SPEAKER_00: Hello, and welcome back to the Limitless Living Podcast.
• 0:43
  SPEAKER_00: I'm Frederica Davis.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: And if this is your first time joining me, I want to give you a great big welcome.
• 0:51
SPEAKER_00: And for those of you who are returning, thank you and welcome back.
• 0:55
  SPEAKER_00: Now, today is Thursday.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_00: This is where we talk about wellness and resets all around this topic.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: And what I want to do is have a conversation about something really important because here we are.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: It's already almost the end of the second quarter of 2026.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_00: We are halfway through the year.
• 1:19
  SPEAKER_00: Can you believe it?
• 1:20
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm having a hard time believing it, honestly.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: And maybe you're listening to this and you're thinking, okay, it's halfway through the year and all those goals, ugh.
• 1:32
SPEAKER_00: And then if you're lucky and you've followed through and you've planned and you've executed and you've taken action, maybe you are thinking, hey, I am right where I need to be.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: Chances are, if you are like most of the women that I know, you might be thinking, okay, well, I'm not doing too bad.
• 1:54
  SPEAKER_00: I got this done.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: Or maybe even more likely, you are thinking, I haven't done anything I said I was going to do this year.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: January feels like it was, you know, just yesterday.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: Or maybe it feels to you like it was even five years ago.
• 2:10
  SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: But maybe those goals that you set, they're not really front and center in your mind, and they're actually sitting in a notebook somewhere or in the back of your mind, or maybe you've just chosen to forget them altogether.
• 2:23
  SPEAKER_00: I know this.
• 2:25
  SPEAKER_00: Life happens.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: People get sick, life becomes overwhelming, work becomes overwhelming.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: Maybe your health took a back seat.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_00: Or you simply just got tired, got derailed.
• 2:38
  SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: Here's what I want you to hear before we go any further for today.
• 2:44
  SPEAKER_00: It's not too late.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: Not halfway through the year is too late.
• 2:47
SPEAKER_00: Not at the end of the year is too late.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: Not even if this were December 31st, would it be too late?
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: Because as long as you wake up tomorrow, you have another opportunity to choose.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: In fact, you have another opportunity to choose in the next minute, the next hour tonight, tomorrow morning.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: Not because you're trying to catch up, but because every single day gives you another opportunity to become the person you want to become, to meet the goals that you have, to get closer to the dreams you have, to feel more like the person you want to feel like and have your body feel the way you want it to feel, and so on.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: So today it's really important to me that you know and acknowledge to yourself that this is not about beating yourself up.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: This is not about guilt.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_00: It is not about looking at everything that you haven't done.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: Today is about asking one simple question to start.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: And that is, where am I really?
• 3:50
SPEAKER_00: I really want you to ask yourself, really, where are you at?
• 3:52
  SPEAKER_00: And be honest.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: Because before we decide what we're going to do, what you're going to do, you have to be honest about where you are.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: What is your starting point?
• 4:04
SPEAKER_00: Today I want to walk you through a mid-year wellness reset.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: Now, this is not just physical.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: This is not just a physical reset.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_00: I know you're hope, maybe you're hoping for like, oh, what do I take?
• 4:18
  SPEAKER_00: What do I eat?
• 4:19
  SPEAKER_00: What do I do?
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: And all the all that kind of stuff.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: That is rampant on the internet.
• 4:25
SPEAKER_00: And I have that for you.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: It's part of what we do in our whole woman wellness reset.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: However, I want to talk to you about something that will have a bigger shift for you in all of these areas, especially your wellness.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: So it's not just physical wellness, it's whole person wellness because wellness affects everything.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: Now, most people think of wellness and they think of their body or their maybe their mental health.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: So, yes, wellness is physical health.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: Yes, it's emotional health and mental health, but it's also your spiritual health and your financial health.
• 5:03
  SPEAKER_00: Wellness is also relationships.
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: How healthy are your relationships?
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: And I mean with friends, family, coworkers, it doesn't matter who.
• 5:11
  SPEAKER_00: Wellness also includes purpose.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: When we have a sense of purpose, it increases how we feel and our health and our energy, everything.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: So when one area begins to improve, regardless of which one you choose to begin with, the others almost always move into improvement with it.
