- 0:14SPEAKER_00: Hello, this is Ken Your Podcast Preacher.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to my Podcast Deep Lives.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: This podcast is going to be my strengths of ministry, where we believe working together in our strengths is the effect of working out the will and calling of God in those lives.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: Thanks for joining me.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Let's open up in prayer.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: Blessed be the God and Father of your Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed you with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: Just as he chose you and him before the foundation of the world, that you should be holy and without blame before him in love, having predestined you to adoption as your son or daughter by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, which he purposed in himself, to the praise of the glory of his grace, and which he made you accepted and beloved.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: In him ye have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace, which he made to abound towards you in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to you the mystery of his will, that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times, he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth in him.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: I ask that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation, in the knowledge of the mystery of him, and to the deepest knowledge of him that you are willing and able to receive, that the eyes of your understanding would be open wider, and that you would be enlightened to who he is, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in you, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power towards you who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead, and seated him in his right hand in the heavenly places, that he would grant that you would be strengthened with might through his spirit in the inner man, and into your spirit and heart, and that you would be able to stand against your flesh, this world, and the devil, in and through any in all temptations.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: I pray that your love may abound more and more in all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense until the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: I ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will, and all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that you may want worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing him, being fruitful in every good work, strengthening with all money, according to his glorious power, and all patience and long-suffering with joy, giving thanks to the Father who has qualified you to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Being together in my community, and unity of the church understanding the Father and Christ.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: I think my mom is concerning you for the grace of God.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: That you are enriched in everything in a learning, so that you do not become short in your any operating and your calling and purpose, nor in using any spiritual gifts or talents, eagerly waiting for the continued revelation of our Lord Jesus, who will confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the near coming of the day of our Lord.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: God is faithful by whom you are called into the fellowship of the Son Jesus.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: Okay, so now therefore, my sisters and brothers in Christ.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: When things get tough, think about whatever things are true, noble, just pure, lovely, and whatever things are of a good report.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: If there's any virtue, and if there's anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things alone.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: I pray that in these very end time days that you would let your love be without hypocrisy, hate and loath what is evil, cling to what is good and righteous, be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor, giving preference to one another, not lagging in diligence, fervent and fully engulfed in spiritual fire, serving the Lord, rejoicing in hope, walking in the peace of God, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer, distributing to the needs of the saints, that is each other, and that you would be given the hospitality.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: May the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like minded towards one another, according to Christ Jesus, that we learn to be of one mind, in one accord, operating completely and fully in love and unity, always striving for the working out of God's specific will for each of our lives, while working in partnership with each other within the church and the Holy Spirit, as He manifests His miracles, signs, and wonders through the daily activities of our ministry and kingdom work, and while we also go out preaching the gospel in word and deed.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: Let us love and serve one another, our enemy, and those who wouldn't expect us to do so, considering each person better than ourselves.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: Find up any words or thoughts that are contrary to the love of God, or which would set you back in your Christian walk.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Ah, step out in faith today and walk with God, being assured that nothing will separate you from him, as long as you abide in him.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Call those things that don't exist as though they do.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: Remember he that is in you is greater than he that is in the world.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: Be more than a conqueror today, submitting to the will of God in everything.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: Let each of us express uncompromising love towards one another in humility while maintaining a teachable spirit.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: I pray that God will give you the revelation within this message that He intends you to receive with the understanding.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: The title of this message is four things, nay five that should, in these revelatory days, no longer be misunderstood in the church body today.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: Part two of two.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: In this message we were going to cover the final two of the five topics we should pretty much be in agreement with based on the Everstraight Bible narrative.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: The first three were the Holy Spirit necessary presence in your life, the rapture, and the end times.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: This message was to cover the church purpose and tongues.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: Now since the original church purpose message was over one hundred and fifteen pages, I thought it would be a significant enough of a challenge for me to cut it down to just twenty pages, which equates to about one podcast message.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: If I also included the tongue's message, then I would have to cut it down to just ten pages, and that would be near impossible considering how I like to yak on about these subjects.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: So this message will cover the purpose of the church, and the speaking in a heavenly language, the tongue's message, will be a separate standalone message.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: The purpose of the church.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: A message originally posted in twenty eight separate podcast messages beginning on july twentieth, twenty twenty two and ending july twenty seventh, twenty twenty two.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: It will also be one of the first books this ministry releases later in 2026-27.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: Why you ask?
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: Because we can do better as a church, and but I feel this is only possible if we follow the Bible model when it comes to doing church thing the Bible way, so that we can get Bible results.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: In this message we will establish that the church is not for the make believers, the fake believers, the non believers, those stuck in a valley of indecision, false Christs, false apostles, false prophets, wolves in sheep's clothing, or false teachers.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: It is only for those being saved, and those who by a curious nature stopped by and got or are getting saved in the process.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: The primary purpose of the church is to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to make disciples, that is life learners, and to send them out into ministry.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: Rinse and repeat, turning the whole world upside down with the most effective kingdom results we ever could can.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: Yes, we should worship God, collect tithes and offerings, and even do communion as a body of believers.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: But in addition to these type of things, it should be our absolute primary objective to equip the saints for the work of ministry and to make life learners of all who commit to joining us for the ride.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: Now if you're tired of I can't get my appetite satisfied through my church experience, including watching others do ministry, but yet you do not even know what you are going to be when you grow up, then enter through the narrow gate and keep this in mind.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: I think Jesus stated a gate was narrow and even made narrow, originally, because of the condition of our minds, and the difficulty we find as humans to change or to be challenged on a point we were sure we would never be challenged on.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: Luke thirteen twenty three through twenty five.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: Then one said to him, Lord, are there few who are saved?
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: And he said to them, Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: When once the master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open for us, and he will answer and say to you, I do not know you where you are from.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: Matthew seven, thirteen through fourteen.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: Enter by the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it, because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: So now it's brass tack time, and I hope you see past me and receive in part the purpose and portions of this message that may apply to your situation.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: It will require humility and an honest assessment of where you and or your church is at.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: Fruit that remains is a defining factor, not how many people attend your services.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: John fifteen, sixteen.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: Seeing, reading, and experiencing the absence of this one thing is one of the primary reasons why I agreed to start recording the messages and start an online ministry.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: When I say I agreed, I mean that I agreed with what God was asking me to do, and he equipped me to do it.
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: He equipped me in spite of the churches that I had attended who did not have the equipping or discipling as a priority.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: In the absence of equipping the saints for the work of ministry, Ephesians four, eleven through sixteen, some have allowed the wrong spirits to rule and reign in the house of God.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: We have gotten ourselves in a sort of demonic spiring happening.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: It's just one of the many things that happens when we do not equip the saints for the work of ministry.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Fact check, is everyone operating in their specific calling both naturally and supernaturally in your church, who has been prepared to do so?
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: Is each person growing more and more in character, love, and maturing both spiritually as well as naturally?
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: These are great questions to ask.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: Revelation nineteen seven.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: Let us be glad and rejoice and give him glory, for the marriage of the lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: Whose self?
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: Herself.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: So here we see that he, that is Jesus, is the husband of one wife, not a harem.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: In context, a harem describes all of the denominational slash non denominational wives, that is churches.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: I will leave that for the moment as I have other messages on that.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: It is the Holy Spirit working in and through us that builds the church, and it is Jesus' church.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Matthew sixteen, eighteen.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: Each church has a role, and when guided by the Holy Spirit, it should be doing its part in the community that they have been placed in.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: Hey church, look at your community.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: How are you doing?
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: Is your community encountering a supernatural life changing?
