- 0:22Speaker 2: It is time to leave your worries outside and laugh
- 0:26Speaker 2: with us inside the Treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley along with
- 0:29Speaker 2: Trey Trenholm and Jerry Caldwell today. So much fun and
- 0:37Speaker 2: goodness to get to as we close out the first
- 0:40Speaker 2: week of regular shows in the year twenty twenty six,
- 0:45Speaker 2: and because it is still early in the year, there
- 0:47Speaker 2: are still lots of carryover things from the previous year
- 0:52Speaker 2: into the new year, one.
- 0:54Speaker 3: Of which is this.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Strange but true former NFL lineman Matt Khalil is suing
- 1:01Speaker 2: his ex wife for telling everyone he has a huge wiener.
- 1:08Speaker 2: So it's so big that we first heard about it
- 1:17Speaker 2: last year. I guess his wife went on a podcast
- 1:19Speaker 2: or something and told people that one of the reasons
- 1:22Speaker 2: why they got divorced was because she just couldn't take
- 1:24Speaker 2: it anymore. And then, carrying over into twenty twenty six,
- 1:28Speaker 2: that's how big it is. He's now suing her or
- 1:32Speaker 2: sharing intimate details of their personal life. Twenty twenty six
- 1:37Speaker 2: is interesting as hell. I don't care what you say,
- 1:40Speaker 2: good bad, illegal legal kidnappings or capturings.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Whatever, it's an interesting year already enrolling like a weekend.
- 1:49Speaker 1: And what exactly are his damages that he's claiming?
- 1:55Speaker 2: Buddy, I'm with you, because I immediately wondered, is it
- 2:01Speaker 2: just me? Or is this a good problem to have?
- 2:03Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 2:04Speaker 2: I mean most guys can't get a nice word and
- 2:07Speaker 2: all out of their ex wife. And this chick's going
- 2:09Speaker 2: around telling everyone ladies, he's stacked like two coat cans.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Exactly what part of the penal code has she violated?
- 2:19Speaker 3: I guess somewhere in the middle.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Uh So, according to the story, uh Matt Khalil is
- 2:30Speaker 2: finally breaking his silence after his ex wife Haley, claimed
- 2:35Speaker 2: his penis size.
- 2:36Speaker 3: Torpedoed their marriage.
- 2:37Speaker 2: He's doing so in the form of a lawsuit against
- 2:40Speaker 2: the influencer and model. TMC Sports obtained the documents, in
- 2:45Speaker 2: which the former Carolina Panther and Minnesota Viking players says
- 2:48Speaker 2: Haley's invasive commentary ruined his attempt at keeping out of
- 2:52Speaker 2: the public eye after retiring from football. That's how big
- 2:56Speaker 2: of an eye it is. In the lost, Khalil says
- 3:00Speaker 2: it all stems from Hailey's appearance on popular streamer Marlon
- 3:05Speaker 2: Garcia's marathon video in November of twenty twenty five. In
- 3:10Speaker 2: the clip, Khalil says Haley implied that the size of
- 3:14Speaker 2: plaintiff's genitalia was a primary factor in the party's divorce
- 3:17Speaker 2: and claimed that sexual intercourse with plaintiff would leave her
- 3:20Speaker 2: quote in tears. In that stream, she described it as
- 3:24Speaker 2: two coke cans, maybe even a third, and said it
- 3:27Speaker 2: contributed to them going their separate ways. Haley filed for
- 3:33Speaker 2: divorce all the way back in twenty twenty two. Matt
- 3:36Speaker 2: claims that because of those remarks on the show, he's
- 3:39Speaker 2: been subjected to unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.
- 3:44Speaker 3: Oh we're just getting started, Matt.
- 3:48Speaker 2: On top of that, he claims his family members have
- 3:51Speaker 2: been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these
- 3:54Speaker 2: degrading and deeply personal statements.
- 3:57Speaker 4: I don't know at what point any of that is degrading.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I wish I was so huge that I could tell
- 4:04Speaker 2: someone quit telling everyone how huge it is. It's degrading.
- 4:08Speaker 2: But that's not my lot in life. That I was
- 4:09Speaker 2: not a chosen one in that department.
- 4:12Speaker 3: So you want a public apology, I'm so sorry you
- 4:15Speaker 3: have a tiny peepe. Is that better?
- 4:17Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 4:17Speaker 3: That's no one's gonna believe it. You can't take that back.
- 4:23Speaker 2: As a result of the viral clip, mat Khalil says
- 4:26Speaker 2: his new wife received messages that became increasingly frequent, disturbing
- 4:29Speaker 2: and alarming in nature over time.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Probably a bunch of chicks going can I see it?
