- 0:00Speaker 1: Scrubbing in with Becka Tilly and Tanya rad and iHeartRadio
- 0:04Speaker 1: and two time People's Choice Award winning podcast.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Hello everybody, we are scrubbing in that we are happy Tuesday.
- 0:18Speaker 3: It is a Tuesday. Sorry for the delay on a podcast,
- 0:23Speaker 3: but we pushed it today.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Yeah, we weren't our best.
- 0:27Speaker 3: We said, if we're not at our.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Best, why phone it in?
- 0:31Speaker 3: Why phone it in? And let's just come back stronger
- 0:36Speaker 3: and better.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Tomorrow tomorrow, which is really a good approach to life.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Yes, so we're sorry if you're a Monday listener or
- 0:45Speaker 3: Tuesday morning listener and you didn't have us to join you.
- 0:48Speaker 2: So I'm a big routine girly and I don't like
- 0:51Speaker 2: I don't like throwing people off their routines, so I
- 0:55Speaker 2: don't enjoy missing a Monday. However, your girl was down.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Yes, I was scared of you through text and I said,
- 1:03Speaker 3: I am not doing a podcast with her today, respectfully.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Excuse me, You too did not feel your damnedest.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Yeah, but I was like I was kind of going, okay,
- 1:14Speaker 3: I could go because you said I'll do it, I'll
- 1:16Speaker 3: just do it, and I'm like, that's not the vibe
- 1:19Speaker 3: I'm looking for. Today, so I said, let's just push it.
- 1:23Speaker 3: I'm happy to Yeah, if not today, why not tomorrow?
- 1:26Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:29Speaker 3: How are you so? You know?
- 1:30Speaker 2: Oh, it does like I don't like to miss a Monday,
- 1:33Speaker 2: so it was it was tough for me.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Yeah, and it was a rare circumstance. And we can't
- 1:39Speaker 3: say it won't happen again, but we'll try to make
- 1:41Speaker 3: sure it doesn't happen often.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Anyways, how are you feeling.
- 1:47Speaker 2: I'm feeling fine. How are you?
- 1:49Speaker 3: I feel great?
- 1:50Speaker 2: Love that.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Yeah, let's not to feel great about you know.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Yes, life is perspective.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Life is wonderful. And I was thinking about this over
- 1:58Speaker 3: the weekend. I was thinking about how something that I
- 2:02Speaker 3: really try to practice in my life is knowing that
- 2:06Speaker 3: so many things can exist so once, Like there can
- 2:08Speaker 3: be moments in your life that don't feel like they're
- 2:11Speaker 3: at their top of the game, and they can feel
- 2:13Speaker 3: like down and sad, but then you can also experience
- 2:17Speaker 3: so much joy and love and all the things in
- 2:19Speaker 3: gratitude and they can both be happening at the same time.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Becka, what it's like you're reading my mind?
- 2:28Speaker 3: I think it's just the human experience, really is it? Though? Yeah,
- 2:32Speaker 3: I think.
- 2:32Speaker 2: But I have never lived such a dichotomy in my
- 2:36Speaker 2: entire life.
- 2:37Speaker 3: I mean, that's I think being able to do that, though,
- 2:42Speaker 3: is the gift, because I think a lot of times
- 2:44Speaker 3: you laser in on like everything's going great, so I'm
- 2:47Speaker 3: only experiencing joy in the highs or every one thing's
- 2:50Speaker 3: going bad, so therefore that's.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Why everything sucks. Yes, yeah, I posted this on my
- 2:55Speaker 2: Instagram story the other day. And because I think I'm
- 2:59Speaker 2: I'm very type A and so I always feel like
- 3:03Speaker 2: the things I'm experiencing are just like me, only I was.
- 3:07Speaker 2: When I tell you, I got thousands of dms from
- 3:09Speaker 2: people saying that they felt this exact same way when
- 3:11Speaker 2: they were like in their TTC trying to conceive era,
- 3:15Speaker 2: where like everything on your mind, Like someone asks you, like, hey,
- 3:20Speaker 2: how's your day, and I'm like, I'm ovulating today and
- 3:23Speaker 2: I had mucus yesterday and like like that's all like
- 3:26Speaker 2: that is in my mind, and I say like I'm good,
- 3:29Speaker 2: I'm fine, you know, I answer normally, but in the
- 3:32Speaker 2: back of my mind, like it's always something related to
- 3:34Speaker 2: something that's going on in the background. It's like the
- 3:37Speaker 2: craziest thing.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Do you think that's a type A like do you
- 3:40Speaker 3: think it's a personality type? Like do you think I
- 3:42Speaker 3: would be that way?
- 3:43Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 3:44Speaker 2: I thought it was just me, Like I was like,
- 3:46Speaker 2: I'm insane and everyone just says so just like hey,
- 3:49Speaker 2: back and relax and like forget about it, dude, and
- 3:51Speaker 2: I'm like I can't yeah, and I won't. Yeah, but
- 3:55Speaker 2: so many people respond like I'm not I'm not even kidding.
- 3:57Speaker 2: I've never had more DMS in my entire life. And
- 3:59Speaker 2: that made me feel better because I was like, I
- 4:01Speaker 2: thought that I was a little bit crazy, yeah, and
- 4:03Speaker 2: now I just feel like one of the girlies.
- 4:05Speaker 3: You know. I was thinking about that because you haven't
- 4:07Speaker 3: you haven't shared much, and I think you share what
- 4:10Speaker 3: and when or however you want to share. But I
- 4:12Speaker 3: was thinking, you share so much of your life and
- 4:15Speaker 3: feel so much of a community around people, and then
- 4:18Speaker 3: this you have chosen to be very you know, you've
- 4:20Speaker 3: you're going about it in your own way. But I
- 4:22Speaker 3: was wondering if when you shared that, if you felt
- 4:24Speaker 3: like very seen and almost like yes, almost like a
- 4:28Speaker 3: sense of comfort of not being alone. Yeahause when you
- 4:31Speaker 3: hold things in, there is that feeling of you feel
- 4:33Speaker 3: like you're the you feel like you're being crazy because
- 4:35Speaker 3: you're only experiencing it in your head and I don't
- 4:39Speaker 3: get it. Robbie doesn't get it, you know. So unless
- 4:42Speaker 3: you've been through that experience, it's not really something you
- 4:45Speaker 3: can relate to. Yeah, so I was wondering if you
- 4:47Speaker 3: felt that sense of God.
- 4:49Speaker 2: And just the sheer amount of the DMS was like crazy,
- 4:54Speaker 2: we're all crazy together, yes, Like it was like and
- 4:57Speaker 2: I think the reason why just because there's just been
- 5:01Speaker 2: so much like hard and pain and I feel like
- 5:05Speaker 2: I like to come here and like escape and have
- 5:07Speaker 2: fun and like not cry, you know, like take a
- 5:09Speaker 2: minute to just like get away. So I think that's
- 5:15Speaker 2: why I've kind of like built a bridge or I
- 5:18Speaker 2: don't even know if that's the word a damn, but yeah,
- 5:22Speaker 2: it did. It felt it made me feel very seene.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I think there's I think people listen to
- 5:29Speaker 3: our podcast because of it being our lives. Like I
- 5:32Speaker 3: don't think people expect you to always be this just
- 5:35Speaker 3: like everything's great and everything's happy and I'm not having
- 5:38Speaker 3: any hard time.