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: Can't get enough of God's revelation for my life experience?
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: Are people being supernaturally healed?
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: Is the prophetic active pastors?
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: Are you constantly begging people to serve and pay their tithes?
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: This should not be the case.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Why would God beg you for something that belongs to him?
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: Malachi three, six through twelve.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: And that he gave you the ability and power to get Deuteronomy eighteen, seventeen through eighteen.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: The church should be asking itself, would I marry me in my current condition?
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: Individual Christians maybe should ask the same question.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: Would Jesus marry your church if it represented the bride of Christ?
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: Let's make the point.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: Second Corinthians six, fourteen through fifteen.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: This is talking about marriage, right?
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: Will we not be marrying Jesus?
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: And is he not coming back for his church, for his bride?
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: If you asked all of these questions so far, then once more I must ask, why do you invite anyone and everyone to church?
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: Are you thinking that because this is a scripture dealing with marriage, then it doesn't apply to anything else, such as friends, family, or even the make believers, fake believers, non believers, those stuck in the valley of indecision, false Christs, false apostles, false prophets, wolves in sheep's clothing, or false teachers?
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: Continuing with Second Corinthians six fourteen through fifteen, it states for what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness?
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: How does this apply to us if we are in a church setting?
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: So we have make believers, fake believers, nonbelievers, those stuck in the valley of indecision, false Christ, apostles, prophets, wolves in sheep's clothing, and false teachers in our church services, Bible studies, life groups, and justifying it perhaps by thinking, well, if they get under the anointing, brothers and sisters, they could just as well become born again, right there in that seat, bless God and amen.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: Nope, not unless we are smacked up in the middle of a revival, renewal, or great awakening.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: Second Corinthians six fourteen through fifteen.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: And what communion has light with darkness?
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: Again, how does this apply to the church?
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: That is his bride.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: Second Corinthians six fourteen through fifteen.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: And what accord has Christ with Bela?
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: Now you see, there Jesus has gone a meddling.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: The church represents the bride of Christ.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: The address on the building represents our meeting location where we are supposed to be equipping the saints for the work of ministry and making disciples that remain.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: John fifteen, sixteen.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: So why would we invite the enemy of God to our hut?
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: To his house?
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: Do you purposely invite the devil into your home during your Bible study?
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: How about your prayer closet?
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: Ah, let's keep moving.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: Second Corinthians six fourteen through fifteen.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: Seems to me he is asking what part of your life, any specific area, that you can think of as to why you would be okay with compromising in this area.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: This is not saying that we cannot hang out with non believers and the devil's kids.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: It is talking about separation from them, their appetites, purposes, goals, you know, things you used to chase after when you were in and of the world.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: They just don't know any better, and when you were on the other side, neither did you.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: But so don't hang out with the old you as the word never lies.
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: Corinthians fifteen thirty three.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: Do not be deceived, evil company corrupts good habits.
- 14:09SPEAKER_00: I take some liberty in my new expression and use of this unequally yoked scripture, but only to the degree to make a point, and that is that we cannot be unequally yoked to Jesus.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: His bride will consist only of authentically born again believers, entirely sold out to his will and purpose, so that both obey and know him intimately.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: There will be no place for the devil at the table.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: Second John and eleven.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house, nor greet him, for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: Notice he said greets.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: He didn't go past greeting in order that you would share in his evil deeds.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: That's pretty powerful.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: Church, cell group, life group, Bible study group, and or groupy group groups?
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: Is this person sitting in your group because you invited him?
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: Because we are to preach the gospel to every creature, and then invite the creature into our homes?
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: Nope.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: Are we equipping those in whom we send out to share the gospel following John's advice?
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: This has not been my experience.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: Come one, come all, let's fill the seats, so Jesus will be proud of our numbers, and yet like a faulty foundation, when the storm comes, no matter how big you get, the collapse of whatever is in your building is inevitable, and should actually be expected and hoped for Matthew seven, twenty four through twenty seven.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: Is this too hard to hear?
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: Look at the condition of the world.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: Does God's bride not have the ability to change the current events in every place where Jesus has placed his churches?
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: So to be clear we know that Jesus is not returning to get a harem.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: But and to say it again, you would think that, with so many different denominations and non denominational churches, we think that this is indeed the case.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: I'm not talking about the religiously deceived cult churches and false religions, but the Christian church, full or at least having the desire to be full of authentically born again believers.
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: I am not saying that it is wrong to have so many church options.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: What I'm saying is that the options, because they also include, in many cases, major and minor differences in what it means to be a Christian, can be snares and traps causing divisions, of which we have had many in the church system.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: We need to focus on unifying and building up the bride of Christ.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: Far too many exclude the operations of the Holy Spirit, and if they do, toss them out of your life, soldiers without ammo.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: Some preach a different gospel, toss them out, along with any fallen angels who might have whispered in their ears.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: Some are money hungry and lazy, and exist to love the world and the attention of man.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: Toss 'em out.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: Some fail to equip the saints for the work of ministry.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: They already toss themselves out.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: Soldiers who lack the knowledge on how to fight?
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: Well, we know who wins that battle.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: In my reading about churches of all sorts, I notice that many of the denominations have taken on the name of an apostle or a voted saint of God, as if they are the end of the best to come down the line.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: Ephesians four twelve, first Corinthians one, two, Romans one seven, and Philippians one.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: Some of the names Saint Paul of the Apostles, Saint Andrew and the Basilica of the Twelve Holy Apostles.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Now I get that we or they did so to honor the saint, but wouldn't it be more prudent for us to honor them by sticking to whatever worked for them and allow it to also work for us?
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: You, we the believers, the authentically born again, full of love and action, are the saints.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: The fivefold ministry is equipping the saints for the work of ministry.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: If that's you, then be sure to get equipped.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: If you're not a saint, you're not a believer.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: One Christian is not better than the other, regardless of his or her position or accomplishments.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: The Holy Spirit is not in the business of making heroes.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: He is helping and leading us to equip the saints for the work of ministry, so that we would all look like Christ and do the work and greater works that he did John fourteen, twelve through fourteen.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: I suspect that if it were possible for Luther or Calvin, who did the will of God, to come back down to earth, they would kindly ask us to remove their names from the building, as they know, as well as we should, that there is only one church, the bride and not a harem.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: Look at what our mass has caused.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: I hear people ask, are you a Calvinist or a Methodist or a Nazarene?
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're a Catholic.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: You are either an authentically born again believer who, with every bit of the marrow in your bones, is rushing after the things of God to both obey and to know him intimately, Second Thessalonians one through ten, loving and serving others, using your personality, talents, strengths, gifts, and spiritual office to equip the saints for the work of ministry, while also making disciples that remain, or you are not.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: No worries though, it isn't like they are all out of sorts or anything.
- 19:17SPEAKER_00: However, what remains?
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Well, what remains?
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: I say that rhetorically because and for the purpose of this message, we are hard pressed to find a book of Acts Church that is filled with a bunch of prepared and equipped saints working through the Holy Spirit, who are transforming their community, turning it upside down inside out.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: They do exist, but it is not a common occurrence.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: But I do believe you and I can change this.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: Acts seventeen six.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: But when they did not find them, they dragged Jason and some brethren to the rulers of the city, crying out, these who have turned the world upside down have come here too.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: If this is not you, then this message should not offend you at all, unless it offends you to action, different fruitful action.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: Keep in mind, when offense comes, it is usually the sword of the spirit doing its work, and our bellowing out is the uncomfortableness of being rightly divided.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: twelve for the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: It is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: One of the things I really enjoy doing is reading about the individual efforts of some, which is never done individually, that have changed the world for Jesus Smith Wigglesworth, Catherine Coleman, Amy Simple McPherson, Count Zinzendorf, John G.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: Lake, William Seymour, John Sung, D.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: L.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: Moody, Martin Luther, Maria Woodworth Etter, John Wesley, and many others.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: We've had so many saints working to build up the kingdom of God that were, by their very circumstances and character, in many cases, hidden from view of the very public church.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: I really like revival events, that is, reading about these events, as I have not been in one ever.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: And yes, that peeves me to no end.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: I mean come on.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: I know that I am not the only one here who thinks God ought to show up and outdo himself in greater works, right?
