- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jasonnewland dot com. My name is
- 0:15Speaker 1: Jason Newland. Please only listen when you can saintly goosise.
- 0:25Speaker 1: This is Whisper Sunday. This is Sunday is Sunday. Yeah,
- 0:45Speaker 1: So I'm going to talk about some stuff todays. This
- 0:56Speaker 1: might not be the correct thing to listen to go
- 1:03Speaker 1: to sleep, because I'm just gonna talk about how I'm
- 1:18Speaker 1: feeling a start off with uh kind of I'll just
- 1:34Speaker 1: say it that night, will just say instead of being
- 1:37Speaker 1: around the bush uncurse sausages passed away on during the
- 1:45Speaker 1: night last night. Not it was actually after I found
- 1:52Speaker 1: out after I made the recording yesterday, so stewing Friday night.
- 2:03Speaker 1: He passed away peacefully. And it's really weird. It's just
- 2:17Speaker 1: I can't I can't grasp but my mind around what's happened.
- 2:31Speaker 1: It doesn't make sense to me. Logically, I can get it.
- 2:38Speaker 1: He was ill and he died, you know, he had
- 2:44Speaker 1: a serious illness and he's organs shut down and he
- 2:50Speaker 1: passed away. It's a symbol really, but at the same time,
- 3:02Speaker 1: six weeks ago he was fine, but he wasn't.
- 3:09Speaker 2: But he he felt fine.
- 3:22Speaker 1: It's just weird. Just in such a short time, especially
- 3:27Speaker 1: the last week. I can't. I feel guilty because of
- 3:33Speaker 1: the COVID, I wasn't able to visit him for a week.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I saw him twice before he left, so I saw
- 3:42Speaker 1: him on Thursday and Friday, and I knew that he
- 3:51Speaker 1: was near the end. The nurses said that, you know,
- 3:55Speaker 1: he had hours, if not days left, so I knew that.
- 4:00Speaker 1: So it's not a shock in a sense, but it's
- 4:05Speaker 1: an overall shock to my life. Yeah, I just I'm
- 4:26Speaker 1: just confused. I'm not very confused. Yes, I can't. Yeah,
- 4:36Speaker 1: I'm trying to make sense of it in a positive way.
- 4:45Speaker 1: You know. I'm not sitting here feeling sorry for myself
- 4:50Speaker 1: or being overly dramatic or I don't think. But why
- 4:58Speaker 1: I have noticed. Wow, if I noticed is yesterday I
- 5:13Speaker 1: was very irritable, to the point of wanting to shout
- 5:19Speaker 1: out the window for the neighbors to shut the fuck up.
- 5:24Speaker 1: So I said, I was really if I did shout,
- 5:27Speaker 1: but not out of the window, cause I'm making so
- 5:31Speaker 1: much noise and it was bugging me. And it bugs
- 5:36Speaker 1: me anyway, but this is like on a it was
- 5:39Speaker 1: bugging me on a different level of intensity and I
- 5:46Speaker 1: wanted to do something. I wanted to physically do something,
- 5:57Speaker 1: which is I used to be when I was younger,
- 6:04Speaker 1: and i'm, you know, a bit more chilled with age
- 6:09Speaker 1: and just not just age, but with practice and purposely
- 6:15Speaker 1: it's trying to calm myself now. And I had a
- 6:22Speaker 1: little retaste of that feelings, and yeah, I didn't like it. Anger,
- 6:41Speaker 1: I guess just had a bit of anger in me.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I am angry about him that this is sad because
- 6:55Speaker 1: it's not okay, this is not necessarily logical or nice.
