- 0:02Hello, everyone. My name is Gary Dean. Welcome to Eye Opener Society.
- 0:06I want to throw a couple things out there.
- 0:08First off, my wall back here.
- 0:12Can I do it? Oh, no. See, I got to learn how to do it myself,
- 0:15but I'm going to take it down so everybody can see it. If you are watching on
- 0:18video, that's a great thing.
- 0:22This is my new painting I got up on the wall.
- 0:27This I'm showing went off simply because this was
- 0:30done by hannah rose from the sound
- 0:34within i know most of you all know her and she
- 0:37just opened up her etsy shop dream shop
- 0:41by hannah on etsy and i think it's
- 0:44the same name on instagram but i'm going to put the links up for everybody
- 0:47to see in the synopsis but i wanted to let everybody know this
- 0:50is part of her eco series so it's like um
- 0:53refurbished i think canvas and all so it
- 0:56goes easier on the earth which is cool and as all of
- 0:59you know i'm a big fan of aliens and ufos so when i seen this i had to get it
- 1:04plus it's in purple which is the official color of eye opener society so i think
- 1:10this is going to be something super cool for hannah um she does some incredible
- 1:15work she's working on some other uh,
- 1:18artsy things too as well so that's a
- 1:21dream shop by hannah i'm gonna
- 1:24leave that here so don't fall off my wall just yet um also
- 1:28wanted to give a shout out to carly and carla from appalachian rootworks rooted

- 1:59And another thing that's a bit exciting, too, I got word that Haunted and Waiting
- 2:05will be dropping an episode, again, really, really soon. So be looking out for that.
- 2:10Ann Lund, we all love her, too, as well. Haunted and waiting That should be coming out real soon So,
- 2:16All of us Our authentic selves The wonderful people The beautiful souls That
- 2:21are you And joining us here On Eye Opener Society,
- 2:26We're doing this a little late We always drop our episodes On Monday mornings
- 2:31And of course With everything going on,
- 2:34Lizzie and I We You know Sometimes wait to the last second Luckily this isn't
- 2:38a Sunday It's a Saturday But we're still close to that age But that's the authentic
- 2:43thing When it comes to people,
- 2:47No matter what we're doing No matter how much Somebody may be a cosmic fairy
- 2:51princess Or somebody a meditation master Or whatever the case may be We're still true souls,
- 2:59Within our bodies We could try and do everything possible To be the greatest
- 3:05that we can be But in the bottom line We are true We are real We'll see you later.
- 3:12And everyday life happens to all of us, and especially to Lizzie and I.
- 3:18And we've been going through these conversations back and forth recently.
- 3:23And there's a lot I learned about Lizzie, and I know Lizzie's learning a lot about me even still.
- 3:29This whole co-creation is coming together.
- 3:34And yet we're still learning. We're still everyday people. So let's welcome
- 3:38again Lizzie. Lizzie, how are you doing, buddy?
- 3:41Do you want that? Just having fun, you know, learning and expanding what I can.
- 3:48Really excited to talk about today's topic. That's kind of really what my whole
- 3:52focus has been about lately.
- 3:55Well, go ahead and start that off. I mean, we've been talking a lot,
- 3:58and I know we got so much going on.
- 4:02We're trying to condense everything. But you know what?
- 4:05Real life shows up all the time, whether it's the 3D world or whether we're
- 4:09having our cosmic clashes and,
- 4:11you know, the universe is trying to branch us out too quickly and all.
- 4:16That's what's been going on. And it affects us, but we get around it, don't we?
- 4:23Yeah, for sure. And really what I'm finding, my biggest hang up anyways,
- 4:29is, so I think the opposite of authenticity is expectations.
- 4:37See, authenticity, we just think is like, just anything that is true, right?
- 4:43But I'm finding that so much of what is true for us is what we've built to know
- 4:49and expect and assume about the world.
- 4:51And I'm finding in every aspect of my life no matter what concept it is the less I expect.