- 5:39Speaker 2: But what's weird is like I love my life, like
- 5:42Speaker 2: I really genuinely do. That's what's like the craziest thing
- 5:45Speaker 2: is like you can be so happy and like in
- 5:47Speaker 2: love with your life and like Robbi and I have
- 5:49Speaker 2: never been better, and like he's been showing up in
- 5:51Speaker 2: ways like I could have never have like dreamed of,
- 5:54Speaker 2: and so it's like there's so much good and then
- 5:56Speaker 2: there's just like one thing and it's just like how oh.
- 6:00Speaker 3: That's a big thing, and it's a life thing, you know.
- 6:02Speaker 3: And I think our listener specifically, especially our age range, like,
- 6:06Speaker 3: I think a lot of people are in this journey
- 6:08Speaker 3: with you. So I think you know when and if
- 6:11Speaker 3: I'm again don't want you to feel pressure, but when
- 6:14Speaker 3: and if you want to share, there's a whole group
- 6:18Speaker 3: of people that are wanting to surround you with love
- 6:23Speaker 3: and support and and also saying like me too. I
- 6:26Speaker 3: think people listening, you know, I don't think they'd listen
- 6:29Speaker 3: to the podcast and be like, oh, Tanya's being sad again,
- 6:32Speaker 3: you know. I think they'd be like, oh, it's so
- 6:34Speaker 3: it's so nice to hear someone else who whose life
- 6:37Speaker 3: seems totally perfect and everything's great experiencing something that I'm
- 6:41Speaker 3: also experiencing. So but I'm glad you're able to see
- 6:45Speaker 3: all the good things while you're going through this too.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Robby's like full chef, what's going on over that?
- 6:51Speaker 1: I can't.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Every time he puts on, I go, what's going on
- 6:53Speaker 3: over there?
- 6:54Speaker 2: So I've like I have needed a little bit of
- 6:57Speaker 2: more a little more nutritional. Uh, what's the.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Word nutritionally dense?
- 7:04Speaker 2: I needed a more nutritionally dense diet for the past
- 7:07Speaker 2: few weeks. And he really took it upon himself. Again,
- 7:11Speaker 2: he doesn't need to do this, he took it upon
- 7:13Speaker 2: himself to become this like culinary expert. I don't know
- 7:17Speaker 2: what the hell is going on, but I have Gordon
- 7:18Speaker 2: Ramsey in my house, like every night he's like, I'll
- 7:21Speaker 2: have looking up this mustard vineagrette shellet sauce with the
- 7:24Speaker 2: chicken and then the kale salad with pomegranate, and like
- 7:28Speaker 2: he's whooping up stuff like.
- 7:30Speaker 3: Crazy and it's beautiful.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I think, yeah, I think it's like his way
- 7:35Speaker 2: of being able to be creative also while doing like
- 7:39Speaker 2: what he wants to do for me right now and
- 7:42Speaker 2: showing up for me in that way. But it is crazy.
- 7:45Speaker 2: I'm like I'm getting DMS from some women being like
- 7:48Speaker 2: do you feel bad? That you don't cook and I'm like,
- 7:53Speaker 2: like negative one hundred. I feel bad, Yeah, like not
- 7:57Speaker 2: at all.
- 7:58Speaker 3: I feel sad. People feel bad like women that feel
- 8:02Speaker 3: bad that they're not in the kitchen.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Yeah that's okay. I feel no, no, And that's he's
- 8:08Speaker 2: doing it like happily. He's not like grudgingly all.
- 8:11Speaker 3: Robbie loves loves cooking and like being in the He
- 8:14Speaker 3: watches barbecue brawle. He gets inspired and he also is
- 8:17Speaker 3: a creative. He's an so I think the getting to
- 8:20Speaker 3: plate it and make it look beautiful.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Yes, that's been like a whole new Yeah. Now he's
- 8:24Speaker 2: like into the knives and he's getting really into all
- 8:26Speaker 2: the kitchen accessories like it's been. But I think at
- 8:29Speaker 2: the root of it, it's because of me and stuff
- 8:32Speaker 2: that I'm going through, and so that is like so meaningful. Yeah,
- 8:35Speaker 2: because he cares like that much.
- 8:37Speaker 3: I know, it's a amazing Yeah, it's really nice. I
- 8:41Speaker 3: told Tanya, I was like, well, if you ever doubt
- 8:45Speaker 3: how loved you are, go back and watch this series
- 8:48Speaker 3: of what he has been whipping up for you in
- 8:53Speaker 3: the kitchen.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Anyways, all this to say, I've been feeling like a
- 8:55Speaker 2: bad friend to you lately, because like, you were in
- 8:59Speaker 2: the raid this weekend and I didn't even know, like
- 9:03Speaker 2: our best friend, and I'd like seeing videos of you
- 9:06Speaker 2: on this parade and I'm like, I looked back through
- 9:09Speaker 2: our text messages. You were very nonchalant about it. I
- 9:12Speaker 2: was like, what are you doing this weekend? You're like, Oh,
- 9:13Speaker 2: we're gonna go to Weehole Pride and then we're gonna
- 9:15Speaker 2: go to a basketball game. Yeah, you never told me
- 9:18Speaker 2: you were gonna be in a flow and that like
- 9:19Speaker 2: I could come see you and wave, well.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Pray it is open to everybody. So I also, I
- 9:24Speaker 3: know that I haven't wanted you to feel pressured or
- 9:29Speaker 3: I don't know. Sometimes I ask you to do things
- 9:32Speaker 3: and you're like, I can't think of anything I'd rather
- 9:34Speaker 3: do what? So I think it's just like there's certain things,
- 9:38Speaker 3: but I would not expect you to be like, oh
- 9:40Speaker 3: my god, I'm gonna drive over to us Hollywood, pray,
- 9:42Speaker 3: try to find parking walk in the heap. I wouldn't
- 9:45Speaker 3: stand there.
- 9:46Speaker 2: And get dropped off right where I need to be and.
- 9:48Speaker 3: Just didn't feel Again, I had no expectations for you
- 9:53Speaker 3: to be there at all. But I also I didn't
- 9:55Speaker 3: feel like it was something. I was like, I'm not
- 9:57Speaker 3: gonna that's not something I'm gonna ask, but.
- 10:02Speaker 2: It was so meaningful to you.
- 10:04Speaker 3: It was it was it was meaningful to I mean,
- 10:06Speaker 3: it was a girl's like girls float. They did focused features,
- 10:09Speaker 3: did like a car, and Haley was planning on writing
- 10:12Speaker 3: in it. And then she had tons of people that
- 10:15Speaker 3: are on like the street team for the movie and
- 10:17Speaker 3: friends and family walking with shirts that said girls like
- 10:19Speaker 3: Girls and Team Haley on the back. It was so
- 10:21Speaker 3: fun and I Haley said, oh, there's a seat in
- 10:25Speaker 3: the car if you don't want to walk, and I
- 10:27Speaker 3: was like, no, I'm happy to walk. I'm totally happy
- 10:29Speaker 3: to walk in. And then her team was like, no,
- 10:31Speaker 3: you're You're in the car with her. So I was like,
- 10:34Speaker 3: that's fun of me. I'm happy to sit there and.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Don't mind me.
- 10:38Speaker 3: I wasn't really planning on being in there. And then
- 10:41Speaker 3: I just told Ali about it because she is walkable
- 10:44Speaker 3: from there, so I just was like, Hey, if y'all
- 10:46Speaker 3: want to come down. So I didn't know she was
- 10:47Speaker 3: going to be.
- 10:47Speaker 2: There from there.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Yeah, so when I saw her, I was like, oh
- 10:52Speaker 3: my god. You know, so it wasn't something that I
- 10:55Speaker 3: was like, oh my god, no one showed up for me.
