- 1:53So come on back to the show.
- 1:55Without any further ado, guys, you know what
- 1:56I want to do?
- 1:56I want to just get right in and
- 1:58start the show off because that's what I
- 2:01do best.
- 2:02I'll let you know, the way we did
- 2:03this this week, I know it was a
- 2:04little bit strange.
- 2:05So this is actually series 54 and it's
- 2:09show series 5, excuse me.
- 2:14And it is show one, okay, and it
- 2:22doesn't do it being show one, it's episode
- 2:24number two.
- 2:26So yes, a lot of great stuff here.
- 2:30I think you guys are definitely going to
- 2:32appreciate this.
- 2:33And our title today is Like a Leader
- 2:36in 2026, 30 Daily Habits to Strengthen Relationships.
- 2:42Again, series five, show one, episode number two.
- 2:45The reason we did it this way is
- 2:47that, so we did one for like the
- 2:51ending of the year to like, from like
- 2:54where we were to basically the last of
- 2:58the year, which is the 31st.
- 2:59And then we did another one, started yesterday,
- 3:03it ends today and tomorrow we'll have a
- 3:05brand new master topic.
- 3:06The reason we did that is because I
- 3:09want to chunk these off and then we'll
- 3:11be back on the regular track of the
- 3:13seven day track.
- 3:14All right, guys, so that's why we did
- 3:15that.
- 3:17All right, without further ado, let's go ahead
- 3:18and kick this show off.
- 3:21So welcome everyone to another empowering episode of
- 3:23the ever popular Inspirations for Your Life show,
- 3:26the daily motivational show with me, John C.
- 3:30Morley, serial entrepreneur, engineer, marketing specialist, video producer,
- 3:36podcast host, coach, graduate student, and a passionate
- 3:40lifelong learner.
- 3:43And it's my privilege and pleasure to be
- 3:44with you here.
- 3:45Every day on this show, the mission is
- 3:48simple, give you practical bite sized tools you
- 3:52can actually use to become a better version
- 3:55of yourself in how you think, how you
- 3:58lead, and how you connect with the people
- 4:02who matter most.
- 4:04And we do this in a way that
- 4:06allows you to do it immediately.
- 4:07You don't have to wait for like days
- 4:09or months to actually deploy this.
- 4:12You can use it right now.
- 4:13You don't have to buy anything to use
- 4:15it.
- 4:15You can literally use it right now.
- 4:17So that's the thing I like the most.
- 4:18So today we are stepping into a master
- 4:23skill for 2026, communicating like a leader so
- 4:26you can deepen trust, strengthen relationships, and multiply
- 4:31your impact at home, at work, and everywhere
- 4:35in between.
- 4:36So guys, the master topic for the time
- 4:40is communicate like a leader in 2026, 30
- 4:44daily habits to strengthen relationships, series one, episode
- 4:49number two.
- 4:50And our subtopic is all about the practical
- 4:53people first, communication habits to deepen trust, collaboration,
- 4:58and impact at home, and of course, at
- 5:02work.
- 5:03So without further ado, guys, I want to
- 5:05go ahead and get the show started.
- 5:07Number one, start one important conversation today with
- 5:13the intention to understand not to win.
- 5:17Leaders in 2026 are not the loudest people
- 5:20in the room.
- 5:21They are the ones who are most committed
- 5:24to truly understanding the other person.
- 5:28Instead of gearing up to prove a point
- 5:30or win, the argument, set a quiet intention
- 5:33before you speak.
- 5:35I'm here to understand, not to dominate.
- 5:39That single mindset shift softens your tone, opens
- 5:42your ears, and tells the other person, you
- 5:45matter more than my ego.
- 5:47Which is exactly what builds long-term trust
- 5:51and influence.
- 5:53So why don't we start doing that, guys?
- 5:54I think that's a key to success in
- 5:57our lives.
- 5:57And if we started doing that immediately, I
- 5:59think our lives would do a complete 180.
- 6:02And I think that's all we want to
- 6:03see.
- 6:04We want to see the others see that
- 6:06we actually care.
- 6:07Not because we have to, but because we
- 6:09want to.
- 6:10We want to show that care in our
- 6:12lives.
- 6:12And I think that's a very, very viable
- 6:15thing, guys.
- 6:15Very, very viable.
- 6:16All right.
- 6:17Number two, ask at least one person, what's
- 6:21one way I can communicate better with you
- 6:24this year?
