A 42-year-old man, Michael Dewoody, has turned himself in to Jefferson County authorities after being issued ten felony arrest warrants, facing charges including sexual torture, multiple counts of first-degree and second-degree rape and sodomy, and sexual abuse of a child under 12. Some charges carry no bond under Aniah’s Law, while others have bonds set from $15K to $30K.