- 10:57Speaker 2: I'm all riddled with gill on Saturday and I was
- 11:01Speaker 2: in painful.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Well, you can let that down. I haven't felt that
- 11:06Speaker 3: at all. You can let that guilt go. I have
- 11:09Speaker 3: not felt that once.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Well that's nice, that's good to hear.
- 11:15Speaker 3: But yeah, we had that one Sunday, and it was
- 11:18Speaker 3: my first Pride parade. Like I've I've been to a
- 11:22Speaker 3: parade where I stood there for like ten minutes or
- 11:24Speaker 3: you know, one time in San Francisco, but it was
- 11:26Speaker 3: my first time going and like well being in it
- 11:29Speaker 3: and then also you know, just seeing being in it
- 11:31Speaker 3: for that long, and it's so interesting because there's so
- 11:33Speaker 3: much like hate and like people that are anti and
- 11:37Speaker 3: it was so wholesome and like warm and everyone was
- 11:40Speaker 3: just like so happy and it made me feel like, yeah,
- 11:43Speaker 3: it was just like gosh, the hate is so unwarranted
- 11:46Speaker 3: for this, you know, like even.
- 11:47Speaker 2: The protests there is so strong.
- 11:50Speaker 3: Heley's amazing.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Haley's like no, I said hate, oh oh yeah, but
- 11:54Speaker 2: can be.
- 11:54Speaker 3: So stronger, like it really is. But I think people
- 11:58Speaker 3: like who have never experience taken what you hear hateful
- 12:02Speaker 3: people say, and that's their expectation of what it's going
- 12:05Speaker 3: to be. And even I was going into it being like,
- 12:07Speaker 3: oh gosh, she's just gonna be like, you know, overwhelming
- 12:11Speaker 3: or whatever, and it was just so wholesome and like
- 12:14Speaker 3: I said, just full of joy and love. And just
- 12:17Speaker 3: if you're in a space where people are making you
- 12:20Speaker 3: think that those things are are scary or or like
- 12:25Speaker 3: in any way negative, just know that is not accurate.
- 12:29Speaker 1: There were protesters there.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Yeah, there's always protesters. But Haley's niece was in the
- 12:33Speaker 3: car with us writing and I saw her looking at them,
- 12:36Speaker 3: and I was just like, you know, sometimes weird people
- 12:39Speaker 3: show up to these things, because she was just like,
- 12:41Speaker 3: why are they screaming? You know? And she can read,
- 12:43Speaker 3: so she's like, you know, and it's just one of
- 12:47Speaker 3: those things where you're like, oh, yeah, you just kind of.
- 12:49Speaker 1: What is sadder than that? That that's how we're gonna
- 12:51Speaker 1: spend our Sunday, what Holly Wood, We're gonna scream at
- 12:54Speaker 1: people and be hateful.
- 12:55Speaker 3: I know. And you know I was telling Haley go
- 12:58Speaker 3: to the beach. I know, I told Haley. I was like,
- 13:01Speaker 3: they think that they're doing what's right, Like they're right.
- 13:05Speaker 3: They're in a system where they're saying, like you're you're
- 13:08Speaker 3: doing what you need to do against it's going against
- 13:12Speaker 3: everyone else, but you're you know, you're doing this for
- 13:15Speaker 3: God or whatever religion they're you know, I think it's
- 13:18Speaker 3: I guess it's christian a really extreme form of Christianity,
- 13:22Speaker 3: but it's just not loving. And I think that's where
- 13:25Speaker 3: they miss the mark a lot. You know, it doesn't
- 13:28Speaker 3: it doesn't come again. It doesn't make anyone want to
- 13:30Speaker 3: go in the direction that they're going. I'll tell you
- 13:33Speaker 3: that much.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Yeah, So anyways, do you also do you have a
- 13:35Speaker 1: moment of like, wow, ten years from now, I never
- 13:38Speaker 1: thought i'd see the day.
- 13:39Speaker 3: Yeah, I had. I posted about it. I was like,
- 13:41Speaker 3: if you would have shown twenty eighteen back at this video,
- 13:45Speaker 3: it would be so crazy because she wouldn't believe it.
- 13:48Speaker 3: And I think that also it all the things that
- 13:53Speaker 3: I had so much fear about kind of I look
- 13:56Speaker 3: at it now and I'm like why, Like I carried
- 13:59Speaker 3: so much of that, Like what are people gonna think
- 14:01Speaker 3: of me? Like I could never do that. I could
- 14:02Speaker 3: never be publicly on a parade and float with my girlfriend,
- 14:07Speaker 3: my now fiance and not feel scared or you know,
- 14:12Speaker 3: and bear whatever the fear, and I would go back
- 14:17Speaker 3: and give her a big hug. So then we went
- 14:21Speaker 3: to the Sparks game.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Time time really is a healer, Yeah.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Just a reminder, Like, and I know there's so many
- 14:29Speaker 3: people who aren't out yet and they're navigating and trying
- 14:31Speaker 3: to They're probably thinking I'll never get to be out,
- 14:33Speaker 3: Like I'll never get to be myself and feel free
- 14:37Speaker 3: or you know, feel elated to be with my person
- 14:41Speaker 3: that I want to love. But I just give it time.
- 14:47Speaker 3: So after the parade, we went like went home, changed
- 14:50Speaker 3: and freshened up, and then we went to the Sparks game,
- 14:53Speaker 3: the WNBA game, and it was so much It was
- 14:57Speaker 3: my first well I've been to one before, but we
- 14:59Speaker 3: had side seats and it was so much fun, and
- 15:02Speaker 3: I liked.
- 15:02Speaker 2: The Timothy shallomet w.
- 15:06Speaker 3: Exactly. But I was so excited and proud of how
- 15:11Speaker 3: like packed the stadium was because you know, the women's
- 15:15Speaker 3: sports teams have really gone through it. You know, they're
- 15:18Speaker 3: finally starting to get recognition. And it was such a
- 15:21Speaker 3: fun game. They promoted girls like girls like crazy. It
- 15:23Speaker 3: was Pride night, so it was so fun. Haley through
- 15:27Speaker 3: T shirts to the crowd was hilarious.
- 15:29Speaker 2: With like the gun or the other hands. Oh dang,
- 15:32Speaker 2: that's pressure.
- 15:33Speaker 3: Yeah. And then yeah, we had a pretty chill weekend
- 15:37Speaker 3: and she's out doing press.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Now that is not a chill weekend.
- 15:41Speaker 3: No, it wasn't chill.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Yeah, it's the opposite of chill.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Yeah, we watched Love Island. I got Haley into she's
- 15:48Speaker 3: lucked in.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Wow, I mean we definitely have to get into that.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Did you watch the Double the not the WM? Did
- 15:53Speaker 2: you watch the NBA Finals last night?
- 15:55Speaker 1: No?
- 15:56Speaker 3: But I was asking, so is it just starting? Do
- 16:00Speaker 3: you know? Mark? I know, I know.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Please?
- 16:03Speaker 3: How many games have they had so so?
- 16:05Speaker 2: The New York Knicks, yeah, have won three?
- 16:08Speaker 3: Okay, nope?
- 16:09Speaker 2: Two? And the Spurs that are from Texas.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Can you be more specific?
- 16:16Speaker 3: Nope?
- 16:16Speaker 1: I think alliteration.
- 16:18Speaker 3: The Spurs San Antonio.
- 16:20Speaker 2: San Antonio Spurs won one. And that's last night's game.
- 16:23Speaker 3: And what's the they have to win? How many?
