Day 245 | Intro to the Prophet, Isaiah | 2 Corinthians 5: Now is the time for salvation
Day 245 of the Holy Bible One Year CHALLENGE. Isaiah rebukes Judah for their corruption and religious hypocrisy but says they can be cleansed if they turn to justice. He also envisions a future where God’s mountain will be the world's peace center, drawing all nations. Paul talks about trying to persuade others because they know the 'fear of the Lord,' insists they live for Christ, and urges reconciliation with God. He says now's the 'acceptable time,' quoting Isaiah to stress urgency.