- 5:00Anything specific and more just kind of
- 5:03hold the vibe that I want right just go at it with love because that's generally
- 5:08like the vibe I'm going for the more that I do that the more everything just
- 5:13kind of shifts how it's supposed to be even if it's a chaotic afternoon or an
- 5:18afternoon where everything worked out where it looks like it worked out all,
- 5:22perfectly. Either way, at the end of the day, when I lay down and I think about
- 5:26it, I see how everything that moved moved how I wanted it to,
- 5:31as long as I'm not trying to control the outcome.
- 5:36You know, like today, for example, we were, we ended up recording a lot later
- 5:41and then hopefully you guys can't hear the baby screaming in the background.
- 5:47She's just not having being babysat today you
- 5:50know what I mean and and all these things can make things really
- 5:53hard but it what it does is if
- 5:56you just kind of let everything move forward the baby's just fine she's fed
- 6:00she's changed you know what I mean been loving on her all day long she'll be
- 6:03just fine for a little bit while we record but what I'm finding is I'm seeing
- 6:07now is I'm just moving through it all these different things I can do to make
- 6:11it better and I can come up with different things But previously,
- 6:15something that I'd get kind of hung up on is how things are supposed to work out.
- 6:19And all my plans and my ideas would be framed around how to make it work out.
- 6:25But that's not what you're doing. You're not making anything work out.
- 6:28You're just like moving like, OK, this tiny little thing will make this better next time.
- 6:33It works. It doesn't work. And you just kind of move through it.
- 6:37But the more you try to anticipate anything or plan, it just kind of, you know, yeah.
- 6:46I've...
- 6:48Grown so much closer to you um in relation to
- 6:50all of this um but first if people
- 6:54are watching on any of the video channels i just want to
- 6:57point out that is not blood dripping down lizzie's shoulder i just i wanted
- 7:01to point that out because i know on camera it looks like something you know
- 7:06really slaughtered taking place there this is a baby light language you see
- 7:12at first i was trying to keep her art contained on paper.
- 7:16And then one time she drew basically what I was seeing in the meditation.
- 7:21And so I just deemed it all just beautiful magic. And now I let her draw on
- 7:26me and I just count it as like a baby blessing, you know, but it does look a
- 7:30little gruesome today because she had red.
- 7:33Exactly. I just wanted to point that out. I've gotten used to it.
- 7:37Most of the time now I see you're all drawn on, you know, living canvas, which is beautiful.
- 7:42I mean, like I say you were doing this um with your
- 7:45kids and it really plays out
- 7:48i don't i see such magic and beauty
- 7:51in that i really do and when you
- 7:56become a canvas for someone like that especially someone so young um like your
- 8:00your youngest one who doesn't really have the ability to you know make actual
- 8:05drawings but some beautiful stuff still comes out of that and it looks wonderful
- 8:10sometimes Does it look like an eyeball or something, you know?
- 8:13And I'm just like, how did you manage that? Because she's just like, you know?
- 8:18Yeah, so that's what's going on with that. But, you know, this falls into exactly
- 8:25what you're talking about, too, you know?
- 8:28The wonderful beauty of walking through life. Like, you have your...
- 8:35And your days unfold the way they do. And like you said, with the planning and all,
- 8:41it sometimes doesn't work, but then again, it still works out the way it was
- 8:46supposed to because we're not forcing or we shouldn't force anything to happen in our lives.
- 8:54I've been going through a different aspect of it, so to speak.
- 8:58Like my days now are full. like my concentration is on this show and developing
- 9:04the church and I'm so ready for all of it.
- 9:06I'm trying to block out a lot of things that are going on in my life.
- 9:10I mean, a lot of them because I am so hyper-focused.
- 9:14But then that real life comes up where now I got to go to work and then work is in the way.
- 9:21And all day long, all I'm thinking about, oh, I got this great idea.
- 9:24And then I'm wondering how I can incorporate it into my job so I could get things done.
- 9:29This is the way things happen. I want people to be completely aware that success
- 9:37and failure, they're going to shine no matter what.
- 9:42Failure is never really failure. It's just another path that you're going to have to learn to take.
- 9:47It's just another lesson. You learn something from that failure.
- 9:51But with all of the outside influences that are going on, these are the things you have to look at,
- 9:58and how to incorporate it into your ideas. And this is how you're going to succeed
- 10:03by pushing forward and no matter what goes on.