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: He will, and I want to see it with my own eyes before I go home.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: We need revivals, awakenings, and reformations, because the Church of God, assuming it was operating in the supernatural at all, is always in a digressive state.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: I believe that even Ephesus' church was only around for about five years after Paul's departure from this war zone.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: You see, these events are best described as heaven touching earth.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: In Matthew it states, Matthew twelve, twenty eight, but if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: You see, God is usually in control for the first bit of time until the spirit of digression shows up.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: Then at some point, like Christmas, it's over before you know it.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: As a kid, we never wanted Christmas to end, and so it is as a Christian who flourishes at the spring well of God.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: Once we place our hands on Christ.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: A move of God, it's the beginning of the end.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: Proverbs eighteen four.
- 22:04SPEAKER_00: The words of a man's mouth are deep waters, the wellspring of wisdom is a flowing brook.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: I would that these events would never end, but being as things are, he gives us latitude insofar as whom we will serve.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: These events have an accelerating effect on the growth of a new Christian that would and could make a lifelong Christian who has never experienced such a thing, fatigued of his long efforts to move anyone off the couch in the ministry services.
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: These events are like flea markets having a ninety five percent off sale.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Too out there for the straight and religious folks, right?
- 22:36SPEAKER_00: Ah, how we would be shocked when we get to heaven being now so dead in our hopeless religion.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: Not all of us, of course.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: Accelerated growth because God can redeem the time.
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: Genesis fourteen, thirty nine through forty four, Exodus one seven, Acts two forty one, Matthew thirteen, thirty one through thirty two, Second Samuel five, one through five, Ephesians five, fifteen through sixteen, and Colossians four five.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: If you could grow at a rate of two, three, four, or more times than the rate of your current growth and maturity, would you not want that more than air?
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: Yes, a million times.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: Why take twenty to thirty years to be prepared and fully functioning as a mature Christian when Jesus' apostles turned the world upside down in about three and a half years of preparation?
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: Okay, so is it wrong to ask God to scare you sinless?
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: You see, when the church organizes and installs a hierarchy whereby a few who do not work to equip the saints for the work of ministry, instruct the now dormant body of their own personal understanding of the word, absent of gifting and calling.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: You end up content with the location but not a position.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: You end up content with an address, but not with the presence.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: You end up with a tabernacle, but not being the tabernacle.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: So we have discussed some church superheroes in revivals, reformations, and awakenings.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: But what does this or that have to do with the church of today?
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: It is my hope that, as I make a dismal attempt to continue to unpack this message, which I would liken to giving birth to a whole generation of kids all at once, we could see that the church, when it is acting and operating as the church was designed to do, would be the hero headquarter for the community in which it exists.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: Revivals would pour out their doors and go into all the nations.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: Many would see the battle firsthand for the first time in their Christian walk.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: The devil would be in such desperation that he would do all he could to shut its doors if it were possible.
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: You know his army of demons don't ever grow nor diminish in numbers.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: What grows is his human membership, those he enlists to do his bidding.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: Oftentimes they have already infiltrated the four walls of your church because they were invited in ignorance.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: Talk about an inside job.
- 24:54SPEAKER_00: He enters inside the willing and unrepentant sinner who is already a member of your church.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: So hopefully we are continuing our listening, being totally lit up for the things of God.
- 25:04SPEAKER_00: May your expectations rise to the level of Jesus' expectations for you and for your life.
- 25:09SPEAKER_00: We could be more effective if we took what Jesus said to heart in equipping the saints for the work of ministry Ephesians four, eleven through sixteen, and He himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, until we all come to the unity of faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, and the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: That's one of the most poignant, pregnant, and awesomeness filled scriptures in the Bible, more on it later.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: It is the whole reason I breathe.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: Hopefully, if I have been paying attention to all of my messages, they will somehow lead a person who believes in God to this one revelation.
- 26:20SPEAKER_00: We need to equip the soldiers, the saints for the work of war, that is of ministry, so that we can reproduce disciples, little brightettes who will remain to stand and be found standing when the heat is on Ephesians six, thirteen through fourteen.
- 26:35SPEAKER_00: The Holy Spirit knew we would need help on how to do church, which is why we have the Bible.
- 26:40SPEAKER_00: Second Timothy three, sixteen through seventeen.
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: I'm not so sure we could make such a tight turn right now as a church, but with God all things are possible, and sooner or later we will need to get it figured out.
- 27:04SPEAKER_00: I hope and pray for the day when the church looks like a readied bride, and all because we got a generation in place that's said enough.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: I only hope that you see my heart in this message.
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: I am not ignorant that you have jobs, spouses, kids, a life, as some of you might call it.
- 27:19SPEAKER_00: But don't many of the soldiers of war lay aside their own lives for others?
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: Are they not trained to leave all, to fight well, and if they survive, they can return back to the old life they once lived?
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: Are we not also asked, like them, to leave all, to forsake all, that we would win?
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: And of course, if we survive, we return to a new life, not to the old life.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: Luke fourteen thirty three So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake all that he has, cannot be my disciple.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: There is more direct scripture that clearly indicates that we are not to love this world, nor our lives, but we should move on from these requests to find greener pastures within the story.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: Besides there is a spiritual distinction between us Christians and soldiers.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: twelve Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the spirit who was from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.
- 28:13SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: So we can give it away.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: If that hasn't happened to us, then this next scripture may apply to us John eight four four.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him.
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: You see, there is a distinction.
- 28:39SPEAKER_00: We are different, so we ought to act as if we believed it, right?
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: We either belong to the spirit of God or to the spirit of the devil, because we know that the Bible states that there is no one who does good, there is no middle road, there is no savior on the dotted line.
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: You are either on one side or the other.
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: Romans three, nine through twelve.
- 28:59SPEAKER_00: What then?
- 28:59SPEAKER_00: Are we better than they?
- 29:01SPEAKER_00: Not at all, for we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks, that they are all under sin, as it is written, there is none righteous, no not one, there is none who understands, there is none who seeks after God.
- 29:14SPEAKER_00: They have all turned aside, they have altogether become unprofitable.
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: There is none who does good, no, not one.
- 29:21SPEAKER_00: And didn't Jesus draw a line in the sand?
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: Yes he did.
- 29:25SPEAKER_00: Matthew twelve thirty.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters abroad.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: The truth is that we are either dealing with someone who has the Holy Spirit in them, or is being led inside or out by at least one demonic spirit, if not legions of them.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: Mark nine.
- 29:44SPEAKER_00: Then he asked him, What is your name?
- 29:46SPEAKER_00: And he answered saying, My name is Legion, for we are many.
- 29:49SPEAKER_00: This is why John stated that we need to test every spirit four.
- 29:54SPEAKER_00: Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
- 30:02SPEAKER_00: That was stated two thousand years ago.
- 30:05SPEAKER_00: We can believe the Holy Spirit all the time and in every situation, so he must be talking about the infiltrators and more clues.