- 4:36Speaker 3: Yeah, show me yours and I'll show you mine. Mm hmm.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Broke could probably make a killing on only fans with
- 4:44Speaker 2: just one photo. He claimed that while his family was
- 4:48Speaker 2: left to deal with the crapstorm, Hayley started. She's been
- 4:51Speaker 2: able to financially benefit from the surge in traffic. That
- 4:54Speaker 2: is absolutely one thousand percent probably accurate. Because you make lines,
- 5:00Speaker 2: you can then capitalize on said headlines. The thirty six
- 5:05Speaker 2: year old is suing four invasion of privacy as it
- 5:08Speaker 2: disclosed highly intimate and private fact regarding plaintives of physical
- 5:12Speaker 2: person and sexual life, as well as unjust enrichment, saying
- 5:15Speaker 2: Haley received substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement and
- 5:20Speaker 2: monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage. That
- 5:24Speaker 2: is amazing. His dick is so big. His ex wife
- 5:27Speaker 2: is still profiting on it. They should put it in
- 5:35Speaker 2: the Ring of honor, not him, just it. I mean,
- 5:39Speaker 2: don't get me wrong, he's a good player. He was
- 5:41Speaker 2: a very good player. Give it a jersey number, Yes, eleven,
- 5:48Speaker 2: because that's one. I said eleven, just because one. It
- 5:54Speaker 2: ain't gonna hold up. You're gonna have to have him
- 5:55Speaker 2: side by side or double zero.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Oh man.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Look, I have heard, you know, from you know, in
- 6:08Speaker 2: popular culture interviews and from people that claim to have
- 6:13Speaker 2: gargantuan Wieners. You know, it's sometimes it's difficult because you know,
- 6:17Speaker 2: there are big Wiener problems in life when it comes
- 6:21Speaker 2: to intimacy and such. But I'll tell you this, I
- 6:25Speaker 2: don't know any one of those guys that would trade
- 6:28Speaker 2: places with a with a micro Wiener dude. No, yeah, sorry,
- 6:36Speaker 2: I'd rather have a big problem than a tiny one.
- 6:42Speaker 2: So now he's requesting a jury trial and damages on
- 6:46Speaker 2: all causes asserted in the complaint with the amount exceeding
- 6:50Speaker 2: seventy five thousand dollars.
- 6:52Speaker 3: Kind of reasonable when you think about it.
- 6:56Speaker 1: That's it.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Well, he doesn't need a whole lot of cash. I mean,
- 7:01Speaker 3: he's got so much clout.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Now, So you're upset because your wife talked about your
- 7:09Speaker 1: big dick, and so now your big dick is going
- 7:12Speaker 1: to file a lawsuit, giving even more publicity to said
- 7:14Speaker 1: big dick.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Technically, yes, ironically, he wants her to shut up, and
- 7:25Speaker 2: there's one really good way to make that happen. And
- 7:33Speaker 2: from the sound of it, he could probably get a
- 7:34Speaker 2: number of people to shut up on it all at
- 7:36Speaker 2: the same time. So yeah, and.
- 7:41Speaker 1: He wants he wants a jury trial, So that means
- 7:45Speaker 1: he wants a bunch of other people.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Because here's the thing.
- 7:47Speaker 2: When it comes to a trial, there's going you have
- 7:53Speaker 2: to confirm the claims they're in the lawsuit.
- 7:59Speaker 3: There's a discovery process.
- 8:01Speaker 2: There's discovery process, and part of that discovery is going
- 8:04Speaker 2: to be all right, the court has to see it.
- 8:07Speaker 2: We have to see is are these claims accurate? Because
- 8:13Speaker 2: if she's lying, then his case doesn't hold water because
- 8:18Speaker 2: he's talking about revealing private facts and intimacy that are
- 8:22Speaker 2: not for the public consumption. It's not like she's going
- 8:25Speaker 2: around telling everyone that would listen. He's a big dude
- 8:28Speaker 2: with a tiny wiener, in which case he could say no,
- 8:31Speaker 2: it's not, No, it's not and then in that case
- 8:34Speaker 2: you would still then need to see it to believe
- 8:36Speaker 2: it if it was, you know, if she's out there
- 8:38Speaker 2: trying to slander his manhood. But now it's the opposite.
- 8:42Speaker 2: So I think still in the court, you're gonna have
- 8:44Speaker 2: to see it. And you're right, Trey. If he's requesting
- 8:47Speaker 2: a jury trial, that's like saying I want twelve people
- 8:51Speaker 2: to look at it officially and stamp huge.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Well, where exactly are you? Know? You're what's the jury questionnaire?
- 9:04Speaker 1: Look like? How big is it? How big have you had?
