'll find out ways to
- 58:40monetize this system over over time.
- 58:44But right now it's just like value.
- 58:45We want to provide a front, front load of value for people.
- 58:48And then, geez, there's going to be great things we can do,
- 58:50right? Maybe someone needs to go on a,
- 58:52on a trip to, to Mexico to do to get a treatment plant that they
- 58:56only do that treatment plant in Mexico.
- 58:58So maybe we facilitate trips there.
- 59:00There's all sorts of ways that I can monetize this in the future.
- 59:03But that's not the, that's not the goal.
- 59:05The goal is to let's go help people.
- 59:07And then as I'm helping people, God's going to provide.
- 59:10He'll provide a way. And I'm not sure what that way
- 59:13will be, but I know that He's going to provide it.
- 59:15So I'm just going to build it and it's going to be amazing.
- 59:18It's going to be a lot of fun. I love the value proposition,
- 59:21you know, and I had or would I say I said IT economics for my
- 59:26first degree and IT economics classic to others, money is a
- 59:30stall value. So if you offer value, you only
- 59:34deserve to receive our value in return.
- 59:37I'm going to pick you on something.
- 59:39You say you are a Walker, right? Is that the reason why you are
- 59:44Exodus strong? Because the children of Israel
- 59:48did walk? Yeah.
- 59:50Walking is just super important to me now.
- 59:52I, I, I used to run right before my cancer diagnosis, I would run
- 59:56three days a week. But with my specific tumour and
- 1:00:00cancer, I can't run right now. So hey, I walk and yeah, yeah,
- 1:00:04walking out of the, out of out of the, you know, the, the, the
- 1:00:08dungeon dungeons in, in Egypt, right?
- 1:00:11And, and into the promised land and, and they had to walk,
- 1:00:15right. They, they walked a really,
- 1:00:17really, really long time. So walking is.
- 1:00:19Has the name Exodus Strong? You know Nelson Madela wrote a
- 1:00:24book. The title of the book is A Long
- 1:00:27Walk to Freedom. I love it.
- 1:00:30I love it and I love I love to lift weights too, right.
- 1:00:32So I'm, I'm you can't tell. I'm not in bad shape for for 57.
- 1:00:37I like to lift weights and I think it's important, right?
- 1:00:40You lift weights and it's use up a lot of energy and you you
- 1:00:44build muscle. Muscle is way better than fat
- 1:00:46right inside. Your body.
- 1:00:48And so yeah, it's just, I'm having a blast doing, doing,
- 1:00:51just getting well right. And I, I am so much healthier
- 1:00:54than I was a year ago. Even though I have this
- 1:00:57diagnosis and I have this tumour in my body.
- 1:00:59My body is, I've turned it into a, a fighting machine.
- 1:01:03My body is fighting off anything that comes into my body and I'm
- 1:01:06going to fight off this cancer because I'm doing all the
- 1:01:09research, I'm doing all the things that I'm supposed to do
- 1:01:12and I'm getting the right treatments.
- 1:01:14And I'm not doing chemotherapy. I'm not doing things that are
- 1:01:18that are written radiation that the standard of care in the
- 1:01:21United States for cancer just sucks.
- 1:01:24So I'm doing immunotherapy for for my particular cancer, but
- 1:01:28I'm also doing a whole list of holistic treatments.
- 1:01:30And I'm just excited about learning all of this information
- 1:01:34because I'm meeting all these awesome, cool doctors who've
- 1:01:37been helping people for decades, right?
- 1:01:39So I'm able to learn from them and say, man, not only do I want
- 1:01:42to learn, but I want to, I'm going to pass it forward.
- 1:01:45I'm going to have this integrative oncology section
- 1:01:47within Biohackingville. Just like, hey, when people get
- 1:01:50diagnosed with cancer, guess what?
- 1:01:52You need to go find out this information for my specific
- 1:01:56version of Melanoma. I've got, you know, states free
- 1:01:59Melanoma and I have a BRAF mutation.
- 1:02:02You're like, what the heck is a BRAF mutation?
- 1:02:04BRAF mutation is just a genetic component.
- 1:02:06Love my particular version of cancer.
- 1:02:09And then what's crazy cool about this is you start researching
- 1:02:12about the BRAF mutation and I learned that I was on the wrong
- 1:02:16diet for the first six months of my, of my cancer regime.
- 1:02:20I was on a keto, keto diet and the BRAF mutation feeds off of
- 1:02:25saturated fat. So it feeds off of glucose.
- 1:02:28This is the first thing it feeds off of, which is sugar, right?
- 1:02:31So we talked about that sugar one.
- 1:02:34Cancer just feeds off of sugar. So good.
- 1:02:35Yeah, I immediately cut out all sugar.
- 1:02:38That's why I went on the keto diet.
- 1:02:40But the problem with my specific version of Melanoma, this BRAF
- 1:02:44mutation, it feeds off of saturated fat.
- 1:02:47And I eat a lot of saturated fat because the keto diet is high
- 1:02:50fat, low carbohydrate, right. So I was doing it wrong.
- 1:02:54I was feeding my cancer early on with saturated fats.
- 1:02:58I didn't know that. But see, the more information
- 1:03:01you learn about your specific situation, my specific body and
- 1:03:05my particular cancer, my gosh, there's so much good information
- 1:03:09out there. I'm like, Oh my gosh, I didn't
- 1:03:10realise. So now I'm on a, on a modified
- 1:03:12keto diet, taking out a lot of the saturated fats.
- 1:03:15So really low carbohydrates, no sucrose, you know, no sugars and
- 1:03:20the really low saturated fat. And guess what, you know, I know
- 1:03:23I'm going to win. God is going to me
- 1:03:24supernaturally or you know the I'm going to be healed through
- 1:03:28the doctors and practitioners like they did with my heart,
- 1:03:31right? These are making practitioners
- 1:03:33help me with my heart. And I'm interviewing these
- 1:03:36awesome practitioners and saying, Hey, how are you helping
- 1:03:38people? What are you doing?
- 1:03:39What's what should they do? And now that's fun.
- 1:03:42They're saying, well, you should go get this genetic test.
- 1:03:44You should go to get this. You should do that.
- 1:03:46And I don't want to just take it for me.
- 1:03:48I want to say great, you know, here, everybody else who gets
- 1:03:51cancer, come look, this is what this is what multiple doctors
- 1:03:55are recommending, you know, pick the ones you pick the one you
- 1:03:58want that that's, that's for you.
- 1:03:59And hey, guess what, if you have malignant Melanoma and you have
- 1:04:02the brass mutation, hook me up, I'll hook you up.
- 1:04:05I'm going to, I'm going to, I want to make sure you know what
- 1:04:08I know so you can, you can be better and be well.
- 1:04:12So that that's my going to be my contribution to, to society is,
- 1:04:16is putting together this amazing community of resources are going
- 1:04:20to help people in a dramatic way.
- 1:04:22And biohacking is super fun, right?
- 1:04:25Yeah, that's actually super fun. And you know, OK, across thought
- 1:04:32crossed my mind right before I talk about biohacking.
- 1:04:36One thing with biohacking is the whole radiation and frequency
- 1:04:43thing, right? So frequency medicine, which is
- 1:04:46actually not mainstream, right? I, I like for you to talk about
- 1:04:50what it is and how it has been a role in your healing.
- 1:04:54But before we delve into that, I remember you, you talked about
- 1:04:58having a low saturated fat diet and low carbs.
- 1:05:04And that reminds me of the Mediterranean diet, right?
- 1:05:08I've had the opportunity to to have to taste the Mediterranean
- 1:05:12cuisine and looking at the way they do their barbecues, for
- 1:05:18example, the meat is tasty and of course they serve it with a
- 1:05:22lot of salads, right. It looks really healthy and a
- 1:05:26lot of. Spices, right?
- 1:05:28Yeah, the the spices and it's, it's amazing to see how healthy
- 1:05:33food can be made to look cool at the same time.
- 1:05:38And taste good. And taste good.
- 1:05:40You can actually, yeah. I'd like for you to to talk
- 1:05:42about it before we heat because OK, I'm not a very big foodie,
- 1:05:46but like I love. Tasty food.
- 1:05:49I, I love tasty food too, right? And, and when I was going
- 1:05:52through my corporate career, right, I was heavy.
- 1:05:55I was, I was probably 50 lbs heavier than I am now and I just
- 1:05:59ate whatever I want. I drank all the time.
- 1:06:01I'm seven years sober now so I haven't had anything to.
- 1:06:04Drink for. Seven years, I'm super happy
- 1:06:07about that. So I've obviously made made
- 1:06:09mistakes in my life, right? I'm not perfect, I've made a lot
- 1:06:11of mistakes, but. At the same point.
- 1:06:14Yeah, we're, we're all sinners to be to be honest, right.
- 1:06:19But at the same point I'm learning from from them and I'm,
- 1:06:21I'm making myself better. And so every, every step along
- 1:06:24the way, I'm making myself better.
- 1:06:25This Mediterranean diet is, is really interesting because I, I
- 1:06:29still modify the Mediterranean diet a little bit.
- 1:06:31I don't do near as many carbs that are on the Mediterranean
- 1:06:34diet. So I still do low carb, but man,
- 1:06:37there's some. You can make really, really good
- 1:06:39meats, right? Yeah, the proteins is what what
- 1:06:42I am very particularly. About, but yeah.
- 1:06:45Smoked so I don't know, like when I say dry and lean and it
- 1:06:49feels like there's literally no fats in it and it still tastes
- 1:06:53good. Yeah, and then you can do the.
- 1:06:55Veggies, right? And spice.
- 1:06:57Yeah, the veggies, veggies, and then you, you, you add, you
- 1:07:00know, most people don't, they think of fruits and vegetables
- 1:07:03as just a health food and vegetables, most people don't
- 1:07:06like it because it just doesn't taste good.
- 1:07:08But man, if you if you cook it right, you can add the right,
- 1:07:12you know, things in the the spices and the right elements,
- 1:07:16the the right oils, right? Because the oils can be really,
- 1:07:18really bad too, right? The seed oils are just horrible
- 1:07:21for you. So you can get these good like
- 1:07:23avocado oil and you can mix it with good, good spices and man,
- 1:07:30you can really dress up those, those beans and the things that
- 1:07:33used to not think you were any good as a as a child.
- 1:07:36And it's like, wow, that really tastes asparagus is amazing that
- 1:07:39that you know, beans are really or cauliflower.
- 1:07:42You can make you can make this crust on top of cauliflower that
- 1:07:46is just delicious and you're like cauliflower that's
- 1:07:49disgusting, but it's not. It's so, but so anyway, I'm,
- 1:07:53I'm, I'm my wife just laughs too, because she is not a cook.
- 1:07:59And so I was like, Hey, I have to eat this diet.
- 1:08:01So I got, I got to Start learning how to prepare this
- 1:08:04stuff for myself. And so, you know, she and I
- 1:08:06worked, we worked together on a, on a cauliflower head, right?
- 1:08:11And we, we baked it the other day and it was really fun
- 1:08:13because it was like, wow, it really turns that, that hard
- 1:08:16cauliflower into this soft caramelised texture.
- 1:08:20And then you have these good spices on top and it tastes
- 1:08:23really good and you're like, this is cauliflower.
- 1:08:25That's not the cauliflower I was thinking of.
- 1:08:27When I what do I eat? Cauliflower.
- 1:08:31To be honest, right when when, when I did, you know, try it, I
- 1:08:35felt like I had a rude awakening.
- 1:08:38Healthy food. Canal and doesn't cauliflower in
- 1:08:41and of itself just doesn't taste like anything really.
- 1:08:44It's just like this you're putting this thing in your
- 1:08:46mouth. I was like don't even taste much
- 1:08:48but yeah, yeah, you can do some fun.
- 1:08:50Broccoli. He's like super duper good with
- 1:08:52fibre and you know, things like that.
- 1:08:53So I'm doing a lot of lot of high fibre, low carb proteins
- 1:09:00get good proteins at least lots of nutrients, right.
- 1:09:02And I use lots of supplements that go along with it to make
- 1:09:06sure that I'm I'm doing things accurately and, and getting all
- 1:09:09the nutrients my body needs to fight this battle.
- 1:09:12So I'm I'm having a blast learning how to do that.
- 1:09:16Wow, amazing, super amazing. So now let let's talk about the
- 1:09:19frequency medicine. So I have my I have my own
- 1:09:22frequency patches right here. Yes, I think I did show you.
