- 0:26Speaker 1: It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh
- 0:31Speaker 1: with us inside the treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley along with Trade,
- 0:36Speaker 1: Trend Home and Raj Sharma on a Tuesday election day,
- 0:41Speaker 1: November fifth, twenty twenty four. It's one of those rare
- 0:48Speaker 1: times where I feel like, just get it all out,
- 0:50Speaker 1: just shake it all out, just like puke whatever, drink,
- 0:54Speaker 1: do drugs, whatever irresponsible things you'd do to sort of
- 0:59Speaker 1: cope with life and things, or in this case, that
- 1:05Speaker 1: feeling you get when you leave the voting booth.
- 1:07Speaker 2: And you, yeah, drink and do drugs, do what all
- 1:13Speaker 2: the politicians do.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Do everything I can't.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what Tray. That's what Trey wants from you
- 1:21Speaker 1: on this, all the things that, being an eight year
- 1:29Speaker 1: sober chip carrier says he cannot.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what you Uh, That's that's what I plan
- 1:37Speaker 2: on doing. I'm gonna I'm gonna have a couple of cocktails,
- 1:41Speaker 2: gonna smoke some weed, go to sleep early.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Went to find out what kind of dumpster fire we're in.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Because it's like I said, it's like I said yesterday,
- 1:52Speaker 1: it's like, you know, get out there and vote and
- 1:53Speaker 1: just remember that no matter who wins. We're all gonna
- 1:56Speaker 1: need luck. I don't matter who that is. Sincere, yeah
- 2:00Speaker 1: I do. I wish all of us in our country, best,
- 2:06Speaker 1: wish us in our future. Endeavor No, seriously, happy election
- 2:11Speaker 1: day everyone. I'd like to quickly point out, I believe
- 2:14Speaker 1: I am one of those people. And I don't know
- 2:15Speaker 1: if this is a conservative thing or a liberal thing.
- 2:17Speaker 1: I just think it makes sense we should make this
- 2:20Speaker 1: day a holiday, a federal holiday, to encourage people to
- 2:26Speaker 1: go vote.
- 2:28Speaker 2: But yeah, whatever, I know a lot of companies are
- 2:31Speaker 2: giving people paid time off four hours PTO as they
- 2:36Speaker 2: call it. I think I haven't had a corporate job
- 2:38Speaker 2: in every five years. Yeah, I haven't had twenty five years. Yeah,
- 2:44Speaker 2: going on twenty five years now. Haven't sat in an office.
- 2:48Speaker 2: But they did not give us the PTO back in
- 2:52Speaker 2: the day.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Twenty five years. You haven't sat in an office. You
- 2:55Speaker 1: sound like a senator.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Like Ted Cruz.
- 3:06Speaker 5: I know that, you know, like, uh, I don't know
- 3:09Speaker 5: if it's all of Texas, but most of the schools
- 3:11Speaker 5: are out like it's teacher work day, but they sure.
- 3:16Speaker 1: I think I think that's a good thing. Let let
- 3:18Speaker 1: any any chance you get as a teacher and I'm
- 3:21Speaker 1: very biased because I come from a family of teachers.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Any chance you get to have good day without the children, Yeah.
- 3:29Speaker 2: I mean that's what That's what the Southern States call
- 3:31Speaker 2: it is a is a teacher in service day.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Up north, it's called election distress.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Uh, it's what they give them for the first day,
- 3:42Speaker 2: the election day of the day after they get to Uh.
- 3:45Speaker 2: The kids have to the kids have to to deal.
- 3:48Speaker 4: With their emotions.
- 3:49Speaker 2: So in Texas, we don't care about the kids with
- 3:54Speaker 2: no no.
- 3:54Speaker 3: No, no, no.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Texas cares about the kids. They just want you to,
- 3:57Speaker 1: you know, walk it off a little.
- 4:00Speaker 4: Bit, just rub some dirt on it.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I will. You know, Texas will recognize that if
- 4:05Speaker 1: you're having some issues that we think you should get
- 4:07Speaker 1: some help, but at the same time, not use it
- 4:09Speaker 1: as an excuse. Which I saw something similar. It was
- 4:13Speaker 1: it was a couple of months ago. How I think
- 4:16Speaker 1: it was, you know gen Z or whatever it's it's
- 4:19Speaker 1: everything's blamed on gen Z.
- 4:20Speaker 3: These days.
- 4:21Speaker 1: How they will take mental health days after a sick day,
- 4:27Speaker 1: so they'll be physically sick, say one day where they
- 4:30Speaker 1: call into work and say they can't comment, and then
- 4:33Speaker 1: they'll take an additional day the day after to recover
- 4:36Speaker 1: mentally from the physical sickness day that they had. And
- 4:40Speaker 1: this sounds like an extension of it election distress. So
- 4:45Speaker 1: you're you're distressed or stressed about voting, so you do
- 4:49Speaker 1: that on on Tuesday, you do that today, and then
- 4:52Speaker 1: tomorrow you take the day off. It's not for it's
- 4:56Speaker 1: not that bad.
