Latest / Non-Toxic Living / THESE Hidden Toxins and Mycotoxins Are Sabotaging Your Health
Transcript
- 0:00We live in low-cost chemical BS where these other countries, it's wood, it's leather, it's rock.
- 0:06Ladies, I read something that have exposure to over 200,000 toxins from their cream, their makeup,
- 0:12so I'm also careful, like if I do color or whatever, did you know that even that hairspray
- 0:17was forbidden in all of Italy, which I'm really impressed because...
- 0:20Most expensive best detox solution.
- 0:23Blood cleanse, definitely the purify, the full body blood cleanse,
- 0:26next in line the aphoresis, plasma cleanse, or enus phoresis.
- 0:30Okay, let's drop down to a $5,000 detox solution, several of those.
- 0:35Well, that would be the...
- 0:36And why are you doing GLP's while you're doing TRT?
- 0:40You shouldn't have to do any of that.
- 0:41Yeah. You really shouldn't.
- 0:42I would avoid TRT at all costs because it's interesting that we want the quick fix.
- 0:48There is a quick fix. You could get a...
- 0:51Natalie Liffe, welcome to the Nautoxic Living Podcast, really honored to have you here today.
- 0:59Sighting conversation we're going to have, you're known for biohacking, but so much more,
- 1:04and I can't wait to share that with our audience today.
- 1:06Yeah, well thanks for having me, I'm so excited.
- 1:08We share a lot in common, I'm talking about toxins.
- 1:10Yeah, we have then, and we have a lot of similar strategies, and I love that you believe in the
- 1:15human body, right? You believe in its ability to heal when we remove the interference.
- 1:20And I think being a biohacking expert living in Dubai, having this beautiful background,
- 1:25you know the best of the best in the industry, and you've settled on what I've settled on,
- 1:30which is, let's get after toxicity, but let's lower it enough that we can reconnect with nature and
- 1:36allow the nature that's here, the nature that's out there to continue this natural,
- 1:41God-given, powerful healing process within our bodies.
- 1:45Amen.
- 1:46Amen.
- 1:46Yeah, so I believe the body can naturally heal, and if we can just give it some of those tools
- 1:52based on each unique blueprint, what you've got, how full your toxic bucket load is,
- 1:57and what's really going on, obviously doing the right labs to find out what's going on,
- 2:02and I chase the world for revolutionary technologies, labs, diagnostics, that's my passion,
- 2:08thank goodness my father has given me a little bit more freedom in my life that I get to,
- 2:14and that's what makes me happy, and I want to help awaken and heal as many lives as I can while
- 2:19I'm here.
- 2:20And I love that, and so you grew up like next to the equator, your African, your French,
- 2:28with you, you have this beautiful background, I mean.
- 2:31I'm an island girl, I'm born in the Seychelles Islands, seven degrees below the equator,
- 2:35it really is paradise, it's where people go for their honeymoons or to get married,
- 2:39that's my home, and it's, I grew up with, you know, the most beautiful colors,
- 2:44walking on the beach and connecting with nature, plants, you know, when we were sick,
- 2:49we knew what plants to take, as in a tea or what to eat or cook with, so that's in my heart,
- 2:56for sure.
- 2:57So when did you leave this non-toxic living?
- 3:00And there's a yes, that's what it is, this is what we all aspire for, but we live in the Seychelles,
- 3:06and I always tell Dan Butner from Blue Zones, I think we're a Blue Zone, because my grandmother
- 3:10was 93 and I know a lot of people who are super old and healthy and they don't all do crazy exercise,
- 3:16they just go walking, you know, long walks, and then we move to Munich, another non-toxic living
- 3:22space in Bavaria, except for my grandmother would cook all the naughty, you know, pastries and
- 3:29knoodle and dump noodle and all that, but yeah, so then we went to Germany, they over through
- 3:35the government and ended up in Houston, Texas when I was eight, so I'm always saying I'm Texan
- 3:39by heart, that's where my heart is.
- 3:42And then you got on, do you have a health journey, like what put you on this amazing path?
- 3:46Oh yeah, 18 years ago I was exposed to environmental toxins, which at the time I didn't know,
- 3:52they were building in the Seychelles and it leaked into this water tanks, and I was brushing my
- 3:58teeth, showering, flew back to Germany in the December, which was super cold on a plane.
- 4:04I got really, really, really, really sick, like really.
- 4:07A cute exposure.
- 4:08Yes, and the first three antibiotics didn't work, they misdiagnosed me with tonsilitis,
- 4:14I had a massive full-blown pneumonia and it kept wandering to different organs in my body,
- 4:21because they couldn't catch it.
- 4:22Was it toxin-induced in pneumonia?
- 4:24Yes.
- 4:25Kind of like the teflon flu, it expresses very similar.
- 4:28I look, I got goosebumps because it was a very traumatic moment in my life, very scared.
- 4:34I could have died, they had to, everything that could go wrong just kept going wrong,
- 4:38they punctured my ribcage because I had an infection, then it went to my liver, it affected
- 4:44all different organs, and then they punctured my lung, and accidentally, and so much went wrong,
- 4:50and that's what scared me into my journey.
- 4:54My mother thinks I could have died, it was pretty serious, and I started reading a lot of books.
- 5:00I studied computer information systems, I'm an SQL database programmer,
- 5:04I'm not a doctor, but I sure know how to read labs, and I had to, I got to, I figured out all
- 5:11these different diets, made all the mistakes.
- 5:13You know, it was vegan, vegetarian, I was pescatarian five years, boy, it was that a mistake.
- 5:19So I had tons of heavy metals, one day I didn't feel great, and I was walking in London,
- 5:26and I thought this is a feeling I don't really know, and the gentleman, the doctor did a
- 5:32mercury test on a scale of one to seven, seven being the highest, I was at 23,
- 5:36and that was the first real toxin lab that I started recognizing, oh my goodness,
- 5:42and I thought salmon was the safe fish, and I loved crab and lobster, all the bottom feeders,
- 5:46octopus, so I stopped all that, started learning how to detox, change my diet,
- 5:52even though I generally always loved vegetables, and yeah, my journey went from there,
- 5:57and then I started, you know, I had the best doctor in Munich, Germany, and he pretty much told me,
- 6:03stop worrying, you're fine, you're great, I got off of the hormones, I was very conscious of my
- 6:09diet, I switched to eating more meats, I thought vegetables and all that was great, basically
- 6:15over a longer period of time, I started doing all these labs in different countries, that was my
- 6:20blessing, I went to Germany, lived in England, America, so I found glyphosate, my microbiome was
- 6:27off from all the antibiotics, even though I had gone to Lanzarhoff and did the three months
- 6:31Candida cleanse, and just kept finding more and more, and that really helped me to dig more,
- 6:38my doctor told me, stop digging, you know, you've got to just enjoy life, and I said no,
- 6:44I found stuff, I found the bacteria, helicobacter pillory, then I checked all the different varieties
- 6:53of microbiome labs, because they're not all the same, so I really have found the ones that I
- 6:59trust uniquely, globally, and then I found like the best parasite and bacteria test, which I think
- 7:06is out of Sweden, they have three different labs to check your blood and poop, so I found Bartonella,
- 7:12Barbizia, which is, you know, one of them is the cat scratch disease, I had a cat, and my cat had
- 7:17passed away five years earlier, and I said, but wait, no, my cat passed away, he said, but it's
- 7:22still here in your blood, here's an image, and I was like, whoa, because your immune system's
- 7:26fighting it off, but it's still there, then once your immune system gets weakened, stress, trauma,
- 7:31traveling too much, virus, virus, antiviral, I had, yeah, so I did a, I did a, a mold test just
- 7:39for fun to do it. Just for fun, I'll never do a mold test for fun. Well, I did it for the house,
- 7:44because I met these guys in London at the health optimization, I said, yeah, yeah, they're amazing,
- 7:50and so I wanted to do it for a story, for a podcast on Island Natalie Slash Legacy Life on Instagram,
- 7:57and they came and the results were like, we weren't expecting this, but you've got like tons of
- 8:03different mold in that apartment, and I'm like, what? So that's my aunt's home, which is an old
- 8:09writing castle, and we're in the third floor. So yeah, there was tons of mold, and I was like,
- 8:14oh, my goodness, now I need to check my blood, and mycotoxins and churnaf, yep, matched, right? And
- 8:21then I did a really cool test DNA adduct, IGL Labs out of Germany, which sadly the gentleman passed
- 8:28away, I got it right before, and they found Benzin on chromosome 14. So I've done all these really
- 8:35crazy cool labs, and I think to myself, where's the Benzin coming from? And then I thought about it,
- 8:41the old writing castle apartment, guess what we use as a heater system, because it's not like a new
- 8:47building, right? So in the old days, it was wood and coal, and there it was an oil oven. So me
- 8:55inhaling that over a certain amount of time, there's tons of Benzin contaminants, and they found
- 8:59that even in natural gas, where it's lower in California, and apparently like, all California's
- 9:03making stuff up again, no, like you can get highly, high levels, carcinogenic, exceed
- 9:11government standards, and let's be honest, when it exceeds government standards, it's bad,
- 9:15right? Because that's mean, government standards are based on what they believe they can get it
- 9:21down to, like the water quality standards. It doesn't mean it's healthy water. It just
- 9:24means what they can acceptably get down to that's relatively safe. That's really what it means.