- 16:25Speaker 1: Four?
- 16:26Speaker 2: Oh? Sorry tell you instead of seven?
- 16:28Speaker 1: Seven? So far?
- 16:29Speaker 3: Okay? Cool? When's the next one?
- 16:33Speaker 1: Game? Four is tomorrow night, five point thirty.
- 16:37Speaker 2: I'm bartered to watch these games.
- 16:39Speaker 3: I know.
- 16:39Speaker 2: I'll give you a little Love Island if you give
- 16:41Speaker 2: me a little MBA. Yeah, but it's really I get
- 16:44Speaker 2: a cush deal because Love Island is an hour and
- 16:48Speaker 2: then I give him twenty minutes of basketball.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Why does he only get twenty minutes that deal? It
- 16:53Speaker 3: doesn't feel like the.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Deal because the game is so long, so we can
- 16:56Speaker 2: watch other things and then he can go back to
- 16:58Speaker 2: the game. It worked out nice. There was no complaints.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Why why is it an hour of Love Island for
- 17:03Speaker 1: an hour of basketball?
- 17:05Speaker 2: I can't watch an hour of basketball?
- 17:06Speaker 1: Well, he can't watch an hour of it?
- 17:08Speaker 2: Doesn't he does it?
- 17:09Speaker 3: But the Hello Island is every night except for one night.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Yeah, and we're watching both. We're watching the USA and UK.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Wow.
- 17:16Speaker 2: So it's quite the undertaking at the moment.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Yeah, you all got a lot going on over there.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Yeah, but you know it's like nice to kind of
- 17:27Speaker 2: like know what's going on the sports world.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Yeah, just to talk with the bros about it.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Yeah, just like when people are like, yeah, I'm like, yeah, you're.
- 17:37Speaker 3: Not going for go Nicks? Is that who you're going for?
- 17:42Speaker 2: No?
- 17:43Speaker 3: Oh, I'm going for the Spurs because there are they underdogs?
- 17:46Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 17:46Speaker 2: Are they always go underdog? Are they not? The underdogs.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I don't know if they're the underdogs. I don't follow
- 17:50Speaker 1: basketball very closely.
- 17:52Speaker 2: All I feel is my streams are my stream My
- 17:54Speaker 2: fees are just filled with Knicks fans.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Oh, I mean I only see this stuff about Tim Timmy.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Charalame, Yeah he's a Knicks fan.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Yeah, but that's all I see is the stillers.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Of the underdogs. Okay, I love an underdog. Yeah, I
- 18:08Speaker 2: don't need the man to win, you know. Yeah, they're
- 18:13Speaker 2: all men, but like you in like metaphorically speaking, I
- 18:17Speaker 2: don't know the man the man to win.
- 18:19Speaker 1: The Spurs were favorites going into the series. They're up
- 18:23Speaker 1: two games to one.
- 18:24Speaker 2: But the Sin yeah, they're more beloved.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Are you a fan of Victor wembin Yama?
- 18:30Speaker 2: Yeah, the really tall guy.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Isn't his nickname Wimby?
- 18:34Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 18:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I see him on TikTok sometimes.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:37Speaker 3: How tall he is?
- 18:39Speaker 2: Six ten?
- 18:40Speaker 1: Nope?
- 18:41Speaker 3: Is he seven to one?
- 18:42Speaker 1: Seven? Four? Oh?
- 18:43Speaker 2: Geez?
- 18:44Speaker 3: Yeah, Louise, those are some he's got to do some
- 18:48Speaker 3: good exercises. Those are some tall limbs that he's got
- 18:51Speaker 3: to take care.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Yeah, And I think that's why they wanted him. He
- 18:54Speaker 1: can literally just set the balls in the basket. He
- 18:56Speaker 1: doesn't even need to jump.
- 18:58Speaker 2: How do you sleep? It probably only go wider. They
- 19:03Speaker 2: don't go longer.
- 19:04Speaker 3: You might have to get a really wide one and
- 19:05Speaker 3: lace to put it side, like two. He has to
- 19:08Speaker 3: get two an Alaskan king bed.
- 19:12Speaker 2: They only go wider, I.
- 19:14Speaker 3: Know, but I'm saying you could shift it to where
- 19:15Speaker 3: it goes. Why you know the way?
- 19:17Speaker 2: I think if he's lying across, it's still not big enough.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Maybe he's just gotten used to his feet hanging off
- 19:22Speaker 3: of bed again. I can't. Okay, I want to get
- 19:26Speaker 3: into Love Island because I did start UK.
- 19:30Speaker 2: Oh you did.
- 19:32Speaker 3: We'll talk about when we come back. We're back, okay,
- 19:52Speaker 3: Love Island. I want to start with USA because we
- 19:55Speaker 3: can get into the UK after because I have a
- 19:57Speaker 3: lot more to say about USA.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Tell me so.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Upon the first week, the first episode, I didn't even
- 20:03Speaker 3: finish the first episode. I was so grossed out. I
- 20:06Speaker 3: was like, these people are not people I want to
- 20:10Speaker 3: spend every single night with.
- 20:12Speaker 2: For six weeks, the cast felt like Cossa. More like
- 20:17Speaker 2: it felt like the tier that you bring in like
- 20:19Speaker 2: midway through the season. Like that did not feel like
- 20:22Speaker 2: beginning cast energy.
- 20:24Speaker 3: No, which I don't know if I really have felt that.
- 20:28Speaker 3: I do feel like it takes a little time to
- 20:31Speaker 3: get into it with other casts too, really, no way, yeah,
- 20:35Speaker 3: because you know what it is. They start with that
- 20:37Speaker 3: corny ass choreographer choreographed dance and you're like, I already
- 20:43Speaker 3: have a just a bad feeling about this.
- 20:47Speaker 2: That dance is new. I think, people, this is only
- 20:50Speaker 2: like the third year they've done it.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Well those I guess how many years I've watched three three,
- 20:54Speaker 3: so I've only experienced that, but they continue to get
- 20:57Speaker 3: more cringe. But I weirdly like when our is it
- 21:00Speaker 3: Ariana or Ariana because they always say different on the show,
- 21:04Speaker 3: so I never know.
- 21:05Speaker 2: I think it's an accent. It's Arianna that you know.
- 21:08Speaker 3: It was really good good you need to maybe last
- 21:11Speaker 3: early love Violin and that was a little too good. Anyways.
- 21:17Speaker 3: I love when she comes in on the dance though,
- 21:19Speaker 3: because it almost feels it feels like it elevates it.
- 21:22Speaker 3: She's a professional, uh huh. Anyways, so immediately I was like, no,
- 21:27Speaker 3: the kissing the back, it was so much back to
- 21:30Speaker 3: back making out and the noises. I just was disgusted.
- 21:36Speaker 2: You know, I think that every year, like the kissing
- 21:40Speaker 2: on Love Island always becomes viral, like people are always
- 21:43Speaker 2: like talking about it, and so I feel like this
- 21:45Speaker 2: season the producers forced it upon us so early, like
- 21:50Speaker 2: episode one that it was just too much.
- 21:53Speaker 3: Well because you know they're going to do that in
- 21:55Speaker 3: the games and stuff, the challenges correct.
- 21:59Speaker 2: But one that I'm saying, and then they're all just
- 22:02Speaker 2: like kissing each other.
- 22:03Speaker 3: Like I was like, you, I know, it was grossen.
- 22:06Speaker 3: I posted this on Instagram and someone was like, Okay,
- 22:09Speaker 3: prutty duty and I'm like, Okay, well, if I'm prude
- 22:11Speaker 3: for thinking that was disgusting, I'll take it.