- 4:57Speaker 5: Well, honestly, if your kids are that stressed over an
- 5:01Speaker 5: election as parents, you have just failed.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:07Speaker 2: So the idea is they're stressed by watching how stressed
- 5:11Speaker 2: their parents are watching the results of the election, that
- 5:14Speaker 2: they themselves have to take a day to recover from
- 5:19Speaker 2: watching their parents be so stressed out. That's the idea
- 5:22Speaker 2: of election distressed for the kids.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Oh oh no, no, suck that right up, like all
- 5:33Speaker 1: of it. You need to turn into a human mop.
- 5:36Speaker 1: You need to look like Jenna Jameson, you know, in
- 5:40Speaker 1: front of a full train in the middle of the
- 5:42Speaker 1: desert type of yeah. Thirst. It's like, I.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Can't even imagine going to my mother and be like
- 5:47Speaker 2: I was watching you guys watch the election, and I
- 5:49Speaker 2: just need a date of myself. My mom would still
- 5:52Speaker 2: be laughing till this day. And she died in twenty twelve.
- 5:59Speaker 1: It was actually listed as her official cause.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Of my son's stupidity.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Well, and then for being honest. If you actually had
- 6:08Speaker 1: the balls to say that to her, she would be
- 6:10Speaker 1: laughing between the punches.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Yeah, she'd be laughing at how quickly I died. And
- 6:19Speaker 2: you said you come from a family of teachers. My
- 6:20Speaker 2: thing is like the teacher in service in my head
- 6:23Speaker 2: has always been this.
- 6:24Speaker 4: Since I was like in middle school.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Like, I've always thought, like a teacher's in service is
- 6:31Speaker 2: just like they get pizza and booze and beer and
- 6:34Speaker 2: they just kind of whatever.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I'm with you. I had the same thoughts even though
- 6:40Speaker 1: I knew what teachers you know, It's like I lived
- 6:44Speaker 1: with teacher. My grandmother was a teacher, my mom was
- 6:45Speaker 1: a teacher for a little while before I came around.
- 6:49Speaker 1: My dad was a teacher right out of college. But
- 6:52Speaker 1: I'm with you. The end service day, yeah, was I
- 6:56Speaker 1: thought sort of like the teacher's version of a Ferris
- 6:58Speaker 1: Bueller's day off. It's like they I'd go into school,
- 7:01Speaker 1: but they did all the fun stuff that we always
- 7:04Speaker 1: wanted to do, but they all but they crammed it
- 7:06Speaker 1: into one day. So not only was it pizza, party day, right,
- 7:10Speaker 1: So they got they got the good cafeteria square pizza,
- 7:13Speaker 1: they got sodas and stuff brought in. Although now I'm
- 7:15Speaker 1: an adult, I know that they had that was just
- 7:17Speaker 1: the mixers. And then and within the first ten minutes
- 7:20Speaker 1: of that pizza being rolled in, you know what rolled
- 7:23Speaker 1: in right after it? The TV on wheels, baby, and
- 7:26Speaker 1: it was movie and pizza and cocktails. I'm with you,
- 7:30Speaker 1: that's that. That was sort of my idea of what
- 7:33Speaker 1: a teacher in service day was not actual work.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Yeah, Like the coaches were in the field house with
- 7:37Speaker 2: like a stripper on a stripper pole, and then like
- 7:39Speaker 2: the female teachers were like in their drinking the cocktails
- 7:43Speaker 2: were like a policeman, you know, policeman air quote doing
- 7:47Speaker 2: his thing like throwing money, and like that's the in
- 7:49Speaker 2: service which they deserve. They need to have those two
- 7:54Speaker 2: days to do that, and I think they should have
- 7:56Speaker 2: that day. Yeah, I just hope it's not like them
- 7:59Speaker 2: just sitting there like gold over No, like continue education
- 8:02Speaker 2: and all that crap that they have to.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Go through worth it, honestly. That's it's because look, we're
- 8:07Speaker 1: obviously not giving them, you know the amount of money
- 8:09Speaker 1: that they've earned they we don't give them the money
- 8:12Speaker 1: that they deserve. So let's give him an honest to
- 8:15Speaker 1: goodness in service party day. Let them live it, hang one,
- 8:21Speaker 1: uh uh? Let them live at the up yeah on
- 8:26Speaker 1: school property.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Baby yeah.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I just want to I'm actually now attempted to go
- 8:31Speaker 2: buy the high school that's right around the corner and
- 8:34Speaker 2: just see how many ubers are outside.
- 8:36Speaker 1: I want to put the school resource officer in such
- 8:39Speaker 1: an awkward position. He doesn't know if he needs to
- 8:42Speaker 1: take off his pants or if he needs to arrest people.
- 8:46Speaker 4: He's just standing there like a grope and I'm like,
- 8:48Speaker 4: you know me, I'm not a stripper any anymore.
- 8:54Speaker 1: You are in service day, Jim.
- 9:01Speaker 6: You're in the tree house.
- 9:03Speaker 7: Visit us online at Treehouse on air dot com.
