- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_01]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_01]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_01]: Three separate bombshells just detonated within days of each other, and the left wing media is in a full unmistakable meltdown.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_01]: One outlet is now openly warning that President Trump is laying the groundwork for a national emergency over the 2026 midterms.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_01]: At the same time, the U.S.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_01]: Postal Service just released a 95-page role ready to slam shut every loophole, mail-in ballot cheaters have exploited for years, and President Trump himself when asked point blank, whether he will declare a national emergency on our elections, gave an answer that has every single Democrat.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely flipping out.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_01]: You're not going to want to miss this.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_01]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor, celebrating yet another glorious day in the Trumpian gold and age that you made possible back in November of 2024.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_01]: So if you're on a front or a seat on how you continue to change the nation and indeed the world in ways you never even imagined.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_01]: Alright, so let's start with the panic itself because panic is information.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_01]: Panic is an admission and boy is a legacy media spilling their guts.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_01]: The Guardian just published a piece that's literally dripping with fear.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_01]: They're freaking out.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_01]: They're claiming that Trump is, quote, sowing election distrust through his July prime time address when he revealed declassified information coming from the CIA, that did indeed confirm that voting machines throughout the country are catastrophically insecure, that China accessed the voter files of 220 million Americans.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_01]: that hundreds of thousands of non-citizens and dead people are listed and active on the voter roles and that a rogue faction inside our own intelligence community ran what one internal email literally called a shadow government to hide it all from the then sitting president which of course was president Trump in his first term.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_01]: Now you'll notice
- 2:29[SPEAKER_01]: You'll notice that the way the left wing activist disguises journalists at the Guardian framed us.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's Trump showing election distrust.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_01]: Note it's not Trump showing election.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_01]: There's no no.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_01]: He's showing election distrust.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: Meaning that if it weren't for Trump's efforts, every single solitary American would think that our elections are the most secure and pristine in the history of humanity.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_01]: a place where it takes six weeks to count its ballots.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yep, even in California, this is the Guardian have any issue at California, none at all, of course not.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_01]: They root for California.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_01]: They love California's system.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_01]: Nope, it's all President Trump's fault.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_01]: He's one, not California, not Democrats, not the 3AM ballot dumps.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_01]: Not even the Guardian itself.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_01]: Last week, forget it was the Guardian that was one of the most aggressive promoters of the Trump Russia collusion hoax.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_01]: For years, the Guardians lead reporter on this beat, Luke Harding actually went on to write the 2017 book entitled Collusion.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_01]: How Russia helped Donald Trump win?
- 3:40[SPEAKER_01]: No one pimped out more over the Russian collusion hoats and the supposedly rigged election of 2016 than the Guardian.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_01]: But no, no, no, no,
- 3:56[SPEAKER_01]: of the election distrust.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: And so according to their own reporting, voting rights experts.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, that's the term they use.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_01]: Voting rights, I would have it to hell that means voting rights experts and democratic officials believe that this administration's documents, it's rhetoric and Trump's refusal to deny an emergency declaration are all building toward one single ultimate