- 6:25This one question is leadership goal.
- 6:29Because it turns communication from a guessing game
- 6:32into a partnership.
- 6:34When you ask someone how you can communicate
- 6:38better with them, you invite honest feedback and
- 6:42signal that you're willing to change for the
- 6:46relationship.
- 6:47Not just demand change from them.
- 6:50That's important, guys.
- 6:51People remember that vulnerability and our lives are
- 6:57far more likely to open up if we
- 6:59collaborate and give the best in return.
- 7:04So a lot of people don't do this
- 7:05because of their ego getting in the way.
- 7:08I think that's the most important thing that
- 7:10I can say to you.
- 7:12Number three, guys, replace one you, never, with
- 7:17I've noticed.
- 7:18In a real conversation, you never is a
- 7:21verbal grenade.
- 7:23It attacks identity and it makes people very
- 7:26defensive.
- 7:27So before the real conversation even starts, swapping
- 7:31it for I've noticed or I've observed keeps
- 7:35the focus on the behavior and observation, which
- 7:39invites dialogue instead of a fight.
- 7:42You never did this.
- 7:42You always do that.
- 7:44It just gets these motions going for fighting.
- 7:47Those are fighting words.
- 7:49So this tiny language upgrade reduces drama, keeps
- 7:55emotions from boiling.
- 7:56And most importantly, guys, we don't want them
- 8:00to boil over, but it helps you solve
- 8:04the real issue without damaging the relationship.
- 8:08I think none of us want to really
- 8:10break bridges or damage a relationship, but unfortunately,
- 8:13it does happen.
- 8:17And hopefully, that means something to you.
- 8:22Does that mean something to you?
- 8:26Hopefully, it does.
- 8:27Number four.
- 8:29Number four is practice a five-second pause
- 8:32before responding when emotions are high.
- 8:36In heated moments, the first reaction is usually
- 8:40the one you regret, not the one you're
- 8:44proud of.
- 8:45A simple five-second pause, one deep breath
- 8:48in, one slow breath out gives your brain
- 8:51time to switch from fight or flight to
- 8:54thoughtful response.
- 8:56Now, what I like to tell you to
- 8:57do is to do the four, the two,
- 9:01and the six.
- 9:01The way that works is you inhale for
- 9:03four, you hold it for two, one, two,
- 9:07and you exhale for six.
- 9:10Do it again.
- 9:11Inhale for four, hold it for two, exhale
- 9:15for six.
- 9:17One more time.
- 9:19Inhale for four, hold it for two, exhale
- 9:22for six.
- 9:26So that micropause can be the difference between
- 9:29escalating a conflict and showing up as the
- 9:33calm, grounded leader.
- 9:34Everyone is grateful to have in the room.
- 9:38And again, it just takes seconds to make
- 9:41these changes.
- 9:42Number five, guys, schedule a recurring weekly check
- 9:45-in with a key person.
- 9:47It could be a partner, team member, or
- 9:50even a client.
- 9:51Great relationships are not built in emergencies.
- 9:56They're built in consistent, low-pressure check-ins.
- 10:01A simple weekly 10 to 15-minute conversation.
- 10:05How are you?
- 10:07What's working?
- 10:08What's not?
- 10:09Keep small issues from becoming, well, these big
- 10:12grenades, these big explosions.
- 10:14Over time, these check-ins create a rhythm
- 10:17of honesty and true support that makes people
- 10:21feel seen, heard, and safe to speak up
- 10:23very early.
- 10:25So why not do that?
- 10:27Give your ego a break.
- 10:28Number six, use a person's name once in
- 10:31a conversation and notice their reaction.
- 10:34Hey, Mike.
- 10:35Hey, John.
- 10:35Hey, Joe.
- 10:36Use it a couple times.
- 10:38See, people are drowning in generic, rushed interactions.
- 10:42So hearing their name spoken with sincerity and
- 10:45attention has real impact.
- 10:47It was Dale Carnegie that once taught this
- 10:49to us many years ago.
- 10:51One of the most beautiful things that you
- 10:53can say in a person who loves hearing
- 10:54is the sound of their name.
- 10:55My name is John.
- 10:56I love hearing John.
- 10:57John.
- 10:58John.
- 10:58John.
- 10:59Or Mike.
- 10:59Mike.
- 11:00Mike.
- 11:00If your name is Mike.
- 11:01Or Mark.
- 11:01Mark.
- 11:02Mark.
- 11:02Mark.