- 10:06So even if, let's say your child drew all over you and you need to do a meeting
- 10:11or something, you know what?
- 10:12Show up at the meeting full of ink marks all over you.
- 10:17But that is going to project your life, your fun, your expectations forward.
- 10:26I think that's what happens with me That's my belief And that's what I think
- 10:32you're getting at too, right?
- 10:34100% Like, you know, this can be taken in so many different ways But it can
- 10:40be as small as that You know,
- 10:42one of the things that I wanted to get hung up on When I started the podcast
- 10:47Was having to get dressed up Because I'm on video I wanted to look nice This
- 10:52is permanent, you know what I mean?
- 10:53But with everything that was going on in my life specifically when I first started
- 10:58the podcast because I really almost didn't.
- 11:00I was like I don't have time for this and you're like 30 minutes a month that
- 11:03would be enough and I'm like well.
- 11:05Okay, okay. You know what I mean? So just the idea of having to make sure my
- 11:10hair was washed and brushed and my clothes were nice and you know what I mean?
- 11:15I had a good background and all of these things made it so it was impossible to try to plan anything.
- 11:21And I just kind of committed to whatever I looked
- 11:23like that day that's what I looked like that day and
- 11:27I don't scare myself a little bit sometimes going
- 11:29through the eye opener on YouTube because I'm
- 11:32like okay I really didn't brush my hair yet that day that's fine but the thing
- 11:38is is those expectations of what I look like and so people it was so people
- 11:43would take me seriously if I've got messy hair and drawings on me and I'm in
- 11:48my sports bra like how serious are people going to take me.
- 11:51But the truth is, is those are expectations I've placed on myself.
- 11:55If somebody popped up, I'd be like, oh, wow, it doesn't look like they brushed their hair.
- 11:58Maybe I would notice that. But as soon as they started talking,
- 12:02I'm not even going to be thinking about their hair.
- 12:04So maybe it doesn't really matter. And when I could let go of those expectations
- 12:09I set on myself and just enjoy what we were building with the podcast,
- 12:14I had way more time to do it.
- 12:16There was, You know what I mean? It was so much simpler just to get it done
- 12:20because all I had to do was hook up the laptop and push record with you.
- 12:26What I really like about that, the bottom line is we need to just learn to just show up.
- 12:34It's that simple. You know, I try to do the same thing.
- 12:40I tried to project an image, you know, on this show.
- 12:43You know, I got my, you know, trademark cap and, you know, the Eye Opener Society.
- 12:48Branding is good. It's branding, right. And, but, you know, the thing is,
- 12:53the same thing if, hey, you and I had a concept, an idea, and we say,
- 12:57we need to do the recording right now.
- 13:00I'm going to show up exactly the way you do. It's not going to change anything
- 13:04about the message that's going forth.
- 13:07You know, it may be entertaining to watch me maybe, you know,
- 13:11not looking as good, you know.
- 13:15And yet the same thing with you, you show up.
- 13:18And that's something that I'm
- 13:21very proud of to have you part of this is because you show up regardless.
- 13:26And you take pride in yourself regardless. Regardless, you know,
- 13:30if you haven't brushed your hair yet or what you're wearing,
- 13:33these are things that will not affect moving forward.
- 13:39This is what success looks like. It's showing up all the time and creating that
- 13:46magic because you know you have it in you and you don't need anything fancy.
- 13:51And this is what I always talk about, too. Like I said, I paid the money on
- 13:56Podbean for the video. I said, okay, well, since I paid for it,
- 14:00I'm just going to do video.
- 14:02But you're not going to get high-quality movie-like stuff.
- 14:06I just learned how to do audio stuff. That's going to take a while before I really fancy up a video.
- 14:13So what we're bringing to you is reality. This is what we really are in this moment.
- 14:21And we're still going to bring forth something powerful.
- 14:26And that's what you do as well, Lizzie. You do it beautifully. I love it.
- 14:31Thank you. Thank you. Like I said, this episode is kind of like a big focus
- 14:35on my whole thing right now.
