A deadly shooting in Norfolk’s Ghent neighborhood has sparked a massive manhunt for 30-year-old Skyler Brock, who’s wanted for second-degree murder and firearm use. The victim, artist Tony Camarillo — boyfriend of Brock’s ex-wife — was fatally shot while heading to a film premiere. Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward and urge the public not to approach him. Last seen in Seaford, Brock is described as 5’6”, 115 lbs, with brown hair and green eyes. Tips can be submitted via U.S. Marshals or Hampton Roads Crime Line.