- 1:09:26I don't know. Where?
- 1:09:26How to do the slime right? Now.
- 1:09:31It is, it is fascinating, Frank, 'cause I, this is literally one
- 1:09:34of the things I thought was just stupid.
- 1:09:37I really did when I was first introduced to it.
- 1:09:39I'm like give me a break, I saw it.
- 1:09:42I listen. Thought it was ridiculous, I'm
- 1:09:43not going to lie. Yeah, and exactly.
- 1:09:45My chiropractor gave me some. This is my phone right here.
- 1:09:48I still have my 5G word right. There we go.
- 1:09:53That's right, that's right. And here are my little patches,
- 1:09:56right this this is the loops. I'm upside down.
- 1:09:58This is the fatigue to vitality patch.
- 1:10:01And this patch is just really small, right?
- 1:10:03It's the little teeny thing and looks like a little sticker.
- 1:10:08You put it on your body. I'll put it on the side here
- 1:10:11just so you can see it, right. See, you know, I would normally
- 1:10:13put it underneath my collar on my back.
- 1:10:16But the cool thing about this is what we do is we spray a little
- 1:10:20crystalline structure on a top of it.
- 1:10:22These little crystalline structures can hold information
- 1:10:24similar to how a computer can hold information, right?
- 1:10:27A hard drive on your computer holds all the ones and zeros
- 1:10:30that are that are on your computer.
- 1:10:32These little crystals, crystal structure is a crystal structure
- 1:10:37can hold information. So we programme it with
- 1:10:40frequencies and we programme it literally with data as well.
- 1:10:44So we, we include 40 Bible verses on our patch.
- 1:10:48The ones and zeros of those, those words get imprinted on the
- 1:10:53patch. We implement the frequency and
- 1:10:56it's, it's called subtle energy. So when you do research on
- 1:11:00frequencies, you'll see lots of different types of frequencies
- 1:11:04and there's all different types of frequency machines that will,
- 1:11:06you can dial up and down the frequency and then you can
- 1:11:10change music, right? And you can change the frequency
- 1:11:12of the music and there's all different types of frequencies.
- 1:11:15This is stuff that I didn't know, but as I was researching
- 1:11:18all of it, I'm like, oh, wow, this is fascinating.
- 1:11:20It's way more complicated than I thought it was.
- 1:11:22And this subtle energy is cut sometimes also called quantum
- 1:11:26energy, because quantum energy is like another realm that is
- 1:11:30really interesting. And as you start researching the
- 1:11:33human body, you can realise that you realise your energy system
- 1:11:36is, is outside of your body, which I know sounds weird, but
- 1:11:41it's true. So there's some people call it
- 1:11:43an aura, but you have this, this energy field around you as a, as
- 1:11:48a human being. God made us this way.
- 1:11:49This isn't something funky or new age or strange.
- 1:11:53This is the way God made our human bodies.
- 1:11:55And we're still figuring out that our human body, that the,
- 1:11:58even all the research and scientists we've done, they
- 1:12:01still haven't figured out how to measure quantum energy.
- 1:12:04And there's, there's now some new tools and maybe they figured
- 1:12:07out ways to, to monitor some of this stuff.
- 1:12:10What's cool about subtle energy? Is it something you can't
- 1:12:13measure typically, but we can still know that it works by the
- 1:12:17effects that it has on the body. So we've done research that
- 1:12:21says, OK, let's apply this patched to someone and let's put
- 1:12:25on an EEG monitor like those hats you put on that have all
- 1:12:29the, the wires coming out of your your hat and it monitors
- 1:12:34your brain waves. And so when you put this patch
- 1:12:36on, within 5 seconds, your brain waves.
- 1:12:40Like if someone's in pain, one of our patches is a, is a relief
- 1:12:43patch. And that relief patch, what
- 1:12:46people that are in pain, they'll come in and they're, they're
- 1:12:50brain waves are going like this because it's like really up and
- 1:12:52down, really up and down because their brain is stressed out
- 1:12:56because their body's stressed out.
- 1:12:58And so the brain waves are going up and down quite heavily.
- 1:13:02When they apply our solution to their body, the brain waves,
- 1:13:05they start smoothing out like it happens like really quickly.
- 1:13:08Oh my gosh. Is it one of those patches that
- 1:13:10also generates heat as well? Well, this one, this one doesn't
- 1:13:14there. I think there's some that are
- 1:13:16and they trap light and there's some other, there's some other
- 1:13:19ones and. When you see some matter that
- 1:13:23has been extracted from your body as well.
- 1:13:27Yeah. So there's different, there's
- 1:13:28all different types. There's even patches that put
- 1:13:31medicine inside your body, right.
- 1:13:32But this one, these patches that we do just 100% natural, it just
- 1:13:36has that quantum energy filled in it and it connects to your
- 1:13:39energy system. And then it helps with certain
- 1:13:42conditions. So we programme it specifically
- 1:13:44for those conditions. So if you have, you know,
- 1:13:48something that's hurting you, we have a patch for that.
- 1:13:51And then what that does interrupts the signal from the
- 1:13:54issue you're having to your brain.
- 1:13:56And so all of a sudden your body doesn't recognise that you have
- 1:13:59that anymore. It's like I had this one woman
- 1:14:01who who came and she couldn't lift up her arm if she'd been
- 1:14:05doing this repetitive motion. Guess what this repetitive
- 1:14:08motion is at a, at a casino, right?
- 1:14:11So she was doing dealing cards for decades.
- 1:14:14In the last 10 years of her career, she had to have her
- 1:14:17elbow tucked in and she couldn't move her shoulder.
- 1:14:19It was so, so worn out. And she tried our, our patch and
- 1:14:25she came back to me an hour later.
- 1:14:26She lifted up her arm and she was just smiling from ear to
- 1:14:29ear, just going, I can't believe it.
- 1:14:31And I was like, what's what? And she's like, I haven't been
- 1:14:33able to lift my arm for 10 years.
- 1:14:35Like, what do you mean? She's like, seriously, I
- 1:14:37haven't, I haven't been able to put a purse on my shoulder
- 1:14:39because it just falls off. And she, she came back the next
- 1:14:43day. So I wore it last night to sleep
- 1:14:46and I slept better than I have because I'm always in pain when
- 1:14:49I'm sleeping and just like, wow, this is so amazing.
- 1:14:52So we, we've taken that product out to the world and we're
- 1:14:55helping people in a really dramatic way with, with that's,
- 1:14:58that's no drugs, right? It's been so obviously some
- 1:15:03people don't like that we have these solutions because there's
- 1:15:05they, they can't, they can't, they can't patent it and they
- 1:15:08can't, you know, we're helping people.
- 1:15:10So I have to be a little, little careful about, about it, but
- 1:15:14hey, I'm, I'm trying to help the world.
- 1:15:16And so if, if something happens to me, then that's what God, God
- 1:15:19wanted to happen. So anyway, yeah, these
- 1:15:22frequencies are real. I, I something I thought was
- 1:15:25hocus pocus. And it's not, it's actually
- 1:15:28real. And they have it have a physical
- 1:15:30impact on the body and they can make changes in on the body and
- 1:15:34that you can do it for, for really inexpensive.
- 1:15:36So it's like that's game changing for people.
- 1:15:40So that that's I'm passionate about getting, getting the, the
- 1:15:42patches to people because it's like, wow, it can really make a
- 1:15:45make a big difference. And so the, we termed the
- 1:15:48company QE strong for quantum Energy strong.
- 1:15:52So QE strong is where, where you can find those patches and
- 1:15:56they're, they're phenomenal. They're really helping people
- 1:15:58in, in a, in a dramatic way. And then you combine it with our
- 1:16:02supplement, man, you can't, you, you can't lose, right?
- 1:16:04You got, you got frequencies on your body.
- 1:16:05You got the capsules behind your body.
- 1:16:07You're using the, the mind body spirit connection.
- 1:16:10We got you covered, man. You know, from, from, from, from
- 1:16:12head to toe. You're going to, you're going to
- 1:16:14be well, we give you all these AI tools to go research your
- 1:16:18problem and then how to help. And you're just going to say,
- 1:16:21Hey, wake up and you do go, go get your son, go do your
- 1:16:24breathing techniques. Go, go do their your walking and
- 1:16:27get your exercise in, get that hydration in and get that sun on
- 1:16:32your face and your, your feet on the ground.
- 1:16:34And man, you're going to be a better person.
- 1:16:36And then you're going to land when your, your job, you're
- 1:16:39going to have so much energy and exercise with your work.
- 1:16:42You're going to make such a big difference in this world because
- 1:16:44you got yourself well and you got yourself healthy.
- 1:16:47And then, you know, start, start reading the Bible and have a
- 1:16:51relationship with your Lord and Saviour.
- 1:16:52And is that you're going to, you're going to transform the
- 1:16:55world. Health is well, let's talk about
- 1:16:58our Celtic soul to have this right here.
- 1:17:02What's the would I say health benefits of?
- 1:17:08Yeah, salt is got such a bad rap because most people think salt
- 1:17:12is horrible and and iodized salt is really bad for you.
- 1:17:15The table salt that most people think of is is salt because that
- 1:17:19is bad. But Celtic salt is amazing
- 1:17:21because it has like 80 to 80 to 90 nutrients in it that you need
- 1:17:26that your body needs like 96 nutrients every day and most
- 1:17:29people are not getting those nutrients.
- 1:17:31So the awesome thing? About.
- 1:17:33What quantity? Should I take?
- 1:17:36Well, no, not a lot. Yeah, a pinch.
- 1:17:40Yeah. You don't want to do that.
- 1:17:43I promise you're not going to feel very well if you do that.
- 1:17:46So it's important. You take a pinch.
- 1:17:47You take a pinch and you you put it under your tongue and it it
- 1:17:52goes gets into your system, by the way.
- 1:17:54And some people even just pinch it into their water in the
- 1:17:57morning. And some people also add lemon
- 1:18:00water in lemon into their water. So you did get that water in the
- 1:18:04morning. You put a little bit of a pinch
- 1:18:06of Celtic salt and lemon in your water.
- 1:18:09And the benefits are just off the chart, right?
- 1:18:12You look at the what those those three things do for you.
- 1:18:15It's like, why not? Why would you not put those
- 1:18:17extra nutrients inside your body?
- 1:18:19And you can do that a couple times throughout the day with
- 1:18:22those with that salt. And then just start using good
- 1:18:24that Celtic salt on different things.
- 1:18:27Like when you're cooking, add a little bit of Celtic salt.
- 1:18:29When you're, when you're doing a salad that you put a little bit
- 1:18:32of Celtic salt in there, you're not going to notice that you're,
- 1:18:35whatever the salad dressing and other things you're putting on
- 1:18:37the, the salad, you're not going to notice that you added that
- 1:18:40extra, extra Celtic salt. And it's going to give you the
- 1:18:44same benefit your, your body still utilises it.
- 1:18:46So it's just something I, I definitely add to, to most meals
- 1:18:50and that I, I do every morning. Take it a little bit of the
- 1:18:53Celtics. Wow, interesting.
- 1:18:55Thank you. You got me by surprise.
- 1:19:03I wouldn't expect it now, but I like it.
- 1:19:05Oh wow, so. What comes out of this nugget?
- 1:19:11It's like, wow, I'm like. Golden, golden Nuggets, You're
- 1:19:16not from Denver out, I'll say you You're fan of the Denver
- 1:19:19Nuggets anyway. No, no, no, definitely not.
- 1:19:23I came from Portland, so I'm a Portland.
- 1:19:25Trailblazer. A trailblazer.
- 1:19:27Yeah, you are a. Trailblazer No, I live in
- 1:19:29Dallas, TX and I should be a Cowboys fan, but I hate the
- 1:19:32Cowboys. I'm a I'm a Chicago Bears fan of
- 1:19:34all things. Like, how do I how do I like the
- 1:19:37Portland Trail Blazers and the the, you know, Chicago Bears?
- 1:19:40I don't, I don't, I don't get it.
- 1:19:41But, you know, that's what happened.
- 1:19:42I like this sports like. Yeah.
- 1:19:45They're very loyal to their teams.
- 1:19:48Oh, my teams are not good. You know, it's like brother, but
- 1:19:51you know you got to ride or die with them, right?
- 1:19:53So. Ride or die.