- 14:37I'm trying really hard to switch from this mindset of like shadow working from
- 14:43the point of like trying to find the wound and poking at that.
- 14:46And it's so beautiful, but I've just done it for so long. I'm trying to switch to this other thing.
- 14:51And I think I just overcomplicated it really is too simple. If you're just radically
- 14:56honest with yourself and everybody around you about absolutely everything,
- 15:01it actually leaves no space for shame or guilt.
- 15:04Because if you're being honest with yourself, you don't have to trace back the
- 15:09first time you felt shame about something similar to this.
- 15:12You can just be like, oh, I feel shame because I feel like I'm supposed to be perfect.
- 15:16Or I had this expectation of myself that actually doesn't really matter.
- 15:19And so it's like when you can really just be honest, you can just see the little
- 15:24problem and kind of move through it.
- 15:27And everything kind of unfolds from there. And it just seems like it's a lot
- 15:32simpler than I think I was making it out to be.
- 15:37And if you remember one of our talks when we were comparing ourselves and our
- 15:42modalities and all, And I told you, the basic principle of my meditation is
- 15:47overly simplify everything.
- 15:51You teach me that, definitely. Most certainly.
- 15:55And this is the result. And it plays so naturally now.
- 16:02Because when we started this whole thing, you and I, you were way up here.
- 16:08You were in many, many different places. And then you disappeared.
- 16:11And then you'll pop back up and all.
- 16:15That's transmuting. And that's all part of the alchemy of all of this.
- 16:19And I love you for it, buddy. You know that, but,
- 16:23I've watched from that to what we have now.
- 16:27And you're showing up and you're focused. And your whole design and plan is
- 16:34for what we're trying to create. And you're showing up for everybody in this audience.
- 16:38And once things really kick off and we could start, you know,
- 16:42teaching, you're perfect for it.
- 16:45Because I taught to just overly simplify everything. We don't need to make it so dramatic.
- 16:54Whatever point we try to get across very very simple and i know you're laughing
- 16:59because i know lizzie's on another level but i understand you i was like i'm
- 17:03trying to write like a 500 page book on every topic and you're just like okay
- 17:07and then you like simplify it into a couple sentences and i'm like i guess that
- 17:11does kind of summarize that yeah that's probably.
- 17:15But this and this is what we
- 17:18teach you know and you learn from me
- 17:21i learn from you there's a lot of things you taught
- 17:24me i'm still to this day fascinated that i learned that money is a frequency
- 17:30it was the very first time i heard that was from you and ever since then i said
- 17:35wow that's oversimplifying it it's it's a frequency and i started to learn about
- 17:40that and now this is how I go about life.
- 17:43And you know what? I'm no longer worried about finances anymore because I'm
- 17:47seeing it so differently.
- 17:50I want to comment, speaking of life just does its things, I got to go turn on
- 17:55the light switch or this laptop's going to die. Give me 30 seconds. I'm so sorry.
- 18:00Yeah, go for it. This is, again, part of real life. And this is what happens during the show.
- 18:07We don't edit anything. So we don't want her laptop to die. But I did.
- 18:13I learned from Lizzie that... Never plug in in this part of the living room.
- 18:17And I forget that you have to turn the lighting switch or this wall,
- 18:21the outlet doesn't work.
- 18:23And I'm like, oh, crap. Okay.
- 18:26So yeah, the frequency of money has been a real trip for me to explore.
- 18:33And I'm going to have to do like a bunch of episodes on that one.
- 18:36I think I'm still fully grasping it, but it kind of goes right into the co-creation because the thing is,
- 18:45is every time you connect with somebody, even if it's just like you lock eyes
- 18:51with a stranger across the grocery store the thing is
- 18:55that is a moment of co-creating energy you guys both wrote a story about it had expectations.
- 19:03Exchanged energy moved on like you can literally change your whole life based
- 19:09on like making eye contact with a stranger I don't know if you've ever experienced
- 19:12that where it's like you just catch them in that moment you know what I mean
- 19:16and and you just like see something Thank you.
- 19:19The thing is, it's all meant to blend and we can learn so much.