- 11:02You love to hear the sound of your
- 11:04name, okay?
- 11:07Using someone's name once naturally, not forced, signals
- 11:11that you're present with them.
- 11:13Hey, Mark.
- 11:13I just wanted to reach out to you
- 11:15to see what your thoughts were about this.
- 11:17Not just running, hey, Mark.
- 11:18Mark.
- 11:19Mark.
- 11:19Mark.
- 11:19And, you know, through a script.
- 11:21And they can tell.
- 11:22Watch their body language.
- 11:24Their eye contact.
- 11:25A small smile or a shift toward you.
- 11:29And those are the micro signs, guys, that
- 11:32connection just got a little stronger than it
- 11:35was before.
- 11:37Are you ready for number seven?
- 11:38I know you are.
- 11:39Send one message today that is purely appreciation.
- 11:43No requests attached.
- 11:45Most people only hear from others when something
- 11:48is needed.
- 11:49So, no strings attached.
- 11:51I appreciate you because, well, what are the
- 11:55messages?
- 11:56It lands like a gift.
- 11:58I know people that always call, like my
- 11:59parents.
- 11:59They call whenever they want to be, well,
- 12:02basically self-invited.
- 12:03Because they can't invite themselves to dinner.
- 12:05And that's not appropriate.
- 12:07Take 30 seconds to text, email, or even
- 12:09DM.
- 12:10Yes, a direct message to someone.
- 12:11A specific thing you value about them.
- 12:14No, by the way, ask at the end.
- 12:18Um, consistent appreciation builds emotional credit in your
- 12:22relationships.
- 12:24So, when tough conversations come, they remember you
- 12:28see their value.
- 12:30Not just their mistakes.
- 12:32And I think that's important for a lot
- 12:34of us.
- 12:34You know, mistakes are going to happen.
- 12:36But it's how we choose to respond to
- 12:39them.
- 12:40Number eight, guys.
- 12:41When someone shares a problem, ask, do you
- 12:45want ideas or just someone to listen?
- 12:48A lot of conflict in relationships comes from
- 12:51mismatched expectations.
- 12:55One person wants to vent.
- 12:58The other person starts fixing.
- 13:01By simply asking, do you want ideas or
- 13:04just someone to listen?
- 13:05You respect their emotional need in that moment.
- 13:09Sometimes the most powerful leadership move is not
- 13:13a brilliant solution.
- 13:15It's offering a safe space where the other
- 13:18person feels heard before anything is ever solved.
- 13:23I think that can happen in relationships, whether
- 13:25it's marriages, whether it's friendships, platonic, non-platonic,
- 13:29whether it's in business.
- 13:30I think when we lend the listening ear,
- 13:34it shows that we care.
- 13:36Not because we have to, but because we
- 13:38want to.
- 13:38And other people can see through that, which
- 13:40is good.
- 13:41Number nine, reflect back what you heard at
- 13:44least once today.
- 13:46Using so what I'm hearing is reflective.
- 13:51Listening is one of the most underused superpowers.
- 13:54Hey, I noticed I got your message the
- 13:57other day.
- 13:57I wanted to say thank you to you
- 13:59and say I appreciate you for taking the
- 14:02time to remember me.
- 14:03So what I'm hearing is, and play back
- 14:07what they shared.
- 14:09You prove you were truly listening.
- 14:11So this is a different so what.
- 14:12This is so what, like, okay, so what
- 14:15I hear you telling me is that you
- 14:18want more time to be alone so you
- 14:20can have your independence, but yet you still
- 14:23want to be part of the group at
- 14:25least once a week so you can brush
- 14:27up on your skills to get better.
- 14:28Am I hearing that right?
- 14:31So not just waiting for your term.
- 14:34It also gives them a chance to clarify
- 14:36or correct, which prevents misunderstandings and shows that
- 14:42you value accuracy over assumptions.
- 14:46And I think that's an important point, guys.
- 14:48When we can understand that assumptions happen every
- 14:51day, they do, right?
- 14:53But if we can understand what they are,
- 14:55we can understand what they mean.
- 14:56I think that can make a very, very,
- 14:59like a very, very big difference.
- 15:02A difference that I feel can empower us
- 15:04to become a better version of ourselves.
- 15:08Number 10, guys, choose one meeting or interaction
- 15:12where you will speak last instead of first.
- 15:15Leaders who always speak first unintentionally shut down
- 15:20diverse thinking.