- 1:19:58I was going to ask you about the whole molecular hydrogen thing
- 1:20:03because it's really a centrepiece to your formula,
- 1:20:07right? For the education of our
- 1:20:10audience, What is molecular hydrogen and why is essential to
- 1:20:16your formula? It's, it's key, it's literally
- 1:20:19key to the it's a foundation of our product and it's very, very
- 1:20:23important. And the the more research I did
- 1:20:25on that's why I got so excited. This practitioner who joined
- 1:20:29forces with us to create Exodus the molecular hydrogen has been
- 1:20:32helping people in a really significant way, helping people
- 1:20:36with really big problems. And this just by having
- 1:20:40molecular hydride inside the body.
- 1:20:42It does great things. So I'm like, how does it do
- 1:20:44that? And so I started doing that
- 1:20:46guess that that research word right that that thing's been so
- 1:20:48instrumental to my existence this last five or six years is
- 1:20:52like, I love doing research. So I started researching the
- 1:20:55heck out of frequencies, you know, for that business and what
- 1:20:58we were doing and I started researching molecular hydride
- 1:21:00and I was like, what is this? What is it do?
- 1:21:03And what I found was crazy cool. There's three websites that are
- 1:21:08super easy to remember that you can go to
- 1:21:10thereshydrogenstudies.com. You go to hydrogenstudies.com
- 1:21:15and there's literally thousands of scientific reports that have
- 1:21:18been done on the benefits of hydrogen.
- 1:21:20So you can go search it and say, Hey, I have this or you know, my
- 1:21:25mom has this and you do a search and then it just shows you all
- 1:21:28the scientific evidence of what how that has helped people with
- 1:21:32certain issues. So it's really, really
- 1:21:34fascinating to see all the things that it can help with
- 1:21:38because it's, you know, the things that we're talking about
- 1:21:40that I've talked about today are energy.
- 1:21:43I've talked about inflammation, I've talked about, you know, a
- 1:21:46stress response, We've talked about gut health, you know,
- 1:21:49those types of things. You start doing research on
- 1:21:52hydrogen and it helps with all those, but it also helps with a
- 1:21:54lot of other things I haven't even talked about.
- 1:21:57That's what's so awesome about this product is it's so much
- 1:22:00more than what we're presenting it as.
- 1:22:02But if you tell, if you tell people, hey, OK, this product is
- 1:22:05going to help you with these 20 things, they're going to say,
- 1:22:07oh, come on, give me a break. You just can't position it that
- 1:22:10way, right? People don't believe it.
- 1:22:12But the fun thing is when you start researching hydrogen, the
- 1:22:15benefits to the human body are awesome.
- 1:22:18And then so that's hydrogen studies.com and then you can go
- 1:22:21to molecularhydrogenstudies.com. So that's more specific to
- 1:22:25molecular hydrogen. And the molecular hydrogen is
- 1:22:29just a small micro nano bubbles that that get created inside the
- 1:22:33body. And then there's a molecular
- 1:22:35hydrogen institute.org and that organisation is all about just
- 1:22:41researching molecular hydrogen. So there's, they've got an
- 1:22:44institute and you can become certified, which I'm certified
- 1:22:47is a molecular hydrogen specialist, right?
- 1:22:49So I was like, wow, cool. But you know, it doesn't mean
- 1:22:52anything, but it's cool that I, it's cool.
- 1:22:55I've learned a lot about molecular hydrogen, right?
- 1:22:58Too cool for school, Yeah. Too cool for school.
- 1:23:01I should plaque it, put this thing up a big plaque, molecular
- 1:23:04hearted especially, but it is fascinating.
- 1:23:07They do research on this, the product a lot.
- 1:23:10And it's really cool to see all the things that it's helping
- 1:23:13people with. And then to know that we've got
- 1:23:15a product that's unlike any other product in the market.
- 1:23:18And it creates molecular hydrant inside the body.
- 1:23:21And this is like, it's just so fun because it, it's helping
- 1:23:24people and the stories we're getting are awesome.
- 1:23:27And I know that it's going to be something that you're going to
- 1:23:30be able to get this product worldwide in, in believe in the
- 1:23:34next 12 months. Right now we sell mainly in the
- 1:23:36in North America, but we are working on relationships with
- 1:23:39some really large organisations who have distribution facilities
- 1:23:44all across the globe. And we want to take this product
- 1:23:47out to the world because this product deserves to be in every
- 1:23:50single country. And everybody needs to have
- 1:23:52access to this product because it's that good.
- 1:23:54It's that one of those products that are just, it's not like
- 1:23:57you're your mama's supplement, right?
- 1:23:59Your Mama's supplement might be something American.
- 1:24:03Your Mama jokes One of the fast words that I ever heard was Your
- 1:24:07Mama's so fat when she walked across the TV.
- 1:24:09They had just showed one episode of Everybody Hates Greece or
- 1:24:13like What Americans I Love. I love you guys, but sometimes
- 1:24:17you can't be ridiculous. We can't be.
- 1:24:19Amen. I I, I claim that.
- 1:24:23Yeah, we can't be. So Mama, Mama.
- 1:24:25Jokes aside, my mom was up up in heaven laughing at me right now.
- 1:24:30She's like Oh my God, can't believe you're talking about
- 1:24:33jokes about me. Yo Mama jokes, American, Give me
- 1:24:38one of those. I can't even.
- 1:24:39That's the the one I have heard first, that it always makes me
- 1:24:44laugh every time, because I did. I did watch out.
- 1:24:47Everybody hits squeeze for a bit.
- 1:24:48I'm not a movie person, but yeah, beats and pieces, right?
- 1:24:52Yeah, yeah. What are the popular ones?
- 1:24:55I, I, I, I can't. There's some I can't say on the
- 1:24:58show. It's just like.
- 1:25:00You are allowed to say anything, anything, Feel.
- 1:25:04Free. That'll strike me down, you
- 1:25:05know, So you you're not Oh yeah. I try to stay away from it.
- 1:25:14I'll I'll, I'll be, I'll be clean.
- 1:25:16I'll try to stay away from the the nasty jokes but.
- 1:25:19Probably the nasty. One, we're having a lot of fun.
- 1:25:22We're we're laughing. You know, another fun thing
- 1:25:24that's absolutely healthy for you and it's free is laughing.
- 1:25:28I mean such seriously. Honestly.
- 1:25:31There's another one, they say your mama's so fat and when she
- 1:25:33got on the scale it said I need your weights, not your phone
- 1:25:36number. That's good.
- 1:25:38I could look, I, I could look some up and I I just can't do
- 1:25:41it. Your your moment's so fat.
- 1:25:45I took a picture of her last Christmas and it's still
- 1:25:48printing. Americans why?
- 1:25:52Americans, Why? That's pretty good.
- 1:25:55That's pretty. Good.
- 1:25:56And of course, the last one I'm going to tell you is your mama's
- 1:25:59so fat when she went to the beach, a whale swam up and sank.
- 1:26:03We are family even though you are fatter than me.
- 1:26:09That's pretty amazing. America, the land of the free
- 1:26:12and the home of the brave. The home of the brave, indeed.
- 1:26:17Fortune. Fevers we.
- 1:26:18Gotta have some fun, right? You can have fun life.
- 1:26:21And why? Why are we here?
- 1:26:23So yeah, but actually, that laughter ISM is great medicine.
- 1:26:27Really, really good medicine. It's your your stomach.
- 1:26:30Going it's like that's why people when they laugh so much,
- 1:26:33their stomach hurts. It's because it literally it's
- 1:26:35physical. You know, you're doing all these
- 1:26:37things and your body's bodies laughing and it's just really
- 1:26:40good for your mental state and get good for your health too.
- 1:26:43It's like, so obviously you can tell I love, love health because
- 1:26:46I end up equating all these, all these crazy things into how does
- 1:26:50that help me with my health? Just because I, I'm so
- 1:26:53passionate about helping people, right?
- 1:26:54I really want to help people in a dramatic way.
- 1:26:57Yeah, I just that's why God has got me on this earth.
- 1:27:00So I'm just going to keep pounding it and I'm going to
- 1:27:02say, hey, Biohackingville is going to be this amazing
- 1:27:04community. Come join me on my mission and
- 1:27:06let's help let's help the world together, right.
- 1:27:09If you you're passionate about something within the biohacking
- 1:27:11world, man, let's go let's go do research it together and let's
- 1:27:15find all the the the cool resources.
- 1:27:18Let's get them on the community and let's let's just help the
- 1:27:20world. So I'm.
- 1:27:22Trying to keep and battle something passionate about.
- 1:27:25Yeah, antioxidants, antioxidants.
- 1:27:28And of course, you you see that Exodus is blend that is a master
- 1:27:34antioxidant. So what does that mean and why?
- 1:27:36Why does it matter? Yeah.
- 1:27:38So let's we go back to that molecular hydrogen component.
- 1:27:41So that molecular hydrogen has been proven to be a master at or
- 1:27:47what a lot of people call it selective antioxidant.
- 1:27:50I call it master because it's that word makes better sense to
- 1:27:53me. A selective antioxidant.
- 1:27:56So let's let's say what an antioxidant is 1st and an
- 1:27:59antioxidant just gets get it takes stuff within your
- 1:28:03bloodstream and it and gets rid of them.
- 1:28:06So that's what the antioxidants will do that.
- 1:28:08And the bad thing about an antioxidant, it gets rid of a
- 1:28:11lot of good stuff. So it will just take out of out
- 1:28:15of your bloodstream. And maybe it's to taking, you
- 1:28:18know, little carriers that we're taking nutrients to a cell and
- 1:28:23the antioxidant just takes it away.
- 1:28:25And it's like, oh, your cells needed that nutrient, why did
- 1:28:28you take it away? And that that's not smart where
- 1:28:31molecular hydrogen is so cool that it's called a selective
- 1:28:35antioxidant. So it goes and finds the bad
- 1:28:38thing, the free radicals, the things that are not.
- 1:28:41Basically fighting over the free radicals.
- 1:28:44It connects to free radicals and gets rid of them.
- 1:28:46Yeah, but then it helps the mitochondrial process work
- 1:28:49better. That's why it's called a
- 1:28:50selective Antioch, because it only think it only searches and
- 1:28:54destroys the bat, you know, and gets rid of, gets rid of the
- 1:28:58bat. That's why it's so, so
- 1:29:00instrumental in people's health. So that's, I'm glad you pointed
- 1:29:04that out because it's something I, I had missed to talk about
- 1:29:07because it's so, so critical to, to the benefit of molecular
- 1:29:11hydrogen, right? Is, is that capability?
- 1:29:14That's why I mentioned there's so many good things about
- 1:29:16molecular hydrogen and it's like, it's, it's kind of off the
- 1:29:19charts. Like, wow, this is super, super,
- 1:29:21super good. Why doesn't everybody not have
- 1:29:23it now? You know, all of a sudden, you
- 1:29:25know, Gary Brecca and all these people that are really big into,
- 1:29:28into health, they're, they're, they're selling these hydrogen
- 1:29:32water bottles that are expensive, like $300 bottles
- 1:29:35that you, you click a button and it puts hydrogen in your water.
- 1:29:39And those are good. I mean, it's better than than
- 1:29:41other water. But the problem is if you don't
- 1:29:44drink it immediately, all that hydrogen, it diffuses really
- 1:29:47quickly. So it creates it quick, but then
- 1:29:49it also diffuses really quick. So if you don't drink it
- 1:29:52immediately, it's going to be wasted.
- 1:29:54And then by the time it goes into your stomach or into your
- 1:29:57oesophagus in your mouth and your oesophagus into your
- 1:29:59stomach, it diffuses. By the time it gets into your
- 1:30:02stomach and then your body assimilates it, there's not much
- 1:30:04hydrogen left. So, so that's why ours is so
- 1:30:07cool. You, you get the capsule, you
- 1:30:10put the capsule in your mouth and your, it goes into your
- 1:30:12stomach and then your stomach assimilates it and your body
- 1:30:17creates the hydrogen. So since your body's creating
- 1:30:19the hydrogen assimilates it in a much stronger, stronger fashion,
- 1:30:23So much, much better than delivering it via the water or
- 1:30:28even you can get these oxygen things.
- 1:30:31You put this little oxygen thing in your nose and your, your
- 1:30:34breathing hydrogen and that's good too.
- 1:30:37It just doesn't cross the blood brain barrier.
- 1:30:39Whereas if you put it inside your, those little Mac though
- 1:30:43now bubbles I talked about inside your bloodstream, since
- 1:30:46it's in your bloodstream, it got it does cross the blood brain
- 1:30:49barrier. So it go, it'll help people
- 1:30:51with, you know, cognitive issues and you go look at hydrogen.
