Speaker 1: I am sharing, Mackie, and it's time for us to
• 0:03
Speaker 1: go to God in prayer. And as always, I invite
• 0:05
Speaker 1: you to join along with me in prayer. You know
• 0:07
Speaker 1: my aunt Lulah Miller, my Angenes, she always sends us
• 0:10
Speaker 1: out these daily devotionals every morning, these scriptures and all
• 0:14
Speaker 1: of that. And what she sent out on yesterday was
• 0:17
Speaker 1: Deuteronomy thirty one and eighteen. Boy, you talk about blessing,
• 0:21
Speaker 1: it is so I just kind of want to pray
• 0:23
Speaker 1: surrounding that for us today. Family Father, in the name
• 0:27
Speaker 1: of Jesus Christ, we come before you today, standing on
• 0:30
Speaker 1: your promises in your word in Deuteronomy thirty one and eighteen,
• 0:34
Speaker 1: that you yourself you go before us, and that you
• 0:37
Speaker 1: will be with us, You will never leave us, you
• 0:40
Speaker 1: will never forsake us. What a powerful, powerful truth to
• 0:45
Speaker 1: hold on to when life feels uncertain, when the road
• 0:49
Speaker 1: ahead is unclear, and when fear tries to grip our hearts. Lord,
• 0:53
Speaker 1: there are moments when we don't know what tomorrow will bring,
• 0:57
Speaker 1: when anxiety whispers lies into our ears, when sorrow knocks
• 1:01
Speaker 1: at the door of our souls, and when hope seems
• 1:04
Speaker 1: like a distant dream. But today God, we remind ourselves
• 1:08
Speaker 1: that you are not present, that you never leave us,
• 1:13
Speaker 1: you never forsake us, That we are not alone. You
• 1:17
Speaker 1: are already in our tomorrow. You've walked ahead to make
• 1:21
Speaker 1: the crooked past strings. God, you've declared obstacles that we
• 1:25
Speaker 1: can't see yet, and you prepared blessings we haven't even imagined.
• 1:30
Speaker 1: We declared today that fear will not rule our lives.
• 1:34
Speaker 1: Discouragement will not sit on the thrones of our hearts,
• 1:37
Speaker 1: because you are with us, Emmanuel, God, with us, we
• 1:42
Speaker 1: will not operate and fear. We will not be shaken
• 1:46
Speaker 1: by what we see. God, You've seen every tear we've cried.
• 1:51
Speaker 1: You've heard every cry. You know the weight that we carry,
• 1:55
Speaker 1: and still you say, do not be afraid, do not
• 2:00
Speaker 1: be discouraged. So Lord, help us to trust in your
• 2:04
Speaker 1: presence more than we fear the unknown. Help us to
• 2:08
Speaker 1: remember that you are the same God who split the
• 2:11
Speaker 1: Red Sea. You're the same God who faith the hungry
• 2:14
Speaker 1: and the wilderness. You're the same God that raised the
• 2:17
Speaker 1: dead and God, you're the same God who still moves
• 2:21
Speaker 1: mountains to this day. God. If you are with us,
• 2:25
Speaker 1: and you are, we know that you are, then no
• 2:29
Speaker 1: weapon formed against us will be able to prosper. We
• 2:32
Speaker 1: may see it for him, but we can trust and
• 2:35
Speaker 1: know that it will not be able to prosper. God,
• 2:37
Speaker 1: when we walk through seasons of grief, you are there.
• 2:42
Speaker 1: When we stand at the edge of a new chapter
• 2:45
Speaker 1: in our lives, nervous, I'm sure, trembling. God, You're right there.
• 2:49
Speaker 1: When we feel abandoned by other people. You stay when
• 2:52
Speaker 1: the enemy whispers that we are forsaking. God, you shall
• 2:56
Speaker 1: from heaven never. God, let this be the anthem of
• 2:59
Speaker 1: our soul today. The Lord goes before me, He is
• 3:03
Speaker 1: with me. He will never leave me. I will not fear,
• 3:07
Speaker 1: I will not be discouraged. I am not forgotten. I
• 3:10
Speaker 1: am not alone. So, Father, fill our hearts with fresh courage.
• 3:17
Speaker 1: Breathe boldness into our weary bones. God, wrap us in
• 3:20
Speaker 1: your love until every fear breaks in every life. Please, God,
• 3:25
Speaker 1: let the fire of faith burn strong within us. Today. God,
• 3:29
Speaker 1: we give you praise for who you are. We thank
• 3:32
Speaker 1: you for your promises that never fell. And we walk
• 3:35
Speaker 1: forward not in our strength, but in your strength, confident
• 3:39
Speaker 1: that the one who goes before us is also the
• 3:42
Speaker 1: one who holds us in the mighty, matchless, wonderful name
• 3:46
Speaker 1: of Jesus amen amen and amen.