- 9:07Speaker 1: What you know? Are you You're gonna use all your
- 9:11Speaker 1: what air dire strikes to uh? Just I mean clearly
- 9:15Speaker 1: just any nerdy white guys you're out, ye, get out
- 9:19Speaker 1: of here?
- 9:20Speaker 3: Yeah, three of us, no chance.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Yeah, it's clearly he doesn't hate the publicity all that much.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Right, And you're right, though, Tree, because I mean, in
- 9:37Speaker 2: the court setting, you have all these things formalities, there's
- 9:42Speaker 2: discovery process like like Jerry mentioned, I guess he's that
- 9:49Speaker 2: hurt or not hurt physically by it, because.
- 9:55Speaker 3: I guess it makes sense.
- 9:56Speaker 2: You don't want your ex wife running around profiting off
- 9:58Speaker 2: of it because it's yours to off and off of, Right, And.
- 10:03Speaker 1: It sounds like he could like you said, I mean,
- 10:06Speaker 1: is he still play?
- 10:09Speaker 2: I think he's retired. It said in the story he's
- 10:10Speaker 2: thirty six. I think I think he's since retired. But yeah,
- 10:14Speaker 2: when it comes time to jury selection process for this
- 10:17Speaker 2: big Wiener trial with Mat Khalil and his ex wife,
- 10:21Speaker 2: they're going to have to ask questions of the jury
- 10:23Speaker 2: like like they would ask in any other lawsuit. Have
- 10:28Speaker 2: you ever had any experience with facts similar to this case?
- 10:33Speaker 3: I e.
- 10:34Speaker 4: Have you ever seen one? Have you ever felt one?
- 10:37Speaker 4: Has one ever been inside you? Has one been behind
- 10:40Speaker 4: you and tapped you on the shoulder and said get
- 10:42Speaker 4: out of my way?
- 10:45Speaker 1: I mean, I mean he can start an only fans
- 10:48Speaker 1: he played dress up with it.
- 10:52Speaker 2: He could play more like if you're playing dress up
- 10:54Speaker 2: on Matt Khalil's Wiener. That's not just like a little
- 10:57Speaker 2: topologiesial kind of thing. No, this is the kind of
- 10:59Speaker 2: thing that could walk the runways of Milan on its own.
- 11:05Speaker 1: A monocle on a beret. I mean, it's just a cigarette,
- 11:10Speaker 1: put a mask on it.
- 11:18Speaker 3: It's just be huge.
- 11:23Speaker 2: The other thing is like if she had been lying
- 11:26Speaker 2: and it's not actually that big. She sounds like someone
- 11:30Speaker 2: i'd want to take fishing. Well, really, he caught a
- 11:35Speaker 2: fish this big, there's like six coke cans away. That's
- 11:42Speaker 2: It's a strange, strange world we live in when a
- 11:44Speaker 2: man has to sue his ex wife for going around
- 11:46Speaker 2: telling everyone how big is wiener is.
- 11:51Speaker 1: I I really do I I I just don't feel
- 11:56Speaker 1: like he's gonna get a lot of sympathy amongst the people.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Nope.
- 12:04Speaker 3: I mean, yeah, she shouldn't be profiting directly from it.
- 12:11Speaker 3: On the other hand, maybe she should. I mean she was.
- 12:13Speaker 2: She was the one that you know, was in tears
- 12:16Speaker 2: because of it for a number of years, So maybe
- 12:18Speaker 2: she feels she's owned a little something extra. I look
- 12:26Speaker 2: at Jerry Wavering is like, maybe I'll tell you this
- 12:29Speaker 2: right now. This would be the new trial of the century.
- 12:31Speaker 2: If this goes to trial, court TV will come back hard.
- 12:40Speaker 1: I can't wait. Can't wait to see Nancy Grace cover
- 12:43Speaker 1: this one all over it.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Y'aw.
- 12:51Speaker 1: I bet Shepherd Smith will come out of retirement too.
- 12:56Speaker 2: He's on the courthouse steps begging for media to be
- 13:00Speaker 2: allowed in the courtroom. Let's get Daniel Cook from COOKDFW
- 13:05Speaker 2: Roofing and Restoration into the treehouse for your free roof
- 13:09Speaker 2: inspection and property review.
- 13:11Speaker 3: Give them in a call eight three.
- 13:12Speaker 2: Three COOKDFW or the website cookdfw dot com. Daniel, one
- 13:17Speaker 2: of the great services you offer in addition to that
- 13:19Speaker 2: free roof inspection and free property review is you help
- 13:24Speaker 2: people through the insurance process if they have to make
- 13:27Speaker 2: a claim, and not a lot of people do that
- 13:29Speaker 2: because it's hard.