- 7:07Speaker 1: But I know some horrible people. I know some people
- 7:13Speaker 1: that are just they've got no redeeming qualities. Maybe they
- 7:18Speaker 1: have both hidden from me, and they've done horrible things
- 7:23Speaker 1: to people, and they continue to do it. And then
- 7:28Speaker 1: you've got Uncle Sausages who didn't cause problems for anyone. Really,
- 7:34Speaker 1: you just kept to himself as a nice man, loved them,
- 7:39Speaker 1: very passionate about sport, excited every day about the next
- 7:45Speaker 1: day coming up. Now, I'm not saying I think other
- 7:56Speaker 1: people should suffer instead of him. That's not what I'm saying.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I just don't think he should have suffered. If we
- 8:15Speaker 1: push it even further, really, he deserves to be alive
- 8:20Speaker 1: more than me because he's nicer. He's a nicer person
- 8:25Speaker 1: than me. It's really he appreciated being alive more than
- 8:35Speaker 1: I ever have. You know, I'm miserable out kid. A
- 8:42Speaker 1: lot of the time he was happy. He was a
- 8:45Speaker 1: happy man, and that just makes me feel a bit
- 8:54Speaker 1: of a fraud or unappreciateive towards what I do. They have,
- 9:03Speaker 1: which at the moment is I guess I've got a
- 9:07Speaker 1: degree of health. I don't know what my health is like,
- 9:11Speaker 1: but I'm here. I don't feel healthy, to be honest,
- 9:16Speaker 1: but I feel I'm here. I feel better than I
- 9:20Speaker 1: did last week, as for sure, But or do I
- 9:28Speaker 1: I don't know what days it's Sunday, Monday, you know
- 9:31Speaker 1: where when I had COVID. I mean, I didn't feel
- 9:36Speaker 1: great then. But maybe I am just feeling sorry for myself.
- 9:49Speaker 1: But I don't think I am. I'm just upset. And
- 10:02Speaker 1: then there's the whole I mean, I feel bad that
- 10:07Speaker 1: I didn't get to see him for that week because
- 10:09Speaker 1: he was upset with me. I was trying to explain
- 10:13Speaker 1: to him I was ill. Can you just come and
- 10:15Speaker 1: bring me some drinks? And I said, no, I'm ill.
- 10:18Speaker 1: You don't don't get it. I'm ready, and it's very
- 10:23Speaker 1: hard to tell someone that's terminally ill that you're ill
- 10:33Speaker 1: was a cold and expect them to have some kind
- 10:36Speaker 1: of sympathy. Now I didn't know it's COVID, but I mean,
- 10:41Speaker 1: COVID is a cold, isn't it's a flu. It's the
- 10:47Speaker 1: people have at different levels. Mine wasn't bad. I was
- 10:50Speaker 1: just ill, and then I was then I was recovered.
- 10:56Speaker 1: My uncle had and he didn't recover back into Fairy twenty.
- 11:01Speaker 1: So that's the reason why I didn't go into hospital,
- 11:12Speaker 1: well apart from the fact that's against the law. But
- 11:16Speaker 1: once I found out was COVID, now I know some
- 11:20Speaker 1: people would just say, Okay, well, I'm gonna go and
- 11:24Speaker 1: visit my friend. I'm gonna carry on what I'm doing.
- 11:30Speaker 1: The rules don't apply to me now I know, and
- 11:34Speaker 1: maybe in the park. I don't know if i'd have
- 11:36Speaker 1: been like that in the past, but I'd like to
- 11:40Speaker 1: think I wouldn't because I think my uncle was ill,
- 12:01Speaker 1: so he was very poorly and COVID got him, so
- 12:06Speaker 1: COVID finished him off. I didn't want to do that
- 12:10Speaker 1: to other people because you know, Uncle's sausages his was peaceful.
- 12:23Speaker 1: If I'd have got in there with COVID, his last
- 12:28Speaker 1: week might have been atrocious. So I don't yet. I
- 12:40Speaker 1: know I've already talked about that. The idea of like
- 12:43Speaker 1: spreading COVID to people, It's not really my thing, even colds,
- 12:51Speaker 1: because I know some people tell I did get a
- 12:55Speaker 1: message about this and thinking you know you are, but
- 13:01Speaker 1: about you know, having like a low immune system and
- 13:05Speaker 1: stuff and doing the right thing sometimes is the good idea.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Last year, I went to see a nurse to had
- 13:20Speaker 1: my annual check up. Thing. My stomach's gurgling, so like
- 13:30Speaker 1: my anal chatter, my anal chatter, my anal check up
- 13:36Speaker 1: is cause of the bipolar and on my medications. So
- 13:39Speaker 1: they checked my left on my kidneys and my I
- 13:44Speaker 1: suppose my heart, my blood and you know, they tore
- 13:47Speaker 1: that jacket to make sure that I'm okay, which is
- 13:52Speaker 1: a positive thing. Mean last time, they found out that
- 13:55Speaker 1: my blood sugar level was very low. Yeah, I wonder
- 14:12Speaker 1: they're gonna give me my next medical So I stopped
- 14:18Speaker 1: awning sugar and cut down. I've not cut down and
- 14:21Speaker 1: played LEVI and I did lose weight. I'm under I'm
- 14:31Speaker 1: under fifteen stone. Now I was sixteen stone, so I'm offering.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I'm moving between fourteen and a half and fifteen. That's
- 14:42Speaker 1: kind of my offering stage now. And I am slimmer,
- 14:48Speaker 1: which is good. Oh yeah, the nurse was wearing a mask.