- 15:21Because people begin aligning to the leader's opinion
- 15:26before sharing their own.
- 15:28So why not be quiet for a moment?
- 15:30Let other people talk.
- 15:32By intentionally speaking last in one meeting, you
- 15:35will create space for others to, yes, guys,
- 15:39you will create space for others to contribute
- 15:40and feel ownership over the ideas.
- 15:44You'll often discover perspectives you would have missed
- 15:48and your team will feel more respected, engaged,
- 15:53and of course, trusted.
- 15:54And thus, they're going to want to do
- 15:57more, okay?
- 15:59I think that's a very, very important thing
- 16:03to think about, that they're going to want
- 16:05to do more in their lives.
- 16:07Not because they have to, but because they
- 16:10want to, all right?
- 16:13A lot of people don't get these things.
- 16:16You know, one thing I'd like to say
- 16:19is this, sometimes, you know, you send a
- 16:24message that's purely appreciation and no requests are
- 16:27attached.
- 16:28When you can do that, people see it
- 16:30from miles away, all right?
- 16:32And I think that's a very important thing
- 16:37that many people miss in their lives, not
- 16:40because they want to miss it, but because
- 16:43they just miss it.
- 16:46And so, this all happens, again, because of
- 16:50that ego getting away, right?
- 16:52Put your phone away once while you're talking
- 16:56with someone.
- 16:56I think that'll show them that you care
- 16:58and respect them.
- 16:59Trade sarcasm for a clear, kind line.
- 17:02Can you do that?
- 17:03Could you just put off sarcasm for just
- 17:05a moment?
- 17:06Yes, I know you can.
- 17:08End one email with a clear next step.
- 17:11Thus, I hope you have a great day.
- 17:13And I'm expecting you to call this person.
- 17:16I'm expecting you to do this or do
- 17:17that.
- 17:18Let me know what questions you have, okay?
- 17:21Give one specific compliment.
- 17:23Not like, hey, you look great, you smell
- 17:26good, nothing like that.
- 17:26Like, you know, I'm really impressed with your
- 17:31level of commitment and the detail that you're
- 17:34providing in this project.
- 17:36Don't blow smoke at somebody.
- 17:38Give them the truth, all right?
- 17:41Ask one extra follow-up question.
- 17:43Okay, I understand all this.
- 17:45I just have one more question I want
- 17:46to make sure.
- 17:47So, once everybody comes in and they've been
- 17:50checked in, so the last step we need
- 17:53to do is actually verify their ticket a
- 17:55second time before we seat them, is that
- 17:56correct?
- 17:57Yes, that way we'll avoid any kind of
- 17:59fraud or, you know, tickets that don't belong
- 18:03here.
- 18:04Oh, I get it, perfect.
- 18:06Um, recap the next steps at one of
- 18:10your meetings.
- 18:10I think that's very important to do.
- 18:12Listen through what you're hearing, but don't interrupt
- 18:20people.
- 18:21Admit once, I was wrong or you're right.
- 18:28Sometimes it's easier to say you're right than
- 18:29I was wrong.
- 18:30Either means the same thing.
- 18:32Turn one vague ask into something clear.
- 18:35So, I know you're asking for more time,
- 18:39but what I'm curious about, what type of
- 18:42time?
- 18:43Do you want more alone time?
- 18:44Do you want more time with me?
- 18:47Do you want more time with your studies?
- 18:50Do you want more time with your job?
- 18:52Let me know.
- 18:53I'm not a mind reader, okay?
- 18:54And I want to respect you.
- 18:56Notice a mere one positive gesture that they
- 18:59have shown.
- 19:01Ask, what do you think?
- 19:03Before you share it with someone.
- 19:05Turn one complaint into a curious question.
- 19:08Maybe somebody says to you, oh, this is
- 19:09terrible the way they're cooking this.
- 19:12Um, so, um, just so I understand things,
- 19:18the way the food tasted today was not
- 19:21to your liking, I'm guessing.
- 19:23Absolutely not.
- 19:24Okay, was it too salty?
- 19:26Was it too bland?
- 19:28It was too salty.
- 19:29Okay, no problem.
- 19:30What I'm going to do is I'm going
- 19:31to get you another dish, and I'll bring
- 19:33your own salt, and you can salt it
- 19:34yourself.
- 19:35How would that sound?
- 19:36Was everything, was the flavor, everything else okay?
- 19:37Yeah, the flavor was great.
- 19:38It was just the salt was off.