- 9:30Yeah. So if you think about what a lot of these old homes in Europe are using to heat,
- 9:36it's very, very toxic, and people aren't really aware of it. But then also, I came home for
- 9:40Christmas in Houston to my sisters, and they have a gas stove, and I said, I smell this. I need
- 9:45to open the door, and my brother-in-law's like, close the door to air conditioning, and I'm like,
- 9:50I can't smell this. I put a bunch of air filters in the house. So my sister says, you got to fix,
- 9:55blah, blah, blah. I come back the next time, and I'm like, I smell it again. I got her to do
- 10:00her total toxins test from vibrant. Guess what showed up? Sons of benzene. Yeah. We had all of that.
- 10:06I said, I told you, I can smell it. It's not a potential carcinogen. It's not, it's not
- 10:11linked to car, you know, cancer. It is a, it is a highly carcinogenic compound, benzene,
- 10:19ethylbenzene, zyling, the B-tex compounds. This is standard toxicity. And then I thought about
- 10:26it, because my mom has Alzheimer's Parkinson's. I think she was also misdiagnosed. She's shaking,
- 10:32so I think she has a Parkinson's as well. And I thought about it. She's been cooking on that
- 10:37stove in the seashells for 30 years. So when you're on that, and you're inhaling that, we just don't
- 10:43think about it. I'm so against like a gas stove now. I'm so freaked out. I don't want to get
- 10:49near one. But where are these toxins hiding? That's what I talk about when I go to all these
- 10:56different conferences. How do we outsmart these toxins? Where are they hiding? For me, I also had
- 11:01super high arsenic. Well, arsenic is in rice. And there's simple solutions to all these things.
- 11:07And that's what's beautiful about a gas stove. You have to vent it. And there's a right way to do
- 11:13it. And you have to be serious about it, because your family will get poisoned. You've got to turn
- 11:17on your fan, allow that drafting to happen for a minute. So you can create that negative pressure.
- 11:24There's my science coming out of me again. I create that negative pressure. Then turn on the stove.
- 11:28Then you're safe. I still even open a window. Even though I have that, I bring fresh air. And
- 11:33that's how serious I am. And then I do the video. And I say, look, you're an apartment. And you
- 11:37can't vent. Say it's humid. And you don't want to vent and open your window. And I'd say if you
- 11:41don't have a vent, I would get an electric stove. And then I get so much hate because they're like,
- 11:47you're promoting the electric movement. And you're going to take away my gas stove. No, I'm just saying
- 11:52like watch the whole video. I'm saying is if you're going to have a gas stove, and that's what I
- 11:57prefer, honestly. So don't throw me under the bus. But if I want to, but it's okay. I mean,
- 12:02yeah, there's electric fields. There's like other problems. I'm so freaked out now. But not
- 12:06about that benzene's worse than probably the electric field. Like it's a known carcinogen. These
- 12:12are like, yeah, it's going to mess up your sodium potassium pump, which really isn't a pump,
- 12:16by the way. It's an electric field in our cells, where there's electric beings. And then there's
- 12:23answers to like rice. And there's answers to cleaning your fruit properly. And there's and there's
- 12:29lies surrounding all that. It's not just the virus, just because a video has millions of views,
- 12:32doesn't mean it's correct. Yeah. Well, and also funny, you know, I thought I was all healthy
- 12:38eating vegetables and salads and whatever. But they are so full of like sprays, pesticides. So
- 12:43I'm almost safer eating chicken and beef than eating salads and healthy vegetables. So depending
- 12:50on where you get it, I mean, I think now that, you know, it's also pretty public information that
- 12:54Whole Foods is spraying with appeal in the organic section. So when you start whysening up or
- 13:01learning or really, I like to say like, be the CEO of your health and your life. It's the most
- 13:06important job you'll ever have. So important. Yeah. And and that's what happened to me, you know,
- 13:11and I remember when I first started out, it just seemed like such a huge mountain decline to get
- 13:16there. But you just build and build and build. So I go through phases and sections and you know,
- 13:22I just went and did another really cool test that I found. They have a fourth year successful
- 13:27clinical trial where they do cancer pre-check and they look at your pathways, all your pathways,
- 13:33your whole map on the molecular level so that you can see what am I prone to what there's also
- 13:39medication like there's this lady Mrs. Kaufman who can tell you what medications or what healthy,
- 13:45you know, herbs or plants medicine that you could take to help support your pathways to make
- 13:50sure that you're functioning at the best. I think I see it like we have a weakness. And if you can
- 13:55counterfeit that weakness to your imbalance to be strong, then later on with time, nothing's
- 14:01going to fall out of whack and you'll just, you know, stay strong. Yeah. If you live in non toxic
- 14:06lifestyle, literally, which is hard, which is so hard, but in other countries, there is. Yeah.
- 14:11You know, I mean, there's this one off like my curious question is what did you get poisoned with
- 14:16as a child? What chemical? What was it? Oh, I never found out. I never found out.
- 14:23That makes a little bit difficult because because it was, I'm sure it was environmental toxins.
- 14:28There was a big case and everybody got paid. We didn't really get paid and I was one of the two
- 14:33people that got super sick. The other girl almost died. She was 15 and I never really found out
- 14:41and I had so many other things I had glyphosate. That's from living in America because I moved a lot.
- 14:46I traveled a lot and by the time it clicked as to what really happened back then and what was in
- 14:52my body, I started finding all these other things. So I'm not really sure what it was so many
- 14:57environmental. But then it was as if my bucket was so full and it just kept collecting, collecting,
- 15:01collecting. And, you know, the cat scratched disease, the Bartonella and the mold, the mycotoxins,
- 15:10the arsenic. So what do you do? You avoid rice. You are more like for me. I know that my pathways
- 15:16are not super great. I did the MTHFR with Gary Breka before he was Mr. Breka and I realized that
- 15:24I'm the girl that needs to take the B12 and be more proactive about my sauna, my infrared sauna.
- 15:31So I, you know, four to five times a week, lymphatic drainage or be proactive in supporting my
- 15:39gall bladder and the bile. Of course, everything with your microbiome. My microbiome was kind of
- 15:44sluggish and weak after all those IV antibiotics that I did. And before that, when I was a kid,
- 15:51I used to get inner ear infections and they would prescribe antibiotics in the states all the time.