- 13:30Speaker 5: Dan, that's one hundred percent correct, man. I ask clients,
- 13:33Speaker 5: My first question of them is have you had an
- 13:35Speaker 5: insurance claim before? And I would say a large percentage
- 13:39Speaker 5: say no, because it's not something you do every day.
- 13:41Speaker 5: And if they had an insurance claim, it's usually on
- 13:44Speaker 5: their auto automobile, and those are totally different. And you know,
- 13:48Speaker 5: we're not insurance specialists, we're not agents, nothing like that.
- 13:52Speaker 5: But hey, after you do five hundred claims a year,
- 13:55Speaker 5: you start seeing some you know, items that are coming
- 13:58Speaker 5: up consistently with policy and different things, and so we
- 14:02Speaker 5: just we always endorse clients to really call their agent,
- 14:05Speaker 5: ask questions about what coverage they have on their policies,
- 14:09Speaker 5: what are they gonna what's gonna happen if they have
- 14:11Speaker 5: something happen at their house, if they need a claim,
- 14:13Speaker 5: you know, and then we come in, we help them,
- 14:15Speaker 5: We guide them what damage looks like, what they're entitled to,
- 14:20Speaker 5: and then they have to work with their insurance.
- 14:21Speaker 1: But hey, we're that buffer. We're here to really walk.
- 14:24Speaker 5: Them hand in hand and show them, you know, what
- 14:27Speaker 5: damage is and make sure that the agents agree. And
- 14:30Speaker 5: you know, that's all we are. We're just people that
- 14:32Speaker 5: want to help them get through the process because it's scary,
- 14:35Speaker 5: it's time consuming, and a lot of people have no
- 14:37Speaker 5: information on how it's supposed to go down.
- 14:40Speaker 3: So let Daniel Cook hold your hand through that process.
- 14:43Speaker 3: And it's it's a soft hand despite all their roofing
- 14:45Speaker 3: and construction.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Eight three three Cook DFW eight three three cookdfw or

- 15:23Speaker 3: Back inside the treehouse. Now, I'm Dan, He's Trey. That
- 15:25Speaker 3: is Jerry.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Have you heard of conformity gate. This is the latest
- 15:32Speaker 2: viral fan theory about the Stranger Things finale. Trey, have
- 15:37Speaker 2: you heard of conformity gate? I have not, Jerry, have
- 15:41Speaker 2: you heard of conformity gate?
- 15:43Speaker 3: I have not.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Perfect and we've all three seen the entirety of Stranger
- 15:48Speaker 2: Things all the way through its ending. Yes, absolutely, if
- 15:52Speaker 2: you have not, skip ahead like ten minutes or so,
- 15:57Speaker 2: because severe spoilers are about to be talked about. Conformity
- 16:03Speaker 2: gait and Stranger Things. Okay, conformity gate. This is the
- 16:07Speaker 2: latest viral fan theory about the Stranger Things finale. Fans
- 16:11Speaker 2: believe a secret Stranger Things episode will drop to close
- 16:18Speaker 2: out the series. At the time of this recording, it
- 16:23Speaker 2: is January seventh, and the theory supposes that the episode
- 16:28Speaker 2: will drop today because of the prominence of the number
- 16:32Speaker 2: seven within the Stranger Things story. Okay, so fans believe
- 16:39Speaker 2: a Stranger Things episode will drop tomorrow. Rob'm sorry, this
- 16:43Speaker 2: is what this is today to close out the series.
- 16:48Speaker 2: That goes on to say the theory, dubbed conformity gait,
- 16:52Speaker 2: suggests the ending viewers saw was not real at all,
- 16:56Speaker 2: but simply an illusion created by Veckna. One example, fans
- 17:02Speaker 2: say comes from the Hawkins High graduation scene, where students
- 17:06Speaker 2: appear to mirror the same hand position often associated with
- 17:10Speaker 2: Henry Kreole. It's that interlaced fingers kind of the thing
- 17:15Speaker 2: the thumb's touching, you know. They're saying that a bunch
- 17:18Speaker 2: of the people in the graduation scene have that same stance.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Members of the Wheeler family, including Nancy, Mike, and Karen,
- 17:27Speaker 2: also appear with shorter hairstyles resembling Henry's.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Yeh mm hmm, I ask me, God, so I saw,
- 17:39Speaker 1: I did see that, but it wasn't the Wheelers. It
- 17:42Speaker 1: was the final scene where they're on the roof and
- 17:46Speaker 1: that they all have a similar Henry type haircut.
- 17:50Speaker 3: I saw that as well.
- 17:51Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, Then with Susie and VICKI.
- 17:57Speaker 3: So Susie was.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Dusty's girlfriend for a couple of seasons who lived in Utah, right,
- 18:04Speaker 2: mm hmm, nowhere to be found in the final season.