- 22:14Speaker 2: I'll be pretty even having the same thought, I'm like,
- 22:16Speaker 2: am I just old? Or like, is Love Island disgusting? This?
- 22:19Speaker 3: I think I've seen a lot of people talk about this,
- 22:21Speaker 3: so we're not alone.
- 22:22Speaker 2: But don't even get me started on Beatrice and her
- 22:24Speaker 2: in Bisi ligne, because if you're making out with multiple
- 22:27Speaker 2: people within Visilne, the spit gets caught in there.
- 22:31Speaker 3: Oh that just shivers on my spine.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Yes, she's a lot of spit swapping amongst She's Islanders.
- 22:39Speaker 3: Making out with her treason, I think.
- 22:41Speaker 2: So, I don't know, I'm so focused on her. I
- 22:44Speaker 2: thought they were braces at first, but I'm pretty sure
- 22:46Speaker 2: it's in visil line.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I don't know, but that's that's the detail
- 22:51Speaker 3: I didn't want to know about.
- 22:54Speaker 2: It's a lot of saliva swapping. But I respect the
- 22:56Speaker 2: fact that she's trying to do the twenty two hours
- 22:58Speaker 2: that they recommend.
- 23:00Speaker 3: She's like, listen, this did not come at a convenient time.
- 23:02Speaker 2: But yeah, and this cost me a pretty penny, so
- 23:05Speaker 2: I'm gonna I'm gonna follow the rules.
- 23:08Speaker 3: So yeah, my initial take was I'm not watching this
- 23:11Speaker 3: season and I'm just gonna have to an episode suffer
- 23:13Speaker 3: through listening to everyone talk about it. But then Taylor
- 23:17Speaker 3: came over to watch the Summerhouse Reunion Part two, and
- 23:21Speaker 3: then I said, let's just watch she goes, do you
- 23:23Speaker 3: want to just watch episode two? So I watched it,
- 23:25Speaker 3: and I will say, as expected, the cast has grown
- 23:29Speaker 3: on me more because I have a lot of issues
- 23:33Speaker 3: with them all, but I appreciate that there's conversations and
- 23:37Speaker 3: when when there's drama, that they have handled it and
- 23:40Speaker 3: talked to each other. And I loved the conversation with
- 23:43Speaker 3: Bea and Melanie when uh like, I loved when Trinity
- 23:49Speaker 3: called baa al and was like, listen, I get what
- 23:51Speaker 3: you were saying, but you were a little harsh. It
- 23:53Speaker 3: made me like Trinity more because I was like, oh,
- 23:56Speaker 3: she called her out, she stood her ground, and then
- 23:58Speaker 3: I liked it. The girls had a conversation and THEO
- 24:02Speaker 3: was like, I have a really hard time being vulnerable,
- 24:05Speaker 3: and that was the first time we kind of saw
- 24:08Speaker 3: depth from her, you know.
- 24:10Speaker 2: So I saw this video and it really twisted that
- 24:13Speaker 2: whole scenario for me. Wait why because they were like
- 24:17Speaker 2: Beatrice was getting mad at Melanie for talking to the
- 24:23Speaker 2: new Bombshell because she wants Kenzie to talk to the
- 24:25Speaker 2: new Bombshell so that Kenzie will get off of Gabriel.
- 24:30Speaker 3: Yeah, well whatever the reason, Well.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Whatever, No, She's like trying to ask like she's like
- 24:36Speaker 2: all high and mighty, and I don't think it was.
- 24:38Speaker 2: I think it was a little bit selfish.
- 24:40Speaker 3: I think she was I think that she was projecting
- 24:45Speaker 3: her insecurity coming across high and mighty. Yeah, but I'm
- 24:48Speaker 3: saying the conversation where she pulled Melanie to the side
- 24:51Speaker 3: and let me talk to her. I appreciated that, Corbin.
- 24:55Speaker 3: I have never seen someone come in with so much
- 24:58Speaker 3: Aura and just appeal only to crush as soon as
- 25:04Speaker 3: he opened his mouth. He's like wallpaper, like white wallpaper,
- 25:12Speaker 3: just that you want to dry. Yeah, he's so cute,
- 25:17Speaker 3: but there's just nothing that we have seen thus far
- 25:21Speaker 3: of depth from him. Yeah, I Melanie lost me a
- 25:25Speaker 3: little bit in last night's episode because of the the
- 25:29Speaker 3: paint stuff.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I have to tell you something, And you know me,
- 25:33Speaker 2: I am a Love Island stand like, I am hardcore
- 25:39Speaker 2: stand by it. I will stick up for it. Last
- 25:42Speaker 2: night I was watching the episode and I was bored.
- 25:46Speaker 3: I was like, I.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Finally got to the bed scene and I was like,
- 25:51Speaker 2: I have to go to sleep. I didn't even finish it.
- 25:53Speaker 3: Okay, well, okay, are you gonna watch it?
- 25:57Speaker 2: Yeah? But you can, I mean I don't. I'm not
- 25:59Speaker 2: wordy of spoilers.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Basically, they all had a color paint and they yea.
- 26:04Speaker 3: So they had to find their guy, and of course
- 26:06Speaker 3: they go through every guy and make out with him
- 26:08Speaker 3: before they found their man. Not everyone did. Everyone kind
- 26:11Speaker 3: of if they found their person, they would stop. But
- 26:15Speaker 3: Melanie went to the end and Sincere and Corbin were
- 26:18Speaker 3: both at the end, and she was going back and
- 26:20Speaker 3: forth multiple times and she'd be like, wait me one
- 26:22Speaker 3: more time, and just like knew which one Sincere was
- 26:25Speaker 3: because she like felt his bun and just kept making
- 26:29Speaker 3: out with both of them. And then I'm like he
- 26:31Speaker 3: all he did was pul kata for a chat and
- 26:34Speaker 3: she had a full meltdown.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Yeah. So yeah, I really am eating my words because
- 26:39Speaker 2: I was like, I feel like Melanie and Sincere are
- 26:41Speaker 2: going to be the Tommy and Molly of this season.
- 26:44Speaker 3: Boy was I wrong? How are you feeling about the
- 26:46Speaker 3: comparisons to Kenzie?
- 26:49Speaker 2: So I don't know how to feel about it at first,
- 26:54Speaker 2: but visually I understand the way like she has, like
- 26:58Speaker 2: her dagger eye, like her big wide eye, with the
- 27:00Speaker 2: faces she makes, I understand like I make those same faces.
- 27:04Speaker 2: And I've really come around on her. I think she's
- 27:06Speaker 2: really sweet. I think she's just like a sweetheart.
- 27:09Speaker 3: I do too. I like her.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Yeah, in the beginning, I didn't like her so much,
- 27:11Speaker 2: and now I'm like really liking her.
- 27:13Speaker 3: Well because when people started comparing you as when she
- 27:16Speaker 3: was like spiraling about Zach and they had known each
- 27:18Speaker 3: other for a day, She's.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Like, he doesn't like blondes. I'm like, who cares a
- 27:24Speaker 2: lot of guys don't like blonde alone sister.
- 27:29Speaker 3: But we were watching and Haley it was I think
- 27:32Speaker 3: the first episode she watched and she was like, this
- 27:34Speaker 3: is that is Tanya. I don't know if Toni's happy
- 27:37Speaker 3: about that.
- 27:38Speaker 2: But yeah, the comparison is thick.