- 15:57Which, which doesn't help? Yeah, no. It didn't. No, the research shows that it doesn't. But they,
- 16:03the parents, the parents do it. They give them the antibiotic because the research shows that it's
- 16:09not very effective, but it makes the parent feel better. Oh, great. Because it's so painful for
- 16:15its kids. Yeah. No, it works in the river. Do you know what works in the literature? Highly
- 16:20effectively is chiropractic because it's not draining. And once you adjust it drains like I
- 16:27get have an ear ache, get adjusted, the water literally drains out the ear. Yeah. So I think I found
- 16:33out later what my actual ear issue was and it was nothing related to that. So I could have avoided
- 16:38all those antibiotics and tubes in the air. Yeah. And I had that once too. But yeah, now we have
- 16:46colloidal silver as alternatives or, you know, mastosis of garlic and we didn't, we're waking up.
- 16:52We're waking up to these as a world as a nation. Yes. And it's not complicated. So we're going to
- 16:57get to the solutions because you, if you live in a non toxic environment, the blue zones, these are
- 17:03non toxic environments. Right. And they have community. They have connection. They have a connection to
- 17:08God. They have a connection to nature and each other. And we're, we're just elevating, you know,
- 17:14our bodies, we have, we have fields, measurable fields that we can feel like we talked about this
- 17:19off camera and toxins interfere with that electrical field. Right. And other things too, like
- 17:25bad relationships, TV, blue light in America, we, yeah, we're synthetic. Everything are
- 17:32closer synthetic. Yeah. Our dish washing soap synthetic, our coffee is pretty much synthetic
- 17:38and chemical and it's so sprayed. The most heavily sprayed, one of the most heavily sprayed
- 17:42crops over 100 different toxic chemicals. Like so for every routine that we have, our skincare
- 17:48routine, our outfits that we're picking out, what we're cleaning our house with. I talk about
- 17:53the dishes, our, our floors, our floors are plastic, our fabrics are plastic and chemicals.
- 17:59We live in low-cost chemical BS where these other countries, it's wood, it's leather, it's rock,
- 18:05cement, you know. So all these, that's a non toxic living and that's a lifestyle that we have
- 18:13it's this. We take for granted. We do. We take it for granted and I got a great story for you.
- 18:17So ladies, I read something that have exposure to over 200,000 toxins from their cream, their
- 18:24makeup hair. So I'm also careful, like if I do color or whatever, did you know that even that
- 18:30aerosol spray, the hair spray was forbidden in all of Italy, which I'm really impressed because
- 18:35they could tell that hairdressers are getting cancer. So I'm, I set off the bomb alarm in Nisse,
- 18:41in France, a couple years back, this years back. And I was like, this is crazy. And I was about
- 18:47to miss my flight back to Munich. And I went through, and they're like, okay, do it a second time,
- 18:52boom, I set it off again. I'm like, this is crazy. Where is this happening? And the lady looks at me
- 18:57and she says, did you just maybe take a shower and put on fresh lotion in the hotel? And I said,
- 19:02yes. And that was the first time it clicked to me like, oh my gosh, the lotion is like cheap lotion
- 19:09in the hotel that I went to and I probably can't say the name right now. It was a, you know,
- 19:14four or five star kind of place. And yeah, I started digging into like the different creams,
- 19:20makeup, all this stuff that we apply onto our skin, the number one spot for anything to enter.
- 19:26And sure enough, yeah, I'm very careful now. We don't think about it. We don't pay attention to
- 19:34it because we think, I think we think that if we don't feel it, it's not happening. If we don't
- 19:40feel like, for example, also, I feel amazing, right? And if I, if you knew all my labs and
- 19:46and stuff, I'm still working on and even some big names in our industry, in the biohacking and
- 19:53wellness space, like big names, all of them have stuff. Why are they doing TPE? Why, if you're clean,
- 20:01would you go and do a TPE therapeutic plasma exchange? Think about it. So when, why are you
- 20:08doing GLPs? Why are you doing TRT? You shouldn't have to do any of that. You really shouldn't. But
- 20:14again, I'm not saying don't do it. Everyone has their own health journey. I would avoid TRT at all
- 20:20cost because you can get on it. You can do it safely, but you're on it and it's very expensive
- 20:24and you're on a thruster life. Well, something like estrogen replacement, it's a different,
- 20:29it's a different metabolic pathway, right? So there's, there's, I'm all about feeling well. So,
- 20:34and I do peptides, but what I really need to do is fix my microbiome that produces the peptides.
- 20:39I need acrimensia, right? And so it's interesting that in this, we want the quick fix. And I won't,
- 20:46yeah, I'll just say this. There is a quick fix. Kind of, kind of. Or there's a little bit of a
- 20:52shotgun approach, as we like to say in Texas. You could get a blood cleanse. So I've dived deep
- 20:59into the different blood filtration mechanisms because everybody, Ebo, well, I'm not a fan of Ebo,
- 21:06but there's Ebo's there's Ebo or Ebo. And yeah, so I think the future is everybody's going to
- 21:12need an all change for your body because we're in such a toxic soup that we're living and breathing.
- 21:17And we travel a lot. We're not going to change that. You can't always be at home where you could have
- 21:22your non-toxic living. And so I, I believe the future is that. So I, I did the enuse ferrisis,
- 21:28which is a plasma afferesis. I've done different afferesis. It's different types of filters in
- 21:32Germany. Ebo is more of an oxygenation and ozoneation. It's not necessarily a deep cleanse.
- 21:41It's been sold that way. It has a filter, but not a really good one.
- 21:44Correct. And that's why they sell you packages of five. And I believe that sell you packages of five.
- 21:50There you go. Yeah. And so it's, there's a lot of misleading information. And there's also a lot
- 21:55of influencers and also amazing wellness influencers that don't have time to really go into the
- 22:02detail. So that's where I focused because it was what I needed to figure out for myself.
- 22:07And they're saying, oh, do an Ebo. It gets rid of everything. No, it doesn't. It doesn't get rid of
- 22:12mold. And Ebo is actually not a general deep cleanse. Then we've got TPE therapeutic plasma
- 22:18exchange, which can actually increase your aging. And you take out your own albumin and replace it
- 22:24with human derived albumin from someone else. Imagine what that does. Like the consciousness. Yeah.
- 22:30And it's a, that's a heavy duty thing. Is it right for the specific, for a certain type of client?
- 22:35Yeah. Someone who's highly toxic, who's super exposed and cannot naturally heal. That would be
- 22:42like the last resort for them. But I see that it's become a big trend. A lot of big boys are
- 22:47promoting it now, saying it gets rid of everything. But it doesn't, like I said, get rid of
- 22:52parasites, mold, mycotoxins, forever chemicals. It doesn't do that. And it's the plasma only.
- 23:00So I found the purify, which is a chemo profusion adsorption full body blood cleanse. So it's cleanse
- 23:07the full body, not just your plasma. And that one is a resin adsorber. So it's more microbeads and
- 23:14can take smaller nanoparticles of toxins out. So I did that. And I got rid of my arsenic. Before
- 23:21that, I did the eBoo, the aphoresis. There's another one. And none of that worked because I always do
- 23:27my before and after labs, which is why I told you almond milk grow bad. But we, we, we agree on that.
- 23:33I did my before and after I was the almond milk girl. Now I'm the coconut milk girl because almond
- 23:37milk has a lot of, yeah. So and also a lot of matcha. So I don't do matcha anymore either.
- 23:44Yeah. I did. And matcha is another one that can it sequesters lead out of the soil. So you
- 23:49got to be careful. It can be highly interesting. And interestingly enough, a lot of us also have
- 23:54higher aluminum right now. But yeah. So I believe just leave that one. Let's go to our next.
- 24:00But so I do believe there is a, a fast way to help your body heal naturally. Give it the tools
- 24:07with a good blood cleanse that you can trust. But be aware that like even the, the purify,
- 24:13it gets rid of forever chemicals, cytokines, inflammation markers, heavy metals.
- 24:18I had super high arsenic. I don't eat rice anymore. And but then I still need to do, you know,
- 24:25liquids for, I don't know, parasites, different binders for the mold and mycotoxins because that.
- 24:33Constant. Yeah. So and then we're retoxing too. I had a client that I sent to do the full body
- 24:39blood cleanse purify. He had a lot of different inflammation and chronic stuff.