- 18:08Speaker 2: Vicky is what's her Name's girlfriend with Susie and vick
- 18:13Speaker 2: the candy striper. With Susie and Vicki absent from the epilogue,
- 18:17Speaker 2: theorists believe Veckna excluded them because he didn't know who
- 18:21Speaker 2: they were. Netflix previously shared a cryptic post reading your
- 18:26Speaker 2: Future is on the Way, tagged with a January seventh,
- 18:30Speaker 2: leading theorists to believe that's when the final episode will drop,
- 18:35Speaker 2: and because of the prominence of the number seven throughout
- 18:37Speaker 2: the series. Despite these theories, Netflix has not announced any
- 18:41Speaker 2: additional episodes, and the Duffer Brothers have repeatedly stated that
- 18:45Speaker 2: season five marked the end of the series. This is
- 18:50Speaker 2: where I would like to bring up that earlier today.
- 18:52Speaker 2: I then saw this Little Stranger Things tease pop up
- 18:57Speaker 2: on my Instagram. This is Lucas from season five, wearing
- 19:05Speaker 2: a Squawk sweatshirt, popping a tape into the boombox to
- 19:10Speaker 2: play something, and when he hits play, then you cut
- 19:17Speaker 2: to black with white lettering that says tomorrow. The problem
- 19:25Speaker 2: with this is this hit everybody's algorithm on the sixth,
- 19:31Speaker 2: and it hit mine this morning of the seventh, which
- 19:33Speaker 2: had me thinking, oh my god, maybe there's some truth
- 19:36Speaker 2: to this. So then I went to the Netflix account
- 19:39Speaker 2: trying to find when this video was actually posted. This
- 19:42Speaker 2: Little Stranger Things teaser, This damn thing was posted November
- 19:45Speaker 2: twenty fifth, but it's being slung back around into the
- 19:50Speaker 2: algorithm for god knows whatever reason, adding then more fuel
- 19:54Speaker 2: to the fire of this conspiracy gait theory. And Trey,
- 19:58Speaker 2: you were on board with the finale.
- 20:00Speaker 3: I was okay with it. You loved that.
- 20:02Speaker 4: You thought it was perfect or just great, good whatever
- 20:06Speaker 4: I thought.
- 20:06Speaker 1: It was, you know, nine out of ten.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I was okay with it. I would say for
- 20:13Speaker 2: me six ish out of ten. Jerry, what about you?
- 20:16Speaker 3: Very few notes? It was really good. I think it
- 20:20Speaker 3: sinched everything up. I think it was fairly realistic and
- 20:23Speaker 3: portraying life after I mean, these people had a trauma bond.
- 20:28Speaker 3: They all experience something that was no one else has
- 20:32Speaker 3: experienced and probably hopefully never will again. And I think
- 20:35Speaker 3: they I think they killed it.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:39Speaker 3: And that last D and D game whah Yeah.
- 20:42Speaker 2: And I I forgot to mention this to you, Trey
- 20:44Speaker 2: when we talked about it earlier this week. I don't
- 20:47Speaker 2: know if you noticed, but the show ended exactly as
- 20:50Speaker 2: it began. Shot for shot started with the sprinkler in
- 20:56Speaker 2: the exterior of the house, wide shot and then in
- 20:58Speaker 2: the basement, and that's how the show ended, which was
- 21:01Speaker 2: very cool. So little details like that I absolutely love.
- 21:05Speaker 2: But it's amazing and it's a testament to the show
- 21:09Speaker 2: how crazy people are when it comes to trying to
- 21:13Speaker 2: figure these things out, and in some cases it's going
- 21:17Speaker 2: way too far. I think I saw a post that
- 21:19Speaker 2: someone said, this shows the differences between the generations that
- 21:24Speaker 2: watch this show. Gen X for the most part, was
- 21:28Speaker 2: like man, that was that was a great ending to
- 21:30Speaker 2: a great show because there are so many relatable things
- 21:34Speaker 2: for us as gen X throughout the show, including the ending,
- 21:38Speaker 2: whereas gen Z is overthinking, over analyzing, putting so much
- 21:43Speaker 2: thought and you know, analysis into it that they're spiraling into,
- 21:48Speaker 2: you know, these weird conspiracies that are just kind of
- 21:52Speaker 2: gonna go nowhere probably.