- 30:13SPEAKER_00: Are we not to avoid laying hands on anyone hastily?
- 30:16SPEAKER_00: I've never heard anyone or seen anyone apply this scripture to a situation.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean that it doesn't happen.
- 30:22SPEAKER_00: I've just never seen any old sort of discretion or discernment being used when someone asks for prayer.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: Timothy five twenty two.
- 30:31SPEAKER_00: Do not lay hands on anyone hastily, nor share in other people's sins.
- 30:35SPEAKER_00: Keep yourself pure.
- 30:37SPEAKER_00: Imagine that we are to keep ourselves pure.
- 30:39SPEAKER_00: I have definitely not done a good job in this area.
- 30:42SPEAKER_00: If you are to look at my example, you would see a glass dimly lit all right, but I will do all that is possible to allow God his way in my what remains of my pithy life until I go home.
- 30:53SPEAKER_00: It is also why the Holy Spirit gives us the gift of discernment, and it is why we can cast devils out of people.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: Consider the following John six seventy.
- 31:02SPEAKER_00: Jesus answered them, did I not choose you the twelve, and one of you is a devil?
- 31:08SPEAKER_00: Regarding many of the current methods used to staff a church, it needs to get his act together and get off the spiritual eharmony dot com, as he has already chosen you to be his bride along with others.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: There is no other husband for the church.
- 31:21SPEAKER_00: Jesus is our only option and a great and awesome one at that.
- 31:25SPEAKER_00: So back to the church purpose is bringing someone who falls into one of the following categories to a church biblical.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: Do the make believers, fake believers, nonbelievers, or those stuck in the valley of indecision, false Christs, false apostles, false prophets, wolves in sheep's clothing, or false teachers belong in our churches?
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: Nope.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: In today's church we invite these people into the church community, setting them free to roam about God's people, and take them out one by one.
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: If evil men cause an entire nation to walk away from God time and time again, how is it that their strategy would change for our modern times today?
- 32:02SPEAKER_00: They were motivated by the devil back then and are also in these very days motivated by the devil.
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: What traps have you set in your own church?
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: I know not your personality, right, but by sending ill equipped saints who have not been equipped for the work of ministry into the wolves, you have indirectly allowed the trapsetters to enter in and pollute your grounds.
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: Matthew ten sixteen.
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: So back to the question, is it biblical to invite make believers, fake believers, nonbelievers, or those stuck in a valley of indecision, false Christs, false apostles, false prophets, wolves in sheep's clothing, or false teachers to church?
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: To our barracks, to where we equip the saints for the work of ministry, where we strategize and launch from.
- 32:45SPEAKER_00: Name one country that would invite their enemy into their strategic war meetings.
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: Just one.
- 32:50SPEAKER_00: Wait, Ken, are you saying that we invite or are inviting the devil into the place where we are taking believers and those who are being saved through basic training?
- 32:59SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 33:00SPEAKER_00: Assuming of course you're making disciples and equipping the saints for the work of ministry.
- 33:04SPEAKER_00: I know when you think about it that way it sounds preposterous.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: I imagine our military forces behaving the same way.
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: No one would think it is prudent to invite your enemy into your barracks.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: No one.
- 33:15SPEAKER_00: But when we look at the operation and enormous push of the church to invite the future light bill payers into the seats, we see that that is exactly what we are doing.
- 33:24SPEAKER_00: Now before I go on, I want to share that it is my belief that if the church today, totally big if, were operating as a book of Acts Church, able to test every spirit, and when the wrong one entered through the doors, a deliverance warrior ministry was in place to deal with it properly, and the church had an active intercessory ministry, and the majority of believers and those being saved had a clear picture of what it is to be equipped for the work of ministry and were released into their prospective assignments when the body of believers are assembled, or we are currently living in a revival or awakening atmosphere, then I might think that this message is irrelevant at all to our situation.
- 34:05SPEAKER_00: So let's see what's next.
- 34:06SPEAKER_00: Second Thessalonians three, six fifteen.
- 34:09SPEAKER_00: But we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw from every brother who walks disorderly and not according to the tradition which he received from us.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: If we are to withdraw from other Christians who are willingly backsliding, how do we then go on about inviting those who don't even believe in God to our worshiping sessions?
- 34:31SPEAKER_00: Okay, but so now I want you to know that this ministry is called deep waters for a reason.
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: It is not to impress you with whatever I might know.
- 34:39SPEAKER_00: Without God I'm just a talking empty head.
- 34:42SPEAKER_00: Nope, this is rich stuff right out of the Word of God, and your gaining knowledge of it should lead you to want to know God at a more personal level than you currently know him.
- 34:51SPEAKER_00: Listen, Peeps, he is a knowable God, and surely you must know that you cannot love that for which you do not know intimately.
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: Notice that Second Thessalonians three, six through fifteen uses the word command.
- 35:04SPEAKER_00: This is a command.
- 35:06SPEAKER_00: Withdraw, and it is not referring to the devil or porky legionnaires.
- 35:10SPEAKER_00: Nope, it is talking about you hanging out with Bob, who does his own thing in the things of the church and God.
- 35:16SPEAKER_00: But it's okay to invite make believers, fake believers, nonbelievers, or those stuck in a valley of indecision, false Christs, false apostles, false prophets, wolves in sheep's clothing, or false teachers to church?
- 35:27SPEAKER_00: Again I say no.
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: Second John nine through eleven.
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God.
- 35:36SPEAKER_00: He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son.
- 35:40SPEAKER_00: If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house, nor greet him, for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.
- 35:51SPEAKER_00: Okay, so Paul has ruined most of our evangelism strategies right there.
- 35:55SPEAKER_00: How often do we invite others into our homes who clearly have a false doctrine?
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: Corinthians fifteen thirty three Do not be deceived.
- 36:04SPEAKER_00: Evil company corrupts good habits.
- 36:07SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I get that.
- 36:08SPEAKER_00: If we have a wayward brethren and for the moment they are unchangeable, then we don't hang.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: So but we can then say it's okay to invite open and transparent enemy of God to our worship, to the house of God?
- 36:20SPEAKER_00: I am trying, as I know the Bible has been around way longer than I have been, or ever will be, but when I see this stuff I have to ask.
- 36:28SPEAKER_00: I have seen and experienced what a train wreck, make believers, fake believers, non believers, those stuck in the valley of indecision, false Christs, false apostles, false prophets, wolves in sheep's clothing, or false teachers can do to a church service or new believer.
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: Their whole purpose is to shut that building down, and I've seen that happen several times in my own lifetime.
- 36:50SPEAKER_00: And yet we tell them to show up to our circus so that they can keep us busy beating the air Corinthians twenty six.
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: Second Corinthians six seventeen.
- 37:00SPEAKER_00: Therefore, come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.
- 37:08SPEAKER_00: Does this just mean when we get saved?
- 37:11SPEAKER_00: Yes, but how then can I get saved in a church with believers, those being saved, mixed up with the make believers, fake believers, non believers, those stuck in the valley of indecision, false Christ, apostles, prophets, wolves in sheep's clothing, or false teachers in attendance, and come out of them.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: Ephesians five eleven through thirteen and have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them, for it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret.
- 37:45SPEAKER_00: But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light.
- 37:52SPEAKER_00: Have no fellowship nineteen, and not holding fast to the head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God.
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: Church growth comes from God.
- 38:07SPEAKER_00: Now this is what is supposed to be happening in the church, not just a leader meeting or life cell groups.