- 9:07Speaker 1: You go from school resource officer to strip resource office.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Let's get Daniel Cook from COOKDFW Roofing and Restoration into
- 9:19Speaker 1: the treehouse. His number is eight three three Cook DFW,
- 9:22Speaker 1: the website, cookdfw dot com. We are approaching what many
- 9:26Speaker 1: people call Daniel the most wonderful time of year. It's
- 9:30Speaker 1: the holiday season, the Christmas season. I think we need
- 9:34Speaker 1: to rename it roofing season because I think This is
- 9:37Speaker 1: the best time of the year for you to go
- 9:40Speaker 1: out and check people's roofs for free. It's it should
- 9:44Speaker 1: be roof inspection season because storm season has slowed down
- 9:48Speaker 1: and you want to see if that roof, you want
- 9:50Speaker 1: to see how it did and if it's ready for
- 9:52Speaker 1: the next storm season, Right Dan, I mean.
- 9:55Speaker 8: That's that's I couldn't say it any better. This is
- 9:57Speaker 8: the best time to have your home inspected. You're coming
- 10:01Speaker 8: out of you know, the summer. We're going into the fall,
- 10:04Speaker 8: which is usually heavy, windy, usually a little bit more rainy,
- 10:09Speaker 8: but you know, it's cooler temperatures around the corner, and
- 10:12Speaker 8: it's a perfect time to come out look at the property,
- 10:15Speaker 8: make sure it's safe. We don't want to wait until
- 10:19Speaker 8: you know, March and April when you start having more
- 10:22Speaker 8: heavy thunderstorms in hell and then you know, come out
- 10:25Speaker 8: and try to do some you know, preliminary small repairs
- 10:28Speaker 8: or tweaks on your roof for your property. So it's
- 10:31Speaker 8: a perfect time. And and me and all my AC
- 10:33Speaker 8: friends always joke around because we're always like, you know,
- 10:37Speaker 8: we should run you know, different specials in January and
- 10:40Speaker 8: February for our AC systems and but you know, even
- 10:43Speaker 8: when they do, people don't get them and it's like,
- 10:45Speaker 8: but they wait until July and August when it's one
- 10:47Speaker 8: hundred degrees and then they want to get their ac
- 10:49Speaker 8: changed out tomorrow.
- 10:50Speaker 9: And that's very similar to the roofing business.
- 10:52Speaker 8: You know, when we get busy, we get busy and
- 10:54Speaker 8: we always get your house repaired, and we're going to
- 10:56Speaker 8: come out when you have a problem. But so much
- 10:59Speaker 8: better if you could, you know, have it done when
- 11:00Speaker 8: it's off season. So yeah, definitely a good idea.
- 11:03Speaker 1: And if you can, if you can have the house,
- 11:05Speaker 1: you have that roof inspected during the off season like now,
- 11:08Speaker 1: then any issue that may have popped up that you're
- 11:11Speaker 1: not aware of can be fixed before the next storm season,
- 11:14Speaker 1: so that way it doesn't become a major problem comes springtime.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Give Daniel Cook a call eight three to three cook
- 11:19Speaker 1: DFW or that website cookdfw dot com.
- 11:27Speaker 7: You're in the Treehouse, visit us online at Treehouse on
- 11:32Speaker 7: Air dot com.
- 11:33Speaker 1: That first segment of the Treehouse is brought to you
- 11:35Speaker 1: by Fairlease. Go to fairlease dot org to save time
- 11:40Speaker 1: and money on your next new vehicle, whether it's an
- 11:43Speaker 1: economical lease or a fun fancy lease and all points
- 11:48Speaker 1: in between, all vehicles in between. Fairleas has you covered.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Just go to fairlease dot org save time and money
- 11:54Speaker 1: on your next new vehicle that is fairlease dot org. Well,
- 11:59Speaker 1: if there's a one huge component, one huge talking point
- 12:05Speaker 1: that has been popular inside this presidential election now, which
- 12:09Speaker 1: seems to have been going on since the last election,
- 12:12Speaker 1: minus a few hiccups in between, is crime. And crime
- 12:18Speaker 1: is so bad that it is a federal discussion. It's
- 12:21Speaker 1: a discussion at the presidential politics level. And crime has
- 12:27Speaker 1: gotten so bad now that our very own Raj Sharma
- 12:32Speaker 1: can't get out of the Reno Airport without having his
- 12:35Speaker 1: phone stolen. And this time it wasn't by Homeland Security
- 12:40Speaker 1: for security purposes. No, No, this one was outright stolen
- 12:44Speaker 1: from him at the Reno Airport. And you've now been
- 12:47Speaker 1: without this phone for I don't know, it's like almost
- 12:50Speaker 1: a week now.