- 24:44I saw him at the end of the summer. He had gone to London. He lives between London and Miami.
- 24:49And he was like, Natalie, oh my god, everything is better. I went to so many doctors. Thank you so
- 24:54much. And he said, but interestingly enough, I went back to London for the summer. And I have
- 24:59barium, which is from the chemtrails and the, the planes. It's very a ton there. Yeah. Yeah.
- 25:04And but what also changed for him was his energy, his consciousness. And we were talking about
- 25:12being electromagnetic beings, like how and why can we truly, why does root cause illness really come?
- 25:18It's lots of toxins. Your pathways are dysregulated because of it and your energy, your emotional
- 25:25toxins. So if you've got trauma, if you've got stuff that your nervous system is dysregulated,
- 25:31your homeostasis is completely off. And you know, I've done, I've done Dr. Dua to spend a couple
- 25:37retreats. I can meditate now. I love it. And I meet energy healers and all different types of
- 25:43like quantum energy stuff. I've also dabbled. He's done it all. I have. This is impressive.
- 25:50You're a go getter. I'm a seeker. I've never done. I haven't done any of those. Yeah. Nothing.
- 25:55Well, I was super scared when I did it. By the way, I was like, beep, beep, beep scared the
- 26:00first time I did a psilocybin with MDMA. And I think that's what I would advise everybody to do if
- 26:07you're going to jump because it's a combination of a heart opener. So you get out of your head
- 26:13plus going deep into the subconscious with like a light mushroom. But I did a one on one solo
- 26:19journey. And for me, it just opened be wide up after all the meditation and coaching and stuff I'd
- 26:25done because I love my personal growth. It was amazing. And then, yeah. And then I did, I have a
- 26:32gain in January, which is a very brave. And that's called the godmole queue. I've done none of that
- 26:37stuff. And I'm scared of ayahuasca. I haven't done that. I'm like super scared. That doesn't
- 26:41that. I mean, something that makes me puke. I'm like, if that yeah, I want to puke. Yeah. And then
- 26:46again, it's like if my body's having a toxic reaction to it, you know, I mean, I get when you
- 26:52stress your body out and that physical like you be purged. But I agree with you like some of the
- 26:56main causes of of disease and dysfunction. I mean, I put toxins of obviously I'm non toxic dad.
- 27:02That's my mission. But it's not the only thing. And I would put emotional trauma right in there,
- 27:07you know, because these are in both of those, I believe a way more significant. And in a lot of
- 27:15experts, I just talked to Thomas Okness. Oh, yes. Yeah. And he agrees. I always believe that. But he
- 27:21said what the 700,000 clients they've been through, they don't even run genetics most of the time,
- 27:26because it's not a, it's not the, it's, it's just not one of the root causes because your body
- 27:32so cool, it's good to know. Like it is good to know. Like I'm doing genetic testing. I'm just
- 27:38starting to do some of the stuff that they're you're doing because I just stayed in my lane. But
- 27:41first detox, right? And I felt great to give my life back, right? But I still have things as
- 27:46non toxic dad that I'm just, you know what? I'm getting better. But I'm 51. I'm getting a little
- 27:52anxious. Like, you know, I just want to, I maybe I do a blood cleanse. Maybe I do, you know,
- 27:58go see Thomas in Malibu and let's go. Let's go. Yeah. Yeah. I want to check him out. Yeah. So
- 28:03there's, there's these things like I would like to do that. But not everybody can afford to travel.
- 28:08And like for me, I'm non toxic dad. I have a following like, oh, if you, if you post about it.
- 28:12And I think this is a lot of the problems in, uh, in the, in our space. It's just because of
- 28:17influence or talks about it. Well, they got it for free. And that's why they're doing it. So I
- 28:20have to talk about it. So Ibu may not be safe for everybody. But they're promoting it like it is.
- 28:25But it might not be. You can die. Yeah. You can't. Oh, honey. I've had clients. I have two
- 28:30doctor friends that have parked the Ibu machine because three out of five patients were having
- 28:35reactions, immune reactions. I had one lady that connected with me because her son had a reaction
- 28:40during the Ibu because a lot of people are also not checking if you have G6 PD. So if you have
- 28:45that, you should not be osanating. That's dangerous. And then you may just be having so many different
- 28:51toxins or other issues that it can have. You can have anaphylactic shock in a, uh, immune auto
- 28:56reaction. And the same goes for the TPE. And they give you human derived album in which I'm sure
- 29:01is not tested for other parasites or other stuff that you're ingesting. Then you have the
- 29:05consciousness. You have the synthetic. But let's go back to what you said. I love the word that
- 29:11you said was disease. How disease happens? And I think we need to separate that word. Dis
- 29:17ease. And that's truly everybody that I meet. It's I love taking on clients with serious problems
- 29:26because I like to figure it out like a nice SQL programmer. I like to figure out where what happened
- 29:32and guide them and, uh, like breast cancer. That's always related to like deep sadness and grief
- 29:39related to the lungs or the heart or some somebody that you truly love hurt you disappointed in you
- 29:44and you chose to digest it and process it that way. The liver is anger. Your ethereal, you know,
- 29:50my father had cancer or stage four, surprise cancer because we don't check labs correctly in
- 29:57traditional medicine. And, um, and that, that zero chakra, that first chakra is your sacral grounded
- 30:06area. So he had to leave his country. He had moved to Costa Rica. It was all there. All the signs
- 30:10were there. The liver, anger based on the overthrow of the government, lungs, sadness and grief,
- 30:16divorce of my mom. So there's always an emotional and energetic connection. And if your nervous system
- 30:23is off, um, you know, I did that. I began. I told you and I thought about if I should even be so
- 30:30vocal about it because everybody says they're going to judge you for it. They'll be watching this
- 30:34doing that. Okay. Go for it. Tell you what? It's a plant. It's a plant from Africa. It's like
- 30:40it's like a fruit. And they did this in the tribes when they would try to figure out solutions. And
- 30:45I know that some people have also come to me and said, it's a, it's a hallucinogenic hallucination.
- 30:50I'm like, I didn't see pink elephants flying in the sky. I saw God. I saw my father. We spoke.
- 30:57We had serious conversations. And I had asked the night before I prayed, please clear me of any
- 31:03kind of toxins and show me the light and the solutions to help others heal their toxins. That was
- 31:10that's really how I live my life. And, um, and they showed up. I saw ethereal devices. They cleared
- 31:16me in different energy areas. And, and then people show me now this video that Joe Rogan posted
- 31:22where he says, oh, I began as dangerous. And this and that. And, and it can be to certain people.
- 31:28And then it depends where are you on your journey, right? And if you're coming from love and light
- 31:34and for sure there's darkness and there's light in the world. And if you are in your heart as you
- 31:39are, because you and I've been hanging out a bit and I love that about you, um, then you're going
- 31:45to have a very different journey than someone who's been a soldier or who's had a lot of trauma
- 31:50and not been working on themselves. But we can, we can work on these part and parcels within
- 31:56ourselves, whether you look at, you know, IFS internal family systems or NLP. There's so many
- 32:02different techniques, um, how we can work and the body keeps score like the body holds stuff.
- 32:08It does hold stuff. It holds. If you have trauma that is unresolved, whether known or under
- 32:14them, you're holding that energy, you're holding that frequency and it's trapped. You have toxins
- 32:18that you your body couldn't get out. It'll hold those toxins. It'll stop trying to get rid of them
- 32:22because it's overwhelmed. It's, it's dealing with what it can do to survive. It's always making
- 32:27the best decision. Yeah. Um, Thomas and I were talking about that. Again, I had talked to him
- 32:31for eight hours yesterday. You know, I mean, like, I can't wait for you guys. I just want to
- 32:35meet him. I want to be. So Thomas Aquinas, like, he just, he just, he just, he just on the podcast
- 32:39right before you and a lot of the things that I saw in, in the thousands of clients that we've
- 32:44held detox and doctors that we've trained thousands, we've, I noticed that like people just,
- 32:51they get these toxins and your body just can't get them out because your, your body's smart. If
- 32:55it can't, it doesn't have the resources. It's like yelling at your ear long enough.
