  Speaker 1: be the truth. Every man has lied one way or another.

  Speaker 1: But guess what. Jesus never lied. God never lied. Who

  Speaker 1: who wants to debate that? Did God through Jesus ever

  Speaker 1: let's be honest. Why lie anyway? What are you trying

  Speaker 1: to prove? What are you trying to hide? What are

  Speaker 1: you trying to project to the people that you're lying to?

  Speaker 1: Who you're trying to be? That is not you do

  Speaker 1: not lie to each other, hey man, since you have

  Speaker 1: taken off your old self, So that means we are

  Speaker 1: not the way we used to be. We are a

  Speaker 1: new person of new life and new creation in Christ.

  Speaker 1: A lot of people are so used to living in

  Speaker 1: their old ways that they forget as being a born

  Speaker 1: again believer that we no longer have to live in

  Speaker 1: those old ways. We need to abandon our old self,

  Speaker 1: not die to yourself. This whole thing about dying to

  Speaker 1: itself doesn't make sense. Jesus died for us to live.

  Speaker 1: Jesus didn't die for us to die. And what we're

  Speaker 1: dead to is sin. What we're dead to is the

  Speaker 1: old laws. Amen. What we're dead to is sin. When

  Speaker 1: I'm bound by the lawd no more, we're dead to sin. Amen.

  Speaker 1: with the righteous robe of Christ. And then stop lying.

  Speaker 1: You need to lie anyway. You can lie to people,

  Speaker 1: and that person. But guess who. You can't lie to

  Speaker 1: And it's a bad habit. I know people who are habitual,

  Speaker 1: habitual liars, right, I pray for them. I know them. Amen.

  Speaker 1: But what happens is when people habitually lie, they start

  Speaker 1: believing their own lies. And also not only that, but
• 12:29
  Speaker 1: they have to create lie upon lie. There's no turning back.

  Speaker 1: When you're lying. You continue to lie because there's no
• 12:36
  Speaker 1: turning back from that lie, because you don't want nobody
• 12:39
  Speaker 1: to know that you're not telling the truth. The opposite
• 12:43
  Speaker 1: of that, you start selling the truth in love, Amen,

  Speaker 1: and people believe you, they trust you, and you want
• 12:50
  Speaker 1: telling the truth. It's a better road, it's a better situation,
• 12:54
  Speaker 1: better option, it's a better destiny, it's a better outcome.

  Speaker 1: So the income the world says this, The business world says,

  Speaker 1: your income determines your outcome. Amen. But in the word

  Speaker 1: of God, we need to tell the truth anyway, because

  Speaker 1: we're not our old line sells anymore. We are a

  Speaker 1: new creation in Christ, and we are allowed to tell

  Speaker 1: the truth. Go ahead and tell the truth. Now, listen,

  Speaker 1: We're under the law of Grace. And Jesus said, there's

  Speaker 1: two commandments that all the commandments hang on. Is to

  Speaker 1: the first and most important commandment of God. Love God

  Speaker 1: only and all the Gods, Love Him with everything you have.

  Speaker 1: And then, secondly, love your neighbor, as you love yourself,

  Speaker 1: Jesus our Lord said, based on those two commandments. Hanging

  Speaker 1: on those two, if you're in that, if you're in Christ,

  Speaker 1: you're fulfilling all the others and the prophets. Man, So

  Speaker 1: we're not under the law no more. You ain't gonna

  Speaker 1: try to put people under those laws if you want to,

  Speaker 1: under the Lord anymore. Take off your old self and

  Speaker 1: lot of people are trapped and telling lies. So they've

  Speaker 1: been lying so many years, so many times, that now

  Speaker 1: it's going to be difficult for them to start telling

  Speaker 1: the truth, because now they're gonna know that they're gonna

  Speaker 1: expose themselves, and people are gonna start not trusting them anymore.

  Speaker 1: was getting older, right, both in my faith and in life,

  Speaker 1: in my age, I was stuck for three years thinking

  Speaker 1: two or three years honestly, thinking I was a certain age.

  Speaker 1: First it was a joke, then it turned into a lie,

  Speaker 1: and then I started believing it. So for like two

  Speaker 1: and a half years, three years, I was telling people

  Speaker 1: I was the same age. I was like, why am

  Speaker 1: I doing that? Math doesn't line up. I can't be

  Speaker 1: the same age for three years, right. So it started

  Speaker 1: off from a joke. The joke turned into a lie,

  Speaker 1: and then that lie started confusing me on the calendar

  Speaker 1: as I was getting older. But people know about that

  Speaker 1: yet a certain age, You're like, wait, I'm ho old

  Speaker 1: on I you start to taking out your calculator and

  Speaker 1: do the math. It is what it is, right, at

  Speaker 1: least for me, I do that sometimes. Psalms, chapter thirty four,

  Speaker 1: verse thirteen. Keep your tongue from evil and your lips

  Speaker 1: from speaking lies. Why why is God telling us not

  Speaker 1: to lie? Maybe because the outcome of lying is not good.

  Speaker 1: It's not golly, it's not righteous, it's not pleasing the Lord.

  Speaker 1: It makes no sense as being a born again believer

  Speaker 1: to lie anyway. Now, I know people are probably saying,

  Speaker 1: but you know, I've been telling somebody that they're a

  Speaker 1: good person or a pretty girl or handsome guy. Deep

  Speaker 1: down the side, I don't think that's true. Listen, keep

  Speaker 1: on being kind to people. Kindness is the way God

  Speaker 1: could use our kindness, is that it would lead people

  Speaker 1: to repent. I don't have nothing to do with other

  Speaker 1: people's the way they wear makeup, or how they look,

  Speaker 1: how they're eating, and all that stuff. I could pray

  Speaker 1: to the Lord and ask God to guide those people

  Speaker 1: and those things. Amen. If someone comes up confident and

  Speaker 1: swears and boasts about themselves about this and they're that,

  Speaker 1: that's between them and the Lord, honestly, and you know,

  Speaker 1: somewhere along the line the line, social media is a

  Speaker 1: playing field for lying people. You know, the people are catfishing.

  Speaker 1: They try to make themselves look one way on social media,
• 18:48
  Speaker 1: and then when you meet them kind of like shock.

  Speaker 1: You like and you are, oh, I'm so and so
• 18:53
  Speaker 1: you're like look at the social media and you look

  Speaker 1: at them, You're like, ohh somebody's been using some films

  Speaker 1: up in here. Or the young ladies that plaster themselves

  Speaker 1: with makeup and they conceal it. You just conceal her

  Speaker 1: to conceal acne, pimples or whatever, and they're not in
• 19:11
  Speaker 1: freckles or whatever. The other day, a young lady that
• 19:14
  Speaker 1: I know, amen, from early in her walk, and I'm
• 19:17
  Speaker 1: so happy for her that she's walking her faith. She

  Speaker 1: was walking through a supermarket telling the people about her
• 19:25
