- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Now, admittedly, I'm gonna tell you I did not have the Bills game on at all this weekend.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: Uh I was moving.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: I'm still in cleanup mode from the trees coming down last week.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Ah, yes.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: So after we ground up all the stuff that wasn't able to be logged, uh, you know, you have a couple piles of mulch.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: So literally Saturday, a lot of the day I was moving around the mulch and all that and getting it out there.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: But um, I did happen to see that the uh Bills decimated the Browns 31 to 7.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Did the Browns even like arrive to their own stadium?
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: Well, it's the same thing I said on Friday.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: You know, it's preseason.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: Here it is.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: I knew this was coming.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: I mean, who cares?
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: It's preseason, you know?
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: You're right, who cares?
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, right.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: 31 to 7?
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: They don't want to injure anyone.
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: Oh, is that what it is?
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: They also have a horrible team again this year.
- 0:49SPEAKER_01: They're just lightly just dancing into the season.
- 0:52SPEAKER_01: I do it.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: That way they can ramp it up and really ride it.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: If anyone else feels that Allie's uh assessment of the Browns is due to severe intoxication, raise your hand because I'm right there with you.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: Although I have to dance careful on this because I being the fact it is preseason, I don't want to overhype what's happening because all of a sudden regular season starts, and what happens if things take a weird turn?
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, whoa.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: It does get you psyched though.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: Oh, a couple Bills things that I didn't realize until the other day when we were at that concert was was with a bunch of Bills fans.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: They were saying at the time You have to get out of their way this time of year or this time part of the country.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: Oh, for sure.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: So I didn't know this.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: And the official parking lots where you tailgate, you know, that you've got private lots and then you have the official lot.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: You can't share food now?
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: Did you know that?
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: You mean if I'm making slabs of ribs, I can't they don't want the liability.
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: Isn't that such crap, though?
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: It is crap because that was one of the best picnics on the planet.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: I know, but who's really regulating?
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: Uh is your job you're the picnic regulator.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but what if all right, I want you to think about this.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Like with Bill's tailgating, it's over the top, right?
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Let's say I had, you know, slabs of ribs going on my smoker, right?
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: And I was getting ready to feed the four or five cars around me that I had no clue who they were.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: And let's say randomly a cop does come by and goes, um, I'm gonna have to cite you, or you can't go into the game now.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: Then yeah, I guess give me the ticket.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: But I mean, the ticket is probably what, a hundred bucks?
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: Still uh no, the average bill's ticket's hundreds of dollars right now.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: No, no, no.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: I meant for the the sighting of sharing the table.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, that ticket.
- 2:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah, what would that be?
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't even know what the ticket would be.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: Oh, oh, I know it'd be, I know it'd be.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: I got it.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: It would be uh failure to show proof of a permit to distribute food.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: Even without paying for it?
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I guess so.
- 2:49SPEAKER_01: But you know, and I want to taste your little smokies, and I'm sure you want my ribs, but no longer.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: I mean, you could lie and just say, oh, that's my cousin.
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: To be honest with you, very rarely do I want to taste somebody else's food at a tailgate because I'm not sure.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: It's the same with like listener food.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: Not sure if you have a cat hair kitchen, so I don't know.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: There's something about Bill's tail tailgating.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: It is like all rules go out the window, it's all restaurant quality, like everywhere.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's unbelievable what people literally bring out like Blackstones and smokers and you name it.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: Speaking of food, you had asked about the smoked chocolate chip cookies.
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: Talked to John 317 this morning.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: He said they came out awesome and sent a picture.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: Oh, where's the picture?
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: I want to see them.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: Uh well, he just DM'd me directly.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, he DM'd you.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: I gotta take a look because we were this started last this actually started more than last week ago.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: This was a couple weeks ago.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: We were curious, could you smoke chocolate chip cookies on a smoker?
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: And frankly, he he gets around to smoking way more than I do nowadays.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I noticed.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: And apparently he's do- Wow, I'm sorry, I'll make a pulled pork for you this weekend.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: Oh no, I mean, uh it doesn't matter to me one way or the other.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: Well, clearly it does, because you just made that comment.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: I just no you want a brisket and you know it.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: I'm not like Wendy, and I need you to provide every meal for me for the week.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: That's a point too yes.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: No, you're not.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: Also, same thing.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: There's truth within every word that you say somewhere hidden.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: One of our coworkers loves when Scott's Scott's cooking because she will have meals for five days.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: There's meals for days.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: But anyway, uh no, I just have noticed that you have been laying off the smoking.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: Well, we're coming into Bill's season.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: Maybe there'll be something to throw on here very quickly.
- 4:26SPEAKER_01: Can you smoke?
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: You know how you can smoke mac and cheese?
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:29SPEAKER_01: What about a mac salad?
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: Now I'm just smoking everything.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: Can you smoke a pickle?
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: I'll bet you can smoke a pickle.
- 4:36SPEAKER_01: I think that would be delicious.
- 4:39SPEAKER_01: Can you smoke a deviled egg?
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Yes, I'm sure you could.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Oh, I would love a smoke deviled egg.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: I'll bet you you could this is getting disturbing your right.
