Liverpool to open expanded Beatles Story museum in 2028
Liverpool is set to launch a significantly expanded Beatles Story in 2028, converting a former shopping centre close to Lime Street station into a museum four times larger than the current one. Ownership will pass to Apple Corps, the band’s own company, making it the Beatles’ first official fan experience in their hometown. The original museum opened at Royal Albert Dock in 1990. The new venue will feature recreations of key locations from the group's history, such as their childhood homes in Liverpool, Hamburg nightclubs, Abbey Road, and the rooftop where they played their final concert…