- 19:39See how I did that?
- 19:40I turned that complaint into a, like, a
- 19:42little curious question.
- 19:44So, shorten one message before you send it.
- 19:46I think sometimes we make messages too long.
- 19:48Let silence sit for a few seconds.
- 19:50You'll be amazed at what it can actually
- 19:52do for you.
- 19:53Drop one encouraging note in a group chat.
- 19:56Now, I'm not saying a dissertation.
- 19:57I'm saying one curious note that you could
- 20:00share, okay?
- 20:01And that silence, like I told you, is
- 20:03pretty amazing, okay?
- 20:06Ask, what can I unblock for you?
- 20:11Maybe it's something as simple as access to
- 20:19something, or maybe it's the fact that I'm
- 20:22not allowing you to do something on your
- 20:25own.
- 20:26That could be it.
- 20:27Start a meeting with two minutes of listening.
- 20:30Can you do that?
- 20:31Can you start a meeting with just being
- 20:33quiet and just listening?
- 20:35So, good morning, everyone.
- 20:38I appreciate you guys being here for our
- 20:40annual January 2nd stockholders meeting.
- 20:45And normally, we go through an agenda, but
- 20:47what I thought I would do was a
- 20:48little bit different today.
- 20:49I thought I'd just go around and just
- 20:50ask some of the shareholders what's on their
- 20:52minds, and then we'll go into our format
- 20:54after that.
- 20:55How does it sound?
- 20:56Okay, great.
- 20:57Um, soften your tone in one tough moment.
- 21:01I know that's not easy to do.
- 21:03But if you soften it, other people will
- 21:06see that if you can do it, they
- 21:08can do it.
- 21:08Because after all, you're a leader, and they're
- 21:11actually modeling you.
- 21:12Does that make sense?
- 21:14Thank someone specifically for their honesty.
- 21:19Maybe you're terrible at something, okay?
- 21:21Like, John, I like you.
- 21:23You're a great guy.
- 21:23Um, but you know, you're not a plumber.
- 21:26I'm not a plumber, I know that.
- 21:28So, I think sometimes getting honest feedback is
- 21:32important.
- 21:32Not just consistent constructive feedback, but honest, consistent
- 21:35constructive feedback.
- 21:37All right?
- 21:38And thank the person for that.
- 21:40That's a real important thing.
- 21:41Before you go to bed, note one conversation
- 21:44you're proud of.
- 21:45Can you think of a conversation you're proud
- 21:47of?
- 21:47It could be a conversation you had with
- 21:49somebody, or it could even be a conversation
- 21:51you had with yourself.
- 21:54That's pretty meaningful, isn't it?
- 21:57A conversation that you had with yourself that
- 22:00maybe gave you some type of an impact.
- 22:02Not because it had to give an impact,
- 22:05but I feel because it was able to
- 22:07do that.
- 22:08All right?
- 22:08I think that's a very important thing to
- 22:11understand.
- 22:14Hopefully that makes sense.
- 22:17And so, I know what you mean by
- 22:21saying, I don't know what it's about, okay?
- 22:32I think that's important.
- 22:37And what I want to say to you
- 22:38guys, if any of you found value in
- 22:41any of these daily habits or insights, remember
- 22:46this is just one powerful episode of the
- 22:50ever-popular Inspirations for Your Life show.
- 22:54Where every day here is designed to nudge
- 22:59you a little bit closer to the person
- 23:02you're capable of becoming.
- 23:04You see, when we become uncomfortable, we grow,
- 23:12we learn.
- 23:14And I think that's hard for some people
- 23:16to understand what that means.
- 23:19And I know that that's something that a
- 23:22lot of people don't quite understand.
- 23:25Okay?
- 23:26I think it's something a lot of people
- 23:27don't understand.
- 23:29And I know what you mean.
- 23:33But I think it's important to understand that
- 23:38it comes down to who we are.
- 23:40Okay?
- 23:41Who we are.
- 23:42And that's a very, very important thing.
- 23:45So to go deeper, and of course, to
- 23:49get more tools and insights like these, please
- 23:53be sure to subscribe.
- 23:54And also be sure to share this with
- 23:57someone who's ready to communicate and live like
- 24:01a true leader in 2026.
- 24:05See, it doesn't matter whether you are the
- 24:08leader officially by title.
- 24:09What's a title?
- 24:11You can become the leader, ladies and gentlemen,
- 24:13by stepping up and being part of that
- 24:18role.