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: At the big house, the church, would you knit yourself to a dirty sock?
- 38:18SPEAKER_00: I would never have knitted myself to me when I was in the world.
- 38:22SPEAKER_00: Corinthians six, thirteen through nineteen.
- 38:24SPEAKER_00: Now the body is not for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body, and God both raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by his power.
- 38:34SPEAKER_00: Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ?
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot?
- 38:41SPEAKER_00: Certainly not.
- 38:42SPEAKER_00: Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her?
- 38:46SPEAKER_00: For the two, he says, shall become one flesh, but he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with him.
- 38:53SPEAKER_00: Flee sexual immorality.
- 38:55SPEAKER_00: Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body, or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
- 39:09SPEAKER_00: I know, you think this is just talking about adultery in the natural, but I will address your concern with another scripture James four four.
- 39:17SPEAKER_00: Adulterers and adulteresses Do you not know that friendship with the world is enity with God?
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
- 39:28SPEAKER_00: How can this be avoided if the world is invited into our churches?
- 39:32SPEAKER_00: Second John ten.
- 39:33SPEAKER_00: If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house, nor greet him.
- 39:40SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's just my Bible that uses this language.
- 39:44SPEAKER_00: Nope, yours does also.
- 39:45SPEAKER_00: There are cults that apply this scripture better than us, and don't think for a minute that we just operate in more grace, so that we are able to contradict the word of God.
- 39:57SPEAKER_00: But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother who was sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner, not even to eat with such a person.
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: How many church potlucks do we have those types of people sitting right there in our midst?
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: Okay, so this is obvious, right?
- 40:18SPEAKER_00: I mean we couldn't hang around other Christians named a brother who was struggling and in unrepentance.
- 40:23SPEAKER_00: But it is okay to invite the make believers, fake believers, nonbelievers, those stuck in the valley of indecision, false Christ, apostles, prophets, teachers, and wolves in sheep's clothing into the church, or your small group or your house?
- 40:38SPEAKER_00: Verse twelve for what have I to do with judging those also who are outside?
- 40:44SPEAKER_00: Do you not judge those who are inside?
- 40:46SPEAKER_00: But those who are outside God judges, therefore, put away from yourselves the evil person.
- 40:52SPEAKER_00: Who is inside and who is outside?
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: I know, what Paul is saying here is that they are not saved, and we are, therefore they are outside, and us be inside.
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: There are too many scriptures that show us a more complete picture, which is that we, in all likelihood, should be using the church with an address to equip the saints for the work of ministry and to make disciples at last.
- 41:13SPEAKER_00: Turning it into a house where spiritual adultery is embraced is not a commandment from God, nor is it his intention that we do so.
- 41:21SPEAKER_00: How is it that we are instructed not to receive someone who is doctrinally challenged into our own home, but it is okay for me to sit right next to that person in church?
- 41:30SPEAKER_00: I have been a part of a church that trained its members to walk out into the world and invite anyone, including dinosaurs to our services.
- 41:37SPEAKER_00: That church, after fourteen years of tremendous community effort, was eventually eaten by the pterodactyl.
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: Its doors were shut suddenly because we had allowed sin into the camp.
- 41:48SPEAKER_00: So let's take a look at some scriptures circling back to the church hiring practices.
- 41:53SPEAKER_00: Acts one twenty through twenty six for it is written in the book of Psalms, let his dwelling place be desolate, and let no one live in it, and let another take his office.
- 42:02SPEAKER_00: Therefore these men who have accompanied us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, beginning from the baptism of John, to that day when he was taken up from us, one of these must become a witness with us of his resurrection.
- 42:17SPEAKER_00: And they proposed to Joseph called Barabas, who was named Justice and Matthias.
- 42:22SPEAKER_00: And when they prayed and said, O Lord, you know the hearts of all, show which of these two you have chosen to take part in this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.
- 42:35SPEAKER_00: And they cast their lots, and the lots fell on Matthias, and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: This is what I found in this verse.
- 42:42SPEAKER_00: They did not choose the replacement for Judas.
- 42:45SPEAKER_00: They asked God to choose.
- 42:46SPEAKER_00: Seems strange that we have better, more improved ways of knowing a man's heart today, you know, with all of the able colleges, universities, and seminaries.
- 42:54SPEAKER_00: We don't need no stinking consultant who picked David as king, Acts thirteen twenty two, and when he had removed him, he raised up for them David as king, to whom also he gave testimony and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after my own heart, who will do all my will.
- 43:13SPEAKER_00: Can you find such a man using your current hiring practices?
- 43:17SPEAKER_00: Acts two hundred forty seven, praising God and having favor with all the people, and the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.
- 43:25SPEAKER_00: So now I get a medalin.
- 43:27SPEAKER_00: So in this, and as we leave those formidable scriptures, we see that the fruit of a healthy church is addition, and saints who are maturing in their walk with God.
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: Check out one of the details that invite the fish in the pond.
- 43:41SPEAKER_00: Now when he was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in his name when they saw the signs which he did.
- 43:49SPEAKER_00: We are not talking about lunchroom, potlucks, and circus signs.
- 43:52SPEAKER_00: They believed as he, that is Jesus, was working the streets, as we say in the evangelism world.
- 43:59SPEAKER_00: So if the church Church is taking care of business wherever it is, that is you, the church, is that when you perform miracle signs and wonders that Jesus did, you will get the results Jesus got, along with the warfare that he got.
- 44:12SPEAKER_00: But the church will grow because the unbeliever saw the signs, and no wonder the devil doesn't want you to believe that the Holy Spirit is for today's church.
- 44:20SPEAKER_00: Acts sixteen five.
- 44:22SPEAKER_00: So the church was strengthened in faith and increased in number daily, daily, daily, daily.
- 44:28SPEAKER_00: I'm not talking about transfer growth.
- 44:30SPEAKER_00: Ah, the rebellious Christian that floats their boat wherever the waters appear highest in the moment.
- 44:34SPEAKER_00: But because they won't come under authority, they never let their anchor down.
- 44:38SPEAKER_00: But even if they tried to let it down, it wouldn't reach the bottom because the water is too deep for the length of their experience.
- 44:45SPEAKER_00: They should have stayed in the lake and not transitioned to the ocean.
- 44:48SPEAKER_00: Let's move on so as not to drag our anchor.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: We find some criteria that may be of help when faced with selecting leadership to work with us in a godly office and capacity.
- 44:58SPEAKER_00: One, men who have accompanied us all of the time.
- 45:01SPEAKER_00: Two, pray, three, witnesses, from others who may be operating in the same office, committed, dedicated, and loyal.
- 45:09SPEAKER_00: Acts one twenty one through twenty two.
- 45:12SPEAKER_00: Therefore, of these men who have accompanied us all of the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, beginning from the baptism of John to the day when he was taken up from us, one of these must become a witness with us of his resurrection.
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: Seems pretty straightforward, with us doing us' work from us, that is from our influence, teaching, and specific growth process and experiences, and saw Jesus just like we did, just like us.
- 45:39SPEAKER_00: Luke six twelve through thirteen.
- 45:41SPEAKER_00: Now it came to pass in those days that he went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God, and when it was day he called his disciples to himself, and from them he chose twelve, whom he also named apostles.
- 45:54SPEAKER_00: Only thing I got here specific to this message is that Jesus called his disciples to himself, not to others, not to themselves, not to institutions, the world, nope, to himself.
- 46:06SPEAKER_00: He was taking responsibility for his disciples, showing us that we are no doubt to do the same.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: I've been around people who evangelize, win a soul to Jesus Christ, and then never follow up to find out how they're growing.