- 33:00Eventually it goes deaf and it just can't fix it. Can't fix the problem. Yeah. And we have to
- 33:05increase our capacity. It's all about becoming more resilient. And if you're lowering your toxic
- 33:10load, both physical toxins and emotional toxins, you have to do both in my belief is if you don't
- 33:20learn how to connect yourself to God, whatever that is for you, you, you have so much unforgiveness
- 33:27towards yourself and others and you have these stories and you blame. You don't, when you're doing
- 33:33that, you don't have the energy to work on the physical toxins because your mental toxicity is
- 33:38so great. You don't even love yourself or others enough, especially yourself to start choosing
- 33:43these things. The reason you do what you do is because you love yourself and you know that you
- 33:47deserve to be healthy and whole and connected and serving humanity. And then the next level you do
- 33:52it because you want to help others, right? So you love yourself. You love others. It's kind of like,
- 33:58it's kind of like what Jesus talked about. You didn't say kill your neighbor. You didn't say kill
- 34:02your enemy, which is what we do. He says, love your neighbor. Love your enemy because it's a big
- 34:07old frickin' waste of time. But you know what I got to admit here because we can. That's the only
- 34:12way people grow when we share is I didn't always love myself like I do now. It's been a growth
- 34:18journey. I was great at loving others by giving and but not as great as receiving. It's easier.
- 34:24Yeah, it's easier and it was funny. You know, there's this and Dr. Joe dispenses retreat. It was like
- 34:31give and give and I was like give and give and they're like, and now turn those hands back around to
- 34:36you and give to you and put it on your heart and I was like, oh my gosh. I remember that feeling of
- 34:43like, oh, I don't know how to do that. How to do that that much. So we and I think all of us have
- 34:50a little bit of that in us. You know, Oprah Winfrey says that the one thing when everybody would
- 34:56shut off after an interview, they would say, how was I? Was I good enough? And there's always this
- 35:02little like guilty. Yeah. Like did I do good enough? Am I am I good enough? And I've been working
- 35:09a lot on that. And we all have stories of, you know, look at this bracelet. I was at an event and
- 35:16I needed encouragement because doing it says enough. Yeah, doing doing this work, right? I mean,
- 35:23been doing this for four years. Honestly, you know, I can say it on this podcast. I didn't really
- 35:29it didn't collect the penny. And then everyone's like, he must be making so much. But I'm like, no,
- 35:33I'm not. Yeah. I'm sacrificing my business. I'm sacrificing the things that built my house
- 35:38because my home and my family, because this just happened to happen. And I'm somehow I got
- 35:45called to it. So I'm trying to like convince myself I shouldn't do it as much as I do. So I'm like,
- 35:51am I really good at it? Yeah. Right? Yeah. And I know. And you know, am I really good at it? And am I
- 35:57really having an impact? Right? And I went to this seminar where usually I'm the one giving like
- 36:02I'm the I'm non toxic dad like I'm I coached and trained practitioners and other brands and
- 36:07really just want other people to make an impact. And at this event, I had to switch, you know,
- 36:13these people are givers. Like they're they're solid humans at operating at a really high level.
- 36:19And I'm sitting there sharing my story. And and I'm crying, you know, and I'm just like, I didn't
- 36:25I didn't come to learn about business or how to monetize. I could care less. I just want to know
- 36:30am I good at this? And should I be doing it? And should I go should I go deeper and further?
- 36:34Or should I hand the baton? Or should I just, you know, what should I do? Like that's just a simple
- 36:39question. And Yonic Silver was next to me and he's very conscious works with the top entrepreneurs
- 36:45in the world. He literally rips the bracelet. He's like, I've never done this in my life. Rips it off
- 36:50his wrist. He's it's a little wet for my shower puts it on my wrist and it says enough. And I
- 36:56wept. And then later, and then later in that event, I had another confirmation, another
- 37:02confirmation, one of the friends like filmed something really quick at an like at someone's house
- 37:06we're at. And there's a flash of me. He's like 4,000 followers on Instagram. And he's like,
- 37:10Warren, he was talking to the event owner and he's like, Warren, come down here. I want to show you
- 37:13something. He's like, look at this. I threw this on my Instagram story yesterday. And I'm like,
- 37:16oh, that's cool. It's like, did you notice yourself? I'm like, let me see it again. Oh, like,
- 37:20yeah, right there, there I am, like the side of my face. He said someone on my, I've like, you
- 37:24know, a few thousand followers. One of my best friends wrote me and said, that's nontoxic dad.
- 37:29Is that nontoxic dad? Just from the story, just from that flash. And he said to me because he's
- 37:34conscious. He's a breathwork guy. He leads breathwork and music and, you know, is in the consciousness.
- 37:40He said, Warren, you're wrong. No, his name is geo. Okay. That would have been funny. And he said,
- 37:45he said, if someone notices something like that, like you touched them in a place that is far
- 37:50beyond like, they noticed you because you're cool. Like you touched them emotionally enough.
- 37:54Yeah. That you made a bigger difference in their life enough that they noticed you in a flash
- 37:59because you just don't notice people in the flash. And then I was doing an interview with
- 38:06here with Thomas Ockness and his new wife, Ryder. And she went to follow me on Instagram.
- 38:12She's like, oh, my mom follows you. And she texted her mom and she didn't hope sent a picture.
- 38:17And it was a picture of me and they didn't notice. And it's like, oh, she, because you don't have
- 38:22no contacts. And then she said, it's nontoxic. Oh my gosh, nontoxic dad. And she wrote back,
- 38:25oh my god, that's amazing. She's like, I made so many changes because of him. Tell him, thank you.
- 38:31So we are enough. Yeah. And more importantly, whatever your calling is,
- 38:38you're enough. Like, people need to hear that. And it's not a cool message. It's not a viral
- 38:43message. It's not one that we, you know, can build a business on just learning that you're
- 38:49enough. And you have to know that you're, you're, and I say this on so many podcasts, I'm talking
- 38:54to the moms, I'm talking to the fathers that don't think they're a good enough parent that don't
- 38:59think they're a good enough mom that don't think they're a good enough dad, a good enough partner.
- 39:03Yeah. You are enough. And you're doing an amazing job. You got to forgive yourself because
- 39:07you're never going to move forward and anything that you do, unless you know that you're enough.
- 39:12So when I ask a question, and I want an answer, I got the same answer that I always get is that
- 39:19I'm enough right where I'm at, right where you're at. And we're going to continue this journey.
- 39:25All of us together, nobody's better than anybody else. No one has some super power connection to
- 39:30God that no one else has. There's no elevated special human that you need to look up to, right?
- 39:36You need to look, you got to look up to yourself. You got to connect the God and get, you got to
- 39:40get yours. You said this earlier, you said you need to be the CEO of your health. You need to
- 39:45realize that no one's going to rescue you. Yeah. It's not going to be the government. It's not
- 39:49going to be some influencers. Not going to be me. Our job. And you can hear it in my voice and in
- 39:53your voice. Our job is to inspire you to take action for yourself. Period. End of story.
- 39:59Let's get to some more solutions. What are the top toxins? What are some of the top toxins that we
- 40:05can avoid that's, we talked about arsenic, we, you know, so and rice. So here's an answer for that.
- 40:10And you know this one, um, parboiling. It might be called parboiling, but parboiling will remove
- 40:1590% of the arsenic, right? And if you get like California jasmine rice, it's going to be lower. So
- 40:20you can eat it and you can remove it down 90% using parboiling with something, you know, there's
- 40:25Oh, yeah, parboiling and scraping the top of it off, which is what we do also in the islands. Yeah,
- 40:30we know that trick. Well, so there's ancient, a lot of these ancient strategies, like in, and we
- 40:35can talk about fermentation of soy. You can't break down those proteins. Those proteins are toxic.