- 19:27Our truth is inside of us, but there's only so much we can do with that.
- 19:32You know what I mean? That would be a really boring game if that's all it was,
- 19:35was to remember your truth.
- 19:36How many times have we done that? Probably, you know what I mean? It's what we can create.
- 19:41And so it's like, you got to remember who you are and what you want.
- 19:43And then you got to go out and realize that you don't actually know any of it.
- 19:48And now you're going to grow and change even more.
- 19:52And the more you can build off of other people,
- 19:55the more it expands both of you because your natural talent and personality
- 20:01play off of mine in such a way that like you make sense of me when I'm like,
- 20:06I can't even figure out what I'm trying to do. You know what I mean?
- 20:09And then I kind of do the same thing to you but like reverse
- 20:12and i find that this kind of
- 20:15applies across life in all concepts people
- 20:18your hobbies all of it it's just
- 20:21a kind of a blending of energy yeah i you know i just kind of got chills for
- 20:27a second when you mentioned about you know making eye contact just with strangers
- 20:30and all i think this is something we can set on the side i'm going to make a
- 20:35note about it and actually do an episode about that because... I'd love to.
- 20:39All right. Good. That's why I said I got chills. I was like,
- 20:42that's an excellent topic because I literally...
- 20:46Do that in life. In order for me to get a sense of anybody, I have to lock eyes, read that person.
- 20:53And so, yes, that exchange of energy and everything else, even if no words are
- 20:58spoken, yeah, that's an extremely long episode that we could get into.
- 21:05So I appreciate you bringing that up, but that does play into, you know,
- 21:09the whole cosmic world too, and just how we
- 21:12are all part of each other and the
- 21:15things we can get off of people so i'll keep it at
- 21:18that and we'll keep that for another episode and don't forget people this
- 21:20this is season two i don't know how many people
- 21:23actually sit and you know like read the synopsis is and down to like you know
- 21:26minutes but uh i just i used to do episodic uh shows you know one two whatever
- 21:34and i was like all right well let's just do seasons to keep them kind of compacted
- 21:37but i like the thoughts of seasons because it really breaks down.
- 21:43Timelines, because I don't believe in time anyway, but we could actually kind
- 21:47of group or bunch together a bunch of episodes, call it a season.
- 21:51And then I could look back and say, yeah, well, that whole season,
- 21:54we had some great conversations.
- 21:57And now moving forward in season two, we were just talking about this because
- 22:02we were, funny thing too, is like we sat down and both of us were staring at
- 22:06each other like, okay, what are we going to talk about?
- 22:09We had no idea. I mean, we both had thoughts, but we said we have so much we want to talk about.
- 22:17But to pick just one, we just kind of went, okay, let's just do this.
- 22:22And that's what works. And we have things, though, that we want to do and we're
- 22:27going to do for season two.
- 22:29And they're going to be some great, great, fantastic episodes.
- 22:33If all people remember from way back on the listener episode,
- 22:36my good friend, Brittany.
- 22:38Brittany's going to join us soon And she's going to interview Lizzie and I About
- 22:42the church And setting that all up So that's going to be great Because I love
- 22:47the way Brittany interviews,
- 22:48Lizzie and I get to sit back And just field questions Which is so much easier
- 22:52Than trying to come up with a concept And an idea at the last minute Like we're doing,
- 22:57So look forward to that one,
- 22:59Lizzie and I We were talking about this When we were doing all the relationship
- 23:03episodes There's going to be Put your kids to bed early And there's going to
- 23:07be a very explicit talk on sex eventually on here.
- 23:11We had some ideas. We wanted somebody else to join in, but I think Lizzie and I can handle this one.
- 23:17So we got these strong, powerful ideas,
- 23:20shows that are coming up and then lizzie and i speaking of all this authenticity and showing up.