- 21:54Speaker 1: And millennials just are traumatized by it like they are
- 21:57Speaker 1: everything else.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Being stuck in the middle between the two. Absolutely, it's
- 22:01Speaker 2: like the world's worst tennis match. And to me of
- 22:09Speaker 2: the ending, I will say I thought that the rooftop scene,
- 22:13Speaker 2: albeit long, hit all of us in gen X right
- 22:17Speaker 2: in the gut because the plans they made once a month,
- 22:24Speaker 2: we're gonna meet at the uncle's house in Philadelphia. We're
- 22:27Speaker 2: never gonna drift apart, blah blah blah. We all know
- 22:30Speaker 2: what's really gonna happen, and that is that's the last
- 22:33Speaker 2: time you're all gonna be together, And man, I cannot
- 22:37Speaker 2: tell you that was one of the more emotional scenes
- 22:39Speaker 2: in the finale, because I'm like, I'm.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Miss my friends from high school.
- 22:45Speaker 4: I want to call them up, but I don't have
- 22:46Speaker 4: any of their numbers, and it seems weird just to
- 22:50Speaker 4: send a Facebook message saying, hey, I just watched The
- 22:53Speaker 4: Stranger Things finale and I miss you.
- 22:55Speaker 3: I don't know if that's weird or not. Man I
- 22:58Speaker 3: kind of had the same urges, so I am. I
- 23:01Speaker 3: am not ashamed to say I cried a number of
- 23:03Speaker 3: times in that last episode.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Yeah, what was your favorite part about the finale?
- 23:09Speaker 1: Tree? I think the part that got me, you know,
- 23:15Speaker 1: just emotionally was when they were putting their D and
- 23:19Speaker 1: D books away, because you kind of felt like they
- 23:21Speaker 1: were saying goodbye to their characters.
- 23:23Speaker 2: And they did confirm that that was the last day
- 23:27Speaker 2: of full production shooting, so that was all those characters
- 23:31Speaker 2: last day on set.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Yeah, So I'm that probably got me the most.
- 23:39Speaker 3: Yeah, because it really did.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Watching that, You're like, man, I don't think most of
- 23:42Speaker 2: these kids are acting right now. I think they're truly
- 23:44Speaker 2: going through a thing that was such a monumental phase
- 23:47Speaker 2: of their lives.
- 23:48Speaker 3: They're feeling it for real.
- 23:51Speaker 2: I don't know if I told you this the other day,
- 23:53Speaker 2: and i'll tell you now, Dearry, I'm not sure if
- 23:55Speaker 2: you're aware of this. Stranger Things is not completely over.
- 23:59Speaker 2: They do have season five documentary that is coming out
- 24:02Speaker 2: on the twelfth, So they had a filmmaker come in
- 24:05Speaker 2: and document the entirety of the process, shooting, the creative process,
- 24:10Speaker 2: all of it of uh, season five, So I have
- 24:13Speaker 2: that to look forward to. And they're even doing an
- 24:15Speaker 2: animated series that fills gaps between a season or something.
- 24:19Speaker 2: I'm not on board with as much of that, but
- 24:20Speaker 2: the documentary I'll be there for that for sure.
- 24:23Speaker 3: I think they're also tossing around a spinoff series.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Yeah, that's been teased quite a bit, and no one
- 24:30Speaker 2: knows how much of that is true not true, or
- 24:33Speaker 2: who it's actually going to be, because the Duffers are like, oh,
- 24:35Speaker 2: if you pay attention, there's some clues in there, and
- 24:38Speaker 2: a lot of people think it's going to be mon
- 24:39Speaker 2: talk with Hopper and Joyce because there's an actual thing
- 24:44Speaker 2: that happened in history where the you know, there was
- 24:45Speaker 2: government experiments on in montalk on Long Island and blah
- 24:48Speaker 2: blah blah blah blah.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Well that's what they think. A lot of it was based.
- 24:51Speaker 3: On that too, so I don't know. Ultimately, I don't know.
- 24:55Speaker 2: There's a bunch of people that are like, no, we
- 24:57Speaker 2: want more, we don't want we don't want this to
- 24:59Speaker 2: go away, and the rest, like us Olds and gen X,
- 25:02Speaker 2: are like.
- 25:03Speaker 4: It's good, leave it, leave it well, let's not spoil it.
- 25:07Speaker 1: If you've been around long enough to see shows come
- 25:10Speaker 1: and go, when you see one that was done really
- 25:15Speaker 1: well and you're like, I mean this is go out
- 25:19Speaker 1: on a high note exactly, the Duffer brother.
- 25:21Speaker 3: Will be Yeah, it's good.
- 25:25Speaker 2: If the more the more you add on to it,
- 25:28Speaker 2: the more water down.
- 25:30Speaker 3: It's all going to get right. An ending was was
- 25:33Speaker 3: poignant right in the fields. Story is done. We're good.
- 25:40Speaker 3: That being said.
