EPISODE 199 The Dad He Thinks I Am

3RF All About The Health Podcast · Apr 16, 2026 · 18m

Alright…

this one’s gonna hit a little different.

So this morning…

I’m on the treadmill…

half awake…

doing my cardio like a good little disciplined human 😅

I’ve got a video playing…

and out of nowhere…

a clip pops up of Bert Kreischer and Tom Segura.

And Bert starts telling this story…

about a guy who had just won some money.

And he says…

“Next week is my daughter’s 13th birthday, and I couldn’t afford to throw her a party. Now I can… now I get to be the father she thinks I am.”

Man…

I damn near ate shit on the treadmill.