- 15:00Speaker 1: This isn't my doctor's practice, the GP practice. So I said,
- 15:05Speaker 1: you taught me to wear a mask. She said no,
- 15:08Speaker 1: it's okay. I said, we can share if you like,
- 15:11Speaker 1: which is a weird thing to say. And she's explained
- 15:20Speaker 1: to me that she was immune deficient, so she had
- 15:24Speaker 1: a condition where her immune system was practically zero, so
- 15:32Speaker 1: she wore a mask. And you know what, again, no,
- 15:45Speaker 1: I think I did wear a mask. Yeah, I did
- 15:51Speaker 1: wear a mask. And again I was like that somebody
- 16:01Speaker 1: can mention she's chosen to do a job where she's
- 16:10Speaker 1: putting her own life at risk every day. She could
- 16:15Speaker 1: be sitting at home, keeping away from people, but no,
- 16:22Speaker 1: she goes to work and she helps people in an environment.
- 16:27Speaker 1: So she's a nurse. She's around all kinds of you know,
- 16:34Speaker 1: illnesses and stuff. Just every time she steps inside the
- 16:38Speaker 1: doctor surgery, she's surrounded by people that are unwell. She
- 16:46Speaker 1: chooses to do that to help people That's amazing, isn't it. Really?
- 16:59Speaker 1: I think about it. What a phenomenal person. That's dedication.
- 17:17Speaker 1: If you wanna be a record breaker, Yes, and that's
- 17:31Speaker 1: that's it. Really, it's four o'clock. That's the gold class.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Four in the morning. Went to about at eight o'clock
- 17:41Speaker 1: last night. Okay, I'll be honest, I'd just been restless.
- 17:53Speaker 1: I was restless during the night. I was restless to
- 17:57Speaker 1: night before. There's something I just a little bit disturbed
- 18:09Speaker 1: about the whole thing. I'm now wondering if the some
- 18:23Speaker 1: of the neighbors are planning to break into his flat
- 18:27Speaker 1: to try and see if there's anything worth stealing so
- 18:30Speaker 1: I can buy themselves crack. And that's not even exaggeration.
- 18:35Speaker 3: That's what they're like around him, some of them.
- 18:49Speaker 1: It's weird. So I can have a new two new
- 18:56Speaker 1: Dennants or living in his place in the next few months.
- 19:09Speaker 1: I wonder what it's gonna be. Will there be decent people,
- 19:15Speaker 1: will be more of the same, more chaos, and it
- 19:23Speaker 1: tends to be what happens now. I was just thinking
- 19:28Speaker 1: about over the fence, so we had the amount of
- 19:33Speaker 1: chaotic people we had living over there over the years.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Seriously it's just there's one flag and there's been three
- 19:57Speaker 1: tenants that have all been absolute. I'll just I was
- 20:05Speaker 1: supposed to find my boss, the right word, but the
- 20:09Speaker 1: degree of chaos. There was a couple living there. There's
- 20:17Speaker 1: been a few people lived there since I've lived there,
- 20:20Speaker 1: but his a couple and they always argue it and
- 20:27Speaker 1: the pluck in there. He would, yeah, he would order
- 20:36Speaker 1: palettes and he would break up the palettes during the
- 20:39Speaker 1: day and burn them at night. They did this for
- 20:43Speaker 1: like a whole summer, and then one night he set
- 20:47Speaker 1: fire to the lawn. So I just wake up and
- 20:53Speaker 1: I noticed that the garden's very bright out there over
- 21:02Speaker 1: the fence. So I go outside and the lawn it
- 21:19Speaker 1: basically he was using a dust bin to light the
- 21:28Speaker 1: you know, to have the fire in, and the dustbin
- 21:32Speaker 1: had fallen over, so it had spread all over the
- 21:37Speaker 1: grass and the grass was on fire. And I came
- 21:46Speaker 1: outside just to sort of check it out cause I
- 21:51Speaker 1: wanted to, you know, make sure it didn't spread. And
- 21:57Speaker 1: the bloke was upset that I was outside and we
- 22:01Speaker 1: doing okay, So that was weird. Another time, his girlfriend
- 22:11Speaker 1: was over here. She was lying in the road outside.