- 1:30:54How does it help with cognitive issues?
- 1:30:56And it's like, wow, there's a lot of different things that it
- 1:30:59helps you be, you know, clearer. Just go research that, right?
- 1:31:03Yeah. It's like, I'm not going to make
- 1:31:04claims on anything of anything that we do.
- 1:31:06We can't claim anything that our product helps.
- 1:31:09But you know it, It's just fun when you do it.
- 1:31:12Go look at the cognitive benefits of hydrogen and you're
- 1:31:16like, wow, that's really cool. Can do a.
- 1:31:18Lot of the rabbit hole of research.
- 1:31:20Yeah, yeah. There's a lot to research.
- 1:31:22There's a lot of fun and you know, people, people just, you
- 1:31:25know, even in college that students should be using this
- 1:31:29instead of doing a late night binge of caffeine, they should
- 1:31:32be doing Exodus. And it's going to, it's going to
- 1:31:35give them the energy they need, but it's also going to give them
- 1:31:37that mental acuity, right? And clarity.
- 1:31:39Mental. Yeah, before they take that test
- 1:31:43the next day, they should be taking Exodus so they could go
- 1:31:46and remember all that stuff that they just, they just cramped.
- 1:31:49Yeah, so that Exodus can take them to the promised land.
- 1:31:52That's right, that's right. You're going to get an A on that
- 1:31:55S baby because you took your eczema.
- 1:31:59So you know, there are thousands and millions of supplements out
- 1:32:03there. What separates Exodus from the
- 1:32:06park? Why is it different?
- 1:32:08From there's way to. Others that our listeners are
- 1:32:11have seen or heard about. 100% different because of the
- 1:32:15combination. The mind body, spirit thing is
- 1:32:17the first one. No other, no other product
- 1:32:19that's going to combine you saying a prayer out loud, using
- 1:32:23your mind to declare it in your mouth to declare it and your
- 1:32:26eyes to read it. And you're, you're speaking over
- 1:32:29your body and then you're praying to the Lord, right?
- 1:32:31Then the Lord may heal you, your mind may heal you.
- 1:32:34So we're using, we're activating 2 things that have nothing to do
- 1:32:38with the actual supplement itself.
- 1:32:40But then we combine the power of this amazing supplement, right?
- 1:32:44And we packed those seven ingredients with the molecular
- 1:32:48hydrogen blend in it. So as you, as you put it in,
- 1:32:52we're the only product that has these nutrients and the
- 1:32:55molecular hydrogen blend in it. There's no other product on the
- 1:32:59market that, that has this combination.
- 1:33:01It's just, it's a, no one can, no one can match it.
- 1:33:03So it's going to be a product that's it's going to stand on
- 1:33:06its own for a really, really long time and it separates it
- 1:33:10from all. You can get rid of 5-6 different
- 1:33:13supplements by just using exes. So a lot of people take a lot of
- 1:33:18supplements and I do now, especially with my battle that
- 1:33:21I'm in right now. But I use my all natural health
- 1:33:24practitioners. They want me to take four times
- 1:33:27as much Exodus as the, as our normal survey that we would give
- 1:33:32to people because it's got such good health benefits.
- 1:33:34They're like, hey, yeah, you need to, you need to quadruple
- 1:33:36the four times the amount. So I take 4 servings of, of
- 1:33:40Exodus every day for my own health.
- 1:33:42And that's what the, the natural practitioners are, are
- 1:33:44recommending for me to do. So it's really got some awesome,
- 1:33:48awesome benefits for me. And and there's no negative
- 1:33:52benefits or no negative side effects that we've ever seen.
- 1:33:55Speaking of no negative side effects, I'd love for you to
- 1:33:58share a powerful story of somebody that has had their life
- 1:34:03or their health transformed through your body of work.
- 1:34:07You know you are combining faith and science together, so how has
- 1:34:14that changed lives? And definitely there should be 1
- 1:34:19sounding board story for you. One story that resonates with
- 1:34:24you till this day. There's, there's literally lot,
- 1:34:28I mean lots of them and it's, it's really exciting and that's
- 1:34:31why I why I do what I do is because I, I love helping
- 1:34:34people. There's one, one woman who just
- 1:34:37amazing woman and her, her, her, her daughter.
- 1:34:42This is this is a crazy story, but her daughter was having such
- 1:34:45a difficult time where she her body was just put breaking down
- 1:34:50and her body was breaking down so much that she couldn't sleep.
- 1:34:55And then it just created this snowball of effect in this this
- 1:34:58young woman's life that it was just, it was tragic.
- 1:35:02She literally wanted to commit suicide.
- 1:35:05She wanted to just be done with this world.
- 1:35:07She didn't she would just couldn't sleep.
- 1:35:09She was, was just physically breaking down everywhere and it
- 1:35:14was just a really traumatic thing for, for she started
- 1:35:19taking the molecular hydrogen product and the components, you
- 1:35:23know, with our, with our product and it, it changed her life
- 1:35:28dramatically. And within a very short period
- 1:35:31of time, within a couple of weeks, this young lady
- 1:35:34transitioned her life from being near death and wanting to die to
- 1:35:40being 100% restored, sleeping at night.
- 1:35:44And, and just her, her whole life transitioned and changed
- 1:35:48because of some capsule slip that we be able to create.
- 1:35:52So it's just like, that's such a such a great feeling that
- 1:35:55you're, you're having such a big impact on someone's life and
- 1:35:59they like, they feel indebted to do that because they're like,
- 1:36:02wow, it has such an amazing impact on, on my family's life.
- 1:36:07You know, the mother who, who tells us these stories and the,
- 1:36:10the daughter who took them. It's just like, Oh my gosh, it's
- 1:36:14so neat to see that transformation right from
- 1:36:16somebody's life that was there literally didn't want to be here
- 1:36:19anymore. And they, they now are just
- 1:36:23thriving and that he's a young woman in in schools.
- 1:36:26He's I think he's in high school now.
- 1:36:28And just a couple years ago this happened and it's just a fact.
- 1:36:31It wasn't even that long ago. And it just a super fun that she
- 1:36:35she's able to do that. So I there's, there's dozens of
- 1:36:38them. I wanted love it as a pastor,
- 1:36:40right is pastor. He's a musician and he he loves
- 1:36:44the product so much. He's like, this literally is a
- 1:36:47game changer for me. He calls it a game changer.
- 1:36:49This is this has changed my life.
- 1:36:51I was like, yeah, you don't get a pastor who's going to lie to
- 1:36:53you, right? Well, maybe, maybe they're
- 1:36:55they're probably are thick ones. We know there are some.
- 1:36:59Let's talk about the good pastors there are.
- 1:37:03Many of them. That's not good there.
- 1:37:06The good pastors are not going to lie to you.
- 1:37:09And yeah, you know, he's just like, wow, this is a game
- 1:37:12changer for my health. And, you know, I use it.
- 1:37:14My brother brother uses it. My brother is a minister, an
- 1:37:18online minister. And he stays up really late at
- 1:37:21night doing Bible studying. And he's doing, doing a lot of
- 1:37:25ministry during the day and he'd be reading the word right,
- 1:37:29reading, reading the Bible, and he'd be so exhausted from his
- 1:37:32research he did the night before.
- 1:37:34And then it shows that he would, he would just be exhausted fall
- 1:37:37asleep. He's like, that's so
- 1:37:38embarrassing. I'm trying, I'm reading the word
- 1:37:40right. I'm trying to have a
- 1:37:41relationship with God and I'm falling asleep, right.
- 1:37:44And he's like, this sucks. And so he started taking Exodus
- 1:37:46and he's like, this is this is amazing.
- 1:37:49He's like, I feel good. You know, I don't, I don't feel
- 1:37:52in the afternoon. He takes a couple of capsules in
- 1:37:54the morning, takes two more capsules in the afternoon and
- 1:37:57he's got the energy for the rest of the day.
- 1:37:59It's just like, wow, it's, it's transforming people's lives
- 1:38:02right in front of me. So it's it's fun.
- 1:38:04Wow. So Speaking of the Bible, why is
- 1:38:06your goal of 1,000,000 people within the Bible daily tied to
- 1:38:12physical healing? To me, like I mentioned from the
- 1:38:16beginning, right, my body spirit connection, I think is very real
- 1:38:20and it's very, very powerful and I believe that God has put me on
- 1:38:24this earth for a mission. And if you read the Bible and
- 1:38:27you understand what the Bible says, the Great Commission,
- 1:38:30which is for us to make disciples of all nations.
- 1:38:33And in order for me to make disciples of all nations, I got
- 1:38:36to get people to understand what the word is.
- 1:38:39And the way I that I'm introducing people to the to the
- 1:38:42word of the, the word of the Lord is is through our our
- 1:38:45product, right on the outside of our product.
- 1:38:48It has a Bible where it says, for I am the Lord your healer.
- 1:38:51That's Exodus 1526, right? It's and so it's in nature
- 1:38:57innate of what we do as a company.
- 1:38:59We believe that, you know, you don't have to be a Christian to
- 1:39:03leverage our product. Our product is amazing in and of
- 1:39:05itself and use it right. It's going to help you.
- 1:39:07But if you combine the mind, body, spirit, connection and
- 1:39:11you're actually reading the word, you're going to make a big
- 1:39:13impact. And there's might be people who
- 1:39:15not reading the word every day who read this prayer guide and
- 1:39:19get excited about a, a verse like, wow, that's a really cool
- 1:39:22verse. But the cool thing about the
- 1:39:24Bible is there's context to that verse right in this, maybe we're
- 1:39:28in this prayer guide. It's not doesn't discuss the
- 1:39:31context of what that that Bible verse means.
- 1:39:35So the fun thing when you're researching the Bible is you,
- 1:39:38it's, it's all about context. What it, what did, what did it
- 1:39:41mean or what did Jesus mean when he said this?
- 1:39:44And what was the context around it?
- 1:39:46And so we do a little, but we have a 30 minute or 15 to 30
- 1:39:50minute Bible studies on each of these verses that just say,
- 1:39:53guess what? This is what this is what it
- 1:39:55meant back then. This is what you can, how you
- 1:39:58can apply it to your life today. So get people excited about the
- 1:40:01word because the one you realise that the Bible, a lot of people
- 1:40:05call it the living word. And what they mean by that is
- 1:40:08when you're reading the Bible and you have a relationship with
- 1:40:11the Holy Spirit. God indwells the Holy Spirit in
- 1:40:15within you when you're when you're safe and that Holy Spirit
- 1:40:18will communicate with you as you're reading the word of God.
- 1:40:21And you might be reading, reading a sentence and in your
- 1:40:25mind you're like totally thinking about something totally
- 1:40:28different. And that in, in a lot of cases
- 1:40:30could be your just your mind, but also can be the Holy Spirit
- 1:40:34prompting you. And so that's why I'm so
- 1:40:37passionate about because the living word is, is amazing.
- 1:40:39Having this direct connection with with God is amazing.
- 1:40:42At the end of the day, we're all going to either die, right?
- 1:40:45We're all going to die. But at the end of the day, when
- 1:40:49I believe I die, God is going to to judge the world and he's
- 1:40:54going to judge you. And at the end of the day, I
- 1:40:56want him to say, well done, good and faithful servant, because
- 1:41:00you know, the, the, the road to heaven is a relatively small
- 1:41:03road. And I want to be one of those
- 1:41:05people that he welcomes me in into his heaven just because
- 1:41:08I've I've taken what he's told me to do on this earth.
- 1:41:12And I didn't do it for the 1st 50 some years of my life, but
- 1:41:15the last five 6-7 years, I realised that that's my purpose
- 1:41:19on on this earth. He's trained me from the
- 1:41:21beginning of my life to do what I'm doing today.
- 1:41:24And now that he's giving me a new lease with the heart
- 1:41:28condition and the miracle that I have experienced just two weeks
- 1:41:32ago where I was dead on the I would literally my heart's not
- 1:41:35beating on the operating table and I'm here today to talk to
- 1:41:38you is literally a miracle. And so I wanted people to
- 1:41:42understand that I, I realise that and I'm grateful for that
- 1:41:46and I believe God has me here for a mission.
- 1:41:50So I'm going to be very open and honest and upfront about my
- 1:41:54mission. I'm not hiding it.
- 1:41:56You know, you don't, you don't have to like me.