- 46:19SPEAKER_00: They just leave them out there on the sidewalk, hoping that someone else will come along and pick up where they left off.
- 46:24SPEAKER_00: It's a faulty system, no matter how you look at it.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: Acts six, three through four.
- 46:30SPEAKER_00: Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business, but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.
- 46:43SPEAKER_00: So if you weren't aware of this before, you can now be, and that is, if a person who wanders in off of the street and tells you that they have ninety eight years of ministry experience and fourteen college degrees, but has no reputation, then they have no reputation, and until their ministry pass can be confirmed by the wisdom of no matter how many it takes staffers to join your ranks, then by all means you start the hiring process over.
- 47:08SPEAKER_00: There should be no guesswork in this process, no more so than trying to hire a qualified CEO for your company.
- 47:15SPEAKER_00: Proof of success in ministry should be a requirement, and I don't see why God would not confirm your choice either.
- 47:20SPEAKER_00: I get that this is difficult to find and confirm all of these traits, which is why it would be helpful to include God at the admin meetings.
- 47:28SPEAKER_00: But here's the key, anyone placed in a leadership position should be filled with the Holy Spirit and wisdom, no question.
- 47:35SPEAKER_00: If we have spiritual standards for deacons, elders, and bishops, do we not also have the same or even more strict standards for those who are operating in the fivefold ministry?
- 47:45SPEAKER_00: Timothy three, one through thirteen.
- 47:48SPEAKER_00: So we're getting down the road now.
- 47:49SPEAKER_00: We have covered much in the way that I feel has diminished the effectiveness of the operation of the church today.
- 47:55SPEAKER_00: I think sometimes we believe that anyone who speaks correction to the church is sent by the devil because God loves her, and that is his bride, in spite of herself.
- 48:04SPEAKER_00: I suspect that this might be true if he didn't say that she would make herself ready.
- 48:09SPEAKER_00: This has to mean that she is not ready until she is.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: Additionally, the Old Testament is full of God's prophets, correcting the course of God's people and then being rejected and taken out.
- 48:20SPEAKER_00: Ultimately, and in many cases, the people being corrected end up rejecting the correction.
- 48:26SPEAKER_00: Have we improved at all as a human race?
- 48:28SPEAKER_00: Have we come so far as to no longer need his guidance and leadership?
- 48:32SPEAKER_00: Nope.
- 48:33SPEAKER_00: In fact, it is more demonic for a church that is absent of the Holy Spirit to operate as such than for the man who attempts to deliver a message of correction and become a part of the local work if called to do so.
- 48:45SPEAKER_00: Far too often it's the messenger who is accused of having a demon, not the Pharisees.
- 48:50SPEAKER_00: I must say it's quite an honor to be accused of having a demon by a demon, except that they are not trying to flatter you, but deceive others who just don't know what is going on.
- 48:58SPEAKER_00: Mention demon to most Christian folk, and they get a flashback of the line in the movie Forest Gump, run forest, run.
- 49:05SPEAKER_00: Anyway, so but now let's look upon the great deception Matthew eleven eighteen.
- 49:11SPEAKER_00: For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say he has a demon.
- 49:15SPEAKER_00: Mark three twenty two, and the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said he has Belzebub, and by the ruler of demons, he cast out demons.
- 49:25SPEAKER_00: And many of them said He has a demon and is mad.
- 49:28SPEAKER_00: Why do you listen to him?
- 49:30SPEAKER_00: I am living proof that God will use an absolutely worthless being to send a little he to show his strength using the weak things of this world.
- 49:41SPEAKER_00: But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise.
- 49:45SPEAKER_00: God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty.
- 49:49SPEAKER_00: If I seem a little defensive at times, I am not.
- 49:52SPEAKER_00: The gospel stands all by itself, and Jesus' message needs no protection, as if I were able to effectively add one I odor to it anyways.
- 50:00SPEAKER_00: Nope what I am doing is hammering at the stones that were raised up and attempt to discredit what is being said here, as to throw some of you off, while at the same time hammering at the stones that keep us stuck in the sea of contentment and thorough inefficiencies.
- 50:14SPEAKER_00: You see, we are in the end of the end times, and these next scriptures are defining where we are at right now.
- 50:20SPEAKER_00: Timothy four, one through three.
- 50:22SPEAKER_00: Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times, that some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons.
- 50:31SPEAKER_00: Didn't Jesus say Belzebuk cannot cast out Bezaboop?
- 50:34SPEAKER_00: Speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with the hot iron, forbidding to marry and commanding to abstain from food which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.
- 50:46SPEAKER_00: Ephesians four nineteen, who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to walk in all uncleanness with greediness.
- 50:56SPEAKER_00: Matthew seven fifteen, beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
- 51:03SPEAKER_00: I wonder where these ravenous guys might be hanging out.
- 51:06SPEAKER_00: The wolves in nature usually hang out where the sheep are hanging out, right?
- 51:09SPEAKER_00: You see there's more that is resisting the church than just the errors of man.
- 51:14SPEAKER_00: As we can see by now, we are the bride of Christ, and by all means we are daily under the most severest of relentless attacks from the enemy.
- 51:21SPEAKER_00: Why would we think that the devil would leave Jesus' girlfriend alone is baffling.
- 51:26SPEAKER_00: Now I'm not saying that everyone who rejects this message is of the devil.
- 51:29SPEAKER_00: Some will just be in the same place until they go home to be with him.
- 51:33SPEAKER_00: They can ask him why they weren't more successful on earth.
- 51:36SPEAKER_00: They actually won't.
- 51:37SPEAKER_00: They will know right away when they get there.
- 51:39SPEAKER_00: Luke sixteen, nineteen through thirty one.
- 51:42SPEAKER_00: So how does the church get swolled up?
- 51:44SPEAKER_00: How does it grow?
- 51:45SPEAKER_00: Or maybe we should even ask how we should allow it to grow, without getting stupid in our selection or rejection of leadership processes.
- 51:52SPEAKER_00: Of course I have examples of how it grew in the Bible Acts two four through forty seven.
- 51:58SPEAKER_00: And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.
- 52:03SPEAKER_00: We hear them speaking in our own tongues and wonderful works of God, so they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, whatever could this mean?
- 52:10SPEAKER_00: So filled with the Holy Spirit is good, manifesting what only the Holy Spirit can manifest is better.
- 52:17SPEAKER_00: Others mocking said, They are full of new wine.
- 52:20SPEAKER_00: But Peter standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you and heed my words, for these are not drunk as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day.
- 52:34SPEAKER_00: But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel.
- 52:37SPEAKER_00: Defending other believers for the sake of Christianity is a good requirement and keeps us from a divisive spirit.
- 52:44SPEAKER_00: Romans sixteen seventeen Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them.
- 52:55SPEAKER_00: One more reason why we don't invite nonbelievers to church, right?
- 52:59SPEAKER_00: Titus three ten reject a divisive man after the first and second admonition.
- 53:04SPEAKER_00: I elaborate just a minute on the negative impact of divisiveness.
- 53:08SPEAKER_00: When you consider that Jesus states to love your enemy, but avoid and to even reject a divisive person if they are unwilling to receive correction, you have to wonder why so many still try and create division in the body of Christ.
- 53:20SPEAKER_00: To think I am better than you, we are better than they, I am more spiritual, you are off on your thinking.
- 53:27SPEAKER_00: Listen, Satan's strategy is to divide, and if you think that he likes you because you act like him, you are sorely mistaken and misled.