• 5:32
  SPEAKER_00: So let's do a check-in.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: How is your body doing?
• 5:37
  SPEAKER_00: Pull out your journal.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_00: If you've been listening to this for any length of time, you know, I encourage you to have a journal or something or write these things down and actually take the time to think about them.
• 5:45
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 5:46
  SPEAKER_00: So let's do your check-in.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: How is your body doing?
• 5:50
SPEAKER_00: Like really, write that down.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: Take an inventory of how your body's doing.
• 5:55
  SPEAKER_00: How is your energy?
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: Maybe rate it from one to 10, 10 being really off the charts.
• 6:01
  SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
• 6:03
  SPEAKER_00: How are you sleeping?
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: Not just how many hours are you sleeping, but are you feeling rested when you wake up?
• 6:09
SPEAKER_00: Uh, are you tossing and turning?
• 6:11
SPEAKER_00: Are you waking up in the middle of the night?
• 6:12
  SPEAKER_00: How is your sleep?
• 6:15
SPEAKER_00: And are you getting enough?
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: It's not just about the hours that you get.
• 6:18
  SPEAKER_00: Are you nourishing yourself?
• 6:21
  SPEAKER_00: Is the next question.
• 6:23
  SPEAKER_00: Nourishment is crucial.
• 6:25
SPEAKER_00: Getting the right nutrition in, absolutely crucial.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: But so is nourishing our soul, nourishing our mind, nourishing ourselves.
• 6:34
  SPEAKER_00: And are you moving?
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: How are you moving throughout the day?
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: How much are you moving?
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: What kind of movement are you doing?
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: Are you giving yourself a broad range of movements?
• 6:43
  SPEAKER_00: How are you moving?
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: Next is how's your stress level?
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: You can do this one on one to 10, 10 being, oh my gosh, I'm off the charts.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I know some of you are probably listening to this, going, 10, I'm a 15.
• 6:59
  SPEAKER_00: I get it.
• 7:00
  SPEAKER_00: Totally get it.
• 7:01
SPEAKER_00: But figure out what your starting point is.
• 7:04
  SPEAKER_00: Write it down.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: How's your nervous system feeling?
• 7:08
SPEAKER_00: Are you feeling anxious all the time?
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: Are you feeling on guard all the time?
• 7:11
SPEAKER_00: Like you're always waiting for the next thing to happen or in fight or flight mode or a little bit shorttempered or what?
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: What how is your nervous system doing and behaving?
• 7:24
  SPEAKER_00: How about your joy?
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: We are meant to feel more joy in our lives.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: Most of us need more joy in our lives.
• 7:33
  SPEAKER_00: How is your joy?
• 7:35
SPEAKER_00: Do you have enough of it?
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: Do you have any of it?
• 7:41
  SPEAKER_00: How about your relationships?
• 7:43
SPEAKER_00: How are your relationships in your life?
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: And take the time, write all this down.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: These are going to be your baseline markers as you move forward to come back to, to compare where you've had improvements, what you still need to work on.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_00: It's kind of a guide, if you will.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_00: And this is the initial gathering of data.
• 8:06
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: How is your spiritual life?
• 8:09
  SPEAKER_00: That's your next question.
• 8:10
SPEAKER_00: How is your spiritual life?
• 8:12
SPEAKER_00: Do you have a belief system?
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: Do you need to focus on that more?
• 8:16
SPEAKER_00: Do you want to meditate more?
• 8:17
SPEAKER_00: Do you want to pray more?
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: What do you need in your spiritual life?
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: How's your connection with yourself?
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: If we're not connected with ourselves, we don't hear what our bodies, our minds, our hearts, our souls are trying to tell us.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: We're unable to maintain the connection.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: It makes it harder to listen, harder to hear, and harder to acknowledge and recognize what we need.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: How's your connection with the world around you, with nature?
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: Do you get the picture here?
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: Now, these answers should not be how you wish things were.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: These are the real factual answers.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: The real, this is what's going on right now.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: There's no good or bad.