- 1:41:58You don't have to like my mission.
- 1:41:59You don't have to like God. You don't have to like Jesus.
- 1:42:01You don't have to like the Bible.
- 1:42:02If I'm really here to help you with your health, right?
- 1:42:05If I can help you with your health, then you might be
- 1:42:07interested in having another conversation with me about about
- 1:42:10your faith. And if not, fine, I'd love
- 1:42:13everybody. I don't care what race, colour,
- 1:42:15religion you are. I still love you, right?
- 1:42:17We're all, we're all children of God.
- 1:42:20And so I come at this from a love perspective and I want to
- 1:42:25just put my arms and wrap my arms around people and, and help
- 1:42:28them with their health, because I know that when they get well,
- 1:42:31they're going to be so much better, a version of themselves
- 1:42:34and they're going to want to make a difference in this world.
- 1:42:36And man, what's what's there's so much negativity in this
- 1:42:39world. So many bad things are happening
- 1:42:41in this world. Let's just start changing things
- 1:42:43for good. Let's get people healthy, Let's
- 1:42:45get them well. And let's guess what?
- 1:42:46They're going to go help their neighbour.
- 1:42:48They're going to go see their grandchildren.
- 1:42:49They're going to play with their you know, they're going to go
- 1:42:51hang out with their friends that they wouldn't hang out with
- 1:42:53before. Maybe they're going to be nicer
- 1:42:55to their wife because they feel better.
- 1:42:57You know, just like so much positivity can happen when
- 1:43:00you're well that then guess what, you know, start reading
- 1:43:03the word of the Lord. You know, there's so many people
- 1:43:05who've read Proverbs every day in the Bible and have become
- 1:43:09super successful. The Proverbs is so awesome
- 1:43:13because it's a 31 Proverbs. You go read 1 for every day.
- 1:43:17Today's the 4th of August. Just go read Proverbs 4 takes it
- 1:43:225-10, maybe 15 minutes at the most, but most often it's like 5
- 1:43:26minutes. You take 5 minutes to read the
- 1:43:28the proverb for that day and you do that every single day and you
- 1:43:32just do it every single month. Those things are being How about
- 1:43:34a? 30 day month or or February?
- 1:43:38You might have to read the you have to read it read the 31st
- 1:43:431:00 every once in a while, right?
- 1:43:44So and then in February when it's a leap year, then you just,
- 1:43:47you have to actually read a couple extra ones.
- 1:43:49But So what is the first three-step action you would give
- 1:43:56someone stuck in chronic pain or spiritual stagnation?
- 1:44:01Yeah. So the chronic pain 1 is, is
- 1:44:04simple, we need to reduce the inflammation, right.
- 1:44:07So one is I use our our relief patch.
- 1:44:10I think that's going to help tremendously.
- 1:44:12But then it's like, how do you reduce that inflammation And
- 1:44:15inflammation becomes from the starts in the gut.
- 1:44:18So you need to figure out what's what's irritating your body so
- 1:44:21much that's causing the inflammation wherever that
- 1:44:25source is because most people don't try to find the source of
- 1:44:28their paint. So find the source and the
- 1:44:30source is going to typically be from is initiate from your gut.
- 1:44:35So get your gut healthy and hydrate and use our patch.
- 1:44:41Those are the first things I would say from that pain
- 1:44:44perspective, because if you don't find the source, you're,
- 1:44:46you're not going to fix it. And so people will go for
- 1:44:49chronic pain for ages and ages and ages and the don't get it
- 1:44:54fixed. But then I'm learning about
- 1:44:56techniques about that, you know, and NLT techniques, which are
- 1:45:00neuro linguistics and, and the techniques that do you have a
- 1:45:04pain in your, you know, maybe leg that came from a childhood
- 1:45:08experience that you had. And once they clear that your,
- 1:45:11your pain heals. It's like what it was just like.
- 1:45:15I've interviewed somebody in the past on the NLT in and.
- 1:45:20It's wild. That's.
- 1:45:21Really to reconciled it. Yeah, it is hard.
- 1:45:23It's really hard to understand, right?
- 1:45:25I don't understand how that works.
- 1:45:26It doesn't make any sense to me in my in my brain.
- 1:45:29I don't get it right. But it is a practise out there
- 1:45:31and people are. Are you it?
- 1:45:32Is what it is. It is right, but from a
- 1:45:35scientific perspective, it makes sense to me that your
- 1:45:39inflammation starts in your gut. If you can heal your gut, then
- 1:45:42inflammation will start being reduced in the body and then
- 1:45:45your organs, you know, all start working the way they're supposed
- 1:45:47to work. And then man, that's going to
- 1:45:49reduce a lot of people's chronic pain.
- 1:45:52And that does the second one was you'd asked me was related to to
- 1:45:56faith, right. How do you get out of a stagnant
- 1:45:59relationship or just feeling about I, I, I was the worst
- 1:46:03person related to my faith because I was a Christian since
- 1:46:07I was young, but I wasn't a practising 1.
- 1:46:09So I would go to church every Sunday and I love the service.
- 1:46:12I love the worship. I love the pastor like, ah,
- 1:46:14great, great, rah rah, rah, boom.
- 1:46:15Soon as the soon as the door hit me in the butt, you know, I was
- 1:46:19like, OK, that was great service.
- 1:46:20Let's go eat lunch, go eat lunch.
- 1:46:23And now I don't think about church until the next Sunday.
- 1:46:25And that's not the that's healthy.
- 1:46:28And So what I have learned is getting into the word and
- 1:46:31reading the word on a daily basis is phenomenal.
- 1:46:34It's so much fun. I started off with Proverbs.
- 1:46:37I started reading Proverbs every day and I just got finished with
- 1:46:41the reading the entire Bible 90 day period, which is really
- 1:46:45satisfying. I got through it
- 1:46:46chronologically. I went through one of the
- 1:46:48reading plans and you don't have to be as extreme as I was.
- 1:46:51You can just read 5-10 minutes a day.
- 1:46:55You start reading the word and when you start reading the word
- 1:46:57is you're going to start being fascinated with what's in there
- 1:47:00because you could study the Bible for 30 years and still not
- 1:47:04figure it out. So don't, don't be afraid that
- 1:47:06you're like, Oh, I'm going to figure this.
- 1:47:08I, I, it's too intimidating. Just start.
- 1:47:11And that's why I love. Eat every.
- 1:47:13I love that studied you. Should I have approved a Workman
- 1:47:17that need not be afraid rightly dividing the word of truth.
- 1:47:21I love that verse. You know, it's very important to
- 1:47:24to to study. We have a lot of shallow minded
- 1:47:26Christians in this age and time, people who come to you and tell
- 1:47:31you, my pastor said. Excuse me?
- 1:47:33I have mental care. About your pastor, what does
- 1:47:37your Bible state say? If you're a Christian, your
- 1:47:40reference should be your Bible, not your pastor.
- 1:47:42I'm very, very sorry. Yeah.
- 1:47:45And I think as we grow older, it's difficult to, like, study
- 1:47:49the Bible because we have a lot of themes competing for our
- 1:47:53attention. So I'm grateful.
- 1:47:55Like, I I read the Bible. Yeah.
- 1:47:59From Genesis to Revelations when I was 16.
- 1:48:02Right, good for you. Good for you.
- 1:48:04You're way better. I, I, I was, I was 40 years.
- 1:48:06Something to worry about. I was 40 years late.
- 1:48:09Hey, you told me to, right? Now that's right.
- 1:48:14I tell you to pay me a full year side.
- 1:48:17There you go, I like. It should be told is difficult,
- 1:48:20you know. It is difficult, but you can you
- 1:48:23can nail it. But that's what I love about
- 1:48:25doing it first thing in the morning, because if you do it
- 1:48:28first thing in the morning, you do it and you get it not out of
- 1:48:31the way, but you, you do it right.
- 1:48:33It's like just through a routine go.
- 1:48:36Get your lemon water with. Salt.
- 1:48:38Yeah. And just start, start just
- 1:48:40reading Proverbs everyday. You know, that's just my
- 1:48:43recommendation because it's simple, it's easy.
- 1:48:46And then you start seeing it and, you know, Solomon, who
- 1:48:49wrote the book of Proverbs, was the richest and wisest man on
- 1:48:53earth. So it's like, why would you not
- 1:48:54want to listen to the richest and wisest man on earth, right?
- 1:48:58Wouldn't that be something you want somebody you want to learn
- 1:49:00from? And so you go Start learning
- 1:49:03from from him and you're like, wow, he's got some really
- 1:49:06amazing concepts that relate to everyday life, right?
- 1:49:11It relates to everything you do as a person, relates to your
- 1:49:14relationships we have with your loved ones.
- 1:49:16It relates to your business. It relates to everything that it
- 1:49:19relates to your entire life. So it's just super simple and
- 1:49:22easy to do. Start there, You know, as you
- 1:49:25did is read Proverbs for 30 days.
- 1:49:27You're going to say that was interesting.
- 1:49:28Let me go back. And then it's fun because you'll
- 1:49:30read Proverbs every day and you'll read it 10 different
- 1:49:33times. And that's where you'll Start
- 1:49:34learning that word of God is a living word of God.
- 1:49:38And you start thinking about things.
- 1:49:39You're like, oh, I didn't realise it said that.
- 1:49:42I've read it 10 times, but I didn't realise that it said
- 1:49:44that. I didn't realise that that meant
- 1:49:46this, you know, and you start, you know, the Lord starts giving
- 1:49:50you information and downloading knowledge that you hadn't had
- 1:49:53before. And it's like, whoa, that's
- 1:49:55really, really fun. So I'm having a blast with that.
- 1:49:58And I want to give that gift to everybody is like, hey, you
- 1:50:00can't have that gift of, of knowledge and discernment if you
- 1:50:04just start, right? So start somewhere, start, start
- 1:50:07reading Proverbs every day. And then you're going to get
- 1:50:10addicted and you're going to like it.
- 1:50:11It's going to be fun. You're going to be frustrated
- 1:50:13when you miss it. So, you know, it was sceptics
- 1:50:17here at terms like frequency medicine or lethal healing, and
- 1:50:23they raise eyebrows. So how do you respond?
- 1:50:26What's the evidence that you lean on?
- 1:50:30Yeah, I I just there's so there's so many so much evidence
- 1:50:34out there in the world right on and do your own research.
- 1:50:37That's what I implore people to do is like, don't believe me,
- 1:50:40right, That don't, don't believe anybody, right.
- 1:50:43And that's what the skill of research that I did learn is
- 1:50:47the, the media lies to you, the the newspaper you read lies to
- 1:50:52you, social media lies to you, the music we listen to lies to
- 1:50:57us. I mean, that's is literally a a
- 1:51:00propaganda message that's being displayed in the world.
- 1:51:02If you go do research on Mockingbird media, I'm not
- 1:51:05kidding. Mockingbird Media is a programme
- 1:51:07in the United States that the CIA put out operatives in all of
- 1:51:11the news organisations. And at 4:00 AM in the morning,
- 1:51:15they give them their talking points and each one of them have
- 1:51:18to say the same type of thing in a different little way, right?
- 1:51:22So they all say it, you'll hear it on the radio on the way to
- 1:51:25work, you'll hear it on the news on the way home.
- 1:51:27You'll read it, you know, maybe hear it, hear one of your
- 1:51:30friends talk about. You hear something 3 or 4 times,
- 1:51:32you assume it's true. And so, but that's literally a
- 1:51:36Mockingbird Media was a programme that the CI created
- 1:51:39that was supposed to be stopped. And literally just yesterday I
- 1:51:43read the Tulsi Gabbard that went and see the one that's in our,
- 1:51:46in the FBI, somebody in our, the FBI literally is, is
- 1:51:51researching, found out this is mocking Burbinia is still in
- 1:51:55existence today. It's like, well, and it, and it
- 1:51:57was supposed to be, you know, stopped 40 years ago, whatever.
- 1:51:59So it's clear they what they have an agenda or when the
- 1:52:02government or indoor whoever these nefarious people are
- 1:52:05creates his agenda that you just can't, you can't, can't accept
- 1:52:10that as truth. You have to go find your own
- 1:52:11truth. So find your own own sources of
- 1:52:14information. Don't believe Rob on frequency
- 1:52:16medicine, but I do implore you to go research doctor Emoto,
- 1:52:20right? Go, go.
- 1:52:21And maybe you think he's wacko, that's fine.