- 23:28We have to start concentrating on the church too and
- 23:32we need to start doing like thursday night sermons
- 23:35and i got to figure out how to do some lives and we
- 23:38have all of this and you know what we're going to do
- 23:41it we have started and we're not going
- 23:44to back down but here's what we were talking about
- 23:47we need to show up and regardless of what we look like
- 23:50on you know camera we're going to be here
- 23:53for you lizzie's going to be here for you i'm going to be
- 23:56here for you we're going to be together and we're going to start branching off
- 23:58on different ideas and i'm still trying to get lizzie to take her concept of
- 24:04tiktok and put it on our platform here something else she hasn't done yet but
- 24:09i plugged in my laptop today so i'll probably catch up on those things.
- 24:18But yeah, I would like to have like, like I do my Saturday morning shows.
- 24:22I would love for Lizzie to do a solo episodes.
- 24:27These are all concepts and they're going to get done, but this is real life.
- 24:30This is what's so exciting.
- 24:32It's like we talk about these things and then when we wake up each day,
- 24:37we see, we kind of immerse ourselves into, well, what is the universe going
- 24:41to do with all of this? And how is it going to apply?
- 24:45And that's the fun part of it Because again This is where success comes in,
- 24:51You have to take sometimes Not everything's going to go Exactly as planned It's
- 24:57what you do with that When it does fall apart or break apart And how you change that.
- 25:05Europe. My brain just went, I had like two thoughts I was going to say, and then it just like,
- 25:12I was going to comment on because I kind of went off on two different tangents
- 25:17and then didn't fully finish it.
- 25:18I was talking about the frequency of money and then connecting it to kind of
- 25:23co-creating things with people.
- 25:24But I never circled back to finish my thought on that one.
- 25:28The thing is, is if you go into an interaction with an expectation of what you get out of it,
- 25:34if that is not what you were going to get out of it
- 25:36you now can't get what you were going to get out of it it's not
- 25:39in your awareness you're not even available to receive
- 25:42it but if you can just go into it like I
- 25:45you know I sent you a little bit of what I was writing that
- 25:49spiraled off so many thoughts that you had right
- 25:52and then you came back and you said things about
- 25:55it and it spiraled thoughts for me to have but
- 25:58if I had kept that for myself until you know
- 26:01you pay for it then I wouldn't have learned
- 26:03those things that I'm now going to put into it for the next
- 26:06person who's going to read it you know what I mean and so
- 26:10the thing about the frequency of money is when you
- 26:13let go of deciding a specific
- 26:16amount and a specific way you're going to get paid suddenly
- 26:20everything kind of starts flowing in like I'll
- 26:23do something and then I'll get like a
- 26:25bunch of free food or I'll do something and somebody will pay
- 26:28me money for something I didn't like anticipate you
- 26:32know and it like it all circles around but you.
- 26:35Have to trust the process and you have to be
- 26:38willing to put things out there and i'm
- 26:41not saying to like give away your work for free definitely like charge
- 26:44for your time and stuff and and your work but if you can do it from a place
- 26:49of knowledge that it's going to come back like it has to its cosmic law like
- 26:55it does and it'll always come whatever it is that you need when you need it
- 27:00you'll have it and that's the frequency of money.
- 27:04And this is why I would like a whole episode two on that, because yeah,
- 27:09this exactly what you're talking about is exactly what I learned.
- 27:12And it's just like, okay, rather than thinking, oh man, can I afford this?
- 27:16Should I, you know, spend money on it?
- 27:19If it feels like I can, I will.
- 27:22And then on the same way as receiving money, I mean, you know, I get a paycheck.
- 27:27I know that's always going to be there, but just like you said,
- 27:30it's not always going to be in the form of money, but it can be in the form
- 27:34of things, things that you need just happen to appear.
- 27:39It's cosmic and it's all part of my mental processing of everything now,
- 27:44where I don't need to look at my bank account and start doing all mathematics
- 27:49and, oh, am I going to afford this bill?
- 27:52That was too much work. And that's what puts so much pressure on you.
- 27:56And that's when you watch your money just go all the way down.