- 4:26[SPEAKER_01]: Federal control over the November midterms.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: Federal control, the Federalizing of the midterms.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_01]: That is what the Guardian is flipping out over.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_01]: They're petrified.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_01]: that based on everything they see Trump doing, that he is indeed going to declare a national emergency and federalize the midterms.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_01]: Now we've talked about this before, but what makes a national emergency declaration so unique is that it's able to bypass both the courts in Congress.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_01]: So as you know, a traditional E.O.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_01]: in executive order can be challenged in court.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_01]: It can get struck down by a judge and a like.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_01]: A national security emergency declaration is a completely different legal vehicle, the Supreme Court roll back in 1983, that a national security emergency can only be overturned by a two-thirds vote in both houses of Congress, which is essentially impossible to achieve, given the paralysis particularly in the Senate.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_01]: The Senate filibuster can't touch it.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_01]: The Senate parliamentarian can't overrule it, an activist judge can't issue an injunction against it.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_01]: And so I and a number of people have been arguing for months now that President Trump has to play hardball with this, right with these rogue judges deliberately hampering his executive orders on the one hand, and with the save act stalled,
- 5:50[SPEAKER_01]: in the worthless Senate on the other, even though they have the votes, apparently that is when they come back in a recess, they will have the votes, but it will be too late to say that act won't be able to be implemented in time.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_01]: So this is why I think he needs to act boldly and declare a national security emergency that bypasses both Congress and the courts and
- 6:14[SPEAKER_01]: And when he was recently asked by Wayne Allen Root about it, here's what he had to say.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, because it's so hard to get the Senate to do anything.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now they're on recess.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_00]: They don't get anything done if they never get the save America act done.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_00]: You have the right to declare a national security emergency for elections.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_00]: And the Supreme Court ruled in 1983 under Reagan.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_00]: that I in S versus Chata, that if you declare a national security mercy as the president of states, they can't challenge it.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: It can only be overturned by a two-thirds vote of both houses of Congress.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_00]: So if you do this in the next month, we will get photo ID, proof of citizenship, and limit to mail-in ballots, and we'll leave it at that stranger's house and okay, I'll leave it at that.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: All right, we'll leave it at that.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: Are you considering declaring a national security emergency?
- 7:14[SPEAKER_01]: Well, stranger things have happened.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_01]: Let's leave it at that.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_01]: That response is absolutely flipping out the left wing media, especially since the state of New Jersey, just admitted to having over 6,000 non-citizens on their voter rolls.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_01]: And they tried to blame a software glitch.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_01]: So basically what happened is you had these motor vehicles of people getting licenses, non-citizens getting licenses and then they put on their application that their non-citizens so they don't get automatically registered to vote.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_01]: Well, 6,000 of them, it's apparently much more than that, but 6,000 of them.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_01]: did get registered to vote, and they blamed the software glitch.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_01]: Only the software company has proof that the software worked perfectly, and that the only way those names of non-citizens ended up on Jersey's voter rolls is because someone or some individuals put them there.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_01]: It was obviously not a computer glitch, and it was obviously not a human error.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_01]: It was intentional.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_01]: six thousand and again, that's just what they admitted to homeland security as evidence that's actually tens of thousands in New Jersey alone tens of thousands of non-citizens on their voter rolls, so they were launching a whole investigation in New Jersey.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_01]: Can you imagine what California looks like?
- 8:43[SPEAKER_01]: Or Minnesota?
- 8:46[SPEAKER_01]: So again, the Democrat and the legacy media only have themselves to blame here.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_01]: Notice you don't have this problem in Florida or in Texas or in Tennessee, right?
- 8:57[SPEAKER_01]: If anyone has shown the seeds of distrust in our elections, distrust, I should say, it's them.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_01]: both of their obsession, the median, the Democrats of their obsession with the Russian collusion hoax and the ridiculous obviously corrupt voting antics ever since.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_01]: But we've got another election bombshell that just dropped and this is the one that Democrats never saw coming.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_01]: But first, did you hear this week about the two deaths in Michigan from the Cyclopspora Parasite?
- 9:34[SPEAKER_01]: You familiar with this?