- 27:39Speaker 3: I think it's the expressions, the like squeet, the excitement,
- 27:43Speaker 3: the love of life, you know, the squeals. I think
- 27:47Speaker 3: that's more than it.
- 27:47Speaker 2: And she's like evolved.
- 27:49Speaker 3: Yeah, she's just like very evolved she is.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Don't you think if she gets called out, she's like, yo,
- 27:56Speaker 2: I get it. I'm sorry. You know. She's not defensive.
- 27:59Speaker 2: She's not like, ye, caddie.
- 28:01Speaker 3: What I'm saying. I do appreciate that about the girls
- 28:04Speaker 3: this season. There they'll say what they want to say,
- 28:07Speaker 3: and then if they hurt their feelings, they'll have a
- 28:09Speaker 3: conversation about it.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:11Speaker 3: So I started a UK because everyone's talking about how
- 28:14Speaker 3: much better it is, but I just what is it?
- 28:17Speaker 3: I can't get into the UK. I don't know what
- 28:19Speaker 3: it is that's correct because everyone likes it better, I
- 28:23Speaker 3: just can't.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Did you watch the first episode? First two?
- 28:26Speaker 3: No, just the first episode and you didn't like it?
- 28:28Speaker 3: I just couldn't get into it.
- 28:33Speaker 2: It's so much better because you know why why it's classy.
- 28:39Speaker 2: Well yeah, in a trashy way, like the show in
- 28:41Speaker 2: and of itself is not classy, but like the UK
- 28:45Speaker 2: version is classy. They managed to date other people and
- 28:48Speaker 2: like date people that their friends are dating in a
- 28:51Speaker 2: respectful manner. They're not making out and like being disgusting,
- 28:56Speaker 2: Like you know, like when they kiss, it's like it
- 28:58Speaker 2: actually means something, you know, like, oh my gosh, like
- 29:00Speaker 2: you guys kiss, that's so exciting. You know, we're in
- 29:03Speaker 2: USA that like kissed the whole cast night one. Yeah,
- 29:06Speaker 2: so it's just it's a little bit more wholesome and
- 29:09Speaker 2: the drama that they put like I don't want to
- 29:12Speaker 2: spoiler alert, but like they sent home Sam, Raj and
- 29:16Speaker 2: Ellie and then they send them a text saying no,
- 29:19Speaker 2: you get a second chance.
- 29:21Speaker 3: See I don't like that stuff. I love it because
- 29:24Speaker 3: it's like, why have the rules if they get sent
- 29:26Speaker 3: home and then you bring them back.
- 29:27Speaker 2: I think this is producers being like these two are
- 29:30Speaker 2: two of our most popular islanders. They were my two
- 29:32Speaker 2: favorite islanders and they just got sent home. I would
- 29:35Speaker 2: have been so pissed.
- 29:37Speaker 3: Was the point of having rules if you just can
- 29:39Speaker 3: change and want to die.
- 29:40Speaker 2: That's what the producers do all season. Do you not
- 29:43Speaker 2: notice that they toy with us all season if they
- 29:47Speaker 2: want certain people on the island to stay.
- 29:49Speaker 3: They didn't like this season? Was yeah, I don't like
- 29:52Speaker 3: it because I'm like, I don't get why not just
- 29:55Speaker 3: make you just make your rules and run the show
- 29:57Speaker 3: how you want instead of making everyone feel like are
- 30:00Speaker 3: a part of it.
- 30:01Speaker 2: I like it.
- 30:02Speaker 3: I know you like him. You love being manipulated by
- 30:05Speaker 3: a production team?
- 30:07Speaker 2: I yeah, I love being manipulated. Just in general period period.
- 30:14Speaker 3: Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater broke up with Love Island.
- 30:17Speaker 3: Oh sorry, Oh my gosh.
- 30:20Speaker 2: I guess we can be done with it.
- 30:21Speaker 3: What else was there to say?
- 30:23Speaker 2: I mean, there's just so much like I don't know
- 30:25Speaker 2: if I can keep up the pace of watching both.
- 30:28Speaker 3: Also, it's a lot.
- 30:29Speaker 2: It's a lot, So I am going to give it,
- 30:31Speaker 2: like a proper two weeks with both, and then I
- 30:35Speaker 2: think I'm gonna decide. But I think I know where
- 30:37Speaker 2: I'm leaning.
- 30:38Speaker 3: I guess the thing is, is what I The one
- 30:41Speaker 3: thing I do like about watching Love Island is the
- 30:43Speaker 3: camaraderie of everyone watching together. It's like the white lotus
- 30:46Speaker 3: of it all, Like you get to watch weekly and
- 30:50Speaker 3: you're all talking about it, and it feels like if
- 30:52Speaker 3: you miss it, then you aren't a part of it.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Not a part of it.
- 30:55Speaker 3: So you have to make your decision based on that.
- 30:58Speaker 2: That's tough.
- 31:00Speaker 3: One who doesn't live in.
- 31:00Speaker 2: The UK, that's tough.
- 31:04Speaker 3: But maybe you could find like a UK reddit or something.
- 31:07Speaker 2: To be you know what's crazy. A lot of people
- 31:10Speaker 2: are watching UK.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Yeah, apparently a lot people prefer it much over the
- 31:15Speaker 3: USA version.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Yeah, So I don't feel alone. I don't feel low.
- 31:18Speaker 2: You know the thing that I don't really I didn't
- 31:20Speaker 2: watch vander Pump Rules, so I don't know Ariano Maddix,
- 31:23Speaker 2: but I feel like they're trying to make her this
- 31:25Speaker 2: like Maya Jama, the host of Love Island UK, is
- 31:28Speaker 2: this like sexy, like sex appeal, Like she walks in
- 31:34Speaker 2: and she like before Maya Jama, the other hosts were
- 31:38Speaker 2: not like that, Like they were just themselves. And I mean,
- 31:41Speaker 2: I think that's who I'm not saying Maya is trying
- 31:43Speaker 2: to be somebody else. I think that's just who she is.
- 31:45Speaker 3: But she's stunning.
- 31:46Speaker 2: She's stunning. But she has this like sexy like ooz
- 31:50Speaker 2: is just like sex appeal, right. But what I'm saying
- 31:52Speaker 2: is the hosts before her were just themselves, you know,
- 31:55Speaker 2: like the girl next door. And I kind of feel
- 31:58Speaker 2: like Arian is trying to be the Maya Jama of USA,
- 32:01Speaker 2: and I just like I wish that she could just
- 32:04Speaker 2: be her feel comfortable being her.
- 32:07Speaker 3: I love her, but I know nothing about like I love.
- 32:10Speaker 3: I love that she comes in and it's like this
- 32:12Speaker 3: like whole thing every time she comes in, and I
- 32:15Speaker 3: love her little one her one liners make me llol,
- 32:18Speaker 3: like I like her, yeah thing not less. I don't
- 32:22Speaker 3: want to be friends with her.
- 32:23Speaker 2: I feel like she's trying to be somebody that she's not.
- 32:26Speaker 3: Yeah, but that's the I think. I think she would
- 32:29Speaker 3: say that because when you see her in interviews and stuff,
- 32:31Speaker 3: she's not like that at all.
- 32:32Speaker 2: I know.
- 32:33Speaker 3: So why isn't she just be her persona for like
- 32:36Speaker 3: her being the host and having this you know, the love.
- 32:39Speaker 3: I'm sure the producers are like, pump it up.
- 32:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't like that.
- 32:45Speaker 3: I like she stands in her little podium far off you.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Know what I'm talking about, Like the walk in with
- 32:51Speaker 2: this and that's.