• 9:06
SPEAKER_00: It should not be answers about how it looked six months ago either.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: It's what's going on today, right now, without judgment.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: Refrain from exercising judgment around these or putting judgment into this.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: This is just about awareness.
• 9:24
  SPEAKER_00: We are gathering information.
• 9:27
  SPEAKER_00: Awareness is information.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: Now, here's something I've noticed after decades of working in wellness.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_00: Most people don't actually struggle because they don't know what to do.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: They struggle because of how they think about doing it and how that feels, the perception of that.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: Let me give you an example.
• 9:51
  SPEAKER_00: Um, exercise.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: We all know most of us need to move more, or maybe move differently than we are already moving to give ourselves a boost in our wellness.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: But we struggle because of the way that we think about that.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_00: We think, oh, I gotta exercise, I gotta carve out time for the gym.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: That means I got to pack a gym bag, or I gotta find another hour, or I'm gonna have to, you know, walk.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_00: I have to at least have 45 minutes for it to be worth it.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: Like all the things that we have that goes on, right?
• 10:18
  SPEAKER_00: That we tell ourselves.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: And we struggle because of how we think about it.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: And then the feeling that comes right behind that example is likely going to be dread or overwhelm because you don't know where you're gonna work it in your schedule, right?
• 10:33
SPEAKER_00: From what I just said.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: So I want you to listen to the language that you use when you're talking about things.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: Language such as, I should drink more water.
• 10:45
  SPEAKER_00: I need to exercise.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_00: I should not eat that.
• 10:51
  SPEAKER_00: I was bad today.
• 10:53
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I failed.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_00: I have to start over.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I have to start over again.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: Do you hear those statements?
• 11:04
  SPEAKER_00: We've all made them.
• 11:05
  SPEAKER_00: I can relate.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: All of these statements, did they not feel heavy to you when you were thinking about them?
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: Like, oh, I should drink more water.
• 11:14
  SPEAKER_00: I need to exercise.
• 11:16
  SPEAKER_00: I shouldn't eat that.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was bad today.
• 11:19
SPEAKER_00: They all have a sense of obligation in them.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_00: Number one, number two, judgment is packaged in there.
• 11:27
  SPEAKER_00: Pressure.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: And honestly, who wants to live there in that place with pressure and judgment and obligation and that negative heavy feeling around those types of statements?
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: So, what I want to talk about today, or leave you with and give you, is the thought that what if instead of living from the shoulds, you start living from choice?
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: Now, this has to do with your wellness in every area and how you approach life on the whole.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: What if you started living from choice?
• 12:02
SPEAKER_00: This one shift has the potential to change everything for you.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: Let me give you an example.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: Instead of I should drink more water, what if you said I choose to gift my body the water it needs?
• 12:20
  SPEAKER_00: That's very different.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_00: Did you feel the difference?
• 12:23
SPEAKER_00: One statement, I should, feels a little like punishment.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: The other one, I choose to gift my body feels like care.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: Like I care about myself.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: Instead of I have to exercise, what if you said I choose to give my body 10 minutes of movement because I know it helps me feel better?
• 12:49
  SPEAKER_00: There's power in that.
• 12:51
  SPEAKER_00: There's positivity in that.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's walking after lunch, or maybe it's stretching.
• 12:58
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's dancing in your kitchen.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's marching beside your desk and getting your steps that way for just five or 10 minutes after lunch.
• 13:09
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: Not because you're trying to earn the food and not because you're trying to even lose weight, but because you're choosing to gift your body movement.
• 13:20
  SPEAKER_00: You're choosing.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_00: There's a whole lot more power in there and positivity in there.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: So instead of I shouldn't eat the donut, what if you simply said, I choose to gift myself protein and fiber first?
• 13:33
SPEAKER_00: Now I'm not telling you that you can never have that donut.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_00: I'm suggesting that you choose to gift your body what it needs first, such as protein and fiber.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: And then if you still want the donut, to have it.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_00: Because that's not what this is about.
• 13:50
  SPEAKER_00: It's not about deprivation.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_00: It isn't about only good foods or bad foods or perfect eating.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: It's about meeting your body's needs first and then deciding what you want to do next.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: Imagine starting your morning by saying, I choose to gift my body water.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: Next, I choose to gift my body protein.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_00: And I choose to gift myself 10 peaceful minutes, sipping my water, my tea, my coffee, whatever it is, with intention before I open my emails.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_00: Now, nothing has been taken away.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: You're simply adding what serves you first.
