【Blessed Assurance】

1. Blessed assurance Jesus is mine!

Oh, what a foretaste of glory divine!

Heir of salvation, purchase of God!

Born of His Spirit, washed in His blood.

Chorus:

This is my story, this is my song,

Praising my Saviour all the day long.

This is my story, this is my song,

Praising my Saviour all the daylong.

2. Perfect submission - delight and rest,

I in my Saviour am happy and blest;

Watching and waiting, looking above,

Filled with His goodness, lost in His love.

The Lord sits enthroned over the flood;

The Lord sits enthroned as king forever.

The Lord sits enthroned as king…