- 22:16Speaker 1: She wasn't injured. She's just lying in the road and
- 22:20Speaker 1: her boyfriend was smashing up the furniture in the flat,
- 22:31Speaker 1: and it was like weird. They moved out, They probably
- 22:34Speaker 1: got kicked out. And then another lady moved in the
- 22:39Speaker 1: sac flat and she used to scream at herself. She'd
- 22:44Speaker 1: have arguments with herself and went on for hours, like
- 22:49Speaker 1: you know, daily, And then she left, and then we
- 22:54Speaker 1: got another one moving really loud, just loud, and it's
- 23:11Speaker 1: hard for me. I grew up in chaos, being around
- 23:17Speaker 1: crazy people, shouting and aggressive and swearing and doing stupid
- 23:26Speaker 1: things and saying horrible things, and so I grew up
- 23:32Speaker 1: in that. I spent years living that lifestyle when I
- 23:37Speaker 1: was very young. I didn't like it then, I don't
- 23:42Speaker 1: like it now now I have my moments. I'll be honest,
- 23:46Speaker 1: like my moments when I'm a little bit like that myself,
- 23:49Speaker 1: but I don't. I don't involve other people. I keep
- 23:59Speaker 1: it to myself. I know we're all different, but I
- 24:06Speaker 1: don't live a chaotic lifestyle, and I won't. I can't
- 24:16Speaker 1: do that. I mean, it's part of the reason why
- 24:20Speaker 1: I didn't reproduce. It's a part of the reason why
- 24:24Speaker 1: I'm not in a relationship with someone these gonna be
- 24:32Speaker 1: I don't know. I just don't want that kind of
- 24:35Speaker 1: lifestyle shouting and arguing. Just now, my stomach's gurgling, really
- 24:46Speaker 1: had it's a proper gurglar. Yeah I'm not. I didn't.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I mean, I know this is a counsel of state,
- 25:10Speaker 1: but it's like it's only a few people, honestly, Like
- 25:16Speaker 1: in my blog, everyone's fine. Now, okay, there's a there's
- 25:23Speaker 1: a I help with everyone, but there's you know, there's
- 25:29Speaker 1: always going to be problematic people. But it don't really
- 25:35Speaker 1: cause me problems. It's just they're living a lifestyle that
- 25:40Speaker 1: I don't. I'm not into. And most of the time
- 25:56Speaker 1: the people on this state are pretty cool, which just
- 25:59Speaker 1: takes a few who wanted.
- 26:02Speaker 4: To rely read loud, obnoxious individuals. And there's one that.
- 26:15Speaker 1: Just spends this things of being in the garden all
- 26:17Speaker 1: the time shouting, and then another neighbor always manages to
- 26:27Speaker 1: be friend wherever new people move in. There's a family
- 26:35Speaker 1: that loved this estate, but don't they live They don't
- 26:40Speaker 1: live in the council bar, but their family have been
- 26:44Speaker 1: there forever and they just love to be friends with
- 26:48Speaker 1: the people on this little council probably they've been doing
- 26:53Speaker 1: it probably for forty to fifty years. So when someone
- 26:58Speaker 1: knew moves in, they'll find a way in so they
- 27:04Speaker 1: can go into their home and they can spend time
- 27:07Speaker 1: here and make lots of noise. And I don't really
- 27:16Speaker 1: get it, to be honest. I mean, I was curious
- 27:24Speaker 1: about what Luke's old flat would look like once he
- 27:28Speaker 1: moved out and a new person moved in. So I
- 27:31Speaker 1: was curious about that. And I have been in there
- 27:35Speaker 1: because the neighbor fired me in and it was like
- 27:39Speaker 1: a different flat enough, is weird? The same, same rooms,
- 27:46Speaker 1: completely different. And I have been in every flat apart
- 27:59Speaker 1: from one, So I've seen all the different flats in
- 28:06Speaker 1: this building. But m h, and they've all been in
- 28:16Speaker 1: my flat as well, including the one that I've not
- 28:21Speaker 1: been in. He's only been in there a couple of times.