- 40:39Yeah. That's a massive toxin source. Unless you ferment it. If you don't cook certain vegetables,
- 40:44there's high levels of oxalates or if you can freeze it. So there's, you know, we jump off.
- 40:48Not shades. Yeah. And nightshades, but there's ways to lower that. You know, I mean, some people
- 40:53say don't eat any nightshades. I'm not on that train, by the way, because I don't think we're at,
- 40:56so here's Dave. Yeah, like, so yeah, like Dave, because you're, there's the anti-carsons and
- 41:02it compounds are massive in these, in some of these compounds. And we are designed with nature.
- 41:07We're not at war with vegetables. Yes, they have a chemical compound. But do you think tribes
- 41:13didn't survive? We eat 1000% less herbs than we used to do. And some of those used to be
- 41:18nightshades. I mean, and they're not even cooked or raw. So these plants are our friends.
- 41:23Who says this best? Zack Bush. And we think we're at war with nature with anti-microbials and
- 41:31even nightshades and like all this stuff. We're not at war. There's a way to interact with nature.
- 41:35There's a process. Yeah. And ancient cultures know this stuff in America. How we eat it? Yeah,
- 41:40it's probably toxic. Don't do it. Yeah. But there's ways to do it correctly. And if you don't know
- 41:44correctly, you should avoid it. If you don't want to parboil, I wouldn't eat rice. Well, and
- 41:48there's no nightshades. I would need nightshades if you don't know how to knock down the oxalates
- 41:51and everything else because yeah, it is hard on your gut. Yeah. And you can't digest it. And then
- 41:55it throws off your microbiome and your microbiome is your health. Yeah. So a good thing for the microbiome
- 42:00is also like bone broth in the morning. But to make sure that you don't go past like two hours of
- 42:05boiling it, otherwise you get super high histamine. For example, that's really great for a leaky
- 42:10gut and your gut in general lemon water. I think that one easy way to look at fruits is get rid
- 42:16of the skin, cut the skin. Like I used to always eat apples with the skin. Now I just always cut
- 42:20the apple. Interesting. You say that because I did a video. I didn't go viral, but hopefully this
- 42:27this video does. I'm plugging me keywords. Yeah. I did an analysis of hot water hot water and
- 42:32baking soda vinegar, just water and soaking it for 15 minutes according to what the study showed
- 42:38to remove pesticides on the surface. And what I wanted to find is if we could remove that wax
- 42:44coating even on organic. And of course, the sometimes the wax coatings on non-organic is literally
- 42:50plastic. It's polyethylene. But even organic organic derived wax like a palm oil, which is not
- 42:56really super dangerous, but I'm going to get to something. I'm going to scare you about American
- 43:01organic versus what true organic should be that that'll be next. So give me one second. But I did
- 43:06the analysis. The study in my kitchen and scrubbed everything and took the knife and scraped the
- 43:12apple. Most of the wax is still there. Probably like I removed like 20 percent. So I think the only
- 43:18way you can do it and I didn't do it. But you could just drop it into super hot boiling water.
- 43:23So your philosophy of removing skin off is and that's from my mama. Yeah. She's the one that
- 43:30actually told me like I was eating it normally because I love apples and she's like, what are you
- 43:34doing? It's toxic. Don't eat the skin. And I was like, mama's right. Mama's right again. And then
- 43:39non-organic apples, even if you take the skin off, I mean, you're going to lessen it. But most of the
- 43:44most of the pesticides are especially with apples, they have to spray at a certain time and it's before
- 43:50they forms an apple, right? Yeah. So I'm going to get back to real organic talking to Thomas in Norway.
- 43:56Guess what it takes to be organic in Norway, certified Norwegian organic. Oh no, just to grow it.
- 44:01Just a freaking grow it. Just grow it. Zero spray, zero chemicals. And if you if you're caught
- 44:06spraying your band for five years. But you know in Germany because I'm also a European and I get
- 44:13to learn a lot about their rules over there. They don't really check like there's there's a
- 44:18organic farm where they grow stuff and there's a small airport right next door. And they still
- 44:23classify. Yeah. Are they still classified? No. And they have they they also pass by. So you're not
- 44:30I mean, it's very rare. It's true. It's very very very rare that that would be the case with any kind
- 44:35of organic brand you're going to buy. But it basically is it's it's so under the radar that it's not
- 44:41yet there that you would have to classify it that you're, you know, technically being sprayed.
- 44:45And in Europe and in the United States are organic, right? So in the and this is just in Norway,
- 44:51they're actually separate from the European Union. Yeah. So they have to test their soil to make
- 44:56sure it's alive. So that has the micro risey. So it has the minerals to deliver a truly organic
- 45:02product. You can't be next to a highway. All this stuff. Oh cool. Let's move to Norway. So they
- 45:08won't let you in. I mean, they won't let you in. So the non organic produce in Thomas just
- 45:14shared this with me the non organic produce in Norway has less pesticides than the organic produce
- 45:20in the United States. I believe that. And that's a fact. I believe that because our pesticides are
- 45:25natural, Omri certified organic pesticides, they're naturally derived. Mm-hmm. But they're still
- 45:31neurotoxins. They're the same chemical. It's chemically, you know, we're taking it for the
- 45:35consent, consent to them in flour for pyrethin, which is one of the most powerful and it works.
- 45:39It really works. It'll kill grasshoppers. It'll kill everything. But it's just a naturally derived
- 45:45neurotoxin. Crazy. And carcinogen. And it'll say it when you buy it, the Omri certified will say,
- 45:51don't spray this. Use PPE. Use a, you know, use a mask. It degrades faster because it's
- 45:56natural. It's not synthetic. But it's still neurotoxin. It's still on your freaking apple. So when
- 46:01we, this is the get connection, you know, non toxic living, we can't do it. So we have to put
- 46:06these things in the place. So let's go over best detox methods we can do. Let's go. I want to
- 46:11quickly add because Malsanto just did a partnership move to Europe and did a partnership with Bayer.
- 46:18Why? Why are they partnering? Why would a pharmaceutical company? Like also, let's think about it.
- 46:24Like why are even Pfizer is supposed to in 75 years has never even found any kind of potential
- 46:30healing modality to cancer or anything? Like why are these people partnering? So I just wanted to
- 46:35add that in there on the, on the pesticides that now has made it to Europe. No, it's dangerous.
- 46:42So but let's, let's just say this and we'll, and I want to go to solutions of some of your top
- 46:47detox things from like most expensive to least expensive that has had an impact. So we're going to go
- 46:52there. But how are we crazy to believe? And how can humanity trust pharmaceutical companies? How
- 46:58can you trust somebody that hasn't delivered one stinking true cure? Yeah. Right. Maybe make it
- 47:05less, you won't get HIV, the HIV vaccine. And now we're doing a, a Lyme disease vaccine. There
- 47:12are side effects to all that stuff. It's not a true cure and it's not 100%. I mean, medical
- 47:17interventions are great. There's some medications that you can take and biohackers take to downregulate
- 47:22mass cells that they feel good so they can find the trigger. Like there, there is some, there is some
- 47:26value there. But how can you trust a system that's so driven by finance with your life? Like you,
- 47:35you got to come on. Like let's be the CEO of our own health. Let's take full responsibility.
- 47:41Hospitals are businesses. They are companies. My dad's body dead was worth. I forgot what it was
- 47:47like 160 grand or something. Like they're money making machines. That's all they are. That's what
- 47:52we are. We are the money making move machines. We're the cow. It's, it's pretty sad. So yes,
- 47:58be the CEO of your life. Take charge. And let's talk about some of the solutions on how we can detox.
- 48:04Yeah. So we're going to wrap it fire. Most expensive, best detox solution. Blood cleanse definitely
- 48:09the purify the full body blood cleanse. Next in line, the aphoresis plasma cleanse or enus
- 48:15phoresis. Okay. Then let's go. That's in the $10,000 range. Yeah. 10,000. Some of them are also
- 48:22if you do a plasma aphoresis, those are around 3000. So that's the plasma cleanse only. And
- 48:28depending on how toxic you are, you could wait and do two of them or kind of separate it and
- 48:33and then refill your minerals back in. Okay. Let's drop down to a $5,000 detox solution.