- 25:42Speaker 2: If Conformity Gate ends up being true and they drop
- 25:45Speaker 2: a secret extra episode, it'll absolutely break the Internet. It'll
- 25:51Speaker 2: break the entertainment planet as a whole.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Oh I bet if that's true, I bet, I bet
- 25:57Speaker 1: they crash Netflix. Eh.
- 26:01Speaker 2: And Netflix did crash that first night of the final
- 26:04Speaker 2: episode for a short period of time for some people,
- 26:07Speaker 2: but Yeah, if they do drop a bonus episode, the
- 26:11Speaker 2: word would fly so fast. Netflix may be done for
- 26:13Speaker 2: the whole damn day. It might actually be turned upside down. Sorry,
- 26:21Speaker 2: that was kind of late, So there you go, conformity Gate.
- 26:24Speaker 2: And again if it actually happened.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Oh, I have a hard time believing that they all
- 26:32Speaker 1: they could keep something like that a secret.
- 26:36Speaker 2: I agree, but I'd also like to point out I
- 26:43Speaker 2: wouldn't kick one more episode of Mash out of bed,
- 26:46Speaker 2: so maybe they're in it for the long haul. They'll
- 26:48Speaker 2: wait ten, fifteen, twenty forty years and be like.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Bam, you never saw Aftermash, did you.
- 26:57Speaker 3: I'm trying to forget about.
- 26:58Speaker 2: It, trying to push that down and repress it as
- 27:04Speaker 2: much as possible.

- 27:55Speaker 4: Uh, Jerry, is that a clamhandpuppet?
- 28:00Speaker 2: You were using their lip sync lover boy?
- 28:03Speaker 3: It is? Indeed.
- 28:05Speaker 2: I love how you muted your mic for it, like
- 28:09Speaker 2: you were afraid the clam might say something it wasn't
- 28:11Speaker 2: supposed to, or that it would be out of.
- 28:13Speaker 3: Sync with the song. Just making sure it's his first
- 28:18Speaker 3: time fair enough?
- 28:19Speaker 1: Uh?
- 28:20Speaker 3: Does he have a name?
- 28:21Speaker 2: You're a little hand puppet that looks like a clam
- 28:23Speaker 2: with eyeballs in the inside the shell like the mouth.
- 28:27Speaker 3: It's chowder perfect.

- 28:48Speaker 2: If I remember correctly, Jerry, I showed you the trailer
- 28:52Speaker 2: for the Anaconda movie, right, the new Anaconda movie. I
- 28:56Speaker 2: believe so, Yes, Yeah, I know I showed Trey because
- 28:59Speaker 2: he looked at me and it was like he's looking
- 29:01Speaker 2: at me right now, one eyebrow up like Spock does
- 29:03Speaker 2: to Kurt and going like, no, don't fire upon the romulut,
- 29:06Speaker 2: you idiot. So I have not seen the new Anaconda
- 29:12Speaker 2: movie yet, but our dear listener Holly has, and she
- 29:18Speaker 2: says the new Ana Conda movie is a must see.
- 29:23Speaker 2: She watched and listened to the show. She watched us
- 29:27Speaker 2: play the trailer, and she was so enticed she then
- 29:29Speaker 2: went to a movie theater to watch it. She says,
- 29:34Speaker 2: High tree House. This is Holly from Arlington, just wanted
- 29:37Speaker 2: to officially report back that Anaconda absolutely did not disappoint.
- 29:47Speaker 2: That's my bell nutters, zero regrets and lots of giggles.
- 29:51Speaker 2: I laughed, I questioned my life choices, and I felt
- 29:54Speaker 2: deeply validated. My original assessment stands ten out of ten
- 29:59Speaker 2: treehouse nonsense.
- 30:01Speaker 3: I like this.
- 30:02Speaker 2: I like this rating system that Holly has come up with,
- 30:05Speaker 2: ten out of ten treehouse nonsense. That's how you can
- 30:08Speaker 2: now rate things and review things in and around your
- 30:11Speaker 2: life entertainment relationships. Also, it's just a great reminder that
- 30:16Speaker 2: you can send us your reviews and comments on things
- 30:19Speaker 2: and we may talk about it. Send that to us anytime.
- 30:22Speaker 2: Email Treehouse on Era at gmail dot com. Ten out
- 30:25Speaker 2: of ten Treehouse nonsense. I'm here for it.
- 30:31Speaker 1: I have a litany of questions for Holly. I really
- 30:35Speaker 1: would like to get a foundation of of what we're
- 30:39Speaker 1: working with here to to fully understand her her rating system.
- 30:47Speaker 2: Like are we getting more Siskel and Ebert or more
- 30:52Speaker 2: Joe Bob Briggs?