- 1:52:23Go. Did you start doing the research
- 1:52:24on frequencies? There's so much information
- 1:52:26about frequencies that you're going to soon discover that then
- 1:52:29what I'm saying it is more than likely accurate.
- 1:52:33And then guess what? You start looking at all these
- 1:52:35other things. You look, look at hydrogen.
- 1:52:37Is hydrogen really beneficial? I don't know.
- 1:52:40Go do your own research. Go, go check those out, right.
- 1:52:43And then it's like, it's really fun.
- 1:52:45When you start digging in, it's like, Hey, I'm, I'm not coming
- 1:52:48at the, I came. I'm probably the most sceptical
- 1:52:50person that you know, because I, I come into things I'm like, and
- 1:52:53now it's even worse because I know I've been fed so much false
- 1:52:58information my entire life that I don't really, I really don't
- 1:53:01trust a lot of resources. So you, my wife will be so
- 1:53:04funny. She'll get this social media
- 1:53:06post or something. She's like, oh, did you hear
- 1:53:08about this? I'm like I said, OK, I'll take
- 1:53:10take that in as information, but I don't accept it as truth.
- 1:53:13I have to go do my own research. So then I go do my own, I go do
- 1:53:17my own research and then I'd like say, OK, yes man, that
- 1:53:21makes sense to me. That's smart, but man, it's
- 1:53:24frustrating that there's so much bad information out there.
- 1:53:26So don't believe me, Just go do your own research and have fun
- 1:53:29doing it. I'm going to I'm going to I'm
- 1:53:31going to disprove this, you know, Rob Renee guy, I'm going
- 1:53:35to go prove him that frequencies are, are, are dumb.
- 1:53:39And then, you know, go do your own research, then come back and
- 1:53:41let's let's have a good conversation about the yeah,
- 1:53:44there's sceptics is about about everything.
- 1:53:46And I'm, I'm OK with that and I accept that.
- 1:53:47I, I took a world religious class when I went to the school
- 1:53:51and it was really eye opening. So much fun to see the, all the
- 1:53:54different religions in the world and how people come up with
- 1:53:57different, you know, how they have different beliefs.
- 1:54:00And I'm accepting of all of that.
- 1:54:02I'm OK with all of that. Do I believe that the Bible is
- 1:54:05true? I do I that's what I believe.
- 1:54:06But if you don't accept it, that's fine.
- 1:54:09I don't look at you any different because you don't, but
- 1:54:12I just believe what the Bible says, right?
- 1:54:13And and the Bible Bible says certain things and and people
- 1:54:17like, Oh my gosh, the Bible says that you're a bad person because
- 1:54:19you believe in the Bible. I'm like, Hey, I didn't write
- 1:54:21the Bible, right. The Bible is is what it is, But
- 1:54:24do I believe what it is there? Yes.
- 1:54:26And so anyway, I love that. I love, I love what you're
- 1:54:29saying right now because it's actually speaks to something
- 1:54:32that that happened today. A friend of mine shared a
- 1:54:36YouTube video with me right? And I don't know if I should
- 1:54:40call these guys out on what they have done.
- 1:54:44They literally were spreading a Christian faith propaganda,
- 1:54:51right? So they put up a video stating
- 1:54:55that they asked Cha Chipity a couple of questions, right,
- 1:55:02right. And that's had GPT said.
- 1:55:06I don't know if this is going to infringe copyrights, I guess if
- 1:55:09I don't play the media right, if I don't have the sound.
- 1:55:14On I think you can talk about it, right?
- 1:55:15You can. You can.
- 1:55:16If I don't have the sound on because I do not mind presenting
- 1:55:20this right, because I don't like people spreading false
- 1:55:23information, it's not right. It is not fair, right?
- 1:55:27Or maybe I shouldn't just give them free publicity?
- 1:55:32That's true. That's true.
- 1:55:34It's up to you. But yeah, this the concept
- 1:55:36though is you're, you're saying that they're using GPT and
- 1:55:39putting out false information. Yes, so, so these guys says he
- 1:55:43he put a prompt into ChatGPT and then he asked ChatGPT whether AI
- 1:55:51has, you know, demonic origins and that ChatGPT said partially
- 1:55:57true, that OK, what's the origin of ChatGPT said from military
- 1:56:03research? And if there are evil intentions
- 1:56:07behind, you know, the AI into chipity.
- 1:56:10And it said partially true. And that OK, what's the
- 1:56:17intention of AI in chipity? It said to control efficiency.
- 1:56:25And what did you say acts of what's the true religion?
- 1:56:29And it said Christianity and, you know, as Jesus, the son of
- 1:56:34God, and it said yes, is anybody who doesn't believe in Jesus
- 1:56:38going to go to hell? And Touchipity said yes.
- 1:56:41And you know, it just went on and on and on to just sort of
- 1:56:44manipulate people into Christianity.
- 1:56:47I'm a Christian, right? I was manipulated into
- 1:56:50Christianity. I have my own personal
- 1:56:54relationship and personal experience with God.
- 1:56:56Right, Yeah. You talked about being exposed
- 1:56:58to other religions and of course, accepting of their
- 1:57:01faith. And what a lot of people do not
- 1:57:03realise is if you weren't born into a Christian family, you
- 1:57:06wouldn't have been Christian. Case closed.
- 1:57:11Some other people were born into other religions and that's why
- 1:57:13they practised that religion, right?
- 1:57:15And we all need to learn to accept, you know, each other,
- 1:57:18our differences, right? And of course, all roads lead to
- 1:57:21the top of the same mountain. There's just one God, right?
- 1:57:25But it's funny how people will use manipulative tactics to try
- 1:57:33to spread, well, Christianity. Yeah, I'm very, very upset about
- 1:57:37this. It's it's not right because I
- 1:57:38punched the same set of questions into touchipity and
- 1:57:41touchipity gave me a different string of answers.
- 1:57:44So, yeah, would you do that? And you know most people would
- 1:57:48not take that time to go punching those same questions
- 1:57:50into touchipity, right? To verify same going back to the
- 1:57:54scientific method, right, Doing your.
- 1:57:56Own research, right? You can make a video say
- 1:57:59anything, right? Yeah, yeah, it's, it's and I,
- 1:58:03you know, first of all, I'm not going to have AI tell me
- 1:58:06anything about the Bible, right? I mean, there's lots of things
- 1:58:08that it could tell me what the words are, what it
- 1:58:12interpretation is, is I'm not going to take the, I'm not going
- 1:58:15to take AI's interpretation, right?
- 1:58:17I'll take a pastor's interpretation and or, you know,
- 1:58:20I'll take it to the Lord, right? I'll ask, I'll ask him directly
- 1:58:24and so I'm not, but I'm not going to ask AI interpretation
- 1:58:27of things like that are of spiritual nature because chat BT
- 1:58:31doesn't have a spirit, right? It's not going to understand the
- 1:58:35spiritual realm that is a real, in my opinion, a real realm that
- 1:58:39exists. And so you know, I'm not going
- 1:58:42to ask chat GB to those types of things.
- 1:58:43So but it. Sounds like a clown show.
- 1:58:45You know it sounds like a real clown show.
- 1:58:47If AI truly didn't demonic, will it tell you that I am demonic?
- 1:58:52Yeah, I mean, well, yeah, I think that's just people.
- 1:58:55People, you know what? You, you know why people do
- 1:58:58that, right? I mean, they, they want, they
- 1:59:00want the click, they want people to click it.
- 1:59:02They want people to yeah, it's because it's 100% clickbait.
- 1:59:06That's all it is. So, you know, I, I would, I
- 1:59:08would look at that and I just, I would throw, I would not even
- 1:59:12worry about it because people are just going to do that stupid
- 1:59:14stuff regardless, right? So to me, to me, I just, it just
- 1:59:18goes off my shoulder and I flick it off and like, I love another
- 1:59:22clickbait people trying to get people to, to watch stuff,
- 1:59:25right? So that that's just happens in
- 1:59:28our society, that's what happened.
- 1:59:30The comment section The comment section was wild.
- 1:59:35Yeah, that's why they did it. That's why they did it.
- 1:59:38They wanted to, you know, I, I literally as part of my
- 1:59:40business, I, I talked to these people who are, you know, PR
- 1:59:44people and they're like, there's no such thing as bad press,
- 1:59:46right? And it's like, so they want,
- 1:59:48they want, they want to create controversy, right?
- 1:59:50And, and they want to put you right in the middle of it.
- 1:59:53So then then you get all this, all this, this press related to
- 1:59:56it's like, you know, I just, I'm too old for that stuff.
- 2:00:00Like I don't want to, I don't want to.
- 2:00:02So how? Old to die young.
- 2:00:05Yeah, exactly. God has me here for a perfect.
- 2:00:08So I'm, I'm, I'm just going to make the best of it.
- 2:00:11So how do you balance using strong faith language while
- 2:00:14still inviting those who aren't yet believers?
- 2:00:18How do you balance that? Of course, science and religion
- 2:00:23are like water and oil. You know what, what's really fun
- 2:00:28though it is they're not science is actually amazing at proving
- 2:00:32the Bible. So there there there's really
- 2:00:34lots and lots of scientifical scientific evidence about the
- 2:00:40reliability of the Bible. My brother teaches this whole
- 2:00:44series on the reliability of the Bible and it talks about the
- 2:00:49contextual actual language in the Bible.
- 2:00:53You can you can prove it that way.
- 2:00:55You can prove it via archaeology and the the of how how the Bible
- 2:01:00is real. You can do it with science.
- 2:01:02There's lots of science related specific topics that are can be
- 2:01:06proven in in the Bible and a lot of scientists.
- 2:01:09Social science as well. History.
- 2:01:11Anthropology. Yeah.
- 2:01:13Right, right. So it's not, it's not oil and
- 2:01:15water like most people think it is.
- 2:01:17Because if you, if you really look at it, there's lots of
- 2:01:20scientific evidence that you. Can't use the right scientific
- 2:01:23method. Oil and water would actually go.
- 2:01:26Back there you go. You.
- 2:01:27Know. If you know, you know.
- 2:01:31I, I like it. So yeah.
- 2:01:33And then just from a generic perspective, right, if I'm
- 2:01:35talking of a non believer, I, I come at it with, with a love
- 2:01:39perspective because, you know, I wasn't all I probably was a
- 2:01:43believer when I was young, but I'm not haven't always believed
- 2:01:46that I am. I know the answer reading,
- 2:01:48reading, you know, going through the, the college courses and all
- 2:01:51these religions that you start questioning yourself.
- 2:01:54You're like, wow, I wonder, you know, I grew up in this
- 2:01:56environment, but what if I would have been born in India, right?
- 2:01:59What if I would have been what I have done and there's lots of
- 2:02:02people in, in, in India who are, who are converting to
- 2:02:05Christianity because they've, they heard the message and heard
- 2:02:08the word and they, they believe that, that, that, that is true.
- 2:02:11And so I think anybody can be converted to Christianity.
- 2:02:13That's part of the, the Great Commission is to to spread the
- 2:02:17gospel throughout all the nations, right?
- 2:02:19And so I believe that's our our mission to get it out there and
- 2:02:22get people to least understand and evaluate it.
- 2:02:24But if you're not interested in it, fine, I get it, you know, if
- 2:02:27you don't want to, if you don't want to understand.
- 2:02:30But I believe that it's important for police people to
- 2:02:33invest because at the end of the day, we all have this innate
- 2:02:36sense within us that there's there's something else that they
- 2:02:41were, they, they're created right there.
- 2:02:43There's something else, right? There is a God.
- 2:02:44There is something else. It's not just this bag of flesh
- 2:02:48is, you know, people call it right.
- 2:02:50We, we are a human body, but we're, there's more to it than
- 2:02:55just that There's a soul, right? And the soul is different than
- 2:02:59the body. And so when you start realising
- 2:03:01that there is a, a soul and that you start teaching people about
- 2:03:07that. And then they start they,
- 2:03:09they're, they're more comfortable having a, a
- 2:03:11conversation about spiritual things when they can realise
- 2:03:15that there is a mind body and a spirit and my body soul.
- 2:03:19However, however you want to say that term, but it's just just
- 2:03:23one of those things like, Hey, let's, let's start at the
- 2:03:25beginning, right? And a lot of people are broken
- 2:03:27in this world is, is broken. A lot of people down.
- 2:03:29And when people are down, they're like looking for answers
- 2:03:32and, and you just need to be there and say, Hey, guess what?
- 2:03:34You know, there is, there is hope.