- 48:39Several of those. Several that, well, that would be the aphoresis plasma cleanse. Like I said,
- 48:44I don't trust Ibu or the TPE, which is actually much more expensive. Let me see. Well, one of
- 48:52these detox retreats. I love detox spas and retreats. I've gone to Shaw, Tegernze Lanzerhof,
- 49:01so hypothermia inducing hypothermia and putting your body in like a certain heat shock state or
- 49:07autophagy not eating your your cells will start eating the dead cells. So if you can go to a detox
- 49:14retreat, eat healthy or eat nothing or do fasting as well as these hot baths to introduce a certain
- 49:21type of level of heat every single day on a consistent level oxygenating your blood to help the
- 49:28detox pathways open up. That's also a great way to invest that money to detox. Yeah, the
- 49:33hermetic effect will drive out toxins. Yeah. So speaking of a slight hermetic effect for $5,000
- 49:39what about infrared sauna? You said that earlier. Exactly. So like, you know, that's in the 5,000
- 49:45could be, you know, 1000 to 5,000 exactly. I agree with you clear light. Saunas, I think they're
- 49:50amazing. They have an infrared sauna. They've been around for a long time. They also do science
- 49:54and data research back. So you could do that and I have one. Yeah, I'm trying to think I have
- 50:02a company that's been around a long time. Who do I have? Why can I think of the name? Sunlighting.
- 50:06Yeah. Yeah. So Sunlighting, they say, has certain
- 50:11electromagnetic frequency. So I'm not sure, but but I know that I'm measured on my it. It's
- 50:17good. Then I have a couple. I'm sure you did. Yeah. So so there's yeah, like I was
- 50:22telling Brian Hoyer is kind of like the EMF guy and then I like test my home. Ryan Blazer
- 50:30for for like mold toxicity and checking your home. So I think for causational strategies
- 50:35getting these guys in. I mean, they're actually more in the over $5,000 that, you know, range,
- 50:41but I'm just saying like environmental stuff. So what else around that? Well, I think around that
- 50:46price is really going in and doing all your labs, like figuring out if you have glyphosate,
- 50:50which in America, you probably do if you eat tacos and any kind of bread, you probably have glyphosate.
- 50:56They find that in the organic bread. So that's yeah, even organic gluten free. It's it's everywhere.
- 51:02So really investing that money, understanding your labs, your epigenetics, one time you just do
- 51:08your genetics and not having that kind of limiting belief, oh, if my insurance doesn't cover it,
- 51:13I'm not going to do it. Well, you spent the money on that really great vacation on that bag,
- 51:18that car, invest in yourself because you're only going to have to do that once and understand
- 51:23really where all your labs are. If you've got, you know, Lyme disease, Bartonella, Barbizio,
- 51:28if you have dogs and cats, you got parasites. I mean, there's this really simple test. You can
- 51:33go like this. So trying to fill your pulse. You feel it? Yeah. Okay, you got parasites.
- 51:38Okay. It's that simple. We all have it. We all have parasites. And so you should all be doing
- 51:45once or twice a year, a parasite cleanse. You just might have parasites.
- 51:50You got them, buddy. I had dogs and cats. Well, anyone who has dogs and cats.
- 51:54Anyone who has dogs and cats, you need to do a parasite cleanse. I'm not,
- 51:59I'm not like a big parasite scare guy because I feel like a lot of influencers do that to sell
- 52:04product and you have to do parasites. I found. I'm not selling any. Yeah, I know. I know you're
- 52:09not. But over the last 20 years of coaching doctors, what I found is once you get the immune system
- 52:13strong, we do have a symbiotic relationship with some parasites. Now if you do have dogs and cats,
- 52:18and you're getting nasty ones, tapeworms, things that are truly parasitic that are overwhelming
- 52:24in your immune system, we all have parasites. Yeah. And our immune system is keeping lots of
- 52:28things at bay. So it can be beneficial, but it's also can your body has them and is allowing them
- 52:34because there's a purpose. It's holding down other toxins. There is a balance there. I'm not,
- 52:41but I'm, but I'm still with you. Like I'm not like all the way one way or the other, but I'm not
- 52:45all the way up here. Parasites are everything. Not true. Well, I think it's more like just
- 52:49a maintenance. And if you've got animals, you need to be very aware of it. You need to be doing
- 52:54that. Ancient tribes did it like this isn't like this isn't yeah. Exactly. And you could do like
- 52:58Ivermectin, but there was different kind of parasites. So just kind of really investing the money
- 53:03in your labs, doing all the different, you know, right formulas of detox protocols, whether it's
- 53:09parasites, heavy metals. I believe in some kind of energetic something. I think breathwork is
- 53:15probably the most free, useful tool that I wish I would have done longer ago. Same here. Like
- 53:23if I wish I discovered trying so simple, but it's so like boom on the money. And until you
- 53:30have that one breathwork breakthrough experience, you don't really understand. And you're like, whoa,
- 53:35what was that? It's so powerful. We're going to get to free. So let's move down to the under
- 53:41free. Yeah, that's going to go into the free and one of the most powerful things. And I
- 53:45want 1000% agree. I wish I would have found it earlier. Yeah. So let's go a thousand dollars. And
- 53:51you know, so there we're going for like the really high quality detox liquids protocols kind of
- 53:58quicks over scientific is one of them liposomal liquids, toxin binders, EDTA, parasite cleanses.
- 54:07So investing in that, giving yourself like a liver sauce, kidney sauce to help the liver and
- 54:12the pathways move. So I really like quicks over scientific. I like global healing institute.
- 54:18Because yeah, I love Dr. Group. He focuses on the right energy of his liquids and the plants
- 54:27and the molecules. Next, well, I'm going to try the side of detox. I'm going to try yours because
- 54:31that's why we're here. I always love testing only the best in the industry. I'm very careful
- 54:36what I put into my body. So I want to try the carbon one, the zeolite. I'm just someone that's
- 54:42you know, with my genetics and my pathways, I tend to collect these things. So I got to be proactive.
- 54:51What else? Then I think, yeah, you know, I believe in keeping your minerals strong because a lot
- 54:58of us are actually we're also, you know, nutrient deficient, not hydrated enough. So making sure
- 55:05that you drink that salt water every day versus just regular water. So important, I travel with
- 55:11that and antiviral because you know, we're collecting all sorts of stuff in our gut and I'm really
- 55:19passionate about my probiotics just because I know I've always had a weakness. So I do glutamine
- 55:26and I do the lateral flora now from Global Healing Institute. So supporting my gut.
- 55:32I have one for you to try. It's humerian probiotics and they did a study and they put it against
- 55:37some of the top probiotics out there. It has 10x because it has to get your large intestine 10 times
- 55:42the delivery and then exponential growth of the bugs because if you don't get it into large intestine
- 55:45because oh amazing. So it's able to survive. They put it in a hibernated state. It's pretty cool
- 55:50stuff. So humerian probiotics. I'll get you some of that. I'd love that. Then peptides is also in
- 55:57that range. So we're going to do BPC 157 is great. KPV, thymus and alpha. Those, those I think
- 56:04would be the. Motsy. Motsy. I've got motsy. That's more for the mitochondria. But yeah. What about
- 56:10copper? I have the copper. I don't know. It's not for detox. Yeah. I mean, it is involved in detox.
- 56:16Also, like I have that actually as a liquid from Quicksilver scientific for the face and wow,
- 56:21I mean, my face is like a baby skin. And so they have really great liquids as well. Quicksilver
- 56:28scientific for that. But yeah, I do believe that a lot is in the blood. A lot is the mitochondria.