- 28:00It's it's hard too because sometimes when it's
- 28:03but specifically when you're playing with the frequency of money
- 28:06because you kind of have to jump off of that you know
- 28:09hamster wheel of work hard hard hard like literally when
- 28:12you get stressed about money you have to put your budget away
- 28:15and go for a walk like the frequency of
- 28:18money is built in your rest it's not built in
- 28:21your productivity that's capitalistic money which is still
- 28:24beautiful it's still the game we're playing i'm not minimizing that
- 28:27you still gotta work for it you know what i mean but in terms of resetting your
- 28:31brain back to like the quote abundance thing it's it's built in the rest yeah
- 28:38and it's amazing how cosmically a lot of things are coming today i've been watching this new uh podcast um.
- 28:47Motivational savages by jody savage i'll give
- 28:50her a shout out because i've i just started listening and she's a
- 28:53motivated motivational speaker and i
- 28:56like that because i love motivational speaking and she does this podcast
- 28:59and it was funny she was talking just about that just not with money where she
- 29:03was talking about like she just woke up and after all this work 10 000 followers
- 29:08she says when she was putting all of her time and energy into looking at stats
- 29:12and doing this and doing all the stuff that she was doing with book writing
- 29:16and something that she has to do with bookstores.
- 29:19Nothing seems to have been working. But in that moment of rest,
- 29:23when she took a step back, boom, there's the 10,000 followers all of a sudden.
- 29:29So that's, it's amazing. I was just listening to that this morning and you're
- 29:33bringing it up and you had no idea.
- 29:35So cosmically, that's what happens. So yes, that's the frequency of money.
- 29:40That's how it works. That's the frequency of anything really.
- 29:44Yeah. And I've really learned that if it doesn't come, you didn't need it.
- 29:49And the universe really pushed me to my limit on how willing I was to accept that.
- 29:55I talked a little bit about how I went through like a very deep poverty moment there.
- 30:00And there was a point in time in which I wasn't hardly paying anything.
- 30:04And I was like, my car is going to get repoed. I'm going to like my children
- 30:08and I are going to live in a box like everything. You know what I mean?
- 30:10Everything's falling apart.
- 30:12But I just got through my moment. I went back to what I was doing. I'd refocused.
- 30:18And every single time, things always got paid before I had a problem.
- 30:23You know what I mean? And I'm not saying don't pay your bills.
- 30:26I'm just saying that you don't have to have money and have this nervous system thing.
- 30:33That's what a lot of people teach, the frequency of
- 30:36money they won't even work with you unless you
- 30:39um can pay all your bills because when you're
- 30:42in that scarcity mindset they say it's too hard to get out
- 30:45of it but that just means they don't know how to
- 30:47get out of it and so that's what i'm playing in
- 30:50and i'm determined to freaking prove that you can get out of
- 30:53it and it's it's been working for me i'm slowly building and i never got my
- 30:58car repoed so yes we're gonna do a big episode on that um i think that'll be
- 31:06one of our next ones while we plan out um everything that we got to do uh in the coming months so.
- 31:12With that being said though i think we have established that what people need
- 31:20to understand whether it be money whether it be anything that they do in life
- 31:25from the babysitting at the last minute to, you know,
- 31:28turning on our podcast and hitting record with nothing to say.
- 31:32Everything's going to work out. And it's going to work out cosmically.
- 31:37And we don't need to force the process.
- 31:40We allow these building blocks to just start forming.
- 31:44That's how life works.
- 31:47You are...
- 31:50Well, you set your script, and then everything else has to come into play.
- 31:55I always use that analogy, and I did a whole podcast episode in the very early
- 32:00days, where life is just a stage. You are the actor. You write the scripts.
- 32:06But everything else around you, they're the lighting crew, they're the sound
- 32:10crew, they're the audience, they're, you know, the production managers.
- 32:14It all has to come together, and it's going to come together in its own beautiful way.
- 32:19I hope that was the analogy that came out perfect because i like that one that was beautiful,
- 32:26thank you well lizzie i think we said what we wanted to say this is season two
- 32:32we are going to move forward there's going to be so many more announcements
- 32:36so many more great shows and just like today completely authentic completely
- 32:43unedited when lizzie forgets to hit that switch to that, you know,
- 32:46turn the electric onto a computer. If it happens, it happens.
- 32:49We roll with it. We love you, Lizzie.
- 32:55Thank you. Thank you so much for recording with me today. And thank you for
- 32:58everybody for listening.