- 12:51Speaker 2: Yes, I left on Monday morning. It was a very
- 12:57Speaker 2: early flight, well not an early flight ten to ten,
- 12:59Speaker 2: but I got there early. I just wanted to get
- 13:02Speaker 2: some breakfast in me kind of hang out about an
- 13:04Speaker 2: hour and a half before, and I had a iPhone
- 13:06Speaker 2: eight plus. That the only reason I had in iPhone
- 13:10Speaker 2: eight plus is superstition. It was when I first posted
- 13:15Speaker 2: from that phone the first video on Instagram that went viral,
- 13:20Speaker 2: and since then, I've always posted on that phone all
- 13:24Speaker 2: my Instagram stuff that has gotten me to three hundred
- 13:26Speaker 2: and eighty thousand plus followers, and we collaborate with the
- 13:29Speaker 2: show and all that stuff, and you guys got to
- 13:31Speaker 2: see the Treehouse stuff on my page. And so my
- 13:34Speaker 2: phone had died.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Which, by the way, you can follow us on social
- 13:37Speaker 1: media at Treehouse on Air and then also the rest
- 13:41Speaker 1: of us.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Yeah, and so my phone, my iPhone had died, and
- 13:45Speaker 2: I just kind of threw it in my bag and
- 13:47Speaker 2: didn't think anything of it. When I think lithium battery,
- 13:50Speaker 2: I think laptop. So I took my laptop out, which
- 13:53Speaker 2: I carried with me all the way to Dallas. And
- 13:55Speaker 2: when I got home, I undid my bank so I
- 13:58Speaker 2: could charge my iPhone so I could get back to
- 14:01Speaker 2: posting the good stuff on the Instagram. And I had
- 14:05Speaker 2: to dump the bag, and I was like, what did
- 14:07Speaker 2: what happened with the phone, And then I noticed the
- 14:09Speaker 2: charger was missing as well, and I was like, interesting, Okay,
- 14:12Speaker 2: so my phone and so I'm thinking in my head, I'm.
- 14:14Speaker 4: Like, did I did I.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Dream that I'd put it in there? Maybe let me
- 14:18Speaker 2: call the hotel. So called the hotel, so did you
- 14:20Speaker 2: find an iPhone eight plus, to which the security guard
- 14:23Speaker 2: kind of giggled like who still has one of those?
- 14:26Speaker 7: Uh?
- 14:26Speaker 4: And I got Nope, we didn't find anything in there.
- 14:29Speaker 2: We found a DVD that's yours, that's like the DVD
- 14:33Speaker 2: that I sell on the road, and I was like, yeah,
- 14:36Speaker 2: that's fine, you can keep that.
- 14:37Speaker 4: It's no big deal.
- 14:38Speaker 2: I was like anything else or like there is a
- 14:40Speaker 2: toothbrush and I was like okay. And so the only
- 14:43Speaker 2: thing I could think is it had a lithium battery.
- 14:45Speaker 2: They opened it up and instead of putting like the
- 14:48Speaker 2: leaflet that they do like hey we checked your bag. Sorry,
- 14:51Speaker 2: let you know, don't put lithium batteries in here anymore
- 14:54Speaker 2: bad rash. I did not get one of those. It
- 14:57Speaker 2: was just stolen and has since then, they've been actively
- 15:00Speaker 2: trying to like access my phone, like hack my phone
- 15:05Speaker 2: with the various different passwords, trying to hack different sites.
- 15:08Speaker 4: So they're trying to.
- 15:10Speaker 1: With an iPhone eight plus A eight plus, Oh my bad.
- 15:19Speaker 3: I just like to point out Dan.
- 15:22Speaker 5: When uh Rog was first talking about in here, he said,
- 15:24Speaker 5: the only reason I carry an iPhone eight and you
- 15:26Speaker 5: used to utter the word cheap.
- 15:28Speaker 4: Mm hmm you did, I heard him.
- 15:30Speaker 1: It hurt well. I that that was my assumption if
- 15:33Speaker 1: he I mean, I thought it was you just didn't
- 15:36Speaker 1: want to get an updated phone.
- 15:39Speaker 4: I know I'm Indian and I get I get I
- 15:41Speaker 4: get it.
- 15:42Speaker 1: That has nothing to do with with your linear did
- 15:44Speaker 1: that everything they're doing with the fact that you are,
- 15:46Speaker 1: in fact a cheap individual.
- 15:48Speaker 2: I am, I am not cheap. You're cheap like you
- 15:53Speaker 2: put Indians a shame.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Well, look, I'm not saying I'm not. I'm just also
- 15:58Speaker 1: saying takes one to know one.
- 15:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Has nothing to.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Do with with you know, you being uh Indian by
- 16:05Speaker 1: heritage and Mesquite by birth. It has everything to do
- 16:10Speaker 1: with the fact that you're just cheap. Has nothing to
- 16:12Speaker 1: do with I am.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I am, I'm very very uh I do spend I
- 16:16Speaker 2: do spend money. Now, Dan like that doesn't say he's cheap.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Dan says that the white version of it, which is frugal.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Oh, yes, yeah, if if I describe it to somebody,
- 16:25Speaker 1: I am frugal.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Yes.
- 16:28Speaker 4: When he talks about Indians word cheap, Like that's how I.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Don't Indians are cheap. I just say you are.
- 16:34Speaker 3: It felt a little racially insensitive. I'm just saying, yeah,
- 16:38Speaker 3: thank you so much for it.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Was not racially insensitive. It was just raj in sensitive.
- 16:44Speaker 4: And I don't know why they keep trying to hack in.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Like I've changed all the passwords, I've signed out of
- 16:50Speaker 2: the phone, I've done all the stuff that I'm supposed
- 16:52Speaker 2: to do. And uh uh So at the end of
- 16:54Speaker 2: the day, they can just factory reset it and they
- 16:57Speaker 2: will have a broken iPhone eight plus, Like the amount
- 17:00Speaker 2: of effort that they're going through, uh to get to
- 17:04Speaker 2: hack this iPhone eight plus. Uh, they can just they
- 17:07Speaker 2: should just call me. I'll just give them the passwords.