- 24:18Even though you may not be the leader
- 24:20of the troop or of the group, you
- 24:24can still empower people.
- 24:26You still can empower people even as being
- 24:29a seat on a board or being someone
- 24:31as you think is low on a totem
- 24:32pole.
- 24:33You know, everyone started low on a totem
- 24:35pole.
- 24:36And so the difference between leaders and non
- 24:39-leaders is the leaders actually share their insights.
- 24:43The leaders actually cultivate this environment.
- 24:47And if you help do that, I can
- 24:50tell you that it won't be long till
- 24:52you're probably wearing one of the leadership caps.
- 24:55So I really thank you for being with
- 24:58me.
- 24:58It is January 2nd, and this is our
- 25:00second day of being on the air, our
- 25:03fifth year, and I'm really very, very grateful
- 25:06for that.
- 25:07More than you can imagine.
- 25:09I hope that you are starting off your
- 25:11January 2026 in a great way.
- 25:14I said before, if you fail to plan,
- 25:18you plan to fail.
- 25:19Now, just the other day, I started putting
- 25:20my goals out.
- 25:21I'm not finished with it yet, but I'm
- 25:22almost done.
- 25:23And I know how important it is to
- 25:25put my things down so I can know
- 25:29what I want to do this year.
- 25:31And I encourage every single one of you
- 25:33to do the same thing.
- 25:35You know, Inspirations for Your Life started, basically,
- 25:40four years and like two days ago.
- 25:44It started by my desire, my wish to
- 25:50share positive insights with people so they could
- 25:54become a better version of themselves.
- 25:56I've heard about news.
- 25:57I heard about different things that wasn't empowering
- 25:59people.
- 26:00And I wanted to create something that was
- 26:03fun, that was educational, and that would get
- 26:08people curious and want to create in their
- 26:11own lives.
- 26:15I've had other keynote speakers reach out to
- 26:17me and say, John, I love your show.
- 26:20A lot of reasons people like my show
- 26:21is I don't push any products or services
- 26:23on my show.
- 26:25Like, that's not a show.
- 26:26That'd be a sale-a-thon, right?
- 26:29Well, ladies and gentlemen, I am John C.
- 26:31Morley, serial entrepreneur.
- 26:34And I am so grateful from the bottom
- 26:37of my heart that you have decided to
- 26:39not only watch the show, but I hope
- 26:42that you will keep following me and keep
- 26:44watching the show or even listening to the
- 26:46podcast if you can't watch the show.
- 26:48And knowing that we're on a journey together.
- 26:51We're on a journey to get better.
- 26:53You know, I help you get better.
- 26:54You help me get better.
- 26:55I don't know if you guys realize that,
- 26:56but each day I do a show, I
- 26:58become a little bit better.
- 27:00And I am so eternally grateful to people
- 27:03that watch me, whether it's right here in
- 27:06New Jersey, whether it's here in Florida, whether
- 27:07it's around the country.
- 27:09I still remember a lady many years ago.
- 27:11I've never heard from her again, but I
- 27:13helped her become a better version of herself
- 27:15by actually getting rid of four jobs and
- 27:19now having one and getting her family back.
- 27:23That was something that was priceless.
- 27:26And I think a lot of us try
- 27:29to measure things in only what we can
- 27:31see, but we can measure our life in
- 27:36a lot more.
- 27:37There's a very good Broadway play that was
- 27:39out a long time ago, Seasons of Love,
- 27:41right?
- 27:43And it says, you know, how do you
- 27:45measure love?
- 27:49How do you measure it?
- 27:51You measure it in so many things.
- 27:53You measure it in talks, you measure it
- 27:56in, you know, daytime excursions, you measure it
- 28:01in communications, you measure it in the intentions
- 28:05and the power that you're able to change
- 28:07in someone's life.
- 28:08Have a great one, everyone, and be well.
- 28:52Be back or I will message you tomorrow.
- 28:54Take care and be well.
- 29:04A smile for you.
- 30:25It's hard to know what to wear.
- 30:27Your father used to go out there with
- 30:28that.
- 30:29I call it being prepared for anything.
- 30:39Excuse me.
- 30:43Is he okay?
- 30:45No, no, that's the standard reaction of anyone
- 30:47I've seen.
- 30:48Of course.
- 30:49He's the one who struggled.
- 30:51She must have been too far ahead.
- 30:53Now, let's put it this way.
- 31:11And yes, I can.