- 2:03:38You, you have hope. And when you can give people
- 2:03:40hope, it is amazing. Hope is like the best medicine
- 2:03:43you can give anybody in the, in the world.
- 2:03:45And, and God is God is hope, right?
- 2:03:49And so you can give them, give them hope and give them the, the
- 2:03:54gospel and you can talk to people about it.
- 2:03:57And then it's amazing, right? People are so much more
- 2:03:59receptive when you're not bashing it, right?
- 2:04:01I'm not taking this this Bible of mine and bashing on anybody's
- 2:04:04head like read this Bible, read it, believe it speaking.
- 2:04:08You're going. You're not Yeah, I'm not.
- 2:04:10I'm not going to I. Want I want you to go to the
- 2:04:13book of Hebrews. Hebrews 11.
- 2:04:16Hebrews 11. Yeah, chapter 1, chapter Hebrews
- 2:04:2111, verse one. Rather sorry, Speaking of hope.
- 2:04:28When we find it, the numbers are so they're so they're so small
- 2:04:33on this Hebrews. That's because I'm not in the
- 2:04:37right area. All right, I'll find it.
- 2:04:43What's Hebrews? What?
- 2:04:45Chapter 11 One. Getting closer.
- 2:04:47Thessalonians, Timothy, Titus, Hebrews say the verse again. 11.
- 2:04:58All right, Hebrews 11. Now faith is the assurance of
- 2:05:00things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
- 2:05:05Or by it the people old receive their commendation.
- 2:05:10That's right. I mean, it's like now faith is
- 2:05:11an insurance of things hoped for, for the conviction of
- 2:05:15things not seen. Yeah.
- 2:05:16That's beautiful. That's beautiful.
- 2:05:20You give them hope. You know, I'm going to I'm going
- 2:05:22to put that marker there. It's great.
- 2:05:24That's why the Bible is so awesome.
- 2:05:27There's so many awesome things about it and it's something you
- 2:05:30can just you can study it and you can be, you know, 30 years
- 2:05:34and you're not going to know it all.
- 2:05:35But it is fascinating and fun and I just want people at least
- 2:05:38be ignited and be interested and intrigued.
- 2:05:40And people who have a scientific mind they love like the my
- 2:05:43brothers study because it talks about how archaeology proves it
- 2:05:48right and how they contract contextual criticism proves it.
- 2:05:52You can you can prove the Bible in so many different ways.
- 2:05:55It's like, it's fascinating. Like, wow, that's pretty, pretty
- 2:05:58cool. I'm I listened to this one audio
- 2:05:59books. It's called Learn the Bible in
- 2:06:0124 Hours. And it's like, Oh yeah, come on,
- 2:06:03give me a break. But what it does, it's kind of
- 2:06:04summarise. It summarises all of the all of
- 2:06:07the things. And one of the areas that he
- 2:06:08talks about is how much hidden contextual information is within
- 2:06:13it. From his perspective.
- 2:06:15Every single word is in there for a reason.
- 2:06:18And and they all, they all fit together.
- 2:06:20And it's like you start looking at the genealogy of Christ is
- 2:06:23hidden inside, inside one of the gospels.
- 2:06:27So it's like, wow, well, how is I mean that you start looking at
- 2:06:30things like that. It's like that's so there's so
- 2:06:33much research you can do on on the Bible and there's so much,
- 2:06:37you know, things that people I was on this one gentleman's
- 2:06:40podcast and it's like is, is podcast is all about just
- 2:06:43basically bashing the Bible and it was called the Bible says
- 2:06:48what? And then, you know, he takes
- 2:06:50everything out of context, right?
- 2:06:52And he just said, the Bible says, you know, thou shalt kill
- 2:06:55your mother or whatever is like, Oh, you're going to kill your
- 2:06:58mother. You, you know, you is like, come
- 2:07:01on, right? You got to, you got to look at
- 2:07:03things contextually. You got to look at them as a
- 2:07:06body of a whole. Not it just one little 1 little
- 2:07:09word. But there's so many awesome
- 2:07:10Nuggets like that. Hebrews 11/1, right?
- 2:07:14Is, is an awesome one for hope. If you give people hope, then
- 2:07:17they can, they can change their entire life.
- 2:07:20And it's amazing when you get their mind right and they can
- 2:07:23start having, having that hope and hope can heal.
- 2:07:27Hope can heal people and heal things and heal relationships.
- 2:07:30And so man, the gospel is a blast because you can, once you
- 2:07:34give people hope, they can really transform.
- 2:07:36And then once they transform, they can make it a difference
- 2:07:38around around them. And then when they make a
- 2:07:41difference around them, guess what?
- 2:07:42Those people are going to maybe have a difference around them.
- 2:07:44You can create this ripple effect that can have a amazing
- 2:07:49impact on the entire world just by you being 1 little person
- 2:07:52making a difference, giving somebody else hope.
- 2:07:55You can have a ripple effect across the world that started
- 2:07:58from you. That's that's pretty amazing.
- 2:08:00Wow. So the next question I asked for
- 2:08:03you is around red flags in Wellness, right?
- 2:08:07But I like to talk about red flags when it comes to religion
- 2:08:11and spirituality. You know, some people, or would
- 2:08:14I say many people are brainwashed but do not even
- 2:08:19realise it. That's a very big problem.
- 2:08:22So it takes a scientific mind, applying the empirical method to
- 2:08:29understand how to decipher themes, you know, in this world,
- 2:08:36right? But also when you have that
- 2:08:41scientific mind, sometimes when you get on the extreme, it's, it
- 2:08:47can cause some unwanted consequences, right?
- 2:08:50So I had some associate bride who who told me something really
- 2:08:57ridiculous someday. And they're like, oh, if you
- 2:09:00don't come to church, you, you're going to end up in
- 2:09:03Hellfire. And like that.
- 2:09:05So some group of creases that even like that own church is
- 2:09:07like the only true church, blah, blah, blah.
- 2:09:10And I made, I made a cheeky joke as well.
- 2:09:13I was like, oh, wow, really? So you are going to heaven and
- 2:09:15I'm going to Hellfire. Really.
- 2:09:17Yeah. Like if you don't come to
- 2:09:18church, I would end up in the Hellfire and tell us something.
- 2:09:23It's a joke for my country. Like, OK, if you die and you go
- 2:09:28to heaven and you don't see me there, I just know you ended up
- 2:09:32in Hellfire. Yeah, I like that one.
- 2:09:36That's good. That's right.
- 2:09:38Like, Dang it, I don't see him anywhere.
- 2:09:41That's pretty good. Yeah, I just gave you a detail
- 2:09:50because in America. It's so hot down here, it's
- 2:09:52like. That is a gift from Nigeria to
- 2:09:55America. I give it to you.
- 2:09:57I appreciate that. That's a good one.
- 2:09:59So very good one. What would you say are the red
- 2:10:02flags in Wellness that people chasing natural health remedies
- 2:10:07should watch out for? I think it's like man.
- 2:10:10Because there are a lot of false prophets.
- 2:10:12There are a lot of false prophets and I'm I'm a perfect
- 2:10:15example. My, my heart is, yeah, I've been
- 2:10:17preaching against Western medicine, not necessary to
- 2:10:21preach against Western medicine, but just saying big pharma is a
- 2:10:23problem. And they, they control
- 2:10:26information. They're all about money and they
- 2:10:28just want the, that they, they, it's bad for the way that you
- 2:10:32should treat people. You, we should start treating
- 2:10:35people's health as a holistic thing, right?
- 2:10:37We're, we're an entire being. Our body is so complex and
- 2:10:40made-up of so many things that, you know, I made the mistake of,
- 2:10:45of when they, when God gave me 4 different messengers to talk
- 2:10:49about getting a pacemaker. I ignored the first three,
- 2:10:53right? He gave me 4 message.
- 2:10:55It took him 4 messengers to give me to me for me to finally
- 2:10:58listen, right? And he's like, hello, how many
- 2:11:01messengers do I have to give to you before you listen?
- 2:11:05So Rob finally listened and I went and got my heart checked
- 2:11:07and my heart finally it failed. As I'm on the operation, it was
- 2:11:11like, that's just craziness. That's just absolutely nuts.
- 2:11:14And so I look at that now like that's a miracle that I'm alive.
- 2:11:18I learned a good lesson. You know, I'm going from if you
- 2:11:21get information from a practitioner, don't necessarily
- 2:11:25have to believe that practitioner get a second
- 2:11:28opinion, right, right, get a second opinion.
- 2:11:31But but then maybe you should listen to the second and or the
- 2:11:34maybe a third if you're like really, really stressed you.
- 2:11:38Can't, don't do what I love to say.
- 2:11:40I, I, I always love to say you can't have a hot trick of
- 2:11:43mistakes. You know, in the professional
- 2:11:45world, it's, it's very rare. A hat trick of mistakes.
- 2:11:48That's three in a row. I know.
- 2:11:50That's three in a row. Yeah.
- 2:11:52And I almost made that mistake, right.
- 2:11:54So I learned from that. So just I think it's important
- 2:11:56to and you need to treat the body as a whole, right?
- 2:11:58There's a people are going to say, oh, you're I'm a heart
- 2:12:00specialist and this is this is what's going to fix you.
- 2:12:03But where it may have been a liver problem, right, that's
- 2:12:06causing the reason why your heart hurts or whatever the the
- 2:12:09condition is. So just look at your body as a
- 2:12:11holistic being and don't don't believe there's too many people
- 2:12:14out there is like this. You need to use this and cancer
- 2:12:17is a great example of Oh my gosh, the fact I was on AI was
- 2:12:22on a show just the other day where they they great Christian
- 2:12:26show and the woman woman's like, Oh yeah, you have cancer.
- 2:12:30Well, here if you take ivermectin, it's going to kill
- 2:12:33all parasites and on cancers, all parasites.
- 2:12:36So I was like, she has this misunderstanding of, of cancer
- 2:12:40that she's she in her mind interpreted all as a parasite.
- 2:12:43And now there is evidence that, you know, some people
- 2:12:47misinterpret some cancers as as parasites.
- 2:12:51So that's, you know, a small percentage of that is what she's
- 2:12:54saying is true, but it's not true for everything, right?
- 2:12:58And she in her mind is like, oh, you have cancer, you need to
- 2:13:01take iromectomy because it's a it's a parasite and it's going
- 2:13:04to kill it and then you're going to be fine, you know, and that's
- 2:13:06just not, that's just not the case.
- 2:13:07But that's not. That's not and.
- 2:13:10Yes. Everybody has these things, the
- 2:13:14remedies for you, for you. But what I'm finding is it's our
- 2:13:17body is so complex and our genetics are so interesting.
- 2:13:22My specific cancer is different than the next person that has my
- 2:13:26specific answer. And so in the way the reason I
- 2:13:29got it is different than the reason why somebody else got it.
- 2:13:32So the way I need to treat my cancer is different than the way
- 2:13:36they need to treat their cancer. So it's an effective analysis.
- 2:13:39Yeah, it's really important for you to not just take, hey, well,
- 2:13:42it worked for him, it's going to work for me.
- 2:13:44That might not necessarily be the truth, right?
- 2:13:47Because your body may be the reason why you have what you
- 2:13:49have may be different than what the other person that has the
- 2:13:52same exact thing as you. But the way you're going to
- 2:13:54treat it is different because your body's different, your
- 2:13:56genetics are different. The reason you got that the
- 2:13:58issue is different. And so you can't look at it just
- 2:14:01as a black and white thing. Medicine is, is a puzzle and it
- 2:14:06needs to be be put put together appropriately.
- 2:14:08But you need to go back to the basics, right?
- 2:14:10The back to what? God made this body incredible,
- 2:14:13right? We talked about water, we talked
- 2:14:15about nutrients, we talked about gut health.
- 2:14:17We started talking about things like that.
- 2:14:19You can start healing the body from the core by doing those
- 2:14:23things. So just if people just say they
- 2:14:25have the magic pill, right, don't believe me?
- 2:14:28It's not it's not true, right. This supplements not going to
- 2:14:31fix everything that people are trying to do.
- 2:14:33It's a great supplement can help you a lot of things, but you
- 2:14:35know, there's so many other things that you can do that just
- 2:14:38red flag perspective is do this only, you know, only do this for
- 2:14:42this. It just almost doesn't ever work
- 2:14:45anymore. So what is different about
- 2:14:49building Exodus Strong compared to your prior corporate
- 2:14:54ventures? Oh my gosh, it's just, I, if you
- 2:14:57told me 5-6 years ago that I'd be doing what I'm doing now, I
- 2:15:00said you're absolutely nuts. There's no way.