- 53:35SPEAKER_00: All you have to do is to just peek into our horrific human history and see the wars fought over the difference in skin color, the difference in religious beliefs, difference in status, cultures, genders, and resources, not to mention the human abuses whereby we have those who take advantage of others for their own greedy appetites.
- 53:54SPEAKER_00: And we do not even see that others from the same culture and religion taking advantage of its own people.
- 53:59SPEAKER_00: The devil will not share his glory, however dark with anyone long term.
- 54:03SPEAKER_00: Now it is imperative that you understand that if you are not for Jesus in biblical manner, then you are proactively for the devil, Matthew twelve thirty.
- 54:11SPEAKER_00: You only have to say in whom you will serve, and even that depends on the call and awakening from God, not to divert, but I have heard so many say, I don't believe in God, as if it is a great advantage to say so.
- 54:24SPEAKER_00: To me this is like saying I don't believe in air or drowning or falling, and yet we say things as if it's an advantage to us somehow.
- 54:32SPEAKER_00: Anyway, Paul says in Romans fourteen one, receive one who is weak in the faith, but not to dispute over doubtful things.
- 54:40SPEAKER_00: If you make everything big just to win, you are still in error and just being cute.
- 54:45SPEAKER_00: Let's continue with some self denial, shall we?
- 54:48SPEAKER_00: I can't preach and teach doesn't work when you are called to do so under the gift and anointing of the Holy Spirit.
- 54:54SPEAKER_00: To change the meaning of this scripture is ridiculous, and yet it works.
- 54:58SPEAKER_00: So many have been told that the Holy Spirit is not for today.
- 55:01SPEAKER_00: Instead of seeking and confirming for themselves, they sit in a chair shaped coffin and listen to another dead on dead message.
- 55:08SPEAKER_00: Keep in mind that you can only cast out demons, deal with the devil, and set people free from bondage by a spirit that is greater than the spirit that has caused all that ruckus.
- 55:18SPEAKER_00: No Holy Spirit, then you daily get to watch your neighbor, your family, co workers, struggle with something you could have easily dealt with if you operated and cooperated with the Holy Spirit.
- 55:29SPEAKER_00: What we have done in the absence of the Holy Spirit is we become prescriptionists.
- 55:33SPEAKER_00: Hey man, what is your gifting?
- 55:35SPEAKER_00: Oh I'm a prescriptionist.
- 55:37SPEAKER_00: What ails you today?
- 55:38SPEAKER_00: Didn't Peter say silver and gold I do not have, but what I have, take some Tylenol.
- 55:43SPEAKER_00: So take two in the morning so your butt doesn't get sore tomorrow as you remain in the state that I found you in.
- 55:49SPEAKER_00: Acts two hundred forty seven, and the Lord added to the church daily those who are being saved.
- 55:54SPEAKER_00: How do you like that transition?
- 55:56SPEAKER_00: Let's talk shop.
- 55:57SPEAKER_00: The gasket of a motor may not look like many of the other parts.
- 56:01SPEAKER_00: It may not cost as much as the other parts.
- 56:03SPEAKER_00: It's usually hidden between the other parts, but all of the other parts cannot work if the gasket is not in place.
- 56:09SPEAKER_00: A hundred thousand dollars can explode if it loses a thirty dollar gasket.
- 56:14SPEAKER_00: You may be the preacher, teacher of all times, but if the carpets look like shag carpets due to wear and tear, and the interior restrooms smell like the exterior restrooms, like a blown gasket, the church won't run.
- 56:26SPEAKER_00: FB Meyer states it well when he shares a following about these offices and their purpose.
- 56:31SPEAKER_00: Apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, and evangelists are the gifts of the risen Christ to his church.
- 56:37SPEAKER_00: There should be no rivalry among them.
- 56:39SPEAKER_00: Each has his own work to do, as each wheel in a watch has its special function, none can do the work of another, and none should try to do it.
- 56:47SPEAKER_00: The apostles laid the foundation of the city of God, and the work of each is represented by a different stone.
- 56:53SPEAKER_00: The pastor prepares the ground and sows the seed for the harvest, which the evangelist reaps, but God will portion the reward between them.
- 57:00SPEAKER_00: The teacher is as much needed as the evangelist, but neither is so essential as God who gives the increase.
- 57:06SPEAKER_00: Without that all labor would be in vain.
- 57:09SPEAKER_00: We learn from Ephesians four twelve that the prime duty of all these agents is not to baptize Mary or bury the saints, and comfort and console them, and to get them somehow into heaven, as the Arab guides get travelers to the top of the pyramids.
- 57:23SPEAKER_00: Their duty is to perfect, that is to adjust the saints for the work of ministry, that they may contribute to the building up of the church.
- 57:30SPEAKER_00: A minister is a failure if he does all the work himself.
- 57:34SPEAKER_00: The people must all be at work in the quarries or shaping the stones or fitting them into places.
- 57:41SPEAKER_00: I did not select this office because I like to teach.
- 57:44SPEAKER_00: Nope, I really didn't because I felt that people were too hard of hearing, and few ever had really changed, and also felt totally unqualified because so few did listen.
- 57:53SPEAKER_00: Many wanted to argue facts and differing beliefs.
- 57:55SPEAKER_00: It has been at times a very frustrating journey.
- 57:58SPEAKER_00: So if you haven't figured it out yet, the spiritual gifts are actually weapons for your spiritual warring against all manner of spiritual hosts.
- 58:05SPEAKER_00: Second Corinthians ten three five, Ephesians six ten through eighteen, and Revelation thirteen seven.
- 58:11SPEAKER_00: One question I have is why does it appear that the church is so uneducated in the Word of God?
- 58:18SPEAKER_00: Is the absence of the Holy Spirit from its presence the problem?
- 58:22SPEAKER_00: Perhaps we have too broad of a mix of saved, being saved, and don't give a hoot people in the church.
- 58:28SPEAKER_00: It is the hoots that usually bring in the enemy of God, which, as stated before, seems to have uninhibited access to the barracks of God, that is the church.
- 58:38SPEAKER_00: Perhaps we need to focus more on sanctification.
- 58:41SPEAKER_00: Should we?
- 58:41SPEAKER_00: No.
- 58:42SPEAKER_00: Can we increase our appetite for the things of God?
- 58:44SPEAKER_00: Maybe we are too okay with attending a powerless church.
- 58:48SPEAKER_00: Is this even possible?
- 58:49SPEAKER_00: Wouldn't this be exactly the same thing as someone being okay with the idea of being handed a gun to go into battle, and they are told that they will not have any ammo?
- 58:58SPEAKER_00: But if they just stand on the field, the enemy will leave them alone without firing a shot at them.
- 59:04SPEAKER_00: It's the same thing when you don't read your Bible or strive to partner with the Holy Spirit in the things of God.
- 59:09SPEAKER_00: So how is a church populated with all the correct pieces and all the correct positions?
- 59:14SPEAKER_00: Walking in the perfect love of Christ in faith and in perfect love?
- 59:17SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 59:18SPEAKER_00: Okay, so in wrapping this message up, if someone walks into your church off the street, you can allow them to gawk uninterruptedly, but you should or could run them through a short series of spiritually loaded questions to determine if they should remain or not.
- 59:32SPEAKER_00: Test the spirit.
- 59:33SPEAKER_00: I believe there is room in the Bible for the spily interested to stop by and to check things out.
- 59:39SPEAKER_00: However, this should not be the primary focus of the church.
- 59:43SPEAKER_00: Equip, equip, equip.
- 59:44SPEAKER_00: All the messages should be to equip the saints for the work of ministry.