- 32:53Speaker 3: Love Island way, That's how I view the show.
- 32:56Speaker 2: So that's OG's no.
- 32:58Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yah, I'm not a no. Yeah. As I
- 33:01Speaker 3: was saying, Ariana Grande and Ethans later broke up, which
- 33:04Speaker 3: I thought happened a year ago, So I was confused.
- 33:07Speaker 2: I was shook by this news.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Wait, I thought this happened forever ago.
- 33:10Speaker 2: No, this just happened a couple months ago.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Shocked.
- 33:16Speaker 2: Yes, really, you're not. He broke up his family for this.
- 33:21Speaker 2: He had a wife, Mark, can you fact.
- 33:23Speaker 3: Up that he had a kid.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, well he still has the kid.
- 33:28Speaker 3: The kid still is Yes.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Yes, he still is the father of the child. But like,
- 33:33Speaker 2: he broke up his family for this, Yeah, for this maybe.
- 33:37Speaker 3: Well maybe it wasn't her his decision. It takes two
- 33:43Speaker 3: to tango. Yeah, so I was. I wish them both
- 33:49Speaker 3: the best, but not surprised you weren't.
- 33:51Speaker 2: I thought this. I thought that maybe they get married.
- 33:55Speaker 1: I am under the impression that the vast majority of
- 33:59Speaker 1: Hollywood relations end marriages and everything, but you seem to
- 34:03Speaker 1: be stunned by every single one. I remember when Bieber
- 34:07Speaker 1: and Selena broke up, you were a despondent.
- 34:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, people are still.
- 34:13Speaker 2: Over it truly. So you think I'm bad, I don't know.
- 34:17Speaker 1: I think I saw that one coming. This one doesn't
- 34:19Speaker 1: surprise me in the least.
- 34:20Speaker 2: He broke up his family, right, like Mark, who is
- 34:24Speaker 2: a celebrity couple that if they broke up, you would
- 34:26Speaker 2: be shocked.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson.
- 34:29Speaker 3: They've certainly gone the distance.
- 34:31Speaker 2: Yeah, that would crush me.
- 34:34Speaker 1: I think there are others, but nothing's leaping to mind.
- 34:36Speaker 2: Emily Blunt and John Krasinski.
- 34:38Speaker 1: No, I don't think. I used to say that's fine.
- 34:40Speaker 3: Hugh Jackman and his wife.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Well, you've made a whole industry of predicting these relationships.
- 34:47Speaker 2: I did.
- 34:47Speaker 3: I don't know how I'm doing.
- 34:48Speaker 1: Well, we can check in on that. It's been a while.
- 34:53Speaker 3: Yeah, so I just thought it happened a long time ago.
- 34:56Speaker 3: So when it came out, I was like, get what
- 34:59Speaker 3: you know that I have? You see things happening before
- 35:03Speaker 3: they come to the light.
- 35:05Speaker 2: You know who's not getting divorced? Well, I'm sorry they're
- 35:08Speaker 2: not divorced. They broke up. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey.
- 35:13Speaker 3: Well, I hope not. They're getting married right, allegedly at
- 35:17Speaker 3: in Madison Square, Garden.
- 35:20Speaker 2: Can you believe that's not Do you think that's real?
- 35:23Speaker 3: So yeah, the fact.
- 35:30Speaker 2: That TMC is reporting it makes me feel like it's
- 35:32Speaker 2: not just like a thing. But was it planted information
- 35:36Speaker 2: from her team to throw people off? I don't think so.
- 35:44Speaker 2: But my new theory is this, let's take a break. Okay, right,
- 36:08Speaker 2: we're back, We're back.
- 36:10Speaker 3: Okay, what's your theory? Okay?
- 36:12Speaker 2: So my theory is that when they invited people to
- 36:18Speaker 2: the wedding, they're not disclosing the location. M okay. Madison
- 36:24Speaker 2: Square Garden doesn't have any windows. Okay, okay, they also
- 36:29Speaker 2: have underground parking. Mark, can you do just a quick.
- 36:34Speaker 3: Could you see a theory about this?
- 36:37Speaker 2: No? No, this is all true. This is all true
- 36:39Speaker 2: that there's no windows and that there's underground parking.
- 36:43Speaker 3: Okay.
- 36:43Speaker 2: So what I think that they're going to do is
- 36:46Speaker 2: because when people get married with like an undisclosed location,
- 36:50Speaker 2: they always have like a meeting place where people meet
- 36:52Speaker 2: and then they have like the buses or the shuttles
- 36:54Speaker 2: take them to the venue. So I think Madison Square
- 36:57Speaker 2: Garden is going to be the place where the guests meet.
- 37:02Speaker 2: There's no windows, people can park underground, so they don't
- 37:04Speaker 2: get paparazzi. And then that's where Taylor's team or sorry,
- 37:09Speaker 2: Taylor and Travis's team is going to pick their guests
- 37:11Speaker 2: up and take them to the actual venue.
- 37:14Speaker 3: Oh that's an interesting theory to where.
- 37:16Speaker 2: People like can't see them, they won't follow them. Because
- 37:19Speaker 2: I believe there's underground tunnels, Mark.
- 37:22Speaker 1: I mean there are, there is parking under msg, but
- 37:26Speaker 1: I think all the underground tunnels are subways. I don't
- 37:28Speaker 1: think there's other than that.
- 37:29Speaker 2: So if anyone can halt the subways for a day,
- 37:32Speaker 2: maybe I think it's Taylor and Travis.
- 37:35Speaker 3: WHOA, that's crazy.
- 37:38Speaker 2: If I'm right, I'm genius.
- 37:41Speaker 3: Right, we're going to stick you on some other cases.
- 37:44Speaker 3: If you're right about that.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm sorry, I have to jump in here. I
- 37:48Speaker 1: checked Becka's list a couple of predictions. Somebody should go
- 37:53Speaker 1: back and find the audio. But on December thirtieth, twenty
- 37:56Speaker 1: twenty four. Okay, so Nocember twenty four, a year and
- 38:00Speaker 1: a half ago. We asked Becca what do you see
- 38:03Speaker 1: for Ariana and Ethan? And she said they would break
- 38:06Speaker 1: up in twenty twenty six.
- 38:08Speaker 3: See I knew. I That's why I was like this
- 38:10Speaker 3: already happened you guys.
- 38:13Speaker 1: The time is a construct.
- 38:15Speaker 3: That's I think I should actually start speaking life into
- 38:18Speaker 3: relationships instead of.
- 38:21Speaker 1: That's pretty good. And I was just going through some
- 38:23Speaker 1: of these other ones, like I noticed you had Zoe
- 38:25Speaker 1: kravitzen here and Noah Sentineo. They dated in March third.
- 38:30Speaker 1: We asked you about that you did not think that
- 38:32Speaker 1: was going to go very.
- 38:32Speaker 3: Long, and that you said labor there, thanks for her.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Yeah you sure did. Yeah, pretty good.
- 38:40Speaker 3: Yeah, thank you. Yeah. So, well, what do you think
- 38:44Speaker 3: about her new song for Toy Story?
- 38:47Speaker 2: I like it?
- 38:47Speaker 3: Yeah, I like it too.
- 38:49Speaker 2: Are you gonna see Toy Story five? Well?
- 38:51Speaker 3: No, it's the same weekend Girls Like Girls comes.
- 38:53Speaker 2: Out, So I'm preserved for Girls Like Girls June nineteen.
- 38:57Speaker 3: Yeah, shut up. Yeah, so you got big decisions to
- 39:00Speaker 3: make people.