- 30:56Speaker 1: Uh? Yeah, I mean, you know what? What what? What's
- 30:59Speaker 1: what institute? It's a good choice for Holly. It's you
- 31:07Speaker 1: know what? What? What does she do that that? Or
- 31:11Speaker 1: or not do that? That? She has time to go
- 31:15Speaker 1: see the anacondam move Anaconda movie? What did she give
- 31:20Speaker 1: up to go see that movie?
- 31:23Speaker 3: I hope to god nothing.
- 31:24Speaker 1: What's the opportunity cost we're talking about.
- 31:28Speaker 3: I like to think that it was a date. The
- 31:32Speaker 3: guy was like, I got an idea for a date.
- 31:34Speaker 2: You want to go to a movie? Yeah, let's go
- 31:37Speaker 2: see Ana Conda. I have no idea.
- 31:40Speaker 3: That's I don't really know Holly.
- 31:42Speaker 2: I don't know anything about her, so I don't I
- 31:43Speaker 2: can't give you any any background information on her likes
- 31:46Speaker 2: dislikes in general, let alone with film and television. I
- 31:50Speaker 2: have no idea. I don't know where she's coming from.
- 31:52Speaker 2: I don't know if she's, say, a Star Wars lover
- 31:56Speaker 2: or a hater. I don't know if you know she's
- 31:59Speaker 2: some that is on board with conformity gait or not
- 32:02Speaker 2: when it comes to stranger things.
- 32:03Speaker 3: I have no idea. All I know is that she
- 32:07Speaker 3: liked Anaconda.
- 32:08Speaker 2: The new movie, and she's given us a decent rating
- 32:10Speaker 2: system ten out of ten treehouse nonsense. And if you
- 32:14Speaker 2: go yeah, and if you go by that standard, that
- 32:19Speaker 2: leaves a lot of room for.
- 32:22Speaker 3: You know, translation. There's a lot of ambiguity there.
- 32:29Speaker 2: It's like if you label something ten out of ten
- 32:31Speaker 2: treehouse nonsense or one out of ten treehouse nonsense. I'm
- 32:34Speaker 2: not even sure how I would rate certain things on
- 32:37Speaker 2: a treehouse nonsense scale.
- 32:39Speaker 3: But I like that she did. That is cool.
- 32:45Speaker 1: So that made me want to go see the movie.
- 32:47Speaker 2: I knew it wouldn't. I knew that wouldn't pull you
- 32:50Speaker 2: into the theater, but it did do a good job
- 32:55Speaker 2: of reminding me that the film exists. And I have
- 32:57Speaker 2: not seen it yet, and I know I will, but
- 33:01Speaker 2: I do doubt it'll be.
- 33:01Speaker 1: In the theater.
- 33:02Speaker 2: I don't even think that movie is playing at my
- 33:05Speaker 2: theater on St. Thomas, especially with that Matt Khalil lawsuit.
- 33:09Speaker 2: You know, that thing really gets in the way.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Uh huh. It's got a starring role in it. It's
- 33:16Speaker 3: not even credited, by the way.
- 33:18Speaker 2: If you do want an interesting movie to go see
- 33:21Speaker 2: Housemaid with Amanda Siphried and.
- 33:28Speaker 3: What's your name Boobies.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Sidney Sweeney.
- 33:33Speaker 3: Thank you Sidney Sweeney. Ah those movies.
- 33:36Speaker 2: Okay, yes, those probably the most famous ones right now.
- 33:41Speaker 2: So Trey, if you and Brandy. By the way, Jerry,
- 33:43Speaker 2: Trey's got a girlfriend now and he's in love.
- 33:46Speaker 3: I've seen that. Yeah, I saw the post made one official.
- 33:50Speaker 2: So if you guys want to go to a movie
- 33:52Speaker 2: before it leaves theaters, go see Housemaid.
- 33:56Speaker 3: And the story is interesting.
- 34:01Speaker 2: And there's a quite a lot of to behold when
- 34:05Speaker 2: it comes to Sidney Sweeney. Ooh yeah, Okay, she wore
- 34:12Speaker 2: jeans and then they were gone.
- 34:15Speaker 3: She had a shirt and then it was gone.
- 34:19Speaker 2: So if your lady wants to drag you to the
- 34:22Speaker 2: chick flick called Housemaid, don't fight it too much.
- 34:27Speaker 3: Just enough to be believable.
- 34:31Speaker 4: Well, I must say it was very tastefully done.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Just be glad that it's not opposite Matt khalil mm,
- 34:47Speaker 2: because that's because then that movie would not be for you.
- 34:50Speaker 1: I mean, you put Sidney Sweeney's boobs in his crank.
- 34:55Speaker 1: I mean that's the Godzilla of Anatomy.
- 35:01Speaker 2: It's like it's Godzilla versus Kong for all things Treehouse.