- 17:11Speaker 1: So you want you want the individuals that stole your phone,
- 17:15Speaker 1: you want them to call you for tech support. And
- 17:17Speaker 1: I'm staying racially insitive things.
- 17:20Speaker 2: I was just going to give them the password. Yeah,
- 17:21Speaker 2: you know you brought up tech support. Do you want
- 17:26Speaker 2: to talk about me owning a hotel or a gas station?
- 17:28Speaker 4: Next? Tim, what's on the agenda?
- 17:30Speaker 9: You don't own?
- 17:34Speaker 1: What's that?
- 17:35Speaker 4: I said?
- 17:35Speaker 2: A half family that do. But you're never staying it
- 17:37Speaker 2: one and if you are double the rate Trey, you're
- 17:42Speaker 2: always free.
- 17:44Speaker 1: You always leave the light on for Trey. For me,
- 17:46Speaker 1: it's always pitch black at the Motel ra Honestly, that
- 17:55Speaker 1: actually sounds like a good That sounds like a good
- 17:57Speaker 1: spot that I would stay. The Raj Motel.
- 17:59Speaker 4: No, you wouldn't. That sounds terrible. There's something there's one
- 18:03Speaker 4: in Houston called the Raj in trust me. I drive
- 18:06Speaker 4: by it. I'm like, that's by the hour.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Now, that's a bad No. The Raj Motel. That sounds
- 18:12Speaker 1: nice because it's it makes you kind of think of
- 18:15Speaker 1: the Taj Mahal.
- 18:16Speaker 4: Yeah, that's right.
- 18:17Speaker 2: The Raj Motel right there off of Harry Hines, next
- 18:19Speaker 2: to Pandora's Box, a place hookers won't go to.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Look, you gotta go where the customers are. They too
- 18:28Speaker 1: need comfy beds in a bright light. On occasion, the
- 18:34Speaker 1: beds still vibrate.
- 18:35Speaker 4: We don't know why, but they do.

- 19:25Speaker 1: I had my house in Dallas, Jacqueline, you came out
- 19:28Speaker 1: a few times to help us with some issues, and
- 19:30Speaker 1: your response time was phenomenal. And it wasn't just because
- 19:34Speaker 1: it was me. It was because that's the kind of
- 19:37Speaker 1: company you run. You go out of your way trying
- 19:39Speaker 1: to help every client and try to get there as
- 19:41Speaker 1: soon as you can.
- 19:42Speaker 10: Well, I mean, the reality of it is is that
- 19:44Speaker 10: plumbing is unfortunately a need and not so much a want. Yes,
- 19:48Speaker 10: you can want to remodel the bathroom and that's not pressing,
- 19:52Speaker 10: but typically when it comes to service or leak investigations,
- 19:55Speaker 10: et cetera, et cetera, if you've got to stoppage on
- 19:58Speaker 10: the mainline and you don't know and you keep putting
- 20:02Speaker 10: liquid or you know, waste into the drains, if it
- 20:07Speaker 10: has nowhere to go, we'll come back in the house.
- 20:10Speaker 10: And at that point in time, it's no longer a want,
- 20:13Speaker 10: it's a need, and that sort of thing can't wait.
- 20:16Speaker 10: When you have those emergencies, you have got to figure
- 20:20Speaker 10: out how to manage the crew so that you can
- 20:22Speaker 10: have the best response time.
- 20:24Speaker 1: That's right, and they'll show up and they'll do it quickly.

- 21:21Speaker 1: me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
- 21:26Speaker 4: Well, I heard George W. Bush do it, so it
- 21:28Speaker 4: was a very different version of that.
- 21:30Speaker 1: But I, you know what, I too kind of prefer
- 21:32Speaker 1: his version. It makes me smile. It makes me know
- 21:36Speaker 1: that even even our our nation's great leaders are capable
- 21:40Speaker 1: of sticking their own feet in their mouth, while at
- 21:42Speaker 1: the same time being nimble enough to dodge shoes thrown
- 21:45Speaker 1: at them at press conferences in foreign lands.
- 21:47Speaker 4: Pretty solid.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I love that clip. I have to pull
- 21:53Speaker 1: that up. Make me smile. No, I bring up the
- 21:56Speaker 1: old saying fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice,
- 21:59Speaker 1: shame on me.
- 22:00Speaker 3: To answer your question Dan about me, how many times
- 22:03Speaker 3: have you seen me with an X?
- 22:08Speaker 1: I'm going to reset this bit up. Trey, have you
- 22:11Speaker 1: heard the expression fool me once? Shame on you, shame
- 22:15Speaker 1: on me?
- 22:15Speaker 3: Yes, I have been. How many times have you seen
- 22:18Speaker 3: me with an X?
- 22:20Speaker 4: Hey, Trey's got an add on too. That's like for me.
- 22:23Speaker 4: Three times she's good in bed.