- 59:48SPEAKER_00: And yes, you can chat about the gospel, but if you review the examples above, you can see that those being added to the church were being added because someone already preached the gospel, and in many, many cases proved it to be true with signs following, but they cannot do it if they haven't been trained how to do it.
- 1:00:05SPEAKER_00: So the believer and the being saved occupy the church for the sole purpose of equipping the saints for the work of ministry, making disciples, fellowship with one another, worshiping God and seeking his presence.
- 1:00:16SPEAKER_00: Leadership is selected in addition to what has already been shared by proof of lasting and mature fruit.
- 1:00:22SPEAKER_00: Timothy outlines the role of bishop and elder.
- 1:00:24SPEAKER_00: Did he not teach us to avoid releasing someone too soon before they are ready?
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_00: Yes, I saw this happen with my own eyes, and they destroyed the church.
- 1:00:33SPEAKER_00: By building a church in this manner, it is also easy to gauge where a person is at insofar as maturity, to lay hands when asked or necessary, to put into practice those things being taught to the believers.
- 1:00:45SPEAKER_00: Bible studies would be should be mandatory, just like basic training is to the new soldier.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_00: This is not rocket science.
- 1:00:53SPEAKER_00: If your church building is eating up all of your resources, then perhaps it is time to reevaluate the location of your barracks and bunkers.
- 1:01:00SPEAKER_00: Jesus sent his disciples out.
- 1:01:02SPEAKER_00: He said, I sent you out into the world among the wolves.
- 1:01:06SPEAKER_00: John seventeen eighteen.
- 1:01:08SPEAKER_00: As you sent me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.
- 1:01:12SPEAKER_00: Matthew ten sixteen.
- 1:01:14SPEAKER_00: Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves.
- 1:01:17SPEAKER_00: Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
- 1:01:20SPEAKER_00: He also said for us to go into the world, Matthew twenty eight, nineteen twenty.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_00: Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
- 1:01:37SPEAKER_00: Amen.
- 1:01:38SPEAKER_00: Mark sixteen twenty, and they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs, amen.
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_00: Go out and everywhere should stand out as pretty clear instructions that away from the base is where all the evangelism and preaching action should be taking place.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_00: Recruiters are not on the base but out in the world.
- 1:01:57SPEAKER_00: Is it any wonder that churches don't want anyone casting out demons at the church address?
- 1:02:02SPEAKER_00: This activity can be done in the streets so that the gospel is demonstrated in power.
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_00: The world is the fish farm, not the church, and this is and should be the equipping center for the believers and for those being saved.
- 1:02:14SPEAKER_00: If we get equipped at a church that is actually functioning like a revival center, like a military compound, we grow and mature.
- 1:02:22SPEAKER_00: No, not a cult compound, but with just enough structure that we are equipping the saints for the work of ministry.
- 1:02:28SPEAKER_00: In practice, we should by all means be equipping the saints for the work of ministry so as to send them out, out into the workplace, at kids' sporting events, bingo clubs, potlucks and picnic events, concerts and bars, professing sporting events, their bank, the grocery store, post office, their social media accounts, all of them.
- 1:02:48SPEAKER_00: My mom used to say that when she was tired of us kids hanging around the house, turning it into an indoor roadie event to get out.
- 1:02:56SPEAKER_00: So out we should go.
- 1:02:58SPEAKER_00: You see, if we tried to bring unknown guests into our house, there was a vetting process to ensure that they were okay.
- 1:03:03SPEAKER_00: It seems like we think God will convert a child of the devil while he sits in the church with a contrary purpose.
- 1:03:09SPEAKER_00: Free will is still in operation.
- 1:03:12SPEAKER_00: Since we are in the same war, God is fighting in the second heaven, perhaps we should look too.
- 1:03:17SPEAKER_00: This type and shadow of our military system in terms of training, equipping, building camaraderie, teaching them that we should have each other's back, and go so far as to die for your fellow brother in Christ.
- 1:03:29SPEAKER_00: I know it's a lot to take on, but in truth, it only looks huge because well it is.
- 1:03:35SPEAKER_00: God stated that we could just speak to the mountain and it will jump into the sea.
- 1:03:39SPEAKER_00: Perhaps we could speak to the dead churches and fill the ocean.
- 1:03:42SPEAKER_00: Better that they be at the bottom of the sea than to be dried up and ineffective on land, only to continue to get in the way of the active and bury alive church.
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_00: The fivefold ministers, that is, the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, are like logistical analysts and suppliers.
- 1:03:59SPEAKER_00: Just like in the military, where everything is geared to ensure the soldier has everything they need in order to engage the enemy.
- 1:04:05SPEAKER_00: We too are to do the same.
- 1:04:07SPEAKER_00: But, and this is a big but, we need your help.
- 1:04:10SPEAKER_00: A church is not in trouble just because of its leadership.
- 1:04:13SPEAKER_00: Nope, I have seen the body self-destruct and act in crisis as though it hadn't learned anything about what it is to be a Christian in crisis.
- 1:04:21SPEAKER_00: I have seen both sides.
- 1:04:23SPEAKER_00: I have seen and heard excuses steal more Christian futures than death itself.
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_00: That is a result of a weapon that was formed and fashioned, and instead of it not prospering, it prospered and hit its intended target, Isaiah 54.17.
- 1:04:37SPEAKER_00: It is possible that you have an unteachable spirit because, well, you already know all there is to know about God, and ain't no one gonna deceive you now.
- 1:04:46SPEAKER_00: Well, if you knew all that there is to know about God, then ain't no one can deceive you.
- 1:04:50SPEAKER_00: But the truth is that the teachers are trained up until they die.
- 1:04:54SPEAKER_00: The five-star general has more to learn.
- 1:04:56SPEAKER_00: He doesn't stop learning at star three.
- 1:04:58SPEAKER_00: My heart and soul is fully committed to seeing people become the best version of themselves in Christ.
- 1:05:03SPEAKER_00: If you are a Christian, then this should absolutely be your desire as well.
- 1:05:07SPEAKER_00: I see a church in trouble.
- 1:05:08SPEAKER_00: I'm not the Almighty Church inspector, but what I have seen, I know is fixable.
- 1:05:12SPEAKER_00: Some of the fixes I have shared are now out there.
- 1:05:15SPEAKER_00: Could you imagine churches refocusing on the sheep that they have rather than getting new ones all the time?
- 1:05:20SPEAKER_00: God will bring you the sheep that you can handle, but handle them ye better, as they are your assignment if you are called to function in the fivefold ministry.
- 1:05:29SPEAKER_00: Let's close in prayer.
- 1:05:30SPEAKER_00: May the Lord make you increase in abound in love to one another and to all, that he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before your God and Father in the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
- 1:05:40SPEAKER_00: Now may the God of peace, the one in whom we call wonderful counselor, mighty God, everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace, may He Himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_00: To our Lord of Lords and our King of Kings, to our high and lifted and our great high priest, who has once and for all paid the price.
- 1:05:59SPEAKER_00: If you might see and hear come, may he hear and respond to our prayers.
- 1:06:03SPEAKER_00: To our God we stand and pray, as he too always lives to make intercession for you while seated at the right hand of the Father.
- 1:06:08SPEAKER_00: May the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, the great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you but as well pleasing in his sight.
- 1:06:20SPEAKER_00: For Jesus Christ, to whom we glory forever and ever.
- 1:06:23SPEAKER_00: Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
- 1:06:30SPEAKER_00: In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
- 1:06:32SPEAKER_00: Well that's it for today.
