Harvard Medical School is paying $53 million to families of donors whose bodies were stolen by former morgue manager Cedric Lodge, who sold human remains on the black market — including brains, hands, and even skin used for leather books — while serving an eight-year prison sentence. Six co-conspirators also pleaded guilty.