• 14:35
  SPEAKER_00: Here's a beautiful thing with this.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: And I can tell you, I'm living proof that this works.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: I lost 42 pounds with this little tiny mindset shift and some very simple, basic nutritional tweaks and habits, all things that are in my whole woman reset program.
• 14:49
  SPEAKER_00: So this is powerful.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: And you don't need to lose weight to be to be making this mindset shift.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_00: There are a ton of people out there that are walking it around at what looks like a really healthy weight who are nutritionally devoid, who are malnourished.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_00: There are people, and I mean spiritually, physically, mentally, all the way around, financially, all sorts of things.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: So this mindset shift can apply to everything.
• 15:16
SPEAKER_00: And when your body starts to receive what it genuinely needs, for example, you will often discover that you don't crave the other things quite as intensely or as often.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: And it's not because you're forcing yourself or you're depriving yourself.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_00: It's because your needs are already being met.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_00: So the same thing will apply to other areas, such as financial wellness.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: How many times have you said, I really should make a budget?
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: I should look at my finances more.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: I should figure this out.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: What if instead you said, I choose to gift myself one uninterrupted hour this week to care for my financial future?
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: Now, doesn't that feel different?
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: It comes from a place of power instead of a place of weakness or a place of punishment.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_00: You are actually caring for yourself when you come from that choice.
• 16:18
  SPEAKER_00: You are choosing peace.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: You are choosing clarity, you are choosing your future.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_00: Relationships will work the same way with this.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: I should call my mom, you might think, or I should spend more time with my husband, or I should see my friends more often.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: Well, maybe instead of that, you simply shift it to I choose to gift my girlfriend 30 intentional minutes.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: I'm going to call her right now.
• 16:43
  SPEAKER_00: There's a difference there.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: I choose to gift this relationship 30 intentional, present, and accountable minutes.
• 16:50
  SPEAKER_00: There's power in that.
• 16:52
  SPEAKER_00: There's purpose.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: There's strength in that, and there's care in that.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: Do you see the difference?
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: So purpose works the same way.
• 17:02
SPEAKER_00: I should figure out my purpose.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_00: I wish I knew what my purpose was.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: I should, I need to figure out my purpose.
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know why I can't figure out my purpose.
• 17:15
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: Instead of looking at it that way, how about looking at it like this?
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: I choose to spend 15 quiet minutes listening to what my heart has been trying to tell me.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_00: You see how this changes things?
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: I choose to spend 15 minutes before bed journaling.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: I choose to explore that idea I had the other day.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna spend 10 minutes doing that.
• 17:46
  SPEAKER_00: I choose.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: So do you see the pattern here?
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: We're moving from a sense of obligation and heaviness.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: And we're moving into a place of intention.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: We're moving from shame to self-respect and from surviving to choosing.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: So here's another mindset shift I want to leave you with today.
• 18:12
  SPEAKER_00: Stop labeling yourself.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_00: You're not lazy, you're not broken, you're not behind, you're not too old, too fat, too tall, too thin.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_00: Uh none of those things that you label yourself with.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_00: You're not unable to learn, you're not anything that you might have in your mind.
• 18:35
SPEAKER_00: What you are is likely someone with habits.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: You have habits, and habits can change.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: You have patterns, and patterns can change, and you have thoughts, and this is where it really starts.
• 18:55
SPEAKER_00: Thoughts can change, they need to change.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_00: Your identity is not determined by your current habits, by the way.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_00: Your future isn't determined by yesterday either.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_00: And the next chapter for you isn't determined by your last one.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_00: So every single day you get this opportunity to have a do-over, really, and to choose how you do that.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: So maybe this week your only choice is drinking another bottle of water.
• 19:28
  SPEAKER_00: That's enough.
• 19:29
SPEAKER_00: And it might be more than you did last week.