- 28:33Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, lah bah.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Ba, I'm just talking for the sake of talking now
- 28:54Speaker 1: one night. So that really that sort of is his
- 29:08Speaker 1: uncle sausages passed away. See why I didn't realize. I
- 29:22Speaker 1: guess I didn't realize how ill he was. I said,
- 29:28Speaker 1: he to say that now, isn't he now? He's dead.
- 29:30Speaker 1: It's like, obviously he was ill, but he was I
- 29:35Speaker 1: mean to say that he was really ill. He's also
- 29:40Speaker 1: just an obvious statement, but there was there was a
- 29:49Speaker 1: question mark that he had and I had. We had questions. So, okay,
- 29:55Speaker 1: so he's got this thing. Why can't they do anything
- 30:01Speaker 1: about it? Why can't they remove it? Give him surgery,
- 30:05Speaker 1: give him some hope, something, And they said there's nothing
- 30:10Speaker 1: they could do. And his question I kind of felt.
- 30:17Speaker 1: We had this conversation outside a few weeks ago in
- 30:23Speaker 1: the sun, and I kind of understood where he was
- 30:28Speaker 1: coming from because I felt the same way. So why
- 30:31Speaker 1: can't they do something? And I said to the nurse
- 30:38Speaker 1: at the time, why can't you just give him an
- 30:41Speaker 1: operation and try and do something. She said, he wouldn't
- 30:45Speaker 1: survive an operation. I said, that's not a bad thing,
- 30:51Speaker 1: giveing his condition and whatever. I'm not saying it's a
- 30:55Speaker 1: good thing. He doesn't survive, but give him that option
- 31:01Speaker 1: to go peacefully and he won't know anything about it'll
- 31:07Speaker 1: be on her prey at the table and if it
- 31:11Speaker 1: helps him, it helps him if and if if that's it,
- 31:14Speaker 1: then that's it. And she said, no, it doesn't work
- 31:18Speaker 1: like that operations are expensive and they don't do them
- 31:25Speaker 1: unless there's a chance that's can help. I don't know.
- 31:44Speaker 1: There's also a part of me thinking about him places
- 31:49Speaker 1: and what use is it in situations like this. Yeah,
- 32:14Speaker 1: I just wonder. On Thursday, he was very restless old
- 32:23Speaker 1: Uncle sausages and I started to talk to him, and
- 32:36Speaker 1: I did do some hypnosis with him, trying to again
- 32:42Speaker 1: to just calm down, to relax his body. And I
- 32:48Speaker 1: didn't really get a chance to do it properly, but
- 32:54Speaker 1: I told him that because he kept moving around, he
- 32:57Speaker 1: was unconscious, but he was moving around arms, raising his
- 33:02Speaker 1: arms up and his legs is very uncomfortable. He was
- 33:07Speaker 1: clearly cause he was moving around. But at the same
- 33:11Speaker 1: time he may have been dreaming. I don't know, but
- 33:19Speaker 1: I told him that his arms were heavy, and when
- 33:25Speaker 1: I said that to him, he stopped moving his arms around.
- 33:37Speaker 1: And I probably talked to him for maybe ten minutes,
- 33:49Speaker 1: maybe longer, just telling him, but it's okay to relax,
- 34:04Speaker 1: it's okay to let go. And I sat down on
- 34:13Speaker 1: Friday as well. That's telling him it's okay toct to
- 34:19Speaker 1: let go. Doesn't have to struggle anymore, doesn't have to
- 34:26Speaker 1: hold on, it's okay to let go. But on Friday
- 34:42Speaker 1: he was completely relaxed. He was on a morphine thing,
- 34:50Speaker 1: morphine drip or drive or wherever it's called. And then
- 35:03Speaker 1: he's just lying there. I think. I mean, it's natural
- 35:26Speaker 1: to be thinking about my own life. I suppose in
- 35:32Speaker 1: situations like this, what have I done? What have I accomplished?