- 39:02Speaker 2: Well, I missed Toy Story two, three, and four, so
- 39:04Speaker 2: I think you should catch up. I've got to catch up.
- 39:06Speaker 3: Before you might not need to see them to uh
- 39:09Speaker 3: to really be able to pick up what's going on
- 39:11Speaker 3: by Yeah, you think.
- 39:13Speaker 2: I think it's like, Well, it's like if I didn't
- 39:15Speaker 2: see the previous sonics, I don't think I would enjoy
- 39:17Speaker 2: it as much.
- 39:18Speaker 3: Which officially started recording the new one.
- 39:20Speaker 1: So, yeah, the one that got away, There is one
- 39:24Speaker 1: in here she missed on I have to say Taylor
- 39:28Speaker 1: and Travis.
- 39:29Speaker 3: Yeah, I was, but I think I I think I
- 39:32Speaker 3: publicly changed my mind on I think I was, Like,
- 39:34Speaker 3: I think I was wrong.
- 39:35Speaker 1: You guys, they did an update this, but on March
- 39:37Speaker 1: twenty seventh, twenty three, over three years ago, you said
- 39:41Speaker 1: that they would break up by October of twenty four.
- 39:45Speaker 3: Yeah, I let the I let the haters get in
- 39:48Speaker 3: my head.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Yeah he did.
- 39:49Speaker 3: I also got nervous because he's a professional athlete and
- 39:52Speaker 3: I knew nothing about him, and I was like, I
- 39:55Speaker 3: felt scared for her, But I didn't know athletes do
- 39:58Speaker 3: have a rap. Yeah I don't know. I don't either,
- 40:04Speaker 3: but I didn't know much about him. And now that
- 40:06Speaker 3: I feel like I've seen more and I know him better,
- 40:10Speaker 3: I feel like I trust him more. I mean, I
- 40:13Speaker 3: don't think all athletes are bad people. I just am
- 40:15Speaker 3: saying that world is they have a reputation.
- 40:19Speaker 2: Imagine reading your vows to Taylor Swift's.
- 40:24Speaker 3: I don't think tough. I don't think he feels I
- 40:26Speaker 3: think that's why she like loves him.
- 40:29Speaker 2: Because I don't think he's not a wild smith.
- 40:31Speaker 3: He's not a wordsmith, and I don't think he feels
- 40:33Speaker 3: like he needs to be a wordsmith.
- 40:35Speaker 2: Like he's not gonna bust out some like poetry.
- 40:41Speaker 3: He's not leaving his typewriter at her house, no so,
- 40:45Speaker 3: and I think she likes that he's not trying to
- 40:47Speaker 3: be this poet just to be with her, like he
- 40:51Speaker 3: is who he is, and I think she likes that.
- 40:53Speaker 3: So I'm sure his vowels will be hilarious. Oh like jokie,
- 40:58Speaker 3: it's just like sweet and funny and romantic. But I
- 41:02Speaker 3: don't do I think they're gonna be lyrical. Maybe not, yeah,
- 41:08Speaker 3: but I love I love that for her because I
- 41:10Speaker 3: think she's dated men who probably write really yeah, trying
- 41:15Speaker 3: to use bigger words than she uses, and she's like
- 41:19Speaker 3: it up, Yeah, they're sorry, that's funny.
- 41:26Speaker 2: I'm just like so curious to see who's going to
- 41:29Speaker 2: the wedding, like I'm TMC keeps reporting like who's coming,
- 41:33Speaker 2: who got invited, who's not invited? Like whatever happened to
- 41:36Speaker 2: Taylor and Miles, Taylor, Taylor and Kelly or Kylie?
- 41:41Speaker 3: What's her name? Haley? Haley?
- 41:42Speaker 2: I know that was, well, they're like tight, and now
- 41:46Speaker 2: like they're not. What happened that was not reported on?
- 41:50Speaker 2: I feel like that falling out just like came and went.
- 41:54Speaker 3: Yeah, it felt like they were doing everything together and
- 41:57Speaker 3: then nothing.
- 41:58Speaker 2: All at once.
- 41:59Speaker 3: You never know, and maybe nothing happened, and it's just
- 42:02Speaker 3: people haven't seen them together, so they're speculation, right, so
- 42:06Speaker 3: you never know. They just be having to deal with
- 42:09Speaker 3: rumors left and right. Oh, can we talk about the
- 42:13Speaker 3: new trend that you sent me?
- 42:15Speaker 2: Yes? So I fear this is a trend that's coming
- 42:19Speaker 2: in hot and heavy for the summer. But it's like
- 42:21Speaker 2: the pants with the skirt over it. Do you remember
- 42:24Speaker 2: that was like a trend like where the skirt is
- 42:26Speaker 2: like built into the pants.
- 42:27Speaker 3: I don't even have a memory of ever wearing this.
- 42:30Speaker 3: What year was this?
- 42:31Speaker 2: I don't know, but I used to have so many
- 42:33Speaker 2: pants skirts, like it was a trend like in height
- 42:37Speaker 2: like what eighth year, like seventh grade, eighth grade? Maybe school? Yeah,
- 42:41Speaker 2: middle school.
- 42:43Speaker 3: And it's not because initially what you described to me,
- 42:46Speaker 3: I thought you were talking about like jeans with the
- 42:48Speaker 3: scarf tied around that looks like a skirt, huh, But it's.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Not that no, this is built in built in same
- 42:53Speaker 2: fact es basically a.
- 42:54Speaker 3: Skirt, yes, but pants since the.
- 42:56Speaker 2: Flowy pants underneath.
- 42:58Speaker 3: And so Tanya sent them to me examples, and she goes,
- 43:03Speaker 3: I fear I would look like Aladdin in these, and
- 43:06Speaker 3: so I did a little work and took a photo
- 43:11Speaker 3: of her and added them onto her. And I actually
- 43:13Speaker 3: didn't think the gold ones were that bad.
- 43:16Speaker 2: Chat GPT was generous with me. Really, yeah, I think so, I.
- 43:20Speaker 3: Don't think so. I feel like, look, I'll show you
- 43:24Speaker 3: the picture of this was the original photo her in
- 43:27Speaker 3: these black pants in a swimsuit, and then Chat added
- 43:32Speaker 3: the pants skirt. I think it's I like this one.
- 43:38Speaker 2: Actually I cannot, but I fear. I fear it's a
- 43:43Speaker 2: trend this summer. You know, I'll be trying it. That's
- 43:47Speaker 2: funny that you do that, because that was like a trend,
- 43:49Speaker 2: girly like you're.
- 43:50Speaker 3: You're willing to try. I can see a trend from
- 43:52Speaker 3: a mile away and say that is not going to
- 43:54Speaker 3: be something that makes me look trendy. That trend will
- 43:59Speaker 3: not look Try.
- 44:00Speaker 2: If there's anything about me is I'm going to try hard,
- 44:03Speaker 2: you know what I mean? Try, try and try again.
- 44:05Speaker 2: It's my initials.
- 44:06Speaker 3: Yeah, it only makes sense.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Try if I may try, if I might.
- 44:11Speaker 3: Well, in that note, we're going to try to end
- 44:14Speaker 3: this podcast all right successfully, But we do have one
- 44:18Speaker 3: coming Thursday, so don't worry. And that's not tomorrow but
- 44:20Speaker 3: the next day because so you don't even have to
- 44:24Speaker 3: wait that long because we'll hear our voices, because we'll
- 44:26Speaker 3: be back with the dear Bonyo on Thursday. We love you,
- 44:29Speaker 3: somebody love you.