- 22:27Speaker 1: For me, four times we're married for me, five times
- 22:33Speaker 1: were divorced, uh, six times we're married again and when
- 22:38Speaker 1: we get to several times, Trey's been full because that
- 22:40Speaker 1: is of course seven everybody dies. Yeah, once we hit several,
- 22:51Speaker 1: that's when the police show up. All right, So fool
- 22:54Speaker 1: me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
- 22:57Speaker 1: I think this is an important saying for all of us.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Trey's reasoning is notwithstanding, but for other instances as well,
- 23:07Speaker 1: like this particular gentleman who, of course, this is Florida,
- 23:13Speaker 1: and I don't want to labor that point too much,
- 23:15Speaker 1: but a Florida surfer needs to know the saying fool
- 23:18Speaker 1: me once, shame on you. For me twice, shame on
- 23:21Speaker 1: me because he was bitten by a shark at the
- 23:23Speaker 1: exact same beach he was bitten by a shark eleven
- 23:27Speaker 1: years ago. This is a cold tashman, and here he
- 23:32Speaker 1: explains to us his injuries and what his future plans
- 23:36Speaker 1: are at that beach.
- 23:39Speaker 9: Had a little look at it.
- 23:40Speaker 12: When I got into close to the shore and I
- 23:43Speaker 12: saw kind of the damage and I was like, Okay,
- 23:45Speaker 12: my toes are there.
- 23:47Speaker 9: I was like, all I really cared about.
- 23:48Speaker 12: I can definitely tell you that I'm not going to
- 23:51Speaker 12: be surfing out back to the beach again.
- 23:55Speaker 9: Just pretty much all my buddies have been bit.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Did you catch that last bit?
- 24:02Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 24:03Speaker 1: It was the pretty much pretty much all my buddies have.
- 24:06Speaker 13: Been bit was his first shark bite eleven years ago,
- 24:09Speaker 13: to the to the head, because you would it's hard
- 24:14Speaker 13: to listen to cold talk, but he doesn't.
- 24:19Speaker 4: He doesn't sound all there. It's like I had toes
- 24:22Speaker 4: and they were cool, and I'm not going to do it.
- 24:24Speaker 4: My buddies are dead.
- 24:29Speaker 3: As long as the little piggy can go to the market, good.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Yeah, but don't ask him where the tiger is. I
- 24:40Speaker 1: don't know where his first bite was, RAJ, but I
- 24:43Speaker 1: do know in his uh interview on the TV news
- 24:48Speaker 1: he was wearing a hat, So maybe maybe the first
- 24:52Speaker 1: bite was to the noggin.
- 24:53Speaker 4: You take the hat off, his just exposed brain.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Maybe that should be U Also kind of an obvious
- 25:02Speaker 1: thing to not go back in the ocean. One is
- 25:04Speaker 1: being bit in the head by a shark. But also
- 25:08Speaker 1: let's not go into the water with exposed brain. I
- 25:12Speaker 1: feel like that would be an attractive.
- 25:14Speaker 2: I'm just saying, if you listen to it, just just
- 25:16Speaker 2: play the interview again and now just think of him
- 25:18Speaker 2: as a head injury victim.
- 25:19Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna do that. Hang out to see.
- 25:23Speaker 1: I'll try to rephrase this a little bit. A Florida
- 25:25Speaker 1: surfer was bitten by a shark again at the same
- 25:29Speaker 1: exact beach. He was bitten by a shark in the
- 25:31Speaker 1: brain eleven years ago. Oh wait, hang on.
- 25:37Speaker 12: Note got a little look at it when I got
- 25:40Speaker 12: into close to the shore and I saw kind of
- 25:43Speaker 12: the damage and I was like, okay, my toes are there.
- 25:45Speaker 9: I was like, all I really cared about.
- 25:47Speaker 12: I can definitely tell you that I'm not gonna be
- 25:50Speaker 12: surfing out back to the beach again.
- 25:54Speaker 9: Just pretty much all my buddies have been dead.
- 25:58Speaker 1: See, yeah, you're right. It helped if you re listened
- 26:02Speaker 1: to it.
- 26:02Speaker 2: And he's I'm just I'm just waiting for them to
- 26:05Speaker 2: pan out and his and his his wet suit is
- 26:08Speaker 2: just a hospital gown.
- 26:13Speaker 1: His brain is just gushing, but he's looking at his feet,
- 26:16Speaker 1: going yeap, that one still gets to go to markets.
- 26:19Speaker 4: Are all there. He just finger guns out of the.
- 26:29Speaker 1: It's pretty cool though, because when he does finger guns,
- 26:31Speaker 1: those also shoot blood. It's just arterial spray throughout the room.
- 26:41Speaker 1: But that's the beach he's gonna no longer serve that anymore.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Yeah, and this uh, and this coal I'm assuming is
- 26:49Speaker 2: try Do you want to finish the sentence for me?
- 26:51Speaker 3: Oh? White? Yes?
- 26:52Speaker 4: Okay?
- 26:55Speaker 1: What was your first clue?
- 26:58Speaker 4: He was surfing after being bit before.
- 27:02Speaker 1: But not only that, but all of his bodies have
- 27:04Speaker 1: been but none of them are capable of learning.
- 27:08Speaker 4: So all of his friends are white. Good for him?
- 27:12Speaker 1: Well, now, let's let's be let's be fair here. He
- 27:16Speaker 1: probably has a black friend, but that's the one friend
- 27:19Speaker 1: that has absolutely zero injuries because he knew better.

- 28:26Speaker 1: buy a car? What make and model would it be?
- 28:31Speaker 1: And I'm not making this a versus type of thing.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I'm just keeping this open ended. If you guys had
- 28:36Speaker 1: to be assaulted by a car, what make and model
- 28:39Speaker 1: would you want it to be?
