Rees was busted by Washington State Patrol after an undercover sting revealed his disturbing plan to meet a juvenile girl for sex and pay her mother $1,000. The operation, which unfolded at a Tacoma hotel on June 25, led to charges including attempted rape of a child and commercial sexual abuse of a minor.