- 56:35I know that there's not excellent tests in the field about that. So we've got maybe me screen,
- 56:41but I went all the way to Israel during a time of war last July. Got some negative comments. But
- 56:46I went to find a DNA mitochondria lab test. Did it? And got some answers that nobody else in the
- 56:52world, no other lab has ever told me. And so I can now be proactive about my health. I am the CEO
- 56:59of my life. I walk the walk. I don't, you know, talk the talk. You go for it. And it's a lot of
- 57:05work. It's a lot of time too, you know, but, um, but I know what I want. I want to live a good
- 57:10quality, healthy life. I want to live my best life. And I love learning and growing. So
- 57:17so yeah, I would definitely say like just be be sure that it's the right labs and taking the right
- 57:23quality of of supplements because a lot of them pretend that they're all good. There's a lot of
- 57:28great Chinese herbs, but some of them, you know, have mold toxins and haven't had that third party
- 57:34testing. Uh, there's another one, premier research labs. They're also really good.
- 57:38Premier has been a lot of long. Yeah. Yeah. And they're great. They're great. I'm talking 20
- 57:42plus years. Yeah. They're in Austin. And I went to visit their facility and their DNA and their
- 57:47USP of the quality is far none really great. Um, so for other like supplements and vitamins that I
- 57:53use another thing that's great is vitamin C when you're flying. It helps support the oxidative stress.
- 57:59Yeah, oxidative. I do side of detox. I do iodine. I do hydrogen water. I do iodine. Oh, hydrogen
- 58:04water. I do that directly affects radiation. Like it can offset it. It's only one like zeolites,
- 58:10even though it binds toxic uranium and things like that. It's not going to, it's not going to do it
- 58:15like hydrogen. Hydrogen actually works 100%. Yeah. So I have those, I have nitric oxide to help when I
- 58:21fly. And then what's mix company for the hydrogen machine that I don't, I don't know it is, I can't
- 58:26remember. I have that machine as well. I do. It's really great to help with your oxidative stress.
- 58:33Yeah, I think a lot of us need to like, you don't feel the mitochondria, right? You don't feel
- 58:38the toxins unless you're all the way at the end of the line with brain fog. If you've got long
- 58:44COVID, for example, you also need to oxygenate the blood, increase blood circulation and you need a
- 58:50blood cleanse. Yeah. You need to get those spike proteins out because they constrict your arterial
- 58:54so you have less blood flow, less oxygen. Absence of oxygen is a start of all disease. So
- 59:00or if it's just working out, whatever, to get that oxygen back in. But yeah, so nitric oxide,
- 59:05I would say hydrogen, molecular hydrogen, 100% whether you're inhaling it with a machine or trying
- 59:12to drink the water. We can go free. Let's go free. Let's go what? Let's go with free solutions.
- 59:18Free. Well, start with sunshine. Sunshine, 100%. Today I got up and I just put my eyes
- 59:25to her as a sunshine. Don't look at your iPhone first thing. Sleep. You guys, for me, I always say
- 59:31sleep is one of the number one. Sleep is when your your brain can naturally detoxify when you have
- 59:38that truly restful sleep. Very, very important. Glamphatic system. Lymphatic system. That's the
- 59:45Glamphatic one in the brain. Okay. Get your friend or partner or sister to massage you with the
- 59:51lymphatic a little bit. That's free. Choosing your thoughts, picking something on YouTube to take
- 59:57that time, that me time to calm down. And I always say, stop worrying. Worrying is one of the
- 1:00:04worst things you could do to your body, your brain overthinking. It's actually data proven. So
- 1:00:13that is free. If you can work on like breathwork, five box breaths, five seconds. Beautiful. Yeah.
- 1:00:19In five, hold five out five, hold five. That's free. And it's truly, truly a game changer.
- 1:00:26And pranayama is my favorite. And I like box breathing. Or you can mix both. But pranayama
- 1:00:31or cyclic sign because Harvard took it over and stole an ancient name. Yeah. Well, the ancient
- 1:00:37healing modalities are real. Dr. Group talks about that. And it's real. So gratitude,
- 1:00:45connection, truly having a good conversation that can calm your nervous system. Or if it is
- 1:00:51that animal with the parasites that you love. I do. They do put you into a parasympathetic state.
- 1:00:57Cats, like cat, my cat youth always sit on me here. And you know, they pair, they can bring
- 1:01:03down your nervous system. It's proven about grounding grounding. Yes. I do a lot of grounding.
- 1:01:08There's actually a little test that you can do. I always take my feet off and try to get on
- 1:01:13the ground unless there's snow. And we're electronic electromagnetic beings. So electrons,
- 1:01:20neutrons, protons, if we're not in balance, yeah, that's that's a thing. And there's like clumping
- 1:01:25in the blood. So when you travel in all this or you're acidic, so definitely grounding,
- 1:01:30it sounds simple, but it's true. There's a machine that can detect if how your body's
- 1:01:36energy is off. So I've done that before. And the doctor was surprised that I did so good. And I
- 1:01:42was like, yeah, I went grounding yesterday for 30 minutes in the garden. And so I always do that.
- 1:01:47I walk barefoot if I can. Yeah. I'd walk barefoot everywhere. I noticed like you're on
- 1:01:53you're on another podcast. Yeah. And you had your fancy shoes on. And then you're like,
- 1:01:57get these things off me. They're poison. And you say, I'm getting my sneakers on, you know,
- 1:02:02I'm getting my sneakers on. I was walking with them on the. I love that, by the way,
- 1:02:06because a lot of folks think, oh, I'm going to I'd rather look good and destroy myself. And I get it,
- 1:02:11like you're on a podcast. You're going to look your best. But soon as you you didn't walk
- 1:02:15off, I was ready. I was like, bye, Sayonara. So I'm a nature girl. I do believe that, you know,
- 1:02:21hugging the trees. And now I believe it's science. And you know, they they they can feel us.
- 1:02:30Like when my father passed away, you know, I went and I just hung out in the forest and
- 1:02:35talked to the trees and the energy where, you know, we're able to communicate if we can calm
- 1:02:40our mind enough to go and sit in that silence, to go and sit in that space. What else? Well,
- 1:02:48if you have a friend that's got a sauna or a spa or a or a gym or a YMCA. And they're not using
- 1:02:55it. Yeah, or use your friend's stuff. That's a grand stuff. That's free. That's free. People come,
- 1:03:00I have a hyper bear jogging, you know, little walking walking is really great to release cortisol.
- 1:03:07I'm not a big like crazy workout girl, but walking. I love my one hour walks and best thing is after
- 1:03:14eating a meal, you lower your cortisol by just walking. And in say shells, that's what everybody
- 1:03:19did. They didn't work out like crazy. And they're aging very well in the blue zone, the new blue
- 1:03:25zone, the new blue zone, the say shells. So, you know, we could talk for days. But what I want to end
- 1:03:32on is that I love that one. Thank you for being here. Thank you for having. Thank for sharing your
- 1:03:38heart and just being full. Thank you for checking in on me. As soon as I landed, it made me feel so
- 1:03:43welcome. As soon as I got back to Miami. Thank you. Yeah. Well, this is what we do. We do. And I
- 1:03:49just want to, you know, like you make a difference in this world because this is, this is kind of fun.
- 1:03:53It's kind of fun meeting really good people that are that are solid and have been through some
- 1:03:56stuff and finding some solutions. So speaking of finding solutions, how can people find you?
- 1:04:01They can find me on Instagram, Island Natalie, because I'm born in the say shells island. So Island
- 1:04:06Natalie is my main account. Then legacy life on Instagram is the podcast, L-Y-F-E legacy life.
- 1:04:13Natalie LaFev.com is the website, L-E-F-E-V-R-E.com. And I usually reply directly to all my DMs.
- 1:04:25Yeah, I'd love to hear from you. If you need guidance, if you need a consulting or just need a
- 1:04:29contact, the clinic for the blood cleanse opening is in Cancun, Mexico and Dubai and Abu Dhabi after
- 1:04:38the fall. This is beautiful. Well, thank you. Thank you so much for being here. Let's get back to
- 1:04:42that conference and see what we can find out. Learn some more. Learn some more and do some magic.
- 1:04:48Love it. Thanks again. Thank you.