- 28:42Speaker 4: Smart car?
- 28:43Speaker 1: Okay, that's pretty good. Uh Trey.
- 28:49Speaker 3: Had to be assaulted by a car?
- 28:52Speaker 1: Mm hm like like hit, run over? Not We're not
- 28:57Speaker 1: talking sexually.
- 29:01Speaker 4: Verbally assaulted by camaro.
- 29:03Speaker 1: A physical assault that not so.
- 29:12Speaker 3: A seventy four L Camino.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Interesting, So are you wanting to get hit by the
- 29:18Speaker 1: business end or the party? I have a reason. I
- 29:23Speaker 1: have a reason why I asked you this question, because
- 29:25Speaker 1: if there's any man among us that is likely to
- 29:28Speaker 1: be assaulted by a vehicle, it's probably Trey. Although it's
- 29:33Speaker 1: not going to be a Stephen King, you know, Christine,
- 29:36Speaker 1: the demented car type scenario. It'd probably be at the
- 29:39Speaker 1: hands of a woman, kind of like this story from Wallingford, Connecticut.
- 29:44Speaker 1: This does not sound like a story that would come
- 29:46Speaker 1: out of Connecticut, which last I checked, is like the
- 29:51Speaker 1: insurance capital of America, that's where so many insurance companies
- 29:54Speaker 1: are based as Connecticut.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Actually it's the corporate capital of America.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Well, there you go, and maybe now I think it
- 30:01Speaker 1: makes sense. Is the reason why there's so many insurance
- 30:04Speaker 1: companies in Connecticut? Because a woman is facing charges for
- 30:07Speaker 1: assaulting a man with her car outside of a bar
- 30:11Speaker 1: in Wallingford, Connecticut. And my first thought when I saw
- 30:15Speaker 1: this was, well, what kind of car? Because that might
- 30:18Speaker 1: tell you what kind of injuries? How fast could she
- 30:20Speaker 1: have been going if it was a car, was it
- 30:23Speaker 1: a truck? You know these types of questions. Well then
- 30:26Speaker 1: I looked a little closer and I see the headline
- 30:29Speaker 1: woman arrested for using Camaro to assault man in Connecticut,
- 30:34Speaker 1: And I thought, you know what if you're going to
- 30:37Speaker 1: get if a woman's going to assault you with a vehicle,
- 30:39Speaker 1: A Camaro's a pretty cool one to be assaulted with.
- 30:43Speaker 1: There's sort of a cool aspect to it. I mean
- 30:45Speaker 1: it's not quite as E twenty eight wood tea tops,
- 30:47Speaker 1: but still not bad.
- 30:49Speaker 4: Okay.
- 30:51Speaker 1: They said this started as a domestic incident in October.
- 30:54Speaker 1: On October eighth, police said initially, Wallingford Police were informed
- 30:58Speaker 1: that a male fell in the rear part working a
- 31:00Speaker 1: lot of a local bar and was bleeding from his head.
- 31:02Speaker 1: The victim was immediately transported to a hospital for further
- 31:05Speaker 1: evaluation due to his visible injuries. Maybe he had that
- 31:08Speaker 1: same gushing injury from the shark bite dude. The victim
- 31:14Speaker 1: was then driven to another hospital to receive more advanced care.
- 31:16Speaker 1: Detectives said that's when they were informed the victims suffered
- 31:19Speaker 1: multiple serious injuries and was in intensive care. They investigated
- 31:23Speaker 1: and reviewed footage from the scene of the incident. They
- 31:25Speaker 1: said the video showed a woman behind the wheel of
- 31:28Speaker 1: a black Chevrolet Camaro. She was driving with the victim
- 31:31Speaker 1: on the hood of the Camaro at a high rate
- 31:33Speaker 1: of speed. While the Camaro was in motion, the victim
- 31:35Speaker 1: fell off the hood and hit the pavement, where he
- 31:38Speaker 1: lays motionless. The woman momentarily glanced down to the victim
- 31:43Speaker 1: and then fled the sea.
- 31:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:46Speaker 2: She looked down and was like, my work here is done. Yeah.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Twenty four year old Alexis Marie Rivera of Wallingford, Connecticut
- 31:54Speaker 1: is charged with first degree assault, first degree reckless endangerment,
- 31:58Speaker 1: and reckless driving with a Camaro.
- 32:03Speaker 5: And you go back to fool me once, Shame on you,
- 32:06Speaker 5: I promise. I'll bet this isn't this guy's first go
- 32:08Speaker 5: around with this girl.
- 32:09Speaker 1: No, no, no, I think that this was not his
- 32:11Speaker 1: first time being run over by her.
- 32:17Speaker 4: The reason he was holding onto the hood is like,
- 32:18Speaker 4: this feels familiar.
- 32:22Speaker 1: I've read that's how trauma bonds work. We gravitate to
- 32:27Speaker 1: what's familiar, not necessarily for what is right or what's
- 32:33Speaker 1: considered safe. I mean, it makes sense because he probably knows,
- 32:37Speaker 1: or at least he thought he did. He thought he
- 32:39Speaker 1: knew where the good handholds were on her Camaro.
- 32:43Speaker 4: He's like installed handles where thinking.