- 9:35[SPEAKER_01]: It's crazy.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_01]: The CDC has more than 18,000 confirmed cases.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_01]: You may have heard about this explosive diarrhea outbreak in the U.S. this summer.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_01]: The CDC just confirmed the culprit.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_01]: It's this new parasite found in grocery store fruits and vegetables, which is exposed hundreds of millions of Americans across over 30 states.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_01]: The CDC is investigating a multi-state outbreak of cyclospoora, that's a parasite linked to contaminated fresh produce.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_01]: It could call severe diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, fatigue, and other debilitating symptoms.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_01]: Now, if you get sick, the CDC recommends a standard antibiotic.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_01]: Most people know it by its brand name, backtrum.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_01]: And that's why the wellness company created the medical emergency kit, which generic backtrum plus several other additional prescription medications to help treat more than 25 common illnesses.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_01]: and medical emergencies, all prescribed before you need them.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_01]: Getting your kit is simple.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_01]: Complete a secure online medical questionnaire if approved by a licensed physician, your kit shifts directly to your door.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_01]: Don't wait until you're sick to wish your prepared visit twc.health slash turly and use code turly to save up to $45 off plus free shipping.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_01]: Kits available to US residents only.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_01]: As President Trump considers declaring a national emergency to federalize the midterms, the United States Postal Service just dropped a 95 page ruling on how it will handle mail-in ballots and its design to take immediate effect.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_01]: The moment courts lift these absurd injunctions currently,
- 11:23[SPEAKER_01]: blocking it, which is Supreme Court is almost going to have to intervene with, and we're talking just in the next couple of weeks.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: Under the new rule, the U.S.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_01]: Postal Service would flat out refuse to deliver ballots and states that don't comply with the new standards.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's just that simple.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_01]: The post offices of federal department, right?
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: It's always been.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_01]: And if you're a state like California, Minnesota, or New York, that refuses to comply with the directors of the federal government in regulating male and balance, then you are not getting any.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_01]: It's that simple, another federal agency, the U.S. Post Service is not going to cooperate.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_01]: And timing is everything here, states like Virginia, Pennsylvania, they're set to start pushing male ballots out within the next month.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_01]: So if the Supreme Court moves fast, U.S.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_01]: Postal Service has said, it is ready and eager to flip the switch immediately.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_01]: Now make no mistake.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_01]: This isn't some vague bureaucratic gesture.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_01]: The new rule creates a federal mail-in ballot portal requiring officials to log data on every outbound federal mail-in ballot before it is ever sent.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_01]: That's a direct shot at the eight universal mail-in voting states that currently blast ballots to every name on the rolls.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_01]: Dead are alive, citizen are not.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_01]: It also imposes strict envelope design standards, including security bar codes to guarantee authenticity and track ballots through the system.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_01]: United States Postal Service employees would then verify every mailed ballot against that federal portal and check envelope compliance, bouncing back anything that doesn't match.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_01]: Now,
- 13:16[SPEAKER_01]: put all three pieces on the table at once here, right?
- 13:19[SPEAKER_01]: You've got the house already forced through the Save America Act by attaching it to a national security appropriations bill.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_01]: So that clears the Senate, Philoboster with a simple majority vote.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_01]: The reconciliation vehicle is built.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_01]: The votes in the Senate, 50 plus one, or reportedly there, then you've got Trump,
- 13:40[SPEAKER_01]: issuing a national security emergency declaration and then right on cue you've got the United States Postal Service dropping in 95 page document ready to enforce brand new ballot security standards the instant the courts get out of the way.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_01]: So again this is this is the three
- 13:59[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, these are not three unrelated headlines.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_01]: This is one coordinated machine built piece by piece designed to be immune from the very courts and Democrat law fair that have kept election reform locked in a cage for years.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_01]: bottom line the guardian is panicking because they see it.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_01]: They see what's happening.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_01]: The jig is up Democrats are panicking because they see it.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_01]: The only question left now is timing.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_01]: Does Trump wait for the Supreme Court to formally lift the injunctions blocking the United States Postal Services role?
- 14:38[SPEAKER_01]: Or does he use a natural security emergency declaration to bulldoze
- 14:46[SPEAKER_01]: Either way, gang, the fight for free and fair elections in this country is entering.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_01]: It's final, and most consequential phase, the House did its job.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_01]: The Senate apparently has the votes, the declassified evidences on the table, the postal services standing by, document in hand, ready to second the gavel drops, and the president of the United States has already told us in his own words.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_01]: We got this.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to get this done one way or another.