- 35:38Speaker 1: Has there been any purpose to my existence? It's kind
- 35:43Speaker 1: of the questions I've got. Maybe another nicer way is
- 35:51Speaker 1: what is my legacy? Well, I'll just be forgotten. Maybe
- 36:00Speaker 1: that's it, just be forgotten. But then there's some people
- 36:15Speaker 1: that I think do get to live on in memories,
- 36:22Speaker 1: different kinds of memories. So you've got famous writers, musicians
- 36:38Speaker 1: from hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of years ago, something
- 36:43Speaker 1: thousands of years ago, but we don't necessarily know what
- 36:50Speaker 1: they were like as people. I think you can probably
- 37:10Speaker 1: get kind of an idea what I'm like, kind of phaps.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Some of my recordings not necessarily a good thing. Thousands
- 37:31Speaker 1: of hours of me talking thousands Is that my legacy?
- 37:46Speaker 1: Just to leave my ramblings? I don't know. There's no
- 38:15Speaker 1: boxing on last night this month, I think, apart from
- 38:22Speaker 1: one fight on the sixteenth August. There ain't much going on,
- 38:29Speaker 1: which is a shame. And in September finished a couple
- 38:34Speaker 1: of big fights. There's a big year November. I think
- 38:45Speaker 1: there's a big one as well, David Benevitez against Calamu Smith.
- 38:57Speaker 1: David Benevitez is going to win that. Davy Bevas So
- 39:08Speaker 1: he's now the world champion light heavyweight. He was one
- 39:23Speaker 1: one three times super lightweight, a super middleweight champion. He
- 39:31Speaker 1: won it. Wait a minute, he was the interims of
- 39:40Speaker 1: twice and then he was interim I think anyway, he's
- 39:45Speaker 1: really great. David benefit is he's pretty much my favorite boxer,
- 39:52Speaker 1: but he hasn't been fighting hugely regularly the last few
- 39:57Speaker 1: years because he was just drawling water waiting to fight Canelo,
- 40:04Speaker 1: and Canelo wouldn't fight him. So in the end he
- 40:09Speaker 1: went up to light everyway and then that was wherever
- 40:17Speaker 1: he went, it was blocked. Canelo held all the titles,
- 40:22Speaker 1: and then he went up to light everyway and all
- 40:25Speaker 1: the titles were all clogged up there as well. And
- 40:36Speaker 1: kindly Bivel has to well he did have to be
- 40:39Speaker 1: gave up one of the titles because he's choosing to
- 40:43Speaker 1: have another fight with what's his name? Previous champion, better
- 40:59Speaker 1: be so before and him. I think they're having a
- 41:04Speaker 1: third fight. The first fight better be everyone. What was
- 41:19Speaker 1: it a draw? I can't remember. I think it might
- 41:24Speaker 1: have been a draw, blimey. The second one, befol one,
- 41:35Speaker 1: the third one. I don't know. I'll always give it
- 41:38Speaker 1: to Befol because he's so good to me. He's gonna
- 41:47Speaker 1: put him down. It's pound personally pound for pound number one,
- 41:54Speaker 1: maybe not, I don't know. I think it's sick deserves
- 42:00Speaker 1: to be number one pound for pound. Maybe it's hard
- 42:16Speaker 1: when you got different weight boxes to really to compare
- 42:22Speaker 1: someone like inery who is he has to wear heavy birds.
- 42:28Speaker 1: He doesn't float off. He's so light, and you've got
- 42:34Speaker 1: boosics heavy heavyweight. I don't know how much he weighs,
- 42:47Speaker 1: doesn't weigh a lot. Actually fifteen half sixteen stones. It's
- 42:55Speaker 1: not heavy. He's heavy, but it's not like heavy heavy.
- 43:02Speaker 1: Everyone he finds it's a lot heavier than it. Yeah,
- 43:27Speaker 1: so I suppose I should just come into my breakfast
- 43:30Speaker 1: now watch a bad TV. My brain's an been fake
- 43:42Speaker 1: at the moment. Just I don't don't show what to
- 43:49Speaker 1: do with myself. I won't thank you for listening. Remember
- 44:02Speaker 1: to be kind to yourself because you do deserve to
- 44:06Speaker 1: be happy. Be gentle with yourself. You deserve to feel safe.
- 44:14Speaker 1: Lots of love, bye,