• 19:32
  SPEAKER_00: That is progress.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_00: Maybe this week your choice is walking for just 10 minutes.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's only twice a week.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: Well, if you did nothing last week, that's progress.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_00: Don't get stuck in it not being enough because that is enough.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: That is where you start and that's what you build upon.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: Maybe your choice is making one doctor's appointment you've been putting off for a checkup.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_00: And that's enough because it's an act of care, of self-care.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: Maybe your choice is finally opening the bills that you've been avoiding opening.
• 20:07
  SPEAKER_00: And that's enough.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: Progress is not built by giant dramatic moments.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_00: It's actually built by thousands and thousands of intentional choices.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_00: And often they're the little choices that are seemingly nothing choices or minor in the big picture.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: But when we do them over and over and over and we layer them over and over and over, they become the big shifts.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: So what I want to do is leave you with a really simple exercise.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_00: And again, in your notebook, I want you to draw four boxes.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_00: In one box, you're going to label it physical wellness.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: The next one is going to be mental and emotional wellness.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: The third one is going to be financial wellness.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: And your fourth one is spiritual wellness.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: Now, under each of the boxes, ask yourself these four questions.
• 21:02
  SPEAKER_00: Where am I today?
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: Where did I hope I'd be by now?
• 21:10
  SPEAKER_00: What's one thing that's working?
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: What's one gift I can choose to give myself this week?
• 21:22
SPEAKER_00: Not ten things, but just one, one intentional choice, one shift, one promise you can keep to yourself, one act of self-respect.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: This is one investment in you, in your future.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: Because again, one choice becomes another, then another and another.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_00: And eventually, those choices become habits.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: That's where the magic really starts to happen because those habits become identity shifts.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: And that identity becomes your life.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Remember, it doesn't matter that it's June.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: It wouldn't matter if it were September.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: It wouldn't matter if it were December 31st.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: It is never too late.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: And as long as you're breathing, you have another opportunity to choose.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: Again, not because you should or shouldn't, not because somebody told you to, not because I told you to, but because your future self, hell, your current self deserves the gifts that your present self chooses to give you today.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: So this week, I encourage you, I beg of you to stop asking yourself, what should I do?
• 22:43
SPEAKER_00: But instead start asking yourself, what do I choose to gift myself today?
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: I have a feeling that one question may change more than you realize.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_00: And I'll share with you just one more little thing.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: You know, if you can relate to this, I can tell you firsthand, I have tried a million and one diet plans over my decades and decades on this planet.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: I have tried every detox plan.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: I am certified and trained in many, many, many of them.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: Same thing with exercise, same thing with habits for time management or schedule habits or mindset shifts and so on and so on.
• 23:32
  SPEAKER_00: I can go on.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_00: This applies to everything financial habits, all of it, so on and so on.
• 23:40
SPEAKER_00: And when I created this mindset shift as part of my limitless reset method to heal myself first, I couldn't believe the results from this mindset shift.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: Because really, let's face it, all the diets out there, they all kind of work.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: Whether they worked for you or not, doesn't matter.
• 24:00
  SPEAKER_00: Same thing with detoxes.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: They can do magical things.
• 24:05
SPEAKER_00: Same thing with exercise, same thing with financial effort, same thing with routine changes or scheduled changes or time management or goal setting, I can go on and on and on, right?
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: However, so many of us, the bulk of us, don't stick with it because we are still stuck in these other beliefs that we talked about.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: We're stuck in the way that we see things and what it evokes and the feelings in us.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: So when we shift how we look at things and how we choose things, it makes it easier for all the other things to actually fall in line and for you to have those shifts that you're looking for.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_00: So I've seen this too, again, not just in myself, but over and over and over with clients as I have been working with so many women.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_00: So on that note, I want to thank you so much for spending this time with me today.
• 24:57
SPEAKER_00: If this episode spoke to you, I would love to hear from you.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: Come join me inside the Limitless Living Community.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_00: It's for women who are becoming.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: I would love it if you'd tell us one thing you're choosing to gift yourself this week.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_00: And let's encourage one another.
• 25:14
  SPEAKER_00: Celebrate the small wins.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_00: And remember that lasting transformation is built one intentional choice at a time.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: So until next time, be rooted, be resilient, be vanilla.