- 32:47Speaker 5: Honestly, if there is a name that's synonymous with crazy,
- 32:52Speaker 5: I'm Alexis.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's a good one. I knew too that
- 32:57Speaker 2: were well one was a yeah, you're you're one hundred
- 33:01Speaker 2: percent right. They don't even change their name when they strip.
- 33:04Speaker 1: They don't have to. All they got to do is
- 33:05Speaker 1: add an X or in her case, maybe he should
- 33:12Speaker 1: have taken one away. But seriously, wouldn't it be insult
- 33:20Speaker 1: to injury if if if you got run over with
- 33:23Speaker 1: like a Toyota Sienna, Because at least if you're in
- 33:28Speaker 1: a room in the hospital and the guy next to
- 33:30Speaker 1: you and you're you know, sharing stories like what are
- 33:32Speaker 1: you in for? It's like, oh, Camaro, what are you
- 33:34Speaker 1: in for a mini van.
- 33:38Speaker 4: You're not cool. They killer Corolla.
- 33:44Speaker 1: I mean, if you get run over by a mini
- 33:46Speaker 1: van or like a maybe a four door Tahoe, then
- 33:48Speaker 1: that's just assuming you just took some lady Stanley cup
- 33:51Speaker 1: and you and you got your comeuppance.
- 33:54Speaker 3: Or if it was a suberu, the'd assume you made
- 33:56Speaker 3: a lesbian joke.
- 33:59Speaker 4: It's somebody's husky.
- 34:07Speaker 1: I am ordering an uber right now for you trade
- 34:10Speaker 1: to show up to show up at your house tomorrow
- 34:12Speaker 1: morning and run you over.
- 34:18Speaker 4: You got hit by a ride share like that?
- 34:23Speaker 1: I think at this point though, because Trey has made
- 34:25Speaker 1: enough super lesbian jokes and he's got to be on
- 34:27Speaker 1: a hit list.

- 35:25Speaker 1: important that we all come together and enjoy Earth Days
- 35:30Speaker 1: here on election day. Odell Beckham, junior wide receiver in
- 35:37Speaker 1: the NFL. He is thirty two today. Honest, I forget
- 35:42Speaker 1: is he currently with a team. I can't recall Joseph
- 35:45Speaker 1: the Ravens at one point. Obviously he was with the
- 35:48Speaker 1: Giants for years. Very famously made a phenomenal one handed
- 35:53Speaker 1: catch against the Cowboys and still lost that game. But
- 35:58Speaker 1: you know he made a hell of a catch other birthdays.
- 36:01Speaker 1: Yesterday says he's with Miami. Good on him, Good on him, which,
- 36:07Speaker 1: by the way, I can never remember. I always brain
- 36:09Speaker 1: fart the name of the Dolphins head coach. But I
- 36:12Speaker 1: don't know if there's ever been a head coach in
- 36:14Speaker 1: the NFL that did not look like an NFL head
- 36:18Speaker 1: coach more than the Miami Dolphins head coach, although he
- 36:22Speaker 1: does look very Miami like. If you put a photo
- 36:26Speaker 1: up of the Miami Dolphins head coach and said is
- 36:28Speaker 1: this man an NFL head coach or a drug dealer,
- 36:33Speaker 1: you would have said drug dealers. It's no doubt he
- 36:36Speaker 1: looks like a grand theft auto.
- 36:37Speaker 4: Character, the nerdy kid with the glasses. He looks like
- 36:41Speaker 4: Neil Brennan. That's the comedian.
- 36:44Speaker 1: He does look like like if if Neil Brennan had
- 36:47Speaker 1: like a Miami style brother. Yeah, i'll give you that.
- 36:51Speaker 3: Mike, Mike McDaniel is his name, Mike McDaniels.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Yeah, it's got a coach. He's sounding name, but he
- 36:56Speaker 1: does not look it. He really does look like like
- 36:59Speaker 1: he looks like he'd he slinging smack like at halftime.
- 37:04Speaker 2: I always thought of him like he looks like an accountant.
- 37:08Speaker 2: He just has this nerdy kind of look to him.
- 37:11Speaker 1: I guess I'm talking about him when he wears his
- 37:13Speaker 1: faded sunglasses.
- 37:15Speaker 4: Oh okay, okay, maybe yeah.
- 37:17Speaker 1: He's wearing those. He looks like he's just, you know,
- 37:21Speaker 1: trolling on South Beach. Other birthdays today it wasn't even his.
- 37:26Speaker 1: It was Odell Beckham. He's thirty two. Kevin Jonas, the
- 37:28Speaker 1: oldest of the Jonas brothers, is thirty seven. Raj Is
- 37:31Speaker 1: he the one that's married.
- 37:31Speaker 2: To Prika Chopra, Yes her, No, that would be Joe Jonas. Uh,
- 37:38Speaker 2: I know Nick Jonas. Sorry, Nick Jonas is married to Preanc.

- 42:43Speaker 1: when Brian Adams goes to sleep and they're looking for
- 42:45Speaker 1: some meat, so they came out the front door. You're

- 43:09Speaker 2: over the world. That dude just sells meat by the pound.
- 43:16Speaker 3: I got some sausage.
- 43:19Speaker 1: Brian Adam just thinks it's a tweaker just following them around.