- 2:15:03I hated talking about my faith. I hated talking about health
- 2:15:07because it's something that those two or two areas I didn't
- 2:15:10understand. I was a corporate executive
- 2:15:12selling enterprise software for goodness sakes, right?
- 2:15:14I was, I was selling, you know, solutions that were hundreds of
- 2:15:19thousands of dollars. I'm selling the large
- 2:15:21corporations, the biggest corporations in the world.
- 2:15:23I'm in their positioning our products and why they're so good
- 2:15:26and how it's going to help them. I had no knowledge of religion.
- 2:15:29I had no knowledge of healthcare.
- 2:15:31I had no knowledge of of the human body and how it's made-up
- 2:15:35and I just didn't understand any of that stuff.
- 2:15:38So if you would have told me, I said what I'm we doing that how
- 2:15:41in the hell how is that possible, right?
- 2:15:44And it's only because the God orchestrated that way, right?
- 2:15:46He orchestrated everything in my life to be here.
- 2:15:49He trained me on everything when early on, he trained me about
- 2:15:52nutrition, right when I was a youth athlete.
- 2:15:54That was what really important. Then in my corporate career, he
- 2:15:57taught me how to communicate with people.
- 2:15:59He taught me how to be not afraid.
- 2:16:00Just get in front of a group of senior executives and have a
- 2:16:04conversation with them. They I put my pants on the same
- 2:16:07way they put their pants on, right.
- 2:16:09They just because he's the CEO and he has billions of dollars,
- 2:16:13he's still a human being. I'm a human being.
- 2:16:15I have no, I'm going to have a conversation.
- 2:16:17Well, I'm going to explain to him why my product is, is good
- 2:16:20and why, why he's, it's going to benefit him.
- 2:16:23And to have that confidence and have that conversation was a
- 2:16:26skill set that God trained me on how to do.
- 2:16:29And then guess what? He's like, OK, boom, now you
- 2:16:31need to go learn about medicine. You need to learn about health
- 2:16:34and boom, you know, and then boom, I got cancer.
- 2:16:36He's like, OK, now I need to learn about oncology, right?
- 2:16:38I want you to understand how this works.
- 2:16:40And then what are you going to do with this, Rob?
- 2:16:43And how are you going to help people?
- 2:16:44And that that's where now I'm in that whole reverse things like,
- 2:16:47OK, I've been learning about all natural health and interviewing
- 2:16:50all these doctors. And I'm not a, I'm not a doctor,
- 2:16:52I'm not a practitioner. I don't want to be, I don't
- 2:16:54want, I don't pretend to be. But what I do want to do is I
- 2:16:56want to give people hope. I want to give them that they
- 2:16:59can get better. You can get well.
- 2:17:01And there's lots of resources for you.
- 2:17:03And I've spent the last five or six years going through the same
- 2:17:06thing that you just did. I just going through this
- 2:17:08battle, battle of cancer. Look what, here's all these
- 2:17:11resources I've been able to gather, you know, utilise these
- 2:17:14resources to help you, right? And that's what I think my
- 2:17:17mission is, right, is how can I just collect this, these sets of
- 2:17:22information to be a big value to people?
- 2:17:25And then guess what? It's going to make a big
- 2:17:27difference on them. And then I, I'm going to
- 2:17:30introduce my faith as part of that discussion just because
- 2:17:33it's so it's so critical to who I am as a, as a human being.
- 2:17:37So how do you get it? Recharge your own battery when
- 2:17:41the mission becomes heavy and resistance is constant.
- 2:17:46Yeah, my, my wife is just beautiful.
- 2:17:48She's such a wonderful soul that, yeah, without her, I would
- 2:17:51be, I would be in big trouble because happy.
- 2:17:54Wife, happy life. Yeah, I mean, she's just
- 2:17:57amazing, right? She's taking such great care of
- 2:17:59me with my, with my cancer and, you know, literally I'm going
- 2:18:03through this process where she needs to wrap my leg almost
- 2:18:06every day. I have lymphedema, which is just
- 2:18:08an inflammation of my, my leg because my, my tumour is, is
- 2:18:13plugging up my lymph node. So my, my leg isn't, you know,
- 2:18:19the fluid get stuck in my legs. So we had to wrap it ever every
- 2:18:23day. And it's like, wow, what a pain
- 2:18:24in the butt, right? For me, a pain in the butt for
- 2:18:26her. And it's just like, she's such
- 2:18:27an Angel. That's just like, wow, she just
- 2:18:29doesn't, doesn't complain about it, just helps me.
- 2:18:31And it's like something that's just like, wow, she's signed up
- 2:18:34for something. I feel really bad that she is
- 2:18:37having to do, but I love her to death for that's I just
- 2:18:40recharged my battery. Just being around my my family
- 2:18:43and the realising through this help journey that that's really
- 2:18:47what's important. All the money, me and all the
- 2:18:50things, materialism, that nothing means anything to me.
- 2:18:55What means anything. Means.
- 2:18:56My relationship with God and my relationship with my family.
- 2:19:00And then how can I make a difference in this world that
- 2:19:03those are the things that are important to me And that's way
- 2:19:05different than what it was, right?
- 2:19:07Ten years ago. I was all about making money and
- 2:19:09all about build, you know, raising myself in the corporate
- 2:19:13ladder and how am I going to be, you know, have this car, I'm
- 2:19:16going to have this house. How am I going to have this?
- 2:19:18And it's like everything I meant about what I was going to get
- 2:19:21right instead of what am I going to do?
- 2:19:22How am I going to help people? And it's been a crazy, crazy
- 2:19:26transformation in my world is now I'm going to nothing.
- 2:19:30None of that stuff matters to me.
- 2:19:33But what does matter to me is, is my relationship with God and
- 2:19:36my relationship with my family and trying to help other people.
- 2:19:39So that's that's all that matters to me.
- 2:19:41Wow, wow. So what is what might achieve
- 2:19:45you? Would love for our audience to
- 2:19:49adopt going forward starting from today.
- 2:19:54What mindset shift Yeah, is just just to know that they they're
- 2:19:59you you're on this earth for a reason, right God has you here
- 2:20:02for a reason. So go, go find out what that
- 2:20:04reason is and then whatever mechanisms you do to choose it,
- 2:20:07you'll have that mind mindset that that you know God is good
- 2:20:11and that he has you here for a reason.
- 2:20:14So you have hope. You always have hope and there
- 2:20:16is breath in your lungs because. You are here for a reason.
- 2:20:20So that's that's the mindset shift.
- 2:20:22Let's get shift from me, me, me, me, me thinking about just me.
- 2:20:26Let's talk. Let's talk about what impact
- 2:20:29you're going to have on the world that then then when things
- 2:20:31become not about you, the world starts becoming a better place
- 2:20:35because we're all here to help. We're all in this together.
- 2:20:37We're all here to help other people.
- 2:20:39And just think about how much of amazing world this would be if
- 2:20:43we were all looked at the world that way rather than, well, what
- 2:20:46about me, me, me, what about you, you, you and how can I help
- 2:20:50you And transition that to change that mind shift to
- 2:20:55people's like you. You do have a purpose and it is
- 2:20:58a good purpose. And everything God does is for
- 2:21:00good that you know, go utilise that.
- 2:21:03Do something good for somebody else.
- 2:21:05Have gratitude. Gratitude is good attitude.
- 2:21:08That is something I always say towards the end of the podcast,
- 2:21:14of course. Yeah, we are actually towards
- 2:21:16the end as well here. A quick queue.
- 2:21:21I would advise the the audience before you mention it, guys, go
- 2:21:25visit Exodus trunk com and you know, start, start to journey
- 2:21:30there. So I'm not going to let you go
- 2:21:33without putting you through the round of fire, a quick fire
- 2:21:39segment. Are you ready?
- 2:21:42Let's get ready to rum. Let's go, let's go, let's go.
- 2:21:49I can do it. Quick fire.
- 2:21:51I'm going to throw rapid questions.
- 2:21:53You just give me the first couple of words that come to
- 2:21:57your mind. Are you ready?
- 2:22:00I'll do my best. OK, so give me one word that
- 2:22:04defines who you are today. Christian.
- 2:22:10OK, So what Bible verse do you turn to when you need strength?
- 2:22:15I can do the Ephesians right. I can do all things through
- 2:22:18Christ who strengthens me. Philippians chapter 4, verse 30.
- 2:22:23That's 19. Yeah. 13 rather.
- 2:22:25Yeah. Philippians 413.
- 2:22:27Yeah. I can do all things through
- 2:22:29Christ that strengthens me. I love that favourite.
- 2:22:33OK, so faith practise that you never skip.
- 2:22:38I never what? That you never.
- 2:22:40Keep Yeah, that's a great, great question.
- 2:22:43I would say all of them, you know, in the past, but now, now
- 2:22:46I don't skip reading the word. I used to used to skip it all
- 2:22:49the time, but I've totally tricked chains and now that's
- 2:22:52what I that that's my 1 faith practise.
- 2:22:54I, I, I, you know I'm going to change it because it's going to
- 2:22:57be prayer. Every single night before I fall
- 2:23:01asleep, I say a prayer regardless of where I am, who I
- 2:23:04am, where, you know, I always will do that.
- 2:23:07The Bible says pray without season, you know.
- 2:23:10OK, so let's talk about health meats and treats.
- 2:23:13Quick one biggest health myth people believe?
- 2:23:17The white coat. The white coat is not the
- 2:23:20answer. That's been the problem, but
- 2:23:22that's the biggest health myth in the world.
- 2:23:24We all believe that the white pill, the white coat is going to
- 2:23:28give us the purple pill that's going to fix us, and that's not
- 2:23:32the answer to your health. So what's 1 supplement everyone
- 2:23:35should stop taking? Stop or start.
- 2:23:40Stop. Stop taking that.
- 2:23:44That is the great question. Let me think of one that is just
- 2:23:49as negative impact on, you know what the the ones that really
- 2:23:53are bad are the multivitamins because they really don't do
- 2:23:56anything for you because typically the multivitamins are
- 2:24:00made-up of really bad nutrients and or not enough of the right
- 2:24:04nutrients. And it's just you people think
- 2:24:06that they're taking this multivitamin and it's all just
- 2:24:11goes out their urine. And so that you need to get the
- 2:24:14right supplements that are going to give you the right nutrients
- 2:24:18that your body needs, not just trying to throw everything at
- 2:24:21it. So be more specific.
- 2:24:23Narrow it down to what your body needs.
- 2:24:26So should I go toss the ones that haven't been?
- 2:24:30I'll think about it. OK, quick quick daily habit that
- 2:24:37moves the needle for you. Oh my gosh, the ones we talked
- 2:24:41about those, those first 5, right?
- 2:24:42I combine them All in all into one.
- 2:24:44But that's the, that's The thing is, is water in the morning,
- 2:24:48getting the sun that those, those are the things that are
- 2:24:50most important to me. I'd like that.
- 2:24:52Don't skip a day if I can. If it's if it's not sunny, I you
- 2:24:54know, I don't, but I try to do those things every single
- 2:24:58morning. So what's 1 phrase to describe
- 2:25:03mainstream medicine? Farce.
- 2:25:10OK, so what's one thing that sceptics gets right about
- 2:25:14Wellness? One thing sceptics get right,
- 2:25:20it's a good question. Everybody's different.
- 2:25:23Maybe because that, you know, when you're a sceptic, you're
- 2:25:25like, oh, that'll never work for me.
- 2:25:28Just the thing that's the first thing that comes to my mind is
- 2:25:31at the end of the day, we are, we are all different.
- 2:25:34And there there is not one one pill that's going to fix fix
- 2:25:38everybody's condition because we are all different.
- 2:25:41There's no one size feet so. They kind of get it right,
- 2:25:44right? That is, that is true.
- 2:25:47So what's one thing they miss out that you wish they would
- 2:25:49ask? That the whole the body is a
- 2:25:53holistic being that's made-up of all these different complex
- 2:25:57organisms and things. And we just we think, oh, you're
- 2:26:00going to go do this and it's going to fix everything.
- 2:26:02But the reason why you have that might be because these other 10
- 2:26:05things are are out of order. So you got to look at the body
- 2:26:09as a holistic entity and treat it holistically.
- 2:26:13We just try to teach to treat it.
